Wall Street futures also positive recipe Emily's up by three tanks of 1% NASDAQ features half a percent higher, lots of focus from investors aren't still the fallout from. The PC data on Friday. Yeah, and quite a lot of volatility in those NASDAQ features as a result. Right, those are the markets. Let's get to our top stories. The UK and the EU are said to be preparing to unveil a post Brexit settlement on Northern Ireland. Bloomberg understands the agreement will be announced after a meeting later between prime minister Rishi sunak and European Commission president sieve on the Lion. Deputy prime minister Dominic raab says he's hoping an agreement will be finalized very soon. But if we can get this resolve for the people of Northern Ireland for the businesses for the communities, and frankly, the manifesto plays, we made really to thoroughly properly fully get Brexit done to be a major achievement. P.m. is positive, the government is facing vocal opposition from Northern Ireland's DUP and some Brexit Tory MPs. If a deal can be agreed, it will be seen as a triumph for sunac who has sought to dial down tensions with the EU since taking power in October. A survey of British business leaders has shown the vast majority expect a recession this year, but don't plan to cut jobs. Bloomberg's Ewan part has the details. Three quarters of UK business leaders say they expect their workforce to stay the same or to grow over the next 12 months with about the same proportion also optimistic about their firm's growth prospects. If the survey by Boston consulting group is right, that makes the Bank of England's task in taming inflation much harder. The bank's forecast hinges on rising unemployment slowing growth in salaries. And when it comes to inflation, more than half of the business leaders say they plan to continue raising prices over the coming 6 months. In London, I'm you and pots have been booked over at Europe. ECB president Christine Lagarde says the Central Bank has every reason to hike another 50 basis points in March, her comments to India's economic times underline the stubbornly high rate of inflation. Governing council member Ignacio visco told Bloomberg, the major unknown is if core inflation follows energy prices back down. The issue is whether it will go down as energy prices are down. That is the big question. If the sources of the increasing inflation recede, then really we should be expect we should expect that prices follow non energy prices. If they don't, then this calls for monetary policy being very attentive. Visco was speaking on the sidelines of the G 20 meeting in India, meanwhile, the IMF Christina Golgi warned central bankers at the summit to remain vigilant as price rises remain high. Warren Buffett is there at shareholders to keep the faith on the U.S. economy after Berkshire Hathaway reported weaker results in some of its key businesses, operating earnings fell by 14% in the fourth quarter as higher prices hit its railroad and insurance units in his annual letter Buffett says he's yet to see a time when it's right to make a long-term bet against America. An intelligence report by the U.S. energy department has reportedly identified a Chinese lab leak as the most likely origin of COVID-19. According to The Wall Street Journal, the conclusion was reached due to new intelligence, though the judgment was made with only quote low confidence, Bloomberg's Ed Baxter reports. This is reported to be a classified document at one of several, but the report says the energy department believes it was due to a mishap at a biological lab. National security adviser Jake Sullivan on CNN says this is part of an ongoing investigation. The reference to the Department of Energy, President Biden specifically requested that the national labs, which are part of the Department of Energy, be brought into this assessment because he wants to put every tool at use. Sullivan says key members of Congress will be involved in the loop of all investigations. In San Francisco, I'm Ed Baxter Bloomberg daybreak Europe. We are watching to see what happens when Ursula von der leyen meets where she's seen at glacier and what it is they're going to announce. So many questions to be resolved, both in the detail of the deal, what role will there be for the ECJ? How will they try to square that circle given the objections to the European courts involvement by quarters of the Tory party, but also the democratic unions will the DUP accept us? Will they agree to go back into a power sharing government, you know, there's a lot of interesting details we still have to wait to find out. And in some ways, that by itself is interesting that we haven't heard about them before. Right. And it's been a long time coming. This hasn't it. I mean, last weekend, I seem to remember we were waiting for some sort of imminent announcement. And now, and that was put off and put off. It does feel more imminent. Yeah, yeah, there's been a lot of choreography announced around today, so one assumes that things are a little more advanced. It's ready to be announced. "The markets for you. We are seeing Asian shares trading flat this morning just up slightly on the MSCI Pacific index all of the hangs down by 2.3% being dragged down by tech shows the hang seng tech index down by 4.75% Euro stocks 50 futures at up half a percent this hour that is, of course, we're getting another deluge of corporate earnings, S&P E minis also positive up two thirds of 1% after the gains we saw yesterday on the U.S. market. It's interesting to see the Japanese yen on the currency markets strengthening almost by 1% nitrate at a 133 against the dollar as the Bloomberg dollar spot index is down by a third of 1%, Sterling also stronger this morning one 21 91 and on the treasury markets, the U.S. ten year treasury yields down by two and basis points to two spot 65. Okay, let's take you through then this rush of earnings that we've had this morning. Starting off with Nat west, of course, the UK banking giant pre-tax operating profit comes in at 1.4 billion pounds. That is a significant beat on the estimated 875.7 million. Their net interest income closely watched figure, of course, 2.31 billion pounds. Again, that's a beat. So Nat west reporting a strong profit beat. And just in terms of AstraZeneca, second quarter core earnings per share, a dollar 72 again a beat for the farmer firm, the estimate had been for a dollar 58. IAG, the owner of British Airways and Iberia, its operating adjusted operating profits the second quarter also would be €287 million versus an estimate that was under €240 million, the company saying its passenger capacity plans for the remainder of 2022 are still around 80% of what they were in the third quarter so that's interesting to see their passenger capacity is lower overall expecting to be much lower for the full year this year. And in terms of the luxury sector, Elmer's second quarter sales at constant FX are up 19 and a half percent the estimate had been for a 13.2% jump, also Sony sees its full year operating income of ¥1.1 trillion, so that actually a slightly lower than they had previously seen 1.16 trillion was the expectation. So that also from Sony this morning. Okay, those are our latest results this morning. Let's go on to our top stories and the U.S. economy is shrunk for a second quarter in a row as inflation takes a bite out of consumer spending. While that may define a recession in other countries, the U.S. waits for an expert panel to decide before declaring an official recession, treasury secretary Janet Yellen put a positive spin on the data. We do see significant slowdown in growth that's to be expected given how rapidly the economy grew when it was recovering from the pandemic and all of those job losses and policy was designed to do that. We should expect to see a slowdown. This economy is at full employment. That's treasury secretary, John Yellen speaking there, the U.S. GDP filed an annualized rate of .9% in the second quarter after a 1.6% decline in the first three months of the year. And now in terms of Europe, France's economy returned to growth with faster expansion than expected putting it on firmer footing on surging inflation and the risk of a Russian energy cut off, which are threatening to tip Europe into a recession. French GDP rose by .5% half of 1% in the three months through to June, more than the .2% median estimate. Speaking on Thursday, the European Central Bank governing council member Ignacio visco said that the fallout from the war in Ukraine may drag regional GDP into negative territory. There is a risk of a recession in Europe in all our assessment, mostly linked to the developments of the war. And the if at the end there is a cutting supply of gas from Russia. These may have clearly substantial negative effects so that was the head of Italy's Central Bank Ignacio visco last week, remember the ECB raised rates 50 basis points the first increase in 11 years and CPI in the Eurozone jump to 8.6% year on year in June. We're more on that manic week in earnings, bay and P parry bar beating analyst expectations in a volatile second quarter posting net income of €3.1 billion, although the French bank has been held by rising interest rates and push to expand its equities business, CFO Lars Machina is worried about the coming months. The growth will not be the growth that we would have thought 6 months ago. So that environment will be different. But how exactly will it be? Will it be a slowing down? Will it be a technical recession? So basically gravitating towards zero. What will it be? Listen, I don't have a crystal ball. The thing that this has to be there as a bank, we have to be there to help our clients in all of these circumstances. That's the BNP party about chief financial officer, Lars Machina, speaking to Bloomberg's Caroline Connor. Now, in more bank earnings, Santa charters corporate bank Boyd earnings, despite fears that a slowing global economy could squeeze its lending business, the emerging market focus bank has reported underlying pre-tax profit up 7% to $1.32 billion in the second quarter. The company also says that a new $500 million share buyback will start imminently. Amazon has reported revenue that exceeded estimates and gave a strong sales forecast for the current current quarter, the upbeat earnings of camp some investor jitters about an economic slowdown, Bloomberg's Charlie pallet has the details. The quarter eases investor concerns about potential belt tightening by inflation rattled consumers. Sales increased 7.2% to $121.2 billion, analysts on average estimated 119.5 billion. CEO Andy jassy, who succeeded founder Jeff Bezos in the role last year, is trying to unwind a pandemic era expansion that saddled Amazon with too much warehouse space and too many employees. With costs rising, Amazon in February raised the price of Prime membership in the U.S. and then followed this week with similar increases in Europe. Here in New York, Charlie pellet, Bloomberg, daybreak Europe. Shares in Amazon jumped by more than 13% after hours on that news. While sticking with FANG Stocks, Apple has been attempting to soothe fears about the economic slowdown after results showed that the tech giant is actually holding up better than expected. The company's fiscal third quarter revenue and profit, they both narrowly beat estimates and shares gained as much as 4.2% to more than a $164 per share in late trading, apple's iPhone and iPad lines, both perform better than feared, the CEO Tim Cook decried a quote cocktail of headwinds facing the company, but predicted that sales would begin to pick up in the coming months. Here in the UK, Rishi sunak says he is the underdog in the race to be the next Conservative Party leader and prime minister, but is vowing to fight for every vote. Rishi sunak isn't used to being unpopular, but even he acknowledged he was falling behind his rival, foreign secretary Liz truss, in the polls at the first of their debates with a Tory membership. The former Chancellor used the event and leads to insist he will not cut taxes until inflation is under control and won't make underfunded promises. The FrontRunner is trust has vowed to cut taxes as soon as he takes office and has pledged to get the northern powers rail project built. Trust was also given a major boost when defense secretary Ben Wallace declared he was backing her for prime minister. Ballots will start arriving at Conservative Party members homes from next Monday and then voting will start. In London, I'm James wolcott, Bloomberg, daybreak Europe, and setting the tone for the upcoming political debate on how to write the

"To Bloomberg daybreak Europe this Monday and Valentine's Day morning While it is a decisive week for Ukraine on the diplomatic front I hate to say it but we now have inflation disease and war stalking some of the biggest economies in the world We'll talk about that But hey there was amazing hip hop at the Super Bowl halftime show I can't tell you what the Super Bowl result was but actually the music was pretty good so at least that's cheery Let's go to the markets though and check the data for you as we do every 15 minutes here on Bloomberg radio So actually because of those concerns around Ukraine largely and inflation you have stock sliding this morning in Asia Nikkei two two 5 is down by 2.2% Hong Kong's also grappling with a COVID outbreak The CSI 300 is down by 1.1% All extending a rally 8 weeks of gains that we've seen WTI crude features at $94 48 and Brentford at 95 60 it puts that $100 target in our sites really for the first time since 2014 and that would be another global inflationary shock Loss of commentary though from various officials the feds marry daily saying at the weekend the rate path needs to be data dependent also we've had Ollie ren Gabriel maklouf and Ignacio visco so key ECB policymakers all pushing back against rate hikes for Europe So when it comes to yields U.S. benchmark yields on the ten year trading at one 95 this morning and then futures well we're positive for the U.S. futures just about a tenth of 1% half of S&P 500 even if features but in Europe we slide significantly we're down by one and a half percent for European stock futures Let's get a bit more detail then go a little more granular on the markets with our Bloomberg cross asset editor Joanna osenga Good morning Joanna what is looking interesting then as earnings season starts to wind down now Hey Caroline yes And so we're in the back half now and it makes sense to kind of look at what the patterns are We have energy is the sector outperformer in terms of sales surprises That's kind of interesting Well consumer discretionary and financials have beaten the most on earnings and industrials has been weakest in both categories One thing that is interesting as it goes along RBC's Laurie Calvin notes that the stock price action of the earnings reporters has been improving in recent weeks because fewer stocks are falling more than 1% after they report So the reactions are getting a little bit better now Okay also Goldman Sachs has a number of views out this morning including on the direction of G ten currencies What do they say Yeah this is interesting They expect to see reverse currency wars as inflation accelerate So that's that should be fun Their strategists are saying the price pressures will likely make central banks more sensitive about weakness in the currencies and it could add fuel to the global tightening cycle And they said G ten policy rates would need to rise about ten basis points on average to offset a one percentage point move in the currencies Okay that is interesting Yes also Goldman Sachs cutting its forecast for U.S. stock returns this year so they see the S&P 500 at 4900 by the end of the year down from 5100 Joanna thank you so much very interesting Commentary and pointers around the markets Johanna Austin Jeffrey market commentary and analysis check out markets live MLI V on your Bloomberg terminal Okay let's get our top stories then for today and of course starting with Ukraine his Bloomberg's Lee and Gary and good morning Lauren Caroline good morning and happy Valentine's Day yes we'll start with geopolitical news tensions over Russia's military build up near Ukraine are entering a potentially decisive week Bloomberg's UN pulse has all the details The U.S. is warning invasion of Ukraine could be imminent national security adviser Jake Sullivan told CNN there's a distinct possibility there will be military action very soon Russia's president Vladimir Putin meanwhile is accusing America of failing to meet his demands and how long phone call on Saturday between Biden and Putin made no apparent progress UK defense secretary Ben Wallace says an invasion is quote highly likely The U.S. and its allies have been pressing Putin to pull back an estimated 130,000 troops massed near Ukraine Russia has repeatedly denied it plans to attack its western neighbor In London I'm your imparts been big daybreak Europe Now to the U.S. and the latest fed speak San Francisco president Mary Daly is resisting calls for abrupt action on inflation She is calling for the rate hike path to be data dependent and measures Daily has told CBS that abrupt and aggressive action can be destabilizing What I would favor is moving in March and then watching measuring being very careful about what we see ahead of us And then taking the next interest rate increase when it seems the best place to do that And that could be in the next meeting or it could be a meeting away She still favors the first increase in March but is not pushing for back to back arises each month daily also says it is too early to put a number on rate hikes this year Now the UK must create a small estate in order to live with the coronavirus according to the prime minister's new chief of staff Bloomberg's Charles cape has all the details Steve Barkley wrote in the telegraph that after their government spent 400 billion pounds fighting the pandemic it must step back both financially and from people's lives the prime minister is due to announce a new strategy after parliament's recess this week Barclay said it is time for a more enabling approach and to trust the people return power to communities and.

"Motion capturing is really good but like it's so blurry it's just bad like they did not optimize the game for the for the previous interesting. Yeah because i plan on series acts. And i definitely thought while playing like oh. Wow they've actually upgraded the engine like i kind of figured them to just coast on that same one for another couple of years. Yup so Roy did hit a lot of the celia parts here I'm one chapter ahead of him. In the game i just wrapped up to three last night. so a couple of things i want to mention Like roy i agree. This is probably my second favorite of these games followed by the first And i'm i'm even gonna lump in stuff like Tell me why which really should have just had the life. Strange title It's the same sort of a magical pacific northwest vibe. But he's not the pacific northwest even if they earn all strictly. The i mean this one is in colorado. But it's still that same vibe. Tell me was in alaska. But it was that same vibe but regardless Trying to the phrases number one. I think was very interesting. In the use of max's. Power to rewind time and the way that actually worked into some of the puzzles and that sorta thing And not all of the other games had that type of mechanical hook which admittedly is is hard to do Without repeating yourself But i do like how true colors is handling it If you're familiar with these games all the main characters or i suppose in the case of life is strange to Little brother all have some sort of power rewinding time or telekinesis or shared memories. Whatever so alex can kind of see auras that relate to people's feelings and potentially experience those feelings herself and that sort of thing and So the game is not as integrated gameplay wise as the first one. But i do like that. They are playing around a little bit more With her powers being part of the game play seen Things from other people's perspective and and this is will lead into some very minor spoilers for episode three. So i apologize roy about me but you'll you'll definitely no because it's been brought up multiple times in the first two chapters that there's a lar- coming up. The steph is organizing. Yes and almost the entirety of chapter three. is that lark. That seems obvious yet. That's all you have assumed it was going to happen. Yeah and so two things in that lark like pretty much just made my jaw drop and just a silly grin spread across my face while playing this game and so one relates to her powers. When does not. And i'm going to start with the not because you get into this game within a game. Where one of the characters has set up kind of a renaissance festival esque experience for this little located in the game and You start to go exploring and suddenly someone jumps out in a wolf mask and your character. Alex visco now you know we're being attacked by a wolf or whatever and then the game shifts perspective suddenly normally this is kind of you know three quarters over your shoulder kind of thing and it suddenly shifts out to like a jr pg battle scene. That's cool yeah. This is the part that i thought would like suddenly the these kind of like wrote adventure games i mean. Don't get me wrong. I love them but like they play the same way. All the time suddenly becomes a j rpg for a chapter wait. What and i like the grin on my face..

And of course that didn't happen so a yeah. I like the means about that. Not happening has spilled out into the broader Marvel fandom stare. I was reading the wet reddit thread when it emerged. I think i missed that. When i don't think i had joined marvel spoilers yet by that point but i have now so i haven't had time to go any reading stand like i've been following that community since vanity war. One out of every one hundred leaks are correct but there are correct. What's wr like. So like i wouldn't be surprised if the internals leak that came out. I read that one. Some deep sea exploration. I don't want to go. But i like hearing about it. Tell me about this. So victor visco vo has led an expedition to the deepest parts of all the world's oceans. This is something that We've never done before. It's hard to believe i mean. That's they've been to the moon. Yeah but not all the deepest parts of the ocean and we don't really know what's going on down there so cairns finding microbes. That are having a crazy lifestyle. There are many other forms of life. So let's talk about how victor actually got down there It's i believe that he was descending. Deeper into the ocean than mount everest is tall. Oh yeah is that right down there. And how on earth do you do that. well you do it in a very fancy submarine now. The tool is the submarine. They'll limiting factor. It's a state of the art vessel supported by the support ship. The pressure drop. It has a two person. Titanium sphere ninety millimetres thick that keeps it at one atmosphere and it has the ability to dive repeatedly down to the very deepest point of the ocean. And this is part of the reason that we haven't explored the oceans. Say as deeply as the moon. It's it's an even harsher environment in many ways it's a it's an alien world in its own right the pressure of all that water above you. You don't want to leak in that submarine because things go south pretty quickly when you're under that much pressure. You're claustrophobic you do not want to be in the submarine. We go down quite a distance in emissions typically lasts eight to nine hours in a confined space. I like to say. I don't trust a lot of things in life but i do trust titanium. I trust math. And i trust finite element analysis. Which is how you figure out whether or not things like this can survive these extraordinary pressures in conditions. That was the real trick is actually building any titanium sphere. That was accurate to win. Point one percent of machining titanium's a hard metal to work in a lot of people haven't been able to figure it out but we were very fortunate. I've been working with an extraordinary team that was able to make an almost perfect sphere. Which when you're subjecting something to pressure. That's the strongest geometry. You can possibly have so when i'm actually in the submersible and that hatch closes actually feel very confident that i'm going to go down and come back up. I mean. i feel claustrophobic to stephen thinking about it. He's a pretty unique specimen Of a of an explorer And it's fun to chat with him about you know kind of why he did this and it really is just that drive to go where no one's gone before. Have you seen the craft. Like what is it did. Did you visit. Victor did in. I have seen the craft. And i did and this is one of the great regrets in my life. I did get the offer to go down with him actually to see the titanic. Because he was going to stop off there on his way to the arctic he was gonna stop off there just because you know if you've got the sub you might as well use it and he's like. Hey man you wanna ride yeah But it turns out. It's kind of tricky to intersect with a boat in the middle of the atlantic ocean. And i have a family and travel is not as easy to arrange vin. In retrospect i'm like man i really. I really should have done that. Because when else am i going to have that opportunity. Mamie never good david kind of blew that one. How many people fit in there though so two people can go in there. So what have been. It would have been going down for a little sightseeing trip to The titanic and it's like literally around ball it is. I mean it doesn't exactly look like around ball because there's kind of other machinery kind of built around it so it can kind of move through the water and other things but the core of it. What keeps it stable. Is this titanium sphere. And that's what's keeping all that pressure off victor or whoever his passengers. Maybe wow and that's also the promise of this is that it's a reusable submarine one of the reasons we haven't been to the bottom of the ocean that much. It's usually been a one off. You go down. He come back up. Your suburbs wrecked but but you got there and you got some stuff but then you gotta go start over again. Build another sub that this one is going down coming back up and can then move onto the next deepest part of the ocean and explore that so the hope is that this becomes a tool that then enables us to explore these places much more deeply so every single dive. We have gone on even though we're only down there for a couple of hours. We have found three or four new species because these are places that have been isolated for billions of years and no human being has ever been down there to film them or take samples and so this is extraordinary. No human being. That's right so he has been to some places on the planet that no other human being that feel like i've been to places you don't know you don't know what i've seen. I mean he's come face to face with sea creatures that no one else knows exist. That's right and fortunately for us. He brought along cameras. So you can see that too. That's cool yeah kind of mind blowing. Can you just like describe a couple of the the the new friends that victime may down there. So i think the The one that stood out to me is a life form. That sort of looks like a balloon on a long stick and it's just kind of drifting along the bottom and this was a life form that has never been seen before so completely new to science and as you watch this life form kind of drift across the bottom these tiny little version of it. And maybe it's a baby baby. Everybody loves to see a baby of a brand new life form. Yes we do. So does he get to name them. He does get to know. I know i You know. I'm hoping that he discovered so many that at some point he remembers i exist throws me and i'm i'm cool with whatever could be. Microbe could be one of these balloon animals. Whatever i'll take. I mean that must be the most exciting thing that can happen to you professionally to see a species that no one else has seen before. Yeah i mean it's it really is kind of Well it raises the hairs on your arms back. It really does so okay now. We're going into territory. That i'm a little bit more comfortable with Because i go there every day into my mind The truth is that while we don't know that much about our oceans or the earth's depths or even space we actually don't even know that much about ourselves and our brains like it is fascinating times when it comes to understanding how the mind and the neural connections actually work so. Let's talk about k. Tie because she is an interesting combination in that she is a neuroscientist who studies the brain. But she also studied psychology and that is more rare than you think. Tell us about her. That's right so there's this gap in our understanding of consciousness. If you will we sort of understand the brain and how it works we sort of experienced the mind and how it works but we don't understand how that physical substrate the brain gives rise to the mind. Which is you and your thoughts and your conscious experiences. That is difficult territory for neuroscientist to study right. Because one half is objective you can see a brain and and test it. One half is subjective. You can talk about a mind but it's much harder to kind of pin it down if you will so k. Is kind of exploring this Gap region this nether region between the brain and the mind as a neuroscientist. I'm often told that. I'm not allowed to study. How internal states like anxiety or craving or loneliness are represented by the brain and.

"I su- but this is what my interpretation that. It was one of the remember the old studio system back in the days when they pair young women with actors who are in the closets. You know that kind of the studio system right studio system. I guess what she just who she works for well. Naturally i wouldn't have thought so much that if it was speculation of him being gay if he had posted a photo of himself at the gym or a photo themselves like he has millions of like if you look at his instagram. It's there is a video of him where he's doing some kind of exercise and it's it's taken while he's kind of like laying down and basically is from the perspective where you are fucking him and that's a nice job if you can get and according to him natalie visco so got the work What a scab picket line. So she She is in the photo. And so that leaves us the evidence to say that the speculation is not about him stealing gigs from fitness influencers. "Dissipates. And you see a trunk on on the one of the seats that pops open and it's like full of ammo several clips of bullets several clips of long arms. Some heavy batteries. You know basically. There's enough for you to take five magazines or clips or batteries of whatever you would need for your weapon. He's got y'all like loaded up and there's also four mark two serums of healing in there and then there's a couple of the serums of enhanced bet to sierra move and harassment years in there as well bryan start loading shit bandolier games before man. This means we're going into a boss. Fight zach square me up on the on. Some of those are bullets. There man need long. He's like everybody gets five clips appropriate to their. Okay gotcha just take you know he. He knows what y'all are shooting. of course he does. He brought you ammunition and the train pulls up and to the spaceport and The space poor is not emptied at this point And as you exit the train within moments the is is is not there. The trains like trying to speed up near you. All trained and out he goes uses the crowd just evaporate basically yep yep So so you know when the whole thing is you know when he's gone or will turn to kuyper goddamn diver d. Nine what the fuck man. It's something in my past that. I don't like to talk about the news. You your present. Say it seems to me buddy every single time. I think it's in my past this. Bring me back time. try to leave. Pull me back. I love my x. Like look you're all saying that. Or whatever mike just the me he's like i see this as an absolute win like you get to get out of d nine. We get to do what we're doing anyway so we got to delete a few extra files like yes. It's just the fact that is just this asshole you know. And it's just like he'd ever wanted to do anything with this guy or d nine ever again and now he's just doing another fucking favor to get to get the visco. Rem scott free of all the wrong ship. You've been on a d. nine mission this whole time. Yeah he's he's he's pissed also fucking kristoff is alive. Yeah what bad news. Yeah this mike a lot of your distaste for kuyper has come from a fact of you thinking that he's just a a low lowlife bounty hunter you know. Does this change your perception of him at all finding out that he was a secret agent. I always government bounty hunter. that's better. he's still bags and tags people for his job. I mean also. Just watched fell fucking. Put a bullet. that was an assassin. Who do you think taking care. Do you think he's taken out he. They'd taken out. blow denied. Just never never kills innocence. Sure saying never. I'm never it's unlikely that hughes just killing random folks you know saying yeah do reason. Coup jets nothing. I'm so tired of this check. Now i mean like he has. It's literally just been revealed town. Just want you to for sure. You guys are like a busy port. You know trying to get to that. You know that has been modified you know. I mean i just said it. Being denied doesn't make it feel less shady by any style. Yeah you don't have to see how how later. But now like he's already got it in his mind. He doesn't like him so like you know that's going to be the case at least for a little bit until he can look at just figuring out what the denied thing isn't see how he feels about it. But i will say for mike and mike being vast one of the interesting dichotomy of him as he doesn't like divaesque ghauri right like he did. He's not from there. He's feared them his entire life. He he he's he identifies as a pact were owner. So you're not doing any favors. In terms of friendship with mike. By being in the fucking. Mci but no donna is true. It's true because i mean kuyper is conflicted with his with his feelings towards the area. You know you think only put together. An entire flashback arc to talk about that conflict of interest. But i mean you know i mean. I think he sees that. There's the potential of it being better than what it is and just not being that just constantly just going back to. Oh how fucking typical fuck invest. I'm doing shit but you could be so much better. Well in the meantime guys has said are in the space port area in a crowded area. You know Trying to get to your ship. I imagine you're right directly to the ship. And you get there and you know you can tell right away that there is bigger artillery mounted on your arcs. I mean fell. I'm not even required check. You instantly can see that like they've upgraded your both the gyros to like cannons. These aren't just like we'll lasers it's now heavy artillery that's on there and that he's replaced your linked lasers on the under turret. Would this maser which is just this wildly like a ray of lasers throws corn but yeah it's been adjusted and You know what are you thinking as you walk up to it. That's fells walking up. "It just what. I was wondering where they were going to go or how they were going to play this. Because i do. I don't remember it in real time. But obviously bruno in larry's visco was what they've been inspired by and where they could be going and how that one went. They had this scientific match. They had never really teased anything other than visco wanting to face off against you know the guy who trained him and yeah he wanted to get out of his shadow but they hadn't done what they were doing with q t. They hadn't laid out anything. So it was a fresh thing when this crack bruno with charon latam open and made him bleed. It was a fresh thing. And it's like okay. Well how are they going to do anything with this. And they did a good job of it because they got those other guys in the nightmare family and split them off. I thought it was a nice update to an old story. That i think i'm sure i'm not the only one that was kind of sitting there. With a little bit of a critical i gone. Okay how can you go with this and make it fresh and not make it look cornball and they did not do that you know for whatever you think about the blood and all that sort of stuff you know does that. Help them we'll see you know they. They had a good deal of that on the show last night. Between that the legos the dax getting busted open they. They had a bunch of that stuff and maybe they shouldn't have had that this could have stood out more. But i thought the whole thing went was really good. I'm not looking forward to matches with all the you know the guys together. But i am looking forward to now a cutie and cody match. Which i if. You would've asked me that you know six months ago i never would have said it'd be looking forward to that all right. Let's go to virginia. You're on the air. What's going on. This is brandon from virginia. So i'm watching an xt and with eeo and going into the matt okay. Well look how properly should win. Like who else would there be for hero to face. But you know we're kale slams last week on the table okay. Maybe it looks trump walking last night and he'll keep getting beat down. I thought so. Maybe they're telling the story that comes in. But then thinking about kevin owens and roman reigns that we really seeing. It's the same thing just beating over and over ratio may lose in. They will have a terrible way to kind of bring down a little bit. i dunno. we'll see what happens with that closed. Note i love how. Aew in you had. The baby faces celebrating the end hugging and giving the thumbs up to sue and they're playing the music and i was like. That's a nice way my win tonight. I enjoyed it. I wanna thank you very much for the call so you know. I really ranted about that. He'll thing but i mean at the end of the day the last segment they did put her over. And i don't know. I mean that's what makes here's the thing the heavy-handedness oh unnecess- here's thing if raquel is going to bdo. I don't need three segments of raquel beating the week before. Just have them do a brawl. If you want to do an equal brawl you know fine you. It's a big dive on all the other women. Whatever but three segments where she gets destroyed in a fair fight that she started. I mean by the end. I was just listen. I wanna see a match between two people that i like. And by the time you're done booking. I want it to be loser. Lease town so one of them goes away. That's bad you screwed something up. And what they screwed up was fifty times. But you know what they. We got some new callers. I wanna see basically made it. A loser leaves town match to. Because why would you wanna see. You've seen e o destroy the whole roster. She gets destroyed by raquel over and over again. She loses the title. She's gotta go. Because what else do you do. You drop back down in her. Go through all the people she killed already to get back up to raquel so she better actually be out the door. Even though upsets me that she would be because then she'd be on the main roster all right. let's go to knoxville. I believe this might be a new color. You're on the air what's going on. Hey brian mike cope your days ago. And well shows the twitch homey actually my second time calling to go over. Wednesday shows last night A lot of my friends and discord were thinking. This was a very low key. A w. show and it turned out to be an absolutely fantastic wine much more than it seemed on paper and that's a trend. I actually noticed on. Aws behalf for days is whenever they seem to have a low key on paper card. It turns out way better than you possibly expect Just wonder south up that and see what you guys think about that. I wanna thank you very much for the call. I mean one of the things. I mean i'd have to go back and look i mean i'm sure you're right but you know they they want this show to do well in the ratings and they don't hotshot actually do the opposite of shot like how many weeks or when you see. Brian cajun testing. Everything's all right before the guy finally turns. I mean this could be months but what they do think about is well if we want to do good ratings then we need to have like important stuff throughout the show. So there's two ways to do that. You can either advertise bunch of things that people are very interested in. I mean the young bucks in moxley against The good brothers and Kenny omega obviously people. Give me super interested in that match. You know did so many combinations of this they've got lined up that anyway. So you could do something like that or you announce the card and you make sure that they're stars on the show but then you surprise people with like the big return to the inner circle was going to return tomorrow. I thought they'd hold that off. Until the first week they were unopposed. But they didn't and people loved it so you ego. Hey you can't tip your hands on this stuff. I mean you still need to take people on the adventure so you know. I'm sure what sold most. Aew fans was the announcement of the main event. Was that and obviously acuity. And cody to but when you do that and then you throw in these things and you again you paint your corners really well which i thought. They did last night especially to their fan base. I mean what. What more can you say. It was actually a good night for both shows. Even though it's easier to take jabs at annex t you know they w with aew. It's just one of those things at this point if you don't like their style and you don't like how they lay out their shows you're never going to like it because this is how it rolls. This is what they do and that's how they ended their show again. If you don't like legos and all that sort of stuff but their fanbase does and they hit their fan base perfectly now. Can they continue to grow that. We have to see. We'll see these writings are this week. They should improve a little bit at the very least with an out of the way but they have got to figure out a way to continue to stay over eight hundred thousand week after week after week can continue to build that up to a million because for right now they're not building but at least visually on paper. They're they're not building right now. He continue to have to do that. And it doesn't happen overnight. A lot of people failure. They don't even do a million views. A million viewers every week. Like what are we. Comparing this to your. If you had in plus three they break a million every week but nobody talks about that they go. It's the company's only two years old and that's why it's also a lot easier to be harder. Wwe company that's been in business for god knows how long gear awa was going to make mistakes. They gotta figure things out. They keep making the same mistakes over and over the. Wwe does well then you can bag on them a little bit more but they do actually have to grow that number they do have to expand their bases out more and they gotta figure out a way to.

Why Youre Overwhelmed in your Online Fitness Business

"Case so today. We're talking about overwhelm. Why you're overwhelmed in your fitness business now. I'm overwhelmed with something that i'm extremely familiar with because i when i was building my coaching. Business you guys. This is back in two thousand and seventeen. Sixteen in my business started to grow rapidly. I think my business almost grew faster than i knew how to keep up with. Because i started online coaching when i was like twenty two twenty three years old and when i started growing and gaining clients unlike like acquiring more people in my coaching business. It's almost like i had to learn how to figure out how to run the business while acquiring these clients and my business grew a lot faster than i was used to. My business grew a lot faster than i could handle. Frankly so i remember at the peak of my online coaching career. When i really started to get overwhelmed is when it had fifty one on one on fitness. Coaching clients. I also had six trainers that working for me. I started nation. This is an exaggeration. You guys when. I was working my coaching business. I would wake up at six. Am and i would start working on my coaching business like replying the dmz applying instagram dmz etc etc. And i wouldn't stop working on my on their business until nine pm every day and the only breaks that i would take is like an hour to work out at the gym. Put our jim vilma fucking phone the whole time texting by our break at the gym and then outbreak to eat food but even while i was eating food i was always working. So if i wasn't working on my own clients than i had seven trainers that i was mentoring and they each had ten twenty thirty clients and i was running team meetings and it was like you know it was a lot and so the peak of my overwhelming i. Obviously my goal isn't to get you guys there. But i wanna make you aware of what happens if you don't get a handle on it. The peak of my overwhelm was win. I there was one day. I remember my business. My business partner cole. Remember this there was one day. I woke up and i looked at my phone and i was like. I can't do this anymore. I can't look at my phone anymore. i'm completely done. I remember calling my business partner. I'm like i'm done. I'm not working for an entire week. He's like what he's like. You got fifty clients. I know i was like i. Can't i looking literally looking at my phone. Gave me anxiety like looking at my phone. As soon as i looked at my phone instantly panic like just talking about anxiety. Like i don't know how many of you guys have ever had a panic attack before looking at my phone straight up gave me a panic attack like i was like freaking out like heart was beating faster like i couldn't handle it anymore so after six weeks straight of working from six am to nine pm like fucking done. I'm not doing this anymore. Like i can no longer take this. I'm sick of it i'm done. I'm exhausted. It's over so i just didn't work for literally week. And at the end of that week. I ended up realizing that. I'd taken way too much on my plate and this was when i decided to fold all of my clients i literally had fifty one on. I finished clients. I fired all of them and just mentioned my trainers for five months and that was literally the start. pt dot. because after i fired all my clients i was just mentoring. My athletic trainers and i did that for a period of like five six months and then after mentoring transfer five or six months i finally realized. Why don't i just do this instead. So i decided to start. Pd domination anyways so. Let's talk about overwhelm. Let's talk about over one. Because once i made this mistake once and i like overwhelm to the point of having a panic attack and crashing and not being able to work. Which guys if you're in on visco coaching listening right now. And you're feeling overwhelmed. You might not be in a panic attack level yet but that's where it ends up like. That's the extreme end of

"Food was not right in its it but you gotta be ready for them. Milk sandwiches flushing. We're gonna bill known fact there's good voodoo and bad to see you know all right. Okay voodoo mini. i'm coming at. You is the quicksilver from the x. Men universe yes. I mean i would obviously. I don't know lifts in doubt because it showed him a bullet hole. Not but i'm going to say yes. He's exactly the same guy. Sign actor so we'll say yes. Okay well considering that smitty literally disagree with that executive institute from the and now. He's repeating the answer that i gave i do. I think i deserve extra credit. Smitty has already said modesto brought him in which means he's not from eighteen hours he is from universe. I'm right foams pointless. I-it's the devil wants to bring somebody in parallel universes. Quicksilver could be esto. Well let's possible often pronouncing well. I don't know who's right. But i'll go ahead and award ten points to submit any dang it. That's what i'm talking about. Your kirk said every time someone in your family is their food with a fork. You will feel a pain in your spleen. What was that. it's thank goodness. My children refused to you. Silverware after fdr voire tomas son for six straight years to poke everything with a fork. This really better spend this hick's misfortune. Let's do sports and never set up under the snow and ice day before it happens. All right here. We go will of misfortune. Wanda is looking at. Oh look at it. Curses curse says. Oh car says it's minicar in purple on my envelopes for those that were wondering curses for one point. This is for tim to start a soft. Can sword be trusted cancer. Be mistrusted. i'm gonna say just as much. Our new guests listener trenton leonard. Eight cannot be trusted o. Welcome to chime Theories cancel repeat trusted absolutely not they cannot be trusted. I think director hayward would pull a smeeting. He would literally camera step outside his vehicle to urinate. So no with stephanie. You cannot trust sword as far as you can throw their organization. Okay consort beach often. Can i don't think so And just spur reference stepping outside so my wife's conversations would bleed them to refine tests whatever But no. I don't think sword can be trusted. I don't trust them for no answer. Well since you guys gave the same answer. I guess i'll give each one point. Did trent answer if not. I'm going to give him the curse answer. So trent leonard you receive. Get the wanda curse. Which is that every time. You approach the traffic lights. It will turn red every time every traffic light from here on out will turn red as you approach and his tasty self driving car won't know what is somebody drinking a lot Slushy that car. No hacker robin a torment in of itself. But we've got our second round of torments farm and had all right coming after smitty apple director haywood already we. We did talk about richer. Hey what's up with that. But smitty no pressure list or leonard. Destroy these ace. His pretty distracted most folks. Are you know thank. It's pretty hot. But anyhow i think did misfits though is in charge of the sword gaffe so the director is under the power of the marvel. Devil all right tim. What is your theory. It's a pretty good guess. Director hayward is not under control of visco however he is gonna become mc new striker. He is clearly going to build a evil group of noisemakers i mean robots to destroy all the super powered beings. Wanda is a brow to bring into insead. Not working with the devil building. An army of century jot robots to destroy the superhumans. Wanda is all right. Well considering. I could barely hear your answer over smoothies movements. I'm an award. Ten points to. Tim perhaps microphone and midi. Your torment is going to be that we are going to record all of the noises that you're right. The phone is making enforce you to listen to them straight for the next four months. Okay list just say smitty. Just ate his phone. no. I'm not that hungry yet. It literally we should. We should make that asleep app. it's media sleep. Sounds by finis. Fortunately with another second round of the curses at the start of misfortune. Okay oh we workers from the moments knitting said you have a show. I have a walmart pickup at the time okay curses for our with with the glitches and frozen people. And i'm not sure if that's about our show about one. Division i think were counted combined. You know realities are clashing here turn. Oh yeah this is for tim. What's up with glitches in fresno what's up with the glitches in frozen people will wander quite as in control as we've been led to believe sisto is clearly in control though it could be nightmare or an amalgamation of two and therefore the people on the perimeter of this whole. Get up there just kind of glitch in around you know. They're not really applicable to the story but they are trapped inside. So they're just frozen with there. Okay sweetie what's your theory. Think that these people existed in them because she encompassed a lot of other land other not in episode. Six where you could see that those people would not domain. They turned into clients. So these people obviously trapped. There could also be across out there. Well trent leonard theory is that my hicks. Graham is actually not a hick graham. It's a circle with triangles. Take two six categories six triangles. Six points you do the math..

Wanda Six points Six six triangles trenton leonard Tim Ten points eighteen hours walmart Smitty ten points Graham each six categories finis visco Eight one point hayward tim
