And we're going to go back to the phones in just a couple of seconds here. Judy is screen calls Hey Kevin. How are you doing? doing great today sell very good. Where are you calling from? Tyler Texas. Tyler Texas how can we help you Tyler Texas? We've got a menagerie of animals that our house and have for years, eleven, dogs, and six cats we. Can help. We relate on the country so it's all. Like legal. But we've had this little terrier mix the family for over twelve years. And she has gone a chronic nasal discharge and it's bloody. and has had for about six weeks. We've had her on antibiotics we've been working with our our bet even started on thyroid to help cloudy he was saying. And then we've been giving her a little Benadryl with vets permission to try to dry up a little bit. But she just snorts and and call, and then just has a terrible time with this. Oh, also removed her front two teeth because of abscesses. Piece of gotten bad and she's older and we figured you had an from that's always pull those teeth. And when they pulled the teeth, did that seem to change discharge in any way or no? Not Really. Okay. So as far as in I'm assuming if they've done all that, they probably also looked at doing some basic lab work. We even Lavar her nose with a catheter and cause cells and sent them data Texas A, and M. and they were they were not neoplastic. No cancer but I was curious as to the dogs tend to develop polyps like people. Sure can yeah, and and actually what you're describing with this bloody discharge, we call that basically episode taxes as the fancy word for a bloody news an older dog. I'd have to say that some of the things it sounds like you're veterinary a pretty thorough job of work and things up and getting. The, most likely things eliminated. In older pet with a bloody news in all those other things that have been kinda checked out. Have to be honest that that cancer is still pretty high on the top of my list. And sometimes, we can't always tell unless we go up there with a scope look in the news and take a little bit higher or deeper biopsy. So that would still be a big concern but a lot of times we can definitely see dental infections causing a bloody nose and especially because some of those teeth f really deep roots up there and that could certainly you know potentially cause a pet to have a bloody nose and then I'd say, probably the next. Next thing we see a lot is where job might have a foxtail or piece of grass that's worked its way up into the nasal cavity and that's where you know flushing it out. Sounds like that's what the maybe we're hoping to town if that was there but ultimately, we might get to where we have to get get that endoscopy or the scoping up the news to really figure that one out and you said, you're in Texas, their Another thing we think of in certain parts of the country and you know perhaps they've checked for it. If not, I would ask about Fungal infections as a potential cause of the nasal problem There's different types of funguses believe it or not in the soil all over the country and they're different in different parts of the country out by us. We have one called Valley fever city mycosis in the desert southwest fairly common in that can potentially cause some problems. So there's some blood tests for fungal. Organisms that you can done but otherwise, a lot of this really falls to getting a good look up the nose and going up there without that little scope to see what we can find. in and I think some of the therapies they tried a reasonable antibiotics in history means the thyroid medication can help if we're worried about a bleeding disorder. So all of those things sound like they're right along the right line but I. Really be worried about something a little bit more involved than man at this point. Okay, well, and give your baby a hug for US Kevin put. Things out. Cable, we were talking about common dog behavioral problems like barking chewing digging and separation anxiety to we're going to talk about begging. It's a bad habit. But most of the time it's caused by the dog owner years ago a friend invited me over to his house for Super. Bowl told me bring my dog. I told my dog to go down stay in the corner watched his dogs. Running, lunatic all over the house one jumped on the table and grab the Ham right off ran away with it. There's two of them and he's got no control over either they've got the run of the House and they're everywhere he comes over to me he goes I. Don't get it. How do you get your dog to stay like that I said I'll tell you what what's. Your biggest problem, what do you wish you could stop right now he says begging want my dogs to stop begging from the table as he's telling me this he's feeding the dog from the table as he's talking to me is giving them pieces of Turkey while he's talking to me, I don't think even realizes it. So I pulled it out I said look what you're doing, right? Now, you can't feed the dog from the table and then expect them not to beg you know it's got to be one way or the other way either he never gets food from the table people food or he does it's that simple and if he does, he's GonNa Beg Giving in just once causes a huge problem in the dog world, a subordinate would never beg from the. Lead dog when you teach your doug that begging 's okay you jeopardize your role is pack leader before you sit down to eat tell your dog to stay create a spot where you want your dogged. Maybe it's a rug in the kitchen, and before you sit down to eat tell them to stay tell them to go to his raw. You WanNA teach your dog not to stare. At you and that begging is useless that it's not permitted. If he is staring, put him in another room. If he behaves himself, you give them a treat but only after you and the rest of your family done eating over time, you'll be able to teach your dog that you are in charge in that begging from anyone in the pack or from any human period is just. Not permitted and that it's useless. Another good thing to do is always eat before you feed your dog. Then after you're done and you decide to feed, make him work for the food have them sit and stay for thirty forty seconds before you tell them to.

I just want to get home to see how I could It's us you want to do that was I don't want to get home. That's ah, the mother and father of a dead eight year old girl in Atlanta who apparently Person driving the vehicle literally. Just, I guess went beyond a barrier something and did it down to what turned around in a car, something that was shot and killed. And black lives matter is nowhere to be seen off course not black lives don't matter. It's not about black lives. Can't you? Haven't you seen that They're literally only focusing on 0.1% not even 1% 1/10 of the present. They're ignoring. The outrageously overwhelming majority of black death, which are many of them, most of them killed by unfortunate black people. And the root of it. Is No marriage, 73% out of wedlock birthrate. And no God in the homes. That's it. In fact, executive producer Douglas Dug up some research. On the founder of Well, I'm Black Lives matter period. And let's see. I've got in my Russia is his stack of stuff and boy, we have our stack of stuff, don't we? But the black lives matter Organization literally is against nuclear family nuclear family. Here it is. Listen to this. This from a bright bright bar articles entitled Texas Bishop calls out Dangerous Black Lives matter movement. Bishop of Tyler, Texas. Executive producer Douglas Google Bishop Joseph Strickland, Sue If he is a Catholic bishop, or why don't you know? I mean, just saying Bishop is, um it's not very clear. Curious, he writes toward the end of his statement of this statement. Black lives matter. He went to their website and looked at their their goals in their statement. For the end of this statement to points are made that are contrary to faith. He continues. And isn't it ironic? How many churches have black lives matter? Propaganda up in their churches right now. Two of two major points for black lives matter are contrary to faith, says this bishop, the bishop of Tyler, Texas, He says number one is opposing the nuclear family. Where's Dad? He asks. I've been asking that question for 20 year that question for 20 years on this radio show. And number two, he says opposing God's plan for sex as a union of male and female, he says, this agenda is dangerous. I knew it. Okay, He's a Catholic. He's the Catholic bishop of Tyler, Texas, and he speaks the truth. The bishop was referring, says Breitbart to statements by the black lives matter, denouncing the nuclear family and praising queer affirming culture on its page, child what we believe Member Wal Mart K $100 million to this crap. Number that what we believe Black lives matter, asserts a Siri's of tenants that conflict with the Christian understanding of human nature and human flourishing, two of which were underscored by Bishop Strickland, the bishop of Tyler. We disrupt the Western prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and villages. That collectively care for one another, especially our Children, to the degree that mother's parents and Children are comfortable. The organization, Breitbart says fails to acknowledge that the breakdown of the nuclear family, which disproportionately affects blacks in America was at the heart. Of a downward spiral of crime, poverty dependence, which many blacks have found themselves. The second element, Breitbart reports criticized by the bishop of Tyler, Catholic Bishop, I'm sure we'll get in trouble for this, by the way, right? Can't you can't speak the truth about this. You must worship black lives matter and their godlessness. And their destruction of nuclear family. The second element criticized by the bishop, he says, is where black lives matter, declares We foster a queer affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of hetero normative thinking or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual. Unless she he or they disclose otherwise black lives matter states and its intent to dismantle CIS gender privilege. And for those who don't know CIS gender are Straight people. This mental CIS gender privilege and uplift black trans focus Pepsi black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans antagonistic violence. Okay, so black lives matter is against God's plan for marriage and families. Black lives matter is against our faith. Christian faith. What It's good to see that churches in north Dallas and South Dallas have black lives matter. Signs on their on their posts on there. Ah! Billboards promoting godlessness and the antithesis of God's plan for family helping to promote further destruction. The black family, right No marriage..

"Association of sports officials Kim is in Tyler Texas to call of this evening hi Kim and welcome thank you very much sure ours is not a simple question do you see any difference between hi we're low on the Texas referees in football oppose the NFL referees but by different so you say you see the difference what kind of difference are you talking about obviously by age by experience and by pay there's a lot of difference for what what what differences are you talking about can well okay my friends that watch a high school football in college football they they love it but when you get the NFL it's a different ballgame and the what the rest follow what they do is totally different and it scares me when I'm Startin to refrain from that I sell myself because the well well I guess we do the billing more specific Kay and what is it about NFL officiating that bothers you compared with college and high school officiating well one one I saw what happened with the strange you're talking about the the bad non interference call at the end of that game thank you that is that okay but I mean you know so what happens of media people are human they are you suggesting that the quality of refereeing at the the professional level is sub standard I'm just trying to understand because I mean it it happens you got people involved they're going to be bombed calls granted not as many as that one but nonetheless it happened I I came from Tyler Texas and the guys live down the road from me his name was he he he he went over there and well he lived across the street from well I we don't really have time for the whole the whole dialogue will come back and we'll ask our guests to more in a moment here about that let's you were due for a break I believe and we'll take a break and be back in a moment no we are not due for the break okay then let's let our guest today and I'm sorry I'm not sure sure exactly what can was getting at other than the fact that he was upset about one critical play in the rams saints playoff game last year Mr Fitch well yes there a lot of people have said that a lot of call calls and then people when I find out what I do they ask me about that quite frequently but you also gotta remember that there were hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of calls during that game and it's a it's a shame that that one call happened when it did but it has been my experience with there's never one call nor one play that will turn the game you know I as the science rooms why did you want your quarterback throwing the ball what in your own three down to kick Phil go win again so everybody makes mistakes now is you move up to the latter the philosophies change I think we have to understand that the NFL is is really not a supported entertainment and that really has no effect on the way they do everything we've got a large number of our former members I think the last count about seventeen currently in the NFL they're all good men and great officials and we're very proud of all right recommendations that with the little bit of time left here I actually yeah I'm just curious as to what you would like to see done I don't know what the at the legislative level in terms of the law at the the school of level of what what recommendations do you have to correct circumstances regarding a bad behavior and were and officiating shortages well I think the first thing is that it did it starts with the parents in the finance in in the youth associations that helped create standards and hold the parents accountable to room which will help is is we move up the ranks in Texas we do have some laws on the books that would make an assault on sports official move it up to a higher degree than what it normally would we always like to see any type of legislation of it we can because it will kind of a makes it better but if you're a little more costly to the individual so those are the things that people just have to realize that it is a game images we just need to get over it is it possible that we might be able to take Ole just a thought here a collegiate to a physical education majors and a baby make it a part of their their training at two officiate a certain number of let's see high school football games I'm just kind of ballpark the miss of this may not be even even be practical but it's it's a thought that occurred to me well it is a good one and yeah we're in we we also recruit at the unimir level in college so that's how I got started so that that's a good place to start and then very quickly with another place we're looking right now his veterans we have partnered with an organization called battlefields to ball feels it is a non profit is actually started remark Perera former vice president fishing in a felon currently of Fox Sports rules analyst in Mike's foundation will Rick give scholarships to veterans and active military who become crucial for the first time then they will reimburse their dues their training and their uniforms the first year and then dues the second and third year and if your of baseball or softball umpire your your equipment you gonna call five to seven hundred dollars so I've been thinking about this. I've actually been thinking an example, Casio Cortes. Remember when she announced her green new deal? She said that the issue of climate change was her generations World War, Two, okay? Let's synthesize. That the day, d day is symbolic with winning World War Two. So she claims that the green new deal is her generations, d day. Just yesterday. Foca hunter made the same, by the way, speaking, folk Honda told you something was happening with her yesterday. I told you she's coming up on the poles and why there is a piece in the New York Times today. I don't remember Farhadi marshview far Rodman, Juma, Maju arrive Gabu whatever. Thank the only person running for president with decent campaign is eat, Elizabeth Warren. In fact, she's running the best political campaign. This New York Times reporter says he has ever seen better than Obama's better than anybody. Elizabeth warren. Anyway, more on that later. It's not relevant to this except that she came out yesterday and made a similar claim that climate change. Is this generation's d day? Now. This is ludicrous. It's childish. Silliness. Anybody with any sense any knowledge of history of all, what have to scoff at this? Comparison climate change is the equivalent is the equivalent d day today. That, that's the big challenge. We've got a storm the beaches at Normandy to save not just America now but to save the planet. And it's what I alluded to earlier, we baby boomers, we had to invent our traumas. Her live the lives of millennials so acquainting something this Stoorikhel, and monumental, the significance of winning World War, Two to the weather. The climate is absurd. But. I think we may be facing. Nevertheless, a World War Two like situation today. It just doesn't have anything to do with the weather to get away with it. Thanks to rush. And the MIT were area traffic on demand. Dot com. Do you wish that double chin would just disappear? Newsflash. Ladies and gentlemen, people look at your jaw line. "All right. Let's go to Brian who calls in from Tyler Texas here. Hello, brian. Yes. That's the thing is I'm Marie card con broker and fifteen years ago. How many on a set of about six eight William senior L? We're not supposed to be published, and I just wondered if y'all know and I did not end up with them. Can cause? Yeah, if they weren't meant to be published if they weren't legally published couldn't put a established value on them and the way you can tell is look at the label if the label has either BMI or as cap printed on the label that's going to be on every record and one of the other, and if they're not then you have a record that is not authorized for release. It doesn't mean somebody wouldn't buy them from you want them. But it just means you can't put into stab list value on them. So for collectors, probably wouldn't. But you never know you try your luck on, on EBay or what have you, I suppose. Realizes it's not legal. They probably would take down hang seniors. Sterling the label you want to look for curling records. His records can sell the two thousand dollar price range. All right. Let's take call from Paul in reading, Pennsylvania. Hello, paul. Good evening, and I'm grateful for being on the show with you for a few minutes. I'd like to point out sort of physics, or the mechanical reason why. CD. Is different and less quality than vinyl record. Okay. And if you take your staircase, CDs jumped from one note to another and don't slide all the inbetween notes and a record. That is a disc when you have a trombone intimate, you have a singer, they don't go well, they do continuous could change from one sound the other. And so you're getting much more of the reality really are getting reality. And this needy is jumping jumping jumping for. That's why vinyl sounds better. And I'm so glad it's coming back. Glad it's back to Paul that I wasn't aware of precisely why. But, but that makes sense to me. John. Physics wasn't by specialty in college, but say exactly as we we go down the list here. Let's turn to record number four. It is great. Bob Dylan.

So in the future, we might be able to afford to below some money or takeout third mortgage to get a bit. You guys are just going online and spend money like crazy. Say that. But we can't stay on a budget. All right. Okay. Well. Each other. Get it down to. Okay. So how long have you guys been married? Since two thousand fourteen. Oh, okay. So you guys are like newlyweds. Now. This is my second. Right. Okay. You know, second time around this way you know what you did all the mistakes on the first one second one, you're golden, right? Sure. Is that her laughing in the background? Shopping. Okay. You're calling me to keep you guys on a budget, and she's got the credit card and she's out shopping. Okay. Can't come slap your wrist with a ruler. Okay. So here's what it is. Is that there are various budgeting apps, okay, there are websites, like mitt dot com. There are credit cards with limits, which is kind of sounds like you need more of an extreme tool than just an app saying, sorry check, you guys can't spend money this month. Okay. But a budget is only as good as if you adhere to it. Because it's not like somebody's just sitting on your shoulder. So that's where somebody is having true financial problems is that, you know, you need, maybe you need to go to a credit counselor financial Kausar, but I would recommend a credit card that.

But I think since we since came up with OPEC that allowed them to get their heads together and kind of keep a higher price for era. Well, the the oil producers got together and founded OPEC, and they have always been a very good cartel. That is to say they've had a lot of members who who won't play the game of manipulating prices. But at one time, I'm not sure again, Gloria what percentage of of oil production belonged, oh Peggy notes a lot less now with the United States and with Russia. Russia may be cut up like an associate member. But, but certainly I doubt that OPEC has ever had less of the way of of bargaining power that they've had since they were created twenty. Jim we're not in the. Seventy anymore. I remember, you know, waiting on lines, and you know, for gas Ota died, and I remember actually selling fruit juice and lemonade to people who were online. So, you know, you're caller made an interesting point. I don't necessarily see that. We're at that. You know, that that could could conceivably happens who knows anything could happen. But again that that never has OPEC had a smaller percentage of oil production than they do today with be safe to say, that's a pretty that. Also OPEC is there lowest in terms of the position of power that they will that be you know, what they help Ron and Tyler Texas. Good evening. There is concern that four of the officials assigned to last Sunday's game. Saints Rams live in southern California. Yeah. By the way, both quarterbacks in the Super Bowl or from California. The NFL network is in California Andy Reed's from Los Angeles. Aaron Rodgers is from California Pete Roselle. The former Commissioner was from Los Angeles. It's a big stateful a talented people. There would be a crazy conspiracy of all four were from, you know, an Arbor Michigan or Tyler Texas, but the fact that four of the many officials at the game or from Los Angeles is because it's the second biggest city in America you ever been around. And it's going all Kansas City way divisional round. It's sorta less exciting, weakens and sports. It is Kansas City. They're gonna halftime the chiefs lead Indianapolis twenty four to seven and let me tell you what it probably should be twenty four to nothing, but Indianapolis was able to block a putt in the second quarter to score their seven points. Indianapolis at the end of the half just blew a chip shot field. Gold in Kansas City is very much in control with Patrick Mahomes. Twenty four seven your thoughts on this. I it's a shocker I did not think that the chiefs defense would come out the way they are. I figure that Patrick Mahomes would be able to throw the ball like he is. But the defense is really shown up more than they have all season long. It was a bad day to bet on the the colts. They're ripping my heart out, and spitting on my soul. But Andrew Alexa quarterback. He's a good quarterback. He's a second half quarterback. I think they'll be able to get back in the game.
