"About you farley like the White Star now I. Had A moment kind of did but. I never owned an album and I finally bought an album and I listen through the whole thing like ninety, eight percent of these. Jack White is a challenge that person it. Yeah. But I, don't like his music I like the music he does or other people never been able to really you think he has a couple of songs that I did but for the most part, even like the racketeers and when his sister and his sister's talented too. But when she sings I'm done that's sister. The store that they told, Oh that's not a sister. Yeah. I think they were married. A. Scam about it I felt for that very. Again that shows my white stripes knowledge. Yeah. I think I the only song of theirs I really like and I really liked the song seven nation army. That's it. Everything run they play overplay that. That was a fun interview with Laurie Laurie Usak. Of Ghosts of Fort Collins and she used to have. It was kind of family business more of a side GIG for everybody. So you know good thing for Laurie, she has other things to keep going. But it was a side business, but it was it was a cool business. Are you? Are you guys, believers. I guess, Kinda yes and no I'm definitely. When I hear stories because you and I were talking about it when I hear stories, I'm like. I don't doubt it but I'm also like it's really hard for me to to believe it. Because even my own stories I don't know if I believe. Well, I'm like drowsy was I seeing you know I just kind of depends on your experiences and what you've been through I think it's one of those things that's hard as just to believe in without you know actual scientific evidence. Let's things like. The scientific evidence is hard I. Mean you can say there's there's evidence I mean. There's lots of things that have been documented that can show. Yeah. There's weird things that are going on and you can't explain yeah, using science. So that's your scientific evidence I guess is that there is no science to prove it I probably lean more toward believing definitely because. Again, it's like when you hear an individual story, you still like maybe you know, I, don't know if I'm freaked out. Because I've never had someone told me a story where I believed it so much that I'm scared maybe next year we should broadcast live from haunted look scary I would've loved that I would love that so much. We could've talked to Laurie for much longer along time that will restore is crazy and then she said some of them were like just nasty kind of style once the kind of stories that. You hear is that sometimes you hear you feel an energy like it's either a very positive energy doesn't really scare you a lot by Kinda Heeb spine-chilling or you feel on easy you need to get out of that spot is our bracket have any energy are Brecca has tons of energy and honestly our bracket right now's the top we're in the semi-finals and our top four are very creepy people. Yeah. The Og Penny. Forces. PINHEAD old school versus new kind of new school and the other side of the bracket, and then we have the pale man from Pan's labyrinth and pyramid head from silent. That's. What's the gentleman law gentlemen loss believing the gentleman dude you can't hold up against the Pale man. Pale. Man's freaky man I'm curious though versus pyramid head and Pale mayor more of the gentlemen and they look crappier smile would argue that I think the Perelman's terrifying i. Killing you but so does the pill man maybe he doesn't enjoy because what he does. Face you. Well, that's what they do and they enjoy it I'm sorry this was the people have spoken. To dowse agreed with me therefore, I disagree kind of looks like he could just be pyramid head without the pyramid on his head while he's also not buff like pyramid. Or? Do with giant sword. Do we remember how pyramid head was made? No. Wow. We're like we're on the same level. I was going to say that I was GONNA ask that. Okay. So who do you? Who Do you? Think's going to go to the finals here I'm going Pale man about. Like might Penton is my nightmare on this bracket here amid head. is now he's not the freaky thing in the world, but I was so terrified of the of the of the whistle. The birds freaking out, and then suddenly here he is everything melts everything melts and here he comes and I played the video games two and whenever pyramid head was coming in those video games I was like I felt like I was in the game and I didn't want to play anymore though they did a good job of immersion you into that world he so scary and then I mean with. PINHEAD verses pennywise. Think pennywise goes I. Don't know boy I don't know I. I think I'm still more terrified of pinhead than I am pennywise. I wish it was pennywise versus nickelback. Necks scaring all nickelback, scary hurt. Their music lets US scary. Scary. Return comes on the radio. Mobile. Gaming. "Wasn't like a lot of the race drivers. I took racing and did got into the endorsement witness. I was one of the early race drivers that got it. Too heavy and in the endorsement so people don't realize it, But I made more money doing that. Then I did winning race. Hunter won five races and took home his first Usak national championship that year by the slim margin of just 11 points over Mario Andretti. In 1969 nuts or became very familiar with the number three. He started third in the 500 finished third and in the national championship. He ended up in third place. Balancer never got a shot to run the 500 that year. He was injured in a motorcycle accident in the speedway in field in May prior to qualifying, knocking him out of the race. But Alan Shore show that he and his new team Veles Parnelli Jones, Racing would become a dominant force on the use of championship trail. After recovering from his leg injury. Allen sir reeled off five wins. And wound up second in the national championship standings ahead of Bobby. Despite competing in two fewer races, Al Unser says working with the 1963 winner was a big boon to his career mean have finally as your car owner and smooth and as talented as he wass. He really helped. Maybe. And I would come in with that night after practice and stuff. We would talk about it and he was just a very good man to talk to you and be able to say, Well, it does. And does he have the ideas? Well, this This. Try this and you try this and, you know, see how it works. Tomorrow. 1970 would be Al answers breakout year when he returned to the Brickyard, No motorcycle or any other driver in the field was going to stop him from the blue number to any quite a hand up here. The crowd roses one when he came by, and that's a great tribute to a great driver with a great car. Now hear Alan Shore the chuck and fly the winner of the 19 seventies. Knapp was.

"Those books probably had like twenty five or fifty decision points. Max But your life has thousands of decision points right douses of opportunities to change the way you're thinking or feeling are acting thousands of opportunities to change your patterns to change your experience to change the trajectory of your life and when you default to what is familiar. What you think has already been decided for you. That is a decision not embracing your agency in your own. Life doesn't mean you aren't choosing your just choosing your unconscious brain. You're seeing yourself. I just want my life to be made up of whatever nonsense. My Lizard rate has come up with unconsciously. That's what should be in charge. That's the adventure I want to choose. That is a choice and I think the only reason that choices appealing is because we feel overwhelmed by the weight of making decisions for ourselves. Because we're afraid we will make the wrong decision but this is where the second way that choose your own adventure. Books is a great metaphor for life comes into play because in the books end in life. There's no wrong choice. When you made a choice of one of those books there wasn't a fifty fifty chance that you would turn to a page. That just said USAK wrong decision. You fail right most of us think of life and our decisions as opportunities to make the right or wrong choice to fail or succeed to be happier. Tragic rate we think decisions as a binary. But they're not an on off switch unless your decision is to jump out of a plane without a parachute or something. Your decisions are really a branching tree. They're like a fractional. Each decision leads to many more decision. Points that create one pattern one adventure instead of another but no matter what you get to have an adventure and there's no wrong adventure. One adventure isn't better than another. They're just different. You're going to have the human experience regardless happiness and sadness love and loss right darkness and light every adventure. Has Those in common. There is no adventure where you just got to be happy all the time so agonizing over whether you're making the right choice that feels terrible because you're trying to make a choice now to control your thoughts and feelings in the future right. You're trying to think which thing that I pick now will make sure that I'm always happy. An upset in the future. That's not an option. You're a human the human brain. You will have positive and negative thoughts and feelings in the future. No matter what decision you make you will have to manage your mind on any adventure. So what if you stop trying to make your decisions that way right? What if any choice is just an opportunity to take the adventure in one direction or another? You will learn something on any adventure. One adventure may be different than another adventure. But it's not better or worse just a different set of things to experience and learn and it's really wild. Is that unlike in a choose your own adventure book when you're choosing your own life adventure you're the one creating it and you're taking your own brain with you. So the odds are you'll probably learn the same lessons no matter what you choose right. 'cause you're digging the same brain with the same thought patterns down any path right and we know that the same brain while the same thought patterns if you don't change them regardless of the circumstance so the stakes are so much lower than you think you can have any adventure. Adventures are different. But they're not better or worse than each other they're all going to involve a human life with positive and negative emotion and they're all going to involve something to learn and probably a lot of the same things to learn because we all have the same lessons we need to learn based on our brains so you can keep thinking about your life like a story. Someone else has written that you can only watch unfold rate. You can think about your life something outside your control. That was decided before you were born by the decisions other people made you think it is a story. That's half or two thirds over and now it's too late to change. You can keep all those thoughts they sound terrible to me or you can choose your own adventure you can start looking for the opportunities that you have every moment to change the course of your own experience you can become the author of your own story you can choose to change how you think and feel and act and react in any given moment and you can do so with ease and freedom knowing that there's no wrong decision there's no wrong path to take. There's no wrong story to write any adventure. You choose will be fall of joy and sadness of struggle and triumph of love and loss as long as you engage in it and you will always learn whatever you need to know along the way as long as you're willing to try so have a beautiful week might chickens choose new adventure and write your own story. How Can Gingko Leaves Help Track Climate Change?

"Hey brain stuff lauren Bogilov here. You might have have a gingko tree in your neighborhood. It has wispy fan shaped leaves that turn a beautiful burnished yellow in the fall and possibly drops rotten smelling fruit. It looks different different from other trees. You might see on your street mostly because when you look at a gingko tree you're looking at the product of another time. Gingko Biloba is the oldest tree on birth. It's outlived odds. Relatives seen the dinosaurs rise and fall any individual Ginkgo tree may have seen a lot the oldest known gingko specimen stands in Zunga Mountains of China and is one thousand four hundred years old gingko trees have remained pretty much unchanged for the past two hundred seventy million years have survived three mass extinctions and might be a key to helping us understand something about how our current climate chefs will affect organisms in the future a group of researchers at the Smithsonian Environmental Research Center in edgewater Maryland are studying a grove of fifteen gingko trees each housed a plastic greenhouse tent and hooked up to a tank of carbon carbon dioxide that delivers different amounts of the gas to each tree some up to two and a half times the carbon dioxide concentration of modern earth's air in in this experiment called fossil atmospheres. The scientists are trying to reconstruct how the atmosphere of earth has changed over the past couple geologic eras through the ice ages is and periods when there was no ice at all in the polls and how it's likely to change in the future the Earth's atmosphere is made up of a variety of different gases including carbon dioxide the concentrations of which have a huge impact on the planet's climate scientists can get a pretty good idea of what past clients were like by looking at fossil plants. Thanks thanks to a little structure on the surface of their leaves called Sta Mata these are tiny holes that let carbon dioxide into the leaf and water and oxygen out the the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air determines. How many S- tomato are on the surface of the leaf using fossils of GEICO's from different places and time periods can help the researchers features put together a story of what Earth's climate has been up to for the past few hundred million years the researchers are doing all kinds of experiments with their tended fossil atmospheres atmospheres but they also want your help you can assist in this project by volunteering to help counts D'Amato on fossil ginkgo leaves in order to calculate the levels of carbon dioxide oxide in the atmosphere during specific periods in the deep deep past you can also send in Gingko leaves from wherever you live because although Kinko's are native to China they're popular in yards gardens and along streets worldwide may receiving specimens from citizen scientists all over the globe the researchers will be able to get a better sense of how various as features of the trees differ depending on whether they're planted in say Singapore Colorado which will in turn help them better understand how gingko grow differently depending on the climate in which they developed now or two hundred million years ago today's Episode Code was written by Jessica Lynch yields and produced by Tyler claim brain stuff is production of iheartradio's? "If they can put the whole race together. He can be up there contending to win the race. I grieve all that was said there but you know what he cares. In love so much is dirt racing and you know what he did last night. Why would he do. He was in an epic dirt. Racing Usak minutes here going in this epic duel. This was just so awesome to watch Zev wiser. He's racing against these trade believe back and forth and I believe on the final lap remake the last ditch effort. I think we get together. Zev wise able to get it hat was just such a cool finish. He's going with this cool finish but I think it was his birthday Karl Larsson driving just watching him drive. I really love watching Kyle Larson drive on dirt. It's just amazing yeah. Let's go back to the NASCAR race and you've got forty one of Suarez okay work that was kind of weird all right so for days whereas everything you said about hit or miss basically with collars. Watkins Glen is the opposite for him. He is really good their third place finish in two thousand seventeen a fourth place place finish last year but the thing for this team is what's been going on points wise. They've been hit or miss in the last couple races. They've fallen out of the playoffs. There could carry US position with viruses ago. There's a lot of pressure on him to find a way in the playoff in this forty one car for Stewart Haas racing so I believe this is a very important weekend for dinosaurs in this forty one team. They need a good run. They need a lot of points. I need great stage finishes. They need to come out of this weekend feeling that they've done something points wise and taking a a bite out of that points gap right now being thirty one and that's the crazy thing parker is do they race for stage points because the way we've seen road course racing happen. Everybody pits before the the end of the stage to get track position. Do they just say we need the points. Are they already win or nothing mode. That's the question I think thirty one out though it's it's very Cosa Safai races I agree so I think they could go either way. We'll just have to watch and we promise you five all five sort of in that bubble talk. Let's give you a bonus driver who maybe isn't worried about points. It is easy yeah yeah. I got this one ninety five car. I think after it's finished it's getting his first ever top. Five you gotTa Watch Matt and that Ninety five car. He's had some interesting comments in the media as of late about why he should stay in that ninety five car for next year. I do agree them that. He is doing great things in that ninety five car. They stats they meet. Nothing's out those yeah. Don't worry about those stats. Cut this off screen. My Boy Guido is going to go out there and make it happen. I agree we were talking about it. He finished fourth at Cinema Norma. We talked a little bit this week about some stuff at Watkins Glen. We know going back to what I just said about a couple of minutes ago Joe Gibbs. Racing cars are fast. They're an alliance. It's there Mike Wheeler used to be. They're going to have a lot of great notes and he can go out there and we'll a race car and everything that he says in the media. I made sure her to tell him. Don't back down because it's the truth and they're not throwing anybody under the bus. You're having confidence in yourself saying nobody in my race car is going to be better than me and there's a the reason for that because it's true that if he has another round like he had its anoma. Will he give you another shout out and say he he owes it all to you know because he did it on his own. I can I can. I only heard it so if I have that I'm going to say because he's helped me. A little bit spent trying. I'll give new shadow all right. Thanks guys so we gave you some drivers to watch now. If the regular season season winding down that means our fifty states must be too when we come back we will tell you why youth has gone wild skid row <music> welcome back the sturgis motorcycle rally fires this week in South Dakota and American flat track is part of the action with racist in Sturgis and rapid city catch the racing August tenth here on N._B._C.. I know we got kind of stay with that. There who reason to watch the buffalo chip and sturgis chips they race around a bar aw I love it.

About cars James under the yellow. You can't do that. That is. In the heat of leaving the piddly overtaken these other. I'm not sure why he did that. Let's watch Bradley Beal drive to the basket against your pistons. Okay. Jalen when James harden to the double step back? Okay. Can kind of see he does apu- fake dribble. See here. He's like I'm gonna make the rest of a dribble up. No pump fake triple. And then he was not whistled as a travel in National Basketball Association. Contest. How does that happen this three referees there? So what the officials will tell you is that he was driving towards the basket and he lost the ball, which resets how many steps you've actually taken. Okay. As a player as one of the Detroit coaches would probably tell you Dwayne Casey in particular, the world sees that like you, and I see it. He didn't lose the travel. He was good driven for a second time and realize it couldn't dribble for a second time. So he caught it again. And then pass it as losing the bus. What if you get the ball slapped out of your hands, reset your feet even travel? You know, lie was I wasn't as upset as the rest of the world because the pistons got that w own Andrei drummer. Was balling. Let me ask you a real to win. Let me ask you real questions pistons fan. Is a pistons w really a w. Of course, it is. Do you want to win basketball games the Detroit Pistons at this point? Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Okay. We'll see if that attitude changes over the next thing. Jalen rose. What? Now, we have a segment where we explore the margins such a black and white world that we live in we explore the gray area, the nuance of our society and that segments called cultural or. Tyler Courtney finished fourth or better you won the championship. And actually he was running fifth going into the last lap. And the guy who won the race and was leaving Kevin Thomas junior. Forty races across the country for the championship because Tyler Courtney one I think it was eleven Maine's this year. He's a guy who got the title. So but still had with Usak Sierra Damion Gardner leading the points and he flipped hard met dash. Yeah. And that kind of opened the door fro Brody rela, but they got the car fix, and you can go to a backup car and he wanted six straight Usak Sierra title seven championship overall. It's amazing. It was a lot of drama. A lot of close. Just really interesting in the mix. Great racing. Really great. Everybody was just they knew that. This was the big deal and they brought it. Yeah. They know. It's very, you know, those guys not only two guys risk for the championship. There's a lot of money involved in that race. It's twenty five grand to win fifteen thousand per second. Ten thousand thirty just to get into the a main event was a thousand dollars. So you know, guys are fighting hard trying to get that big cash. Exactly, my voice after three nights crashed. I was gonna say you are really funny last night. I don't know about that. You know, you're cracking jokes and hours. Great. We were we were laughing. It was fun. It was fun to listen to you. Sorry. I missed you guys. Yeah. We never saw you. Yeah. We were in the stands a lot and just in the pits in the beginning that we are in the stands to watch the main. Good good. Yeah. Thank you got your money's worth. Dave went down. There is that really nice veterans tribute with the large flag. So Dave went down. Did that like he did last year really enjoyed that? Yeah. That all move. We've done stuff with veterans before. But. Last year. Don got the flag when the American flat track. So she can't even talk American flat track association without here. He got the flag that they use last year. Gerald makes ceremonies. They let him use it and all the veterans and active military members got down racetrack. Unfurled this flag, which I don't know. It's got eighty feet long and about forty feet wide. And. They did that last year. So this year, you know, it was back where Ray of tea is headquartered op Sadan if could use it again, I'll do is pay for shipping. I think that's going to become a tradition with that race parasol speedway. A fans really love that great way, you know, on Veterans Day weekend to salute the fans, well, not only did the fans enjoy it. Then I can guarantee you the veterans did as well. Yes. That was my second time doing it as well. At both times. I was standing around different different vets. And and every one of them we were all saying the same thing, you know, where do you see this at a racetrack? You don't see the race track? Well, you know that all goes back to the guy around the track. He he doesn't forget about anybody. Right. And Don kazarian who you know today. I got attacks from a guy who's at the race last night in the pits and lost his wedding ring. I said, you know, approximately where you were at you know, he gave the places where that most of the time and normally downs back the race track on Sunday for some. But after four straight nights you took today off, and I I texted him and said, hey, this guy lost his wedding ring. This is where he was most of the night. That's the first thing. I Don lists tomorrow to go hunting around the middle of the infield trying to find these guys wedding ring just need one of the little metal detector thingies. Hey, find some money down there. And more car parts than money. I'm afraid. Hey, I I had to run downstairs and grabbed my next our guests. And I I don't know if Michelle asked this question, but who was the young lady that you were you were compensating back and forth within the infield, Georgia. Georgia Hannah berry, she is out of actually she's from Missouri. The native Missouri just transferred to school in Vienna. And she works with Usak. Oh, okay. Because I was. Year for this. Okay. Okay. Because I was gonna say, holy moly. Where did you get that girl because she was awesome? She did. She just did a really good job. Yeah. Yeah. She's actually her boyfriend finish third last night. Chris wyndham? Oh, okay. All right. Cool. Cool that worked out your boyfriend. But I think she's pretty much. I don't know heard that. Well, but she's raised some stuff herself. I think she's pretty much been raised around racing stuff. Yeah. You could tell was it me. Because I mean you Don we're heading to the infield to to do you have the the drivers introduction. And you guys walked right by me. Zeevi and to be honest with you, I didn't really pay attention. Something else on my mind. But were you wanna tuxedo? Not only will Diana tuxedo. I was in down tuck seato. So you don't even own your well. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. White trash doesn't own tuxedo. I'm sorry. What was I say? I should have looked at your profile such white trash dot L. No, no. Because I was wearing. Any excuse for him not to have to wear a tux? I thought you look very nice when they put the spotlight. I is that Scott. Well, that's why when they walk by me. I was going down into the concessions. Recognize him. I mean, especially I mean, they both have because you can see this because it's a very important and a very serious event last night. And I gotta tell you it. It was. Yeah. It was it was quite the race. If anybody missed that one. That was really good good close racing. I gotta tell you. Yeah. I I always tell people if you're a race fan. You gotta put that on your bucket list. It's three nights they go to different parts of the country where they have a three night race. One night one group races the other than the race to go the third night. And we've done that before in. You know, we want to get the best show. They can have we make everybody writes all three nights. Okay. I just have to ask who who's assigns pit spots in the infield. You're assuming objection your honor, your assuming. Facts. Of the regular is what they do for a race. Like this. You know normally during the season what it's just our series out here. Everybody knows everybody pits problem pulling him in. But for a race like this the crew goes out, and they know where our guys pit the normal guys. Right. So they just kinda reserve those spots in the cone. And then the guys from out of town, then they feel it and the rest of the space. So you mean to tell me? Actually, they tried to park a couple of guys next to each other from back east, and they threw a you know, what because they can't stand each other. This was my etiquette part of it. See this is my point because we went down and we owe every time we always go in. And we we run down Damian. The back for everybody and everybody is looking for Brody and some one of the official says he's right across from Damian. Their rivals. I mean software's wondering how that parking situation was set up. No, no, no. They pitted. Across from each other for years now. They hadn't. I mean. It's no secret. They didn't get along this year. There was a lot of what's up. You still there said? Like a hockey game. It happens in the heat of the moment and the rest of the time. Yeah. Yeah. Fine. They don't get along. I don't think our buddy, buddy. But they respect each other occurs. Respect each other it boiled over a couple of times besides that. Well, exactly, I mean, they're both topnotch drivers, you know, and you have to respect somebody that can drive the way these guys could drive. I mean. Yeah, rivalries. One thing, you know. But I'm sure I I have this eerie feeling that if either one of them needed anything to get out on the track and the other had it. They would give it to them. Yeah. I don't know that for sure I mean last night. From my view looking down after Damien flip. There was a ton of people helping down there. Everybody. Screw crew was involved. But yeah. All right. So how about the winters? Yeah. Kevin Thomas junior ever raced before Paris. He's race out here for years. Okay. All right. All right and chase in. Yeah. Same thing. He's been coming out here for years as well. Well, let's let's let's do it. The other way how many first timers from from back the earth, you know, someplace other than the crew of the no I'm not sure off the top of my head. I can tell you that. There's a guy who basically stole the show from Lucas, Iowa, Frank Rogers. Oh, yeah. We just started calling them. Frank. Yeah. What's up with that? Like, that's like share. Things like that. You know, when you give just the first name, you know, who this person is greatest guy. I mean such a good guy. And I mean, kind of a low budget team to say the least and he just stole the hearts of the crowd on Thursday night. And just say his name, the crowd with tear that buddy. Now, the funny guy 'cause you know, he didn't make the main event last night. He almost may Damian out Friday. He didn't make the main event we got done driver introductions, and I stepped up a podium stand there eating a sandwich. And he goes, hey, you didn't introduce me. Oh. He probably you kidding around agencies. A good guy and Chris holds all the interviews. He did with them the first unite. I'm not sure how much went down and gave. Two thousand dollars. It was close. Wow. Hey, Chris Paul did. Awesome job to tell them. Just just did a phenomenal job. Always does. He does this for. The today's Vasca so parasol he's been there since day one. Yeah. Yeah. Just you know, folks, if you've never been to Paris auto speedway you have to put it on your list. Yes. You got a bucket list the oval nationals. But you really gotta go there during the regular season and get involved with all the fans and the folks I mean, I'm just telling you it was. Yeah. And you do know that Michelle, and I did a double header yesterday for you. I didn't realize that. I was listening to the show. And I heard you guys want to NHRA I live in the town next to there. I'm like five miles away from there. But I haven't been to that quite a few years. Yeah. Well, it was quite the drive coming over to see. You did good. We got got there about five twenty worked out pretty good parking. Lot was insane. But they're still was parking stat blew me away. Yeah. We are pretty happy when we drove up and there was nowhere to park because we were like, all right. I. We got into the infield. Yep. You know, we both gain ten pounds with mud on our boots and the pinks hotdogs, and we got to go see. Shelly Shelly and Dennis had seen them in a while just going to and Randy Weightman is at the IRA. Andy Randy, let me drive his car. With my phone here. I know that you're cutting in and out as well. On your side. Why it must be time. It must be time for you to eat. I'm gonna let you go watch hockey or watch hockey is hockey comes up lock up. Next week the promoted Ventura raceway and the Turkey night grand prix coming up thanksgiving. Michelle will be there. Thank scott..

Where she said, yes, I realize I was doing a series repeats, mom had to do these things. She was thrust into this moment base of her looking at her example right only she raised us to this one for life. Now I had this great, wonderful life. American boy happened. Thank you happened. Break-up congre happened. I'm not crazy, but I still couldn't get it not realize I wasn't living the lifestyle that I was out here at tonight I had to do. I don't have six kids wasn't even in the hood have more than of money. Mark close. It was glorious, come on. I wasn't telling no one was telling me what to do, and yet I was at tonight these things and put myself in scenarios with these things happened on purpose. Zano different, right. And minute are realized it the minute start to realize it in their opinion, talked toes base hours. I'm doing exact opposite every time, and it was just like, okay, the patents stop now eight. In may the patents in the repeats I'm done because it made me feel so bad. I was like, it's almost like a punch in the face to guard got said to my mom, I'm gonna give you more than you have a blessed, you know, and what did I do it right? Just kinda kick it back by just doing everything wrong on purpose per se. In some of the times I knew I just didn't know what else to do continue doing. It is the hardest thing to light face that part like, oh, this was the awful. Right. Some major. Understanding so, and it's not easy to do at all. My goodness. And I'm writing this album so I had to it was the it wasn't such a hard push, but it was Usak met some before. Why did you just go through that full-time? The thing about this new songs to their like journal of your Patsy like marabout to go through this again for how. And I was like, I can't do this no more. I can't do this. Can't do this anymore. This is ridiculous. He wa- the seventh that he sakes, you know, been at the as, you know, we look. What are you doing? Everything else was going great. Just that pop to fix it as I'm not doing this anymore. I'm not repeating. I'm not going through the same things and as a period as I was finishing out the album as well, cannot the album and I had to just make some real life changes, you know, and it's hard because it's almost like I feel like I'm doing it a little bit late of immature, saints guy. Well, stop just me. Take your leave it. You know, I feel like I should have said that ten years ago because I've been forever long on time. It was fun. So it was fun a little bit. I knew you is in a different site of minor because the way you'll hear swooped over to the right side. Women, women had curved thing, just leave. He'll lanes. Right now. No. Here. But one thing I'll say about it sells it. You've never seen her in mass member lever. We never use stories in all the years. Even famous. I don't think I've ever read anything wild about, have you stayed so grounded in an industry that does seem to dislike ravage? It's artists. Love is given to the idea that you have to be in the Mississippi famous. If people come pegged you for this, sell the story. Talk about this. You always sold knowing that I had to give you something to go on negative in order for you to care about my music. I can say all the positive things in any interview. You're gonna take as click. Bait is the negative connotation, aloft. When I said this, you love to break out this video footage now it l. slams still offset not like it was funny. We loved up, defend defending this it. Yeah, so, but that's the new album rollout is is like. Authorization Eliza. Mm-hmm. I'm the with it. I mean, they gonna do it anyway. But personally, I don't have any real beef of anybody. I try. I try to keep a hundred with people in us e even have thrown a shoot at anyone..

"Nova and empty lawn at an amphitheater holding a jukebox like jack usak hoping hoping that that peter gabriel's gonna play any in the counting crows it's happening i know we've been good comedy it's happening i'm only going i'm only going radically not not because i'm really excited you saw the billions where they used all maha you got into it you joy i love the album's it's just that he goes to spoke he basically goes to konya when he goes live and and i don't wanna see it but i will go as long as you're prepared to laugh is the taylor swift's summer tour officially in crisis mode or is it salvageable i am going to the first show in san francisco i believe that the back half of reputation is excellent and i am still an unpaid intern for the ringer and i will write a piece describing how the tour is next saturday after i come back okay staticy just fine snapchat took a hit the design was really did turn people off i don't think the jenner slash kardashian family helped to got murdered and stock earnings you actually wrote a piece for us about the new design and how dangerous it was so now what happens to them well look snapchat still matters but those who've been through the ringer at twitter before seen some of those numbers before right and the thing that i would say is it takes a lot for a founder of a company to rethink and question and challenge his herself that quickly and the fact that evan is so publicly talking about rethinking a decision you know i think is good in the long run for snap because not a lot of founders would be that sort of self aware and reflective and willing to to rethink something that that you know quite frankly he drove internally so well i think that the design was big risk and i think that instagram continues to pick off a you know they they take with snap builds and rebuild it quickly i still have some hope for snap going forward.
