Texas Set to Allow People to Carry Handguns Without License
"Talk about gun control or the lack of it. In Texas. The law is changing on the state is set to get rid of one of the few remaining laws which actually restrict gun ownership. Texas intends to allow people to carry handguns even without a license or any training. Texas already has some of the loosest gun laws in the country on dit share of mass atrocities, as well as 1.6 million handgun license holders. And the argument often is with so many guns around, the more people that have it, the safe. Everyone is Police actually have been campaigning against this change in the law, which is being driven largely by Republican lawmakers. Democratic Congressman Vicky Goodwin stepped away from the debates of the capital just about an hour ago. Tell us why she's bean talking against the proposals. It's a step backwards and making us less safe here in Texas. We right now require people to have a permit to carry a gun around on the streets and this new law with Allow people to carry their guns without any training. Does this mean suspension of background checks? Because every time there is a gun incident in America, it's the background checks that becomes the focus. If I went into a gun store, I could just buy and walk out good. I you do still have to go through a background check. In some instances, we have a lot of gun shows, particularly here in Texas. And individual sellers can sell again to another individual without having a federal firearms license. But if you went into an academy store, for example, you would still have to go through a background check. So we haven't done away with the background check. There's just a lot of loopholes.
What A Victoria's Secret Spinoff Could Mean For L Brands
"Brands a spinning off. Victoria's secret as a separate company. You might remember that last year almonds was set to sell. Victoria's secret to sycamore partners. For like five hundred something million dollars that fell through once the pandemic had we understand. It was a bad time to make long-term decisions but albertsons still wanted to sell off. Victoria's secret which is not quite as lucrative as the only other brand it's still has in its portfolio bath and body works if you have missed the first seven years of the show. Get you out. Victoria secret wrote on the hyper sexualization train for years until the twenty teams came along and decided like we weren't exactly keen on women being seen only in push. Ross so they have a dealing with some some slumps in revenue over the recent years. Sense the sick more deal fell through. Albertans had a couple of offers to buy. Victoria's secret but they rejected them all because the company thinks victoria secret is worth more than those offers. It's probably worth between four and six billion dollars but al brands decided that offers of like three billion ish just weren't enough so it decided to spin off victoria secret into its own company. It's going to happen later this summer. My question is is this. A good coffee all brands. Is this a good call for. Victoria's secret karn discuss. Yes and yes. I've been waiting for this to happen. Listen a soap. Company was keeping that thing afloat for a long time. Bath and body works was making bank as they should. I've done a lot of research on that company. And i like them but what this means is if they get spun off. They have to do their individual earnings report on their own which means they have to be accountable for all their actions. It cannot rely on another company to keep them going. I think we're gonna see some more accountability with some vicky hush hush

Stay-At-Home Mom Starts Bamboo Baby Biz
"Thicky weinberg is a momma to based in the uk used to have a corporate job but suffered from post natal depression. After our first child was born she then retrained as a children's yoga teacher in cape local class during her second pregnancy picky had some issues with her hip and back then she couldn't teach anymore. It had to find someone to cover her classes but by the time the baby was born she was ready to do something anything even though she didn't know what one dave vicky was listening to pat plans smart passive income. Podcasts she heard a story about two guys selling products on amazon. The idea of living on the beach with laptop wasn't her kind of lifestyle but having the freedom to work whenever and wherever she wanted that was being an idea sparked to create a brand of high quality baby products that can be used reused and gifted to other families and so when our second baby was only six weeks. Old tiny chipmunk came to life as well. Vicki knew she wanted to create a range of bamboo baby products and use google's keyword tool to research. What would come first. She leaned on baby swallows and used ninety nine designs to find a logo design by. She went to alibaba dot com to search for a supply at the same time. She ordered samples of similar products from amazon to scope out. The existing market wants. Her product was ready. Vicky place the order spent time building her website making an amazon listing. She worked whenever she could which was mostly when the kids snapped and even though it took her about eight months to get to launch. She's glad she did. Tiny chipmunk has become vicki's main work. Bogus bring at least twenty five thousand dollars a year in profit. She doesn't have to work set hours because the business mostly runs itself in fact even though she had to homeschool her kids and cut back on her hours over the past year sales remained steady. Still there have been some challenges. at first. she had no idea what legal disclaimers and other information. She had to put on your packing so she went back to google and ninety nine designs to find a packaging designer but she never received a sample from her chosen supplier before placing the full order. This turned out to be a big mistake because the quality was poor. The cardboard was way too thin and kept ripping which led to products getting damaged luckily option by the time she restocked she could go back in time. Vicky also says she wouldn't have tried to do everything herself nor tried to be everywhere at the same time. Most of the marketing strategy she tried didn't work ended up costing her money and time a better approach would have been for her to focus on one sales channel for example one social media platform and build from there. Fortunately as her business has grown vicky has to nowadays. She doesn't just sell products online. She also coaches other people who want to sell products. She's happy to work on both projects. They feel good. They fit in with your family life. She chooses what she does. She does it for as well as where when. And how as a bonus she's also gained confidence and new connections going forward. The plan is to launch more of her own products while helping other people create and sell. There's no plans to do less one on one coaching. Instead move towards more group. Coaching and courses it all starts with baby steps.
The Tao of Bill Walton
"All right. So chris from your conversation with him and from watching him as a broadcaster over the years. How would you say bill. Walton has evolved from my selfish perspective. He's evolved to be more interesting. I remember watching those. Mba on nbc games with bill walton and marv albert as a kid. Bill was nothing compared to what he is now. Penetration jumpers in transition whereas the defensive resistant for minnesota walton. Was the guy in a suit and tie on nbc for several years. Kevin garnett is thirty six in the nba. Free throw attempts. That's not good enough now. He's the when there isn't a pandemic going on. He's showing up at basketball games in grateful dead shirts and he's embraced everything that he probably had to bury for a very long time. Congo line coming from our free gave receptionist vicky driving that train leading the haredi onto the court. This was so much fun. We've done to do a really good job all the time. But he wants to do his way and his way is to have fun key. Eight a birthday candle. That was let off of a cupcake. He just swallowed the flame home during broadcast. Take a bite out of it. While it's lit ostade about the face for a lot of viewers. They want the nuts and bolts of a pick and roll offense or how you trap bill. Walton doesn't offer much of that bill walton wants to find a correlation between a slam. Dunk and the majesty of the grand canyon. He wants to see a perfect rotation for an open corner. Three and somehow relate that to a grateful dead concert imagination. It's not work. It's taking an idea of building a now synchronicity. What did you learn how to ucla. How to Save Your Marriage
"Going to promise you one thing and that is that we could save your marriage so many times on the show. We've talked about marriage problems and often the solution for serious problems is marriage. Therapy easy to say you'll go but many times the one spouse will not go so what we're going to do is try and make it easy for you as a gift. We're going to give you two free days of marriage therapy. You won't have the expense and you won't have to leave the house. Starting today you will get a chance to look inside a marriage therapy weekend and here is what you'll see. We took eight couples who all admitted their marriages were on the brink of disaster. They spent the weekend with dr horrible hendrix. Who conducts these marriage workshops across the country and in the course of the weekend amazing results happened. Marriages were saved. And today you can begin to say yours. Tim and vicky webster have been married now. For two and a half years they are separated and vicky is expecting their third child. My next couple. Layton and debbie. Clark have three children and i've been married for six years. Derek and valencia. Stevens have been married for five and a half years. George and beth pasta have been married fifteen years and they have two children. Randy and pam mal have been married over twelve years and they have two children. Joe and karen stricklin have been married now for two years and they have three children from a previous marriage. Jim and laurie tolliver have been married nine months. The last of the eight couples has the biggest obstacle to overcome. James and mimi had been married six years. Mimi has filed for divorce. They came to the seminar truly to save the marriage. James and mimi lacey also joining us the mastermind behind this particular kind of marriage therapy and the author of this book which the therapy is based on called getting the love. You want getting the love you want. It is a guide for couples. Please welcome our marriage man. Harvard this. I have been watching some of the tape from the seminar and it is it has helped me and my relationship tremendously really has really just in learning how to fight fairly and so forth. Why is this different. It's different because there's a focus on an understanding that couples issues arise out of their childhood. And that when they present themselves in the relationship we have to understand that they come from someplace other than just the marriage so the workshop helps couples understand that provides them with some tools experiences information to help them resolve those childhood issues in their relationship. So we take the position that divorce is not the solution to a marriage that Working on marriage and resolving the childhood issue is the solution. So when you're married to someone you have to look at them for everything that they brought to the marriage before they got there exactly. Yeah childhood most important. You have to look at the childhood issues that were brought knowing that most of the conflict couples experience in their relationship comes from unresolved pains and hurts in childhood that are presenting themselves in adult form in the relationship. And if you know that then you know you're relating to a person when they're angry at you or upset or acting sort of crazy and you don't understand what's going on that relating to a person who's wounded and hurt and are dealing with that wound and hurt with the only skills and tools that they now have and that what you have to do in a relationship is to acquire new skills to deal with the old issues they have to be dealt with and so. The exercise that we're going to see now is called container. Exercise called a container exercise and this exercise comes actually at the end of two days of very intensive work. So it's about probably sixteen hours into the workshop before you get to this before you can get to this part because it takes a while to get to these kinds of feelings and the container is an exercise designed to help a couple deal with. What is what. I call a residual childhood rage. The hurts and pains the feelings. That are leftover that are created when when his little and get hurt and so. That rage shows up in marriages as Anger rage hurt and so forth in this container helps you deal with that because it has to be dealt with and resolve it so that you feel closer and more intimate afterwards. It creates compassionate intimacy rather than the distance that comes with most fights nats call container. Why because one person has to just listen. One person has to justice and one is a container that is they receive and listen and the other person is asked to go into their childhood hurt. It starts with something that happened in the relationship but then there to push their anger into the childhood memory and then into that pain. So there'd be a lot of expressions of intense anger and then tears usually come and then after that some talking and then when couples are doing this and they're real life you know in their home or in the workshop they alternate one listens as a carrying holding nurturing parrot and the other one goes in becomes regress like a little child back into that paint. Oakland alternate

"With bud. Grant sing sing early. Go into the wretched. Sometimes you grow blue too much. John verbally. I think i think you've got in on the first one late johnny walker blue down the road. So what happened with reginald. This week nigel when this week. He's another another one in two week. Michael do you for overall overall. I think eleven and sixteen is that right and sixteen. Yeah it's it's been a disappointing season to offer for reginald and when we have to issue well we i have to issue a correction from the kornheiser showed decision desk. We awarded victory to reginald. He was running that congressional seat. Near mankato minnesota. Yeah turns out. The mail in ballots had not been counted fully. So we're gonna have to pull that off the board. And in fact he has lost to a gibbon named hercules. So stop the couch. Yes so tough day for reginald and for his campaign manager bud grant but they both have time to sit down with me and gave up. The first game we gave him was arizona. Giving two and a half posting buffalo and reginald jimmy. Very interesting picture of him in line. At an amusement park with kyla murray neither one was able to get on the right because neither one was toll enough to get on the ride. Soak big. Yeah by the way. Just because harry is small doesn't mean he's not great because he's terrific talking baseball player. He's a baseball player. Not a football player and he's built like a baseball player. That's okay russell. wilson baseball player. Not football player built like a baseball player happens. Yes so he will take arizona in that game now. The second game we gave him was minnesota giving two and a half at chicago and this was a nice little Video he showed me of him traveling across country in an avi of course with bud grant. But also keith keith. Milad and with anthony carter so he's great ties to the vikings and he will take the vikings lay the two and a half and the last game. We home for me. I i understand what chuck says. But i mean you know because i listen to wilpon. All the time we'll find is so down on the bears. Now i look at minnesota ended lanta as rapidly improving teams. I think i unlike chuck. I think i would've given the two and a half on this well. The last the last match we gave him was detroit at home giving washington football team and this was a lovely snapshot. He showed me on his iphone of him. Visiting stonehenge with wayne fonts. Lou whitaker and alan trammell. Yeah he's got he's got ties to detroit so he will take the lines and lay the four points in that match okay. That's all wonderful. We will take a break. We will come back with email and a jingle. I'm tony kornheiser. You're listening to the tony kornheiser show. This is the butcher bach. Said i am personally happy to do this ad. I am a customer of butcher box. My daughter elizabeth got me involved with butcher box in once a month. They send food to the house. We pay for it. We you know we've gotten nothing peace of mind from iki out of the stores. Yeah keeps the onto the source. And we've we've gotten no deals in the hillside. The hamburger hamburgers great. I do i have to. I'll just read the top of this. This thanksgiving today sponsor. Butcher box is giving you something extra for an and then tells you to talk about things. Let me just talk about this. I've never missed yet on grilling hamburgers. Indoors or outdoors. I've never missed yet on the pork chops grilling them. Indoors or outdoors. They send you a whole chicken. They send you chicken. Thought you can customize it. I also get salmon round salmon every single time. I try to ruin this food. I don't the food's really good. You've heard me say this before. It's really good every month. Put your box. Ships a curated selection of high quality. Meat right to my home to i pay for it. All meet is free of antibiotics and added hormones. Each box has nine to eleven pounds of meat enough for twenty four individual meals. It's packed fresh ship frozen and vacuum sealed. So it stays that way. It's the best meat shipped right to my.

"So i don't know like this massive petition the fire the defensive coordinator today have the third worst defense in all football and this is pete carroll team that it's hard to reconcile that it really is. Yeah they can't get any pressure. I mean and that you know josh allen. Give him time. My you showed you what happened Give me the rams because they have the defense as simple as that in a divisional game that you need to and i. I think you're right. The rams can't afford the rest of their schedule gets even harder. I mean they cannot afford to be fall in two games behind. I think in this in this division. Okay they reduced this from seven and a half to seven. There are seven point favorite on the road at new england. I made this comment yesterday. That all the morning shows yesterday we're talking about can england. Get back in the race and you want to say just pump. The brakes a little bit sparky. They went to the last second of the game to beat winless team on a fifty one yard field goal. If you think that that means taking that back in the race you have not paying attention to football. That's my personal prejudice. That doesn't mean. I don't think they can win the game but baltimore went from seven and a half to seven just recently got. Yeah not bad. I love the ravens. Here they beat up at. They'd be they'd be bad teams. Well right the ravens have struggled against the other really good seats right. They've lost pittsburgh had lost to kansas city. But they beat the teams are supposed to be. And i and they usually do it with a little bit of distance. This is one. Where if i assume this. This'll be a double digit i. I'm with you on this. One i am. This is the oddest spread to me. What i'm going to say now minnesota which has one. I think three games all year is on the road at chicago. A divisional game. Minnesota is giving two and a half. This is people saying of chicago. You stink you record is inflated we hate you with the fury of thousand suns i. I'm stunned by this. You know this is the division you pay attention to. So what do you got in this one. I'm i'm gonna irritate. You know one of your one of your fans is former chief of staff to the president. President obama dennis mcdonough. Yeah yeah huge. She's a huge viking fan. And every time. I take my when i when i take a cousin shot. Which is what's coming in. He loves loves loves close Give me give me a crap about it. But i This is just when you should back off betting on the vikings right just when they're finally being treated as a favorite 'cause now it's kirk now you have to ask yourself okay. The bears defense. They're going to stop dalvin. Cook right if you're you're going to do one thing. What are you gonna do slow stopping yes beach. You and the bears defense was good enough to try to make cousins and beat them. And every look i wanna write the bears off but their defense is good enough to keep them in every game so I i don't like lying points with cousins. And i've been a good run with the vikings underdog for the last couple of weeks Give me Give me the first okay and the final game. Is the football team. The football team getting four key can't be more disappointing. Like i don't know maybe if you're a dallas fan you think the cowboys are more disappointing but the washington. Football team has been just dreadful. They get four at detroit. Detroit is a chronic loser. Detroit finds ways to lose every single game the most empty statistics in all of football even more empty than philip. Rivers are matthew stafford statistics because they never win. They just don't they. Don't i don't mean they don't win any games. They don't ever win enough to make the playoffs to do anything they just don't at least rivers has been in the playoffs. A bunch of times Just you know so what he got you. You're not really fired up about the this is the rematch. Nineteen ninety-one nfc conference. I remember i was at it. I was at that game. That was at that game. Yeah that's a long time ago about the only memory that anything football team in lyon give you right like yeah. It was the second second time they played that year and this was a diminished win but the first one was the opening game when they won forty five seven and this was a solid win. Cook place quarterback. I don't know we don't wanna watch alex. Smith play quarterback do He's one small hit away from his leg falling off scary. I wanna watch the game. You know honest. If he's playing makes it nervous i. It doesn't enjoyable. Four point i i. I can't believe i'm saying this. Four points is a lot For for detroit. I think football team This'll be a field every game. These bad teams. They all play each other. They'll feel don't they also point. Yeah botch awesome. Inversions field goals. I turn overs deadly four. No i don't trust either team in this case. They're they're not good teams. They're not they're really not good dog in the points right. If you're probably you don't want probably you in points with matthew stafford right now. No and no drinking coach. You can't not with the patricia. He's.

"Talking over like clown. It's much better that way. She plays in chuck todd. There's some questions we need to ask. Chuck todd before we get to meet of the show. The first question i guess is have you gotten enough sleep lately because you were on for four straight days. Have you gotten sleep. I third straight night of of at least seven hours. So yeah it's It's it's i'm almost human at this point so it's kinda nice. That's good yeah Is the election. In fact over except for the shouting is it over. Well georgia's senate and those run off. are one of the reasons why it doesn't feel over That's what this is all about right. This is all about keeping the president gauge keeping people engaged That's not an insignificant sort of overtime if you will sort of an election extension So over i think. I think it's technically over but the shouting shouting is going to go on. I mean i don't know if donald trump and joe biden will ever physically see each other between now and january twenty. Was that really. Wow that i mean wow is he. I will say that. I still think that he you know. He is a heat seeking missile to media attention. And i do think that last few days when when the president gets all this extra attention. He's gonna a piece of that action by then maybe he will you know. Come around and and try to try to participate in some of that ceremonial. But i wouldn't but it also wouldn't shock me if you know. It's mike pence that sort of you know gives them the keys is there. Is there a real impediment. Is there an active in real impediment to this transition. At the moment. Not at the moment. I would say another week of this. You know joe biden by the way if you've seen the keys basically saying hey it's okay you know it's not like we don't know where where everything is. You know what i mean. He's been there before it. Yeah this is somebody who doesn't know the ins and outs of the federal government. So you could say but you know you start getting another couple of weeks. In and on national security becomes problematic. Okay i thank you for that and now we'll get to the business at hand which is picking games. You had a relatively good week. You were four and three. You are at the moment thirty one and thirty one. You are at mount five hundred. Here are the games this week. Indianapolis a team. That i think is sorta disappointing when they have big games me. Personally i don't. I don't know that they rise to the occasion. And i know you don't like philip rivers at all and you one on that last week. Indianapolis getting to at tennessee. Yeah i i I like the indianapolis defense in keeping derrick. Henry check But i you know it's hard to it's hard to bet on. It's hard to bet on rivers by the way what the colts have been. If luck doesn't get hurt. do they. Hold sake very good. Yes very good everything. They have everything else on that team you know. They seem to have everything they need to cut the serviceable quarterback and that's all there is a serviceable one. I mean if they can't even philip rivers can't throw the hail mary to get him they bring tobacco. Oh there's three seconds left. Let's bring in back up the big forty five yard heave I i'm i'm gonna go with tennessee. I don't love it because of but i'll take cusick because of the river. Shingle tampa bay has dropped from a minus six a minus four and a half at carolina. I don't really know why they were minus six. To begin with this is a division game. carolina doesn't have a good record but they are a competitive team. I'm looking for a brady bounce. But i will be honest and saying there's been a lot of games where he looked thirty three. He looked all of forty three against warlock. They dropped him. That was terrible. Tampa bay minus four and a half on the road. He got so there's a teddy bridgewater stat in his forty. I guess it would be now forty five. Nfl star. he's thirty four and eleven against the spread. Wow how's that. Wow that an amazing stat. That i read some absurd stat Like that And i love them when they're an underdog carolina. I don't trust a favourite but a home underdog and as you said division game You know give give me the points. Okay carolina coins. Buffalo is getting two and a half at arizona. Buffalo's coming out of a big time win at home against seattle arizona. Lost close to miami arizona's good and they're gonna get better. Miami is good and going to get better. I am surprised at buffalo was plus two and a half. It is real respect for arizona. Who got did you see the Apparently they said because it was warm the warmer. It is the better for josh allen. And that's why he performed so well In this weirdly warm week in buffalo. Well that's going to be bad for him. In december then i'm warm a yes but be i was thinking about. Oh they're on this week. Yeah that's warm so twist I just think buffalo has more. I look by the way. This could be the game of the game of the week into watch josh allen versus mary tyler moore is. We don't take your is often. Because greg no well. But you just Josh allen russell wilson. That's right. That was a hell of a game so this is going to be one that Red zone is going to sit on. It's going to be hard to take. Your red zone is off Gimme buffalo Because i think they just have. They're just a little bit better everywhere. and kinda murray as a one man team you know he's the third best running back in the nfl. I think i think i've read that right. Where if he were just running belt he would be the third most valuable running back in fantasy. I think he has the. I know this statistic because i used it the other day and it hasn't washed out on my brain yet. He is the eighth most. He's got the eighth most yards of any running back the eighth most and he's not a running back like people have to understand that that's not his job and it's number eight at the moment. So he's he's fund while there's a bunch of guys fun to watch and he's particularly fun to watch 'cause he's about five to. He's so smack right now. Seattle which got pounded on the road across the country goes back home will at least on the west coast there in the west coast at least at the los angeles rams seattle now getting a point and a half a divisional game against the rams might be a must win game for the ramps pay. You could argue. It's also getting there for the seahawks with the they fired. They fired the defensive coordinator or was there just a a petition to my son..

"So i go out there. We're doing the event or doing a clinic out on the practice. Putting during that kind of thing i look all the way out to the water and on the ninth green. There must have been fifty people. It looked like playing golf. And i was like man. That's crazy deal. So i said to carry us. The head pro at the time is now down to the medalist. Hey what's going on out there. He goes oh. That's vice president joe by sitting vice president joe biden was playing golf and their secret service everywhere. And you know what. That's like playing with president obama and that kind of thing and i'm like nah i would love to meet him. I mean not to give away my ideology but when you grow up on thirty first street northwest. Dc you pretty much. Don't have a chance to be way or the other. You pretty much are going to be the way your parents raised you i. I've been voting for that guy since one thousand nine hundred eighty eight. And he's the vice president. I've never met him. I would love to meet him and valerie's from my wife. Salary is from delaware. He was of course the sitting senator in delaware before becoming the vice president so anyway so carries weight around. Okay secret service will mind. You'll be with me. No big deal so he all of a sudden he comes over introduce myself now the day before i'm doing the. Us open on nbc. I had no idea. Joe biden was a golf fan. A sports fan anything. He's kind of points. i mean. Each personality smiled or what he thinks. You know all politicians would be when you meet them in person and he's like. Hey what are you doing here. he goes. You just fill yesterday the webb simpson blah blah and. I'm just kind of laughed. Like oh my god. I keep this guy actually watches the us open anyway. So i say hey you know vice president biden my. My wife is delaware Voting for you for a long time. I said i just wanted to tell you. I'm a big fan. And i i wish you all the best he goes. He wife's from delaware from she's from newark. He goes oh she must be delaware. If you're saying do are correctly because it's not newark. that's jersey. Newark delaware he goes. What's call her. And i'm like Okay vice president. And i'm like Okay so he pulls out his phone literally out of his pocket and goes on. What's her number. He dials four numbers and one of his aides or somebody. That goes mr vice president. Maybe we ought to use his phone. Not yours is a great idea. Great idea so he he's just come up. Call your wife. So i take my phone and i call. I don't warn val. I just say okay i. I hid dial and he grabs phone and he looks at me. And we're all standing there have a good time and he goes you know. He puts his hand over the phone. Because what's her name. I go valerie and he goes valerie. I go yeah. Salary phone's ringing ringing. He says it three times back and forth with me valerie. Gift valerie valerie valerie valerie valerie could hear val answer the phone. Hello thinking it's beat and biden. Who had just asked her name for the last minute valerie three times from me and him so six times it was set out loud you hear val alot and he says mickey. We all started laughing. I mean i laughed so hard. Valerie has no idea who it is. They chat for like five or ten am delaware but all kinds of things. The the end of the story is. He looks and goes. Hey how old are your sons and at the time this is twenty thirteen or kids. Were like twelve ten and eight and he goes. You guys need to come to a white house visit. And i'm like oh no that's okay because i'm going to have a couple of aids call you sure enough a couple of days later. An eight or two calls sets up this incredible white house visit when we came back to go home for thanksgiving to see my mom and dad at thanksgiving the whole family. We did this. Incredible picture of the oval office. And the whole thing. Mr the vice president's office and that was our holiday cards so great whether you whether you like him or dislike him it's like obama. It's like clinton it's like bush and like senior bush before he passed away. It's amazing doesn't matter. What your allergy is. It's amazing the personalities. These politicians have They're just incredible to be around but it was pretty funny to hear him. Yeah say a guy all these gaps. He makes now. That was the original. That i saw in person with the valentine to manage to minnesota. I have a great time in augusta. We will talk to you soon. Thank you steve. Dustin johnson is going to be the winner by the way. Okay dustin johnson. Not rory i thought you on rory just now and i'm always doing wrong with you guys. I think dustin is going to be the winner. He played very well the last year. He doesn't slip when he walks down at the house. Bannister do me a favor. Say about by the way. yeah say. Hi great jimmy. Done for me when you see him. Okay is alleged. love him. Okay michael michael technically what you want but seriously all right steve sands boys and girls just wonderful makes me so happy we will take a break when we come back. Is it chuck. "But don't think he has for great days in him this week i just. I just think somebody's go out tomorrow and shoot sixty five or sixty six on pretty soft. Golf course remember wind about this. These guys rain does not if it's raining tomorrow and it's not windy. There's not breath a win right now. it won't bother them that much It's it's a nuisance a little bit to. Have you know that kind of rain falling. But if there's no wind someone's gonna shoot sixty six tomorrow. I just don't see tiger getting off that fast of a start And i just think you'll be behind the eight ball Throughout the week. I'll let me give you two small point questions that probably a lot of people care about to accommodate an earlier sunset than they normally have. What are they doing. The plans changed for that. First time they've ever had split tees in threes scheduled Going into the week. So that means that instead of everybody going off on the first tee like normally would at the master's only ninety three players. They always go out on. The i team play one eighteen this week on thursday and friday. They're going to have to waves or early late and they're also going to have three us instead of two so they won't be playing impairs. We playing in threes. and they'll be playing off ten and one And then they'll reverse on on friday so that everybody plays either beginning on one or beginning on ten early or late. And then on saturday and sunday They're gonna go early two and a half hours less sunlight this time of year then. There is at the master's normal week in the second week of april. So it's gonna end around five o'clock on saturday and then on sunday it's gonna end the same thing it did yesterday and this is all whether hopefully the weather holds out. But it's mostly and around two or three o'clock in the nfl so they were the nfl on cbs. At four o'clock games say can get out of the way in case. There's a playoff that kind of thing but the interesting thing is they did that last year. Remember there was bad weather tiger one around two thirty three o'clock in the afternoon last year. So it's going to be the same finish as last year except this time it's scheduled last year it was whether related and another small question. Nobody nothing in sports does the business in apparel in hats and shirts and memorabilia than the master. Do you get a sense that because this is november will they actually put on anything.

"Harland a friend of evans samuels. He reached out saying how much he loves. You and i should submit his songs to your show here. I think it's great what you're doing for indie artists out there. They really need the support. Especially right now. I have a couple of songs one is called. Make it and the other is dakota ring. I'm not mad this for the steve sands rejoin is make it. This is erin harland. Beautiful beautiful voice. God i wish i was good at music. Steve sands joins us now. He is at augusta. There's a million questions and we'll start i guess with. I would imagine if you are in augusta georgia the two largest topics of conversation at the moment our weather forecasts and bryson to shambo my wrong on that is there something more pressing than those edit to senate runoffs in his state perhaps. What can we'll just dive into sports. Doni and The shambo attention seeking From every player From every reporter asking every player about bryson is so fascinating The guys have had well. They've answered a lot of questions about bryson and embracing got in to the press building yesterday. And just you know was very bryson like Very open and honest and he was terrific and then the weather you know it is what it is tony we. It's it's very spring-like. Here's hot is hot. it's warm. It's humid Showers all day today. supposed to be heavy rain overnight and tomorrow as well But it gets better over the weekend so yeah whether in bryson probably amazing the tiger woods the defending champion yet. Bryson is the top story. It's amazing i'm going to get to tiger and a second. The question the first question. I have is. Will they truck in azaleas. Just for grins. Will they know you would truck into jail. Your heart and your second house. Augusta flies them in from the southern hemisphere truck. Editing you're telling me the mon- but i thought the history at one point of that piece of land was that it was a nursery a plant nursery. Am i wrong on that. No no question it was. It was a nursery before clifford roberts. Bobby jones a co-founder national and that's where they get All their resilience and all of their you know beautiful. Pine trees that they move around Winning eat too. But in this case in november It's really hard to grow azaleas In this part of the world at this time so they Say they imported them to make it very colourful for everybody on television The next five days you'll get to see different trees shine so number. Ten community is going to be beautiful and that's a late winter plant that we see appear. Yeah i mean. I'm standing here. Right now to the left sub. Three hundred fifty yards on the left side of the rain and the tournament practice area. Michael and it it. I'm looking up at the trees right now in literally for the first time ever at the masters not only. Do you have those beautiful tall georgia pines but you also have some fall foliage and you have some leaves on the ground It's it's a it's a fascinating scene. It'll be interesting firstly placed on tv. I'm sure that i'm sure. They have workers go out early in the morning and put the leaves in the correct spot can see yes they do. Yes they might. You know a bunch of members there. I'm asking a members question. Are they nervous at the prospect that to shambo could overpower the most famous. Holy course in the united states of america no. They're not nervous. There's he's going to overpower the course. What they are interested in is fascinated in is to see how he goes about his business and he has said that he's going to hit a forty eight inch driver and has said that he is. But that's the limit by the way you're allowed to use a forty eight inch driver But it sounds like going to test it again today but it sounded like keep backed away from that yesterday but you know for for those of us watching and for the members who might have a little tradition about it he. He's not going to bring it to its knees. In that regard. He can hit the ball far with his forty five and a half inch driver. He doesn't need to hit the forty eight inch driver. So i think they're more fascinated. Tony Then they are nervous I don't think remember when it was mike. We are in trouble. Zach johnson one of two thousand. That's because they tiger proofing in quote unquote tiger proof. The golf course for the masters. I don't know if they're gonna bryce in proof it After what they see this week we have to wait and see how it all plays out. But if he goes out there and has wedge and nine iron on holes that you're not supposed to have wedge nine iron. They'll make adjustments those. We're in johnson. Years also happen to be when you had a very wet and long masters which even with the warm weather. You should see a playing long. Yo man this is gonna be so long. It's soft The golf course was soft coming into the week. And as i'm standing here right now. It's kind of missing Rained heavy overnight there's water everywhere They do have the sub air system. also golf course not just on the green so they can suck the moisture out as much as they can As much as they want actually but it continues to rain then. There's no debate on how the golf course will play. It's already soft And they're expecting more rain today and tomorrow and throughout the rest of the week. So it's going to be really long and those guys by the way. Like zach johnson famously. They have four. Par-five here michael antonio and they. I mean sixteen if you make the five for the week. He laid up on all sixteen of the par fives. It's never been done before by a winner at the masters zach went on to win that year in the mid two thousand. So they're not going to do that this week. The game is is completely different than it was fifteen years ago however it is going to be a very very long golf course you mentioned tiger before and the in credulity of the fact that nobody's talking about tiger because they're all talking about the shambo is there any sense. That tiger is unreal candidate to repeat because he knows the course so well and has done so well there or is it that sense that he got this last major. That's it for him. he cannot win again. It's a little bit of both To use a football analogy tony. Does he have another hail. Mary left him That what he's done recently on the pga tour Would not suggest that he has any type of game Or health them are Coming into this week however more than any other course more than any other tournament on the planet. This course success comes from familiarity and he knows this golf course better than anybody in the field. He also knows that he's wanted five times when everybody else knows that he's wanted five times and if he can do what he did last year remember signal one. Last year you know francesco. Molinari a two-shot lead on the wall. P kepco goes there. Shafi was there. Can't we had the lead all by himself. After eagle the fifteenth when he walked to the sixteenth hole is experienced kind of played. Its way out he kinda hover around gorge sitting around two shots back and then all of a sudden everybody fell apart on the back nine on sunday. If he can do that then perhaps he could. He could slip on sixth green jacket. But don't think he has for great days in him this week i just. I just think somebody's go out tomorrow and shoot sixty five or sixty six on.

"Hey you know it's we're going to march and we're gonna shut it down and we're going to get all your advertisers and the people at the masters at gusta said you know what we don't need advertising and we don't need you local commercial free they control you. See the the bermuda. Grass is still fighting with the rise. So it'll be interesting to see how the runoffs play and just kudos to the to the committee and to the club. The lead elder news for the honorary star. Very nice and the scholarships that they are putting in his name. It's a wonderful story a little late to the game. But it's better to get there late than never that's right Nigel you had a correction. You told me before we started. Oh yes we were talking about. The passing of alex trebek's at travek The other day. And we're talking about the movie alex or alec and we talking about the kurt. Yes we were talking about the movie quiz show and her stemple and you read the movie quiz show. Which said was written by my former colleague pull out of nausea which was a great movie and i said people ought to watch the movie. Now it's great because it is and as you represent john ritter plays said passed away recently heard had passed away within the last year. Stemple i said was that this is like bingo. Bingo was dame or or the thing about yankee doodle defining defining herbs stemple not john to tomorrow. Yes thanks so. I just wanna make sure we had that straight. So we're not reading any of those on the air. Because i you know that was not a mistake was not a mistake. We will come back with. Steve sands live from augusta. I'm tony.

"All the time. Talk to anybody's garrulous affable guy. Big guy six seven thicke right. I mean he's a big guy. Eighty six years old. It reminds you in reminds you that cousy is older and russell is the same age and you hope for their health right. I mean if you're a boston guy this is the thing you worry about now isn't it. Oh sure i mean. I mean they're all getting to that age. Eighty six is a great run. But we'll get bad news about cousy and russell eventually at some point. Hopefully for some time. The other store. I wanted i will tell the story tomorrow about chessy in her latest animal. Odd thing who. She went after yesterday but will tell that tomorrow. 'cause i wanted to get into the tony larussa story tony. Larussa hired a big splashy higher to some people. Not a good higher because lewis. I hadn't been managing for a while. I guess i don't know over ten years one of the greatest managers of all time one world series with oakland e. One world series with saint. Louis got chicago to the world series. I believe or maybe just the playoffs. But he's one of the greatest of all time. He's in the hall of fame He's also seventy six years old. And he was hired by jerry reinsdorf the general partner of the chicago white sox because jerry reinsdorf wanted to correct old wrong jerry. Reinsdorf fired tony larussa. Before his great run started and he always told people this was the largest regret in his professional life and he wanted to get tony. Larussa back well in that period of time when he was negotiating with tony larussa was made known to jerry reinsdorf in its his higher. There's nobody delay this off on. It was made known to jerry. Reinsdorf the tony. Larussa had been arrested on a dui in arizona in february the day before the hiring was announced. Tony larussa was apparently formerly charged with this dui. Not his first at least his second and the after the first one he said this will never happen again. And when you say it'll never happen again you take lengths to make sure it doesn't happen again in what you do when you're famous. Is you hire a driver. That's what you do you. I'm i don't wanna be in this situation if i go out at night. I don't want anything to happen. So i'm going to bring a driver. Obviously he did not have a driver at that particular point. I'm an old man. And i looked at the larussa as very very sweet story. I don't have that. I still feel very very sweet story but now i look at it slightly differently and i don't know that he's actually going to manage the chicago white sox about somebody far younger than i. My son how you view this story. So why does this change your your view on the story. I mean it's still a sweet story. These are two separate is yes. It's still a sweet story. But i don't think he's going to manage. I think jerry reinsdorf and tony larussa will sit down and one or the other or both you look at the the sort of The charge date and then also the mounting story where you had a lot of pressure from around baseball. Not just not just in the fan base. But maybe it's in the clubhouse ever is looking at in the big way. Been right from the moment. This happened shine in wrote. There's a bad hire so. Can he relate to a younger generation. Can you relate to today's players. And what they have and this is sort of there are echoes of sort of old world. Sports old world male privilege as to. Can i get away with. Can i do this and again. I don't know enough about the story but again at separate issues i don't. I don't think this has anything to do with his ability to manage. Nor do i am or to to manage these kids at it. Sort of is just what sort of power and sway is on. The other side is if there's just so much noise that it just says it's not worth to to to sort of finish this story line. I think jerry reinsdorf has to listen to what is being said in chicago baseball. As a local sport listen to what his constituency says. It would not surprise me at all if people in chicago basically said something like this. How can you manage your team. If he can't manage himself you know. Are you sure this is the right thing to do. It will not surprise me at all if tony larussa says or and if he says it's not gonna work jerry. It's not gonna work thanks so much. Maybe there's another role on the team but field managers not going to work right now. Ellard jerry reinsdorf says tony. It's not gonna work. i. I still think it's a sweet story but it is now. I think it's sort of overcome by this news. And by la russa's it's essentially. Why the quote that they're running is what makes it bad. Yeah you know i am. I'm a. I'm a hall of famer baseball person. Yeah did he say hall of famer or wall of famer. He said he no. He's not a wife he's he's just off. Yeah he's a half. I would have said i'm a half walk now. I know we got sand. Can i get like ninety seconds or run on the masters yoga. Yeah frenilla friends. We have our first november masters. I know he's going to go off in the tournament. Who he thinks might win. But big thing i want to be looking at is we have split ti- times for the first time ever and we. We have to remember that. Augusta used to start on the back nine number ten number one and the hardest three-hole stretch ten eleven twelve. Can you imagine showing up to the masters thunderstorms in the forecast for your seven. Forty five time. Let's just pull it out there starting on number ten and you get to number twelve a comfortable one or two over par which is very reasonable and then looking forward to thirteen and fifteen thinking. They aren't just the back pocket birdies. They know it's going to play really long. It's going to play really what i don't know how they finished the first day on time. Which just everything and cbs's plans trying to get out of the way for college football and the nfl sunday. Let's so they run it on monday. It's the mass. No business run it next week when the winner it looks i mean they. There's no people need to understand what i'm going to say now. There's no sporting event in the united states of stature which is controlled in the way that the masters is controlled by the people at augusta and they can do what they want as we saw some years back with the something burke what was burks first-name name the woman who signed the birth martha burk. Who just said. Hey you know it's we're going to march and we're gonna shut it down and we're going to get all your advertisers and the people at the masters at gusta said you know what we.

"Coverage we will have steve sands on today from augusta. We will have berries for luga on tomorrow from augusta. I want to mention as i mentioned to you the other day how much i am enjoying god's at play by tom callaghan. Which is you know a review of everything. He's ever covered in his life. And it's just brilliant. Book is brilliant. Whoever blurb it knew what they were doing it's called god's at play. I also wanna commend to you in golf magazine this month. A story by. Mike croly about him and his brother. Tim had some health issues. And it's a beautiful that don't you think michael beautifully written story wrote the story about michael and at one point. Yeah i it's interesting. Because i'm reading into a story written by mike and about his relationship with his brother tim and this is something were over. The last few years we've become friends in this is happening on the other side. Where i knew some of it. But not all the details and it just beautifully. Weaves golf the masters pines just these these bucket list trips and also the relationship between two brothers and as i was reading this. I'm looking at my two boys who now old enough to be rough housing and playing and walkers inviting henry over and every night after dinner. They parade as animals around the kitchen and the living room. And i just see this adoration. And henry's is as walker. Looks back at him and he gets to chase him in that. And that's what you read in. That's what dan. I missed the learning how to play golf. And i had that relationship with you with my in laws. But i didn't have a big brother to look up to on the driving. I don't have anything. I didn't have a brother or sister. I didn't have any of that. And i didn't have a driving range and have that i didn't have you'd stick ball. I had stickball. i had that. I had style. And that's why. I believe that sticks should be in the toy hall of fame because they got handball with balding there are. There are a bunch of things a bunch of small things in sports. That i do want to open with. They announced the managers of the year. Don mattingly in the national league for what he did with the miami marlins who were beset with problems with the corona virus and he got them into the playoffs. Interesting off the street yeah. I think that's deserved. I think don mattingly deserves that. They got no squad and he got him into the playoffs and kevin cash. Got it in the american league for what he did with tampa. They had the best record in the american league. Not as good as the dodgers but the best record in the american league will goes about kevin cash because because what we saw was kevin taking out snell and it didn't work out but kevin cash new his pretty well and guided them pretty well. I think he was the clear manager of the year. And i'm thinking order wilpon going off on this at five thirty. But that's also the principles you hear this with jeff ma with the analytic side just because it doesn't work out in this instance doesn't mean in in the way that they play in the way they build their team. That's not the right. Yeah that's what i always thought. I always thought he knew the team. He knew the pitchers involved you. He got it wrong but that didn't mean it wasn't based on the reality of his entire season. Tommy heinsohn passed away. And nigel's celtics fan and i know that celtics fans take this very very hard. Because tommy heinsohn tommy heinsohn was affiliated with the celtics. Since the late fifties he was a hall of fame player. He was in those days the first sort of power forward in nba history. He played alongside. Bob cousy and bill russell. The greatest of the celtics in the pre larry bird year. And i would say the greatest of the celtics of all time. Those two guys bill russell and bob cousy in that order he played alongside them. He was on a championship teams in nine years. He hurt his foot to such a degree that he had to stop playing only about thirty two or thirty three years old. He became a coach. He won two championships. And then he became a broadcaster and nigel. I think that this is a fair word to use that. He was beloved as a broadcaster. Right for all those like forty years absolutely and celtics fans are really blessed. Because none of the tommy heinsohn. We had johnny most forever. Who's another beloved barry. Yeah that's johnny. Most that was a tough law. That really was. It was a good johnny most. Isn't it tony. Most screams all the time and heinsohn is the only guy who had something to do with all seventeen championship s the global pointed this out in their obituary as a player as a coach and as a broadcaster he was involved with all seventeen. There's a. I had to write yesterday and had to write quickly. Because i found out that tommy heinsohn had died around. I don't know three thirty quarter to four and i had already written happy trails and it was not about tommy heinsohn so you have to juggle. You have to write. And i wrote. I looked at the john powers. Oh bid in in the boston globe that kelleher sent to me. And there's this one quote he had worked with. Mike gorman from million years you might know mike gorman's work. He did the big east for a long time and did the celtics forty years. Right gorman's on the celtics forever right. And i don't have the quote exact but it was something like tommy's not a regular color guy. Tommy in his mind is coach the celtics he's always been the coach of the celtics. He'll be the coach of the celtics until his last breath. Which is how. I ended the you know the melancholy trails to tommy heinsohn. And and that's who he was he would hold court before home games..

"Hollywood. and. That's been. Vicky happened maybe two years after that. Yeah. How did Vicki happen? Oh okay. I never I never wanted to be a drag that was not In my life plan that was not on my bucket list. This was not something I ever wanted to do I. Never said that's a great idea not once. But for like Halloween and stuff maybe. But like not that was not the plan this was not on the route map. I was in school at the musicians institute over here in Hollywood. Our really want it to be a singer songwriter. I really thought that that was the way for me because that's what I wanted. They, didn't go that way. So right when I was about to graduate, I never graduated because as I was going to graduate graduate Jesus I was. Doing voice over work and. Like, session work with vocals in the studio and. Just trying to make gigs work I was like. Really care if I graduate already working and in that I that's when I worked at fossils. Pay My bills. So I sold watches singing in the studio. And I had a band and everybody in the band was they were basically metal players. They were Germans. Like my drummer was German and he loved like metal. I was not performing death metal of any kind. But he was really great like his vibe was exactly like the kind of like brassiness that was me. So it got along we got along really really well. So I had booked again, it was like a fifty dollar Gig and they were like we can't pay your band I was like, yeah no Shit Am. I didn't want to lose the money because at the time I was eating like frozen burritos like a box and one was two dollars and that's what I had to live on. and. I was I can't lose this money and they said Okay we can't be your bank you do with tracks sure. I can do it with tracks. Okay. But now the the promoter and the night is chain where it's going to be lesbian and everybody else is a drag queen. Would you like to host and drag? We can pay you a little more and I said yes absolutely. And that was the GIG. That Vicky never done drag before. Not like drag I had thrown a wig on just mess with people but never like drag on purpose. Yes. That's when it happened and ever since then I've been working like it wasn't. I really did not think that's where I was going to end up but I did. And you know I wanted it to be a stepping stone but here we are ten years later. Love, how did you drag family then come together? Oh see now, this is a story. So I had believe it or not. There was actually an addition to be in a show. At Miss Good Hamburger Mary's over here and West Hollywood I came through the door late because I didn't even know there wasn't audition when I found out I slept on the pain through going move on and blessed it over there. I was late I walked in front of whoever was performing. I didn't give a damn. I walked right in front of them and was like here's music to the to the DJ. And I walked in front of where detox and cal hernia atoms and actually read couture who just passed away and Roxie would producer of the show I, didn't know that they were sitting in the front. Why would I I don't even know that there was an audition until last minute so I get on the stage and I'm singing natural woman looking crazy and I'm rolling. On the stage as I think singing not even the right now just whatever I wanted to sing. Detox. Threw her shoe at me? Because I was taller info heart she threw her shoes apparently because I was the last one of the auditioners they went up into the meeting room and then detox is like I. Don't know who she is, but I want her. The beginning of. Detox. And my relationship, and from there we just like party all the time, and then we would call each other when we would go home and be like I. Love You know my aunts. Exactly what need in my life? Very. that. To the point of one night, which is like so are we family like what is this and details like? Yeah, I'm going to have. I'll tell you what night it was went to some warehouse party downtown. And we walked it was after we had already done a shelf so we're both let. Let, and at this time, we usually had a very good. Blitz left with ask because they were like our security and usually driving because neither one of us was ever going to drive. You're responsible. And so we walk into this Warehouse Party and it was one of those like what kind of party is I? Think I just went through a tree but I know I'm inside a building and there was like a TV somewhere that had like neon dancers on it, but I didn't know what was going on and then. A bar in the middle. It was very art house something but also rave I don't remember but then somehow detox and I ended up on the roof where there was a bonfire. And I had. Drinks and blunts in my wall. I said, look what I found the both of us at the same time, show it on our hands and she had drinks and some other stuff. We're not gonNA talk about that in public, but it was awesome chemical services and the two of US went. And then we looked at each other. We realized that we were standing and everybody else was sitting down and I said, okay some yarmuth like it's going to have to get up because we need to sit down and that is when detox that okay. That's my child. And from then on, we were mother and daughter even though I'm her daughter but I'm a year older than she is. Oh. Yes and that's how that happened and we have stayed close ever since then ever since then. But like my drag family's pretty pretty large because that's like my mother but then there's like the rest of the drag community which I see as like my sisters like nieces. You're working Queen L. A.. If we have worked together, we are family now. Like that is just like we are all that we are. And I'm unless there's a few that I have had to come out. and. There's a few that are scared of me, but it's probably because they relate and probably because they were done. I had to have something to say it's not my fault I'm just Vicky Vox. And I will let you know. Thinking we could talk to you all day. Just over here. Yappiest Love it all. All of the time. To come back I mean sure why not going nowhere..

"Then you have the two young ladies Kansan with name I don't remember actually. Or motif now and Ashley. Ashley just had a baby. And candidate had a lot to say about the baby because Ashley's husband. was rumored to be messing around with people and had some sexual assault allegations coming out last season at the reunion it was walked. But he was he was sued by a cameraman there is there is of him. Grainy footage of him, most likely assaulting a cameraman during came up behind him and grabbed his boot -Tay without his permission shown and he is. Truly disgusting and vile. If he is I celebrate it. But right we're. For. So for whatever reason, they're not allowed to a Ashley want acknowledge that regardless. She's so beautiful and and and smart, and just the whole patent he is. Disgusting like. Looks like a deck? Yeah. He's a liar mouth. That's what it is. He's a liar if you could just be honest about some stuff, I think anybody would have a problem be like you know sometimes I need a little attention from this other side of stuff. Okay. Then don't be sneaky in increased twenty. Don't be don't be awful. You know. But here's the thing it'd be different if he was up in a gay club if somebody grabbed but that's kind of like part of the culture if not. Great. Sherve, but it's part of the culture when you on a film set or a TV set and somebody grabs, we don't have talked about that. Sure there's there's a time and the place sir that is you know. A little. Bit Mike You we didn't come here for that I came here to work. Okay. So. Potomac is one hour a week. What else are you? Oh. I mean I really could keep going to pursue. This is a short show. So arm. Listen we'll know we're here to receive it. Gets. About any of the House I have. So we have New York housewives and they are messy messy messy drunk. Messy messy drunk. And they seem to have no remorse. For like I have blacked out a few times in my life am. I always apologize. because. I'm sorry I didn't know that that happened or I'm sorry I I remember that a different way. These ladies I don't WanNa talk about it and they just keep moving on. These. All bitches with. The impression that I have gotten when I've when I've. DIVED DIVED INTO NEW YORK. It seems to me like. It's there's just a cycle. Yeah. It's like there's a drunkenness and then and then I feel like there are some little some little pepe ups in the morning of some kind. We not right. We don't know the Business Jeff. Yeah, but it does seem like there is not the remorse that I have known, right? They`re Chemically altered I would imagine. A little something that keeps them going forward was the king back. I would think it'd be like the housewives of Beverly Hills with Miss Lisa random who goes were they doing cocaine your bathroom like I just need to know. This via. Loved them because they are crazy. They're you know Lisa render knows what she's doing around the camera and I'm very here for it engineers. Richards. Come. On with the lies and the stories, we all have masks, and first of all, you were married to Charlie, you have to be slightly messy yourself. Yes. Sure. You are no saint having spent any time with her sheen. So come on now grow let your freak flag fly let everybody know about it. Although. Let me say this the saints person, I know like one one of the most put together people I've ever met. Lived with Charlie Sheen for. Why Atas he he was. He was like a recurring onto and a half men. And he just he's. He's like his young gutter and he's he's like a guy and he you know he writes directs and whatever, and I think. I think Charlie was like. Found that energy appealing and also needed. It's stabilizing influence in his life and I think probably the studio was like, Yay? You guys can hang out. And so so he was he was at Charlie Sheen's house a lot and this is not a drinker drug user. You know he's married now but I think he was just like with his wife at the time it was just they struck up a. I mean. That that I want to know everything about he won't tell me right well can. So here's the thing. Years ago when I was like really. In the middle of like DWP that the girl group we were in when we were really living the Rockstar life I lived in the same apartment but with my best friend at the time who is not was is. A clinical psychologist. Sober time twenty years. Yeah. So I can see how that works and benefits both parties. Sure. The. Two of us together we looked like we have never met. Like like he literally goes to the grocery store in a full suit. This is him. And it's quite weird. But at the same time a odd couple, it works when it works so work. Yeah. You were you getting sort of like informal therapy from him. Well we called it downloading like when you come home and you just got to talk about today that kind of stuff and process it. So yes and I would. By default or like Osmo, I would learn you know. The program. Eight triple eight, a program with. The triple eight program. And had language to describe what I was going through at the time. So I, I wasn't mad at it. I learned a lot. And now he owns the company that I don't even know what they do but. He's doing great. How Are you what? Do you listen to what? What's your music of choice? You know what? I don't even know to be honest. Because you have music but the thing is I don't really listen to music like that. Right now I don't know where I'm at my life. No, I'm creating music. So I think my brain is there but I will say that I'm one of these people that are go on Youtube and I will search a guided meditation for something really wild like, okay. Guided Meditation for an out of body experience or guided meditation to. Past life regression or something like this, right there's even. Entire. Through like two hours long and it is a reading of the discussed sound. So nuts but gave out of. The Emerald tablets of tough and it's like the ancient Egyptian and it was like before Hermes and all of their. So it's like all of black alchemy and. Okay you looking at me like I'm crazy but it's On the edge seat. Finder on this, but it was actually and it tells you all about the emerald tablets that they're actually made from a material that. Is Not natural because it cannot be destroyed an or like transport like if you leave an apple, it will rot these will never write. These will never asked these were like pristine percents today they were made and anyway. So the man reads it. And it tells you basically how what was ancient before Egypt and it was Atlantis and so Atlantis end. Atlanta talked with an Atlanta. And he took knowledge and wisdom from Atlantis brought it to Egypt and gave it to the people at that time. Egypt was called Cam. Now I know I sound crazy because this is a lot but I really listen to this go to sleep. Because it is so soothing and so wild like it sounds like a sci Fi story. One of the things is under one of the feet. In the spinks. Has. You. Know. Because this is so much better than like Carnegie Jeppesen. Go on this journey with you like I really wish that I was one of the people that finally or listen to folklore by Taylor. Swift I just can't do it because I have other things mind in one of the things is underneath the Sphinx I. Think it's the right paw there is a cavity. Or like a space with ancient texts like the, you know how there was the library in Alexandria I. Think they said, it was that was burnt down by about that that all of that history was raised. This contains all of that history and it's very deep in the desert also under the pyramid. Now it gets crazy. This is started laughing is because under the pyramid? Well I it tells you how the pyramid made was that made by technology with me by thought forms. Pause on that because under the Pyramid Degrade Pyramid, the first one is actually a spaceship that will rise when it is ready and when we have the consciousness to use it. Get into that. When we have the consciousness to use it. So it's like that spaceships waiting for us. Yes to catch up guess. How.

I'm going to Regale Vicky box with a historic con that is just you know worthy of praise. And today we're talking about. So shots sherline Barra that's my research assistant. She's starting to get very specific with the brands of who these scammers are. She calls the scam, the polygamous gas beef. UNPACK, their. Share. so much to unpack the bully like. For like petrol bears. Like gas in your car. Okay, Great. Yeah. Is that petrol? They just miss an opportunity for some more alliteration that's all. Oh, the polygamists. Yes you really okay. No, it would be the polygamist pilfer. Yes. Wow. That's why you're lyricists. That's why you're lyricist. Vicky. Wow. Wow What a punch-up that was live guys no editing. Wow during great. I'm like wow. Oh Wow. I love now. Would I need to watch About it though so this is Jacob Kingston. He's a prominent member of a secret Utah Polygamist sect and Lev German the Armenian immigrant owner of a chain of California truck stops and they both engaged in a four hundred seventy million dollar fraud of a government biofuel program, which I love fraud scams like this because I'm not in this industry like I've told you guys scamming is a business, but it's but it's also an industry so. There's different sex. You know what? I mean it's almost its own economy really where it's like we all contribute to the economy but in very different ways, right? Like, I. I've seen scams where. A woman was flipping cats for forty five dollars. She would steal people's cats and then she would. She would post that she found the cat and that should have taken to the vet to make sure we got all its shot and then she'd be like forty five dollars and you can have the cat back or if somebody else wanted to adopt a cat, she would flip the cat forty five. That's a completely different scam. Then someone who scamming the government's biofuel program, right? This is. Connie. Camera I was like this is too much work for forty five dollars this you could get hunted it right? That's the gamut we go from cats to biofuel to government biofuel like it's all over. So I love. I. Love Getting into different scam industries and learning about what they're doing. So German and Kingston together use the money they made through the alleged fraud to go on a wild four year spending spree that included luxury homes in Los Angeles and Salt Lake, city multimillion dollar, European sports, cars, and Avila in Istanbul Turkey. Oh Boo. Constantinople. You. Yeah Yeah. That's what. What? Istanbul and Gunston, dinner like I learned that in school but I didn't learn like why slavery. I had a full song that I learned about. Turkey but then when. We were talking about slavery was like, okay it was some slaves and then it was a then they got free 'cause Nice. Then, it was a civil rights movement where they were rising up against. Yada. Need to know who they was rising up against. There was just rising up. Barack Obama the. Meanwhile, I got a full song right He. Didn't and That was a good song. No that's about two thereby slabs. Honestly it's So hard. That's still remember it shutouts the Shantha Sarky So the Kingston's are members of the Davies County Cooperative Society also known as the order. Fundamental denomination of the Mormon. Don't think I'm ever GonNa live again and I'm to fucking Fuck Shit up while I'm here I need thirty wives and a lot of money i. I need rob everyone I'm here to steal everything. It's like there's this big polar opposites I need nothing but my happiness in my you know. Awareness of my body and my surroundings and the earth and the other side is like I'd be bitches the goal. We all fall somewhere in between them. I agree and I leaned towards the bricks and the bitch is I do but not that far is it's how you look in abundance right? It's really bad but my thing is. How did they? Did they get. Oh, you learn we're GONNA, WE'RE GONNA go on a journey. Need to know because I feel like be you. You went wrong with the with the houses you went wrong with too many things. You already have a lot of one staff. So just. "Encounter. Okay great tell me more because I haven't right that I know of. I mean there was wondering my head as a kid but like like this neither here but I have to go okay. That's how you tasted that more. Also the skies different color of blue to you. Yeah I mean there's also breaks down to who I love talking about stuff and things. Yeah I mean I'm just thinking about like this is the same thing that we're talking about right now in like the American political system or in people that are like racism is real and then you know and then a white person being link and yet I see black people around running. I don't know it is. We are obviously this thing that we're talking about. which is that different people might experience things things in a different way is not universally accepted as true no especially when it comes to like really polarizing thing? Yeah one of the through lines that gets me to find my way to empathy and compassion. Is that opposing ideas or opposing. Four percents are actually not separate. There are but one thing just varying in degree. Sure if that makes Sense yeah up in opposite sides of the like if you have a magnet you have the positive end in the negative end it's not a different magnet. It's the same magnet just great. The energies have moved to the side. Yeah and that's kind of how I have to go okay. So you see a whole other side of this and we're probably not going to agree right now. Now let me and that he said my son is right now. It's been a pleasure talking to you Philip. We got got to a lot of different things. And guess what it's fifty seven minutes you're lying and we've been talking for that long dot. Tom Waits like his. We did it. Can you believe that I I mean I can because we did before I send you out into the rest of your day you shout out which person thing made you feel like you could be who you are today. You know what's wild. I was actually told this person. I gotta tell this person Ross Matthews. I remember watching Ross Matthews on the tonight show and I heard his voice for the first this time and I like Gosh. It's possible like it's possible for my wild ass to have a GIG and to move through the world. Yeah that is amazing. When you you get a chance to listen but then I felt bad because I feel like when I told her I was like so when I was a kid? And he's not that much like like that's something that we forget about like not that much time has always past like for instance. I have people the country after shows shows all the time in our like. I watched you when you made those asks lesbian videos when for Buzzfeed when I was in middle school. And I'm like I'm like what are you saying but then I remember that for some people the audience middle school might have just been right. It's seven years ago like it's not like that's actually what's going on. It's not it's not forty five years ago right it's just the DEIRA different age It was a pleasure in Cranston guest. That's the America that we live in. So yeah it makes a lot of sense to me that would that in drag. That would translate to we. We just have specific notions about what we think. Yes certain types of people look like yes. This is why I say that out loud as we need to be talking about this. What is this what you have looked like your entire life? This is what I have looked like my entire life. I've always been some weird mixture out how you know what I was just thinking about this in the mirror today I was looking at myself and I said girl before there was not binary there was. You just looked at myself from what I've always been kind of like in the middle of staff. Sure yes go ahead. No No. Let's fire. I was as a kid. They called me miss before anything where where are you from. Where are you from Jersey? I'm still sovereign. Oh I mean the congrats to Jersey out. There's another read there which is good for them. Yeah they're lucky them very welker. Yes you grew up in Jersey and yes South Jersey I. Yeah I know what you're talking about. I've been I've been into this but it's also kind of busy though. So Yeah Weird yeah wait talk to me about the rough part well those were there like the formative formative years of school middle school high school. If you didn't fit in they would force you fit in share. What was going on with you physically like did you have along ease long hair have on here now? I didn't then. My mom always forced to get the nice little boy cut. Why can't you just get a boy cut? Well because I went long flowing locks nice long flowing I just want some long flowing locks. Yeah absolutely and I remember when you're in middle school. I dyed my own hair. It was off for. What are we talking about here? Because like dark-haired did you do. You tried to bleach it and you go. I tried to bleach it but I thought I was going to get myself. Highlight just one just a single highlight towards the front and it turned somebody's orange. I went swimming and it turned to somebody's green so I was real cute and there was actually a soccer player and I shaved my head to look like the soccer. The player of the World Cup team will was his neck. Tony Tony Meola. But it was like shaved around the side. He had a ponytail on top. I try to racket Garri. I really did you had shaved around the orange. I was to go far these pictures. I feel like I know. Oh that Hairdo from like a certain era. Yeah it was. It was a moment. There's a lot of in the nineties. There was a lot of people bleaching their own. Here For me I I kind of had a similar thing where like I never have dyed my hair until recently but when I was in high school I did try. Try to do the thing of like. I don't know his printing like a lot of like Sunan slash large all the Senate Yahoo in that combination but then going into the going in the sun and then forgetting that I was also on the swim team transitioning right into that and my hair sort of turned almost like gray. The way that people learn now having like a silvery do on purpose and that was it was it was an accident was in. I was a senior in high school. I'd gray hair. Nobody else did it. Didn't it did not look good. Feel good you know what great question. No I think that like so when I started high school I was trying very hard to like. I went to Catholic school. I had NISSAR. I'm totally listening. But you have great teeth and it's mesmerizing. Thank you oh fuck yeah. Yeah when I started high school had like knee socks platform whole thing. Steve Madden's on this stuff skirt art then. By the time I was a senior had gray hair unlike choker an only wore pants there was a there was a big transformation. I see what happened what what happened was that and I've talked about this before. But what happened was that I got a long term boyfriend and I think that once I had a a boyfriend that I felt a little bit like I could kind of fuck around with what was going on with me. I have that part on lock. Let me go play over here it also if anybody was like wait what is this mean means nothing this. Yeah this is this is unrelated to anything right. Yeah okay so you had little boys haircut. I tried everything girl I really did tell because you just said senior year and I remember. It wasn't my senior prom. It was somebody senior prom. But I had now I had red highlights that I had done myself again from my box and I had it also done a bunch of fake Tan and we went to Prom and my.
