Wisconsin governor issues new mask order after Assembly vote

"The governor has just Declared a new public health emergency shortly after the assembly voted to overturn the one he issued earlier this year. This is now coming from with politics dot com. I just wanted to make sure your listeners were aware of that. So we so Tony Evers understand you, 3 23 or a nim urgency, a rule that he is going to be issuing under statue to 52. That's the important question. Azzawi were just talking about with Steve Nash on the program. Hold on. Let me see if if we have, I don't have that. It's not on my whisper all itics dot com. This is breaking and that doesn't clarify that. But it says the governor's new order also includes a mask mandate. You're the one he's put in place since last late last summer. Now, remember, tomorrow the signature goes on the joint resolution between the two leaders of the two houses that's supposed to kill this thing so Well. Ah, very interesting Turn of events this afternoon. Yeah, This is interesting. And I'm looking here at Channel 58 at a Milwaukee and they're not. They're not. They're not clear. This looks is executive. This is executive one on five emergency order one. Establishing a mandate, so I'm not. I'm not sure which statue that's falling. In fact, it could fall under both because there is a school of thought that says that in last the assembly in the Senate actually sign it. That boss who apparently is already been on bended knee, begging Tony Evers to do an emergency rule a rule through the Rulemaking Authority of the Joint Committee for the Review of Administrative Roles. Um, you know, it's it's hard to know whether or not he's just trying to do a double whammy here to stick it to the Republicans and those 56 Republicans that were sticking it to the state of Wisconsin. You deserve this.

Why Black Friday In-Store Sales Won't Go Extinct

"There's also evidence that the Internet is basically knocking on black Friday's door Thanksgiving days, the fastest growing online shopping day on Di Think like 70% of the people who said that they're going to shop on Black Friday said they'll do some or most of it online, right. Um, so the Internet still there for retailers to make money. But the idea of black Friday in store sales going extinct is probably not Going to happen because it's its own thing like there's this one consumer psychologist or consumer analyst, I think pointed out that it's It's a tradition number one. Now it is. On number two. There's a certain element of like sport to it. It's it's more than just Getting a good deal. It's yes, you know, throwing a fist that somebody while you get a good deal, there's something to it that transcends the whole thing. So we mentioned doorbusters. It's a central part of the cog that is black Friday. And it goes back and print. Believe it or not, to the year 1917 and anecdotally the 18 95, where in a retailer will basically say You know what we have? One item are usually it's a few now but some really deep, deep and really super great deals on just a few select items. Silly. For example, a good laptop for $180. Yes, then like Deals like that iPods for half off for TV feel like 200 like, really, really, like you said. Very good discounts, But here's the deal. To scam people. It's a bait and switch. It's a bait and switch. They only got a very limited amount of these select items, which is why the violence happens, which we'll get to in a minute. On Then after that, they're hoping you get in there. You don't get that laptop, but you're like, screw it. I'm at Walmart at 5 A.m.. I might as well buy some stuff regular priced or slightly discounted items. Um And you know, that's how they get you in the store. That's how they get you. It is on dit. Is it true that they're these items do exist, and they are for that deal. There. There there for that price, I should say, um But there's only like 10 and in the fine print. It's like one for person. And that deals is for in stock. Only, like you can't get a rain check or anything like that. No, no, no. But the concept that these deals do exist for those items that are in the store. Coupled with Whoever physically gets their hands on that item first gets that deal. Yeah, um, leads to doors actually being busted. It's called Recipe for disaster. Yeah, um All right. So

Wisconsin recount gets off to a rough start as Elections Commission repeatedly clashes

"That the Wisconsin Elections Commission called a meeting Used the Trump recount petition in Wisconsin. To make an attempt to alter the recount manual in Wisconsin to undermine the trump recount petition. You cannot make this stuff up. This really happened? It went on for hours last night. Our PW Republican party. Wisconsin Chairman Andrew Hit is on the phone with me right now. In fact, seeing your tweet is what made me know it was going on. And we just kept waiting to see what was going to happen. Ultimately, it was a tie vote on the W. E C not to change the manual, which means the manual will stay the same. But this is the kind of crap That that the partisans on the W. E C and the partisan staffers on the WBC we're willing to try toe undo the the attempts that that President Trump was making just a recount our state It is, you know, one of the most outrageous things I've ever seen. Vicky. I mean, they get the president's petition for recount, see the argument that he is going to make And then call a meeting to change it. A meeting that had 24 hours notice they gave the recount manual to the commissioner's just three or four hours. 38 page manual. No red line. Why would you do that? There's only one reason because they know that we're onto something. They know that they have to change it or or we are going to make so much progress. Delivering Wisconsin for president. I'll tell you something, though you're exactly right. The reason you pull out the manual one that you haven't looked at it however long and simply throw it in front of everybody without having even read over it again. You're basically saying, what can we do in this manual to undo this petition, and it wasn't just after the petition was after $3 million Was wired from the campaign to pay for the recount. So they had the money. They had the petition, and then they were going to try to undo the petition through the allegedly nonpartisan W. E. C. And it took six hours six hours to finally come up with a 3 to 3 decision, with all the Democrats saying, of course. We should change the manual to undo the Trump petition and the Republicans on I I imagine it was somewhat difficult for some of them to reach the conclusion, saying, I think we should probably keep it the same. This is that you know. Eric Bob had a great tweet when he said the one thing that is absolutely assured in Wisconsin is that the left are always stone cold partisans, The Democrats always behave like stone cold partisans. And the Republicans behave like statesmen. Well, you know, I mean, when we saw that yesterday, we saw the manual come out when we immediately started to scour it, trying to figure out what had been changed. No red line changes. And when we find it, I mean, it was just such a shocker. But you're right. I mean, we have got to fight. We've got to fight harder. I'm grateful for the Republicans and the votes that they cast last night. Thank goodness that they didn't allow this to go forward after after Like you said, the president pays $3 million and then they're going to change the rules of the recount. Just Hour after he filed the petition. Yeah. Do you know who did this? I mean, this it bears an important investigation, and you are saying that the manual itself was already changed before the meeting was called. The manual was already changed. And and you in the Trump. People got hold of the manual and notice the changes. That's right. I mean, it's a 38 page manual. I mean, it's not like there's a lot of pictures in that. So 38 solid pages of this manual. No red line changes. Um, you know, think about it. If you're commissioner, how outrageous is that is that that they would give this to you expect you to vote on it and not identify the Redlands Red line changes. Even more ridiculous is you know if you go back a few days, I don't even think they were planning on having a meeting. They were going to just do these changes, but the commissioner's insisted that they have a meeting. They imagine that they just done the changes and we didn't have a meeting. Well, we would be tell you where it would be right now. We would be in court getting that fixed and we would win because clearly it was outrageous. It was out of bounds. It's something they can't do. This whole year from April 7th election on We have seen time and time again. The Democrats. They don't care what the law is. They don't care what it's written. They want to change it. They want to change it through the court system and activist judges and we have to stand up for the rule of law. Oh, for heaven sakes. He knew a man I mean. They were actually sitting around, saying, Jeez, I think we should change the recount rules right? They would have done it in the time after the April election, and before the November election, not after they got $3 million from the Trump campaign in a petition that allow them to alter the recount manual, just perfectly toe under the

Wisconsin Supreme Court Hears Arguments In Challenge To Evers' Emergency Powers

"The Wisconsin Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments today in regards to Governor Tony Evers, statewide mask mandate box sixes and delicate area, explains Waukesha County resident Jared Fay. Vic. Filed a petition against the governor's power to issue the statewide mask mandate, according to the lawsuit Favorite argue state law prevents a governor from issuing more than one emergency order for the same pandemic. Governor, Evers declared the state wide mass mandate after he had declared a state of emergency and asked people to stay home. The Supreme Court is looking to answer two questions. Did Governor Evers violated state law when he declared a state of emergency and put those orders in place? And whether the orders are an unconstitutional legislative power used by the executive branch.

So they decided to take it out on your kids, but it's worse than actually. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel or anybody else's making it. They didn't just take it out on kids who are. Choosing optional in-person education, they took it out on kids who are also in virtual education in the Kenosha School district could not find subs for fully half. The classes including. Kids who are taking virtual. Education but who cares about the kids, right? What matters is the collective bargaining agreement that's what matters more on that story tomorrow from parents who have been sharing details online I'm going to take a break here. "The Vicki McKenna show I do want to just point out in there now, a couple of articles news articles written about this but as the day ticks by additional law enforcement agencies are announcing that they are not going to be enforcing governor either is latest emergency declaration and Masks Mandate i. saw one about an hour ago from the Brown County Sheriff's department. Here is the Mo Managua Police Department I'm GonNa read just a portion of an aqua police department statement just because it's funny. The monopoly police department lacks the resources needed to enforce governor. Order, mandating the wearing of masks and ton. Of Managua. Taking this into consideration, we will not enforcing the governor's order that mandates the wearing of masks starting August, first two, thousand twenty nor will we be responding to complaints about mask violations? What would you do if you see someone not wearing a mask? Even if you think they should be nothing some people. Have conditions or circumstances that would make a cloth face mask covering difficult or dangerous just where your mask and stay six feet away from them. I have rick asked some Bergen from Wisconsin, Institute for Law and Liberty to talk about the actual order itself not the details of the order. But whether or not this order is lawful Rick Berg welcome to the program. Thanks for having man good. I'm glad I can hear you. Okay. I'm broadcasting remotely people so anything can happen. So it seems in the last time we talked about this, which was a bit of time ago that if Tony wanted to extend his emergency order which expired in sixty days beyond sixty days, he needs approval from the legislature. He did not seek approval from the legislature. It seems if you read the order that it seems like this is an extension just simply. Portions of the other order tweet So this does look like an extension and furthermore whether he you know he got permission from the legislature to do this or not. It does seem like the legislature can pretty easily dispatched with this if they want to. Yeah. Both of those things are true I. You know the governor has the ability to a public health emergency under our law. But that ability is strictly time limited. You can declare this emergency for sixty days. The legislature can resend it during the sixty days if he wants, but you can only declare for sixty days as governor. Legislature. Extended for another sixty days but they did not do that in this case, and so he declared a public health emergency, the public health emergency expires. He's now operating under the fiction that he can declare a new public health emergency but. If. The courts were allowed to allow him to do that. They would in effect read the time limit out of the statue. Because he's declaring his public health emergency in July based upon an outbreak of cold, he declared his public health emergency in March based in a break of Kobe, cove it never went away You know the infections went up went down went up went down as one might expect to happen. But to say that this isn't essentially dealing with the same crisis that we've been dealing with the last four months it seems to me as just a fiction it's I made up and and I don't think anybody ought to take. That seriously. All right except that it's being treated as if it should be taken seriously and you have one house, the Senate saying we're ready to call a special session and pass a joint resolution rescinding Iverson Authority, which is also empowered under statute three, twenty, three, dot ten. The legislature can reject this overtly without requiring the governor's signature, but you have the other house saying we think citizens groups are going to be suing over this. It seems to me that one takes a lot longer than another although perhaps both of them. Might be useful. So I I mean to have the verse administration slapped back by the courts could be useful. But at the same time, as that goes forward, the legislature is going would then wait on a special session to rescind the order. Well you know I. I can't believe I'm saying this is public interest litigator but I have to say it in that is that The you know the outcome of the lawsuit is always very unclear in very indefinite I've been doing this long enough that I don't guarantee predict any outcome even if I'm fairly certain of it because I know it can always go the other way. But if the legislature was sins, this public health emergency if they vote I joined revolutionary, send it. It's rescinded. There's no question about that. And at that point, if the governor wants to have masks mandate, then he's got to work with the legislature he has to propose. To propose something that they would pass into wall or he has to, you know proposed rule that JC are would allow to go through He can't act unilaterally and you know what the outcome is. That would be I can't say at this point, but the outcome of litigation is uncertain. The outcome of legislation is certain and to be honest you know there are there could be some judges who would say, well, you know we we we kind of think the legislature should act on this and so. I you know as as as much as I have respect for those guys to simply say, well, we're not gonNA do anything is a private citizen might bring a lawsuit I. I don't think in this instance that That's the best way for them to about about this. If they think that the governor has overreached them, they need to take a vote and face. Yeah and we have God multiple press releases. So we've got the Senate Senate Majority Leader Fitzgerald, saying my caucuses ready to do this we are ready to call a session gavel in PASA joint resolution. We're not getting that commitment at least not yet from assembly however, Multiple Assembly. People have put out statements saying that this is this mandate is wrong. This is this is an overreach Some of them are hinting that they believe it is not lawful. So the assembly needs to simply declare that it is willing to go into session as well. Instead of dancing around and hoping it could smack it and wait for somebody to contact Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty and file a lawsuit because that will take a long time you and I've talked about this a a rapid turnaround for a court. Can still take a month people complain about it, and then I'll bring you on the program and you'll say, well, actually Vicki that's really fast for the court, but still you're talking about weeks at a minimum. Right, and the other thing to keep in mind is that it is quite possible that the legislature would find itself in the same position. If a court rules that the governor cannot declare public health emergencies in series arising from the same underlying which I think it should I think that that would be an important principle to establish There are the things that governor might try to do the governor might try for example to promulgate a rule requires a mask requirement in the State of Wisconsin at that point the ball with Dan, and again be the legislatures court to For JC are to decide whether it wanted to insist on modification of the role when wanted to block will going into effect in. So we're back where we started again, and although you know there's always a possibility litigate over the extended rule. You know we're we essentially you know. The issue still remains open and so you know as much as I'd like to think that you know public interest law can be the savior of you know all of us and maybe sometimes it can help in this instance I think the first the first responsibility does why with the legislature something else I thought was interesting and that is the exam salaciously in the judiciary. From this he says state facilities and offices under the control of the Wisconsin state legislature the Wisconsin Supreme Quarter exempt from this order etcetera etcetera etcetera, and it seems to me.

So we went back into the casino and Burgers we gotTa canton that we can leave the cigarette in. She looked at it. And she said you know we let Cain became at blocked blocked. that. was never supposed to publish MSNBC somehow pull told off our website and the rest is history I. Think we went up three and a half points nationally in seventy two hours. And if and talk about ads that are ranked. The number one AD has ever been produced was Reagan, morning in America. The second one was busy from Linden Johnson's campaign and the third one for smoking ban. and. This is all if the appeal of that ad and people will look at it and say what's going on there. The appeal of that ad was was the appeal of Herman Cain and the tea party, and it was we're going to stop letting other people tell us what to do how to behave what to think and I think that was ultimately was cutting through all of this because we kept being told in the tea party movement that we were crazier, we were stupid. Or we were we shouldn't act like that and populism is a bad thing. All of these different things that we kept being told and so there's mark lock smoking, a cigarette and Herman Cain ad and people were like, yes. Because that's exactly and you had this sort of devil may care look on your face that is sort of that sort of captured the Zeitgeist of. The Movement at the time and it really I think spoke to people not the smoking, the cigarette thing but the but the we are going to be ourselves thing and if the if the elites if the globalist don't like it too bad right too bad. How did how did how did it all come apart I mean this is important to remember remember Herman Cain Number One. This all without Wisconsin Herman. CAIN wouldn't have run for president without? Mark Block Herman Cain wouldn't have come to Wisconsin without Herman Cain I don't think we would have had a tea party movement and certainly without you mark, we wouldn't have had a tea party movement. But it it seemed like you shouldn't have had to worry about Herman. Cain here's this guy on the rally circuit and all of a sudden he starting to show up in polls and that's when the knives came out. It's important to remember that he had. He was victim of a political assassination attempt because of black conservative that was penetrating with a message that was that was so easy to understand was too dangerous to let go go forward too much more. Commonly agreed In fame on me. In the fact that we had planned for the attack, but we didn't think they were going to happen. So January. The first major came on October thirty first on Halloween. And kind of ambushed the. Alleged allegations and and they they were never proven. That's one point to get across. But I must care with you a story on the morning after the allegations. Were all the senior staff in Washington DC with Mister Cain is we had folks. Solid. Week of him addressing Congress Uh. Congressional committees on healthcare the National Press Club. I would speaking's between before to major major groups. So you can expect the mood of senior staff that Monday morning was pretty down. So Mr Cain walked into the room. And I go oh no, he's black nobody told us that. And Kane just racks up. And he said, we're not canceling anything. We didn't do anything and we'RE GONNA take this head on. Guys was that's the kind of guy was he on the other kind of guy was was be met once he remembered your name because he thought it was worth remembering mark. Block I. Wish I could just talk about Herman four hours maybe you and I need to grab a drink this weekend. I need I. Need to take a break here we're gonNA come back with Rick, s and Berg that was mark block talking about the late Herman Cain pass away. We heard yesterday the age of seventy four too young too early. Could he used him. Coming up in this upcoming election as well. He was a good friend to a lot of people in Wisconsin and a great friend to Wisconsin Conservatives we'll be right back. "Dampening I'm Vicky. Mckenna I think on live on the Mike in my wife Mike Mike All right I'm good. Just let me know when my mic is live. Broadcasting Remotely folks that they can show remote from a secret. Secure Location. Somewhere in. Wisconsin. Yeah I'm at home. I'm at home thinking I was going to have a short day. Thinking that the Madison Portion of the program is going to be preemptive for brewers baseball alas. No Alas for me. For, you baseball fans the brewers have decided to postpone their game, and if you already know that for those of you who don't, they have decided to postpone their game due to the Rona. We're GONNA be talking about the Rona on the program today specifically Governor Evers. Emergency Declaration and mask mandate the mask mandate he exempted himself. And the legislature from. So? It's so important. that. GOVERNMENT GETS TO BE EXEMPT. In the NEAT. NIFTY So one has been going on since the announcement of this. since the announcement of this yesterday. Senate majority leader Scott Fitzgerald who said my caucus is ready to fight this call a special session. Pass a joint resolution. Put an end to the governor's emergency. Order. Nothing. Like that. Bold statement direct statement. Has Come. From. The assembly. The assembly. is. Putting. Out Press releases. Talking about how terrible the mandate is. But not joining Senate majority leader, Scott Fitzgerald in calling for a joint session to pass a joint resolution. Putting an end to the governor's emergency order. We're GONNA talk about this because the governor's emergency order is likely unlawful. We'll talk with Kassenberg Berger a little bit later on about why that's true. It's fairly simple. Section three, twenty, three, dot ten says two things number one. It says that after the governor's emergency authority. Expires sixty days so he's already had one. Crack at the emergency order, Pinata that expired after sixty days. If he wants to do it again, he needs permission from the legislature to do it. He did not seek permission from the legislature secondly. and. This empowers the legislature even more. The legislature has the authority to pass a joint resolution and simply. Take Away. The governor's latest emergency declaration rescind the governor's emergency declaration. It does not require a signature from Governor Eve irs. So there's in section three, two, three, dot ten. The legislature. Is. empowered. Dramatically, after the first sixty day order has expired. So, where's the assembly on this? Where is the? Promise to work with the Senate to call a special session to pass a joint resolution where are they I don't know. Lots of assembly people have put out statements saying this is a terrible mandate. It's a one-size-fits-all mandate. This doesn't make sense for Wisconsin but only Adam Nalen that I can tell so far has joined with the Senate Nicole for a special session in a joint resolution ending. Eagles latest mandate. But more on this coming up also on the program, Mark, block is going to join mark has. worked shoulder to shoulder with Herman Cain. In Wisconsin. Brought Herman Cain to Wisconsin. Herman Cain was instrumental in lighting up the excitement of the tea party movement in Wisconsin Herman, Cain of course, passed away at the age of seventy four. And mark very good friend with me of his he also managed Herman's presidential campaign. So a little. A little memory of Herman Cain on the program today as the mainstream press. has already begun to try to sully. The the the memory of Herman has tried to make sure that his wikipedia is going to be overrun with you know the the degrading. Statements that are being made by people who hated him politically So. Before that is allowed to cement itself. The press even in death hates conservatives particularly black conservative so much that they would. They would actually spend time trying to figure out ways to damage the reputation of a dead man. Not, GonNa let that happen on this mark walk is going to join me next. Rick. Essen Berg ahead in about fifteen or so minutes. This is Vicki show I'll be right back..

You got picked by Barack Obama. He's now become the defacto The one that they control and you're right. You look at it. He has outsourced. Is Agenda Two? Bernie Sanders Elizabeth Warren and in the end he really doesn't care. He'll say or do just about anything to get elected. That's one of the things I keep reminding the trump campaign on. I think that's the most damning thing about him is not only. Is. Outsourcing to these folks who who want are in the verge of anarchy, but who blatantly socialism Erica. This is a guy though that really is Hillary Clinton two point Oh in the sense that he will say and do anything to get elected, not every American obviously. Likes everything about President Trump. "Here's what I'm going to. Folks I am going to put that. Lee Greenwood Song the new recording. On My facebook page, which actually already there and we'll put it on the blog as well so check out the blog also I will link Senator Ron Johnson's interview. We're GONNA. Be Chatting with him a little bit later on in the program all right secretary of how of Housing and Urban Development Dr. Ben Carson is on my phone. Happy Independence Day early. Thank you for joining me on the program today, Dr Carson. Delighted. It's great to have you, so here's where we're GONNA start with your latest piece. That I saw and thank you for doing this. By the way it is a column that is in defense of American history in defense of the preservation of our story as radicals, Anarchists Socialists are attempting to erase American history through the destruction of statues. Or documents I saw just yesterday that there are professors now advocating for changing the language of the constitution to make it more woke. I. We need people in one with one voice to stand up and say this must end now. Well I think most Americans actually feel that way, but we reach the point where people are afraid to speak up. Why do you think the ramifications for that? You know the the PC movement has expanded to just more than verbal abuse. You can actually get physical abuse. You can lose your tab. All kinds of things can happen. So a lot of people have decided that it's much easier just to to cower in the corner and hoping alone, 'cause you a bad man, you know that's true and let the people who are doing this and willing to get you fired and willing to attack you in your car. If you make the mistake of driving, you know into one of the occupied anarchy events that are going on. They don't even understand what they're doing here in Wisconsin. The Hans Christian Hegg Statue which is in downtown. Madison Wisconsin the capital city, a noted abolitionist at grave risk to himself. Defended people nobody would was defending. I shouldn't say nobody Abraham. Lincoln was defending the Republican Party. Had many many abolitionists in it. They tore down the statue and I'm not GonNa Kidding you what this is actually on a facebook live video. The words uttered. Who is this guy? That so they tore down. They tore down that you. Who is this guy? Or typical, Just creating havoc and you know you you have to, you know. I've I've said this for a member of years now there those who want to fundamentally changed this country. And in order to do that. You have to gain control of a few things. The educational system so they can indoctrinate people. You have to gain control of the media. so that you can control the narrative. And, you have to gain control the courts. Well, you know once you lose. Control the court. What's left? Anarchy Kia. And you have to convince people. The system simply doesn't work. And, if it doesn't work then, maybe we should change to something else. And in the meantime you do everything you can possibly do. Make sure it doesn't work. You're right and they've got the education system and they've got the media, and in many respects, they've got the courts, and they are beginning to convince people that it doesn't work because we're seeing an unequal application of the law, we're seeing a breakdown of peace and order a breakdown of the rule of law. We're seeing an assault on our story. The American store if you don't understand the American story than what is this nation anything more than just a place where you live, and if it's just a place where you live, and there's nothing special about. About it, then why not change and that's working I mean we've had forty years of indoctrination in the public school system with social media. Now you have the mainstream press able to have a much broader reach an radicals from the university able to also have a much broader reach to control the Narrative I. Mean Our folks look at this stuff? And they think that if they speak out, then the and I think they're in the minority, and they speak out that it's it. It's actually potentially dangerous for them. This is a bad time in America. Where people are simply going to have to recognize that if you're gonNA, be the land of the free. You also have to be home of the brave. If you're not willing to stand up for what you believe that you're gonNA, lose it. It's as simple as that. And you know people need to be thinking about the children and their grandchildren and ask yourself. What is the outcome of the kind of activity that we are seeing now? Is it some beautiful nirvana where everybody lives in teeth, happiness prosperity, of course not. It never has been. And If if if people just engage their brains and start thinking Donna. And you know when it comes to renaming everything.

"Of Other people based on the color of their skin. There's your reparations and he's just to stuff out on and on and on, and you just shut them down. They'll keeping Mitchell start screaming, because not scare somebody on the right more than angry black woman, and that's the strategic part that would happen next. She starts screaming and shaking her finger and you know. All over the place and then people would run and hide under their desks, but until there's push by nicer form when I. When we hear, we hear so much now there's no pushback and the pushback. What would it look like just named what it would look like start countering the es come out of these people's miles. Yeah and and If somebody, does it? have their back. Don't go running for the closets because you know. The press is going to call you if someone actually does try to push back against these lives, and these are allies, these are lives. The slaves didn't free themselves in America. That's what the radical black lives matter. Movement thinks it isn't structurally racist. In this country Abraham Lincoln did not hate black people. You know there. Isn't you sleeping while black driving while black? That's not a crime. You don't have racist police officers trying to gun down on armed black people in masks swats across the United States. These aren't things that are actually happening. There's been fewer police. Police use of force incidents this year than there was last year fewer laughter than there was the year before. If you were the year before then there was the year before that. And to your point if you want to actually do something to help how come nobody seems to be bothered by the fact that less than ten percent of black kids in American public schools Milwaukee. Madison doesn't matter can read and do math grade level. Does anybody think that that is going to open up massive? Gigantic doors and gateways of opportunity nobody seems to care about the things that are actually that actually are in place in this nation that if anybody gets stuck in in those liberal policies of dependency, their future looks mighty bleak, compared to what would happen if they actually they actually tried to learn, did for themselves so I don't. Yeah another reason why it's important for somebody to accommodate nonsense is because it gets entered into the congressional record than all of the lives of the propaganda in the myth. That she proposes all entered into the congressional record. It has to be counted so at least an and that would be my response. So what good is GonNa do? Get in the congressional records. If it doesn't stick, nonsense doesn't stand by itself. People come later on in the congressional record, and then they start to believe anything that they read unless there's a counter argument, you have to counter this stuff. We sing that they do and say. That's one of the reasons why they WANNA. Get rid of Lincoln. It's because they don't want that associated with the Republican. Party the free freeing of this links, so they give it a Lincoln. And rid of all indicates what the Republican Party stood for in. Did the abolitionist movement? Didn't exist, so that's what coming after Lincoln. They could care less than Lincoln. Freed the slaves. They need that taken away so that the Republican Party chant claim credit and shame on the Republican Party for not standing up more on this issue. WHO FREED THE SLAVES AND Every time there there there are interviewed every time every place. They go ten you to say favorite. Say it and see it again. Yeah, we're the party of Lincoln. Lincoln freed the slaves. We're the party of Lincoln. Lincoln freed the slaves. Maybe even just opened with that There's a Kenosha back to blue rally coming up on on Saturday. Tomorrow at Eleven Am I. Don't WanNa Miss an opportunity to talk about this. Police forces are surrendering the Milwaukee and didn't think I was GONNA. See this coming from Milwaukee, but she had chief Morales. That let's talk about defunding. Maybe he can go through and help find some ways to quote. DE-FUND THE MILWAUKEE. Police Department. A ten percent cut would be two hundred and fifty officers at a time when there has been a spectacularly gigantic increase in homicides from I believe, it was thirty nine to seventy two homicides, and that's when I looked a week ago. I'm sure there are more people now dead in the city of Milwaukee, so you have law enforcement administration's. Issuing stand down orders. Madison you've got the Milwaukee Police is tough, and and he's saying well. Okay. We'll let me sit down and help you find ways to cut our police force back. So. There's not. There's nothing that anyone we'll do. That morality have put for. You? Want to look for some money. Look at the Milwaukee. Public School budget one point two billion dollars a year for all of that. You know your. Why don't we cut the budget of the Milwaukee? Public schools and fund all these other folly, said you wanna you wanNA chase after and leave the police along. He should not say well. Sit Down and we'll look at how we know. He doesn't have the resources that he needs now. Why would he go in there? And cut his own nose up trying to find or maybe he could. Give a little money here they got these officers work these ungodly hours working twelve at six hours ships. You can't get. You can't get any time walk, police. Suicides are up and we're walking. Police know about at. From their own of personal experiences offers committed committing suicide suicide among police officers, leading cause of death. It I'll pace his dog in the line of duty by other means and then also. The other thing that staggering about that in the profession, the only profession in the United States, that has an alarming rate suicide like doesn't boomer Morales talk about that what we're doing to these police, officers and not by. HUMAN FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE THEY NEAT time off. They need mental mental health. Treatment if you will ptsd for all the crap that they go through, that's the responsible. Morale is not capitulating to this angry mob already in two thousand, hundred seventy five officers have resigned or retired since the beginning of twenty twenty so you had seventy five officers say. I'm done and a story today at T. J. Four, announcing that this is anticipated to get even worse. As the months go by, and it's going to be just as bad if not worse next year, so please people come out to Kenosha at the Civic Park eleven o'clock it's the back Blue Rally David Clarke is the featured speaker at that. Are you not the organizer? Though somebody else's organizing this? Someone else we're gonNA good for them. People ask me. What can we do I say? Why don't you hold a rally? Support the police. It's Watson can I want to hear from anybody by well I? Don't want to drive to promote your hell driving fifty miles to go there. I don't WanNa hear while I'm busy that they people are GonNa have to stand up and be counted. "All right. I I! Don't know what the heck is gone. Mike here's what we're going do. Can you hear me my? Can you hear me? Let's go to a commercial break. Okay, let's just do that. Let's just do that and a little bit of time before the entire hours me like there's David and there's nobody there. Okay, so let's just quickly role to commercial and comeback. We'll figure it out I promise. We'll be right back. Welcome back to the program. Apologies for the technical issues Somehow we could not get the skype connection on the air now I have sheriff Clarke standing by who is going to be the keynote speaker at a back. The blue rallied. Eleven am in Kenosha tomorrow at Civic Park Eleven am. With David, Clarke in the back the blue rally, but let's get to Iona Presley IANNA. Presley you know the problem is? That if you call her a blathering, idiot, then you're racist and so there aren't enough in. Here's the problem. One person will call her a blathering idiot. It won't be fifty people. It'll be one that person will be called. That's now the sheep that decided to go stray, and we're going to sick. The wolves out after that one and so nobody's got the blank to call her the she lied in that segment, and what she said was nonsensical. So if she misrepresented everything that was going on in reality in America. Yeah you know. The the woman is a blabbering idiot. There's no doubt about that. She's adult while she was Santa up there and throughout some platitudes. Ball information myths propaganda. Anti anecdotal evidence of what's really going on out there and I would expect. For for a country. That's impressive. How did she make it the Congress? She had the opportunity and and response to it, and and this is the one thing that where people get into trouble, the response her from her colleagues on the House floor. You only can't call her a dope and a blabbering idiot, but they can call it a black racist and they started pointing out the fact that can say hey, look. We spent twenty two trillion dollars. In the black community over the last fifty years to try to improve conditions and nothing worse, because money's not the problem, we have feeling schools with ineffective parenting. We have failure to embrace education. We have fatherless homes. All of these are urban policies. Set up by failed liberal policies what needs to happen Madam congresswoman if we US go back to your community and help root out the cultural rot and the cultural dysfunction of the underclass. That's keeping the black community back. That's the response, but nobody's got the courage all right, and of course you know what would happen, but I'll tell you what Louie, Gohmert, tech a guy who would do it in what you call them. You gotta get over that. We gotta get past this. Call us this while the two who chairs darn it who cares start telling the people choose look congresswoman, whatever her name is Preston Presley. Cut The crap single into the rhetoric about everything that's been done. To improve how about affirmative action programs reparations were? We denied whites and Asians to get into some of the top schools. We've been promotions. White people.

Don't know talk about movies. Have Fun. Do something, light. You know Chad about I. Don't know DIY design. Alas. The parade of horrible 's to Scott a few more entrance. into the queue so. Boy I sure would like to. But, I can't so here's what's coming up on the program. David Clarke is going to join me on this show. We got a big back the blue rally coming up in Kenosha tomorrow. And you can see it's pinned their right to the top of the page by the way, if I may ask any of you, my. My good friends who are with me and engaging on facebook. If you see any trolls who are just trying to hijack some of my posts. I can't pay attention to all these posts because I'll put up twenty five a day and then try to check back on comments and sometimes I. Just can't, but you want. You'll let your friend Vicki. No could just shoot me an email. Vicki McKenna at Iheartmedia Dot Com all right so. We've got a big back to blue rallied got David. Clarke coming up? I've got a retired Milwaukee police detective. WHO can speak freely? About the insanity of taking another two hundred, fifty, two hundred fifty police officers off the streets of Milwaukee. Two hundred fifty. Do it before convention. If you're, GONNA do it. Do it before convention, so we'll talk about that. The University of Wisconsin Flagship Institution of the University of Wisconsin. Madison wants to talk about the quote complicated legacy of Abraham. Lincoln that's right, folks. becky blank is entertaining. The students who are petitioning to have the Abraham Lincoln Statue. Removed from Bascom Hall right out in front of Basketball Hall. Remove the statue. Lincoln was anti-black is what they say he's gotta go. Here's some other things that also have to go the national anthem. The progressives are suggesting that we replace the national anthem with. John Lennon's imagine. And I am not even kidding you, so that's coming up on the program. This is just you can't ignore this and just say Oh. Those are just dumb. adulated college students. Because the adults college students are having an effect. Look how many corporations of already caved look how many politicians have already caved? But. Here's what we're going to start before we get to David Clarke. Because I'm dying to hear his reaction to this. This is Ion Presley. Democrat. From. Cheese I'm not sure if she's from Tehran or Beijing. Not, quite sure anyway. I honor Presley in the House of Representatives. Who made a speech about the Democrats? Anti Police Bill. The Republicans are not going to entertain a vote on. An oppressing listen to the passion, listen to the anger. And listen to what she says at the end of her passionate angry speech. Which would be great? If any of what she said were true. Have a listen here she is. Driving while black jogging, wobbly sleeping while black, we been criminalized for the very way we show up in the world under the harsh as far too many of my black body is seen as a threat, always considered armed centuries of institutionalize oppression will not be undone overnight for racism in America is structural as the marble pillars of this very institution with the power of the pen. We must legislate accountability. Dismantle the systems and move. Move in the direction of justice and healing, the justice and Policing Act is a critical step forward and I applaud the leadership of the congressional black, caucus, but our work is unfinished. There is a rallying cry communities across the nation black lives. Matter is a mandate from the people. It's time. Pay Us what you owe us are black skin is not a crime. It is the beautiful role of nation builders. Thank you I yield. It is the beautiful robe of nation builders. Pants which you us. We're nation, builders. The structural racism is as. Deeply embedded in the United States as the marble, the marble that the nation builders want to tear down. And pay us what you owe us. So you WANNA tear down Abraham Lincoln Statue. You. Want to tear down Thomas Jefferson. You WanNa tear down. Ulysses s grant you WanNa, tear down the abolitionist. Christian Hegg you want to tear down the forward statue in Wisconsin which was supposed to be a statue, commemorating the great strides made in women's rights. Progressive Statue by the way honoring those progressives honoring themselves all of these things that are being torn down you WANNA burn down cities. You WanNa. Tear down, police, you WANNA tear down. Churches and black lives matter the mandate a neo fascist. Neo Marxist organization that wants to burn down the family. They WANNA burn down education. That doesn't sound like nation building to me. Maybe I'm crazy. Maybe I'm just a crazy person who refuses to accept my white privilege, but the definitions of words actually matter and absolutely nothing that happened in Madison on Tuesday night, including setting fire to municipal building that housed juvenile inmates sounds like nation builders to me. The Guy who walked around harassing people with a baseball bat, and a megaphone wasn't about building bridges. And Justice and healing see in the minds of someone like Ana Presley Justice must mean mob rule and healing must mean. Destruction and pain and nation builders must actually mean nation, destroyers and black lives matter black lives. Matter must have absolutely nothing to do with a high rate of violence and urban communities committed by members of the urban communities against one another. But. Pay Us what you owe us. How much! You. This is the thing. If you're going to say pay US what you here's what I WANNA know. Can we just cut you a check? You Carping Harvey. and. You'll go away coming up sheriff. David.

"THAT COMMERCIAL? Break this one from Joel. Not only are you not allowed to visit? Your loved one. While in hospice, there are many assisted living facilities were not allowing hospice nurses and aides in unless the person is very close to death, chaplains or social workers, either so really. What's use of hospice right now here? Is David? Thank you for all you do. Our Father passed away on March ninth. Not of the virus. He was ninety six year old World War Two veteran as a large family. He had seven children. We've not been able to gather as A. A family to mourn his passing, no funeral was allowed. His wake was limited to ten people in the funeral home at the time, which meant as a family, we still could not be together. We gathered small group of the family's spread out at Union Grove for his burial and had a twenty one gun salute. We know we are not the only ones feeling loss and confusion at this time, but we're happy that our father who fought major battles in Europe for this country is now in heaven with mom and not able to see this great country. Lose itself. And then here is I'm a flip at one of the freighter clinics, not going to say the name of this person. Obviously my hours along with everyone else's have been cut in half now. A lot of employees are not even getting their unemployment. We're not sure on the unemployment side or the freighter side. Awful bottom is that came in to take the other half of my hours. Today told me she got thirteen weeks last. Thirteen hours last week is a single mom. Wow now. No unemployment, check. What's going on is ridiculous. There is no reason why we we all can't be wearing peas and see patients we get fitted for. All the time when it comes time to use them, we're not allowed. These stories. And you want interested. I am. It's not just about Cova nineteen confirmation numbers. It's not just about you know data on unemployment. It's not just about taught vague talk of problems in the economy and the potential for depression. Is a real people. Through your neighbors. Your kids your friends. That's who they are. They're the people who make that wonderful small town that you live in worth living in. This is the Vicki McKenna show..
