Abide in God's Love
"John chapter 15 versus 9 through 11, as the father has loved me, so have I loved you, abide in my love. If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love. Just as I have kept my father's commandments and abide in his love. These things I have spoken to you that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be full. I can keep going like it's so hard to pick one verse from John 15 and I'm certainly drawn in this chapter to John chapter 15 because it's the verse upon which this podcast is based. If you abide in me and my words abide in you ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you. We pray according to God's word and the more his word fills us and we abide in it and we pray according to it, we ask whatever we wish according to his word and it will be done for us. But then you get two verses later and you see this amazing breath taking life altering verse John 15 9 as the father has loved me. So just think about that. How much does the father love the sun a lot? An infinite, perfect love. She just says as the father has loved me. So I have loved you. You just soak that in today. Jesus loves you with the same intensity and breadth and width and depth of love with which the father loves him. He loves you and so he gives this command. Abide in my love. Just live in my love for you. That's a good command to live in today live today and God's love for you.

Forthcoming Clarity
"John chapter 13 verse 7. Jesus answered him. What I am doing, you do not understand now. But afterward, you will understand this first has meant so much to me over recent years amidst challenges and trials of various kinds to use language from first Peter. And I just want to encourage you with it today, especially if you were walking through challenge trial in your life. In any way, this picture of Jesus washing his disciples feet and Simon Peter sang. You're in a wash my feet and he's resisting what Jesus is wanting to do in his life. And she just looks at him and says, what I am doing, you don't understand now, but afterward, you will understand. And there was a moment. I was a year plus ago, and I was walking through something in an older brother in Christ, I passed her for decades who I respect deeply. I was sharing with him some of the struggles that I was walking through and he looked at me and he just quoted this verse and he said, David, you don't understand now what God is doing. But afterward, one day, you will understand. I was talking to another pastor friend later that exact same day who said something very similar. He'd been studying heaven and he said David I just don't think based on what the Bible teaches about who God is, what heaven is like, that we're going to get there one day and God's going to say to us, you know that trial, that difficulty, that challenge you walk through. Yeah, I don't know what that was about. No. And one day, we're going to understand that God was working in ways we couldn't see and didn't understand. But all throughout that challenge and trial, he was faithful, and he was wise. He was loving toward you.

A Prayer for God to Answer
"But you O lord answer me. How encouraging to remind ourselves that the lord answers us. He answers us in truth, which ignites our faith and gives hope to our future as we wait on him to move in powerful ways in every area of our needs. So as we go through our day, may be rest in this truth. The lord is our shield, our glory, the lifter of our head, and he will hear our every cry and he will answer. We must speak these words of truth and strengthen our faith based on our understanding of who God is, and how he has helped us in the past. Let's pray. Dear lord, thank you for the words of this verse. Thank you that you are my protection, my meaning for living. My hope giver in the midst of my struggles. Thank you that I can cry out to you and that you hear my prayer. That you listen to my words, and that you answer my cry to you. I love you, lord. I will cling to the promise of these words and move forward in my day, resting in your protection. In my significance to you, and in the hope that you fill my heart with blood with your peace and open my eyes to opportunities to share the truth of this scripture with those around me. In your name I pray he meant.

Knowing the Shepherd's Voice
"John chapter ten first, 27. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I love John ten. It is filled with such incredible imagery of Jesus as the good shepherd who lays down his life for the sheep and protects them, cares for them. Won't let anyone snatch them out of his hand and in verse 27, I love this picture of my sheep here, my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I think about a shepherd, I heard, share recently, his name is Daryl, and he was sharing about how he leads his sheep and they know his voice. He said, if anybody else were to come and call my sheep to do this or that, the sheep would not respond, but when he speaks they respond. This is what she do. They know the voice of the shepherd, and they follow him. Don't you want that to be true of your life today? Just think about today. We want this every day, but today that you would live, hearing his voice, him knowing you, and you following his voice. You know, it's interesting. I use the illustration sometimes of how obviously we don't know everything Jesus is leading us to do in a given day. Where to go eat if we're going out to eat or what to do in this or that moment. We don't have a word from God in the Bible about every detail of our day today, but that doesn't mean that his voice can't lead us, he's put his spirit inside of us in such a way that when we meditate on his word, that we do have, we study his word, we hide it in our heart. We're getting familiar with his voice so that as we make decisions during the day that we are familiar with the voice of Jesus, we're familiar with his spirit and how he leads us and so to live today, listening to his voice in his word and then following his voice as he leads us by his spirit according to his word.

Living for Another World
"John chapter 8 verse 23. Jesus said to them, you are from below. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world. What a statement. I love the book of John. I love all these words from Jesus. Every reverse is just, with meaning. It's hard to pick a verse, like John a 12 Jesus says, I'm the light of the world, whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life on a picture. And then, so first 23, so a lesser known saying, you are from below. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world. Just meditate on that. There's another world that Jesus is living for, and he is calling followers of his to live for that world, not for this world. I look around you at the world today and consciously say, I'm not living for this world. I'm not living for the pursuits of this world, pleasures of this world, possessions in this world applause, praise from this world. I'm living for another world.

Genuine Worship
"John chapter four versus 23 and 24, but the hour is coming and is now here when the true worshippers will worship the father and spirit and truth. For the father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth. There is so much here in this conversation. She just is having with this woman at the well about living water that springs up wells up into eternal life just to remind her to you today that Jesus is a living water for your soul that will never ever run dry. So to seek him over and above everything in this world. But then you get later on in the conversations you just having with this formula and he starts talking about worship of God in spirit and truth for the father is seeking such people to worship him. Just think about those two together and John chapter one we see Jesus full of grace and truth, not just grace, not just truth, but grace and truth together here worship is described by Jesus as being marked by spirit and truth because God is spirit and God is true. So we want to make sure our worship of God, whether our every day worship as we offer our bodies as living sacrifices before God, Romans chapter 12 verse one, or our gathering with God's people for worship, is marked by both of these things by truth and the truth about who God is, anchored to the truth of God's word and that we are led by the spirit in our everyday lives and when we gather together for worship. This is not just mechanical motion. This is spirit lead worship that we give to God. And so when we gather in our churches, let's make sure that they are marked. Let's make sure that our gatherings are marked by worship in spirit and truth

Your Nature Wins Out Against the Dialogue in Your Head
"Amazing dialogs is Cain talking to God. Where God asks him what happened to your brother? And Kane did not immediately say why murdered him, of course, instead his answer, and I'm just paraphrasing from memory. It was actually somewhat defensive. Basically, it was like, what am I my brother's keeper? And there's a lot of different ways to read that verse, but basically, that's playing defense. Because I believe God did put an element of conscious in every single human being. However, it wasn't enough. That's why you had the no way a covenant and eventually the laws of Israel and then obviously we believe as Christians, Jesus Christ, God and carnate to lead us towards the absolute truth. But the point being is that I do believe there is some agency for a human being to be able to judge good and bad, but guess what? What we know through human history and just raising children is that usually your nature wins out against the dialog in your head. So the question should be, what do we do about it? Try to raise good people. Pretty simple. Teach young people what is right or wrong and punish them when they do wrong. Pretty simple. Well, it's actually not that simple because civilizations have tried to figure it out for quite some time. In fact, America was figuring it out really well. When we used to have a certain model of education, we've gotten away from that. If people are naturally good, then you can excuse all the injustice in the world. If people are naturally not good, then the problem is very simple. Make them better understand their nature. You see, when a college student believes they're naturally good and they know they're not, it actually can be very tormenting to them. Instead, we should say, your nature is rather crummy. And if you work hard at it enough, you can actually become a pretty good person. Instead, if you tell a 19 year old your nature is perfect, they become an activist. Because they think everything is wrong about the world. Is outside of them.

Do You Believe That There Is Absolute Truth?
"Believe that there is or an ability to believe in absolute truth? Do you believe that there is truth that might transcend your own opinions? And this is a very important thing. I'm a Christian. I wear it on my sleeve. I think the further we've gotten away from our Christian roots, the more unhappy, less joyful, more miserable and violent our country has become. It's not a popular thing to say in America, but it's true, so you could take it for whatever it's worth. But in secular society and in the Bible, it says very famous verse and man did whatever is right in his own eyes, right? Basically saying you want moral chaos, you have subjectivity. I'm going to do whatever I want whenever I want to do it because I'm the most important thing. That's a very modern way to view your existence, by the way. Very modern. Instead, the more traditional way which I think is more healthy and actually anchored in wisdom is that, okay, I do exist, but I made in the image of a creator that is much more powerful and is actually divine and I am not. And I should first care about my obligations and my duty and my service more so than my own personal feelings or my own personal opinions.

Beyond Intellectual Belief
"John chapter two versus 23 through 25. Now when Jesus was in Jerusalem at the Passover feast, many believed in his name when they saw the signs that he was doing. But Jesus on his part did not entrust himself to them because he knew all people and needed no one to bear witness about man, for he himself knew what was in man. Did you catch that verse 23 talks about how many people were believing in Jesus name when they saw all these signs that he was doing. But verse 24 says, Jesus on his part did not entrust himself to them because he knew what was in them. In other words, there's a kind of belief that does not lead to relationship with Jesus. We know this. James makes clear even demons believe in God, even demons believe in Jesus. They don't have relationship with him. There is a level of belief of intellectual acknowledgment and awareness that is not relationship with Jesus. And so I just want to encourage you to examine your art today. Your mind and ask what kind of belief do you have? Just intellectual, yes, I believe these things about Jesus. I think about somebody a friend and I were sharing the gospel with just hours ago, and they knew a lot about Jesus. They grew up in a Catholic Church. Knowing about Jesus, but they didn't necessarily have a relationship with Jesus and

Redemption Is Drawing Near
"Luke chapter 21 versus 27 and 20 8, and then they will see the son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now in these things begin to take place straighten up and raise your heads because you're redemption is drawing nearer. What a picture this whole chapter has language from Jesus talking about end times and what will happen in the world before he returns and you get to these verses you'll see the son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. I just picture that one day Jesus is gonna open the skies and come and a cloud with power and great glory and it could be any day. It could be today. Let that transform your perspective on today. This could be the day when Jesus comes back and burst 28 says when these things begin to take place, it's talking about all kinds of signs and circumstances preceding Jesus coming. Jesus says straighten up and raise your heads because you're redemption is drawing near the day when God will fully redeem you and me and all creation when all who have put their trust in Jesus will be fully restored to God with resurrection bodies and glorified souls. That's drawing near and people would say, well, she just said this close to 2000 years ago and it hasn't happened since then, so what are we to think about that? Well, we're to think that we're a lot closer now than to this happening then 2000 years ago. Every generation among God's people has been called to live as if Jesus could come back in that generation. Followers of Jesus live in anticipation of his coming. So is that how you are living today with eager anticipation longing to see Jesus

Pastor Greg Locke Anticipates Another Revival

You know, Greg, what I always say to my buddy Ken fish. It's like part of the frustration is there is so much of this and so few who are trained in dealing with it. Which is why I'm glad you're doing this every single week in your church because there is so there are so many people suffering from this and I really believe this is an end time move of God that we're going to see people coming to faith as a result of this kind of ministry. Oh, absolutely. You and I both, you know, we share a love for revival history, right? And so it's not that God didn't do amazing things in the past. But if you look at every single revival in the past, you look at the Welsh revival, azusa street browns will first and second great awakening the hebrides revival, you know, Jeremiah Calvin landfire survival. All of them had a limitation because when deliverance started to break out, it was shut down. It's exactly what happened with the Jesus revolution with the whole Time Magazine thing. Whenever deliverance got to a place where it started making people uncomfortable, it was shut down. And I think that we are right now in the prophetic film and of the book of Joel in the last days, God will provide a spirit upon all flesh or what does that look like in the last days whosoever should call upon the name of the lord shall be delivered. And people are like, well, you know, deliverance ministry is not in the Bible. In the model prayer Jesus said deliver us from evil. And so it's all over the Bible. There are 286 verses in Matthew Martin Luke and John, where Jesus converses with and cast out demons. It's a third of his ministry. And then the disciples and then the 70 and then you and I Mark 16. Paul, Stephen, Philip, it's all in the Bible.

Legendary Entertainer Pat Boone Discusses His New Book "IF"
"We're talking about pat Boone's book titled if. And on the cover of it, it says not religious life or death if the eternal choice we all must make. So pat Boone, you've been in a million movies. You've been everywhere you've done this. You've done that. But here you've written a book about the biggest question in the history of the world, our eternal decision, so what compelled you rather late in life to write something so extremely important? Well, I felt in my daily Bible reading. You know, I was, you know, that I read the Bible every year. This is the 42nd year to read it straight through word for word. And I was in Hawaii on a getaway and a rest period two years ago. And I kept noticing the word if. And I looked it up and to my astonishment eventually, through more research, I found out it is the most prevalent word in the Bible and perhaps the most important word in the Bible. Almost 28 no 1800 times, I think that word if starts in genesis, if you eat the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil, you will die. And Adam and Eve ate that fruit and they did die. And then from if second chronicle 7 four 14, if my people who are called behind name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their own wicked ways, I will hear from heaven forgive their sin. If because if you read that verse, which is very famous, second chronicles 7 14, if you read 7 15 on down to 7 20, you see a few more if you don't do these things, then I'm going to bring upon you a list of things that will make you shiver.

It has been a big topic of conversation since and we'll get into the unfortunate accident here earlier, but it has changed your looks. What are you getting? What's the feedback on the beards to be in the no beard studio? So the twitterverse 68% actually, more than two thirds, the twitterverse says I need to bring back the beard. So when I was in the hospital for three weeks, I had one of those C collars on and it was just rubbing my head and it was just driving me absolutely nuts. I mean, when I finally was with it enough, I told my dad, you need to go down to the emergency room and grab one of those pairs of clippers and just shave me down. And so for the time I had the sea collar on, it just because of the rubbing. I couldn't do it. And then ever since then, as I've started to grow it out, it's like it gets itchy and everything else, and we're getting into summertime in Florida. So I don't know. It's kind of like a new chapter, but we did put it. We did put it out there in the Twitter verse is like 68% to bring the beard back, but I look like 15 years older with the beard. So I'm still playing with it.

Pastor Jack Hibbs: The Story Behind 'Jesus Revolution' & Chuck Smith
"When you do and I assume he did, he studied the role of who was this man chuck Smith. Todd, he was not flamboyant. He was extremely frugal and simple. He was at that era and the Jesus movement or the hippie era, chuck was considered an old man. And he had a pretty monotone voice, but he sat on the stool and opened the Bible and just taught chapter by chapter verse by verse and tens of thousands of people flocked to here. The Bible and they were hippies. They were, listen, I remember going there when I was 19 years old. And there were people showing up in the parking lot that had been invited off the streets are off the beach and you could even smell pot. Now in those days, I was fully legal. But it was like so shocking to where there are people that would come to church being invited by somebody. Hey, you should come. And they would bring drug addicts. They would bring prostitutes. They would bring religionists, you know what I mean? Anybody. So when you saw the demographic of any given service, it was shocking because there were men in three piece suits and there were hippies. There were people with no shoes and people with wing tips. And they were all shoulder to shoulder. And I thought Todd, 'cause I had no religious upbringing. I got saved in 77, and I thought that's what church was all. Whatever church was like. And I didn't know that. So I've been spoiled. It's the only example I've ever known is verse by verse, chapter by chapter Bible teaching and then Jesus does the rest. He brings his people to hear his voice through the word of God.

For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. First, thessalonians, four versus 13 through 14. Years ago, I watched my husband, his parents, and my sister in law experienced the deepest pain imaginable. He so difficult that it physically hurt. The night my husband, Paul, received the news that his younger brother was in a tragic drowning accident. I held him as we both cried, huddled on the couch. He kept grabbing his chest and saying I miss him so much. This hurts so bad. Each day after that moment, we continue to put one foot in front of the other as we walked through the pain with Jesus. Trusting that he would continue to heal our broken hearts and believing we will see our precious brother who is also a believer. Again in heaven someday. Not only did I sense the nearness of God after we lost our dear brother, but the scriptures flooded my heart with hope. So I hope you'll join us, invite your family, Friends, small group, church to be a part of it, so make sure to register today. Radical dot net slash secret church. Pray the word with David Platt is a resource from radical .NET. Luke chapter 11 verse 13. If you then who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will the heavenly father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him? So at the end of Jesus teaching on prayer and Luke chapter 11 in the beginning of this chapter, Jesus teaches the lord's prayer, what Matthew 6 records and Luke records here and then tells an incredible story about boldness and relentlessness in coming before God in prayer. And then we come to this verse where Jesus makes a contrast between earthly fathers and our heavenly father. And he makes clear earthly fathers love to give good gifts to their children and earthly fathers are not perfectly good. They're not perfectly wise. They don't always know what is best. So how much more? Will our heavenly father who is perfectly good, perfectly wise, give to us as we ask him. Now what's interesting is, in Matthew's version of this teaching, Jesus says how much more you're heavenly father give good gifts to those who ask him. And doubtless Jesus taught exactly those words, God loves giving good gifts. But here in Luke after 11, Luke records Jesus saying how much more will the heavenly father give the holy spirit to those who ask him, which doubtless Jesus also taught. So we received good gifts from God and we received the Holy Spirit from God and think about the wonder of what this means. Luke chapter 11 verse 13 you might read it and you think. Well, I wasn't asking for the Holy Spirit. I was asking for. Well, whatever you fill in the blank that you would be asking God for, remember his spirit is the fountain from which all the good things we desire flows. And this is the beauty of Jesus promise and Luke chapter 11 verse 13. When we ask for comfort, for example, Jesus doesn't just give us comfort. He gives us the comforter. When we ask for strength. Jesus doesn't just give us strength. He gives us the Holy Spirit, who is omnipotent. When we ask for peace, he gives us the spirit of peace when we ask for filling the blank every good gift that we desire. He doesn't just give us gifts. He gives us himself. He gives us the greatest gift. The Holy Spirit to dwell in us to fill us to lead us to guide us. Even that, he doesn't just give us guidance in our lives. He gives us the guide to live in us and lead our thoughts and our desires. What an awesome verse. God gives us himself when we ask. So God we ask, we want more of you. We need more and more and more of you praise you for all the good gifts you give in our lives for comfort for peace for wisdom for strength, for guidance, and yet even as we pray that we praise you for not just giving us these gifts. We praise you God for being our guide for being our strength for being our peace for filling us with the spirit of wisdom for not just counseling us, but for giving us the counselor for not just comforting us, but giving us the comforter all glory be to your name for your spirit. Your presence inside of us. So we say we want more. We want your Holy Spirit to fill us and lead us and guide us and overwhelm us, captivate us, have your way in us. We ask for this knowing this is the greatest gift we could receive from you, yourself, God even as we pray this. We know Jesus words to us that we would receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon us to be witnesses to the ends of the earth, so we pray that by the power of your spirit in us today, you can make us witnesses to people around us of your grace and your love that we would introduce people to you today through Jesus and God we pray that it helps to be faithful witnesses to the ends of the earth until all the people's nations, tribes, languages have been reached with the good news of your love, gory prey that your spirit in us would send lead guide us wherever you desire however you will for the spread of your glory. The greatest gift of all among all the nations we pray this in light of your word to us, your promise, Jesus, and Luke chapter 11 verse 13 amen.

I wanna talk for a few minutes of ballot heaters very handy survival guide so you wanna survive. Zombie apocalypse a home video. I love so much about this peter. Making movies is a part of the tom holland. Peter parker you experience if you expand more broadly to photography that's obviously a part of the peter parker cannon at large. It's handy because we get some of the rules rule. Step one long sleeves virus transfers via saliva cover up step to hygiene this led to the just marvelous bucky. Barnes shower sequence. Step three always aim for the head. That's the only way to kill them. And then later we learned. There's actually another. Crucial step sean. And it's hope i wanna know. I want you to bring a little picture energy here to the reverse today. And i want you to review peter parker's filmmaking prowess. This is a movie that everyone hoping to make. It is going to need to see. So you know. I think peter is in a long line of gifted nyc. Oh taurus is following in the footsteps of martin scorsese of jim jarmusch of spike lee. You know he. He knows from whence he came. I think this is also a tried and true tactic in zombie film. Actually romero himself in diary of the dead for example uses a similar strategy. To tell the story. This is found footage. Movies were very big. So this is a kind of found footage. Trope that we're finding in this horror episode of what. If you know peter i think he's more of a diy man on the street kind of filmmaker. I don't get the impression that he's going to drop the bag for peter anytime soon. I don't know he is such an error of the blockbuster. You know if we think back to. The i had gone ic strikes back reference that he made and captain america's civil war leading to the incredible change.

"Up the spell is in the movie. no we can't tax. We don't know the context. So that last scene of peter booking a fucking oh okay gore you before you rule before you rule chair. Let me let me tell you why the jury is is. We trust in the jury. Please let me tell you. Let me tell you why. I'm bringing this up. This is a another case of peter. Boggling something up and then having to bring in who to help figuring it out older spiderman which we know will be in the movie. We don't know another case of peter. Your little spider boy. Disney ex creation. Bundling something so much to where you have doctor strange other spider man who fucking knows peter booker might have to come in and slagle banking for this kid to get himself out of hawk. Listen we could talk about spiderman all you want. We can talk about the fact that the kid is this all you want but the reality of the situation is that what we are watching is not a faithful. It's not forget about nostalgia talking about what spiderman is. It's not a faithful. It's not a realistic. If you ask me and it's not a powerful it's not a powerful depiction of this character. It just simply cannot. This is a character that's consistently it over his head to the point to where now we're going into multiversity bullshit to help him get out of almost the world. I mr late dinner. I just wanna i just wanna tell The opposing counsel. They keep bringing up the highschool aspects of peter. But can you tell me what's relatable about coming of story when elon. Musk has to descend from the sky. And fix all of your problems that out for me. The great thing about tobey. Maguire myerscough billionaires is that tobey. Maguire has problems. He has to work at the daily bugle and take photos. That are going to be used against him. He's pizza boy. He's constantly late because he's saving the city and he has to do this. He can't wait for the avengers to come save him talking about what's real about spiderman. It's the struggle. It's not somebody who looks like a high school kid. That's aesthetics are character. alright order order order. I will be instructing the jury while i will allow that evidence that mr laden is submitted. I will instruct the jury to require context and to temper their expectations. Accordingly ms ruben. And dinner on you have for opposing counsel has mentioned problems and we would note before diving into a few of the problems that their client has failed to navigate. The council is consistently arguing against our client but not in favor of their own notable. There's not much evidence to present. Yes the pool of nostalgia strong but if we peer into the memories with the goblins mask off our is. What do we see now. Mr dinner on an iron not here today to be smerch mr maguire's contribution a key distinction. We might note between the two cases. He's peter parker is a meaningful part of so many fans experience but in a live action web shooter head to head. It is incumbent upon us to assess with clarity and candor where each portrayal source and where each falls short webs sliced by the power of an observant argument. Now toby maguire's. Peter parker tells uncle ben in essence to fuck off now yes spider-man's most famous line is irrefutably with. Great power comes great responsibility. But in the tobey. Maguire films who i shares this line with us is a peter wisdom hard one. No not yet. It uncle ben and he is imparting wisdom as mentors often do. Does toby's peter welcome that wisdom. Does he meet this effort to guide with humility. And grace i would ask judge allman to present. The evidence contained in the clip uncle. Ben with great power comes great responsibility. Are you afraid that. I'm going to turn into some kind of criminal but worrying about me. Okay something's different. I'll figure it out. Stop lecturing me. Please don't mean the lecture. And i don't mean to preach and i know i'm not your father. Stop pretending to be shameful objection. Objection our holiday. The same thing to start didn't listen to went off and almost killed a bunch of people on the boat. Object heated objection. Didn't listen to tony. Start he to culminate to give him responsibility and trust. He didn't say fuck you. You're not my tony. Try to her. Objection tony him on the staten island ferry. Mr and i'll have to hold you in contempt. If you carry on like that judge we would be taken out of our times. You'll you'll limit on. We're ula point -greeing additional minute but that will take out of our times. Object steve. Control your fucking court checked. We're in the middle of and saying something mouth. His uncle dave guy went off on its own and almost all true to his uncle. That's order continue. Continue not only is toby. Peter's most famous line not initially his. He greets it with derision. The knowledge of this transgression eventually leads him forward. Yes before us. It is a wound that festers a sin as noxious as any gas inside of us corp. Now what else does tobey maguire's peter parker do. He dances like a fucking asshole across the streets of new york. Pointedly pointing qripoli at passing women. He routinely takes photos of women when they are not aware or tells them he's doing so for other reasons school paper. Sure peter. We should be buying peter parker as a hero not a stalker okay. He also fails to realize that the nominal love of his life has been fired from her job so uninterested. Is he in the happenings in the people around him in their lives. He uses another woman gwen to make. Mj jealous wounding both of them. He blows up half of his best friends face. He screams at his landlord. He demands that ursula. Make him cookies with nuts. Shis hand-feeding him another batch again. Shameful now blamed some of this on the road. If you must for some of the items on that list but ask yourself we've ever seen holland's. Peter succumb in such a way to quote patron movie critic. Saint of our sister podcasts. The re watchable roger ebert if there's a spiderman four in there will be how about giving peter mary jane at least the emotional complexity of soap opera characters. If juno met peter parker she'd have him for breakfast. That is rough now. You mentioned the pizza. He fails to deliver it on time. I am troubled by presenting poor time. Management is one of the few merits. You have offered up for your client. At least peter.

"Beck's death that we are picking up instantly in the wake of that. I mean we see shots of peter in the city that i think would be right in the wake of that. Reveal on the the jumbotron right. The question would be then. How long of a time does he get to be as public enemy number one. Peter parker like what's his breaking point like how long of a time like. Where are we in terms of that. That's something. I was thinking because you saw some halloween decorations and stuff and the actual trailer so it seems to be fallish towards the answer. How long does peter go through. Whatever he's going through and he reaches his breaking point because by time he's the trailer starts and he's on the roof with jim j. And it seems like whatever's happening. He's over right i. It seems like whatever's going on he's over and olive reason why wonder that is because it seems fundamental to me to know exactly how much time it took him to figure out that he was gonna go to doctor strange and act and ask dr strange to alter reality. 'cause they're probably going to have to show how they're probably going to have to show because that's a big ask. Dr strange doesn't is not in the mood of doing parlor tricks for his friend for his friends. But that's a big ask and right away and even when they're doing the trick in the day they're doing the trick. Peer keeps jumping into the middle of it. Like a boy while. Okay you say something real quick what that each year. Yeah it's true. I want spiderman and grow up at some point. Yeah is this the third movie of plucky spider. He's plucky as hell and they keep they keep letting an adult supervise him because his plug level is at one hundred ten. these gotta stop being so pluck. He's in there he's being please plucked out And then he ruins the entire thing. I just wonder how much he he actually had to go through to get to that point and because we also would influence whether or not strange wanted to help him. We haven't seen that entire scene and might have been some really hyper emotional plea were as been going through. We don't know how hard it's been on. Everyone and there might be chance of that to him. Like reaching out to doctor strange and convincing. They can't fit into a trailer but as for right now data right doctor. Strange fucking up. The whole multi verse. That is a little thin. That's a little thin for right now. Okay okay can ask you this too and you know we don't actually know the answer. This will be one of the things that we find out in the movie. But what is your initial read on. Basically how to reconcile the implication in the trailer that the spell going awry and our our our cherished producer development in the in the in the run-up to us going live here observed. And i have to agree. That doc strange got distracted in it alarming fashion. There makes you question. Maybe what else has gone wrong or could but he indicates that they have. They have have meddled with space and time right. They have breached something in the multiversity. We hear lines about how what we know and what we don't know it's a drop in the bucket. It made me think of dark. And how they talk about the multi verse in their time. Travel nurse shots to everyone dark which i watched a few weeks ago. Kitsap thinking about. Here's my question for you. We as viewers can't separate when we see things in order in the you from how he experienced them and so we are seeing this trailer as studios that are releasing them. No we are. After we have watched loki which means that we understand. The multi versus comes to the issue are ready. So how do we reconcile the fact that. There's an implication that whatever magic. They have worked and worked in a fashion. That they should not have seems to have breached something about one of the timelines about eight timeline dimension with the fact that the multi verse has already entered the. Mci you is this going to be in a rival. The of the multi verse. Can they do that in more than one way or will this be some sort of opening that allows the already fractured crackling time. I don't think it's an accident that we got color. Palettes that are very similar. Like if you think of the end of loki and the the sacred timelines splintering. It's like you know that beautiful vibrant rainbow. The bag of skittles blended up together. You see flashes of that here too. Then you also think about before the multi verse arrived to the mci and the way that it didn't loki how we thought about dimensions inside of the much of which we understood through the doctor. Strange lens we see the astral dimension here. We see the mirror dimensions. We're in dimensions. we're talking about timelines. This is a lot. This is going to be a lot to track. What is going to be self contained to spiderman in the rules of the mold iverson side of the spiderman franchise and what will connect to what has already been established as the arrival of the multi verse side of the issue. So i have a question. Wow that's heavy. Were deep in the house of right now. I have a question. You're assuming that this has happened because because they're not be agents coming in to sweep all of this up where assuming that this happened after. Where's the right after right fucking low key and silvy have basically made everything awry right. So now we're in the wild west of timelines. Where in the wild wild west of opening portals and dimensions once again something. That strange should've known as far as as far as what you're saying. I think to me that's the most exciting thing about the trailer in about the story. I didn't think that marvel would be able to bring us back to the great unknown. I didn't think that marvel. I thought that what. I thought that marvel is going to be paint by numbers for the rest of the time that it existed. I've read all these books. I read that infinity shit. When i was in eighth grade man i knew how to join joint was gonna turn out gonna mean and rent and i don't remember going to see captain america winter soldier and i'm in the theater with kalica and he turns around and she goes. My god and i was almost disappointed there. I was almost embarrassed that michelle the net. Like you know what i mean i would never tell the show But but no. I'm saying in this situation is just. I think this is going to be a redefinition of all that. I think this is going to be v. definition to be honest with you. I think that loki got us into sort of a more. It was late the groundwork of our understanding of variants of branch timelines of what we thought the rules were. I think that's gonna end up. Being the function of loki. Loki was a redefinition of what we thought the rules were. That's why loki went so far at the beginning of it to give us what the rules were. Did to only tell us at the end. There are no rules so now that we know that there aren't any and things are in chaos. Now we have to learn through story through adventure it a three act structure. What the rules of all this actually are what the consequences of this exactly. And i think this movie is going to sort of unraveling on spool. What those consequences could be. We're going to see those through peter. Yeah i agree. The consequence point is is definitely elemental to what this story is going to be. And what role. It's gonna play inside of fees four one of the things that i'm so interested in in this. The spiderman cannon. Is the perfect spot to do this. But i think you could apply this line of thinking to so many different aspects of the mci date and really just marvel stories today which is kind of the point. It's not contained to the mci. You grow attach and then you say goodbye..

"Yeah i i agree. I'm i'm really excited and i. I'm so eager to see how all of this as well and. I'm glad i think maybe there i don't want to speak of the app of other people but it seems like they're so marvel fans who are like less excited to be returning to another origin story moment but i like that because i always wanna explore new aspects of the universe and meet new characters and then you know you think about what the beginning of phase for is and. I've loved the beginning of face. For and i've loved that balancing act of looking back and looking ahead. This kind of bridge momon in marvel storytelling and now to pair that with new characters. New power sets new history new villain hero dynamics and then after we understand all of that to see how it all fits into what we already know to see what is in our marvel universe. What is in a new world a new aspect of the multiversity. Then we're gonna move to the movies that really seem like they're centered on the multi. I mean there's a lot happening and that's before we get to anything like the eventual arrival of the fantastic four which we know is not far away and then the eventual or i've loved the x. Men there's so much i thought i. I'm really really really really excited about both of these movies. I i'm excited to and i don't. I don't mind that there's a couple of origin stories because it's been a while since we've had. I'm ready to novak origin story. I give me some new characters Album excited because the next round after that not at all you know we're gonna get tho- you know thor four We're gonna get Captain marvel to. We're going to get an man and the wasp three. Yep oh yeah we're gonna get characters we've been with for years so yeah fresh fresh stories with new people even if their origin stories. I don't mind at all especially for me. I think because again these are characters. I don't know so well. So i don't mind the origin story. I don't know. I don't know the origin of the attorneys i read. I mean i read that book you know years and years and years ago but i've forgotten so much of it you know. I think also some origin story fatigue for comic book. Movies in superhero stories comes from seeing these same characters. Origin story told over and over again. Like this reduction aspect. That's not the case with either the movies. This is just a a totally new part of the cinematic experience. So i am hypes. There's so much as you mentioned earlier. Just so much coming in the nerd. Verse i mean on the tv side. We're getting y the last man soon. We're getting foundation. Those are coming on roy. Me to both of those are coming out in september. Can't wait a property that i've been obsessed with since it came out in comics..

"Kfi he had to get his. Sean spicer on cleaning up with a big man. Everybody all right. So there was a little controversy surrounding shanxi. Shaanxi is isn't even out yet. They premiered of a recently shot to a friend of mine. Jason who went out to shaanxi. She premiered but dizzy. Oh bob traffic. I guess his name. The only bob i know is i. But bob chapman. He described shaam. She's released strategy as an experiment for the company. Now i will give you the quote in full so this happened to do says as the film. It's an interesting experiment for us. He was referring to the fact that the film only has a forty five day theatrical window. He said the prospect of being able to take a marvel title to the service after going. Theatrical within forty five days will be yet another data point to inform our actions going forward in our titles. Now what he's talking about is the fact that you're gonna get a forty five day. Theatrical run of shonky will will only be in theaters then after that. You're going to see dizzy. Plus premier access and he says it's an interesting experiment for for disney marble now similar lou the star of shaanxi didn't fucking appreciate that he did he he did not. He did not like that. He came back onto this august fourteenth. He says we are not an experiment. We had the underdog the estimated we are the ceiling. Breakers we have the celebration of culture. "You all love hung up on you said so trump so switchable you do a rocky raccoon great So six be a only have is yet to appear right at these. Are these to be characters that are so just go do these charities that are now or characters that we know are coming could be either either either that we know they're coming like they have to be like like clear like i know we that we're going to see this person. Onscreen okay I wanted to go franklin richards but we never know sold. Come on man with it. I have to go with me herschel. Ali's blade there This is going to be tough from hershman because wesley snipes is blade. But i think integrating blade is one of the characters. That's going to is going to benefit the most and i really want to almost moon moonlight right but more night almost went moon knight almost one night but i think nights go live established. Do i think her shalit's ali's blade. Blade is going to be the character that benefits both for being a part of a shared universe because the blade the the movies that we got before sky delay five vampires whole thing. The story was very grounded and it was very sort of almost intimate even like the everything about it was intimate the intimate. I'd still say blade. Two is one of the best superhero movies ever have never seen blade. Actually watch this the blade blade at blade tour beza blade three. They actually brought contract with him to fight and lost their way. But blade blade to where we're both amazing and i think seeing blade with a much grander scale. They gotta start small for From obviously he's besim. Blame with the much grander scale and play with much grander interest. Play with much grander sort of odd ambitions. Should say it's going to be good for the character. Said expanded out a little bit but her shot is a huge star. An amazing actor. It's gonna be important that you can handle the martial arts. Because obviously wesley could. Wesley was kicking people in defining throat. Okay also point that he can handle the martial arts but if you he if you get that down which. I'm pretty sure that he can I think that that is going to be one of the biggest movies in the year. That it comes out i cannot wait for new version of playing with all the advancements in technology that we screen with the expanded story And with the bible brains behind it. I think it's going to be fantastic. So that is my six wolverine spider man door black panther daredevil a blade all right and i got captain america. Deadpool rocket raccoon iron man. Miles morales spiderman and jane foster's store but one thing before we get blade the craziest thing. I don't think this ever made it to a midnight corp but the craziest thing van ever tried to convince me in the group chat is that by her. Shaw lease blade should be the leader of the avengers. I'm like get the fuck out here. That's the that's the worst thing you've ever say the worst take see the worst thing ever said. I'm young. I'm young dump. So all my takes bats get aired out here man smart like he like you'll just say some shit to the side and the group chat mahershala lease blade leader. The vendors is bad charleston second. He moderates van. You got two minutes case. Made my case about why blake should be the leader of event make. This is my case. 'cause it will be fucking awesome counterpoint. It would be dumb as hell. Evangelist ventures are bunch of mother fucking. Oh we're so straight up. We're going to who we're going to put a fucking black vampire in charge of the avengers. Then i'm saying like have have have have blade look how look hawkeye. I'd say you know what hawkeye go right or i'll take out the fucking thirst on your drink. Your blood hop on else. Like i like our blood was so funny. It'd be hogarth's partial. Did we should do it. I'll drink your blood owl. That isn't how our talking you guys got. Steve cut his way. Kambas hawkeye has our motif. Does he not know names hawk. I r i. We're off this charles charles. Something Steve can you turn on your mic. I want this to happen after every draft. Let's give us a quick like minute. Post drafts analysis. How did van. And i do strategically all right. Well i think van stuck mainly to the rules yet again as he shows us what hawk i can look like which i look like. How how. It's not an alvin count. Takes news vancouver. Looks like our our motif to be whatever. I think that maybe fane doesn't know the difference between the birds rather than the other. I think the clear winner from this one is probably charles from this one. I as much as i love. Charley cox's daredevil. And that's a pick that i definitely wanted to be in this draft. I'm gonna have to go vans again. One of those are straight up. The are guardians of a. Who'll tell me tell me straight up that that doesn't look more like the mask style. Choice van there's a choice. I think that stuff that stuff to overcome if you do. If you're doing a marble onscreen drive. I the thing i think i mean you know. I'm i'm hugh moderate. So i won't go into who i like better but i will say they left a lot of you know. Cool names off. The board professor x didn't make the cut. What is it gonna go. Mutant lean leader. Look i could take them for later. But i think he kinda i stewart man come on. I think he's a little bit of a whole. But but but you know. I know peggy carter has been catch slander. You know all week. But peggy carter is cap you know into the yet to appear Tear you know. But i mean ultimately we got fun got a fun too fun teams whether any characters left on the board that were crazy for leaving the board. I think people are gonna probably be mad that we left tom holland but like i like tom holland really do but i like miles morales until be mcguire better. I'm guy i mean. Expect to see with heels weather tight outfits shirtless men. Yeah i mean you know. There's there's certainly a lot of conversation in heels that the that mixes in with the action but ultimately they are stories just about about family legacy in about identity and and reckoning with with all of those things in in sort of like you know. "Right is like your chips are so stacked so high that there are no longer able to form they get you up the ante so much that what you get is like a big mess. Now don't get me wrong. This was a glorious mess. It was a fun mess but this was a mess right. So when you go to the fact that don's brother is now in the alternate schism. The alternate rivalry now dom against his brother who has spent years developing skills. And he's big. He's bad in a way he's bigger. In a way he's batter he's better-funded. He's actually physically bigger than dom. Now like the little brother is trying to become the ma'am then you end up sort of making all of these problems from back in the day right and that's kind of what. This movie really did a couple of times even with some of the stunts. Okay well now. We have to do super fucking crazy stunts and sitting in chair in the movies. You know what you're in for the same time you're losing something taken away from the fabric of something. You're losing something something in your brain is going. I now come on man. Do you think that jacob was there. Was there like gamut of like alright. Vin diesel the eight each other. The rock can't be in this movie. Hobbs like the rock himself. Wrestler was so was such a popular character. He had this built in fan base from the wwe. Why don't we just go back to the well again and try to create another hobbs and she just did not work like they tried to do the same trick and we already knew like the sleight of hand. We knew it was coming so and we're no longer like boys to be like. Oh my gosh. we're just kinda like we just saw this like three or four movies ago guys. Yeah well let's talk about. Johnston a little bit right now. So johnson is the main new character in this movie. He plays jacob dorado toronto essay jacob to read them. I didn't like the character at all. Character to me wasn't sinister to be scary. He was it cool enough to be like he wasn't it was. It was a mixed bag. I never got the feeling that his heart was completely. Nba guy and then he turned. I never got the feeling that he really learned anything. he was. Just kinda there almost to me. Like han was he was it. Wasn't i never felt the need to stop disrespecting han about without disrespecting our i never really felt it i never. It didn't work. Part of it is because john seen just doesn't have any onscreen charisma to me all right. Let's not go that far. Let's not go that far. I i think that john cena. I didn't mind him for his role. I just felt like he was trying to play the villain too much. I would have actually like if he was just a dickhead. Like what we've seen in like the suicide squad. I feel like he should have been play more to that being like. Oh i'm just like the bigger little brother. Dickhead was trying to show up. Dumb like that to me would have been way funnier than him. Just kind of like trying to grimaces way through a bunch of sheets and the other verse character. Can you explain to me. What what jacob. Tomatoes like motivation was like what he wanted in the film. Well i think what he wanted in the film was too. I think they they kind of it was a classic. Little brother complex is what they brought it back to what he wanted to the film the first thing he tells them say despite world this is my world a little man in this. I'm the big guy in this. So i think what he wanted in the film was achieved all of this stuff to erase some of the way he felt growing up and took him this long to kind of do it. What i find very funny about that is like the crew as being like spies for what like three or four movies now. This is time. you're like enough. I'm this by now. He's been doing it for a longer time and remember mr. Nobody had had him before he had dom we learn in the movie they had him. He was running operations out of that. That abandoned sort of base with mr nobody for for very long time so he was doing all of that way before don was even involved in it so in a way dom came after him in this particular world and he wanted to show that might think about what i'm talking about with john and i make i'm gonna make a distinction between him playing jacob thereto in this movie right here and here playing peacemaker and the squad is at the peacemaker role to me is actually easier to play because if you know anything about peacemaker in the comic books peacemaker like a buffoon. Yeah he's a he's a ba- phone very one note. He thinks that he's on the right side of things he's actually a villain anti hero at at at best. And so when you look at the line the trailer like starfish is named for butthole all that. That's peacemakers deal. That's what peacemaker is going to be. I'm not sure how they're going to get done in. Hbo max series but that's bubis maker. is this world. didn't require. Like a laurence olivier type of performance. But it did require just a little bit more charm or a little bit more charisma than i think john cena has To to pull off it you would have been like a cool likable. I want to be jacob type bad ass. That's what you would wanted out of this. You wanna people at a certain point to be jacob and not to be dom you want him to be dom to point out and it never came off like that can also ask you. I'm very confused. What race is like dominic. And the toronto's in this movie because vin diesel is like a like a black man. He's like white skin but he's black between mia. I've just like what are we supposed to think. Dominic sorretto is thought about remember. So it's funny so vin diesels early career he played. We didn't know vin diesels black. This is one of the funniest movie. Little nuggets vin diesel. These came out exploded onto the scene. It was pitch black. It was saving private ryan. It was boiling point. It was fast and furious. The one where it like. He went over the moon fast and furious and then triple x. I think is right after fast and furious But we didn't have vin. Diesel was biracial. At that point we didn't have the internet. He his first movie that he he produced dealt with him being biracial but it was a small small film that nobody saw that is true. Yeah so it was i. I didn't even know about that movie till after the fast and furious was a small small film that i nobody really saw because he had a he has a brother and a twin brother and they were dancers all of this. All of these things came out and Came out like you've been diesel. Had to come out as very vin diesel goals on the internet. And he's i have a very deep secret that i want you guys to know something that has been getting me. I want to be able to do this. There should be a whole month like a pride month where anybody who's biracial and nobody knows comes out as black honestly vin diesel and pete wentz would be the top. Two vin diesel. Wait pete wentz. His way has to straighten his hair. Like you typing afro beat. What's rubble is. I'll get the fuck outta here. That's not true. What is over. Second steve coming here. You're right away is pretty winds black. Yeah he actually is what fuck. Look at his air you. Oh my god. I never knew this. Why you mckie's blair. He's here p whizzes ottaway black..

"Yourself for the splendor of her impending book co authored with dave gonzalez on the complete history of marvel studios and you can listen to her. Exemplary marvel analasyst her interviews every week on vanity. Fair still watching podcast. It is vanity fair senior writer and my eternal fellow. Giora more mont and cat enthusiasts joanna robinson welcome back into the wringer verse as you to call you sometimes mallory and abby. Do a little hype says for me. Nothing ever feels. He was so much bigger. If i were wearing a brown jacket right now it would pop my collar. An acknowledgement of of this joyous occasion along. Hello and your your jacket. Your tv jacket wouldn't say variant. It would say professor robinson. I needed professor robinson. Moebius has professor loki. See like to say this episode. i need professor robinson. We have a lot of philosophy one. Oh one to get to today. Lot of talk about the nature of existence and also nature of an excellent. Tv show because loki is two weeks in and it's fucking great and honestly i was just start there with early impressions or two episodes in. Yeah how are you feeling about the show. So far will like you. I think i got these two episodes in advance. So i've been sitting with them for a little while right and the first time through them. I was a little surprised. So was a six upset. Series rates were third of the way done or the way already unbelievable. Yeah and i was just a little surprising. The pacing ed questions about the pacing. It felt like a little slower than i had expected it to be. If that makes sense. And then i kept watching it and every watched the roads in embarrassing amount of times at this point and and then every time back through i enjoyed it more and more And so. I don't know i don't know what the experiences for folks watching it week to week but for me you know that's been my experience and i and i just find more to love every time there's just more going on every time that i watch it back through and you know not to not despoil something that you might say because i see the notes here but i do think. The dynamic between mobile and loki between owen. Wilson and tom hill. Stan is just leg worth the price of admission alone. So yeah. I'm having a great time like my one question though and and i want to throw this back to you. Something that head writer. Michael waldron said to me and said to number other people. Is that like what he wanted was for each of these episodes to feel very distinct like this is the one where low key x. Or whatever. I'm not sure. I'm feeling that in these first two episodes you know like this is the one where loki goes a a. Maybe the first one and this is where the one where loki goes to the rocks car. I don't know. Is this one..

"Thrilling and like really intellectually stimulating. That the mci's asking these and that the characters inside of the show are asking these questions. It is a little bit risky. It is a little bit risky to put out there. The idea that the infinity stones or paperweights in side of the tv a that you could have a moment you see even just scrolling through you. Know the trending topics on twitter url. How will all of those actors of what matters. And what doesn't reconcile i think. Part of locals journey has to be proving that the timekeepers do not get to make those decisions and maybe in fact that they are not actually doing that that this is a lie that this is a fiction. That is being spun for us and that they are seeking control and to maintain a time. Line that suits their ambition and suits their ends whether that's carrying the collective who knows but not that that's something that loki or any other character that we ultimately invest in can abide. That can't be the case. Absolutely in the genius at what they did is watching all these movies and thinking how to manage the scale. The power scale captain marvel into endgame and destroys down as a ship. And a couple of seconds. I was thinking how. Mcu kentucky top to marvel. How can we harness that power and the tv is the perfect buffer. Because you've created a reality or kind of superstructure but he almost spicy said like what was happening. In the mc radios amc was more the marvel cinematic sir system and the timekeepers round bassett galaxy and build the time keepers realm where one of many many baton keep is just one actress holes. Because there's there's a whole load of other super powerful beings will come into this but now they fit if a cpap Mcu touchy normal. Because the genius of the tv is they've normalized voss on big scale in fifty minutes. Fifty minutes is incredible. Ava changed to right about worse than donald by the way that and tunnels because they allowed that oeste. Why powell these people but all his creatures because it fitted the time to intervene. No point got bought. You allow this stop meddling in the of men you allow me to hijack the yet. That was fine. That was journey. That's incredibly bleak if you think about it. But moebius has that sort of cryptic response to that about how it's not really a mantle of a matter of approval or disapproval and then he says about two this. He skips over it. Yeah i that felt like a very intentional. You're you're actually drawing attention to the hand wave right like put a pin in it. We'll come back to that. We know that's an important thing. It was too real. The so i mentioned devs earlier and how i thought of devs often throughout this this episode of tv. I don't know if you watch devs. The alex addition.

"Michael waldron entering the. We're gonna talk about waldron morris. We go because he's also penned the script for doctor strange the next doctor strange movie in the multi madness. Which can clearly these stories are going to be deeply connected in the way. We see the multi verizon spoiling across the mcu. I just thought this episode was almost perfect and even the necessity to spend time on exposition. Establishing what the tv is who the timekeepers are how the rules of the sacred time and their maintenance of it function all of that which in another show and another hour of tv maybe might have felt heavy-handed or cumbersome distracting was so expertly entwined here with the philosophical examinations and the character centric ethical explorations in the in the episode. It was like harmony user cartoon for the two or three minutes of exposition of the timekeeper. So took out of his context. That was genius sell clutch. Oh just accent. I mean like the granular level of detail. The observational detail. Even down to the fact. That just say quickly. I really love how there is like tricks. The head coach he legis joker on located. Have this white guys was strictly showed like that's the kind of tricks. The arkansas nature but the detail of the fact that back outfits the fact that he's completely sean of all his guardian leather that he likes to talk about roy even the cut. The cut is the best supporting action. That scene with a look at just the bureau. Tic- i loved that cat and i can't wait for more and i'm wondering already in flames have pockets of mentions inside of them and given the role mentions and timelines in the multi i am. I am anticipating a return of the beautiful cat who i am assuming as a flirt who loved the cat continue. And what's interesting is well. We almost a trade of the banana. Tv evil the fact that anyone can be capable of evil that no exceptional fact that like you've got office worker who's never seen a fish before and these people can find this really horrifying way the suckley horrifying way which i think we'll be played out at. He realized that is in many ways. The kindest he. Swiss army knives of the year docile. He is right. This is why couldn't kill him because like anyone understands the role of any trickster. A trickster is someone that comes in and subverts the order. There's a great book. I think i mentioned the previous podcast. trista makes his wealth by lewis and lewis hydro britain study of the trickster in nature essentially carrots a folk hero.
