"When you look at the hunter biden reveals. You see you have a whole new appreciation for the money and power. That is tied up in being the guy who controls the relationship with china or the transportation spending really. That's what i think. Because they felt when they talked about. There's even more stuff about it now. They i can. I mean if you've got a second. I can just read you. One of the one of the one of the like nine hundred texts. It says manner you write this guy. Jillian says to bob alinsky says manner you right. Let's get this company set up then tell h and family the high stakes and get joe involved. And then he says. Jim biden hadn't been part of discussion but now seems like a focal point with h is demons. It could be good to have backup. He strengths strengthens our us. P i don't know what that is to chinese as it looks like a truly family business. So that dude. Oh maybe and i like to do so. He they go into and this like folded into the whole ukraine thing. When victoria newlyn said that a we need biden. Come put an adeboye on this nail down the deeds and then it'll fly so i'm piecing together how they're even talking about it in the news now that it doesn't even matter if he was doing anything for them he was selling the impression or joe was or or hunter was selling the impression that he does do something those positions of power. And then these guys be linski. When they saw sent the memo out saying we have these fifteen contacts there were all fifteen contacts in the government who controlled government money. That's what they were selling to this chinese joint venture it. Just i can't. It's really putting a lot of details on a kind of scaffolding like putting a lot of structure on how how these guys benefit kamala. Harris is so so powerful now. It's so blatant. And this is a swampy type family who is mobster like utilizing the family name to to make themselves wealthy and nobody cares. In fact. Stephen colbert goes to interview joe biden and he brings some of this stuff britain and bring some of that stuff but he brings up hunter by the attacks on hunter biden. He's being attacked. And joe says that's just a right wing smear thing and the hunters smartest person intellectually that he knows. I'm sure the republicans are plenty dirty. I i've read stuff like that but the more investigate this may be because it is the democrats but like you see giuliani's ham handed ham to put his finger in the pie but when you look at ukraine and china with one. Maybe i didn't see that video but if you see the democrats just in the ukraine central the chinese stuff has been investigating. They are masterful..

"So Rudy Giuliani was on Maria Barreda. Romo's fantastic show on Fox's we get and we love the former mayor New York art because he is not letting up on this Ukrainian scandal and the Biden's and all their nonsense one bit. He will not be intimidated matter of fact but I love about him is he's doubling and tripling down the thumbs up from the Dan Bongino for that. So I've got a few soundbites from Rudy Giuliani's appearance and this was the first one where he talks about you. Know There's this myth out there that the Biden mm family this this syndicate of Malfeasance Kabbal Syndicate of money grubbers out there who used overseas. They're Biden's influence. It's overseas to enrich their family. There's a rumor out there going around. The Democrats are spreading it. There was no ongoing investigation into the Biden family. When Biden was what's the point man in Ukraine there were no investigation so when Biden demanded that that prosecutor be fired he demanded it because he was corrupt? That prosecutor wasn't actively looking into Hunter Biden and hundred Biden's company. Really because Giuliani dropped two bombs Maria. Puerto Romo show and actually produce what we call evidence this weekend. Checkout cut number one. Hi this is good. Every time Joe Biden was named point man. The Biden family made millions has a prosecuted. That just doesn't compute for me. He's he's named point. Man in Iraq to brother gets a half a billion dollar housing deal four days later no housing Ukraine point man to kid makes eight million dollars and now they're looking at where the money went to joe the whole deal there was between the owner of the company and Joe and it was to protect the company and the reason he got the prosecutor kicked out is remember. They said that that Hunter Biden was not under investigation by that prosecutor. Yeah well I'd like you to look at this document breath that unequivocally says and this is around the time he was fired. This is a February. Eighteenth two thousand sixteen. He was fired in February. Twenty six. Okay it just reads very simply Barista Holding Ltd and its director. Hunter Biden are involved in corruption affair. And and then it lays out a stone cold money laundering situation that he was involved in for four fourteen point. Six million dollars that went from as low disguised as loans from Ukraine Latvia to Cyprus and then it came to the US and they wouldn't give the prosecutor into the amounts of money that went to Hunter Biden and Devon Archer because the prosecutor was told the American embassy wouldn't give it well. I recovered those documents from the trial. All of Devon Archer you know. His partner was convicted of securities for in that in that trial they had to produce records shows this money coming in at exactly that time. What ties the money laundering altogether? So kind of sum that up little bullet points there. 'cause there's a lot of yeah that's a long twelve minute. Cut It into three pieces. I mean there's there's so much in there but just a major takeaways for that one so there was weight Rudy Giuliani as actual evidence paper documents showing that there was an active investigation ongoing into not only the Biden family but potential potential money laundering. That may have benefited the Biden family actual official documents government. That again you know. In some limited circles we would call that. Got A clue for media people to go really you mean. There's a paper trail of checks being cashed laundered through foreign countries. That wound up somehow in the Biden sphere influence and nobody seems to be concerned and take away number two when people express some concern and went away. Ukrainian embassy overseas staff by Marie Maria von of its and other swampers like George Canton others. Nobody wanted to hear about it. I thought you know. Corruption and international corruption option was kind of our thing right like get rid of that. Yeah and then when they tried to give the information to the FBI and the DOJ. Nobody really cared. Here's Guiliani former former mayor of New York elaborating about that. How when the investigation? They tried to move it ahead. Nobody in the United States or media people seem to care much weird weird. We mean really not weird. Check this out if there were a document about you or me like this. We'd be in jail by the Treasury to investigate. Well that's this is the thing I'll every bring this up. The critics of the president say well this has been look at and looked at before and has not been treasury has recovered this. Nobody looked at this. They have they have a two years to the Justice Department and the FBI. I have a tig witnesses who say for two years. They've been trying to get this information to the just the FBI one FBI agent went to went. What like this to the witness? Nobody seems to care. Well why is that well. The answer's obvious. Why nobody in the media or the Department of Justice at the time and possibly now? I don't know I'll listen. I'm not cover for anyone. I don't care who appointed your what nobody seems to care about this corruption because why well it's obvious man because Joe Biden belongs to a protected class and what does that protected class Democrats and Obama people. Oh we can't have the Obama legacy dismantled called. Mb stay stained in tarnished forever. By the fact that Obama's vice president was one of the most corrupt in modern history. We can't have that story out there. There's a paper trail Joe. Aw checks were signed yes. They were. Money exchanged hands get your official Ukrainian government documents showing. There was an investigation into said paper trail L.. In money going to the Biden family. That should not have been going there verse through very circuitous suspicious routes man now one final golden nugget takeaway. Because I like to tie this show together remember what we talked Giuliani. It's going to be the third cut. Remember ever what we talked about before. Hit My own Mike. We talked about before. How the fake? Ukrainian whistle blower and the Ukrainian Ukrainian quid pro. Quo was meeting. With all of these people Samantha. Powers' folks Victoria Newlyn who were key players in the spying. Operation President trump while Ukrainians were coming in who conveniently Ukrainians were feeding information to Alexandra. Chalupa who was a Democrat operative supportive that somehow made it to the FBI. I The fake Paul Manafort Black Ledger. These Alicia payments which turned out to be fake. Just like the dossier. We'll call automatic dossier which was fate so the same people meeting with the fake. Whistle blower are meeting on Ukraine at the White House in meeting. Some some of which are attended by this Alexandra Chalupa who's colluding with the Ukrainians to destroy Donald Trump while Biden's getting paid over there. Here's Giuliani Chiluba. Gets good second one equally equally damaging this is a memo from woman named Alex Chalupa. She worked for the Democratic National Committee. This is a memo to her boss. CONS director this is may third twenty sixteen right in the middle of the election. She brags to him that she put she put together. I invited Michael Isikoff whom I've been working with for the past few weeks and connected them to the Ukrainians to talk about Paul Manafort. It's the coffee is in New York Times reported. So this is this is this is the crime they were investigating the trump organization for this is what they investigated Donald Trump junior for two who years and said they were going to indict them for meanwhile they have an admission that she was getting information from foreigners and funneling it into the campaign then she goes further she he says a big one will hit in next few weeks. The big one in the next few weeks was the phony black ledger the dossier. Yes the Phony anti-black Ledger in which they announced that it would destroy trump's campaign you have have a Democrat operative Alexandra Chiluba in an e mail documenting her own collusion with a a foreign government to go and obtain a fake document. This black ledger. Alleging payments were made to manafort and cats used to prosecute and put in jail. Paul Manafort. It's fake she's emailing people about this thing and talking about how she's colluding with reporters and foreign governments to attack the trump team and and we're supposed to be mad at Donald Trump because in a call with the Ukrainian government he dares to address potential corruption in Ukraine. We're supposed to be mad at trump. There's a quid. Pro Quo broke while. That never happened either. Do you understand what's going on here. Folks yes they all know each other they are all hiding something. They are hiding their role in the biggest political scandal in American history spy gate scandal spying on a presidential candidates using foreign governments to do it in circumvention of US law and they're hiding Joe Biden's massive massive massive malfeasance scheme with his family overseas in China Ukraine and elsewhere to enrich his family right around the time Biden was going broke all coordinated through operatives. Johnny be John Brennan. Alexandra Chalupa formerly leave the DNC and media hacks who promoted the collusion hoax. The whole time. All right this is Craig. I'm sorry little comic relief. I'm telling again they all know each other ladies and gentlemen and I'm glad you're part of this show where you are seriously four and five months ahead of the new cycle. Giuliani just dropped the bomb this weekend with amazing showing the act investigation of the prosecutor Biden actively going on. It's got the paperwork. The cash. The checks were cast and showing Kaluka email acknowledging. She was colluding with foreign governments. And the same reporters involved in the Russian collusion scheme. COMEDIA-.

"Okay welcome back so I told you about how all these scandals are connected and now you see how shocking the ambassador to Estonia shows up at a meeting while the Guardian's reporting at the Estonians may be assisting the Obama administration spy on trump just weird but on that judicial watch thing we saw that also one of the meetings with the fake whistle blower. Was Victoria Newlyn Victoria. Nulan who by the way is a Clinton an acolyte of the highest order an intricately. We've herself into the threat of the Clinton fabric everywhere. You see the Clintons Clinton's you basically see Victoria Newlyn pop up now. This is where this gets interesting. So New Orleans meeting with the fake whistle blower to what is new left to do with this. Well this is where it gets even more bizarre. Let's go to this Washington Times piece by the Great Roman Scarborough's done some terrific investigative work and we see that Victoria Newlyn creeps up again in both spy gate and with the fake whistleblower. Literally Obama aide started Christopher Steele FBI BI alliance by Rowan. Scarborough again. A story that will be in the show notes. It's an older story from March of two thousand eighteen. But it's an older story that's now new again. WHO's the Obama aide who starts the whole spy gate case by basically introducing Christopher Steele author of the fake dossier way to the FBI? Hey you may want to talk to the sky so we can spy donald trump. WHO's the Obama? Ada did that. Well let's go to the Washington Times piece and we could see quote. These disclosures including that Victoria Neuland at the State Department started the FBI. Steel marriage is contained in Russian roulette. Russian roulette is a book which was released Tuesday. This is from two thousand eighteen and was author by two longtime Washington media figures Yahoo News reporter Michael Isikoff in Mother Jones. The magazine. David Core is just when you think this thing will never end this. We rebe affiliates. Remember the headline. Don't ever forget it because you'll get confused if you don't remember. They all know each other. They are going to try it out. Scandal upon scandal upon scandal. It's all made up. And they're all all trying to hide something their role in either spy gate or the fake whistleblower affair so now we know that the FBI hooked up with Christopher Steele after Victoria. newland okayed the meeting personally from the State Department. Yeah go ahead with steel. He's got some INFO on trump. Didn't matter resolved fake Victoria Nolan. Did that Batori. Newly the same person Judicial Watch found that is meeting with the fake whistleblower at the White House again media folks chew worry authentic. See here it gets even better. So we know Victoria newland wind that this story told you about about NULAN marrying up the FBI and Christopher Steele fake dossier used to spy on trump. We know that charge comes from a book. Called Russian roulette written by Michael Isikoff. Michael is that name but now there's there's no way right Michael Isikoff. Alleged reporter could possibly be connected to Alexandra Chalupa who was the DNC Democrat McRae operative who left the DNC to go collude with Ukrainians. And who's primarily responsible for reaching out to the Ukraine to get negative information information on the trump team one of those pieces of information alleged to be reported to fake Black Ledger Used to attack an arrest. Paul manafort investigate Paul Manafort. There's no way as a cough. The reporter writing about Nolan. The could possibly be connected that you well actually. Yeah a perfectly. I've got. It makes perfect sense because again when I say all this stuff is weird I mean not weird because the Obama Administration just love spy. Check out this piece by John. Solomon at the hill again. These people all know each other. They'll Ukrainian embassy confirms DNC contractor Chalupa solicited solicited trump dirt two thousand sixteen wait the Ukrainian embassies confirming that. There were efforts made to collude with a foreign government to get dirt on trump. You're reading a headline yourself. Ladies and gentlemen and do you created embassy. Actually confirm this from the inside of the peace. We see another interesting little nugget about this venom venom. Like destructive symbiosis between the media the spy gate plotters Alexandra Chalupa former DNC contractor by the way who also is in some of these meetings at the White House. Yes these meetings involving Ukraine these meetings the fake whistleblowers in a lot of them Chalupa continued to build a case that manafort and trump were tied to Russia. In April. Two Thousand Sixteen she attended. She attended an international symposium where she reported back to the DNC that she had met with Ukrainian journalists to talk about Paul Manafort. She also wrote that. She invited American reporter. Michael isikoff suite with her at this. I mean it's just amazing. isikoff wrote some of the seminal stories tying manafort the Ukraine trump to Russia. He later wrote a book making a a case for Russian collusion. So folks because I have a lot more to get to I mean are you not just the newness appear. Aw again once you apply the newness translator at all make sense. This is nothing more than a group of anti-trump idiots trying to cover up their involvement in a spying scandal who are trotting out relief pitcher scandal upon relief pitcher scandal in a desperate effort to cover up to things their involvement in the foreign spying scandal with foreign governments Estonia the UK and others. They're involved in that we now know that and they're also trying to hide up massive corruption trying to hide. Excuse accuse me amongst the Biden's which I'll get to in a minute video from Rudy Giuliani which is critical to the CEO. See one onto joy. I know you get the cheat yourself opening little comic relief today hoping to get to that too all right you know what. Let me just knock this out because I love our sponsors dancers. "Off The by the way in that thing where the clip by play from ABC where someone of the congresswomen are senators said. They shredded the The other side Actually Joni Ernst and Joni earning some days. Sorry sorry John. Ears in the gun. Toting senator from Iowa did the ads where she's being butchering a chicken or something. I forget what she did. But shot a deer but She's a tough marine. Go Yes yes I know she is yeah. She's looks terrible. There's all grey all of a sudden and a new study out about gray hair as a result of any sort of stress. You boom. Your hair can turn gray overnight. That's I think that's not new. I remember member not new. But it's a new study back in the seventies. I remember. Oh he had a really bad shock. And that's why his hair star to go gray. I've heard this everybody's heard it but I no. I didn't know I thought that was already accepted. Science is what I'm say. Oh I don't know that it is. I don't think anyone's studied it. I think didn't just commonplace replace. Common Knowledge is like you know wife still gray because you know He's worried but apparently anxiety specifically will cause your hair to turn gray quickly grey-haired what happened to her. So worsening a lot of pressure on her democratic beatty. I think I think two local Party and some of these days are really evil local Republican parties in some states California's a good example as a terrible Republican party. Here so I learned and I think that this impeachment for the public version of it will obviously be litigated on television and and it seems like it'll be obviously fox news against everybody else. That's that's at least. That's the way Fox News Fox News positions everybody else's the mainstream media even even though they have the best ratings is very interesting how they do that. Millions of people more watch them but there were some things said not during the Right learn some things not mentioned during the impeachment presentations. This is actually right. After the the president's defense forget who it is who came out and said everybody up so they could talk on the microphone but where we had this whole in. This should have been I think in the presentation but maybe will come up later Throughout this this whole impeachment trial in the Senate so far. It's all about the process. And it's you know Russia's my our arch enemy the and we really need it's America's national security our interest to make sure that Ukraine had the weaponry needed and the military assistance assistance so to to to date. The defense of that has been will. Obama gave water and blankets. And we gave tank-busting like Eh okay but this is perhaps a better one. The facts of his case remained the same and those facts are Ukraine in fact received the security assistance and there was no investigation into the Biden's and really important point that I think you should report for the American people is that when it comes to supporting Ukraine security assistance. Three of the democratic house managers voted. No they voted in opposition of the US providing defensive security systems to Ukraine members. Are Jerry Nadler Lofgren and Hakeem Jeffries. Thick clouds clipping today. That's a nugget Riley. Hey hold on a second take on this stuff. That was fantastic. What are the things that bothers me is this Our ally Ukraine India. How many of our allies for example do we have? No extradition agreement with what ally in the world is there. Do we have no extradition. Most you know we have a lot of extradition agreements. Because you know some criminal runs off to the place to get him up to get him back when I put him on trial we we have nothing like that. With Ukraine's just the same as it is with Russia we get vets and no extra. What kind of an ally? Well bullcrap is Al.. You bring it up and I I keep up the cliff just in case it would come to this. You've kind of forced my hand. I feel it would be appropriate to play the phone call from twenty fourteen. I believe that was intercepted by the Russians and released in great quality which is which which is why our own State Department said that had to be the Russians of Victoria neuland setting up the government of Ukraine for a complete coup or we could call it a regime change and I think it might be worth wild. You know. It's now six years later to just listen again to what we're really doing living in Ukraine and that may explain or make it clear to people why this is our allies because our fingers were throughout the whole government. What do you think the love that clip? It's three minutes so it is long. But that's a good clip. People probably not her this clip for a while if they've heard it at all but a lot of listeners probably never heard this this is the nobody knows for sure it was the Russians who who tap the phone and released a public but I would think it would be the Russia's to benefit them it was I I agree. It was an astonishingly initially. Good I mean they might have been in. The Room might remind room so nunes talking to someone back in the states. They're talking about who should be in the government who shouldn't be in the government who's going to help us make this happen and then some other tidbits played when did should mention this is before the quote unquote you know regime change. That took place that we had that we orchestrated and A and we end people like John. Brennan were actually in Ukraine at the time John McCain John Brennan Victoria neuland Lindsey Ingraham's handing out cookies at the my John McCain taking pictures with known terrorists who might have been at the my don. I don't want to speak ill of the dead but it seems like he was pretty involved in that and not only does it show you why. They're our allies if you think about corruption and people getting and stuff and when you put a government in place and you're literally putting the president and the prime minister and the foreign. You're putting these these pieces on the chessboard. There's kind the room for corruption. What do you think I think we're in play The pieces obviously the complicated electron here Especially the announcement of him as deputy prime minister. And you've seen some of my notes on the troubles in the marriage right now. We're trying to get a read really fast on where he is on this the stuff but I think your argument to him which you'll need to make I think that's the next phone call. One I set up is exactly when you made to two yachts and I'm glad you so yachts this is yacht's in November the guy it looks like a bass player Abed seventies band and all of a sudden he was he was the guy as you might be dead for. All we know that guy's GonNa put him on the spot on where he fits in this scenario and I'm very glad he said what he said in thoughts good so I don't think cleats should go into the government. I don't think it's necessary. I don't think it's a good idea here. Oh Yeah I mean I guess you you think in terms of him not going into the government just let him stay out and do his political homework and stuff. I'm just thinking in terms of the sort of the process moving ahead. We WanNA keep the moderate Democrats together. The problem is GonNa be tiny book and his guys. And you know I'm sure that's part of what coaches calculating waiting on all of this I think he ought to the guy who's got the economic experience the governing experience. He's he's the yeah you know what he needs his tiny book on the outside. He needs to be talking to them four times a week. You know not only setting up. Who's going to be in the government would explaining thing how we're going to talk to the people were not gonNa let in the government in Victoria? newlyn just understand was the ambassador Just the secretary of state right there but I think she had like an ambassador title because of it but she has assistant secretary of state but high up and of course Mary to Robert Kagan Peace Foundation. Yes those those guys are not neocons at all I just think going in. He's is going to be at that level working for yachts and you it's just not gonNA work. Yeah I don't think that's right. Okay good what do you want us to try to set up a call.

"Breath the by the way in that thing where the clip by play from. ABC where someone of the congresswomen are senators said. There's all grey all of a sudden and the new study at about gray hair as a result of any sort of stress. You bring it up and I I cut up the cliff just in case it would come to this. President Trump prays Victor or bond for taking a tough stand on immigration. People have a lot of respect for this prime minister is respected man. And I know he's a tough man, but he's a respected, man. And he's done the right thing. Courting too many people on immigration human rights activists are concerned about the signals. Trump is sending with this meeting as NPR's. Michelle Kellerman reports Hungarian human rights lawyer Marta are is worried about where her country is heading. She's watched Viktor Orban's government demonized groups like hers, the Hungarian Helsinki committee, which provides legal services for asylum seekers, and for Hungarians, we've had clients in the past few years been fired from their jobs for simply expressing a political opinion that was not supportive of the current government speaking via Skype or Davos says the Orban's government has been passing laws that have no place in democracy. But she wasn't holding her. Breath at President Trump would raise any of that even with a NATO ally, though, it is worrying that after thirty years of, you know, the fall of Berlin Wall, we have to worry about whether the president will still consider these that'll panic values important enough to raise them alongside the arms deals or the security deals in the Oval Office. President Trump brushed off a question about democratic backsliding in Hungary, instead praising or bond as a tough, but respected leader or Orban who's described Syrian refugees as Muslim invaders told reporters that he and Trump have similar approaches stunned together with the United States on fighting against illegal migration on terrorism and to protect and help the Christian communities all around the Trump praised him for that too. And you have been great with respect to Christian communities. You have really put a block up, and we appreciate that very much Victor or has been seeking. A White House invitation for years. Former assistant secretary of state for Europe, Victoria, Newlyn says the Obama administration was insisting on democratic reforms. I the situation in Hungary, did not improve or on westbound and determined to take lessons from Ladimir Putin's playbook, and consolidate power and further restrict the media at cetera. But then when the Trump administration comes in, and they try the opposite approach the situation gets even worse. She says Orban's government sent to suspected Russian arms dealers back to Russia denying a US extradition request. And so far, Hungary has not heeded US warnings about Chinese telecom companies and Viktor Orban's gone in the opposite direction, the largest service center of walkway in Europe is outside of Budapest. Or Bon was essentially running a political platform on the basis of an anti immigration message long before Trump Shinsegi says Trump's praise for right wing authoritarians undercuts US efforts to promote human rights in places like Venezuela. Michelle Kellerman, NPR news, the State Department in the latest issue of the Atlantic. Franklin four writes about Hungary, and what the magazine calls Viktor Orban's war on intellect four traveled to central European university. In budapest. It's a school or bond has affectively forced to leave the country founded by Orban's nemesis towards Soros to promote an open society. As for explains, it's not. Just this one institution. He says Viktor Orban's has waged war on all Hungarian, universities and more. Most universities in Hungary are funded by the state. And so he's imposed chancellor's on each university who control the purse strings, he's taken the Hungarian academy of science which funds research, and he's diverted all the money for research to be controlled by one of his cronies in this takes place in an even larger context where the media has been destroyed in the country where the number of free media outlets has been reduced. They're very very few organs that oppose the government. And so he's going after central European university because he's gone after the rest of Hungarian civil society. But risk-averse king an obvious question. Why our universities a threat to him? So university is are the source of criticism there the places that train the people who had potentially March in the street against Victor Orban. And so he's he said out to destroy them. And Hungary has lost a million people over the course of the last ten years they've left the country they've gone to most of them have gone to places like Germany or France or to England, and these tend to be the college educated parts the population. These are the people who form a natural opposition to Victor, Oregon, and or bond has been quite clear that he intends to govern hungry for an extremely long period of time, and he wants to create the institutions and the circumstances that permit him to govern for this extended period. Part of Orban's project has been to change public sentiment within Hungary a country where people used to be very open to liberal, western democratic ideas. How have the attitudes of the Hungarian people changed Hungary was one of the great success stories of post-soviet times? It was it was a country that made its way into the European Union that created democratic institutions that housed a robust press. But over the term of Viktor Orban's presidency. The institutions have started to weaken, and then disappear and public opinion has started to shift the week that I was in Hungary, CNN published a poll showing that Hungarians had become the most antisemitic country and the whole of Europe one of the pro government publications published a magazine that had a cover featuring the head of the Jewish Federation and his his face was put against a black backdrop and money was raining down. And I it's just pretty shocking that our government can't find a way to criticize this government, which seems to be fostering, so many ideas that are just so contrary everything we're supposed to stand for one of the things that I think makes Oregon so interesting to Americans as the similarities between him and President Trump, especially on this day when the two of them are meeting at the White House, you met the US ambassador to hung. Henry a man named David cornstarch who was a jeweler in New York and new Trump for decades and Basseterre corn seen told you Trump. And this is a quote would love to have the situation that Viktor Orban's has. But he doesn't what does that mean? So, you know, we do constantly look to the autocrat is liberal leaders in places like Brazil, or Hungary or Russia, and we try to see similarities between Trump in these leaders. And we ask ourselves constantly is he one of them are we projecting Trump onto them or projecting them onto Trump? And so to have one of his old friends to have the United States diplomat say explicitly that Donald Trump wishes he could be in Thawra -tarian leader is quite a chilling thing to hear Franklin four. Thanks for talking with us today. Pleasure. He writes about Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban in the latest issue of the Atlantic. President Trump is considering expanding the latest round of tariffs to virtually all Chinese imports, and that's going to be difficult for shoppers to ignore. The retail industry has already been paying more for products made in China, and is bracing for impact NPR's, Lena Seljuk reports don't want to stress you out. But imagine having to plan for your holiday shopping now half a year out. That's the reality faced by many retail companies. So imagine learning the cost of stocking up for the holidays might go up by twenty five percent flick trying to make businesses based on political negotiations that have these timelines that may or may not come not priest runs the footwear distributors and retailers of America. It trade group for shoe sellers in the US with members like Nike footlocker. Steve Madden, footwear is bracing for its first. Potential tariffs in the trade dispute with China we import in two and a half billion pairs of shoes every year. That's over seven pairs of shoes for every single person, man woman. In child here and the majority of them come from China. The Trump administration has been escalating tariffs on Chinese imports. The goal is to boost domestic manufacturing and stop China from stealing American intellectual property and at first the White House tried to avoid taxing products that would hit consumers directly. But after a few rounds new lists are almost all inclusive. New tariffs are set for luggage and furniture and slated for clothes and shoes. Many retailers that already face tariffs had prepared for an increase among the latest, for example, Williams Sonoma warned that it may have to raise prices. It also helps you how dependent we how in China. Some sewn is a professor of economics at Loyola Marymount university. I think about all the stuff that we wear all the furniture and shoes and other things that we use houses lot of it is from China. People don't realize that in all of those are going to be costing more son supports Trump to him higher. Prices are the cost of a once in a life. Time opportunity to level out trade with China. But it's a tough Bill to swallow for the companies that are importing all these goods because despite Trump's saying that China will pay for these new taxes in reality Americans are paying the cost of the tariffs. David Weinstein is an economics professor at Columbia who studied the impact of last year's tariffs on US prices. When the US applied tariffs, the prices that consumers were paying or at least the people purchasing. The imports were paying was rising one for one with the tariffs that's been evident, for example with washing machines. Their prices climbed quickly after facing one of the early tariffs. Many big retailers have been able to absorb the cost of the new import tax so far some companies have started to shift production out of China, though. Mostly to other countries where labor and resources are cheaper major retailers, like WalMart, and Home Depot are expected.

Potential tariffs in the trade dispute with China we import in two and a half billion pairs of shoes every year. That's over seven pairs of shoes for every single person man woman in child here and the majority of them come from China. The Trump administration has been escalating tariffs on Chinese imports. The goal is to boost domestic manufacturing and stop China from stealing American intellectual property and at first the White House tried to avoid. Loyd taxing products that would hit consumers directly. But after a few rounds new lists are almost all inclusive. New tariffs are set for luggage and furniture and slated for clothes and shoes. Many retailers that already face tariffs had prepared for an increase among the latest, for example, Williams Sonoma warned that it may have to raise prices. It also helps you how dependent in China. The imports were paying was rising one for one with tariffs that's been evident, for example with washing machines. Their prices climbed quickly after facing one of the early tariffs. Many big retailers have been able to absorb the cost of the new import tax so far some companies have started to shift production out of China, though. Mostly to other countries where labor and resources are cheaper major retailers, like WalMart, and Home Depot are expected to say more about all this in financial reports over the next two weeks. We're uncovering distinct piece by piece. Mehta's second book is going to be killer. Now getting back to yesterday's flood zone piece by Solomon, which is excellent. It's and yesterday's show notes. I covered point one yesterday. How information generated by the Clinton machine was being pushed everywhere generated in the middle of a wheel out like spokes to the diameter of the wheel to various people hoping it made its way back to the FBI. The first piece of information Sussman the lawyer for Perkins coup contacting Jim Baker who seems to be confused law firm hired by the Clintons to get fusion GPS to generate this fake dossier. Jim Baker general counsel for the FBI is confused. You have to ask him Sussman. That is why he decided to pick me really Jim talked about that yesterday. Of course. Sussman went to the head of the FBI's general general counsel wanted the information launder to the top. I mention how he gave the information of price that stroke. The second point on the exact same day. Jim Komi gives US July fifth speech exonerating, Hillary Clinton, but laying out devastating information. Christopher Steele, FARs spy who could Victoria Newlyn was talking about mysteriously meets what has F B I handler in London on the same day giving him some of this information about Trump, maybe an effort to change the narrative all that information about Hillary that came out today during that Komi speech, we got to flip the script fast. The information superhighway is real the information laundering operation is real. Roughly the same time Alexander Downer. The Australian diplomat in the United Kingdom who meets with George popadopoulos. And the allegations are the popadopoulos mentioned something about the Russians having dirt on Hillary. Right. Or that meeting, by the way happens in may. But right around the July, August timeframe Downer decides he's going to go to Elizabeth Dibble the DCM one of our. Embassy staff, and he's going to bring this information about popadopoulos. To her where it makes its way again, Joe back to the FBI. Flood zone. In September, Cody sheer. Brother-in-law Strobe Talbott former high ranking diplomat and a Clinton State Department starts producing his own memo's with sid Blumenthal, noted Clinton hatchet, man. Those memos make their way back into the State Department to issue. Interestingly enough, Joe some of the content of those dossiers seems to resemble a lot of what you see in the Christopher Steele dossier, which says to me it was never Christopher steals information. It was the Clinton machine the whole time about that Christopher Steele was just a cog in the Clinton machine wheel. It's the same information. In August right around the same time. John brennan. Who has had a briefing with Bob Hannigan from the British. She she HQ at the quote, dissect director level equivalent of their NSA John Brennan gives a briefing to Harry Reid democrat, Senator up on the hill. What is redo read sends a letter to the FBI demanding an investigation in that letter is information that was in the dossier. The same information in the sheer memo's, the Blumenthal memos and likely the same information that was presented to Christopher steals. FBI hander handler in London on the same day that Komi speeches given. Ladies and gentlemen, they flooded the zone with information in a desperate desperate hope that this was eventually going to make it back to the.

The scheme was was pretty obvious. The scheme was the flood zone. Jody of that cut ready. Yeah. Flood zone with massive amounts of information. Flood zone everywhere have the Clinton machine in the Obama machine. Flood the intelligence community the law enforcement community in the FBI, the State Department anybody who would listen making sure all of this information made it back to the FBI. So it appeared that Joe more McCaw says and alien how do I know Joe Armacost heard it from my neighbor? I heard it from a guy in the gym. I heard it from a guy. I guess they should know. You didn't they all heard it from the same guy some idiot who thinks Joe Armacost is an alien. That's what was happening. I wanna play an older cut from Victoria, Nulan State Department, employees Clinton acolyte very close with all of the players in. Involved in this Clinton scheme. She was the chief of staff for a Strobe Talbott who was Bill Clinton was a higher up Bill Clinton State Department strove Talbot's brother-in-law's a guy named Cody sheer, Cody sheer was feeding dossiers to the State Department sheer is a close confidante of the Clinton team what I'm trying to tell you is Victoria Newlyn is deeply embedded in the Clinton of web of schemers. She worked at the State Department. The State Department Joe is a diplomatic outfit. It is not an intelligence or law enforcement outfit. The State Department's job is to conduct international diplomacy not to conduct spying political hit operations. It's not the conduct intelligence operations to do liaison with foreign intelligence operations that is not their job. Right. But I want you to listen to Victoria Nulan last year on face the nation. Talk about how they've been dealing with Christopher Steele, a foreign spy. Although she's a diplomat. She's not a spy for a really long time. At congressman county said they now have concerns about the State Department you serve there until recently. Do you know what he's talking about? I don't I look forward to hearing what he's talking about. I will tell you though, Margaret that during the crane crisis in two thousand fourteen and fifteen Chris Steele had a number of commercial clients who were asking him for reports on what was going on in. Russia was going on in Ukraine. What was going on between them Chris had a friend at the State Department, and he offered us that reporting free. So that we could also benefit from it. It was one of hundreds of sources that we were using to try to understand what was going on. Oh, really? In that. Nice. So during the Ukraine crisis. Oh, you mean to use the same Ukraine crisis in the same players involved in the movie script from three thousand seven Manafort and his Ukraine connections and Rick Davis. You mean that guy? So basically, let me do the Victoria Newlyn translator for this is you may say why are you bringing up this old cook? Because this is important. She lays the whole thing out about the flood zone strategy send a bunch of negative information about Donald Trump through multiple avenues, hoping he gets into the FBI and into the court. So they can prosecute him. Impeach him or leak to the media. She says oh during the Ukraine crisis. We had worked with steel before. Do you crank crisis Manafort and Davis have Ukrainian clients Manafort is one of the key players in the two thousand seven movie script the Glenn Simpson. Wall Street Journal piece we talked about yesterday that they tried against McCain in the past, but the Bush administration wouldn't allow it. This hit is done in two thousand seven the same headstone against Donald Trump later. The only reason it works better against Trump than it did against McCain with the Clinton team and Democrats trying to same Russian collusion hit against McCain through the Ukrainian pro Russian folks that Manafort was working for is because the Obama administration's willing to play ball with weaponized government and to push team wasn't the Bush team warned McCain..

She was the chief of staff for a Strobe Talbott who was Bill Clinton was a higher up and Bill Clinton State Department strove Talbott brother-in-law's a guy named Cody sheer, Cody sheer was feeding dossiers to the State Department sheer is a close confidante of the Clinton team what I'm trying to tell you is Victoria Nulan is deeply embedded in the Clinton of web of schemers. She worked at the State Department. The State Department Joe is a diplomatic outfit. It is not an intelligence or law enforcement outfit. The State Department's job is to conduct international diplomacy not to conduct spying political hit operations. It's not the conduct intelligence operations to liaison with foreign intelligence operations. That is not their job. Right. But I want you to listen to Victoria Nulan last year on face the nation. Talk about how they've been dealing with Christopher Steele, a foreign spy. Although she's a diplomat. She's not a spy for a really long time. Congressman county said they now have concerns about the State Department you serve their until recently. Do you know what he's talking about? I don't I look forward to hearing what he's talking about. I will tell you the mortgage that during the crane crisis in two thousand fourteen and fifteen Chris Steele had a number of commercial clients who were asking him for reports on what was going on in. Russia was going on in Ukraine. What was going on between them Chris had a friend at the State Department, and he offered us that reporting of free. So that we could also benefit from it. It was one of hundreds of sources that we were using to try to understand what was going on. Oh, really? In that. Nice. So during the Ukraine crisis. Oh, you mean to use the same Ukraine crisis in the same players involved in the movie script from thousand seven Manafort and his Ukraine connections and Rick Davis. We had worked with steel before the Ukraine crisis, Manafort and Davis have Ukrainian clients Manafort is one of the key players in the two thousand seven movie script the Glenn Simpson.
