"Or Manero instead. Oh, no, He's not saying that. If investors want to buy a less popular token, though, usually need to exchange their Fiat currency to Bitcoin first before making their purchase. That's not entirely true. No, not with stable coins like U S, D, T and and others on exchanges you could buy every major exchange out. There has a whole bunch of different, stable coin trading Paris and if you if you really need to buy an obscure kind of unknown crypto currency, like I don't know Davey or hush or something reach out to the developers, and you'll still have a way to bio drought buying it with Bitcoin. But below is a growing list of reasons. I believe Bitcoin is the most dangerous investment of 2021. The concept of scared scarcity has been pulled out of thin air. Hold on is this reason number one? This is how many reasons he got. Does that number? Okay, Three numbers, but it's only about three. Okay, So I definitely want to hear these reasons because you know, we've heard we've heard it all. If he actually has reasons I would like to hear them as well. Let's get into it. Bitcoin Bulls often point to its so called hard cap of 21 Million Tokens has proof of its scarcity. Simple economics tells us that if demand for a good exceeds supply and supply is limited, the price of that good will rise. Yes, and we've seen that happening. That's exactly what's happening. You see, we're not talking about a physical good. Being in limited supply. Bitcoins token cap is nothing more than an arbitrary figure. Plucked from thin air that which is equally true of the cap on the U. S D at the national debt, But there is no cap on that he doesn't seem to get into. Yeah, they did officially remove it didn't I don't think there ever was one. Well, there wasn't a real one because they would just take steps right. They've had spending caps as far as likes, and they always raised the spending caps, but there's no Yeah, There's no There's no limit. Physical gold is considered scarce because we can't make any more gold than what can be found on found in mind on Planet Earth, which is also not true that the article just came out today about an asteroid that was had more gold than all of the gold on Earth. That's not the case with Bitcoin community consists could lead to an increase in the token limit. The chest of this happening might be small, but it's not 0%. In fact, I think it's probably going to happen. It's one of the best objections. Okay, I gotta get this guy credit. I've thought, you know this could happen in the future..

"Your host Phil Parisi. Welcome back to the underwriters corner. I started to tell you about the program called U. S. D, a rural development. And it allows you to buy a house just like the veteran can, even though you are not a veteran. Now there are two hoops you have to jump through. Unlike the veteran because he's a veteran But you could buy a house with no down payment and you can negotiate with the seller to pay all or any part of your closing costs now. Let me tell you something. The interest rate is the same as the Via you're talking about in the twos, twos for a 30 year fixed rate. Now let me tell you, it's called the U. S. D a rural development. Why's it called rural? It doesn't mean where there's more cows and people, but it is restrictive to where you can buy in every county. You could buy a house in every county, but you have to be one inch outside of a city limit. Well, some counties don't have a city. And you could buy anywhere in the county. In some counties. They might have a city and you've been looking over here. But if you win three blocks over this way, this whole area would be available to you. How do you know where in the county and that's in the county that you're looking in? Where where you can purchase on using this program. There's a Web page and if you call the office and grab one of these loan officers, and again there 800 number Is 3 to 1. 5555 Just tell me you're interested in the U. S. D a rural development number one lets them run your credit. Give them tell them a little bit about your income. Make sure you'd qualify because here's the second hoop. It's not for somebody making $300,000 a year. But the income limits are pretty reasonable. It goes by the number of people in your household. I don't mean the people who were working anybody who's living in your household. So if you're a couple with three Children Your household of five. And in some counties, you could go up to $150,000 and still qualified for this program. If you're a single parent with two Children your household of three As I said last week, I got a few calls about it. I said if you were a young couple in your mother in law lives with you, I said all but God forbid. I've got phone calls off that. You know that there's lovely, lovely, lovely mother in laws, but You know what? The mother in law living with the young couple, But if they're if itwas you'd be a household of three. And depending on the number of people in your household. And the county that you're looking in, you can qualify and there's an income limit, but it's really It's really very reasonable. I've only had one person. In the past six months exceed that and we couldn't use the program, so it's pretty reasonable, but it allows you to buy a house just like a veteran. And if you call the office and grab a loan officer, they'll give you the Web page and the Web page is the map is called You put your county in and it'll tell you in this area of the county. You can't use the program in this air you can and we're not talking about bad areas. In some cases, you talking about the best areas in the county. You just have to be an inch outside of the city limit, and that's what makes it rural development, and it's called USDA rural development. It is a great program. It's been around for years. But you know, it never took off that people know about it. Even realtors. Lot of Realtors have never used this program, and it's a great way for somebody to buy a house and not need a penny out of their pocket. So you can you get the interest rates that are ridiculous. So it's a terrific program. Now, let's say you find a house, but it's in the city limit and you can't use this program and you're not a veteran. Well, then there's the F H, a. The Federal Housing Administration. There's no income limits on that. And you could buy a house anywhere. Just like a veteran, and the interest rates on all three of these programs are the same. What's the difference with F A. J. FH a still allows you just like the other two programs to negotiate with the seller to pay any or all polo All of your credit, all of your closing costs. But the difference is with FH A. There's a small down payment. It's 3.5% so not terrific Lee Lodge. But 3.5%. What does that come out, too? Well on $100,000 sale, It would be 3.5% would be 3500 bucks. There aren't too many $100,000 houses out there. It on a $200,000 house. 3.5% would be seven grand. So if you're buying a $200,000 house, you need the seven grand. The seller can pay all or any part of your closing costs. So all you would need is that seven grand? But what if you only had four The F H A allows you to have gift letters. From any immediate relative. Mom and dad. Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Brother sister can give you a gift letter. Mom and dad. I'll give you a gift letter saying I'm going to give you $1000 just to get you out of my house. I mean to help you with your new house. I know. I've had three Children. I help them. Go ahead. Go go into your own house. Like any relative like that can give you a gift letter so that you can show the loan officer. Hey, loan officer. I only have four grand. Now I know I need seven. But I have two or three gift letters. And so I'm gonna have my seven grand so that they can give you a prequalification letter. And now you can start looking at houses on the Internet. That are $200,000. And you know you've been pre qualified. And if you find one, you could you have the loan officer's name and cell phone number..

"Every year is always special. I call it match night and it is where we come together and we do something good. We use this platform for a greater good. And if you're just joining us, Thank you for for doing that. We're talking tonight about liberating slaves, real people. Real women that were taken captive some some of them a few dozen years ago, some of them just a few years ago, But they have all the same things in common. They were taken from their home. They were taken to a place that was not there. Not where they were from the familiar with they became the property of some one else and in the process have been treated most inhumanely and tonight we have a chance to liberate them. In fact, if we can liberate 20 of them, we have We have a very generous donor, who said. I just want to challenge you guys to do this. I am moved to give a big gift. Can you Can you guys get 20 slaves Liberated. If so, I'd like to match that slave for slave 88834 to 10 10 Triple 834 to 10 10. Rob Davis is back with us his head of the U. S D operations for CSC and robbed nothing brings home Be the the importance of what we're doing, like hearing the actual circumstances and stories that the slaves go through s So why don't you introduce us to one of them that have been liberated by possibly even some of our own efforts earlier this year. Well, this is very likely that this story would have been something that would be the byproduct of what your listeners have done. We're gonna just give you a brief background on ATHOC. She was liberated, actually, on October 11th 2020, So we're not even talking to me months ago. Andre, you're listening. There's these air efforts that are ongoing. We engaged in rescue efforts throughout the year. Our rescuer, If you will is over in sedan at the moment, engaged in these dialogues and negotiations on will have more success stories to share with your listeners in the coming months of things that happened. Tonight, a zoo result of their efforts. But I thought you know was captured when she was 16 years old and that that stops me dead in my tracks right there. I've got two daughters. They're 20 and 21. 16 wasn't that long ago and I can't even imagine somebody coming into my house or my property. And abducting my daughter. You've got a young.

"So our big tech news this week final cut. Apples premier editing platform, which came out with a big release and it's fascinating me. There's first off there's a whole bunch of cool new features and we'll talk about the cool new features but the reason why I was so interested in this is we talked about this a lot in the podcast. Earlier. On back in the pandemic that we are currently living through Beckon Mortuary Pearl. There were a whole bunch of software that updates that came out from people that clearly everyone was like, oh, we're all locked at home and we need to fix something about our software for home release resume had a big update in mid April that remember zoom was like if you don't update to five, it's going stop working and all that stuff because as we all shifted to this work from home thing, a lot of people came out with software updates that felt rushed that felt like Oh this is happening. Let me make sure I'm ready for it. And this final cut pro update is the first that feels like, oh You've taken time and evaluated work from home remote workflow future, and you have put some real work in developing and making an easier work from home or remote workflow sharing work more easily with remote teams workflow for your projects good for you, and so the this final cut pro is really all about making it easier to move a final cut pro project from machine to machine beat on external hard drive bid on using I cloud drive. However, you're doing it although the cloud drive integration is Kinda slick. making it so that all the media you're using gets wrapped up in a in a single library, USURP ZIP that library up drop it nightclub drive drop it necessity in somebody else can just immediately keep working on the project. So really good media collection and proxy ing tools, and then a really deep integration with frame mile so that you can be dragging media straight from framework your bins working off the frame I o proxies really quickly. So it's Sort of an impressive that I feel like we're about to see a whole wave this fall of the big manufacturers being like, oh. This is our new world now and we've been in it for five or six months, and we're going to start deploying tools that really accept that this is where our attention belongs. So that's what I think is cool about found CAPRIO. There's a couple of other neat little feature improvements like you can apply lots and compressor which. Frankly. When they pointed that out I didn't realize you couldn't do lots and compressor, but you you really should be able to do lots and compressor like let's say you're shooting in log and you WanNa make your dailies have wreck seven nine on them. You'd need to drop a lead on it or transform and compressor can do that i. kind of feel like there may be two years late to that. But whatever they're here and then really fascinating I never use motion. I always forget that motions still being developed but they're still working on motion which is there like motion graphics and and. Sort of like CG is the wrong word like motion graphics, tool sort of their efforts competitor, and they added support to this to full U.. S., D.. three D objects, USD U. S. D. C., three D objects it was a format invented by Pixar. So it's a three D object that comes without shading. You know no BJ's the three D..

"Or getting separate flight insurance. When booking with United OK, two different issues here, but I'll get to it. I would have no trouble booking those flights now, because of two reasons. One the airlines have not been able to reset their algorithms to figure out who flew this February. Not many Or next February to be able to price the tickets, which means they're probably really inexpensive, which is what you were saying. So go ahead. Book him now, let's say God forbid there's another outbreak of the virus and united cancels that flight. Well, then you're entitled to a full refund under the U. S D O T rule, okay? So I say, Go ahead. It's worth rolling the dice. However, you asked a second question, and the second question is the one that gets me angry. About travel insurance. Of all the thousands of emails I get. The number two complaint. I'll get the number one in a second, but the number to complaint Is about travel insurance because people with all the best of intentions Looked it. How did they book it? They went online and you couldn't complete the transaction. Your ticket unless you opted in or out of the insurance, knowing nothing about what that insurance covered, or more importantly, what it didn't cover. And guess what? They all found out. There was a clause in that policy in the higher Olympics of that policy. Somewhat buried in there, maybe on Page 92 of their website That said, Oh, by the way, we don't kill you for pandemic. So they were the best of intentions. They purchased. What worthless insurance But here's your last question. Should I get separate insurance? When when I book of united? The answer is overwhelmingly yes. You never want to buy insurance.

D. they hold events to indoctrinate students about climate science and train them to be activists I talked to the head of the Pima GOP about it my interviews up at Tennessee dot com who while I am mmhm I don't even know what to say I found out during the break that there is somebody here on our staff that refuses to eat Chinese food because all my gosh they believe that they may get corona virus now this is in I want to energy I want to just say yes there is in Wuhan there is a Chinese restaurant that in the basement has an elevator elevator goes down through the core of the earth and all the way up to our Chinese restaurants here is where they get all of the bands and everything that they use an in kernel shells chicken not judge general just carnal Chou yeah and they get all the bat wings and everything right directly from that elevator man that goes by you know through the center of the earth directly to China how can you not eat Chinese food here you're expecting it what I don't even understand it like no they're all flying over there well on the hilly are they more than the the people that are you know flying over to Europe or whatever they're working at a chick fillet or McDonald's and they've got their family over in Mexico were you worried about that one I also had this weird suspicion and I can't prove this yeah that people for now because the idea being that I guess the theory being that because Chinese people work at Chinese restaurants and they have relatives in China that they might visit get corona virus come back and I guess get it on your general sells chicken I guess the theory behind this morning yes yes however is in a stunning development we have uncovered evidence okay that Chinese people don't just work at Chinese restaurants shut up they seem to work at restaurants all over the place shot almost like all the other races at all the other he's working as a borrows are they call it because I'd done my research I haven't had any Italian food at any place except as our borrows because there's no Italians that have ever been anywhere near as tomorrow's so I'm this whole illegal but now you tell me that there might be Chinese people work as a borrows too it might in fact and here's the thing people that you know that aren't Chinese they're eating at Chinese restaurants so you're with them every day you are not protected the result you're gonna tell me like no rainy and authorities have to tell their people that there's not a door but the door knob that you can safely lick hello to me all doorknobs can be safely letting that's all I think that that's a right right that's obviously nuts don't have Chinese food because Chinese people might work that is what is is nineteen forty one I will say there are these this covert nineteen coronavirus situation is making people insane your wife is nuts and she's got a stock item I love her and she's always very terrified of the docked to stop she is out of her mind Gracie she she gets the set every once in awhile every few years there's a big media story that legitimately freaks her out I'll give you a good example of this on our honeymoon it was the DC sniper story was like in full affect remember the story when there's that guy was in the back of his car he was shooting people at gas stations as they were pumping their gas and she was freaking terrified over this now we went to we were not anywhere near Washington DC where were you we were in the South Carolina that's not a suburb of one day I realized it was you know really expand three large just days away distance yes it is but it was one of those things that every time you're pumping gas it was like you know you had to like hide behind the cars something because you never know I look it was a scary situation I was around DC would you have a moment of thought he was living in DC in the area where those shootings were happening and that I could understand he was freaking out my son is there right but even that right right the chances of anything happening to you our CS also slow it's almost impossible to guard against and the situation here is the same thing you can take basic precautions of course you should wash your hands you do the basics avoiding particular genres of restaurants does absolutely nothing for you there's no no possible do we have the we have the profiles in courage music because going out on a limb here Chinese it's in Italy to godinama correlation I if I do a Croatian food.

I'm running short on time I thank J. Michael your excuse I appreciate Mike. I do I do but when I was going up so this really quick on a side note the president now. the president. they these fake news story talk about a briefly yesterday. this during the washer post all my god the president he what he he said something that we don't know. to a leader of a country that we don't know. but there's someone in the intelligence department we don't know that said it was so bad he told other people and there's no outrage of the president gave away national security stuff well on a phone call. we actually know there's blew it now we find out it could be that the new Ukrainian president. that's what it could be. and apparently they still don't know what was said. they think that this person is no longer works whoever was listening to trump's phone call with the Ukrainian president no longer works in the intelligence agencies. buddy age trump so much leaked out of the Washington post or edit to somebody that's a really wash post trump said something this person heard that they went to the the whistleblower they went to their bosses that we have to stop this it's so bad and nobody knows what the hell it is. and this is another thing they're just thrown out there so people get this idea in their head trump can't be trusted how can I vote for this guy that's all this is. so you want the nobody knows what was said what was promised nothing president trump literacy class for the conversation we all sit ins it's a bunch of junk I hope he does that. but until then can you play there's a little a montage the media speculating like I've never heard before as if trump committed treason or something nobody knows officially even what country it is you that rumored to be Ukraine the new Ukraine president green president nobody knows what was said but this is the media's take on here we go I mean this is incredibly high stakes for everybody involved it's just it's just it's in this topic this is truly uncharted territory I thank for watching Vladimir Putin's best fantasy play out in real time all of this is an example of the way the president uses power when he believes his word is law what we see now emerging as a massive cover up effort by the White House and the department of justice. the fax from coming to light I think we are at this point the Qin scrambling of all laws and procedures buy a individual in the oval office there we go they literally you're freaking out nobody knows what the hell it is but it's the worst thing ever. this is a breaking the law he's abuse a lot you don't even know what he did. so a few minutes ago the president was taking questions for the media is what the Australian prime minister. and a reporter asked do you know the identity of the whistle blower. the deep state or by the way you know how it is your map of everyone Ryan listen to the president's as here ago. I don't know the identity of the whistle blower I just here's a partisan person meaning it comes out from another party but I don't have any idea but I can say that it was a totally appropriate conversation it was actually a beautiful conversation beautiful and this is no different than you know the press is in a very bad week with justice cabin all and all of up up up damn computer for those ridiculous charges and all of the mistakes made in the New York times and other places you had a very bad week and this will be better than all of them.

"In the home to the parents we're talking about our children this is the these are our children I guess she joined some of the activists that painted a rainbow sidewalk she tweets out the rainbow sidewalk that T. U. S. D. grad I can't even pronounce her name and other choice students brought to their campus this past year as a welcoming sign that all are accepted here was the safest and most special pay a special place for the public forum that our community held outside so again as the safest place why because what she agrees with you disagreed something it's not safe this is what these people she's a school board member why would you ever have you kids into UST schools why right ridiculous she tweeted out to sun hole a video of a girl there outside the not in the actual forum she right she she passes the score ever leaves and we take a video and tweeted out to some hold their own family life curriculum hearing shows she doesn't care doesn't care what you have to say she is voting for this it doesn't matter what you teller other matter you Seattle my kids to learn this it's not your it's not for you to Teletoon she doesn't care six does man crystal in foster is it would to some elects maybe they will put in a sanctuary city you know if she had any guts she call the show and you're more than welcome to by the way eight eight zero can S. T. A. zero five six seven eight I also got an email from a listener actually was there named Eric he said last night's meeting they say we were organized what a lie is he's obviously missed listeners against this LGBT Q. sex ed thing they say we were organized with ally outside was run by two activist groups equality Arizona and to some pride we play the to some pride president summit several times all filming was by equality Arizona not to U. S. D. watch outside of it watch outside videos by them walking out and saying they had their own meeting and board members walked out as well this should void the inside meeting another meeting should be required true the board members disrupted the meeting they were hateful and rude to us what a dog and pony show I need board members literally walked out of the meeting I guess we should file some kind of a complaint with the Attorney General somebody should do something it's a family do something something that your kids I mean yeah don't call us and say we should do something I like it a lot of the tears the damn near even a mine and even if I lived in tea with these I wouldn't even have in there is this this is disgusting absolutely discussed more the cinema organizing the organized and I I I what else is on the phone so we have the the outside or it was organized by two activist groups generality Arizona and to some pride what about the inside well that and the inside the city walk and I guess they were in the eighties groups organized having your own hearing even Chris apart on the outside so wasn't they said we don't want to hear with these people have to say that are against this sex ed curriculum so we're gonna have our own hearing outside of the building and that's where Chris on foster got up she won't hurt anybody else had to say inside that might be against it she just went out and hung out the freaks outside the activists than a jobs is this a whole week or is it a whole semester that they're doing this sex ed thing all this is going to be like fourth grade through eighth grade left opt in but eventually they'll just make it when before you know it will change it to it's so good it's got your rate results we're gonna make it automatically you can opt out I guarantee that's what's gonna happen in the future but it's gonna be part of the curriculum it's part of the teaching just like math and we've had teachers we want you to call we could get on the air is like I can't even teach my class because the discipline problems yeah I want that to be solved they're worried about this and in that other teacher that called up and said that they were so you know their kids that are two and three grades behind in math and reading any word about this Chris land fosters a joke she doesn't like kids has one kid she's want to indoctrinate kids just want to be able to think for themselves she wants to force her way of thinking on them that's the problem to sound as you have these kinds of not jobs that are out there well gauged awake progressive get the hell out or she's a freakin joke there is a charge for I not and that's the thing that you know that's the thing you know what all these families due to rise on up and either run for school board or shut the hell up in this we deal with yep or just move out of there is a reason why you had what eleven twelve schools closing to USD because people can enter it's crazy drawn by not jobs and maybe this will maybe this is the pretense to the sanctuary city situation maybe it'll pass because he would be like this in charge sad eight fifty one will continue.

"I seven thirty nine Gary Lewis within canister E. A. M. seven ninety two sons of most stimulating talk three things I think you need to know number one the Muller hearings happening now we highlights it is all for Democrats although for Mauler great for trump great for Republicans the country is seeing this is the guy this is the guy that was going to use up the truck is the guy that helped us hostage for two years he has no idea what he's talking about it's so bad it's good second thing I think you need to know T. U. S. D. had a school board meeting yesterday and they delayed a vote on the new sex ed curriculum because apparently seventy or eighty people showed up to the meeting according to cake on nine and not one of them was for it which is remarkable considering its Tucson that's fantastic third thing I think you need to know or value of a town the end of the debate tonight six o'clock church of the Nazarene up there about what to do with the golf courses pretty cool stuff you should go to that we I mean we have new stories but we're gonna to hold off on all these because this is just this is an unbelievable morning right now three things I think you need to now I'm you see when the regular media reports on its boring and Steph when we do what it's freaking great right am I right or am I right yeah right thank you I believe I'm right as well right now let's and we'll get your comments on this I mean because it's so unbelievable what it what your impression so far what are your maybe yes do you think this is going to make Democrats realize a democratic voters I should say I should I can't over these people anymore or you know matter what they're gonna love this and they're gonna hate trump and you know both sides just so dug in it is what it is yeah I just can't see how you look at this as we hire this guy to run our government no no no we do not I want to go to really after that he was in charge of at one point and he's in charge of investigating the president's John literally has no clue as to what he is doing matter fact you wonder how you sound confused we have a little montage I can put this up a canister dot com gravy news me this we will play it for you because it's that good it's that good listen to this year ago the president committed the crime of destruction you could not publicly state that in your report or here today can you repeat the question Sir a wise decision and conspiracy essentially synonymous terms your guide to repeat that for me true that the impact of.
