"This is Lackritz lack great preachers. There really is no such thing as the United States sovereignty because America is bigger than just the United States. And besides, they argue, United stations. The real interlopers. That's you. Those crossing the border by the hundreds of thousands of the actual indigenous Americans. The Democrat Party hopes to benefit from embracing the movement as it counts on wave after wave of illegal aliens. Subsequent grant of amnesty is one of the ways Which it seeks a permanent hold on power. The Pew researchers reported. Latino voters favored the Democrat Party by a significant margin. Almost laugh when people say Well, Trump made a lot of inroads with the Latino vote he got, like 40%. You know what? Ladies and gentlemen 40% to 60%. That's a slaughter. Jim Clifton, chairman C of Gallup s here the questions every leader should be able to answer regardless of their politics. How many more people are coming to the southern border? What's the plan? There is a 33 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Roughly 450 million adults live in the region. Gallup asked them if they would like to move to another country permanently. If they could a whopping 27% said Yes. This means roughly 120 million people south of the border would like to migrate somewhere. Gallup, then asked them where they would like to move of those who want to leave their country permanently. 35% of 120 Million or 42. Million, said they want to go to the United States. 42 million. Seekers of citizenship or asylum, are watching to determine exactly when and how is the best time to make their move. In addition to finding this is writing a solution for the thousands of migrants currently at the border, Let's include the bigger harder question. What about all those who would like to come? What is the message to them? What is the 10 Year Plan? 330 Million U. S. Citizens are wondering. So are 42 million Latin

"That it becomes less humid Tomorrow. Tomorrow's high cooler at 72 Wednesday. Sunshine and 78. All right, Marshall. Thank you. It is, uh 78 right now. Thank you for listening. It is the mark Blazer show. What did you see this This story of This Laurel Hubbert. She is the he is the she is. He is the first transgender athlete to compete in the Olympics. Coming up hovered lifted, £628.2 lifts to qualify in the women's super heavyweight division. We took a gander at him her earlier and, uh, yeah. They're super heavyweight going on there for sure. Josh and I we had to make sure that it was accurate and and it is, it is completely accurate. This. This, uh They're out of New Zealand and the competed and men's events in the past will become the first transgender competitor to qualify and beyond the country's women's weightlifting team. For Tokyo 2020 now in addition to everything else, there's all kinds of problems. The Guardian, citing IOC guidelines, reported that athletes who transition from male to female because the first question I had Was. Does this guy still have his parts? I mean, is he fully committed? Because can you say someone is fully committed? If in fact they haven't had reassignment, and I'm just asking the question I'm just putting it out there. I'm just asking. Can you say they're fully committed if they haven't had reassignment surgery? So for this particular instance, um athletes who transition from male to female are allowed to compete in events without surgically removing their testes. I I put this question to you How in God's name do you let somebody compete who still has their parts and this guy is for all intents and purposes a man, but it's going to be competing with women. Now. I will say this All right, the back story. This guy? Um they pointed out in 2015. The International Olympic Committee changed its rules to allow transgender athletes to compete as long as their testosterone level is below a certain level. And maintain for a year. The determining criteria. A maximum reading of 10 nan animals per leader of testosterone, or that's at least five times more than a biological woman, by the way. Just and and that still qualifies. You and you have five times more than a biological woman. There's a transitioning eight years ago, according to this Um I I absolutely don't understand how this is happening. I am so confused. You still have your parts. You still even under their rules, or what have you You still have five times more testosterone than a biological woman, and you're allowed to compete against these women. And you know what if you go through this story and start looking at the other, there's a gal out of Belgium. Anna is her name and I can't even pronounce her last name is probably 12. Uh, I can't anyway, she is likely to compete against Hubbard. And she said, this is New Zealand's presence would be like a bad joke for women competitors. You think about this? This girl out of Belgium. She's been competing and ready to go trying to do this and get to this point in her life and do this, and it's probably going to be dashed by a guy who is claiming to be. Who's you know is a woman is saying that he's a woman or what have you This This woman is lifted, £628.2 lifts. Yeah, I'm getting so sick and tired. Of all different Organizations in this society entertaining other people's mental illness. I'm sorry if you have gender dysmorphia And you feel like that's your solution. Go ahead. Do whatever you want. You don't get to take away. You don't get to pretend to be a woman when you're a man. In a sport like that, especially can you of all the sports I can think of to give you a competitive advantage Being bigger, Faster, Stronger bone did denser bones, more muscle mass. No, By the way, you have your testicles still. And we're going to allow this person to steal the spot from someone else. It's unethical. It's a moral and it's absolutely insane. The gal out of Belgium, Anna, who is going to be likely competing against him her, um, there she goes, Life changing opportunities are missed for some athletes medals in Olympic qualifications. We are powerless, she goes on to say we're powerless. The date the debate is taking place. Um, and it's absolutely sad, um, that this is happening. Um Wow. Let's keep with this theme. The U. S. Olympic athlete Chelsea Wolfe. Who is a BMX freestyle writer. She is the first transgender to compete in the BMX freestyle Writer name again as Chelsea Wolfe. If you'd like to look up her. Um But do so at your own. You know what I'm trying to say? Well, just let's just come out and say it. It's one of the most unattractive looking human beings we've ever seen. It's like she's trying on purpose. It's like going out of his or her way. To look like what to make people like It's almost like a shock value kind of thing. Yeah. Um, the this person qualified as an alternate to represent the U. S at this year's Summer Olympics. Um, and the reason that she's doing it, she said her goal was to win an Olympic medal. This is quote so I can burn a U. S flag on the podium unquote. What and delightful piece of trash that that one is. I mean, that's that's her goal. My goal is to win the Olympics so I can burn a U. S flag. I want to represent my country so I can discoloration dishonor my country. It gets better because you would think that those words would follow the thought process something along those lines that you just Uttered there, you would think, but no, no, Josh, that's not what's going on here. She goes on to say that anyone who thinks I don't care about the United States is sorely mistaken. This is her quote. I'm not embellishing at all. This is her quote. One of the reasons why it works so hard to represent the United Station. International competition is to show the world that this country has morals and values. And it's not all of the bad things that were known for. What are all those bad thing. You know, I'm tired of people saying exactly we're known for all these bad things on the world stage I'm gonna need I'm going to need some proof as to what you're saying. You certainly have, you know, because a few people on social media doesn't mean that's the majority of the people. This is absolutely staggering. She goes, Um, earlier this month, this one posted about what it meant to qualify as an alternate for the Olympics as a transgender athlete again. Let me remind you what her goal is. As a BMX freestyle rider Chelsea Wolfe, who qualifies as an alternate to represent the U. S at the Summer Olympics. Her goal is to win an Olympic medal. So I can burn a U. S flag on the podium. That's that is her goal. Completely. And then out of Florida. Remember that tragic accident that happened over the weekend? You know, magically. I'm reading an article from USA today and, you know, I had done more red multiple articles about this whole deadly pride Parade crash in Florida. Over the weekend and the the title of the article. The headline is Deadly Pride Parade Crash in Florida appears unintentional, officials say. And they talk about this Fort Lauderdale mayor down there. Dean Trantalis, Um Dean is the first openly gay mayor for Fort Lauderdale. Initially. Here's what he said. Quote. It's terrible there laying on the ground. This is a clearly terrorist act against the LGBT community. That quote was not in the USA Today article What was in the USA Today article is it terrorized me and all around me, which he did say I feared it could be intentional. Based on what I saw from mere feet away. You know what happened? It was a 77 year old driver. That accidentally hit the pedal hit the gas instead of the brake, and he's also gay. He's he's a dry seven year old. Yeah, the drivers a 77 year old gay man. He's part of the gay men's chorus down there. And he doesn't He can't walk very well. But he wanted to take part in the parade. So he was gonna drive in the parade. He was going. He had a big LGBT. Whatever flag in the back pride flag, whatever you call it. And, um Yeah. And then immediately they try this Mayor. Uh, doesn't wait for any facts that come in. He sounds like he'd be a good.

S. and the last day so those numbers are dramatically lower and you think it's gotten it's not going to come back around again in the fall interesting yeah I'm interested collectors but there's a lull in the reason I don't think it's going to come back in the fall because there's so many mutated strains of people back to the Spanish spoke that military that's why I came back a year later then it's the same thing with the other deadly viruses are we have a long history to stay real strong in the kill yeah so they get progressively weaker so if the if you don't think this thing's going to come back to why would you not go to a rally or a football game just to be cautious and besides I got I don't really care to go to rallies and football games I never have I mean only one somebody dragged me to one of them no I one of the but then then this honest answer Jack I'm I'm a kindred spirit I don't like I don't like being around a lot of people so that's why I sit in the little padded room by myself anyway I appreciate the call I gotta get a break thank you is that matter.

"Getting tweets from the president. After three and a half years are wonderful Sarah Huckabee Sanders will be leaving the White House at the end of the month and going home to the great state of Arkansas. She is a very special person with extraordinary talents, who has done an incredible job. I hope she decides to run for governor of Arkansas, she would be fantastic, Sarah. Thank you for that. We're getting double audio here. So this is Sarah Huckabee Sanders is giving her two weeks notice she's out now. I can't help but wonder if the fact that he was flapping his lips to George Stephanopoulos. They cannot control him. They try to control him. They tried to keep him. You know put guardrails up around him. But yesterday he started blabbing to George Stephanopoulos, about the opposition research, and, you know, again, I don't think it will make any difference to anybody. Whether you like him or don't like them. But it's one of those things if you're in the communication department, the White House, you're going on. Oh, no. No. What is it today? So I wonder if she just finally said, that's it. That's it. I have no idea what a reason is eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Tom in. Oh. Hi, Tom in Reno Nevada. Hello. How are you? Talking with you again. Yeah. I find it odd that the press is having a cow over this, if they were get some information from a foreign source at me on the front page of the New York Times, this is against Trump. Well, they do they. Why, why is it? Not good. No for campaign and do it. But the press can do it. Well. There is a difference. If you are, if you are an elected leader of our country versus the press. But you're right. I mean, it it's kind of a two phase thing. Why is the media allowed to go over? And why is Christopher Steele allowed to go over and dig around and get opposition research? He's a foreigner. He got his information from foreign sources. So why is that? Why is that document? Even I mean talk about it's been basically the bunk. But why, why don't they? Try and extradite him to the United station charged with some crime. I mean it I don't like it. I don't like candidates getting in for I don't want foreign sources involved in our country. But I think Donald Trump is right. Ninety nine percent of politicians would do the same thing, you know, however, if George Stephanopoulos office asked any politician other than Donald Trump, you know what the answer would be Tom. Oh, no. I would never entertain. Of course they'd lie. Trump made the mistake of telling how we really feel felt about it. Right. That's, that's why I go. Why does he talk to these people? Why does hold dot com anyway? No, why doesn't he hold nice. Formal news conferences, every once in a while, but he's doing them like two of week in the driveway, then what was Stephanopolous doing in the Oval Office. Oh, I don't know. I, I think one reason he doesn't do the press conferences anymore is because they give the Democrats are rebuttal time after it. And that's all you hear in the news is all rebuttals never. Yeah. Whereas if he's if he's out on the tarmac doing it, it's in, you know, you're, too, and that gets put out his message gets put out versus the Democrats have to the fact gets put out. I mean as your what your meat or even gives his fresh caucus. Yep. What's your media reaction to Sarah Huckabee Sanders? Saint see ya. I'm sorry to see her go. I think she did a great job. Yeah, I don't know how I don't know how the replacer I really don't. Because in, in a very funny way I find it hilarious the way she barks at the media she mad. She gives them the what for and doesn't hesitate she's tough. And I don't know you're going to need another tough person to be the press spokesman for the Trump White House. This is not this is not an easy job to fill so. All right. Yeah. I it is rather rich at the media's making a big deal out of it because they do the same thing. They are on it and reporting on any dirt from anybody anywhere that they can get their hands on. So Tom, thank you. Always good to talk to you. Appreciate the call phone number here. "Directly. Now your host, Richard R J. And we are back on this Vero. Our here's kind of grim story, you're not likely to hear from your mainstream news media. The United stations to send a team of investigators into Mali into the Mopti region of that country or more than one hundred and fifty people were killed last weekend. It's gotten very little coverage. Here it was in the village of GU onto the Falani hurting community. There's been a cert Sarith significant surge in violence across communal lines by so called self defense groups, but what they're not saying that this too is a reflection of the destabilization that has come about because we've been encouraging extremism around the world and that needs to stop. Hello, everybody. This is Richard RJ as gal from Missouri. Our, you know, there are a lot of myths out there about social security, and they're out there for a reason to make you think it's a good idea to slash the benefit you've already earned. Here's the truth. Social security has its own special source of revenue politicians who say it's driving up. The deficit are lying. Social security can't drive up the deficit because it doesn't contribute to the deficit. In fact, it's forbidden by law from contributing to.

"You win when your son looks at us as mama. Look, you one bullies. Don't win. Maybe. Sorry. What? Who are we impeaching? I believe she says you get impeached. The. Ever talking about the president of the United States. Oh, yes. She's now a Representative in the house of representatives. She told her son. I don't know how old your son is. But he says things like mama bullies though win you one, mama. So I mean, I'm assuming he's a young person. And she wasn't running against the president of the United station beat the president. Nope. She beat nobody. From what I understand. She ran unopposed in Michigan. So I'm not sure I understand what that conversation. Even was it reminded me of the conversation allegedly had with her little grandson or DNC closest grand sentences birthday three or four or five years old. And he'd Lewis candles out on the on the birthday cake. And Nancy Pelosi said grandson, what did you wish for? He said, grandma, I wish I could be a Brown person. And she just thought that was so wonderful. So instead of being proud of his heritage who was the American culture. She's proud that he wants to be somebody of a different race or a different ethnicity. That's how dumb it's gotten on the left, but these people keep wedding somehow how San Francisco keeps on voting Nancy Pelosi in. It'll boggle my mind forever. I don't get it. Now, the president did respond to Rashid it to leaves disgusting out. I as he was asked by Kevin Corke over at Fox News about the comments. Russia your comment about the freshman congress persons comments, specifically does her comments were disgraceful. This is a person that I don't know. I assume she's new I think she dishonored herself. And I think she dishonored her family using language like that in front of her son. And whoever else was there. I thought that was a great dishonor to her and to her family. I thought it was highly disrespectful to the United States of America. Yes. That's the appropriate answer. That's the appropriate answer. You don't say that about the president of the United States? And I'll say this until the cows come home. Brock Obama is a cool, dude. Like if you're standing from afar, you don't talk to them. You're not talking politics. The guy has learned to walk with a certain swagger when he reads a teleprompter. He's a very good communicator, just by the way, he pauses. With the things he says. Really make you take notice what he's in front of a crowd. I mean, that's learned the wasn't born didn't grow up speaking like that that was learned, but he's very effective at it. Plus, he sings one hell of a good Al green song, that's cool too. So I never had a personal hatred for the guy not even really a personal dislike his policies sucked. He's a racist. He divided us on lines of race. And if you wanna talk about impeachment, I can give you probably four or five different things. He did that we're legitimately impeachable. Although I never push for impeachment of of Brock Obama. I wanted to be voted out. And it didn't happen in two thousand twelve you know, lame ass Mitt Romney. But when you're a newly elected Representative in the house of representatives. Remember when the one guy from South Carolina yelled you lie when Obama was talking about how ObamaCare wasn't gonna give insurance to illegals. That was a lie. When that guy yelled that out during the state of the union, he was excoriated, man. He was treated like absolute crap. The media flipped out the word. Was used a lot when it came to that guy. Joe somebody I can't remember his last name. All he did was say you lie. They didn't say you're a liar. Even call him a name. You just said you lie. And got in big trouble. Big trouble had to apologize this that and the other wasn't appropriate for a Representative from the house of representatives to lash out at the president like that this city tha Leib calls the president one of the most vile things you can say in English language. I don't know that there are that many worse things in the English language than M F. I think if you're a woman if somebody's call calls, you the c word I think that's worse. But this is on par or close anyway. And the people cheered. People loved it. They couldn't get enough. It's disgusting. It's disgraceful. It's beneath which he is supposed to be a Representative of her of her district. It's beneath what should be said in the house of representatives. And anybody who took any sort of glee from her saying that she check yourself. It was the top trending thing on Twitter all day. We didn't hear about the great economic numbers. We don't hear about the great jobs numbers. What we heard was impeached. The F. That's what we want to be in America. That's what that's what this this far left wing of the democrat party wants. Here to say the rest of us. Don't. I'm here to say it was beneath that office. Oh, by the way. If you're confused about who this woman is in her office on the global map map of the world. She put a post it note or something over Israel and wrote the word Palestine. That's who she is hates Israel hate Jews hates her best friend in the middle. "I'll answer yours. All right. Well, so figured out that the car has entertainment system, obviously. It has places you can plug in a we. And so we were able to understand their people in dinner listening to this. They probably don't know. What a we is as a gaming system gaming system. Yeah. Like, you didn't say we'd. That's a whole other entertainment on the way Arado. Yeah. We have you. I. So we were able to rig that and so I was able to play some of the little games on the wing in the car while we were on the way, plus you're able to watch movies, and of course, listen to music, and then occasionally look out the window, we were bored occasionally look out the window if you were bored. I like it if you were bored from all of the digital entertainment, you got to look outside and see if God put color on the planet. That's beautiful. I love it did and that was our entered that was our entertainment. Let me explain to you the games we played as we rode without seatbelts and. But you also have to remember that we also drew the New Mexico, which forgive me, this New Mexico, but doesn't have very much Brown a colour. Yes, I know Toco. Malls tans Brown's. Yeah. Still green and blue sky. Yeah. Welcome. Now. We we had we had metal dashboards with no air bags in them. And we would sit on the dashboard sometimes and sometimes in the rear dash, we would lay down underneath the glass and take a nap. And we would sit on what we call the buddy seat, which as we know is the armrest in between the two front seats. We didn't have car seats. We didn't have we used to ride in a station wagon United station wagon is now I don't even know what to say. You know, what it's nation. You don't know what a station wagon is your remember watching Christmas vacation or the okay? So in the big long car that they had and he had the front page you had the back seat. And then you had a behind that you had a rear facing seat. So you could put two or three kids there in the back staring were riding backwards, and you stared out the back at the cars coming at you. So that if there was a rear ending accident and someone ran into the back of your, let's. A Mack truck failed to put on the brakes. What you got mashed like, you were already back there like sardines, we wrote around like that we call that fun. And we played games. Like a punch buggy. Do. You. Don't punch buggies. No. Yes. They punch bug in a lot of people are going all my No. no. I know. I know what that is. Where you see? Yeah. You see a slug bug a little Volkswagen bug or whatever you punch, and so you count those or you counted the state license tag license plates or the yes. So you did all those things. And it's sometimes, you know, were you counted? The mile markers you saying ninety nine bottles of beer on the wall. And you sing that. No ninety nine bottles of beer on the wall. Not in. I'm bottles of beer. Take one down pass it around ninety eight bottles of beer on the well, ninety eight bottles of beer on the wall. So you you did that ad nauseam. And that's why my father died as a young man because he had to listen to that for years for miles for road trip after road trip of us screaming, and then he's looking at me. Brutal. Looking at me mom, tell him to stop looking at me look at him back. Yeah. Exactly. See that's kids are crazy. But you guys have it..

I know that you eat that much food that much food aid a lot of food to I think my favorite thing that I ate was the sweet potato casserole had so much Brown sugar and just tons of marshmallows on top. It was perfect. Sweet potatoes are disgusting. When you go over to your mother-in-law's house who is married to a chef things are better than normal. Okay. You win. Great. Although I am very thankful for the food that I had and it was very funny. What was your favorite thing? My favorite thing. Every year is the stuffing. And I don't I mean, I do like fancy stuffing. But I love just the cheap stove top the red box red box at butter and water, and you're done just as much as any stuffing. That's good. Green bean casserole is number two on the list. Just keeps me off list. They're very bottom of my list is sweet potato my list is cranberry sauce stuff. So I don't love cranberry sauce, but I don't like Turkey at all. What is wrong with you? But I like it with cranberry sauce on it. There was a hashtag going around on Twitter ruin like has Tyurin thanksgiving with four words. And I think the best forward like thanksgiving ruining sentence. I could come up with was. Hey, son, were vegan. How can you have thanksgiving Turkey, but you know, Turkey so for you be like what we had ham. I I thinks giving my entire life to not have Turkey and me last year didn't even miss it. Last year was my first year without without Turkey. We had a HoneyBaked ham. Nice stood in line behind your friends that were in. That's right. Yeah. Weight the tall guy, gray hair. Oh, yeah. But I've got nothing reducton duck. And what is it was the Christmas story or was that Christmas Christmas that it's defa because they had a Turkey in the oven and all the wolf dog things eight it, and they went to the Chinese restaurant because it was open and they had the foul rabbi. Is that racist? It is today was it yesterday. Again. Yes, that's like the Orientale. Right. Like, so oriental if you call oriental now, that's not does not nice but used to that was just a thing that was like saying Asian. Yeah. Is asian. Okay. I think so I think it depends on who you ask. But I think if you ask an Asia there would be like, Nope. Let's like Mexican. I'm sure it's not long until that's racist. But I'm American because I live in America, technically, Mexicans of in America too. But they live in Mexico. So they're Mexican. Yeah. Of course response to a number of points accumulated, including I e said that the quotation from Senator Howard that you've relied on was also relied on by Michael Anton in the national review. He's the spokesperson for the national Security Council on whom President Trump relied and accused suggesting that there was a or inserted into quote changed its meaning the quotas. This will not of course, include persons born in the United States who were foreigners aliens. And then I suppose around town inserted an or who belonged to the families embassador. And then then professor. Amore also introduced the one KMart case. So your thoughts about why that case which applied to the children of legal aliens does not apply to the children illegally lands would be great. Actually, I'm the one who originally insight is the or in quote because I thought it clarified it. And I still think it's a the or bracketed or is justified. I wrote a response to the editors of national review, which they posted a justifying the use of the or using the Jacob Howard's of words. Because after all he said that the reason that he didn't repeat the language of the Civil Rights Act saying Indians, not taxed are excluded. Was that he regarded Indians as foreigners. So in that statement that he made he resisted including the Indians it in the fourteenth amendment language because he regarded them as foreigners in having a foreign nation. He said we've always thought of Indians as being members of foreign nations. And so they were part of the foreigners that that he included there. I gave a plenty of other evidence, including the Civil Rights Act of eighteen sixty six in which he said, those who are subject to a foreign power where are are not eligible for birthright citizenship. I don't. See how you can get any clearer than that. But I think that. Professor Amar would reasons the fourteenth amendment is somehow repealing the Civil Rights Act the bay sixty six because the civil rights activities, they sick doesn't fact exclude those who are subject to a foreign power from earthrights citizenship. So that people who come here illegally are obviously subject to a foreign power and the Civil Rights Act to excluded them from a birthright citizenship. And now he would say fourteenth amendment includes them in birthright citizenship. So you have an incompatibility between the fourteenth amendment in the Civil Rights Act of eighteen sixty six and I don't know of anyone who makes that argument. Now, I don't know what. Statute, the professor is referring to. But I don't believe that. There is any case on point that says except in dicta that says as the children of illegal aliens are considered to be. Citizens of the the United States. I don't think there is a case. And I don't think the player versus though does say that after all the children that were involved in that case were in fact, illegal aliens until I don't think that cases is on. Let me just say something about one Kim arc the argument in one KMart. We have to remember that his parents were legal Ilian 's they were in the country legally, but they were not eligible they could never become citizens of the United States. They were barred from. Citizenship by treaty and by statute, and they profess allegiance to the emperor of China. So. One Kamarck was born in the United station the question of whether or not he was the citizen of the United States is now Justice great who wrote the majority decision..

We have to play the Sarah Huckabee Sanders audio where she is at the White House, press correspondent. Discussion yesterday with the press and Jim Acosta a costs. This guy is really, really starting to get on my nerves. Here's what he said to Sarah Huckabee. Sanders because the president has called the press the enemy of the people, and he is demanding now that she speak out and I guess contradict the president. That's what he's trying to get her to do. Watch this. I think it would be a good thing. If you were to say right here at this briefing that the press people were gathered in this room right now doing their jobs everyday, asking questions of ficials. Like the ones you brought earlier are not the enemy of the people. I think we we deserve that. Can we pause? It has. Per second. Thank you. First of all, Jim, you don't deserve anything except to be kicked out of this freakin room right now. That's what you really deserve. You deserve that. Why based on what what makes you deserve any kind of explanation from the White House, press secretary who's under no obligation to tell you anything about her opinion? She is there to tell you what the what the president thinks, how he feels about issues? Not her. She's got again. Isn't it a cost of the same one? Was he the one that called her one of the most powerful people in the world? So it was appropriate to. She's got no power. Zero will look them legislate. She doesn't advise she. She doesn't judiciary. It doesn't do anything Chris Hayes from NBC colder phrasing. All right. So let's go back and watch this because it's really it's outrageous. I think it would be a good thing. If you were to say right here at this briefing that the press people were gathered in this room right now doing their jobs every day, asking questions officials, like the ones you brought earlier more, not the enemy of the people. I think we we deserve that president has made his position known. It's ironic. Answer your question. I politely waited and I even called on you despite the fact that you interrupted me. Why calling on your collie. I said, it's ironic. Erupted, I'm trying. Shouldn't have been directed. That would be fun. It's ironic Jim that not only you in the media attack the president for his rhetoric when they frequently lower the level of conversation in this country repeatedly repeatedly the media resorts to personal attacks without any content other than to incite anger. Thank you. The media has attacked me personally, on a number of occasions, including your own network said, I should be harassed as a life sentence that I should be choked. Ice officials are not welcomed in their place of worship and personal information is shared on the internet. When I was hosted by the correspondence association of which almost all of you are members of you brought a comedian up to attack my appearance and call me a traitor to my own gender. In fact, as I know, I'm this far as I know I'm the first press secretary in the history of the United States that's required secret service protection. The media continues to ratchet up the verbal assault against the president and everyone in this administration. And certainly we have a role to play, but the media. A role to play for the discourse in this country as well and serve. I may follow up if I may follow up. Excuse me, you not says me and the course of those remarks that you just made that the press is not the enemy of the people. Are we to take it from what you just said. We all get put through the ringer. We all get quitting the meat grinder in this town, and you're no exception. And I'm sorry that that happened to you. I wish that that that had not happened, but do you for for the sake of this is room that people who are in this room, this democracy, this country, it's not a democracy from the world of watching what you're saying and the White House for the United States of America. "The people's herald took a different path rather than listening to the salt of the earth. Truth, loving, Ron, Paul supporters screaming access, he fled into a hotel lobby. The first time press secretary. Sarah Huckabee Sanders confronted press questions about the rage in Tampa. She said the media do bad things to citing long debunked story about how the media jeopardized crucial intelligence on Osama bin Laden's. Unfortunately, it's now standard to abandon commonsense at the core practices. This is a two way street. We certainly support a free press. We certainly condemn violence against anybody, but we also ask that people act responsibly in report accurately and fairly. It was another case of what about ISM Trump increasingly profits from the businesses. He never stepped away from when he took the presidency. But what about the Clinton foundation, his pow Putin murders people, but America does bad things to there was fault on all sides in Charlottesville. Don't look at the angry mob and Tampa, unless of course you approve, look instead at the lying press, essentially invites supporters to indulge themselves and faceless and Sony resentment as a way to not take seriously whatever issue is at hand. Right? And then when people criticize that you hear, well, what about the media's wise? Well, again, you know, the media doesn't lie the way Trump does and corrects itself as much as can some of the media. Yeah, but the point is that the what about isn't in this particular case, invites his supporters. Just shrug off extremely serious abuses and his son approvingly tweets out the harassment with the caption hashtag truth truth I believe was meant to apply to the CNN sucks chance. But even so, I mean, Eric Trump is saying, we like this, daddy Trump likes this. And then of course, Trump himself tweeted that. And so it's a direct encouragement to do more of it according to a point nippy AC poll conducted in April fifty, three percent of respondents said they trusted the news media over President Trump eighty. One percent of Republicans said they trusted Trump over the media. When asked if the news media are the enemy of the people or an important part of democracy, sixty six percent of respondents said they were important part of democracy. Fifty. One percent of Republicans chose enemy of the people, Jim Acosta at Thursday's press briefing for. For the sake of his room, the people who are in this room, this democracy, this country, all the people around the world are watching what you're saying. Sarah, and the White House for the United States of America. The president United station, not referred to us as the enemy of the people. I've addressed my personal feelings. I'm here to speak on behalf of the president. He's made his comments, clear. If this program were fixated on the president's anti press obsession, which we could feasibly be. You wouldn't listen to it. Neither would we, but viewed as the tip of the spear in his war on accountability on evidence on reality itself. That's something else. Wielding hatred as a distraction from the real problems hiding in plain sight, creating scapegoats, to absorb the bitterness of the disenfranchised while the rich and powerful persist in enriching and empowering themselves. That's malignant stuff, brutal stuff. But in some major media precincts are those who say, Trump is making America great again, as awesome in the country grows and it's more people reject the mainstream media journalists get furious. Like mean girls uninvited to the prom, Greg gut field. One of the FOX five began when Trump was elected when Paul. Krugman and his ilk then predicted, of course economic. Collapse wrong. Again, you jackasses. The economy is on fire, which is the only reason you can afford therapy. The economy hasn't changed much from me for the rich though it is on fire for the poor. It's scorched earth according to a recent UN report eighteen and a half million Americans suffer. Extreme impoverishment. The White House says it's a quarter million. One in five, American children is impoverished, but it's all working out and just remember what you're seeing..

The press video reporting heckled was tweeted by the president son when the hashtag truth, and then re tweeted by Trump himself. Trump is referred to the press as the opposition party fake news and the enemy of the people today became the official position of the White House that the press those of us responsible for making sense of a complicated world whose job it is to inform and guides -ociety for the better is actually your enemy, an enemy of the people that's because given the opportunity to say that wasn't the case. Sarah Huckabee. Sanders very pointedly chose not to. For the sake of this, this room that people were in this room, this democracy, this country, all the people around the world are watching what you're saying. He's made his comments, clear joined have of wooder for port of the Daily Beast and Bob Garfield co host of WNYC's on the media. Bob, would you think of what has happened the last few days on this score? Well, I think it's obviously disgraceful. It's perverse. It's a lie. Incitement it is. It is a whole mess of ugly things. And I think as far as Sarah Huckabee, Sanders is concerned, not all that important. She what do you expect her to say? She has a mouthpiece for Donald Trump and she, I would say she's an apologist for him, but she never apologizes her job is to to marginally make his outrageous seamless outrageous. She's as it turns out very bad at that is well, but kind of duh. Of course, she said that or more to the point of course, refused to to walk back his hideous allegation. He made some clarifying tweet which is not even worth getting into about how he only means fake news, but we is like there's, there's a sort of there's a trap here. I always feel worried to get getting pulled into, which is the sort of desire on the part. Part of the White House to kind of make the press into the opposition. It calls at the opposition party wants to fight with the press energizing for the people that come to the rallies and throw up their middle finger screamed the press in the NASCAR selfish afterwards, very bizarre psychology, but it was something really nasty here happening. I mean, this is from the committee to protect journalists, twenty one six countries jailed on charges related to fake news in two thousand seventeen like there are consequences to. There are consequences and. It's not that he's setting up the press is an imposing party enemy of the people is not an opposing party. No, he is right about one thing there. There is an enemy of the people. There is a a an enemy within fifth column that is an enemy of truth and of honesty and of civility and respect of law and order, and it is the president of the United States and what he is doing is so beyond the pale and un-american that what his his press spokesman has to say is is more or less beside the point. Betsy, what? What do you think it strikes me that there's sort of a remarkable irony when it comes to the way that this White House talks about the media and that is that there's never been a president who simultaneously so big. Bitter and angry and vitriolic towards the press. But at the same time, so dependent on it. And so engrossed in every every every minute of media coverage of his presidency and Trump has been like this going back for decades. This is not something new and his character when he was a real estate developer New York, he was obsessed with the way that his business was covered. He was racial consumer of tabloid, journalism, calling up reporters, complaining and badgering with them to write stories about him to get him in the paper to get him on TV. He was very much consumed with media coverage of himself..
