One person is in critical condition after a major crash in Federal Way that happened this morning, south of 272nd street along 9 5 south. Investigation into this collision. Bystanders were able to use a canoe to bring the man to shore he was taken to a hospital and treated for hypothermia the dog was able to get out on his own and is now safe. Family and friends of 27 year old Jessica Valdez are remembering the mother of three after she was killed in a fatal car crash with a forklift in north Seattle earlier this week. And so the lawyers said they had images from the police video of the good Samaritan. And they needed to use clear view match face and find the real person. And they called the clear view CEO and sort of, okay, we'll try this because it's been the only useful police. And in this case, they found the person and this person said yes, absolutely. I pulled them out from the passenger side. He was not the driver of the car. And the guy is not going to jail as a result. Now, what's wrong in this story is the prosecution and the police were all messed up. They shouldn't have gone after this guy in this way and they should have done their job and gotten the documentation and all of that. And nonetheless, it was technology that's decried and properly so for use by police only. If it's also in the hands of defense, then shouldn't it be in both hands at least. That's the story.
