"The Emma gun show. It is my absolute pleasure to welcome Julia Hart entrepreneur businesswoman author UTV star onto the Emma gun show. How are you? Lovely to be here with you. I want to thank you so much for having me. It's such a pleasure and also actually hugely intimidating to know where to begin with your story and I always I come to every conversation thinking about my listeners. And thinking about how I can add value and how we can have a conversation that will empower them inform them. And there is so much in your story. And I actually can't think of a more empowering against the odds, anything is possible, never give up. Story than yours. Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate you. And I thank you. So we're talking as well because you have funneled the entire story into your book brazen. Yes. And I'm curious, you left a very strict community. You're saying much better than I can. And you kind of started your life age 42. Yeah, I'm 9 years old. I'm 51 and 9 at the same exact time. So you pick a number. Does it really feel like that? Do you feel that new? Oh, it absolutely does, because, you know, experiences people have when they're 16, I had when I was 43. My first date, my first love, my first kiss of someone that I chose, that all happened in my mid 40s, not in my teen years. I didn't get to do prom or hang out with your friends in high school. None of that existed in my world. So I am really 9 years in the 21st century. Do you know what really struck me when I was reading your story? Because if listeners recognize your name and downloaded this episode because they know of Julia Hart from my unorthodox life from Netflix, they may they may be thinking a certain thing. They may have a particular idea, but this really is the whole journey. And what really struck me is that the whole time that you were in that community that you were living under those rules, it was as though you were a woman in the wrong place. From the beginning. A 100%. Who I was intrinsically as a human being. And who I was told I had to be forgot to love me. Could not coexist. And so there was this constant fight there was this constant battle, but it just made me wonder, did you know, did you know deep down something isn't right here? Because your entire being was what you certainly don't question it. So that was the problem is that the power of religion, right? If it's taken to that extreme, is that it convinces you that you are a flawed, not that the rules are. So from the beginning where I felt this dissonance, this complete dichotomy between who I am as a person and who I'm told all women have to be, I thought, okay, some things wrong with me that I'm not

"Welcome to what's new in national defense magazine. A podcast of military Homeland Security and technology trends. Available on Apple news. In this episode, national defense discusses the navy's upcoming carrier based tanker. The Marine Corps road map to new tactical vehicles and the B-52 bombers engine replacement. First, in 2018, Boeing was awarded an engineering and manufacturing development contract to build the navy's MQ 25 stingray drone. Experts say the new unmanned aerial system, the first large fixed wing drone that will operate from a ship and support man planes, will have an outsized impact on the future of naval aviation. The MQ 25 will be different from the drones of the post 9 11 counter terrorism wars. It will fly autonomously instead of being remotely piloted. The platform utilizes capabilities similar to commercial airlines autopilot functions, except without human pilots, according to Boeing. The stingray will use a waypoint system to navigate after it is catapulted off a carrier. Aerial refueling will be well scripted and leveraged tech and procedure from man tankers a Boeing official noted, pilots on the receiving end will have communication links with the ground station overseeing the MQ 25s mission. When the stingray returns to the carrier, it will use the joint precision approach and landing system. The drone will autonomously touch down on the deck and catch the hook on the wire. If it misses the wire, the platform will accelerate, take off again and reenter the landing pattern. Throughout 2021, the first MQ 25 test aircraft, the T one, conducted air to air refueling with an F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jet, and E two D advanced Hawkeye battle management aircraft, and an F-35 C joint strike fighter. In December, the T one also underwent an initial unmanned carrier aviation demonstration on board the flight deck of the USS George H. W. Bush. By integrating the stingray into a crowded flight deck, the navy has completed all the major tasks necessary for the MQ 25 to be a viable carrier based operational aircraft, one expert noted. The MQ 25 will provide a major gain in capability. The platform can extend the range of fighter jets to about 1000 miles. Armed with standoff weapons, those jets could engage targets located 1500 miles away from the carrier. Production of the first engineering manufacturing and development aircraft is now underway a navy official said. The stingray is scheduled to achieve initial operational capability in 2025, with full operating capability expected in the 2030s. The navy plants to buy more than 70 aircraft as part of a program of record. Next, the Marine Corps has ambitious plans for its fleet of tactical wheeled vehicles as it adds new platforms and upgrades existing systems. One potential opportunity for industry is a new platform to replace the service's medium tactical vehicle. The current platform was originally intended to start exiting the service this year, but has been extended until 2042. The service is working through the requirements for the development and design of the new vehicle, a Marine Corps official said no decision on a replacement vehicle has been made, and none would be forthcoming until details of the service's next budget are available. The service official said, the Marine Corps would like to move out on the platform starting in fiscal year 2024. The Marine Corps is open to several different sizes and configurations for the vehicle, a service official noted the corps would like to see a more fuel efficient truck in the future. Meanwhile, the service is making strides within its light tactical vehicle portfolio, which includes everything from the joint light tactical vehicle to ultra light tactical platforms. The program office for light tactical vehicles has replaced 20% of its humvee fleet with joint light tactical vehicles and officials said the Marine Corps is working alongside the army to field tens of thousands of the OshKosh defense made platforms through a joint program office. Recently the joint program office released a request for a proposal to industry for a follow on vehicle, and a contract award is expected in September. The winner will have 18 months to deliver the first vehicles, which will undergo testing for about a year, according to officials. The joint program office is pleased with the JL TV's current capabilities, and is not looking for massive changes as it pursues the follow on system one official said. However, it is interested in upgrading the platform's engine and adding space in the back of the vehicle for rucksacks and equipment. Meanwhile, the Marine Corps is also sustaining some existing humvees and companion trailers, as well as the utility task vehicle, one official said, the UTV will be replaced by the ultra light tactical vehicle or UL TV. The service is working alongside special operations command on the UL TV as the platform shares requirements with so comes lightweight tactical all terrain vehicle. Last, Boeing is racing against the clock to replace the engines of all of the air force's B-52 stratofortress long-range bombers. Last fall, the air force selected the F one 30 engine made by Rolls Royce North America for the B-52 commercial engine replacement program. Under the contract, Rolls Royce will equip the B-52 fleet with 8 engines each by September 2038, replacing the bombers aging Pratt and Whitney made engines. A concern is the lifespan of the bombers current engine, the TF 33, according to a Boeing official. The Pratt and Whitney engines are approaching the end of their life, Boeing and rose Royce will need to act quickly in order to keep the B-52 viable the Boeing official said. With the F one 30 engine, Boeing expects the B-52 to have an increased range and more endurance as well as provide the air force with additional operational flexibility, especially in areas of the world with few U.S. bases. Digital engineering will help speed up the F one 30 engines integration into the B-52. The Boeing official said the team has streamlined the new system's design and created 3D models of the bomber and its components in order to.

"It's not lifetime powertrain forever. It's not lifetime hard, right? So we have actually made some modifications knowing the EV business is going to, it's going to grow. We know that. Who knows, but let's make sure we're being innovative for our clients. And so we've already addressed that. So you're still going to have to address the motor slash generator. They still have transmission or transmissions. So it's a drive unit, essentially. And so we'll have to change our vernacular, you know, won't be powertrain. It'll kind of be drivetrain. But some of the requirements will still exist that are going to help bring that consumer back, you know, multi point inspections. Coolant and break coolant fluid checks, brake fluid checks. So that is what we're really doing to help still create that retention for our EV customers, but also treat them different. It's a different experience. You guys opposed to a combustible engine. So yeah, we're forward thinking we understand there is going to be a shift. They could be seismic. It could just naturally progress, but there's an answer for it. Yeah, yeah, very cool. Well, I knew you guys were already thinking about it. Had plans for it, probably been in the works for a long time, and I'm excited to see that continue to roll out and continue to be introduced and get everyone educated on it because I think it's so important for where we're going. So leads me to the next one is really what really is in store then for warranty forever. I know, so you mentioned it briefly, but probably to spend a few minutes on it in the RV and the power sport space. We mostly talked about auto, although some of those statistics are not auto specific. So what's really in the future for that, I know you added another level of warranty forever in the last year. You're and a half. And then what's in store for you? I know there's a lot of great things happening with you and as well. Yeah. So again, this is multiple industries. I will tell you the RV. If you haven't been paying attention to the RV industry, it is just absolutely blowing up right now. You think of families now and it's not individuals jumping on harleys and 6 or 7 guys going to Sturgis or Daytona. It's more family oriented. So that's why the RV and then COVID hit obviously. So people couldn't travel by airplane. They weren't comfortable, so they wanted as a family to load up. Everyone was working remotely. And it was the greatest thing because people were getting out and really seeing this country as a, you know, as a family. But think of all the components in an RV, so it's not powertrain. It really then shifts to refrigerator stoves, microwaves, those type of living components that are covered with the RV program. And then power sports and motorcycle, we do have a program for on road motorcycle. But again, what's really popular now are UTV side by side. So you're going with the four seater family, you know, put the kids seat in the back, put a helmet on, and let's go into the Woods, you know? Did not by experience. I already know you're like, oh, boy, has he done that? No, not yet, but I will, here soon. But again, you know, we have an engine only program that's designed just for off road units. So, yeah. That is just very, very cool, very beneficial for those consumers and those dealers. Because there's a lot of risk factor involved with that with those activities in those specific units. In.

Is it my time like there's these like plankton that glows in the rainforest? Just do the bioluminescent bay. It's near the big rainforest there. They have a Ritz Carl through a four seasons or one of the resorts where I buy it. Have you been to Puerto Rico when you haven't been here for a minute? We've played there my 5th year of college, but then I've played in multiple three and three terms there. And actually I played in a charity celebrity golf event with some of the most hilarious. It works on Wall Street and it's part of a wealth management firm. And one of his clients who's a great guy, his family is Puerto Rican, he's Puerto Rican, and they live down there. So he has this foundation and they have this charity golf event. I think initially the foundation was for maybe underprivileged people in San Juan and Puerto Rico. But after the hurricanes, it became rebuilding the island. So that's kind of what their charity mission has been. And actually, never, I got paired up with in my group..

Yeah, now you know why there's these bars up here. Yeah. Yeah, you're gonna wake up sore tomorrow man. You're the right. Yeah. Oh my gosh. That was fun. Yeah, it was a good one. Yeah, I like this one a lot because you can hit some technical stuff that takes a little bit of skill, but it's not just crazy gnarly. Like if you go to this whole trails in here that are wild, right? So this is a to put it into perspective for you. This is a four. Okay. The trails get to a ten. If you end up going on hell's revenge tomorrow, that one's a 6, but I think it's probably closer to a 7. Yeah. But yeah, like box, he'll go on 9s. Really? And you have to know what you're doing at that point. Yes. And have the right vehicle. If you are in a stock Jeep, you do not go on anything more than a 7. So this would be considered not stock oh, he's slipping once this. This one's gonna get a little gnarly Ryan. I'm not gonna lie to you. But literally on the trail maps, it will say not recommended for stock jeeps. Right. You know, you need at least 35 inch tires, 37s, you need lockers, you need, you know, all these things. There's some trails that it's like, if you're not lifted, if you don't have 40 inch tires, if you don't have sway bars, all these things, you do not go on them. It's just not safe. Yes. He's getting after it. Yeah, he's gonna send it. We're gonna send it here too. This one's this one's probably the sketchiest thing we've done yet here Ryan coming up. So hold on to your hat. I'm gonna go in four low on this one actually. Okay, you ready? Let's do it. Clumpy. Come on. The same insane get after it. We are we are backing back down. First attempt now. "Backslash field posts recently on adams on agriculture brian jennings ceo of the american coalition for ethanol low psych. Apa will propose lore rv levels for this year and perhaps increase them next year and the fact that twenty twenty one is almost over. And we're just now may be getting these proposals for this year. Your thoughts on that. We're almost nine months into calendar. You're twenty twenty one and we still don't know what the twenty twenty one volume renewable volume obligations are going to be a of course. They should have been finalized by the previous administration by statute on november thirtieth of twenty twenty. But but here we are blending right now for ethanol. Looks like it's going to be running at a rate of about fourteen billion gallons. I'd love to see. Epa said it fifteen and make refiners retire some of those credits that they have been hoarding or stockpiling for the information. Important to rule america. Join us on adams on agriculture. You're listening to a oh a adams on agriculture. Hi this is. Mike adams you can rely on us for the latest farm and ranch news from around the world information. America's farmers and ranchers need to know on a day. Now back to mike edits well as we wrap up our coverage of the farm progress. Show here in decatur illinois at mentioned and we were talking with rich gebert about this. It's been pretty big promotion for biofuels here too. That's to see and along those lines. Robert white is with us with renewable fuels association. You've had a you have an interesting display here. That people have been talking about. Tell us about it well. We have never exhibited at the farm progress show before with the virtual nature of monty classic this year we had some money in the budget for a trade show so we came out to foreign progress. We got lucky. Were right next to the media. Tent to the governor was there were across from ila corn and all the other groups. So we've had steady traffic of ffa farmers and elected officials but we we put our twelve hundred horsepower. Eighty five power jeep on one side. An eighty five powered polaris ranger on the other side and a bunch of goodies behind that. So we've we've had some good foot traffic what you have shown and you do it in a number ways. Robert is how flexible biofuels are flexible. Ethanol is as a fuel and you can use it in so many different vehicles and equipment gathered years. we've power four wheelers lawn mowers motorcycles now gps. Utv's all eighty five. Not everyone's going to do that but the point is we can do this. And we'd love for the manufacturers do more but if they don't wanna do it in the farmers do we got a way to figure it out. Let's talk a little bit about the e fifteen labelling issue that still a challenge. Where does that stand right now. Well we're still waiting for. Epa's decision there was a open comment period on some label perhaps or eliminations that was from the trump administration. Nothing final yet. But we're hoping we can reduce the warning status of fifteen. It's approved fuel for over ninety five percent of the motoring public. So that the skull-and-crossbone type orange black label doesn't need to be there of. It's really safe for nearly any engine so we're hoping that gets backed off. We hope there's some streamlining that comes out of that as well for underground storage tanks getting approval at the retail fuel side So again were a lot of weight and sees you work a lot with retailers and you work with him about getting More ethanol available higher blends available at their locations. What's their biggest concern. Or what's the biggest hurdle you have to overcome with them right now. Well fuel retailers are always like to be first second you know they want someone else to try it out well. Beauty of that is we got out. Twenty two twenty three hundred stations selling e fifteen. And they're beating them out and the marquis. That's a nickel a dime in some cases. Fifteen or twenty cents cheaper and that hurts. You know they're they're pulling customers away from those having adopt those higher blends and so. I think there's going to be more and more peer pressure. We have what the tail end of the. Hbo program from usda. That's another hundred million in uca money match with another hundred million of private funds. So we got a lot. Hundreds and hundreds of stations coming online for both deals with the uncertainty now about e fifteen sales next summer has that caused some of them. Say well i'm gonna wait. I don't. I don't know if i'm going to put it in yet or not. Yeah we've we've had some big retailers that were planning to go whole hog and even replace e- tin so they were going to bet fifteen regular e fifty mid grade and maybe a eaten premium But you know they don't know what the summer is going to bring the great thing. Perhaps the silver lining is. All of that equipment can still dispense another few. So it's not like it's it's lost assets it could sell twenty could sell he thirty Till through the summer months or they could just cap it off and remove it but we're hopeful whether it's regulatory and legislative fix administrative fix that we gotta get that done by next june Given the volatility Season ending in less than two weeks. Fifteen survived this summer for sure. And we're gonna do everything in our power to fix next summer. So epa now warning to maybe go back and look at some of these small refinery exemptions that they've granted in the past. What do you make of that. Well what we would wish is that they would vacate those. Sra's while they check them out Because if it just goes into the epa black hole it could be years before we know an by that point. You know nothing ever comes out of it. If they vacated those sra's reason we could actually see some some repercussions teo some traffic with the rinse. We could see some changes in the markets. But right now. Let's that's not going to happen so all the talk about electric vehicles. Electric vehicles at this administration keeps pushing. What are retailers fuel retailers. Think about that. Well you know i. I'll start with this new every week. I talked to ethanol plant producers. And i say i asked every time as your electric company called this week and asked you to curtail some power. Every time. it's yes worse. Power going to come from then you get down to the retail level. It's expensive it's real estate is someone needs for forty five minutes to get a full charge. They get you in and out of there for fuel and five seven minutes so it's expensive infrastructure too expensive real estate. They're all gonna do it. They're gonna start trying it But they don't know what they're gonna do with that consumer for a half hour or forty five minutes and do they charge them as someone else paying that charge and then you go all the way back to the home Friend of mine was gifted through a grant program. One of the new mustang mckee said electric vehicle. He doesn't have the fancy charging system at home. He's not his car he's not going to do it. If he plugs into the wall he gets three miles of range for our ruin. So there's a lot of hurdles gonna come mike there but we have two hundred and fifty three million cars on the roads. Today that needed fuel on nearly everything that.

"That's what it was all about. Yeah for sure well and you know how. How is that been. Because now you've become to me. You think jeep you think offroad you k security you know and obviously you know at that point in time jeep and then all of a sudden. Utv's came into play and you've been a huge focal point of the utv's the point you just you know you went to the rally and wanting to utd but you kind of take that transition because at this time. You're you're moving into jeeps and i know i made. It was about twenty sixteen seventeen. I kind of made the transition into ut type stuff and you kinda add that to your quiver kind of in that same point you started kind of dabbling in that. What did you see on the tv side. That was like hey. I need to. I need to have my aunt and this cookie jar. Do you know the biggest thing with the tv market for myself was You know when i came to hammers i truly loved transit. You know. I love the challenge of the king of the hammers terrible. Look there but really love the the king of the hammers and You know when every year it's kind of the only race of actually really raised the size. Utd world championships That i just love. And when that went out there and just absolutely had a blast Out the hammers. I was actually driving a You know kawasaki terex before you know. I don't even think at first there was only a polaris. Eight hundred out there and the yamaha rhino so we went out and i just loved it and from there in. You know what you can do in a you. Tv it's unbelievable and for the cost you know it's significantly less than a than a jeep and you're going to get you're gonna get way more speed and you're gonna get way more capabilities at out of a stock unit. And now you know looking at twenty twenty one and you know even driving the new the new razor that i'm in now it's it's phenomenal. You can get for the for the for the buck and You know for me that transition. From look if i'm gonna go to extreme cornyn gps well shoot. I want to do the same thing in my utv's and you know for me. I took that niche of once again. I've never raced anything. Look at my deal besides racing rally. I've never racist tv. I have no interest in racing desert score. There's no interest in that for me and for me. It's just about enjoying it and literally having fun with my family and going out and ripping you know ripping razors around and having a blast. Yeah so obviously. You talked about kind of looking at things. Globally and and things like that to kind of flip the radar and obviously you see dakar rally. We we all in the offering industry d. c. There's nobody in this industry that would turn down a ride in the dakar rally. But i look at that. And i know the expenses to go over there. I've talked with guys that have done. And we've seen a ton of americans go over there. Nobody's been successful. I mean mark miller arguably you know how to had a great run over there. Robby gordon's had moments. I mean we've had guys like our sierra who i respect the hell out of gone over there and didn't have success. You know menzies. Bj bald we go down the list. You know what i mean. There's been some big names. Do it your approach. How did you approach this because you did it differently. One to you found the funding. He go there. Which i gotta give you props for but three the first guy ricky to to be successful over there You know the biggest thing for myself was You know obviously the first year i went. you know i did have a bad co-driver or not a bad cook. Just we didn't mesh. And i learned the importance of that and and really were. I learned the importance of having a coach over that mesh. Was you know having the right trainer. You know like ricky breivik Became a friend Through just writing at the races and then from there at home we started writing together. You know and him leading me train with him and Jimmy lewis it really elevated what we were doing. We took and concentrated on exactly how we were going to do this and approach it. And i'm ali. Like i have a way of like going and doing things my way. And yeah you know one of the things that i felt that gave me the competitive edge that i took a lot of time and development on with shocks of it on the fox side and you know fox came out and did a bunch of testing with me here in the states We did a lot of spring changes. We a lot of alvin and we really focused on making the car work. Good in all conditions and to me. I feel that's where some people miss. And i know that menzies frustrations was that he wasn't allowed to do that With his program and we all know that robbie program kind of gets thrown together. Last minute and I felt that. I took everything that i learned from. Everybody took that upon myself and felt that. I've focused wearing needed to to kind of get the car to be right before we win and it showed. I felt like last year i felt that in gnarly conditions the car just worked very well My co driver got me through some pretty crappy situations you know. When it came down to going faster going slow we were able to communicate together and really address. You know the situation in front of us to get us to the front. And i know me as somebody that that watches at home and kind of you know. Obviously i follow you social media. We've known each other for years. But i'm watching kinda last year kind of the the thing that my radar went. Wow cases just not. An american to dakar case in american going to com win was when you went to. What is it. september. October they had the rally in morocco. And you went to iran. That and i was like i know a lot of americans have gone to the jack rally. Not a lot of americans have invested enough to go and actually do that as a tuneup. And when i saw that i was like okay this is the real deal you. This isn't like a splash. Our going to do social media case he goes to the jacquard. Yeah this is like nokia going to decker to win you know to me. You'll make massive investment to go to morocco. If you're not planning on absolutely destroying the field of decker yeah so the actual thing is funny about that is like we. Last year went to morocco and abu dhabi we went onto mainland mexico We did four other rallies. Unless you're on top of that they're just once again there because they're kind of out of the limelight you know. It's just not things that they really get hyped up on and But you're totally right like going doing that blaming the stories around what it takes to go compete in rallies. Pretty unbelievable like we flew over. It's like a nine hour flight to get to morocco It's a twelve hour car ride to get down to where the like station..

Four hours with noise cancellation on so more than that. Without noise cancellation ammo. Still pay attention next week to see if there are any other details left to announce price vail ability things like that is such an interesting strategy that carl pay is taking with nothing where he just keeps leaking out stuff on purpose before it can get leaked out. I mean i guess he thinks like the stuff usually leaks out anyway. Let me just go to see net and show them the pictures instead of waiting for android authority or android police or somebody to get a hold of the and leak them for me. I i other the price and availability. I'm not sure what's left to announce next week but we'll see hey patrons Did you know your ad free. Rss feed can have just or just gdi or both. "This in this great sport of racing. Yeah and it's funny. You know robbie i you know he. He used are shot from time to time here in parker when he's got something and he's you know he's got one racecar something we've got lace and welders mills and tubing bender. So you know you know stuffs air and you know this is a couple of years back but other race car sitting there and we're doing something and it was unskilled and the sitting there and they you know and funny thing people don't realize robbie that guy's a hell of a fabricator himself. I mean he can run a leith he can well. You can do just about anything. But he's walking around my race car and he just like we're just having a conversation he just looking and then he starts pointing things out and like he's just starts dropping these information bombs. You know you should do this. You should do this. You should do this and it's like you start thinking about. He's like he's dead right on everything but it's just the guy just oozes information it's just it's if you wanna grab that and run with it or not but it's like if you just sit back and listen to him. You can pick up so much in so many different ways. It's it's amazing. The amount of information that guy just drops. I think again. It's some people's ego like they just don't wanna know they don't understand like yeah robbie's a race car driver but on the business side of things that his technical ability like i mean. Look his dad. Was bob bob gordon like robbie like robbie setting up a shock you know Or or a sway bar or you know just that the he can drive a vehicle and no just from driving it just from feeling on his but something where to go and pinpoint like my truck all weekend like in the beginning of the week and was flying like knows high. I was landing on my back bumper robbie goes and he driving behind me. He's like all right. Hey you got good speed. You're going in these corners. Hey casey breath the the chief mechanic over. Hey i need you to take a this much rebound from the front. But i need you to also do this on the back and You know at that point. They're speaking a foreign language to me. Because i don't know that part. I feel like cold trickle. Like i don't know. Harry i just drive it you know and And robbie made the adjustments and for that second race i was flying perfectly and s. t. to have that balance of. Hey i wanna fly good or do i wanna corner good. You can't have both so there has to be a little balance What you wanna do So yeah robbie's You know yet. Like i've gone to his shop and he's rapping a truck you know or he's working on breaks or you know it's like he there's there's no cleaning a toilet. There's nothing that guy won't do for the sport you know and his team his employees any builds a safe trump. Let me tell you right now the. Utv the speed. You know utv's he's making. Oh my god. "You're listening to the down and dirty radio show powered by polaris razor killer. No filler. welcome back to the general tired senator d. radio show powered by polaris razor. Jim beaver along with my partner. Crime tiffany stone who is on site at e. Rx last time i saw you is about a week and a half ago we were hanging out at crandon and now here. You already are ex. I am not. They're kind of a little jealous at the moment. But what's what's the word for me are ex tiff. I everything's going on right now. You know all the teams are in pretty much set up Obviously you're gonna put down some lax and just see how the track really holding up Actually it's pretty cool sixty three degrees right now so this weather temps is pretty. You know low which is probably not 'cause i mean honestly we're in the mid west so anything could happen You could probably see a lot of quick fast lap times this weekend as well but obviously if you got no andrew carlson and carson motor sports. This is kind of his home track. Gets right where the shop is him and his dad and you know the place that everybody kinda got his check together and a lot of drivers you know. They loved this track. There's a lot of different things that are happening. There's a lot of different like turns and she's really cool track in general so i think it's gonna be a great weekend. I guess e. r. x. is to The carlson's what. I guess crandon would be to like keegan kind of their backyard. Obviously a little more with the carlson's because his dad's part owner in the facility things like that but beautiful track one of my favorite place to visit. They got a little everything there. They'd be snow cross races. They do Snow bike races. I mean utv racing. It's it's a pretty pretty rad facility for anybody who hasn't been there definitely definitely a trip. People should take that being said obviously coming off cran and tiff or almost a midway point. Short course you've been at the opening two rounds both an anti go and cran and i mean what are we. What are we looking at this year. I know big one. Is you know to me the story of the years pro too. i mean one keegan's been pretty pretty dominant but this is the biggest most stack pro to field history. I mean this is. This is pretty exciting to watch. We finally have the all star lineup. East west everybody. That's got a pro to. That's you know that's worth their weight is there. And they're competing against each other. I mean this is something we haven't ever seen before now. I mean i've been in short course five six years and it's awesome just the kind of seamer here. You know what's going to happen because it's just a great stack field especially because a lot of the west coast guys are running the full season. So you're starting to see a lot of different names now but like you said keeping kincaid is just kind of dominating and kind of really has things that they're dialed in right now. Obviously he's a part of the visual. Sam just like you and i so it's really cool to kind of see that but you're gonna have other ones that are coming in. I mean even pro. Why you're looking at pro-life that's that's becoming such a big thing right now and i know some other people have talked about the fact that ryan beach running on an actually the only one. That's running the pro spec right now but it's showcasing that you could be able to come in here. Be able to have more of a prospect. A little easy on the pocket book. It's still going to be you know some money to race but it's a little easier to be able to do that. And if ryan beacon show people hey the prospects taking off or who knows what's gonna even happen later on this year maybe crandon or even into next thing. Yeah and i think I think pro to man. This is the one. Like i said the one to watch really excited about that. You mentioned prospect spec. I think that's one that i'm i'm very interested to see where it goes. I think obviously this year is a kind of figuring it out year. And i think you know next year. It's really going to start getting some legs. We start getting some entries and and things like that in there. I mean pro. Four four is always exciting to watch. I mean they're so expensive that it's always you know not quite as you know. Many trucks number lies is pro too. But i feel like pro four definitely. We got one of the biggest fields we've seen in a long time and you know the biggest storyline is. It's the who's who of pro four. You know you've got rj you've got the to grief struck you've got kyle duke. You know what i mean. You've got shani there. I mean you know you got Mid tag i mean this is. This is a pretty exciting field. Watch exactly and like you were saying. Last last time we're racing it was it was really cool to just see the strategy that a lot of the pro four drivers are doing. I mean depending on any given weekend that we've had there's almost somewhere there's ten twelve thirteen pro fours in there and even last week you know like it's a battle always between the grease legit and then throw metag and You know rj out there. And that's you know two west coast guys who are dominant out there as well coming here. So that's gonna put a mix of it. You know andrew. Carlson got the truck. Pretty dialed in and everything like that and it was cool to see tiny you know. Take a podium spot last Latch rates is a true testament of never give up. Never stop going. You never know what's going to happen. I mean we saw even anna go like eight tire. That was out there with messing up the whole field more so than anybody else's driving so it was just it's cool to see everything comes together and then even talking about like i mean we really haven't talked about the promos and you know the The pro stock for the. Utv's like you're having a bunch of new players come out there too and it's just really really cool to be able to see everybody move up grow. I mean owen van upper and in the pro nod right now on him and his dad are pretty dominating. I remember interviewing owing a few years back and she was not even up to like my elbows. Now he's towering over me so it's really cool to see. These young kids grow grow with the sport getting different types of vehicle different types of machine and kinda just work their way up the field and it's really cool to be able to see all that you know it's it's funny you mention that because You know it's really. I'm my mind is blown with the talent. The young talent. You've got an short-course right now. You know these kids that have been coming up the ranks and you know racing for almost ten years and they're still teenagers. You know like to me. It's just mindblowing. How good how fast they are at such a young age because of the carts because of the utv's you know there's so many places they can get experience and i to me. It's crazy you get these eighteen. Nineteen year old kids. That could run with the best in the business at such a young age. Now exactly. i mean there's the one seventy five seventy and then for side by side and then they even added a new class earlier. And i'm not sure if you've spoken about it a lot but even the pro amateur you know the program about their Where you can be able to see these younger names that come from the cart to come from the buggies and be able to work their way up. I mean the mark parts of course mature notes. You know they're doing a lot of cool things. And so it's kinda great to see you can go from a one. Seventy five seventy the program to the pro stock to the pro mod. And that's just all in utv's so i mean that's just really cool and the classes and the amount of people even in the buggy classes thirty plus buggies. You know always that are out there running. So it's.
