"Even even off sale. It's fifteen dollars so all our last cocktail of the evening or the last one. We're going to chase. I don't know if it'd be the last one we drink. But it's one that we haven't tasted yet is the rosy cheeks from to james. This is their twenty eight island vodka with cokie rosa. Which is a wine chief. Lemon simple syrup rosewater grapefruit and soda so this will be carbonated looking forward to to james second offering here as they did so well in the first round of this and to be clear we selected these because these were the available canned cocktails. We scoured up and down. There were a couple of brands. That frankly ran out of stock. And so that's why we did not include them. Does we've got. We've got three brands and six flavors we kind of try to keep them in the same area to kind of the same zones they could easily compare i would say this rosy cheeks is the one that's most out there compared to the others. It's not a mule like the other non rum drinks and it's not from like the three room drinks so i think having it as vacco you know as a neutral spirit. It'll it'll be more competitive you know. We didn't we throw any brown brown liquor. Say into this. So i think i think we've done a good job of kind of comparing apples to apples in. That has since the other thing is that. We consulted with local beverage expert. Nicb risky risky and he confirmed that as far as we know new holland copper after the only two widely available canned cocktails state of michigan michigan made ken cocktails. I went to a few different tap. Room's and called around and people had things on their website. They were not available for sale. And if they're not available for sale. You can't do anything with them so we're not going to review them this time. It smells like a ruby red squirt. So like that's a good start in good yeah. My grandmother loved squirt. While i definitely get the grapefruit and the rosewater. Yes and the color is like a nice light pale pink not as vibrant in and artificial looking or not. I wouldn't say copper craft in new holland artificial because they were made with like vegetables. But this is the true grapefruit color color. I do not mean this as a knock because my grandmother was a classy lady who lived in indian village and through brunches every weekend..

"Why hurt her teammates. I mean they wound up with silver medal. Then they after sure pretty dismal start and she was afraid that a dismal start we continue and then continue to bring them douse. The team wouldn't win a medal at all. So on way is the opposite. She helped the team at least again metal if it wasn't the gold medal. Let's go back to our callers and to tim calling from ashland high tim. Hi thanks so much for taking my call I really like immediately called in. I was like oh. I have to shut my support for simone biles because i think there's a few things about gymnastics specifically that are really important to remember. The first is that it's a sport where perfection is the goal in every aspect of you. Know if you're a swimmer you win the race. You won the race. I'm not saying there informal this but that's a constant pressure. You know half a point deduction for this yada yada yada. That doesn't go away Simone also like someone said four is on every advertisement ever you know. There is a tremendous amount of pressure. Which i think you know only highlights. How brief she is you know. Her body is an instrument and her mind is part of that instrument and she has protected And then the other thing to remember is that you know all of these olympians but simone biles you know is approaching these olympics. After the year that we've all had in addition to that pressure. You know they've all been going through this as well. So i think simone biles is so brave and awesome at the only adds to her. You know icon status. Ironically and i think anyone who disagrees living in the past no Because yeah. I think. Tim thank you. Thank you very much for the call. You know thinking of this in the winter olympics when you watch the ice skaters. They're out there and the supposed to do the triple axel the double-act whatever the heck it is and and they don't quite get the triple-axle the only get the double act now go. Oh susie miss the triple axel. She only got the double axel or when they fall. Oh susanna button the ice. You know we don't really do well with anybody making making mistakes the olympics. Then you see the skiing accidents right. We're just horrible. Which commentators okay. Let's admittedly some of them have been out there. That's why they're commentators. You get out there and do your triple axel exactly. Here's what an says. Now if the anti vacco could take one for the team like simone maybe we would all be in much better shape of great very good. Let's go to linden. Hey thank you for calling i linda. Hi how are you great. I just want to say that in the seventies i studied Health and physical education and we had a class that studied. Why superior athletes sometimes would not reach the apex. They would not pull it off and win whether it was a trophy. Or you know a gold medal. Silver meadow and again that was in the seventies so then i went on to study psychotherapy and did that for the second half of my career. And i'm i'm speculating. that way. back in the seventies. what's going on now. you know. there's now a name to it. It's you know the mental health issue. That wasn't even a consideration. You know when. I was studying for my undergraduate i Give kudos to osaka in. Simone and i just read this morning about An episode in twenty thirteen..

"Editorial at Motor Trend also overseeing Super Street lowrider four Wheeler Hot Rod and motor trend the one and only add low. Welcome to W G. N for having me glad to be here. Well, it's great to have you, especially at a time like this, and You know, with the you know all the racing that is going on and all the reason that isn't going on. It's great to get an update on some of those iconic races that are happening in course, how motor trade fits into it. So this is the 88th running of the 24 hours. That woman's coming up. It is the world's oldest endurance motor sport race. But what is it about the lemons 24. That makes it a bucket list race for drivers to win and for fans to see Well, I'll tell you it's an amazing race. I've been ah, couple of times in my present blessing. You have no, but it will have a flight to France. It's it's really It's just the whole thing and experience it. It's really not just you know the 24 hours. It's the whole week. You know, it's everything that goes on around the race. But the excitement is really that it's just leaving. Ridiculous question. Retest of man, not a machine. You know you're out basically in the countryside in France in the iconic Track known as the circuit, which actually didn't a racetrack at all. In the traditional sense. It's like a country road and you have all of these super found racecars. Competing against each other, Um not one type of race car just competing against each other for four different classes this year with tremendous speed differentials. So you have like the very top level LMP one cars that are the fastest on track. Women at the other man. Sports cars, Mostly Ferraris, Porsches things like Are you Mike and street in a fancy neighborhood? Tremendous Steve differences. They're racing for 24 hours, and then you have to change. Come on from day to night tonight today. Now it's usually rain in France when traces on so you have weather so you have to teach you have running at the highest speed they can for 24 straight hours. That the change in time, It's a very, very tight race on it has been. That's why it's so popular. I think it's the tradition right. It's it's that history that allows it to still exist today without any of the future, Montes Of safety or sensibility, and you look at those country roads. And then you mentioned to the different classes on the car site, So not only are they navigating really, what aren't you? No tracks that were built to you know the handle car, but but the traffic to their passing These other cars there, And so it is just it is just another thing entirely. Now when you talk about it for this year, and of course it's been going on 88 years, but I was at the Rolex 24th Daytona. Which was which was normal rights and a great event. One of those great iconic event stay 2500. I was there. It was pretty normal. You know, other than of course, I think they had multiple You know? Fighter jet fly overs and the president showed up so other than that, it was still like a regular race. I was at the van free in 500. Not too long ago. That happened when it comes to this race and and based on the location. And the fact that it is in Europe and I know that they're not dealing or having the same kind of impact that we're having here. How is this year's race if it all going to be going to be different than what we've seen in the past? Well, that's a great point to bring up the question. The very different they have taken precautions decoded 19. So my understanding there won't be any fans stand. It's going to be run like a lot of other sports are these days. Just the racers. Just 15. Everybody practicing. You know the proper precaution Measure with math, you know, hand sanitation on that stuff. Not as much as possible. Which is why, you know our Livestream is even more critical, right? We're offering it really to watch this event on alive for all 24 hours, But also we have the ability to show different camera from the car so you could really get a feel of the race. You can select between six vehicles now what you're watching while elevation going on. So, Yeah, you know tradition, too. To taking those coded precautions. Not having fact they actually come on the race only runs something like you push around on our temper, and that shouldn't have. Ah. You know this additional element that's kind of surprising Ellen would have been night could be longer, because we're not in summer or so. We're heading to a fault and potentially again kind of weather. We'll be cooler like rain. And a rain and a big problem up there have on, uh, tracking slippery drives a tired and the most surprising thing that people don't I don't know about this type of racing and demonstration is Vidalia night. Incredible because six dark, But when a car comes up behind you like $200 an hour and it's got it. Ah, a lot of times driver's complaint. They can't see the road ahead because they're just getting blasted the car behind just in front of that dark because they're closed today, too shadow, So I've heard this from from the race. The types of vehicles off the differentials and performance. It's a super challenge. It's going to be crazy. It sounds it's just sounds super exciting. So is the guy that's been covering, you know, motor sports in the automotive world for For nearly 2020 years, and you look at this year as opposed to other years a ce faras the way that people prepare. It isn't like Daytona or any now poses some of these other close courses where people can go in. Practice. Certainly, if you've got a career of, certainly you've had 88 years to practice, and so hopefully you've gotten some practice in. But even with you know, with Indian NASCAR, all that stuff has been limited because of the pandemic. How two drivers. Prepare for this race, you know, is it And I know that there's been a lot of advancements on the whether it's the simulators and the realism. There is great just to know what's coming up in the course layout in the turns. But how our drivers, at least from the feedback that you've gotten preparing for this year's lemons. You're right. It is a lot of sin. Driving. What? It's actually pretty interesting. You know when, when the first amount you delay Running of Lamont, If you wanted a syndicated into was that they disagree a giant video game tournament with a lot of the drivers. Driving simulators that you know as realistic as they could be on the course in similar cars and competing, you know, virtually, but we don't know wheel. So Tana Vacco's goes on for sure it isn't Direct replacement formation. There's none of that cheese. There's none of that. You know the key forces. There's not other fatigue again over time, but you know the driver. Do you see that? Having all of these years you never see like where the breaking points are. You know howto look to a corner Thegame. At this level, the gays are pretty high. So you know that's a good amount of prison in no way have shut down. Nothing. The traffic area for practice sessions. So the drivers are Pakistan probably right now, but there are pushing this week and they get the sessions and then there's qualifying. Before the race. Hung itself, so they think it's time our contract for the flag drops on Saturday morning. Yeah, it's exciting stuff, and you're right about. We've done a number of interviews about the eye racing and just the realism there and It's to the point now where you've got, you know, Racers who have never gotten into the cockpit of a car are able to get out and compete at some level in my Formula Three and some other things. And so the 1 to 1 Of course, you don't have the fear, right? That's not built into you know, or any of the other things a cz faras the consequences of your action built into the video games, But it really does. It really does help while you look at advances and on the coverage of the sport side, and it's worked out a bunch where you Khun switch from cockpit to cockpit. On whether it's the national network broadcast of the different racing. Siri's talk a little bit about motor training. Your thoughts and and how you've integrated yourself is.

"Of this week show joining me today is placed believers, business development and leasing manager, and a much requested guest. Welcome to the show, les? Supervisor thank you so much for having me. Samantha. It's amazing to get you on because as we were just talking minute ago like I often awesome Vacco's participants in our prime members and things like that who I'd like to hear from on the podcast and your name is just continually come up over and over again. So you quite famous and I'm really glad to heavy he finally. Thank you, I'm glad to be caught it. So first of all, let's get the obvious way covid nineteen. How's that been going you up in Brisbane is as Abadie has that changed the way that you operate at all. It has changed the way that we operated during covid when we're at the peak of the lockdown in terms of how we facilitated inspections because we could only do one on one everything had to be sanitized after we'd been through the property, but we changed the way we did things by offering the. Video calls either alive video streaming at the inspection. All we went through indeed videos prior on email those out to perspective tenants but in terms of how it affected as I think we've been very fortunate in the demographic of where I were in a city. Brisbane MA rentals market wasn't affected too badly in terms of we still had great tenant inquiry. We still listed a lot of properties in the least many properties during the peak of covert so we've been very fortunate. Yeah, interesting like a lot of people have said that is it hasn't. Slowed them down in any way I mean things have changed and being a little bit different but it it hasn't affected the overall volume. That's definitely true and I think at first when everything when all the media speculation about what was going to happen than the government changing rules and regulations people were very nervous about how the market would perform an how tenants would react. We would just very very lucky people still need to move no matter what the circumstances and I guess I'll volume in terms of properties that we listed new management's coming onto the market. Those statistics from year-in-year-out didn't change it a what we. Were just as busy as we always have been interesting, it's just slightly more challenging to get things done than how used to is very long hours I think with those one on one inspections rather than precipitating one open house that was very time consuming. But I also found that the tenants that we were working with they weren't timewasters they were really keen on the property they weren't looking at twenty properties. They'd had maybe a list of one to five and and they needed to move pretty much straight away. So good connections with lots of people. Yeah. Absolutely and You you. So five Yo Korea usually sit lace. Number like nearly two thousand investment properties. Yeah that's correct. It's a lot a lot of work. Got, remember every single one of them, but it's definitely close to that two thousand mark. Now Year end you've recently become a partner place Bloomberg as well..

New York's Aggressive Battle Against Climate Change

"New York is set to enact one of the country's most aggressive plans to address climate change. A new law passed this week will require that the state reduce its carbon pollution by twenty fifty two zero but as north country public radio's Brian man reports it's not clear. Exactly how that's going to happen. When state Senator Todd Kamensky, a democrat from Long Island talks about New York's new climate law, which he pushed through. He's talking about rewiring New York's entire energy system, making the world's thirteenth largest economy free and just a few decades were envisioning people driving electric cars and twenty-fifty heating, their homes using renewable energy in two thousand fifty going to work in buildings that are admitting far less carbon than today. So this is this a sweeping and it's important the benchmarks in this measure, our ambitious. One hundred percent of electric power production carbon-free by twenty forty eighty five percent of greenhouse gas pollution gone by twenty fifty with the other fifteen percent offset by some kind of carbon credits. All of that mandated in state law. Aw. The worst worsening real watershed moment. Priem ogm cars with the New York City environmental Justice alliance. One of the green groups that lobbied hard for this measure, what it really does is just set framework, and a roadmap for all of your state's government agencies to figure out how they're going to tackle reducing our emissions other states have made similar pledges over the last year in theory, New York's law goes farther affecting the entire economy, making the cuts mandatory but critics like Gavin Donahue say, the law doesn't explain how vast amounts of renewable energy will get made or distributed. He heads an energy trade group called the independent power producers of New York that opposed this Bill promises here with no details. Big numbers say, we're going to get there and we're going to do this with zero Vacco, we have got done a technical feasibility study. We haven't done an impact for consumers and costs, this law creates a new council that once appointed will work with state agencies over the next two years to fill in. The details Donahue says those decisions will affect how New Yorkers work and live. This isn't just about electricity generation and production. This is about New York state's economy manufacturing real estate, but the implications are incredibly huge is also no new money in this law, which makes implementation harder. But governor Andrew Cuomo said, this law puts climate change. It's costly storms and flooding and heat waves at the top of the agenda, I believe, climate change is the issue of our generation speaking yesterday on wwl. EMC public radio Cuomo said the goals in this law will be followed by action even before the comprehensive plan is in place. We're about to announce a project off Long Island multibillion dollar investment for wind turbines that, bring those businesses here that, that sounds in bishops. But for this climate law to work by twenty fifty even supporters say the scale of planning and projects. Will have to get a lot bigger fast. Brian man, NPR news.

"Pro the headlines in economic indicators. That say the economy is doing. All right. At least there is a huge slice of this population that just isn't seeing that then it hasn't been seeing any signs of a growing economy for a decade or more. Chris or not is a writer and photographer who's got a new book out about that group of Americans. It's called dignity seeking respect in back row America. Chris walkman Brogan. Thanks for having me. First thing I need to do for me. I guess is define back row America. That's kind of the thread that goes through this book. It's the segment of America. That doesn't have what I call elite education, people who have finished high school. And if they have an education beyond that is primarily through community college or trade schools, or, or state, school, smaller state schools, and they tend to generally correlated with that is I tend to stay in the community close by to where they're born. Their lives are in stark contrast, what I call the front row, which is myself. Basically a member of the front who has a PHD and has moved a lot. And I guess some people would call call that the elites Hewlett to it. I need to follow up because it goes to my next question you are of what you're like physics day. Right. Correct. You were a bond, trader on Wall Street for something like twenty years wrecked. So tell me how you came to write this book, which was experiential unit and drove around this country for like three or four five years. Right. I would say a large part of what happened was the financial crisis made me rethink what I was doing a banker. And kind of making choices that had impacted other people's lives and not really knowing what that impact was. I would always take long walks across New York, going to parts of New York that was told not to go to communities. I've been long stigmatized for having crime or poverty or drugs. I spending so much time doing that. But I ended up quitting my job and two thousand twelve and spending two to three years in those communities in New York City, what I saw there, so frustrated me that I felt kind of like I wanted to see those true across the rest of the country. So I got my van and drove for three years, and it is true, which is the narrative of this book chapter one of dignity. Is mcdonalds. You spent a lot of time in McDonalds across country. How come right for the people at the on the on the most marginal parts of society? The homeless addicts they spend a lot of time in McDonalds to gain a moment of dignity. Just be kind of invisible, people stare at them as kind of not being allowed to be there this role. Donald played in many communities over otherwise devastated was as of almost community center. It was kind of being used by retirees. Other people who you know, blue collar jobs, would come in there every morning and get together with others and have have group meetings or even people playing bingo games. They're crazy picture. There's there. I mean, they've got the whole bingo basket. And there's people around, you know, sitting in mcdonagh church church groups, people playing chess people playing checkers dominoes, the whole thing there's a question of value in this book, and you stated explicitly sort of later on. Maybe even in the conclusion about what we value in the economy and in this society. And you admit that you for a long time, put a lot of value on the credential life. Right. The elite school degree the, the high-powered job, and, in fact, what a huge chunk of this country values are other things like place and family, right? I call those kind of the nonfinancial forms of meaning or a non economic form. Of meaning. When those things are, are raced or degraded. We don't really see them as, as great a loss, as they are because we can't put them cabinet metric number two, it, one of the negatives of the way we've moved the world in the last thirty years is the loss of community. When, when factory leaves it devastates a community doesn't just lose jobs. It loses so many forms of, meaning that these communities are just completely devastated. It is it is a profound book. Honestly well worth anybody's time. It's called dignity seeking respect in Vacco, America. But Chris, Chris, thanks a lot. Appreciate your time..

"Seek shelter on the concourse restrooms. Or in your vehicles, you will be allowed to exit and re enter the facility. So that's the state right now, we're hoping to get an update in the next minute or so the weather is not as severe as it was just a little while ago. So that's the good news. We're just gonna have to wait and see where it goes from here. But I think that there was the idea of a promising return soon, I know that the players do come back. They would have about fifteen minutes to get through a warm up period. And then they will begin play again at the halftime. There was no score between these two sides Houston came out and Certa warm up for the second half. And I was wondering where the earth quakes were one of the trainers, Derek Lawrence and Vacco came out and didn't even make it onto the actual pitch. They made it close to the Ed line. And then they were told to go right back inside. And then the announcement came over the board that they were telling people to get out of their seats and start going back to take shelter from the severe. Dear weather, that's kind of where we've been just kind of trying to figure out the first delay came in at about three ten and then they officially went into a delay at three eleven and right now, we're just waiting for an updates for the storm watch in terms of what we might get a restart. So that's again where we are right now. There's no score between the dynamo and the earthquakes we're going to do right now is return to chaos. If owes regularly scheduled broke it Grammy. And then when the game gets back in in session when they finish their fifteen minute warm up. We are going to return to our coverage here of the earthquakes and Houston dynamo right here on k SF. Oh, but for the time being right now we were expecting to get an update right around the top of the hour.

Yesterday and through the first period today. Happen spring the puck out to the perimeter high. The blue line Mirages sense, low go line two. Hey, cake back wall to Paul. Palmer comes out from behind the net in the near corner. Still has the puck looks to feed cook at the point dust cook sends it down low goal line and stepping in front transfer. The takeaway, Alex Bates can't do it. A stick battle in the corner. Now nearside couple of falcons couple of pioneers down there. And we got a penalty coming up here. I believe on air force. It'd be Matt Paul cross-check on met over. And by the the play was against the board than it was just a little scrum. Two from each side, and the kind of popped out a little bit Pulver backed out the puck, even gera- and that's win over got called for the cross check. I Italy of this game goes against air force Sacred Heart is on the power play. They were over three on the power play last night on the season at thirteen percent. One zero Sacred Heart leads six fifty five left in the first of all were in the box sacred art with the man advantage leading by a goal. They win the tapa. Get it to cotton at the blue line. He sends it across returned to cotton is pass down low getting a stick on it. Jake Levin, but it's played in the corner by the pioneers. Johnstone fires at the net. Save Christoffel rebound is picked up in front by stone and sent two hundred feet. Pioneers retreat retrieve and here they come again left to right on the power play. Cotton leads them out. Ship. It ahead and go after beating intuitive back cook cook Mirages Mirages can't pick it up. Gotta defender on his back and the pioneers have the pop this is cotton speed front from the top of the circle a blast there by the borrow. That's why. Picked up off the back wall fed out front again tomorrow has it top of the far circle. Bavaro? Now, you're the blue line gives it over here on the near side. The cotton cotton with a back door passed to John's don't and had his stick not got tied up. He had an easy goal. The puck ends up in the far corner. Cleared up by air force would only as far as the neutral zone pot. No back scape. Pick it up for sacred. Art, good luck and powerplay so far, and they just missed a couple of times forty five seconds remained to the man advantage for the pioneers talcum penalty kill digging in right here may get a clear and a wraparound comes up to the neutral zone trap down there by the pioneers who entered three across the blue light. They go down low far sites and getting a stick on Grenada. Unable to control it Marshall Bowery were the far side. This is gonna be Macomer Vacco Maria feed to the blue line, Mike Lee in the high slot. He crosses there. With kaplan. His to leave down low on the goal line. Lots of passing lots of cycling here by the ears with under ten seconds to go on the power play a steel behind the net by eleven that. He can't clear it kept in by lead. At the blue line. The power play is over out of the box because Matt Palmer and he's got the puck in the neutral zone. He's trying to figure out which direction. He's gone. He does he gets a cabal Powrie sends it down low. And it's behind the sacred art net pioneers. Hustler back take it away. But a good takeaway by air force. That's Kyohei Hake. To Paul goes to the back end partially blocked.

"News dot com dot show. Many people were on hold from last hour. Let's go to some calls right now. Delver truck driving in Texas adelbert. Thanks for what you do you. Keep America going, my friend. Thank you. And thanks for what you guys do. Doc wallet. The question I have my wife had brain tumor surgery seventeen years, Phil. And the facial nerve was stretched thin as well. I've got her on the healthy, brain, and heart pack and immortality. And it's actually starting to work after a month. She getting muscle's starting to remove and stuff. I was wondering if there was anything else we could do. Yes. Very very good choices. And of course, when you have the facial nerve, which is a seventh cranial nerve squeeze you. Get Bell's palsy were the face troops. Looks like have stroke does your wife suffer that. Yes. That's exactly what's what it is ad take the middle and inner ear out on the left side. Well, they didn't have to. But that's what they did to deal with symptoms. Okay. Well, well. From the trauma. Was from her ample all the way around pushing brain stem. Okay. And so you have the name of the tumor was it a benign tumor malignant tumor. It was benign tumor. It looks good. Thank you. Okay. Good. All right. Well, what I would do is added a couple of things number one. We wanted to continue supporting her immune system, which is your best friend, even when you have a benign tumor. Okay. And certainly when you have a malignant one. And so keep doing exactly what you're doing. But it would add the. Okay. Take a couple of those tablets twice a day here. Take a couple of those towns twice as two bottles a month and their design to support the brain cells talking to each other. It's gonna speed up recovery. I would also have three twice a day three eggs twice a day. Because seventy five percent of the brain weight is the Mylan, which is the white matter the brains, we need to rebuild that cholesterols her best friend here classrooms, your best friend because the white man of the brain is almost one hundred percent cholesterol. So we need to rebuild that the yolks have to these soft soft boiled soft poached, soft yolk, soft, soft scrambled in butter. And then. It wouldn't hurt. Also throwing a little anti inflammatory there. I would throw in something like the Z radical what you can get either in liquid. How much does your wife way? He's on hold dot gov. Okay. Yeah. Well, let's say per hundred pounds of body weight. I'd hammer take one ounce today. Zero medical liquid are one scoop a day of the powder, and it's an anti inflammatory, which will reduce swelling from fluid also from immune responses, and all this kind of stuff very good place amick laws she had benign brain tumor. What also throw in one more thing? And that is what we call the cell shield. RT Q social are TQ. What does that Dr are is resveratrol in red wine? Yeah. Yeah. Two two of those casualties. George will give you the same amount of resveratrol in two hundred and sixty four glasses of red wine without the joy and the alcohol, right? And so I take six of those day just for prevention. And then of course, the tea is to Merrick another great antioxidant and anti inflammatory. And the queue is course, attend another great antioxidant and anti inflammatory, and that's going to help the swelling go down it's going to speed up recovery as symptoms and so forth. And again, it's just a blessing that was a nine tumor, and we're so glad she's saying response from the original programming put around just keep that up, and then these other things too, but the phone number in case you missed that. Because I know you're driving your truck right now, just go call one eight five five nine four nine seven two three four folks that phone number is on the critical health, news dot com website as well. So you can capture that number and get it. I lost my sister years ago dock from a malignant brain tumor. Oh, yeah. Gosh. Terrible terrible terrible thing, or as we lost Senator Edward Kennedy the same way, and I sometimes think the cellphone has something to do with do you have any research on that? Well, there's quite a bit of evidence shows that if you're living on the cellphone or any electron devices up to your head or put your head in a microwave dryer, Harry how silly stuff like that. You're gonna get some stimulation to to grow things that they have something percolating in there. That's not quite a malignant tumor. This can flip it over the edge. And so you really need to be taking your ninety essential nutrients. Stay away from the bad stuff, reduce the inflammation it Cam. And that goes a long way again, no fried foods. No process means. Meanwhile, gluten I mean, I have avoided that stuff for over fifty years charge. It makes a huge difference and most people, and they look at me, they think I'm in my fifties. And I'm just a few miles away from being eighty I agree. I agree. I've seen you. Many times. Here's an Email in for Margaret recently. My daughter was hospitalized because she was suffering from septic shock. I'd appreciate doc Wallach explaining what causes septic shock. Okay. Well, sepsis means an infection of something. Okay. It could be anything from lung infection an infection in the digestive system. It could be in the Email. Oregon's a uterus or something like that infections anyplace, it could be an joint she have infection and a joint. And so when you have septic shock, you need to things everyone needs to be killing the bugs turn which could be viruses could be bacteria or fungus or yeast. And so I like people to again support their mean system get rid of the band stuff. Get rid of all the inflammatory things contribute to this. Absolutely. No fried food process means no oils. Gluten no electons. No, fight tastes, and then one healthy, brain, and heart pack, one hundred pounds of body weight is the biggest hammer toolbox. So one healthy, brain and heart PAKs per hundred pounds of body weight. Throw that in. And then something like oh. Are we call her hip? We have a whole new division George called hemp FX. Is there a CD oil? We talked about it last time you were on. That's fantastic. TV all different is that we've added anywhere from ten to twenty other things to it. We have the liquid drops. We have the soft gel capsules we have the topical pain relief cream and a little pump bottle and a couple of energy drinks and a farmer wafers. You putting bottles of water. And so I would I would go ahead and and have her take. I'd never take the cat soft gel capsules okay, call uplift, and she could take one or two of those a day and so one ball's gonna last month, and that's definitely going to relieve inflammation in the central nervous system. Anything to do with the brain and inflammation anywhere in the body. And so that's a good place. Just you know, it's an add on. But you can get him. You know, you can get CDL anywhere. You can get assure Vacco shop liquor store on the street corners. But what makes young Judy is different? Is we've added about five.
