Joe Biden Compares Paul Pelosi Attack to January 6 Protest

"You got Joe Biden out there trying to compare what happened to Paul Pelosi to January 6th, cut number 9, please. He woke him up. He wanted to tie him up the assailant ended up using a hammer to smash Paul's skull. Thankfully, by the grace of God, Paul survived. All this happened after the assault, and I saw a hard to even say, it's hard to even say, after the assailant entered the home asking, where's Nancy? Where's Nancy? Those are the very same words used by the mob when they stormed the United States Capitol on January 6th. So here's what's going to happen. The next time anybody comes into Pelosi's office up on Capitol Hill and says, hey, where's Nancy? Boom. They're taking out their taser and dragged out of the building and thrown in jail. Apparently that's a crime. But just because the guy allegedly said where's Nancy doesn't mean he's a right wing extremist.

J6 Committee Votes to Subpoena Donald Trump

"6 panel plans a Trump subpoena. This is what they now have. They have failed at every single turn now in the month of October, halfway through the month of October, where we are just days away from one of the most consequential midterm elections of our lifetime, their way of now having their big October surprise is to subpoena Donald Trump for what exactly. Play cut 96, please. I am offering this resolution. That the committee direct the chairman to issue a subpoena for relevant documents and testimony under oath from Donald John Trump. In connection with the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol. That's Liz Cheney making the announcement that now the January 6th committee is going to use their resources their taxpayer funded resources to go subpoena Donald Trump. In the list of priorities for voters, what do you think? Where do you think January 6th ends up for battleground voters in Arizona, Georgia and Pennsylvania? They have nothing else. They can't run on a record. They can't run on governing. They can't run on anything. It is a total collapse of the Democrat party. And instead of trying to moderate their views, instead of trying to find some sort of messaging adjustment, it's, hey, let's go after the head of the snake. And I believe this is only going to boost Democrat turnout. I'd love

Glenn Kirschner: Trump's Actions on Jan 6th Are Unforgivable

"Steph, this was not negligence. This was not incompetence. This was an orchestration by Donald Trump. This came from the top down. He wanted to set the capital up to be taken. He wanted to set the people in the capitol up to be hurt, including Mike Pence. He made no secret about that. Maybe Mike Pence should be hanged. So what he did Steph and I've been saying this since not long after January 6th, he deprived the United States Capitol of the law enforcement resources it needed to defend against an attack. He launched. Think about it. There were only two law enforcement agencies there that day. The capitol police, which is the only federal law enforcement agency under the control of Congress rather than of the executive branch and the Metropolitan Police department, my partners in local crime fighting the city cops, right? Who was absent Marshall service, ATF, DEA, largely FBI, park police. The bureau of prisons, prisons, riot squad. Why do I cite that organization? They were deployed to BLM. They were the federal government knows how to deploy massive law enforcement resources and Donald Trump refused to do it because he wanted the capital to be taken. That's going to be part of this conspiracy, and that is unforgivable.

"Did or did not President Trump and or his administration Or for national guardsmen To Nancy Pelosi and her people before January 6th Unequivocally yes January 4th in the Oval Office I was there with the commander in chief the Secretary of Defense the chairman of joint chiefs of staff and the chief of staff for the president of the United States where the president unequivocally authorized up to 20,000 national guardsmen and women on January 4th immediately thereafter as chief of staff for the Department of Defense We executed that authorization and went to Nancy Pelosi and the capitol police and mayor Bowser and they all said no and mayor Bowser put it in writing in the United States Capitol police timeline that was just released shows that they declined and put it in writing Do we know why The Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi declined the president's offer For national guardsmen and how many did he offer The president offered up to 20,000 in the law works as you know mark is the president can authorize the National Guard or the second component of the laws there must be a request by a federal agency or a governor in this case mayor of D.C. And Nancy Pelosi controls the federal capital police and therefore they report it to her and why they did not want it I would leave it to the political experts I'm a national security guide but they seem to be worried about the optics just like they were worried about the optics of Lafayette square though there was the hypocrisy of their way And they also could have put up a no crime fence around the capitol They failed to do that And they failed that federal law enforcement there surrounding the capital such as the FBI and DHS They failed to do a great many things that would have been very simple to do

"I can't help but see that. You had a situation where the National Guard was readily deployed. You guys were put into place during protests where quite frankly it was about black people and police killing black. Those were the concerns, and then you had this situation on January 6th where it was almost 100% white people. And there was a hesitancy to call you all. Did you make that connection? Have you thought about that connection? Well, I'm African American. I'm a black person. George Floyd could have been my brother. My son, my uncle. My father, George Floyd. Could be me. You know, so it wasn't lost on me. Yeah. And not just George Floyd. Sandra bland and so many others. It's not lost on me. So it's inescapable to see the difference in the response. In the summer, and the response on January 6th. Yeah. And that was that also in your mind on January 6th. You can not not be able to be on your mind. It could not be on my mind. And I'll tell you something, ma'am. It was undermined of everybody. Not just black. Airmen and black soldiers. It was on every guardsman. The difference was undeniable. What do you think that people don't understand about January 6? Well, I think they understand. Yeah. So I think it's just willful, blindness. It's willful, they're deceiving themselves. Anybody who says that there was not a riot here. Anybody who could watch the video of what occurred here and walk away from that saying that it was not what it was. Then the self deceived. Yeah. I mean, I was here. They're either being deceived or they're deceiving themselves, or maybe both. Yeah. I guess I'm not convinced that it's so innocent as just denial. I think it's lying. And I don't disagree with you. But denial, sometimes there's a reflex. You know, it's something to this can't be happening. I can't be here. This couldn't have occurred. That type of denial. Which I cause self deception. You're somebody who's very methodical, you believe in the chain of command, you believe in these rules, and that was a day when the rules weren't working. Well, the rules work because as bad as I wanted to show up here with every available guardsman, I didn't. And I was like, really wanted to come. I came very close to just doing something I had, which would just be so outrageous to me. And that was to come anyway. And I had my army lawyer. My command sergeant major and others said sir, there's no way you can just tell us to go. Now, we will go if you tell us. But you just can't do that. Yeah. So, so, yeah, so the rules do work. As bad as I wanted to come, I didn't. I guess the rule I'm thinking of is you need to be backed up. It shouldn't have taken three hours for this person to call this person to get a sheet of paper that said that you can go I feel like that there was definitely a let down there. Yeah. So I felt let down. But more than that, I feel like the United States Capitol police, the Metropolitan Police, and everybody that was out here felt that now. It.

'Two Wrongs Don't Make a Right': Chris Christie Discusses the Capitol Riots and BLM Protests

"There. We got to talk about, you know, the debate about January 6th in our world. You got people. I mean, I think the common sense reaction to January 6th is that it was a horrible, terrible, unforgivable kind of event, but it was not Pearl Harbor meets 9 11 meets Armageddon. It was not something that should be weaponized politically, there are a whole lot of people who think that January 6th coverage is sort of backfiring on a common sense perspective that says, wait a minute. What about all of the buildings that were burned to the ground and the rioting and the police precincts? Torched and the federal courthouse put on fire. To many my listeners governor, January 6th was terrible, but it sort of paled in comparison to the George Floyd riots. Is that fair? Well, look, I think what's fair is what my mother taught me. Two wrongs don't make a right. And the fact is that what happened over the summer and the violence that happened all across the country in the summer after the George Floyd murder was completely unacceptable conduct and it was rationalized and justified and in many ways supported by large elements of the Democratic Party. And that's absolutely unacceptable. And we should as a country be ashamed that that stuff was going on. By the same token, what happened on January 6th in an attempt to interfere with or intimidate elected officials from doing their constitutional duty as to do that at the cost of the kind of vandalism and damage that happened at the United States Capitol is also wrong. And I think that people who are trying to make January 6th more than that are doing it for purely political reasons. And so we need to save this is wrong. Those who encouraged it and didn't stand in front of stopping it, were wrong. But by the way, the Democratic Party as well has a great deal to answer for regarding the violence that happened in the summer, George Floyd made this country more divided, made this country more angry and made violence normalized. And that is an awful awful sin to have committed as a public official in this

Police Officers Deliver Emotional Testimony About Violent Day at Capitol

"D. C. Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Finnegan yesterday, describing what he encountered as he tried to protect the U. S Capital on January 6th. On that day I participated in the defense of the United States Capitol from an armed mob, an armed mob of thousands determined to get inside. Rep. Banks Says Pelosi Must Answer Questions About Capitol Security

"Nancy pelosi has broken a few norms by kicking you off the kangaroo commission for the ridiculous january sixth thing what are you guys going to do exactly the kind of vengeance. It's necessary to deter this kind of norm destruction in the future. Well that's a great question for first and foremost where we're going to have a press conference here about a half an hour. The group that she or that that kevin mccarthy rather appointed to serve on the committee that she rejected as you said this has never happened before completely unprecedented in congressional history for the leader of one party to reject the appointments to a select committee from the other parties. So i suppose. I'll be an asterik in history when it comes to that but as far as the as far as the topic at hand the reason that nancy pelosi targeted a rejected me and jim jordan because we were beginning to ask the questions this she did not want this committee to head toward answering. What questions on am i talking about. Specifically about why. The united states capitol was vulnerable on january. Six to begin with when there was intelligence report three weeks before january six that told the told the capitol police that something was going to happen that day. Why why did the leadership of the capitol. Police failed to act on that intelligence. And and why didn't they do anything about it. But by the way when you look at the leadership structure of the united states capitol and the oversight of the of the united states capitol police. The speaker of the house says more authority than anybody. So all of this happened on nancy. Pelosi's watch and and those are the questions. Jim jordan and i started asking about about those vulnerabilities why nothing was done about it and those are questions. That clearly doesn't want to doesn't want to answer.

House Advances Jan. 6 Commission, Despite 175 Republicans Voting Against

"The house voted to create a commission to investigate the insurrection at the capitol on january. Sixth the vote. Two hundred and fifty to one seventy five with just thirty. Five republicans voting in favour. This is pretty remarkable moment on january six of course the leader of the republican party. Donald trump fomented a violent insurrection. Hundreds and hundreds of rioters march for rally near the white house to the united states capitol at trump's explicit invitation where they descended on the building attacking officers and sending members of congress. Republican and democrat cowering barricading themselves in their own chambers offices fearing for their laws. The crowd infamously erected gallows just outside the capitol building wall group that have forced their way inside it. Hang mike pence. Hang mike pence advice. President refused to overturn the election. In the way that donald trump wanted and the purpose of all of it was to steal the election to stop the peaceful transfer of power to keep donald trump in the white house. Now it has been more than four months since that day. There is still so much we do not know about what happened on january six. I mean look at this just today the f. b. i. Released two new videos previously unseen of two new suspects in violent assaults on officers at the capitol. This one suspect tries to rip off and officers gasmask picks up a baton starts hitting officers with it. The other video shows a suspect wearing gloves with metal knuckles punching officers as they tried to defend an entrance to the capital. "The wrong place at the wrong time on and on a day when peace was shattered to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. Sick Nick was just the fifth American ever to lie in honor in the Capitol Rotunda. Speaker Nancy Pelosi. I promised to Brian's family is that we will never forget his sacrifice and security is still tight at the capital. There are about 7100 troops guarding the United States Capitol. They're going to be here until probably mid to late March. They're certainly going to be here through the impeachment trial. There is a growing chorus of members to take down the fences because they don't like the optic and think. Okay, there has to be some way we can protect the building and the campus without all of these troops. Hearing him five carbines and Humvees and in military fatigues all the time. They have to change that that this is the United States Congress, but when you have a threat Which was as malignant as the one on the sixth of January. They have. Obviously they always thought this building was secure is Lindsey Graham, the Republican senator from South Carolina said, You know how did this happen? 20 years after 9 11 The weapon that day. Not guns, not homemade napalm, which some people brought. The weapon. We're people. They just simply outmanned the U. S. Capitol police, among other things. That's a problem. "And Good Tuesday morning, America's first news continues its the 26th day of January, and threats against the lawmakers have prompted the U. S. Capitol police and other federal law enforcement to request thousands of National Guard troops remain in the nation's capital. Until mid March. The security put in place following the attack on democracy will remain as lawmakers charge former president trump with incitement of insurrection. National Guard has been requested to continue supporting federal law enforcement agencies with about 7000 personnel of the coming weeks that presidents will likely draw down to about 5000 by mid March. National Guard Service members will provide a variety of support, including security, communications, medical evacuation, logistics and safety support to these organizations. We were requested to be armed. Everybody is not armed, but way are Providing the level security that was requested by us Behalf of the United States. Capitol police way are relying on the intelligence from our federal partners and are essentially our customers. In this case, the United States Capitol police were supported them. And if there needs to be a shift in our security posture, they will let us know that we will adjust accordingly. Law enforcement officials are already starting to plan for the possibility of armed protesters returning to the capital. When Trump Senate trial begins the week of February. 8th. Democrats say the case is clear as the president told supporters to march to the capital and fight like hell or they wouldn't have a country anymore. Republicans presenting a tangle of legal arguments against the legitimacy of the trial and questioning whether Trump's repeated demands to overturn democracy amount to incitement. "And this gentleman said, You know where you are You members, you know, meaning members of Congress and the one woman said out of nowhere with the press, and he said, No, The press can't come in here. So I did get as has been reported. I didn't get a little argumentative. With him about the fact that they had no place to go and no even other people who could go barricade themselves in office. They literally had no place to go on. Go another one of my colleagues, Reuben Diego, who was right there at the time. You know, he said. My office is just one floor up. But by that point it was nearby On by that point, we were, um, uh, away from the capital, where the threat wasn't so He gave them his office for them to secure themselves in his office. So, um, you know my gratitude for him for responding in that manner as well. But it was pretty astounding that these people had just been no huddling on the ground with the rest of us. And then in a moment when it was told that they couldn't go into this room in this area of the building that was considered to be safe, So it really sounds to me and I want to embarrass you here. But it really sounds to me like your Training as a case officer played a role here in how you dealt with this. Is that that your sentence you? Uh yeah, I would say, And I would want to thank you know all my my my all the trainers at the farm for all the scenarios that they put us through, you know, uh, The types of scenarios where you try to, and I'm certainly not yet. I don't think you ever really do you try to get accustomed to loud noises. You're trying to get accustomed. What is it? What is pandemonium sound like what's the most kind of productive way to respond to it? You know, I never had any similar experiences on the job at CIA, but certainly the training prepares you for it. But I will say Michael, One of the unbelievable things is that you know, even though earlier in my career when I wasn't CIA, we prepared for these sorts of things right? We land ran through the scenario. What happens when there's an attack on the building you're in when they come looking For high ranking U. S officials like how you respond to that. What do you do? How do you protect yourself? Um, the idea that the time in my life when I would actually come close to experiencing any of that would be at the United States Capitol. At the at the hands and direction of insurrection is Americans. Fellow Americans insurrectionists is absolutely theme, the unthinkable on unbelievable thing, but I did have quite a few conversations with a couple of my CIA training class mates. About about the day and, you know, just reflecting on some of the experiences and some of the training that we went through, and you know, again with a little bit of dark humor about, um you know how how I was asleep, mentally preparing to respond. I can't imagine hordes of individuals fueling the anger incentivized by the president by Rudolph Giuliani. Talking about trial by combat, and the president with his fist raised talk about fighting. Get down Pennsylvania Avenue. I'm going to join you. And all of a sudden the United States Capitol is ransacked like so many American cities on the last in the past year, and I'm thinking, my gosh, what has happened to our country? That's very sad. You know, the You found her said that democracy relies on a moral society and I don't know if we're going the wrong direction on that. But Just from a climate point of view. It's coming tough. I'm afraid communities have to learn the hard way when we had when we see blackouts of California is now saying when we see electricity, race rates and gas prices rising Eventually people are going to say, you know, maybe this isn't such a good idea, but We're wealthy nation we could run for a long time to in foolish things. Eventually, though, the economic sugar to come home to roost on baby we get back to some common sense and energy free market. Liberty is what I'm after. And this past election was not based upon those issues. It was either love trump or hate Trump rather than the policies, many of his of which what worked. What happened him after the election day itself is Is the disintegration of what occurred, but that's my opinion. Steve Goran, we gotta run, and it's always good to hear from you about the climate. You know where I live Right now. In Ohio, it's colder than a well digger's behind and a whole bunch of the Midwest is suffering through a snowstorm of incredible proportions. It was along the mall area of the capital. It may be in excess of 100,000 people. Well, after that ended, they had to go somewhere. And so they actually breached. Capital now scared. "President of the United States. So Congress officially certifying Joe Biden's win the presidency. That was this morning at 3 30. Mike Pence, the vice president with the announcement again, I could not be a politician, if that's what I had to go do it. 3 30 in the morning. I'm sorry I had been asleep for 10 hours by then. We're lucky to get you to seven o'clock every day. 13 30 in the morning. My name is Nigel that states and hammer even old Lady Pelosi didn't get home until five o'clock this morning, she said As soon as I got home at five o'clock this morning, I prayed for President Trump. I don't know, man. 3 30. Here's what I'm glad happened last night. I'm glad lawmakers did not let the mob beat them got back together and went on with this. I'm not glad that Joe Biden In Kamala Harris are you know in office? I'm not glad they're in power. But I am glad the lawmakers and the people in power did not let the mob beat them last night, right? They got together. It was late, and a lot of people who said they were going to object to the certification got cold feet, and Mike Brown of Indiana was one of them. Which is interesting, because if you want to say, you know, I think this election was squirrely. I think that we need to talk about verifying some of these ballots. But then you change your mind That tells me you're just doing it for show. If you really are passionate about trying to get changes, an election laws, some morons that broke into your building shouldn't change your mind on that, should they? No, No, not at all in my backed. Oh, vice President Pence for for just a second. I read. I was reading an interesting article about the senator from Oklahoma in half and what he said He kind of let it leak out that he'd been in contact with Mike Pence and said that he was fuming. Yesterday. Quote. I had a long conversation with him, he said. Quote after all the things I've done for him, referring Donald Trump spokesperson from Pence didn't get back with them. But, you know, I think it's funny. That old good old vice president Pence is under the assumption that Trump gives a flying flip about about what he has done for him. He cares about what you're doing for me now. What have you done for me lately? Right? And I don't know. Mike Pence with his wife and his daughter. Yesterday. I mean, they literally that could have been killed yesterday. You really think about what went down yesterday? Hammer? They some powerful politicians could have lost their lives, right? I mean, that was a complete breach of security. Yes. Uh, And by the way, I'm not criticizing Capitol police. You're brave. They did what they had to do They they stood their ground and tried not to let the mob through. But they just got overwhelmed. They weren't prepared. But how are you not prepared, though, when you've got a meeting of the most powerful people in the world, doing their most important task, picking the next leader of the free world, and you knew that there was going to be a protest A spirited protest. How are you not prepared? I mean, that's the safest place in the world. You would think next to the Oval Office with White House, the United States Capitol. I don't. They just they were prepared. They were overwhelmed. And, um, I think we're gonna learn all that there's gonna be some investigations into exactly what happened with the Capitol police and why there was a shortage. What do you think? President G or Vladimir Putin or hell? Even fat boy were thinking when they saw just a bunch of hillbillies storming Nancy Pelosi's office. They were probably like in a three way call going, bro. You watching there if that easy What the hell of we've been waiting for, like, you know, we're laughing about it, but that's really concerning. It should not have been that easy to take over the nation's capital. Now. As for Donald Trump, Facebook and Instagram have banned Donald Trump indefinitely. No. He got put into Twitter Jail yesterday. Twitter Band his account for 12 hours. Facebook and Instagram. They are making this indefinite. The guys get the nuclear codes. He's not even allowed to tweet just again. This whole show today has been about consistency in this one little consistency. If you're criticizing What happened yesterday. You have to be on board with criticizing the writers of looters in the social justice protests last summer. It's and it's the same with Facebook and Twitter like you. Spend Donald Trump. But the supreme leader of Iran has got a Twitter account and a Facebook account. O. J is on Twitter. O. J has a Twitter accounts. Kkamini's like the The leader of the worst state sponsored terrorism in existence, and he's got a Facebook account. Ayatollah, for God's sake is allowed to post on Facebook. We had Donald Trump is not Michelle Obama is calling on all tech companies to permanently ban Donald Trump from social media. So anyone if they could be in him where they could be with you and I, You know, I kind of feel like Red and Shawshank Redemption. I've been in Twitter jail couple times. It's not pretty. "M W Welcome back with Lars Larson. Joe. It's a pleasure to be with you. In Washington, D C. There are crowds of people conducting a rally and the protest of sorts. They have crowded onto the steps of the United States Capitol and a couple of Windows have been broken and members of that protest have actually gone inside the building. And we're told that some of the security guards inside probably a number of different agencies because you know they're about four different levels of security within the state, the federal capital building, But we're being told That guns have been drawn not by the protesters, but only by security. I thought we talked with Randy Pebble who is with shift W A shift What ship wa dot org, which is a great sight for alternative information outside of the daily Dead fish wrapper in the mainstream media. Randy, Welcome back to the program. How are you today? Thank you for having me on ours. I'm doing well. So what happened last night in Georgia? Because as we watch the capital, and I'll let my audience no, we're gonna keep an eye on What's going on in Washington. D C is this as this continues today? What happened last night in Georgia. It appears very simple Math equation, Unfortunately large and that is that over a quarter million voters who voted for Senator Purdue, the Georgia incumbents Just two months ago in November. Did not turn out yesterday. They did not cast about yesterday, whereas the Democrats his opponent, John Awesome. Only 160,000. The Democrats didn't show back up. So ultimately that 100,000 more Republican voters deciding it wasn't worth voting yesterday. Decided that race because right now it's about 18,000 votes. Yeah. And the only reason I do this Randy is I tell my audience I'm gonna be intellectually honest with you. I could be tempted to say this was cheating. I could be tempted because I think there was cheating in Georgia on November 3rd. But I also think that the Democrats knew that the whole world of the whole country at least, was going to be watching What happened in Georgia yesterday. So there may have been some cheating, but they knew that they were very much under the microscope. And when I heard the numbers that you had put together, saying we had a certain number of voters turn out for Purdue in November, And then we had a much smaller quarter million smaller net 100,000 smaller than the reduction that the Democrats, so I thought, Well, that's all it takes. To make a dramatic difference. So if those 100,000 had shown up then Purdue if you did them out that way, would have won by 80,000 votes, right? Absolutely and what it shows is it was the ground game and what we're hearing. It was the difference in tactics by the Democrats, whereas up until November, 3rd Democrat activists were not going door to door. They were relying on text messages and phone calls. To get their message out and to get voters out because they were afraid to go door to door. Republicans were going door to door. And they changed their tactics and they would literally dragging people out to the polls, and it shows because turnout to this special election And first week in January, 2 weeks after the general turnout for that special election is approaching 90% of what the turnout was when the president was on the ballot just two months ago, and that shows the nature of the effort going into turn out. And each side had over $100 million mortar spend After the general election on this special election than they had before. You're going to end up spending over a half a billion dollars just on these races and Georgia this election. You mean end It was ready. I should tell people If they haven't gone to shift walk dot org. You're a conservative, right? Absolutely. I'm a conservative as well. But but one of the ways one of the ways we make sure that we win in elections is not just making sure the election is valid but also remembering that some of it is just plain old campaigning, and I saw some of the numbers. I don't know if you saw these, but they said that where the Purdue and Leffler put 1000 people on the ground. Go out and go door to door and to engage in other activities to encourage people to vote. The other side put 2000 on the ground. You've got a war in which you've got 1000 soldiers on one side in 2000. On the other side, it's going to make a difference, and the second thing was they were, they were still making a lot of phone calls they, apparently in the last few days before Tuesday's election. They literally made millions of phone calls. You know, they would get lists of people who hadn't voted yet who are marked, As you know, their ballot hadn't been voted early voting or whatever, and they would get on the phone and encourage them to come down in. And so when you when you make that kind of effort, and the other side doesn't there's gonna be a long right. Absolutely enlarged. Even more than that. It wasn't just the phone calls wasn't just the door to door. They also were getting post comes handwritten postcards from people around the country. If you were a Democrat voters who had cast your ballot By yesterday. You were getting postcards. But people around the country saying do the country a favor. You have to go, but I mean that type of activity. It's really hyper grassroots activity, and that's how you win elections and, frankly, that's what the Republicans are gonna have to do in two years. Because Raphael Warnock pastor Warnock is going to be on the ballot in just two years. It is a special election to one and Republicans in Georgia going to have to retool their grassroots efforts to win that race. I would project now that will be the most expensive Senate race in U. S history. I'm talking to Randy Pebble from shift wad and shift w A like Washington state dot org. Randy, Let me ask you what you make of what's going on in Washington, D C today with this massive rally, the president's speech and then the effective occupation of the Capitol building. At my own perspective is that there is no excuse ever. Uh, for type of protests Were you start ignoring the instructions of law enforcement and people entering a public building. It's just as bad as Just last summer when we saw protesters allowed it to Seattle City Hall to take over that building that is crossing one, and that's the disrespect the law enforcement that I don't think we see. Out of true conservatives on I understand that tensions are high, and this is immensely immensely important issue. But that doesn't mean you take belong to your own hands. And I think that's what we're seeing their unfortunate see. I'm gonna stick to my usual line and that is that I don't have a problem with civil disobedience as long as you are willing to take the consequences, So if you want to occupy a building, it's not my style. But if if somebody wants do it great, they can go ahead and do it as long as they may end up spending a Couple of hours in booking, or they may actually get cited or whatever. But as long as you're willing to take that, let me ask you about Ted Cruz proposal because he's saying Look in American history, 150 years or so years ago, the Congress did say We're going to investigate an election and make sure that the election was valid. That's a reasonable proposal, isn't it? He has a reasonable proposal. If you have the evidence behind it to show that the that the election is truly in question, and that's the evidence that is lacking. So far, there's a lot of anecdotal points and large, you pointed out correctly. The dead people vote in this election. People vote in every election did people who are not registered in the particular precinct vote in that precinct anyway, that happens Every election, but it happens on a minuscule scale one right to person sitting there and so do you have the evidence to present as was done after the 18. Uh, six election. Um Do you have the evidence to show that there was massive Prasit impacted the outcome and today We have not seen that. Well, see, I'm gonna have to respectfully disagree with you on that because Randy, if you say an investigation is needed by definition, you don't have the evidence because that's what investigations air designed to gather. But do we have probable cause to believe that there were at least 12,000 illicit votes in the state of Georgia, which was the difference between Biden and Trump in Georgia? I think there were I think they did..

"All of a sudden it started to happen. But more than just swear words. The president made a demand today that election law reform come to make sure that those abuses we saw on the night of November 3rd and heard evidence of for more than the last two months. With long changes to make American elections happen in a legal way. Take a listen to that Come, and then I'll tell you what's going on on Capitol Hill. At this moment, we will stop the practice of universal unsolicited mail in balloting. We will clean up the voter rolls that ensure that every single person who cast a vote is a citizen of our country, a resident of the state in which they vote and their vote is cast in a lawful and honest manner. We will restore the vital civic tradition. In person voting on Election Day. So that voters could be fully informed when they make their choice. There are tens of thousands, if not more than 100,000 people who've gathered on the Capitol mall. The exact count is going to be a matter of dispute. But what's happening right now A massive American flag has been deployed dozens of feet in every dimension. It hangs from one of the walls in front of the United States Capitol as thousands and thousands of protesters Forced their way inside the United States Capitol building. But unlike a lot of the violence and the riots that all the mainstream media and the well, the politically correct crowd thought was so nice that they called it mostly peaceful. This really is mostly peaceful. You see crowds of Americans who are angry, they have crowded onto the steps of the House of Representatives onto the steps of the Senate. And inside the building. Well, politicians are in a panic at this point, because what they had planned for today was to simply put a rubber stamp on the electoral college vote. Say Now, there may have been fraud. But we're just gonna move on to the next election that Americans have to accept the ideas that the president just spoke about the idea that you can have open election fraud, illegal aliens voting non residents of states voting dead people voting people voting twice, or three times thousands million. The ballots sent out to people who never even requested them. And people who did want to vote told I'm sorry somebody has already voted. Your mark down is having voted. You can't have a ballot that actually happened in Georgia. And last night in Georgia, we saw the two Senate elections that were so critical. Both go to Democrats, but by very, very small margins. Although a bit bigger than what Joe Biden claimed he got in Georgia Once again, we're gonna have to check and find out whether or not there was cheating. But in the United States and the joint session, I should say in the joint session today, they had planned to simply count of the electoral college votes. Call it good and move along. Take a listen to that electoral vote as it began. Mr President..

"A. Muriel Bowser. I'm the mayor of Washington, D. C. I am here at the headquarters of DC's Metropolitan Police Department, where we are operating our emergency command center. I'm joined by the district's chief of police, Robert Conte, joined by members of my public safety team. I'm also joined by the Secretary of the Army, Mr McCartney. This afternoon I announced the citywide curfew for the District of Columbia Beginning at 6 P.m. this evening going until 6 a.m. tomorrow morning. During the curfew, No one is allowed to be outside in public places. Other than essential workers, which includes credentialed media engaging an essential functions as you can see from video images, the unlawful behavior inside that United States Capitol building I continue to urge our Washingtonians to stay home and stay calm. And if you see something, say something, but above all, stay home. The behavior that we are witnessing is shameful on patriotic. And above all, it is unlawful. Anyone who has engaged in these activities continues to engage in these activities will be held accountable. There will be law and order in this behavior will not be tolerated. The Metropolitan Police Department has been deployed to assist the United States Capitol Police in a store in restoring order to the capital and our chief of police will lead the command to clear the Capitol building and establish a perimeter around the capital. Have requested both the Virginia State police in the Maryland state police to deploy officers and they have engaged immediately to deploy officers to the mess Tre Politan, the police Department to help regain control of the United States Capitol. I have also invoked several days ago a standing mutual aid agreement with the hours surrounding jurisdictions. And I want to thank them for deploying those jerks. Deceptions include Arlington County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Aziz, well as Baltimore City. We want to thank them for sending their officers in assisting us with public safety in the district, as well as the response to United States Capitol building. Additionally, I want to acknowledge and thank the New Jersey State police who will also be assisting the Metropolitan Police Department s So with that I'm gonna turn to chief content for situational update. Secretary of the Army will make comments on We will take brief questions. An update from the mayor of Washington now the police chief. All right, Eh? So you been listening to ABC news here on K C. A. R. M. J Does. He's Chad gave us and Chad show We've been monitoring everything from Washington, D. C. The mayhem the destruction. The looting of the capital. Yeah, that's what they were talking about Looting and and and as people are interacting with me on the interwebs and stuff. What B l am in the protesters did and how they burned and and, you know, they set up the chopping Seattle. He did things like that. All of that was wrong. And this is wrong. And these air, not antifa super plants, super actors. He's not any of those things. This is absolutely wrong. And you've got a president who continues to wink wink, nudge, nudge this And at some point in time you've got to say even and I'm getting a lot of people saying Look, I support the president. But at this point, I'm over it absolutely totally understand, and I think a lot of people are right now. This is not what we're all about. That should not be anything that we're all about. And if you think that that invading the people's house, essentially and going and tearing apart stuff, and looting is cool. No. Well, they're stepping on the Constitution you many times. Politicians step on the constitution on a daily basis. They have expanded their their power for years. Upon years upon years, we can't pick and choose this game, but that's what they're doing. I mean, I've never wanted this president removed from office. Russia was Bs. I said it from the beginning has spent almost no time talking about it Any think there was anything there? Some of the things he's done Some of the things he said Sure, he's definitely gone too far. But the impeachment I thought was silly. But I got to tell you I know he only has a couple weeks. But that 25th amendment looks pretty good to me. It's Ah, I've never said that before. But after today, you just wonder what else he can do. What do we do in two weeks from today, right? I just think he's become the most dangerous man in America. As if you didn't hear a speech today it was filled with hate and lies. And the people there ate it up. And then they went. Became domestic terrorists. And direct the capital. Americans stormed their own capital. And it's because of Trump. I'm not a guy who blames Trump for everything. I think that has been a ridiculous thing over the last four years. Certainly he's got a lot to blame. But you know what he could take. Hey, could take a victory lap on a whole bunch of stuff. Absolutely. And by the way, I've said that over many process again, If if, if you I love how people like Well, BLM got to do all this stuff. Stop thinking Hey, two wrong. Things are okay if you're wanted. The whole thought process is if you think you are law and order, that's what you're all about. But then it's okay to allow this to happen. You. You're missing the plot because it's about Trump. It's not about the life. I just I just don't I don't know what we do well in this country anymore with a lot of stuff. Well, I understand that, but it doesn't feel like it. We had this pandemic. We handled it worse than anybody. We're the most powerful country in the world where the richest country in the world we should have the smartest people, right. We should doesn't seem like we know what we're doing on any aspect of anything. I I know that we do things right. But over the last year, it's like We're gonna ignore a pandemic..
