"Doug Stephan with Jennifer Horn, Victoria Keelan and Jay Kershner. So the stats on covid. As we continue to kind of deal with this in a positive way, understanding where it came from, and not letting us be cowed by the Chinese and the World Health Organization. Apparently, we had a problem in December of 2019. Right. And we didn't. Really Yeah. So what is the what was it called? They did. They didn't know what it was. Then they didn't know. Yeah, because they're now they're going back and they're testing. They've tested different, you know samples, and they found antibodies, and the interesting thing is these are before these samples were not in New York and Seattle, which were the two main, the first big hotspots. This was Illinois, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. So people were coming up with this. Like strange, you know, pneumonia type virus. And no one knew how to treat it. I mean, my my My friend's husband was down in Miami the last weekend in January, um like leading up to the Super Bowl, which was the first weekend in February. He came home and he was sick for 3.5 weeks. He went to the doctor. Four different times. They put him on, like three different antibiotics, and he just couldn't kick it. And then finally, he went to an infectious disease specialist. And he said, You have some virus that we just don't know what it is yet and then, poofed. A month later, it was Covid and everybody the world shut down. So there were a lot of places that just had these little early hotspots, and we're kind of just now. Fully identifying if we start if the Chinese had been had any integrity at all and it let the rest of the world know what was going on. Could we have? I'm asking a question which I have an answer to But I wonder going around the room to Jennifer Victoria and Jay could we have avoided the kind of shut down that we experienced for? Well over a year if there had been time to prepare I mean, I think a lot of the shutdown was done for power for political power. I don't believe that The shutdown was done in the name of science, very arbitrary and a lot of places where there were shutdowns. It didn't work. I live in California. We were shut down first opened last this week, actually, and we still had a huge outbreak of cases. So I see it. I don't know New York, and it didn't work in California. And I don't know what the difference was. Except. I remember Jen last year, you saying that Gavin Newsom was so stupid? He shut down every bit of outdoor activity and forced people to gather in indoors in their home. Maybe you shut down outdoor dining. You shut down anything where people can sort of feel a little bit normal. Like New York went right into outdoor dining mode and parks were open. Everything was open, but just outside, so I think that was a huge difference. Probably a huge difference. I think the one thing that the one thing that Newsome gut right better than Cuomo is that he didn't put a lot of sick people in nursing homes. There was a lot of that. But, you know, I think there's going to we're going to look back and we're going to say okay, this was right. This was wrong, And I think that's absolutely right. I think that's one of the things that will look back on. But as far as is Covid goes, and I can't remember where we were going on this now. So we were talking about is going. I thought it was going with it. Is that how if the Chinese had any integrity at all, and the world knew what they had done, But they did it on purpose. Exactly. Don't don't forget that back in what was in October, I think They had cases of this already. That's probably when the breach happened at the lab. They had every opportunity you know, and people are wondering about. You know what their role was in this and look, I don't think any of us can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt whether or not China released this purposefully or not. Clearly, it was lab created. Clearly. It came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. But what were they were they trying to do it on? Purpose is a question, but it doesn't even matter. When you realize that if this had been accidental, China should have been a good world citizen and they should have stepped up and there's all the all the proof that you need is that they stopped their domestic travel in China, but they kept open their international travel so that they could spread this Throughout the world. They also immediately once they realized what was going on bought up all of the P P. Yeah, so that they can make deals with people like they did in France, and it's a deal. I go back because it doesn't get a lot of attention. They made a deal with Emmanuel Macron in France, saying We'll give you PPE that he desperately needed for his country. But you have to let five GM you have to let in our wa way technology that is so controversial. And so macron did because he needed mass. He needed stuff to take care of his people. So he made a bad deal. Had the world over into the country. Yeah, So if anybody has any questions about whether or not they helped stop the spread I think all you have to do is look at their actions. The fact that they won't let even the World Health Organization they're controlling the world. Now they want to take over the world. Basically, they're controlling the world That is interesting. The former director of the C D. C. Fellow named Dr Robert Redfield said that Joe Biden's chief medical advisor, Mr Dr Fauci, has been clinging tightly to these theories. But the hypothesis that the world has come up with the differs from him and what he has said involved how she's got to go..

A deep breath as we observe what's happening, and one a Gonna share our thoughts because that's the way to let the steam out of the bottle is toe talk about or think about or express yourself as toe? What's What news? Who in your mind, Jennifer Horn is doing that, as is usual. Victoria Keelan doing that as well. Jake Kirshner, doing it and encouraging you to do it on our social media. Twitter at Doug. Stephan facebook dot com FORWARD slash D. J V show Other things that are going on as I think about the whole idea. You know, in my spiritually base. I think a lot about forgiveness, but in order to forgive somebody There has to be blame. And there really is only blame when there's misunderstanding that came from Kung fu. The Don't television. Joy's thinking about what we learned what we have learned what we think of what drives us to go where we go. There are all kinds of things were very complicated, yet pretty simple. And so when it gets to the simple side of life, maybe we spend a little time thinking about stuff other than this, like focusing on Gwen Stefani, admitting That she was ready for Blake Shelton ask her to marry him long before he did. About them. How about that? How long did it take with the two of you? R J? Well, I'm gonna start with you because you're the newest person here when your husband asked you to marry him. What was the circumstance? Where you eager for him to ask you? Were you surprised? Did you say it's about time? What? No. I never wanted to get married. I was totally fine. Never being a wife. I knew I loved him. He was my best friend. Even before like we were best friends before we started dating and I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. But when he proposed I didn't even let him propose. I was just kind of like, OK. Yes, I say yes. And I grabbed the ring because I kind of gave me one of the proposal that happened, But I was like, Well, no, I know I want to look like I wanna be with you for the rest of my life. So I guess I'll Mary, I'll be away. Yes, I'll marry you. I guess I'll be life. Yeah. Right. So Victoria with you and Lewis, What was the eye can see. And I don't mean this in a prejudicial sense. But I can hear you saying he Louis. Let's get married or Luis. Will you marry me? We? Did You wait for the man to ask you or did you ask her? Did you just have a conversation and agree? It's time for us to get this. Like Jay? No, I was like J. I really didn't didn't care about getting married. I didn't. You know, I was divorced. I didn't want to do it again. And, um, this is very personal. But Lewis said essentially, he said, You know, I think it's really unfair that you let someone else have a chance. And I really want you to give me that chance. And so is that sweet. My granddaddy Yeah, Woman? Yes. Yeah s so how do you not come around on that way, But it's the best thing we ever did. So we're really here. General, you've been engaged to Jeff for a while. And you remember what Jen didn't want a proposal either, Right? Yeah. I think we're all in that same boat. I know you were together a couple years and I just read it somewhere public, which I was like, Oh, God. We're at a winery, and I was just like, you know, there's the moment not only are you overcome with emotion, but like you feel like people are around you. So it went very quickly, and I think I blacked out. I don't know. I think he had the ring, right. Didn't you see that? Did you see the ring? Oh, yeah. I told Leo is coming. And I'm like, making sure the manicure and all the stuff you did ring. You made sure you had a manicure. That's kind of cool anyway. Jen, the business with Stefanie being on the Tonight show talking about this on De so the And let the engagement took place a couple of months ago, right? They've been together for four or five years. Five years. Yeah, is that probably not surprised that she said this. I watch this interview with Jimmy Fallon and she was pretty forthcoming and she said, you know, in my mind, I was really at the point. I was wondering where we were going. And that's kind of interesting because they have white women. Think, dummy. Why do you have to give it go anywhere? If you're happy with the way you are, well, because I think, because, well, she wasn't happy with where they were. That was the point. She was saying, You know, I I wanna move forward. She is very religious, and I think she wanted to be married. She's they've been together for five years. Her kids love him not and have sex before they get married. Now, I'm just saying, I think that that's something that's important to her just people. We're hoping it wasn't something I was that she was waiting for an annulment because that's all the time. So my I always thought that they were just waiting because she wanted to get it was important to her to get married in the church, and she wanted annulment before You can't do that. So that's what I thought, too. But it was interesting to find out that she really wasn't the one driving the boat in the in that relationship, So I'm happy. He did it because they seem very happy now, and he keeps talking about how it's you know, so great that they're together. They're very cute. It's a more family news, Maria Menounos. And her husband knew heaven. How do you pronounce your name? Manu knows. But I said yes. You made it Spanish and you know, you know, knows Mino knows Ilaria E had remember. I wrote on the plane across the country with her, and, uh, it's really sweet. She is. Yeah, I liked her anyway, she said we're going to have a family to her husband. Maria's 42. Is that too late? What do you think? Maybe he's froze their eggs. So they have a surrogate. Yeah, she She tried IVF and it didn't work. And so they now have a surrogate, So hopefully everything will go a lot of health problems Did she have like it Wasn't an aneurysm or what you have. Yeah, That's right. Her mind. She was with that guy for a long time, and they got married. They took him a while to get there. But I'm happy for them. Yeah, they got engaged on live on Howard Stern. "Doug Stephan, Jennifer Horan, Victoria Keelan, and now Jake Kerschner is in the fray if you will in charge of social Media How much Victoria is Julianna Stones, contributing to Social media comments these days. I don't know if he's allowed to don't cars allowed. Well, I know I don't little bullets back up. I don't know what he's allowed to do. So I have no idea if he's on social media at the moment if he's allowed to, but Ah British judge ruled just within the last half an hour. That Wiki that he is, of course, the founder of Wikileaks. We know that. But the British judge has said now that he should not be extradited to the US to face charges of violating the espionage act because he's at extreme risk of suicide. That's the reason that the this bridge is British Magistrate. The Ness, a barrister has said that the defense had provided compelling evidence that he suffers from severe depression. That he has written a Will. He saw absolution from a priest and a razor blade was found hidden in his cell at Belmarsh Prison in London, where he is currently charged with 18 federal crimes, including conspiring to obtain and disclose hundreds of thousands of pages of secret government documents, classified diplomatic cables sensitive military reports from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. In all of this. He has dumped on through the Wikileaks website. And also he did direct love. He did direct data dumps two journalists. Well, so obviously the U. S. Has had uninterested in having him extradited to they want him to be flown by U. S marshals to Northern Virginia. To face the charges, but it would expose him to 175 years in maximum security prison. That would make me depressed too. If I thought that that was my only option. So now there s so now I guess the British court is being more sympathetic to him. So we'll see where it goes. But that's a that's a big win for him because face it, you know, saying where he is in London is nothing compared to the charges he faces here. Wow. Speaking of jail, there's an execution date that has been set for a woman. Federal death row inmate. She was supposed to be put to death and that was apparently taken off the table. And now Lisa Montgomery Always convicted of strangling a pregnant woman taking the baby out of her womb eyes now now scheduled once again for execution. Was supposed to be December 8th. And now it's back on for January. 12th. Apparently they're trying to stall it till bride becomes president because he's against the death penalty. And you know, you wonder she has a history of mental illness is that What do we take into consideration when somebody does something like this? And I'm not a bleeding heart. So it's not first looked at this before. I really dug around Victoria sort of pointed me in another direction. I thought, Oh, this is heinous. This is horrible. This woman deserves to die. And I don't like I don't like the death penalty because I don't really mental illness. Make the woman who had her stomach carved apart feel any better. I mean, I don't think it does. You're still removing the rights from someone else at, But was she aware of it? Is that the question? I'm not huge death penalty advocate. But my and I've said this before one of my best friends lost. Grand parents of the night stalker, Richard Ramirez. And she said it was the only thing that would give her closure to move on. And you know what? She deserved it and he didn't And so I mean he raped her grandmother and ate her eyeballs. Good morning to that. I mean, do you really think that that kind of person needs to be sucking up here on the planet? Don't so I think for victims if it does give them closure. They should be a part of that decision. I think. Hmm. Well, they're obviously different points of view on this. If you are, depending on your religion, sometimes there's Staunch opposition to it. I don't have because of religious reason. I just think for the most part of it isn't a defect. It isn't a deterrent the other side of his sound like paying for people to be in jail for the rest of their lives when they're going to do anything, anyway, we're just paying Haven't sitting to sell or to work in the weight room or a cream or criminals of people. They're going to get out. Who knows what that goes on in prison? It's not an easy and my friends. That's the person I talk to you about Richard Ramirez. He died of hepatitis C in prison. He wasn't even put to death. I mean, California doesn't usually keeps people on death row for their whole life. But I mean, think about the medical expenses that go into treating some of these diseases to a lot of times, you'll hear the argument that it's cheaper to keep people alive than it is to put him to death and again. I'm not advocating. I think it should be only used under the most serious of circumstances, but Man, I don't know. Well, the last time a woman was executed by the government and our country was 1953 so that tells you something about the public focus. On women being executed or what the public feeling is the emotion that's attached to it. I think it's the crime. I don't think it has anything to do with the public. I think that that women statistically are not mass shooters. They're not mass murderers. They're not serial killers, and that's statistically they commit. That's true lines. Why Why is it white and women not grab a AK 47 ago? Shoot up the post office or things that guys do? What is there other than the obvious that that keeps women from doing stuff like that? I think it's a really interesting question. And I would if we ever had like a criminal behavioral expert. I think it would be really interesting. You know, you see the FBI profilers toe on different shows. I think it would be interesting to figure out what they know about the differences. I don't know the hormones. Maybe. I mean hormones are pretty powerful. Think psychologically. Women. Women are more maternal women have an empathy that I think men don't rap on And so I feel like I mean, there's probably some real physiological differences in the brain chemistry of how people treat one another so What does that say about me? I'm in touch with my feminine side. Is that what does that mean? I'm like, hopefully means you're not gonna be a serial killer. That's probably I mean, I think you probably would have gone down that path already. Despite your life. I've had play. Yes, I've had plenty of opportunity. This lady, by the way, is 52 years old. So this was she was quite young. And apparently she wanted a child. And this was the only way I think I remember vaguely what went on with this thing. She was that she couldn't get pregnant. She couldn't have. She didn't have a baby and she wanted one. So she just saw somebody pregnant, killed him and took the baby. I think the baby died. Obviously, that's not a balanced person. That's a personal, severe mental illness, right? Yeah, yeah. Right. So there's that I noticed that California is turning away a lot of patients at Jennifer. There are all these hospitals around the country..

"With Victoria Keelan and John Harper here. One of the items well, number one. It sure has been a lot of our time here in this hour reviewing Co Vered situation. So, John, What's the story with this first Come first serve vaccination plan in Florida. What in the world? How do you just push people out of the line? So I get my shot first? It's not come. They're not doing it on who needs it first. Not not really. I I think, um, already I have signed up for it. I was lucky enough to get through yesterday. As a matter of fact, and, um my shot my drive by shooting as I call it scheduled scheduled for the end of January s O, So I'm glad I've got that. How did you sign up with their place online? How did you know that you could sign up? Well, they put out a press release to the media and they had a phone number and I jumped on that right away. The phone number crashed because so many people were trying to get on. And then late yesterday afternoon, they have now got your website. And you signed up now on the website E don't know why we're very music in the background. But go ahead. Yeah, it's not. It's not from what I'm hearing. It's not a first come first serve. They're trying to put some Some, uh, some system into it to to make it part of a ongoing appointment type of situation, and that's what that's the life, Scott Right, so and they did the is it posted somewhere that these people should sign up at this place at this time, is it that or the Masters is we don't even have that yet. Don't you know? I don't know from nothing about how this is supposed to work has done the most vaccinations so far of any state. But apparently it varies. County by county is what I've been reading this, which makes it a bit chaotic in Florida, so I'm not sure that streamline that.

"J. V show with Doug Stephan and Victoria Keelan Jennifer's off this week, the House rejected Trump's veto of that military spending bill, which I thought was kind of interesting, given the fact that he's always been such a Hammer for the Defense Department. But there's so much pork in it s so they're gonna Bernie Sanders said that he's going to delay the vote in the Senate because He wants to tied to the stimulus checks, so he's gonna that I don't know. Well, are they gonna get with that one, but I don't know, because Chuck Schumer said he wants it to be a unanimous thing in the Senate. But, you know, Republican senators, including Mitch McConnell will probably say no to the $2000. So I guess Bernie said he was gonna try to hold up that vote. Um yeah, but I don't know that's gonna work. So 27% Victoria of the Registered Voters in Georgia say they have already cast their ballots, which I think is a sickness in society. They don't know what's gonna happen. The vote isn't until that next Tuesday is next Tuesday Is the election right? The runoff? So a lot could change early vote. Well, not really. What's going to change these air senators who've already dropout who know no one's dropping out these heir to this is a runoff election. These two senators already ran and won. They just won by such a small margin and triggered the runoff. There's a chance that they won't win this time, but that's you know, now I totally disagree. There's nothing wrong with early 2.1 Million voters have already voted. In races with Kenny Law. Flor Kenny. Good. Doug Kelley Law Flor On one side, with David Perdue, running against What is it? Raphael Warnock, these air both chat so that the Republicans were both in office now, and the Democrats are the ones challenging and for the first time a long time. Georgia's seems to be at least leaning a little tipping a little to the Democratic side, right. Even though around the country have been Biden won the state so yes, that he's the first Democratic president to win. I think, since Clinton my guess is that they're going to be is gonna be one Republican and one Democrat that wins and I don't always wrong wins. Purdue is kind of a turkey get offer. She was on Dr Phil that, like broken records when she had you know she was on with him last year. Well, let me ask you this recorder. Drug induced, or was it just what? Her history is? A history of mental illness? It started. I could show you had some some addiction should be taking should be compassionate about her. Then instead of what I what I remember is the arrogance of the way. She tore up the picture of the pope that I remember and I'm no fan of the Catholic Church, but Was just kind of the way it was done. It seemed I could make my mother wasn't tough. Childish. Yeah, right. Or just gotta just mean spirited. Anyway s Oh, I get it. She was protesting in Ireland at the time. You know, I have two uncles who were swept up in that same thing. It was the abuse from of Children by the cat by the clergy. So she was in and out of, you know, the care of the Catholic Church is a child.

Instagram is owned by Facebook is a night, Victoria. It is Yep. Yeah, So were they doing so what? What This is going to be kind of cool the Facebook has taken. This is the biggest step yet into integrating their various messaging platforms. So what they're going to do is they're going to allow mess users on Facebook messenger. And instagram to message one another Apatow app, and the best part is I'm sure you've encountered this dug. A lot of people have Facebook, but they're not on instagram. Younger people have instagram, but they're not on Facebook. So if you want to connect, stay connected to, you know, family and friends and loved ones. This is going to be a really great way. You do not if you have Facebook. You don't need to sign up for instagram. You Khun still message people on instagram and vice versa, So it's going to be probably have some bugs initially to work out, but It will be a major overhaul in their direct messaging system. And so the new Instagram messaging tools include vanishing messages, selfie stickers, custom emoji chat colors, things like that new ways to block unwanted messages and the introduction of Facebook messengers Watch together feature which lets you watch videos with friends during a video call. That also is going to be cool if you're on instagram, or if you're on one platform and not the other. You can still stay connected to people on the other platform, so users will be able to reject the update if they choose. But Facebook will say, Well, a TTE some point. They're betting that access to new features will encourage everyone to say yes to these new downloads. In addition to cross platform messaging users on Instagram and Messenger can also search for profiles across both AP simultaneously which is very cool, and users can opt out of those features if you want, but essentially, this is kind of giving you like an all access pass to the other platform that you're not on and so on. Right now they're testing it in select markets. It will be globally expanding in the next few months. And this is something that you know Facebook feels like this, that the timing of this is right. And they're thinking now how to integrate their other messaging app, which is the WhatsApp. Now we know famously, WhatsApp has major security. Yeah. What's APP has been, you know, probably the highest profile. What's AP story in the last year has been Jared Kushner using it and it's not an official government thing. It's not secure, but he and bin Salman That's that's Mohammed bin Salman, the Crown prince of Saudi Arabia. That's how they that's how they communicate. Which is very irregular and not secure it. Also, they have a lot of security stuff to do with what's at before they put it up on this platform, this new platform with Facebook and Instagram, but I think ultimately having the apse connected is going to be a really good thing. All right. The international space station's getting a new toilet that's gonna work geek.

"Our way back to you on the D. J. V program. Hi, Doug Stephan here with Victoria Keelan. Jennifer's off this week which you went to Montana, Right or Minnesota or was Colorado. Their name every other state that you're family and family. Yes, exactly. All right, So here we are. She's gone, but where we're going, But we're moving in our usual direction here. Sometimes you know what I realized? A lot of soul searching since and a little of the T somebody coming MIT drei. Whatever it is Tia, the business about being alone in the world. Are you alone? Or are you with somebody in some way? I have lots of support. Lots of good friends, My loving family. The radio program. I think about this if I were you know, I was alone for a good long time. And att. Least far as being on the air is concerned and created something that I'm very proud of, But I figured out quite a while ago. If you wantto I was going, okay. On I was alone. I did it alone on I've done that. My life is well, but if you want to go far there, I have found that going together, as in this relationship with Victoria and Jennifer on the air is much more suited. The team aspects of Can just addressing life on the air, or you know in person. Is it sobering? You understand? That is not, you know, It's important to understand yourself and know yourself, but it's also kind of amazing What you can do it. You're with somebody else Did you like that? You get along with our You know what kind of work that clicks Whether is musically speaking. We were laughing like that last week. While the four seasons and how well you know they groups that air. I think you could apply it anywhere Victoria and apply it to Music. You're going to play it to an ensemble cast on a TV show. You can apply it to your life, your family do you care about your aunts and your uncles? You know, Jennifer is a great example that she goes way way out of her way to take care of the people in her family that she cares about so anyway, just sort of a tribute to Doing things together. And with that in mind, Victoria is going to bring us into the virus. The latest updates on this that is a you could spend. We could spend all day every day just talking about the virus, and we have as we get started back in April and May. That's all we ever talked about. Thank heavens now There are other things that we can talk about that much more rewarding like the Supreme Court right for the election, or these are lots of other fun stuff. Alright, what sort of virus things that we get cooking? Well, there's a new study that is was just published on Friday in the medical journal The Lancet, which is pretty much one of the most highly respected journals had their heads handed to them. When they did it again. Hydrochloric raising hydroxy Clark went. Yeah, they did. They, apparently, And that was that study. That was a couple months ago they had posted They had published some things without actually fact checking, and then they had to retract all of it. But, yeah, they definitely took a hit for that one. There. New study that that is about the Corona virus shows that fewer than one in 10. Americans have shown signs of past infection or have had antibodies. Essentially, what that means is we're nowhere near what's you know what a lot of doctors and epidemiologist have referred to his herd immunity. You have to get to at least like 70% of the population, having already had the virus in order to actually hit herd immunity, and so it only one in 10 Americans having it We're nowhere near it. So a lot of they found that this the Corona virus antibodies that they've been studying. It doesn't indicate exactly how many Americans now you might be immune to the virus because not every infected individual develops antibodies but based on who does have antibodies and who hasn't? It looks like very few people. We're nowhere near the herd Immunity, and one of the epidemiologists who's working on this from the State University of New York at Albany, says quote We're still in the middle of the fight. We're all tired. We're all hoping for a vaccine. But this shows us that it's not over here, and it's not even by a long shot. So This is just yet another another reminder, Teo, you know, stay vigilant. Keep the masks on and say, socially distance when you're you know when you're in public, and that's that's kind of the only way we're really going to be able to squash this. There are some promising treatments. Ram desa fear seems to be doing really well. High doses of zinc and on DH Vitamin C have also been helping so hydroxy Florrick. Quinn in certain cases has been as you know, anecdotally from doctor's reports has actually worked well for certain patients. There are you know more and more vaccine trials that are happening. We're in face three with Johnson and Johnson. I think Moderna has one That's getting kind of close. So eventually next spring there probably will be next spring or next summer is kind of where the CDC and the FDA are saying, you know, in terms of going into your doctor's office in getting a vaccine, having it be available to everyone we're looking at probably next summer. You're going to do front line workers. First they're going to do teachers, kids in school. Things like that. They're just going to be kind of a hierarchy of who's going to get the vaccine first, But you know, it's just It's just It's a reminder, you know now that we're heading into some colder weather. That's where I think that's what really where we're going to be tested. People are going to be eating indoors and out at restaurants. Kid's going to be in school teachers are not going to want to open up the window is talking to a friend of mine yesterday who is a teacher in a school in northern New Jersey..

"Victoria Keelan from the D. J. V show and Rich McFadden, who has been my colleague for road See since I was 18 94. We first started you and me and Mark are somewhere on that. All right? So we're here to discuss the party on the top 10 stories of the week. Jennifer Horn is off this week. So we get to the top 10 stories and the people is well, always. The t. The people that easier is that the people And the stories go together. One of the big stories this week for me has been the number of flies that Aaron my studio I mean about Take a shot. This is not big news, but it is a distraction. So if you hear me go During the course of the our lovely Alright number 10. The relationship stuff. I don't know if there's anything new here. We're pretty ritual followed. Right, Richie. Do you know anybody or Victoria who's gotten a divorce as the covert thing has penetrated our lives or have separated celebrities? Out of celebrities in your circle. I know. I know. A few people have wanted to get divorced, but haven't why I've been saying that. You know, it's been a lot of togetherness, and it's been a strain on relationships, but no one I know has actually split. Really have you really answer Larry the business about splitting or getting away from who you were with. Would lead us into thinking. Okay, Well, do you want to match up? Do you wanna partner up with somebody else? I wonder how the dating services have done during this because who would want to go out with somebody? You don't know on a date. It's all virtual. I hear the commercials. It's all virtual now, so there it is setting up Zoom dates for you. Yeah. So what happens on his empty so Doing the same thing that happens in a zoo meeting. Hey, Wow. You mean onto you? Yeah, on a zoo meeting you chat for a little bit. And then if you decide that you like each other, you chat again and chat again. And then maybe you find some socially distance opportunity to go for a walk in the park or something like that. You said I wanted to be a better way. Because if you're seeing a person in front of you, you can no faster if you're going to have chemistry rather than just texting five different people at once. I think it's actually cuts to the chase of I think it might be better. Really. But what happens when you want to meet him? If you want to go to dinner with him, depending on where you are you grab coffee? Yeah, right. Coffee's not good for not that complicated. All right. See you until where I've been for the past six months number nine disasters, whether the whole business about the fires on the West Coast Seems to be stabilizing a little bit, but in an interesting more to the point of this from my perspective, how we quickly pushed things off the front page, if you will, how the news cycles of such that That some of these things even though still important, are not being really handled. Discussed. Once Ruth Bader Ginsburg died, there was nothing anywhere. Oh, for a few days. Did you notice that? Discussion of anything really, and truly nothing. And so that's and that's the number one show and I want to jump to the top of the list. But just isn't aside. Did she deserve as much attention as she got? How do we decide that? How do you is? She had quite amazing life. She did great things course. She demanded the amount of tension that she got. You know, both being the force that she wass and Kurt and then creating the situation that we're in. You know, she was Um, important person who passed in a very important time, and I think that creates and demands that the conversation and I think it's Uh, you know, it's out of control a lot of places, but it's a good conversation for us to have just some people are taking it to extremes about her or what she did. Or the times we're in. I think it's probably three, right? Yeah, like riches, right? It's all three once. So what were you going to say? Victoria? Well, I think one of them and I know again. I feel bad. We're skipping to the RPG. Here. I will get back to him and we're going to go around little bit one of them. I think one of the best things to have a focus on her life. A lot of you know, especially for young girls and for women in general who may not know how their lives have been impacted by rulings that RBG has been a part of. I think that it's been a great history lesson. Ah, lot of things have come out saying, like, You know if you're in the military before Ruth Bader Ginsburg Look on the case of a woman who was in the military who wanted equal pay and equal housing, which was not even available to women in the military. Unless you were married, like RPG took that cases before she was a justice. She took that case all the way to the Supreme Court and won. So if you're a woman in the military and you're single, and you have equal pay equal housing opportunities now through the military, you can thank RBG for that. A lot of things that people don't realize that she was so impactful, and I think it's I think it's great that people are really taking interest in our legal system are our justice system and you know a woman who is going to be an icon forever. Well, I think that it comes once in a while to pass that we have somebody who's been in the public eye who really does have an impact. Who's not political. Remember her best friend was in in Scalia. Nobody could have been further away from philosophy than the two of them were, But yet they spent socially their time together at the court and on their own much time together, and she freely said. That he was her best friends that it was pretty interesting that when it comes to that there were people that profile it for sure, but not as many people paid attention to it. And maybe what? You're gonna ask the question. Why should they? What's Owen usual? Okay, so politically speaking, Richie, you're on one side. You got plenty of friends who are on the other side. He just maybe don't talk about politics or half about your points of view. And that's the way it ought to be. What the hell difference does it make? So you know what it was like. I've got different uses that four. What's the What's the difference? Hey. Hi. Here's the difference. Okay? I respect their points of view. I made not disagree with it. But I accept their reality and respect their point of view, because if I deny Their point of view. I cannot have a conversation with them. And maybe have them see my point of view. So perfect case in point is the gay guy that lives across the street from me that voted for Obama twice Now he texts me every night and can't wait to vote for Trump. He's so excited to have this conversation with me..

"So important To hear? Jennifer has to say Victoria has to say And once in a while when I have to say, Doug staff in general or in Victoria Keelan Jennifer is perched in sunny Southern California. Where is beautiful all the time and now? See, this will make it more beautiful. The governor who is a stand up guy, One of the great Patriots of America, Mr Newsome, I see a picture of him wandering around. With Miss Harris money amongst a bunch of old burned out junk cars in the fires. I'm sure that she learned a lot from walking around the junk with him. And so now, Mr Newsome has issued a sweeping executive order. Jennifer, It's going to be great for everybody, right? Yeah. Great for great for business. Is it? Well, actually businesses just great. For individuals in California, California is goingto outlaw. Sales of new gasoline powered passenger cars and trucks by 2035. This is, according to Gavin Newsom yesterday, he said that's going to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 35%. Now. He said that the plan would not ban people from owning gas powered cars or selling them on the used car market, But it would end the sales of all new gasoline powered passenger cars and trucks in the state. Sure the California auto dealers they're goingto have their lobbyists upon the hill. This will not fly for this. Like the For the after Trump relax the emissions, and then the automakers got together and made their own rules of what they wanted. So isn't this the director's? They're heading in any way in the state. This has been pushed for since Jerry Brown was in office. Actually, he had the dream and he would tell people about it's not like he made it a secret that he envisioned California with No. One in their cars, and that's why he would gas the heck out of gas. And that's why he would do all of these things to try to prevent people. From driving. The problem is he offered us no viable alternative because California is not like New York. I wish that it were. I wish that I didn't have to drive in that we had reliable, safe public transportation. But guess what? We do not and ask your question. Can I ask you a question? So California trying to fight climate change and the fires that these people because of their bad management create the horrible circumstances, people dying because they can't breathe in the air that's been created by these fires that were created by Lack of of management and direction from the governor's office. So now we're gonna have cars that air electrified That Ri would make me think that we have to have more electricity. Like the argument is that there's no electricity in the state of California so well, These guys are morons so inept because already we here and I know nationally, Ifyou're not in California, here about rolling blackouts, remember rolling brownouts all of that when it gets hot in California. You were told to turn off your lights, Turn off your air conditioning and basically just sit inside and sing because, yeah, that's what you're supposed to do. And when we have fires, and when it gets windy, we just turn off the power grid because the power grid can't be trusted not to spark more wildfires. So this is what just irritates me. No end is that in this quest for whatever he's going after you're going to make it extremely difficult for people to number one have to afford a new car and number to be able to charge that new car. You're going to put an extreme load on the power grid if you have everybody out there with it with non gas powered car with an electric car. I don't know how you do it. I don't know how you shore up the power grid. But four years they have failed in doing that, because instead of actually and this is, I think what gets me so much instead of using the word incentive, they used the word ban. And or regulation, and so in California instead of incentivizing, the power company's Teo get more compliant to shore up their failing infrastructure. What they do instead is give them incentives for environmental regulations. So The power companies have decided to just let their power grids goto hack while trying to meet all of these environmental standards by the state, and you're seeing the actual deliverance of power now suffering from what we're supposed to be the primary job of a power company. That was what brought about the diesel engine thing with Volkswagen and others because they said, yes to something they couldn't do. And so now, here we are with this moron Newsome saying quote. This is the most impactful step our state could make to fight climate change. You deserve to have a car That doesn't give you Children. Asthma are cars shouldn't make wild fires worse and create more days filled with smoky air, huh? The car's only because the wildfires where the hell did he get that? I know the wildfire connection, but I do I understand the air quality issue, but Yeah, they have the electricity I do to write, but they don't have the electricity and there's no leadership to create anything other than the same mayhem that they have right now. He's lying to you when he's my cars cause wildfires that Ofthis man. You better work thing is that people are so blind to brand names, and they just you know they're uneducated voters and they just vote for the brand name and people do that across the board, and it's unfortunate, But I'll tell you this much. He does not want to acknowledge that the two fires that are burning in my area the first one, The Eldorado fire was sparked by a gender reveal smoke bomb, which is idiotic allot of itself and then the second one. The bobcat fire they believe was a failure and resource is because again what failing infrastructure there wasn't enough fire security in the area that sparked a wildfire so as much as he wants to push this all on the side of climate change, and I'm not saying things I mean, talk about the drought talk about all this fine, But if you want to take care of the problem right now, you have to acknowledge that it is more than this, And that is because of the failures of our leadership that we have all of this and it's like you have to acknowledge at least both things for you can even be considered an effective leader. It's not just about banning things so soon. All right. So also in California. I see. The University of California has been favoring the rich, well connected students in their admission process. You see this? The state audit. Finding 60 for wealthy, mostly white students inappropriately admitted to four of the university's nine campuses. You see This is university, California. You said it was USC like the worst kept secret on the audit found hundreds of additional questionable cases. Be interested talking my daughter. I sent in LA who both profit University of California, Los Angeles to see what they make of this or how much has been talked about by the professional staff there because they won't go in the donor's that's for sure, And that's why it makes no sense to me than these dummies. We are going to jail for falsifying documents when they could have just made a fat donation and have the same drama Lori Laughlin, and that is all those celebrity parents. Everybody knows Name an auditorium after yourself, and the kids will have free reign. The Lori Laughlin steps to the future right about that The back step is a big big There is a better name on one of the dormitories. Call it full house or a bathroom. Something like that. Why not put him on? It's just this whole thing..

"Jennifer horn Victoria Keelan Kerry Sheldon isn't it exciting they always get together every single day and we talk with authority we are the leaders the thought leaders of the country right discipline hard work has got us to this point and now we're just great until I get credit goes where credit is deserved I think that's actually I mean I have a little fun with as some of the things I think about as we get started for every hour as I leave when we're done with the last half hour starting okay how can I bring in the next half hour they will get people's attention and then I then I would come up with silly little things sometimes but I really am thinking about what the benefits are to keep you engaged in what we're talking about and one of the great ways of doing it is to talk about what you eat because we all love he'd love to talk about what leads over Kerry's get some food news here than we can chew on yeah I'm I'm doing there yeah yes so very clever so if you are if you are someone who observes lands then chick fillet wants you to know that you can you can pop in and for their limited time until Easter you can get there fish sandwich that's a new thing that they've brought back early they do bring this back they they I think they did it last year for land and it was very popular and it's fried cod and so that's you know if you obviously if you observe lent you don't eat meat but you can eat fish and so chick fillet having a religious sort of slant and they I guess right that's the way to put it so they don't open on Sunday because the guy runs it doesn't want people to work on the lord's day exactly so now you can have on or use these options sounds yeah your Arby's has I saw an ad for Arby's last night and they would take a real shot me out at that what the fish add or just I don't know I haven't seen the fish what are we even got to meet one yeah where do you meet now this is this was a fish thing it showed a McDonald's square piece of fish they have their fish is totally natural yeah right and then they have their fish that looks like a piece of fish and so they were touting the value of that okay so that's also a good place to go if you're observing lent yeah a lot of firsts for whatever reason maybe people are just you know all these restaurants are trying to get people excited for spring or something but Wendy's has a freebie going on now through April six on their app and you get a free honey butter chicken biscuit with the purchase and and using the app for a coupon that was to celebrate that it's to celebrate their national launch of breakfast because you know Wendy's is now in the breakfast breakfast yep and one of the one of the best things anybody home anymore I'm not the only guy needs at home good rolling I mean LMAO the answer is no and and I think I just read a study that something like two thirds of Americans calories come from restaurant food now that's not answer this for me would you please ladies and then I'm gonna fire queen because as I said earlier D. are you directly yep yes very queen D. "And realize how many millions of people listening it's very exciting although I don't ever think about the millions in the sense that I'm talking to you and I'm not talking and I'm trying to you you are the focus general warned here to focus on you Victoria Keelan care shown one of the greatest things in well I probably should I I some of the things that you know you stylistically get into a habit if that's what it is when you listen to people and and they do what you like then you kind of copy I think that happens in most any business as you grow up in some of the people I listen to it great sticks on the radio and I think the passing of Harry Harrison which I noted on the year a couple weeks ago and one of the great jocks in New York City he always used over every hour by say hi mom and there was this is hi mom lived by have I'm they all the mothers that oversee this time getting themselves ready it's cold struggling through the day they're all kinds of adversities said think Victoria was talking about just waking up to the alarm clock how are things better once you kinda to a little water on your face you look at the day and you have the ability to turn crap into fertilizer which is what a lot of stuff going on the world is just crap Jennifer as an example of that force right Jennifer I'll try I'll try to live up to those words thanks by the way grabbing the fertilizer adds all right she has transformative skills ladies and gentleman like you would not believe this skills right that there has been talk to her by her father and water into water into wine yeah yeah yeah all right so I don was turned to regular fish into squares so I'm going to be that when you still hamburger squares right right they did that right exactly all rights are you going to transform something how much first of all how much do you know about Corey Feldman I know of Corey Hammon Corey from two famous actors youngsters as they grew up in they both had drug problems one of them's did I don't remember which one is dead but is your name instead it is aimed that's dead Corey Feldman is still alive and he said that as Corey came out was dying at that he promised to tell Corey I guess they had conversations he wasn't with Cory may die but he said when they were when they were friends which they were throughout their life that he would tell the story or whoever would whoever died first would tell the story of what happened to them and so but he said that to happen to them we really haven't with sexual abuse it there there was always the claim that they had been the victim of sexual predators in Hollywood as child actors and so last week Corey Feldman it kept his promise to release the big news on his Hollywood peta file expose titled my truth the rape of two Coreys he gave his fans at each ticket basically with the release stated a poster confirming that the movie was coming very soon he said that the entire reveal is that it will only be shown at one time so you only have one opportunity to see this that this is something that you're interested in many have questioned what his motives are and making a documentary that can only be viewed once now you went to Twitter and he's broken down the reasons for showing at this movie one single time he said on Twitter people keep asking me why only one time don't you want everyone to be able to see it my answer is of course I want a million people to see it all watching it together live from all over the world this would be the very first time a film audience will experience a film this way globally so he's trying to create a movement to apparently of having people all come together for this one moment I'm guessing he wants to break the interwebs maybe with his announcement or at least that's what he thinks and so he was having trouble finding a distributor for his documentary Netflix who would be probably at a perfect partner for him didn't have any interest in that they declined to stream the movies so he claimed that that he would release this on and basically on his own terms he said that everybody else thought it was too dangerous that they weren't declining it for lack of interest they were declining it because it was too dangerous for what it will reveal the movie is going to stream at eight PM in Los Angeles anyone else in a different time zone will have to check exactly what that looks like around the world and did it it's going to cost you twenty Bucks so if you want to to view this it's twenty Bucks a twenty dollars a look at that sort of stuff I don't know I'm kind of interested in so it is it just him just sitting there telling people what happened he's going to release the name of the powerful person that he's always alluded to in his life that he says raped him and Corey came on the set of Lucas back in nineteen eighty five yes it's a studio head or somebody like a big big name well in twenty seventeen at Dominic Brasher who's an actor accuse Charlie Sheen of being the one that rates Corey him so that's why I guess there's some interest to this when is it is yeah at eight o'clock one night this week but it's coming out yet this week so I'll find out what it is it's I'm sorry it's March night okay that was this week March ninth is the date and it you can go out my truth docket dot com and you can buy your tickets starting February twenty second but he just revealed all of this on Twitter over the last several days he said are you very emotional Jennifer you spend twenty Bucks to watch that no I'll I'll be interested to know what other believers out yeah do you know how old Larry Feldman was when that movie came out when he was in that movie when a movie they're talking on the set of what is it Lucas Lucas because Charlie Sheen is only six years older than him some yeah and that was what they were saying is that he is that that's a lot of people seven this actor came out well he was only that much older and that nothing you can't raise your mom who is yeah I'm yours means something when you're young yeah so if he was a teenager and Charlie Sheen was in his twenties that makes sense I was just thinking okay if you as an actual child then that's kind of odd but let's figure it out let's Lou said so Corey Feldman is forty eight right now yeah so he would have been in nineteen eighty five he would have Ben working on it when I was four years ago yeah fourteen so okay twenty fourteen that would make center where if that's actually true yeah what a sad state of affairs in that I I impacted his entire of course yes yeah maybe that's why they went to drugs these kids that's why a lot of troubled actor's gory Feldman has said that in that book that came out I don't know a long time ago when Barbara Walters I he was on the view and Barbara Walters like kind of defended the people who he was accusing not in the establishment and wish you the Adams men hack and yours was there is that.

"Now, let's get into this half hour information and conversation with Victoria Joan, shall we Victoria Keelan? But okay. You know, what I just? Note to victory the two of you. I had that on my mind. Yes. Victoria keelan. Please. Well, take a bow. Yes. Well, next week is mother's day. And so if you are still looking for a kind of a last minute gift idea for mon- KFC wants to help you out, and they have kind of an innovative way to celebrate of course, their own business as well as mother's day. And this is very bizarre. But kind of funny it's called chicken sales. Not it's it's the play on Chippendales, the male dance routine our review, and so at chicken sales, it's a video and you fill in your mom's name, and what state she's from. And then KFC, and it's band of the Colonel chicken DALE'S dancers do the rest. And so in the video, which you can send to your mom, so wish her a very merry a mother's day. Then the the leader of the group will actually say your mom's name by name. She'll name. Check, your mom. And and then essentially, they do sexy fried chicken theme, strip tease. So if this is something that your mom may like KFC chicken sales is a very nice way to send kind of like an e greeting card, if you're not near your mom for mother's day. And this is actually, of course, KFC has done a ton of publicity stunts recently in the last couple of years. They earlier this year, they launched the KFC innovations lab with indie gogo, and they did things like a hot tub shaped like a giant bucket of chicken. If that's something you want a two million dollar Colonel Sanders icecapades show as well. And last year for mother's day. They apparently always liked to pay attention to mother's day. They put out a romance novel, featuring a Colonel Sanders character stealing away an idea. I've got an idea for Kentucky Fried Chicken. How about you make good quality chicken house? He now some people argue that it is the best tasting fried chicken. It may be the best tasting. But that doesn't mean it's the best. It's just the best tasting just because I'm tastes good. I mean, it is good. It just tastes good. They. Figured out. How to use the colonel's recipe oil am I wrong. You mean good for you or good tasting? Are you? Is never going to be good for you. But I'm saying a lot of people say that the fried chicken from KFC is the best. Yeah. Okay. Good for them. Happy. An argument like this one. Have he mother's day? Generally, you get your mother Kentucky Fried Chicken for the. It's her favorite. Yes. Wrap it up with a big opo. Yeah. What about fancy Nancy victorious? She didn't Kentucky Fried Chicken. No mother's day. Definitely not too much of a health nut. I don't know. What cares mother's name Richmond is named care. Susan, susan. She getting Kentucky Fried Chicken, definitely not I was born on mother's day. So I'm her present. I just continue to give every year. Happy birthday happy birthday to earn. So here's the list of the best. And worst airlines ready for this. Wallet held to what I feel like we've done this a lot. They all come out different. There's a steady steady steady of focus items from air travel experiences safety delays, baggage issues animal incidents passenger complaints. So wallet hub puts them all together. And here are some of the highlights from the list the best overall airline according to wall and how they rate highest with sixty three percent of those who were surveyed, and there were five thousand nine hundred sixty nine people in this survey number one Alaska Airlines, number two delta Alaska's been number one for three years and they absorbed virgin last year. So the fact they kept up their standards is probably an achievement in half. I'm guessing Delta Airlines is not a Delta's the. Second largest of the airlines. Thank you. And the fact that they do as well as they do with passengers fifty nine percent of those who surveyed said delta was number one. Sixty three percent said Alaska was number one most reliable airline was delta overall has the lowest rate of cancellations delays mishandled bags denied boardings. And then let's see here. As far as safety is concerned lowest number of incidents and accidents. This is I don't know what incidents. They none of them had fatality. So then this kind of species as because they're all delta has delta also ripped out any entertainment that's in that was built into the plane flying on United these days. I don't think they have there are those Americans always telling you. Well, they know you'd prefer to have your own entertainment. What a low. They don't wanna pay they want to lighten up the plane. So the take a couple of hundred pounds worth of entertainment devices out, and they leave these gaping holes when I flew back from Lima Dallas last year, I was in a seven fifty seven big gaping holes in the seats. That's how bad they. Just anyway, most comfortable was JetBlue. Interestingly enough Alaska came in second United third southwest fourth delta v and interestingly enough, what airline do you think comes in dead last with all of these questions, America, buddy? Favorite favorite yet? Right. Yesterday spent more time on I said to the lady who is the executive fixer at American we've become like friends. I even know where she comes from. She said we were talking about her name where she came from a Polynesian. Do you know that I said, yeah, we had a wonderful conversation. Meanwhile, they've screwed up seventeen hundred dollars more worth. And I say I say every time and he's time I get more from him. But I don't want. My just want things to go normally and not everything screw up. They have given me a lot of free this and free that, but you know, it doesn't take away from the time in the inconvenience of going through all of this stuff. Well, they now have a department that that this all they do is fix groups anyway need it because they because they keep screwing up. I think American is. I'm not surprised at all that they're the worst. Because I know they always have the worst baggage-handling records, and we were victims of that. Luckily, we were coming back from our honeymoon. They lost our luggage. And then a week later when it was delivered. It was all like shrink wrapped up. And when when I drink wrapped it everything was destroyed. It looked like they let a pack of wild dogs. Just eat our luggage. And that forced us we had to buy all new luggage. And now I bought like the, you know, the hard shell stuff that just can't be broken. And that's basically, that's my that's just my American Airlines. I insurance luggage because I just can't trust. You just can't trust them. It's is number one. With the best frequent flyer program. United to JetBlue three southwest four American again at the end, and they keep taking stuff away. They sent us a notice the American flyers that have their travel. They've they changed three or four things. They give you one thing. They take four things away that they you know, that kind of stuff they just don't get a best travel credit card. Let's see who won in that department. I guess it depends on which were in the the BarclayCard is the best one apparently for that is not necessarily connect you to an airline. So anyway, he get the gist of things in a moment. Some more government stuff we all loving government things that the as screwing around with roundup. Let's find out. With the FDA's doing next here on the JV program. Calatrava in the best way for you to lose weight Eggen speak from experience 'cause I'm on it. The ingredients in Calatrava or so healthy the active ingredient is collagen protein. So maybe you give us a little insight into the chemistry here of how this collagen protein that we're talking about works to help us lose weight. Collagen protein to help feel in rebuild tissue. And that's an everywhere from your joints to your muscles. And when it goes here muscles it read that metabolism. You know, when you're rebuilding that lean muscle tissue. He those back and sugars more efficiently when you gave it to work. You're going to see the inches come off. And then the pounds come off. Here's what you.

"Jennifer horn, Victoria, Keelan Kerry, schilling. Let's see what Victoria has got killing and get killing cooking. Cooking. Well. This this nationwide scandal of college, admissions is on everybody's mind. And it's all it seems to be really focused especially on the university of southern California. And the university spokesperson says that anyone who is connected to this admissions cheating scheme will be denied admission. So it right now kids are waiting to find out if they are going to be accepted for the fall. And so anyone that they find that his connected to this. Rick singer guy is going to automatically not be eligible, and I was waiting. They know there can apply. Well, they're not. No, I'm just saying are kids who are who have already applied. And then they find out in April. If they're going to be accepted for the fall so connected to singer. Yeah. There are some kids who are in the system right now who have already applied through him. And try to be a secret. I'm trying to say is if they know that they're connected. They they must know if they're connected to singer. They must know they're connected to singer. Therefore, they know they are going to be admitted. Now, they know they're crossing their fingers. Hopefully that they won't find out that right? We'll find out. I guess. Yeah. His name is an on the application. So they're going to have to do some digging to find out who you know, who is who might be connected to him. So they're going to have to go through all of their admissions. And there's probably going to be a delay. Now in in in announcing who's going to be accepted, and who isn't because they're going to have to go through everyone USC is a big school. So that's what USC has to do that. They're going to go on a case by case review for anyone who has already enrolled at USC and might be connected. And then anyone who has already applied to USC for the next the next semester. And I think what he used to do from what I read sorry to interrupt victory. And I didn't even know that there were these organizations out there. I kind of thought parents went on did this by themselves. But there are organisms all over the place, not just in California. But all over the place that we'll take your kid. They'll go to parents in junior year. They'll say, okay, we can help your kid fill out applications and the best way help with the essay right until you pass. That's perfectly legal. And so one of the parents who actually routed about said that was okay. And that they had decided to hire him for that. But then he said, you know, if your kid I can get your kid into USC on the football team. And the apparent was like well my kid only played freshman football. He doesn't really wanna play football anymore. He said, well he's going in as a football player. Only pictures all need all of this. And the parents said, whoa, whoa. Whoa. That's say, and he called it a side door. So that's how he would advance his services to try to get more money from his customers. There's lots of people that he helped and I'm sure it's got to be a nightmare. Did it right and who did him wrong? And then ABC's also reporting today that the F B I actually got a hold of this story by mistake almost there were agents in Boston Dougie that received a tip from someone. That was connected to a security fraud investigation about a four hundred thousand dollar bribe paid to the women's soccer coach at Yale to fabricate athletic credentials. That's how they even got wind that this was happening. And that's where the investigation started spend that much money. Get your kid into a school come on. Even if you've got some people pay six and a half million. Kid into Stanford. It's crazy and this school that good anyway. The UC USC is not that great school USC is not that great. If a school but Yale or Georgetown. I think there's a lot and USC I wanna hit them because what they do have is like a very strong alumni association at anybody that sees that you're a USC church Trojan that is immediate entrance into almost any job that alumni association. I think is very strong. But what I think is going to get these guys in trouble. And I was talking about it with our friend Frederick yesterday. Doug, who's knows about these college sports, admissions and south is that many of them because the singer guy had created a nonprofit organization for himself a lot of these women. Laurie Laughlin, Felicity Huffman, some of these parents Maasim, oh, they're paying money to a charitable foundation. And they're using it as a tax deduction. So they're also going to get nailed for tax fraud or evasion. I would imagine. Yeah. Well, yesterday, Lori Laughlin turned herself in she was when this all went down. Down. She was I think in Europe and then in in Vancouver where she does a lot of work. So she traveled from Vancouver to LA yesterday turned herself in like her husband. She was her bond was set at a million dollars. Felicity Huffman was set at two hundred and fifty thousand and the daughter in question her dumdum daughter, Woohoo noxious video what everyone was wondering where she was. Well, she was found by TMZ. She was found by TMZ on a yacht in the Bahamas. 'cause that's where everyone goes for spring break and Rick. Oh, tell us who owned the yacht. That's even more damning. Yeah. Rick Caruso, was a billionaire who has major real estate holdings, including the grove in LA, which is a very well known spot. And he said that she was on the on the with his daughter and a bunch of friends for spring break. And he said, quote, my daughter in a group of students left respraying break prior to the government's announcement yesterday. Once we became aware of the investigation, the young woman, he means a Livia. Once we once we became aware of it. She decided that it would be best to return home. You think get off the yacht, sweetie? So so she is she's now back in L A. And of course, she's been trolled heavily online. So we'll see you. Well, she deserves to be. Yeah. Yeah. It's not even just because of this. But I just it's just so amazing. Well, and so now all of these people have to go to Boston March twenty nine that's when they're all doing court in Boston. Because like Jan mentioned this broke in. Yeah. You know in. Right. Exactly. The new federal courthouse. It cost the American taxpayers. Eight hundred million dollars and the guy who owned the land you still own Anthony's pier for a he died in this closed the restaurant and sold. They sold the land. This guy said of the restaurant. This is another one of these sweetheart deals. This guy knew every politician in Boston family knew every politician. They decided to buy the most expensive piece of real estate ever purchased in Boston ever. This was the federal government building a courthouse in honor of tip O'Neill. They didn't need a new federal courthouse. But the Democrats got through congress when they can the last time they control congress a Bill to pay for this courthouse on the most expensive piece of land ever sold in Boston. What are you? How does the tax payer, especially now as you get closer? How do you render that you don't probably even know that a lot of people in Boston don't even know that the most expensive piece of waterfront real estate ever sold in Boston. The federal government builds a federal court house on it that they didn't need in the first place. I mean, this is the kind of stuff you want to shoot somebody or do something. Anyway, crazy. Well, the extra little weird part of this is that Rick Caruso, besides being a real estate holdings. That's that's what his businesses. He also is the chairman of USC's board of trustees. He was elected last year. Now, that's sounds a little fishy. However, the board will not be deciding the fate of the students who are involved in the case that decision is going to going to land squarely in the hands of the university's president. And so we'll see where this, you know, where it goes from here, but it's going to be very difficult. I think to go through every single student's profile and find out who may or may not have been involved in this. And this is just USC every other school involved in this scheme is going to have to do the same thing. And and then the question is if the students are there, and let's say the kids who are at Yale. If they're hanging in academically. Do they get kicked out or how how every school is going to have to decide their own policy on how much money is connected. How much? Money. The parents have that's what we the predicate or a guarantee you how much money they get in full rides. Or are they getting are they paying their own way on their accomplishments to play are they is it going to be this. I bet this ding Dong daughter of Laurie Laughlin grades aren't seller. What are their keeping up their other students care about going to class? She said that in her one of her this is my dorm room. It's sponsored by Amazon. All right. So here's another black eye for American Airlines. Speaking your black is yesterday was known. It became known that a group of Sacramento women who are going to Mexico for a bachelorette party got thrown off of an American Airlines flight by a flight attendant who said that the bride's mother was drunk the woman landed in Phoenix, and they were moving over to connect to a flight go down to Kabo they were denied access the bridesmaid who spoke. For the group claims. It was a misunderstanding. The bride's mother was very nervous about traveling. She'd had I think one drink. She was about sixty years old. And apparently, she has a couple of other medical issues. But this this whole thing. I mean, these people are they so tone deaf. This the other side of what we were just talking about with regard to this kid on the boat. Are these people that are American that tone-deaf that they don't train the people these these there's a whole bunch. You can see the picture of all these girls is I don't know fifteen or twenty of them and they booked tickets where thirty thousand dollars and American just threw him off the plane and said, tough luck. Well, maybe you can get a connecting flight or whatever. But it costs them out of pocket sixteen thousand dollars, and you can imagine the distress they call when there was really nothing wrong. This woman is back to the thing with American last week. They threw somebody off the plane from El Paso, Dallas. Because they had a rash. And it wasn't even a rash. She has skill wasn't super stewardess says interbay have a letter from your doctor right colleagues people. Yeah. You want? Access by medical records. Okay. Ms flight attendant. Sure. Okay. But you know, what you have a lot of people that are traveling with measles. And the reason I bring this up is because LAX just had a measles outbreak scare because of somebody who traveled on China Airlines flight with measles. And so well, I understand that. "You, Victoria, Keelan Kerry Shelvin and today's day for all of us to remember what tomorrow is about thinking today can be better tomorrow would even be better than today who. All right. The cheerleading section now. We'll sit down Victoria has something of interest for Meghan, Markle, fans, everywhere and television show, suits. So what's the story? So Meghan Markle has never publicly spoken about her relationship with her father since she got hooked up basically with Harry, Harry styles. She wishes prince. But her father, obviously has been you know, anytime there's a camera on there is and so he's done. So many interviews claiming that he has no way of reaching her Chuck Schumer push each other out of the way to get to the camera. And he claims that she that he's called her so many times, and that her number must be changed because she never calls him back. And so now, a group of her closest friends have gotten together, and it's on the cover of this week's people magazine, and some of the friends are her fellow suits cast mates, and they are just defending her saying, look, she's not going to say anything publicly, but we can and one of the friend said that Thomas Markle knows how to get in touch with Megan her telephone number has not changed. He's actually never called her. He's never texted her. And this this girl said it's super painful because Meg apparently all the friends call her Meg was always so dutiful, and she'll always genuinely feel devastated by how he's acted. But at the same time, she also still has sympathy for him because she's a daughter. And so apparently Meghan wrote a letter to chew her father after the wedding. Because of course, he missed the wedding at heart attack. He couldn't go. And so the next morning, he I guess had received a letter from Meghan Markle. And this is another one of the friends. I think this is a girl who actually use on suits. I forget her name now. But she said. Yup. Yeah. So she said after the wedding Nagin wrote him a letter she said dad, I'm so heartbroken. I love you. I only have one father, please stop victimising me through the media. So we can repair our relationship. And then the friend went on to say every time her team has come to her and Johnson fact checking that of Thomas Markle of whatever he said, it's always wrong, and she said, it's just another arrow to Meghan Markle's heart, and then he wrote a really long letter back to her in return, and he requested a photo op with his daughter and so- Meghan wrote back to him and said that's the opposite of what I'm saying. I'm telling you, I don't want to communicate through the media. And you're asking me to communicate through the media. Did you hear anything I said, it's almost like we're passing ships. So apparently that is part of the letter that Meghan wrote to her father and all of her friends. And and have also said that Samantha Markle the half sister who loves to talk about her. She was never even in Megan's life, and that they barely even have a picture together because they don't know. Each other. They they technically are siblings, but they could not have been further from actually acting like siblings, and they just were not raised together in the same house, and they don't really have any relationship. And so there's a Thomas junior Markle, and he apparently wants Meghan to beat his wedding. But she has the same relationship with him. I e nun that she has with with the older sister. Samantha so it's really nice that Nagin Markle's been trashed in the news, especially in the UK press recently. So it's really nice that she has so many friends and former co workers who are stepping forward and saying look enough is enough here. Like, she's a wonderful person all of them the suits cast has they've all said some of them anonymously in this article have also said they've they've been to the house they've stayed at the cottage with Megan, and Harry and Meghan is still the same person who loves to cook for everyone. She loves to make a nice cute cozy home for everybody. And they said that you know, all these reports are just they felt that they had to speak up for their. Trend which is really sweet actually, right. All right. So Sarah Rafferty is the woman that you're looking for. She's the Ray right going to continue this last season of suits. It's been on for nine years and they're bringing Patrick Adams back. Again, the star is Gabriel macht who's been a character actor all of his career. And this was his first lead role. I think he did a great job in though, he'll show up in something else. So Megan played Rachel Zane. Her father, who's in the show now stayed they sort of joined firms and stuff and giving a little background is an actor character actor Wendell Pierce that you see everywhere. He was an episode last night of Chicago PD, but he's he's all over the place. So anyway. It just makes you wonder how clueless. How can you be or how self-centered be maybe that's the better question? Yeah. I mean, this guy obviously doesn't really love his daughter because he wouldn't be doing this stuff. He's. Yep. Speaking of that, some of the people running for the presidency getting scrutinized, I noticed Senator Amy klobuchar is out are we pronounce your, yes. Yeah. For minnesota. Apparently, she has a history of mistreating her staff. So there are several articles floating around today and this week about her plans to make an announcement perhaps this weekend about running for president. And she's asked so far three people to lead her presidential campaign. They all said, no, I don't want to work for you your pain in the neck. So anyway, so the the question I have here is in fairness when a man the mistreat your staff there apparently some not sexual innuendo to this. But. It borders on this kind of what I read between the lines is a is a sort of a thin line between various types of abuses had because the people who are coming forward or speaking under condition of anonymity. That means this is pretty nasty stuff. Yeah. She talks to her staff, which he does apparently characterizing some of the people in the sexual way as she's crude. And so do you want somebody like that to be right? Saying that and thinking about it Trump is and laughing to myself anyway, looking around at the people who are in the candidate light, Elizabeth Warren, another one you hear me, Michael McDonald time whenever I come across her name. She's another one what a beauty I say that not in a flattering way. So she's gone public this week with an apology because she identified herself as an American Indian on the Texas bar registration when she got her law degree. And of course, she isn't. She has no American Indian blood in her at all she does. She does. She took a dean. Teaching. It's a lot lower than what she thought. It was. Right. So why then do you feel like she why do you think, Victoria? I'm just asking your opinion. I don't know the answer. Why did she feel compelled to apologize for it? If it's legit. Well, because she's not because the percentage of native American in her in her DNA was a lot lower than what she put. I think on that form. So I think she identified as I don't know if she was half, but she identified as part native American on that form for the bar, the the I guess registering for the bar in Texas. So I'm not a huge fan of Elizabeth Warren. So like, let's just say that from the beginning. I know you don't like her at all. But I'm not a huge fan. I kind of ignore her. But the truth is there are so many people in fairness to her. There are so many people nave even used this as a marketing campaign for these DNA tests. There are a lot of people who grow up with you know, with stories of great grandpa was native American and native. He was half native American in my family alone. My mom was convinced that what her great aunt was born in Spain. And she told everybody for years that she was part Spanish for years. Fancy Nancy said that we did a DNA test. She's got zero. So it's not a lot of times family folklore can kind of. It plays a part in it. Just that.

"Much later. Here for my pal. Larry figure all that out. Meanwhile, my pal Victoria Keelan is here with the hours important trendy story from her perspective. Well, researchers at Yale University and George Mason University have gotten together, and they have issued a new climate report. And the one thing that's really standing out is that more Americans than ever say that they're actually very concerned, and quote, unquote, very worried was the term they use about climate change, and that's the highest level of concern since the surveys began in two thousand eight and they say that it's according to this survey, the people who said that they were very worried they are Americans who think they're personally going to be harmed by climate change that was up seven points just since March of last year, and that the they believe their family will be harmed wherever their families are that's up nine points. And they believe their community will be harmed by climate change. And that's up eight point. Points and what we should be about it. What do we do? What do we do about? Well, they're depends. Who you ask? I guess these people. I would I to know. What you're saying? This is very, but I'd also like to know after we define the problem. What do we do to fix it? Well, right. There are plenty of things that are being done in a lot of things that are being the gutter sort of going against climate doing things that are productive for climate change is a lot of stuff that is very controversial right now with what the EPA has rolled back. So, but the interesting thing about this. It's when I read this study, I kind of tried to apply it to my own life in and just in the people that I know and friends of friends or whatever, and I've definitely noticed amongst the older generation that they're at least in our circle that people are talking more about climate change than than ever before. And I think that it took a long time to reach an older generation who maybe thought that it wasn't that big of a deal or who maybe didn't really know how to think about it. There's conflicting they think there's conflicting science still know how to thing I think it still is. I think people that are my age if we're talking about older people think that there is a problem. They don't know whether. It is. The never a little combo of things are not right or. Oh, I think. Everything is right anything. But the good thing is for you know, for moving forward. You know, the the fact that an older generation now at least recognizes that there is a problem. That's that's a change from past surveys where a younger generation we grew up learning about climate change and old honoration. Didn't.
