"She's a good old non graphic designer, Amanda whoo good old project manager Amanda whoo. A project manager Chinese Chinese. There we go. Next, you have a camera and tie Johnson. Cameron ty Johnson. I mean, I want to say that this person is Thai, but that's a red herring. That's a trick. I think it's a trick baby. This is a tea question. Okay. You can not go for the most obvious. No way. No, you can't pick a, that's a trap. Ties a trap. All right, this person Cameron. I think ties like is like a nickname, you know what I'm saying? Cameron, ty, Johnson. Yeah, yeah. I think there's a black dude. I think he's a black dude. I think it's a football player. I think he's a football player. He got his middle name because he loves. He actually loves Chinese food, but then everybody gave him ties and nickname. Yeah. Because he grew up in a racist white town, where they didn't accept him. Yes. And his family. God damn. There you go. Wow. This is Monday. Sunday Night Friday night lights camera tie Johnson. A black dude from Erie Pennsylvania is what this is. Just trying to do this thing, you know? Nailed it as usual. Fucking so good at this. And then last but not least, this is crazy. We have Zara. Zara. A, I want to say, could this be the brand? Zara? Yeah, the fast fashion company Zara. I think it is. How fire would that be if you and we were required to wear Zara clothing? And all of our episodes. We're always wearing black suits. Did you ever go through a Zara phase? I did. Oh my God. Dude, I remember, this is way back, 2004 or something like that. And people were starting to get real into fashion and we weren't just like dressing, whatever. And Zara came out and at the time, Zara was like, it was kind of like nice. It was like expensive. It was a little on the expensive side. Yeah. Everybody who worked in Zara at the time, you had to wear a suit. They look real cool. Yeah. And I was real into it. And I definitely went through a Zara phase where I had like really tight button up shirts. You know, I mean, I looked like I was going to go clubbing every single day. I was just going to Vaughn. But you know, that was me, how are you? Yeah, I definitely went through our phase. 2009, ten ish. He had this joke on time that men's fashion started in 2010, which I think. That's when I started caring about how I look and so I started to look it up. Yeah. Yeah, but yeah, you're right. Everything was very clubby and that shit was kind of in in 2010, I feel like it was kind of great. I call it like the sexy Jim from office look. Like if Jim from the office, a little bit cooler, that look was pretty in, I think in 2000. Hoodies hadn't come around yet. We're still kind of on the tail end of bootcut jeans for men. Yeah. Yeah, okay. So Zara. Okay. So this person is fuck. Man, this is a hard one. Okay, what do you think? I had a friend in college. Her name is Zara man, and she was Chinese. Really? Huh? No, I thought it was zandra fuck. Okay. I'm going to say, I'm going to say this person is Zara. Okay. I mean, I know the brand is a Spanish brand. Okay, Spanish. Okay, I'm gonna go Spanish. I'm gonna go with Spanish. Just like Santa's Spanish. A person from Spain. A person from Spain, but maybe they have maybe their life. Yes, there you go. There goes an Asian wife. That's what it is. It's obvious if you think about it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, thank you so much for donating and again, if you want to get it on this really accurate game. Please go to Patreon dot com slash Asian dot Asian pod. And we'll get your ethnicity based on your last name. Moving on, we always ask, we always start the podcast by asking each other what kind of Asian, we were this week to try to figure out what it means to be Asian American, because it'll goddamn confusing. Mike, what kind of Asian, were you this week? I was a straight boy Asian. Just a straight boy. Hetero, cis hat, I think, is what we call ourselves now or what that sounds really problematic actually. His head cis. Hetero. His head? Yeah. I mean, that's also problematic. But yeah, I did this show. This comedian, their name's Jerry. They had this cool show called rice paddy and it was very cool. The name, the name, I know the name. Listen, no comedian, no comedian, no agent comedian can get away from hot dumpling or dim sum comedy or any of that shit. We're all there. We're all there. But I will say the poster was really cool. It looked like an LCD sound system album cover. It was very sweet looking. And everyone who I did this show and that was maybe like 8 comedians and I realized I like went in the middle of the set of the show. And Tom was there and Julie and all these people. And I realized halfway through that I was like the token basic ass straight cis head boy. Everybody else was queer. Yeah, and yeah. It was interesting cilantro of comedy. Yes, what's even more basing that? I was like the green onion on top of everything else, you know? You know, take it or leave it, you know, you know, some people like me some people don't. But it was interesting because everybody was super funny. Everybody's doing their thing. And it was cool because everybody was speaking to their own experience about either being trans person or about being queer and you know, again, everybody was real funny, had all these different takes on it. And then I went up there and I was just, I got, hey, you guys like the subway? I mean, that was like jokes that I had. You know, I was like, the subway. And hey, you guys like Disney? You know, like, that was my own stupid shit. It was just funny. Like, going from one to the other and then back to just all these regular programming. So regular programming. It was like I know received. Good. I mean, you know, it was a great crowd. So they were like real cool. But it was just something we talked about this before, and I think in the bonus episode, where, you know, I'm like trying to figure out like, what is the Mike Nguyen experience, right? Yeah. And so far, I'm like, click on my jokes, and I like them. And it's just like the minute experience is so, what do you think about the subway? You know, that's what I was thinking about. All of these comics, they got this thing where they're really speaking to their own experiences, which is sweet, but I was like, I thought I don't have jokes at everything comes from my thing. You know what I'm saying? You sound like a white comedian complaining about identity comedy. Not complaining. I'm not complaining. Why can't I just do jokes? No, no, no. No. Here's the thing. Here's the thing I'm complaining about me. I'm complaining, why do I have jokes about the subway, you know? So that's really where I was trying to do. But it was a great show. I think there'll be more of them. You feel like I've been in situations like that where for some reason I booked on some queer centric show. But I think they do that first of all, if they wanted you there, they thought your style would fit the show, right? So I always good. I always try to remind myself like, oh, I'm like, yes, I'm a straight guy, but I'm not up there like doing the worm or something. I'm like mainly talking about my digestive problems..

"They're allowing a lot of production to opposing passing games and that run defense that has been so dynamite is missing its most important piece. Those tackle Vita veya. So I think the Giants can score and keep this close and add to that total. So I like the two legs, 6 point teaser giants up to 17 and the total down to 43 and a half. Let's get into the prop market here. I'll go ahead and go first. I know that's gonna take a lot shorter than yours will. Anita, the one that stands out most to me is Chris Godwin. Godwin, his reception total is 6 and a half that's plus one 15. The yard is total for Godwin is 70 and a half. That's minus one 15. I'm going to play both of those over for Chris Godwin, who has 7 or more catches in four of his last 5 games. He has been a little banged up as of late, but got through practice cleanly this week wasn't on the injury report. He's Tom Brady's safety blanket in the slot with no Antonio Brown. We know the target share is going to be concentrated to Chris Godwin, Mike Evans and, you know, guys like Rob Gronkowski and Leonard fournette might steal a few here or there. But the bulk of the passing is going to go to Godwin and or Mike Evans. And Godwin has the much much easier matchup. Mike Evans will be matched up with James Bradbury who is similar in stature and Bill. He's a big body cornerback who likes to play wide receivers that have the skill set and the frame of a Mike Evans. Meanwhile, Chris Godwin is going to be operating in the slot where Logan Ryan should be the Logan Ryan is out due to COVID and he's kind of their best slot cornerback. So Godwin's gonna have an easier matchup. He's healthier than he's been in a while. That's the soft spot in New York's secondary due to injury. So that's kind of how I'm looking at the prop market here. I would dabble as well. We'll see what's safe once props are. I haven't seen them posted yet anywhere, but I'm interested to hear what you think his workload might be. I mean, if we can attack his prop market without Vida veya, and a Tampa Bay defense that I believe has allowed something like the second third or fourth most receptions to opposing running backs in the NFL this season. So definitely high on Godwin. I'm waiting to see what happens with saquon. There's a few other that I might dabble with, but I know you've got a lot of need of so I will sit back relax and let you take over the show here. All right, let's start. Let's start with the Giants. Daniel Jones over 243 and a half passing yards. He went over 243, the start of the season when he did have a healthy roster, let alone wide receiving core. Granted no Sterling shepherd, but he's going to have enough weapons to work with. And as we know, teams are averaging 39 almost 40 passing attempts a game against the Tampa Bay Bucs because you have to. It's very difficult to run on them. So forth most passing attempts against them each and every week. So I do believe that we're going to get a lot of volume from Daniel Jones, toss in The Rock later on tonight. So who's he going toss it to? I'm hearing that kateri is Tony, has had an exceptional week at practice. I hear he looks great. I'm going over 42 and a half receiving yards for him also over four and a half receptions. You can get that at plus money at plus one 30. I do like that. The games when he has played where he has been healthy. He's averaging 9 to 13 targets a game, keep in mind no Sterling shepherd. So I think we're going to see him play a lot out of the slot tonight as well, which I think could be a huge advantage for him. The Buccaneers are getting 22 targets per game to opposing wide receivers. It's 5th most 5th most. The catch rate they're allowing is almost 65% yards per target is 8 yards per target and they're 13th and touchdown rate. So there's a lot of opportunity there. And like I said, I do believe the Giants are going to stay close and keep within the 11 points to cover. They're going to have to pass the ball. Say Quan Barkley, the numbers aren't out yet, but I'm going under here. One thing that we know is that the giants, they like they handle Barkley with kid gloves. And I think they have to. He's got a contract deal coming up. They don't know what they're going to do. Are they going to do they tag him? Do they offer him a new deal? He was first round draft pick. There's a lot that they have to really deal with. So again, they handle him with kid gloves. When he first came back after his injury, he only got ten carries and throughout the season, he hasn't had more than 13 carries a game. And that was only once this season. So I think his usage is not going to be a lot of volume. Also, they have Devante Booker back there who we know, the team really likes a lot. I don't think that he's going to go away. I think it'll be utilizing the backfield tonight as well. And as we know, the Tampa Bay box are really good against the run. We'll see how good they are without Vida veya, but I still think that they are going to be good. They've only allowed 3.5 yards per carry. So again, those numbers aren't out yet, but if they're anything significant, I'll give you a number. So if it comes out saquon Barkley over under 50 rushing yards, I'm gonna go under. If it's a single market over under ten and a half carries, I'm going under. So those are like my marks in regards to where I'm going under and regard to the box. I think Leonard fournette has a monster night. I'm going over 95 and a half rushing and receiving yards. He's handled over 90% of the backfield touches. He's been utilized in the passing game. The Giants are allowing 4.6 yards to backs and also backs their averaging 6 targets in the passing game against them, which is not good. Antonio Brown is still out if and only if Scotty Miller is out as well and he does not come off of IR, look for the prop bets on Tyler Johnson and I like the ovaries in those without AB without Scotty Miller, he's averaging 5 targets a game. So if it's ty Johnson over two and a half receptions or over three and a half receptions, I'm going to take the over on that. Tom Brady really likes him a lot and he's getting a lot of opportunity without AB, but again, play that only of Scotty Miller is still on IR and last but not least, Ryan suck up. I'm going over 7 and a half points. As I said before, earlier in the podcast, the last three weeks, the Giants have only allowed three touchdowns in 13 red zone trips. Their defense is playing a lot better than what most people think, I think Tampa Bay is going to kick more field goals than what most people expect. Last but not least, anytime touchdown for net minus one 45, I know it's a lot of juice, but I do believe more than anyone else he finds the end zone tonight, Gronk plus one 80..

Chris Godwin Godwin Mike Evans Logan Ryan Giants Sterling shepherd Leonard fournette Vida veya Vita veya James Bradbury Daniel Jones COVID Antonio Brown Tampa Bay Bucs kateri Rob Gronkowski Tom Brady Tampa Bay

"Flow. My mind would mail their own crap. All right let's go to Our buddy dan and carterets. What's up dan our you man. I'm good i'm good. How are you guys doing great. Great what do you got. Well before i get into the topics that are on my screen. geo you said. You tried to do mine gymnastics on a couple of weeks ago. Mind gymnastics you. Can't you can't try to reverse mind control it. That's boomer superpower. He might controls to stop it. You try to mind control to make it happen. You can't do boomer superpower and try to reverse the you gotta try though man listen. I'm desperate dan for christ's sakes some crying every day for you. It's real simple. Obviously that didn't work. Just have gina. Get just some prune juice prune juice has to be key to approve. Drink some prune juice and you're going to go no problem. It's not kito approve. He's got all sorts of sugar and carbs. I gotta get this dulcolax ducal. Ira lacks near. Relax relax but you got to take a lot of water to g-getting maybe a little bit dehydrated. You're you're probably right right. Everything that i'm getting is coming from downstairs. Basically on hospital diet. You know whenever gina brings me up. Something is one. I'm allowed to eat it so i'm asking. I need more water. I need more this. I feel bad. Because he's dealing with the two kids down there so sometimes just sit upstairs and starve myself to death or him. Basically thirsty as hell dehydrated. Because i don't want to ask him for anything What else you got. Dan all right so i got one comment about the headset topic. That i want to defend my reply to your mike. White tweet boomer headset. You use your boomer juicing. You know texted and called around the league and found out that the Headset issue is not just a to the giants. It's the multiple teams if not all and it's multiple stadiums. That's not all you know. I i i in the software. Update the hardware. Update sounds to me like some of these. Nfl teams the stick. Should acuff i. Yes but it's true though turns true story and then you know joe judge let the cat out of the bag and basically it's been a reoccurring problem for the nfl. Let's put it that way. It seems unacceptable that they wanted to keep a lid on it especially with gambling being so heavily involved. I mean this could change the outcome of games and things that happened on the field and we play call so it's kinda unacceptable. Who's gonna find the nfl over. You know that's a whole other hole to go down my reply to your tweet. The mike white tweets geo you said earlier this they don't people don't understand the concept of touching the money. You're one of those guys. I'm a little mad at myself. 'cause i said in my reply was i feel. This is touching the money. I left out the word soared. I should've said i feel. This is sort of kind of touching the money in my defense. That is mike white. Monday was after he won. So my opinion. Mike white day should be mike white friday if he wins today. There's nothing wrong with getting excited about the new york team doing good. It's good for the show. It's good for business. It's good for jet fans you know what not but to to speak it into existence. Call today mike white thursday. I'm sorry to rain on your parade but the guys accomplished nothing but one win. Save mike white day. Mike white friday. I've watched you guys tried to speak stuff into existence. The fifteen years. I've been listening to this show and watching the show and it's backfired many high up already. Shut up you know. Here's the thing one hundred eighty six. Nfl games. i don't have a goddamn thing in the hall of fame and my white jersey and in a hall of fame after one game. That's how impressive it was. It was an unprecedented performance against a really good team. And that's why. I mean. I guess just because we have extra might wake day on thursday. It doesn't mean we can't have it on friday if he plays well by the way if he doesn't play well at least we had today and is gonna play. Well dan telling you right now. He's gonna play well again. Mike in sayerville new jersey. What's going on mike. I'm assuming i'm assuming you guys saw the movie. Bronx tale Right now all the jet fans we all bet kryptonite and here comes geo from the top of to stand like eddie more stream and let's go kryptonite. Rip up all tickets voice with comic down. Let's see how the horse runs a little bit and other game and see how he goes. All right is the. Here's the thing. I i've talked about the potential of how this could turn out. I have said that tonight. I think he's gonna play. Well i have not said the jets are going to win. I do think they cover. I don't. I didn't say they're going to win but i do think he's gonna play. Well boomer hasn't gone that far so if you want if he plays poorly wanna blame the motion on me fine but for anybody to just assume that he's going to go out and laying egg today. You're the problem not me. I mean with all the crap that the jet fan has dealt with over the last couple of years and you get that magical performance and you don't want to enjoy it and you just gonna assume he's gonna fall flat on his face. Why even watch football. Why even get excited about it. There's no reason to you were handed something special for a week. Milk the hell out of it while you have it. There's no reason to be negative about mike white until it gives you a reason to be. And if he is tonight he is. But i don't believe that he will be and i gave you the reason since monday. This was not a fluke. He'll play well again. I jersey's go to the hall of fame again. But his it stay there for the rest of the time or is it just like a temporary i. I don't know if it's a temporary exhibit just to get the jet fan to go there. I'm not really sure but I don't know mass. pretty cool. what he did man. I have nothing but you know an enormous amount of respect for what he did last week or on sunday. I should say. And that's why i mean i'm just. I'm rooting for the kid. Man you know. I root for all these kids. You know that yeah. I want them all to well and especially the ones that you don't expect anything from then listener. What ty johnson said prior to the game last week that we didn't mock it but we did laugh at it. Yeah sure and then he said it again after the game was over. I mean if you wanna get on us get on us for the fact that we had no idea mike white was going to be that good and we laughed and we talked about how was ridiculous. Mike white is the backup quarterback the entire year and also and also goes to show you jay right that you know may maybe joe. Douglas knows what he's doing. It's go to steven bridgewater. What's going on steve. Hey guys i how long time you. I wish you were safe. Recovery can't wait to see you back in the studio. Thanks boomer i'm alongside for jeff and i go back to richard todd days which still has season tickets. I thought you wanted to play action. Lefty quarterback in the game but this is a great thing for the jets. This the gods are probably in order. I think i think that the england patriots guy blocked our guy out and i. I think the the guy's really good. I think the jets gonna win tonight with a late feel go. I think he's gonna drive the team. They'll be down late. You know your boy frank right. He's gonna take screens away. He's gonna force. Mike right to throw to mims crowder and more down deep. He's gonna force them. And i think i think they're gonna pound the ball with taylor try to make a short and a game and this is a great thing for the jets. The jets in an away situation because he performs well. I don't know what he's a. He's a free agent. And they franchise him. What are they going to have to do it. Somebody has to come in and get it number one or two forum. Where they got wilson. I think joe. This is not get enough credits. As long suffering jeff van he turned the franchise around going in the right direction. If they win. Five or six games amish static because that's gonna force free agents that want to come to the jets. I think he's billy you see what arizona cardinals did. They got rid of their quarterback de gm's have been here for years. They stuck with him and now look with her at. I don't think he gets enough credit. And i know everybody's specialized today bloomberg really about.

That forty niners office at a lot of experience with backup quarterbacks because garoppolos been hurt so much so and that's where leflore came from so i mean they had they had some success with nick mullins and some success with cj beathard so that might have played a partner to like. Hey we've been down this road before a million times. It was interesting to me because they've asked sala en la floor about going upstairs while wilson was struggling early on and they've been resistant to that and all of a sudden you get mike. Why didn't they re goes upstairs in a throw for four if maybe just obsessed with the kids twenty six years old. I don't know yes. The factor yeah. I mean. i'm still stunned. Stunned and happy for the kid and the interesting thing now will be going forward and geo said earlier. Can he do it again. And this is on a short week going and you know he's twice he's been around. He can handle the mental part of it. There's no question about it so now. It's to see the as the pressure. Ramps up and the expectations of their. Let's see how that happened and how that affects them. All right ceelo tap you powered by super book now open with better odds and favorable prices also sponsored by town fair tire. Nobody beats town fair tire. Nobody maybe nobody will be able to beat mike white who knows he was the star yesterday. Metlife with a little help from his defense late against the bank ran into picks it off the fourteen yard line. What a mess defensive to run a wide receiver screen to marchesi off to the left and say joe got negotiate shack loss and check lawson finally made a play at the right time. But you know if you're the quarterback and you're calling that play you negotiate that negotiate. I like that you got you. Gotta just negotiate. Somehow you got to get the ball out and you can't let that happen little subtle. Move to evade him or something. Throw you've seen guys jerry's things all the time and this is just a that is a crucial crucial era that ultimately led to defeat yes sets up the eventual game winning score. You boy kevin harlan on. Cbs white then. Going through the progressions and eventually found tyler. Kroft wide open. The end zone was the philly special with white making the catch for the two beautifully rows of mike white day completed thirty seven pasolini at a forty five attempts to of those also intercepted to where a lot of balls hitting the ground. No and the two interceptions were both touched by his receivers one off. The hands went on the helmet. So armee seventy seven passes in less than two games. Mike white savage. Yes jess would later. Run out the clock where the biggest city officials the personal foul called on. Mike hilton to give the jets. First down on what would have been a fourth in long a punt back to joe borough and company instead it ends up a shocking thirty four thirty one. Victory white throws for four zero five three touchdowns per head coach robert. Mike fantastic poises showing it. All throughout camp fell throw. Ota's that he deserves to be. He deserves to be one of those guys and and obviously he showed it today but of course none of this was a surprise to white himself immense amount of faith myself and i think that i can go out there and execute the offense and move the offense today just was just affirmation for.

"Honestly, it's a crazy name that we didn't even broach his Bill self. Well, right now, you're not scared of Kansas and Bill. No, I hear you, but it's amazing that his teams are still, I mean, he's a really good coach, but, you know, you're not even talking about him in that. And certainly they've been the one that got hurt. They've been if you can, if you tell me, again, well, way this continue to do what Bruce pearls continue to do it. You know, all the other guys, Sean Miller did it, you know, recruited a pretty high level. He got Nico Mannion and Josh green and technology. The one guy that I think has fallen off is Kansas and Bill sell. Part of it being that they were in Adidas school. And I think that portal has saved him. There's a lot of schools. Awesome this year. They're going to be phenomenal. Well, as long as we're going to Martin is a winning Remy Mart. Yeah, and but look at the talent that they have stockpile. They've got just a ton of guys. Yeah. Yeah, like just and again, that's been my take over the last year or two is like, Kansas is recruiting has fallen off and they don't have that those lottery picks. They're not churning those out or even the first round. He has won without lottery picks. A lot of times. Agreed. Well, they go to the national championship and their best player is Thomas Robinson. It was crazy. And ty Johnson Taylor Elijah Johnson, Jeff wythe. Yep. That's fine. They didn't have a single McDonald's all American. No, but he's also had some years who are obviously, you know, and Wiggins. He's brought in Brandon rush, Darrell Arthur. I mean, he's had stretches, it's funny. He doesn't ever get talent. I'm just saying he wins regardless. And he'll win this year. Again, I mean, even last year, I mean, they weren't very good last year. They went to the cigarette? No. No, they got knocked out. They lost USC. They did. They got run off the court. I did the game as far. I was there, too. I think I left early in that one. That was the fat Monica game. Titus is still mad at you, by the way for that problem. He's still not happy. Well, he probably still thinks they're going to get Brad Stevens. You know? He might still be coming, now. I gotta go to Indiana in a couple weeks, you know..

"Everything else outside has to stay outside it from our From our standpoint, when it comes to the football team, you can also say the same thing if you are the Cleveland Browns. It is not anybody's best interest is one thing to play Kansas City. It's nothing to play the opening day and Cleveland was the better football team. The first half there was no doubt in my mind, they would have better football team. Bart Scott, our friend Fosco. This show friend of the show and Barton Han. He has issues with the Browns defense. Where's this great vaulted defense that the Cleveland Browns were supposed to have? They're supposed to have Clowney on one side, a defensive MVP on the other side, Ty Johnson from the Rams before you talk about Williams, all the great talent that they have there, but they can't perform as an elite unit. They have all the pieces. What's the problem? This defense is not big time and it should be. It should be. The strength of this team has just as much talent on that side of the ball. Then it is on the offensive side of the ball bar. It Baby hold on. They weren't playing the Jacksonville Jaguars or the New York Jets or the New York Giants in week one. They were playing Patrick Bleeping, my homes in Kansas City and week one with with with the cheetah over here, Tyreek Hill and Jason and Travis Kelsey over there, and that offensive line. I mean, I love watching the cheese and Patrick Mahomes. He reminds you so much of Steph Curry because certain guys are just fun to watch. You have to be a fan of the team and a fan of the dude. But when the on your TV screen they are that dude, they're fun to watch. But Bart Scott, really You're attacking the Cleveland Browns waiting for this top flight defense to show up. Do you have any defense is patching the home says ruined. In four years in the NFL. That's the take your heavy Bart Scott on the Cleveland Browns letting you down defensively, and they made a few adjustments at halftime because they always do Casey to 10 in the first half, right? Casey comes out the second half 23 Burger for you Exactly. Enjoy the sharp Cheddar. That's on it. Two reasons. Pageant Holden, Andy Reid, favorite part of what you just said. Was barred baby reminded me of diehard Hans Exactly. B B. It wasn't like Cleveland. Come on. Now, if clear was the number one defense in the NFL last year and the openness series against the Detroit Lions, and then the Lions scored 33 points. You have a point, Bart Scott, this these are the Kansas City Chiefs. Are you kidding me? They will make arena Football League offenses look bad. How great they've been. And you get it in your bagging on the Cleveland Browns. How dare they live? Patrick Mahomes. Dude, after them the nerve in there. I'm the guy that can give them to you. And guess what. Patrick Holmes gives touchdown. That's all there is to it. I mean, done. You couldn't the throat of Tyreek Hill. Scrambling to his right and seeing that the backside as tyrants coming from left to right across the numbers and knowing no one's on on on trailing Tyree Kale, There's no safety on the backside. No, nothing. I'm just going to fire cannon. Right over here and knowing my guy is going to know exactly what's happening. Tyree kills stops on a dime touchdown. You can't defend that. You can't. There's nothing you can do about that guy. Tried. Yeah, and you had to Brown's Chasing him all knocked the snot out of him. You can't defend that. And Barney, you were what elite defender. You know exactly what we're talking about. But I'm gonna give another tip of the cap to a guy. This is an easy one. The moment he got traded. I said, Go ahead, Mark it down and VP and actually bet on this guy and the date once the odds came out that could place a wager. Uh, 22 to 1. And it came away. I think it closed at 14 1. Was Matthew Stafford. He is an offensive line. He's got wide receivers. He's got a defense. It's got a running game. He's in Valhalla. He's being fanned with feathers and being fed grapes, and you saw it full force last night. I mean that that's the guy that The mob. All the only reason is we My brother was on that staff in Detroit for five years, right? You give that man time and talent and it's over. He's been the most underrated and underappreciated player in the league for a decade. That guy you saw last night? Get ready. There's 16 more of those coming from the Rams and Matthew Stafford and all part of straight talk wireless everything for less. Only a WalMart use infant. Simmons hit him on Twitter at N 50, ESPN and Freddie Coming to me on Twitter comedy ESPN Keep playing in the biggest surprise of the first NFL Sunday wasn't fill in that blank. "Is trending up. I guess that's just because of the fact that they are playing the texans this week. I don't expect the texas be very good. Okay tyrod taylor. I talked about it multiple times already last year. In one game with the chargers with keenan allen. With ecu- with hunter. Henry with mike williams. This guy only put up thirteen points with that offense that's unacceptable. This is a guy that got benched. For nathan peterman got benched. Baker mayfield got benched while the bills traded him away in drafted josh allen. They benched him for baker mayfield and then he was. You know he missed the game against the chiefs because you know the trainers the doctors. Whoever injected an injection into his long and he couldn't breathe and then they ended up. Benching him for just ann arbor. So this guy just has had the worst luck in the world and you know it's unfortunate and maybe it will work out houston. I don't think it will. Because the texans are just not good so yeah and then you got other guys like james white. He's trending up as well. And i think that's due to the fact that sony michelle is not on the team anymore. So james white's going to see the field a little bit more. Maybe you know. Maybe you'll see two running backs on the field at the same time in because he is a reliable receiving back and you know. I think he's really not going to be a guy that's going to you know. Give you a ton of fantasy value but do think if the patriots do suffer a little bit of injuries you know. His value does go up. Robbie gold is He's trending up as well and that's because he's playing the lions this week in the forty niners. I think are expected to blow out the lines this week and i think robbie gold will get a ton of opportunities to get points for himself and you know if he's available to you and maybe your kicker is you know not good or is hurt somehow already you know maybe you get robbie gold because he has a favorable matchup adam. Humphreys is another guy. He's trending up as well going up against the chargers. I mean i guess that's due to the fact that curtis samuel he is questionable as right now and it doesn't look like he's going to play on sunday so you know if you're desperate the wide receiver spot Curtis samuel maybe you go out and you pick up adam. Humphreys tied johnson. Another guy. well definitely looked good in preseason. Maybe you can take over the lead running back. Role there Obviously they got michael. Carter and tevin coleman. But he's been up for awhile. Mad gay going up against the bears i think. They're you know sleeper. I guess is expecting that. The rams are going to really give it to the bears and put up a lot of points sterling. Shepard trending up against the broncos. I mean i guess because the better corners will be going up against golic if he plays and daniel jones's sterling. Shepard do have a strong connection. So i guess maybe that's why they have it this way. They also got to chargers that are trending up donald parr ham the tight end for the chargers and also larry ru tree. I guess that's because again Injury i guess par him you know. Maybe he's a guy that's been doing well for the chargers. And maybe they're going to give him more of an opportunity tyrone williams he is going to be a trending up for the lions year as well and that's because he is the number wide receiver essentially for the lions and. Yeah he's really to be one of the main weapons. That you know jared goff going to be throwing too because the lions really don't have a ton of weapons on this team and he could definitely be that and he was a good guy with the With the raiders when he was a number one wide receiver them and he was good with the chargers. And you know what maybe you know coming off. An injury might take a little bit of time. And maybe he'll producer them jamison crowder. Another other guy trending up for the jets and you know he's been a nice receiver for them does have a shot to play because he's dealing with an illness. I think he got put. It was diagnosed with kovic. So you know he has a chance to play. It says so. We'll see what happens with that. I think he does have a little bit of a favorable match. Going up against the panthers and could be one of zach. Wilson's top targets daryl williams. He's trending up against the browns. And i think that's because of the injury with edwards hilar- whether he's gonna play or not You know the chiefs are not really going to be running the football a ton. So i don't really think there's a lot of value when it comes to you know those running backs i think edwards hilar- you can't draft but you've got to draft him at the right time you know because chiefs love to throw the football so then coleman's another guy who is trending up and you know he's going to be fighting with michael carter for you know lead running back role while actually ty johnson as well. That's basically going to be the running back committee for the jets. And i think they do have a favorable matchup going up against carolina in week. One jamal williams trending up against the forty niners. And that's because of the uncertainty with the andrea swift. Even though he is on track to play week one but there could always be a setback or something that prevents that also russell gauge trending up against philli. That's an encouraging matchup. If you're dealing with injuries or something he's available maybe you plug them into your lineup. 'cause phillies defense is not going to be that good this year at least in the secondary marquis. Calloway trending up against green bay. Really the main weapon on this saints offense outside of alvin kamara. So maybe he's the guy who potentially want to start. Though a lot of people are saying you probably set him because the packers are a good pass defense at least not in the nfc championship game. Because you know they were not very good there. kevin king. So yeah. he's another guy that's trending up and then also chris conley is trending up as well. I guess due to the fact that it's somewhat of a favorable matchup going up against jacksonville. So let's move onto the guys that are trending down so gus edwards. He's trending down and that's of course because of the fact that he tours. Acl in practice going to miss the entire nfl season and listen. I really was hoping that he would be good for the ravens and fill in the void for jacob dobbins in one of my dynasty leagues. But that is not the case. And now it's going to be up to lady on bell and tyson williams to fill in the void in his absence. So also latavius latavius. Murray was trending up. I don't understand why. I don't know why it has them..

robbie gold chargers james white keenan allen nathan peterman Baker mayfield josh allen baker mayfield lions Humphreys curtis samuel tyrod taylor edwards hilar Curtis samuel tevin coleman golic mike williams Shepard donald parr niners

"At this time each year. Is because you train 100 plus football players during the off season. You usually have a pretty good idea of who is going to light it up in any given season and that information Usually can translate and be valuable to people doing their fancy football drafts. So give me a breakdown of guys that you've trained this all season. Who are primed to have big years. Well, I always start with kind of a safety one. I'll go out on the limb this year. I'll go out on a limb and I'll give you right off the bat. My sleeper. Michael Carter. New York Jets. Um, you just You have to see this kid. You have to see him. Um, I know again. He's only 1/4 round pick whatever and and everybody's going about the height and the weight and stuff like this. But if this kid gets an opportunity That is the one I want to start with, You know, Obviously I got big names will get into those. But I'm going to lead off this year. I'm going to go out on the limb for the for the first time in years and say, Michael Carter, That's that's the guy. I mean, if you just look how strong he is, It's just It's very, very rare. Um, you know, I hate to make comparisons, but he runs me. A lot of Maurice Jones drew just that He's fast. He can move he can catch. But if you just look at his breaks, it looks like it's a video game. You know, Like, like some every running backs got a style of jump cuts. When he jumped, cuts full speed and doesn't break break speed and actually gang speed off the second break. It really looks like you're looking at a video game. So from a purely athletic standpoint of what is required for running backs, he is something else and he's the perfect kid. In terms of just mentality, work ethic, professionalism, maturity. He acts like he's a 10 year. Betty's incoming rookie and everything we hear about from a football standpoint as he's tearing it out, so If the Jets offense comes together like some people think that it can, even though there's a lot of new parts, obviously, um, that's a player to watch, and we even trained Ty Johnson. I'd taken both dive. Johnson's got ridiculous speed. It's the first time we worked with with Ty Um, he is blazing fast, and it does transfer the football, so I'll lead off with with with my sleeper right there. Michael Carter, you started on running backs You gave us Michael Carter, the New York Jets rookie draft pick. Give me a couple of other running backs who you've trained who you think again already to have a big season. I mean, I would definitely say Erin Jones. Um, I know Erin Jones definitely isn't an unknown name, but in terms of what he's going to build off of this is the first off season. I work with Aaron. And we spent some time together and you know he's stronger than people think. I know. People think he's kind of on the undersized side and are and people questioned how many carries he's going to get, but he's strong. I don't I I don't believe it so much into that. How much do you weigh thing? You're either strong or you're not, and you can be strong and be somewhat lighter. And that's just what makes him unique. But again, it's just his versatility. I mean, I honestly do believe that he can line up anywhere on offense and be effective. And I think that Green Bay smart enough to use them. And obviously, with the returners coming back in the quarterback coming back, I think that As good as Aaron was last drive. I think you're going to see a massive jump this year. Well, what was the first thing that struck you about him when you got to train him this off season for the first time? That that burst just the burst. I mean, you know he's not like a 43 guy, but he looks like it because you know, he hits a difficult cut and whether it's a route or just emotion and we train them both. The ability to gain speed. I mean, he gets so low to the ground. It's unbelievable, And when he comes out of those breaks, it's just that burst its some things You can't teach you either. Have that freakish ability to bend or you don't. He's got it. He uses it. And the one unique thing about both of those guys. I mentioned they they take immaculate care of their body, and I think that's a huge point. Of longevity. Now football is football. You could hit the wrong way. Something's going to go. But when people take care of their body as well as those guys do, I think that for the most part you can you can count on them. And I think that's a huge point with running backs any wider. Any wide receivers. You trained that you're recommending to the listeners today. I mean, obviously, I would love to start with Allen Robinson. I think that I definitely talked. You remember? Last year, I said, I mean, he's he's a big name. I think that he's going to be under drafted. I think that he's going to have a prime year and he proved me right. And then some. I mean, he had a monster year and honestly, I I hate to say it, but actually, I love to say he looks faster. And the reports yet coming out of campus, he looks like he runs better out. I love to hear that. I hate to take credit for that because he is just phenomenal player. But I do think that he responds to some of the style training we do. He does. Seemed like he is faster, and we spent a lot more time this year that even last off season and I think he is at his peak people talk about this could be the best offensive systems ever played in. He's always been effective. I think Alan Robinson is going to be a solid top five player overall. One of the best receivers in this in this system. Fantasy football. I will go from my stud pick a violin, Robinson. Immediately into my sleeper of Albert Wilson. Now. Albert Wilson obviously didn't play last year because he opted out. But again, he's in that We work work with Albert now since he came out of Kansas City suspend what four or five years. This is the fastest I've ever seen. This is the best shape he's ever been in. I know people get a little bit nervous because he didn't play football last year, but just look at the training camp. He's had a production he's had. And it seems like with, uh, with with the Dolphins are all systems go. And even I would have to put Myles Gaskin. I know I'm going back and forth the running backs again, but, uh, I do live in Miami. Obviously, I'm a homer..

Hey, it's greeny and I hope you're enjoying the last weekend without NFL football, But it is a monster college weekend and we'll be back to talk about all the games and the implications Monday. Don't miss it. It's greeny starting 10 A.m. Eastern on ESPN radio ESPN. Bless Pete. The reason we come to you at this time each year. Is because you train 100 plus football players during the off season. You usually have a pretty good idea of who is going to light it up in any given season and that information Usually can translate and be valuable to people doing their fancy football drafts. So give me a breakdown of guys that you've trained this all season. Who are primed to have big years. Well, I always start with cava safety one. I'll go out and win. This year. I'll go out on a limb and I'll give you right off the bat. My sleeper. Michael Carter. New York Jets, um You just You have to see this kid. What do you like about him? I mean, if you just look how strong he is, It's just It's very, very rare. Um, you know, I hate to make comparisons, but he runs me. A lot of Maurice Jones drew just that. He's fast. He can move he can catch. But if you just look at his breaks, it looks like it's a video game. You know, Like, like some every running backs got a style of jump cuts. When he jumped, cuts full speed and doesn't break speed and actually gang speed off the second break. It really looks like you're looking at a video game. So from a purely athletic standpoint of what is required for running backs, he is something else and He's the perfect kid in terms of just mentality, work ethic, professionalism, maturity. He acts like he's a 10 year. Betty's incoming rookie and everything we hear about from a football standpoint as he's tearing it up, so If the Jets offense comes together like some people think that it can, even though there's a lot of new parts, obviously, um, that's a player to watch, and we even trained Ty Johnson. I've taken both me. Dia Johnson's got ridiculous speed. It's the first time we worked with with Ty Um, he is blazing fast, and it does transfer the football, so I'll lead off with with with my sleeper right there. Michael Carter, you started on running backs You gave us Michael Carter, the New York Jets rookie. Draft pick. Give me a couple of other running backs who you've trained who you think again already to have a big season. I mean, I would definitely say Erin Jones. Um, I know Erin Jones definitely isn't an unknown name. But in terms of what he's going to build off of this is the first off season. I work with Aaron. And we spent some time together and you know he's stronger than people think. I know. People think he's kind of on the undersized side and are and people questioned how many cares he's going to get, but he's strong. I don't I I don't believe it so much into that. How much do you weigh thing? You're either strong or you're not, and you can be strong and be somewhat lighter, And that's just what makes him unique. But again, it's just his versatility. I mean, I honestly do believe that he can line up anywhere on offense and be effective. And I think that Green Bay smart enough to use them. And obviously, with returners coming back in a quarterback coming back, I think that As good as Aaron was last drive. I think you're going to see a massive jump this year. Well, what was the first thing that struck you about him when you got to train him this off season for the first time? That that burst just the burst. I mean, you know he's not like a 43 guy, but he looks like it because So he hits a difficult cut and whether it's a route or just emotion and we train them both. I mentioned they they take immaculate care of their body, and I think that's a huge point of longevity. Now Football is football. You can hit the wrong way Someone's going to go, but When people take care of their body as well as those guys do. I think that for the most part you can you can count on them. And I think that's a huge point with running backs anyone any wide receivers. You trained that you're recommending to the listeners today. I mean, obviously, I would love to start with Allen Robinson. I think that I definitely talked. If you remember last year, I said, I mean, he's he's a big name. I think that he's going to be under drafted. I think that he's going to have a prime year. And he proved me right. And then some. I mean, he had a monster year and honestly, I I hate to say it, but actually, I love to say he looks faster and the reports yet coming out of campus. He looks like he runs better outside love to hear that. I hate to take credit for that because he is just phenomenal player, But I do think that He responds to some of the style training we do. He does seem like he is faster, and we spent a lot more time this year than even last off season and I think he is at his peak. People talk about this could be the best offensive systems ever played in. He's always been effective. I think Alan Robinson is going to be a solid top five player overall, one of the best receivers in this In this system of fantasy football. I will go for my stud pick a violin Robinson immediately into my sleeper of Albert Wilson. Now. Albert Wilson obviously didn't play last year because he opted out. But again, he's in that. We've worked with Albert now since he came out of Kansas City suspend what four or five years. This is the fastest I've ever seen. This is the best shape he's ever been in. I know people get a little bit nervous because he didn't play football last year, but just look at the training camp. He's had a production he's had. And it seems like with, uh with the Dolphins are all systems go. And even I would have to put Myles Gaskin. I know I'm going back and forth the running backs again, but, uh, I do live in Miami. Obviously, I'm a homer..

On i tunes stitcher soundcloud google. Play or anywhere you find broadcasts just type. Gs us nc in the search bar and we're back here on the gs mc fantasy football podcast for the final segment of today show. I'm going to talk about the players that are trending upwards in fantasy. Who on the waiver wire. That's kinda getting some recognition to be picked up and who's kind of trending down as of right now in fantasy. So let's get right into that. I'm doing it based off of the sleeper apps. Oh sleeper's actually been gaining a lot of traction. I really never heard of it until you know a couple months ago when you know friends are talking about doing it. You know doing the fantasy leagues on the app. And i really like it a lot. I mean i wanted to say on. Espn because i'm a guy that really doesn't like change and you know i kinda like staying with you know because there's a lot of history on. Espn you know we've been doing lease on espn forever and doing it on a new thing. Now you know kind of Something that i wasn't in favor for. But i didn't really care i was going to go with majority but i really like sleeper a lot and it's really good and it's interesting show. There's a lot of different features on it that you know. Espn doesn't have so looking at the players that are trending up. So you got tyson williams and justice hill now. These two guys are the running backs for the ravens. And it's kinda obvious why these two guys would see an increase in fantasy recognition because of the fact that jk dobbins is going to be out for the season because of the tornado seattle. You also have gus edwards you know he's trending upwards as well and the good thing for me is in one of my leagues. I do have jk. But i do also have gus edwards. And i did allude to that in the first segment. So you know i. I did pick up justice hill. I believe so i do. Have you know the ravens depth at running back. So i'm okay there and obviously if you have. Jk dobbins those guys that you're going to potentially pick up because this is for dynasty like obviously in redrafts. You know. It's more likely that gus edwards will be on the waiver. Wire and justice hill and williams. They're definitely going to be on the waiver wire in redraft so if you have those guys you know available to you and you had jacob dobbins you definitely would wanna pick them up now again it all depends on how deep your leagues czar. Because i think in like a ten team league gus edwards will most likely be available unless you wanna have that combo of him. Jk dobbins in case one of them got injured or something but Yeah so kinda does make sense as to why these running backs are trending upward. Todd gurley also trending upward as well. Curry's currently not on the team right now and i feel like you know if a team is desperate at the running back position you know todd gurley could be a guy that you know could be signed and go to a team because injuries are going to happen and you know between todd gurley and leon bell. Those two guys are definitely going to end up on teams at some point during the season. Now i don't know how big of an impact that you're going to have. But i do think that you know when injuries do happen. And unfortunately that is part of the game and they are going to happen. Teams are going to look at them and try to pick them up so it does make sense as to why those two guys are trending upwards as well so moving onto other players here you got alex collins who's trending up he supposed to secure we can secure the number two running back job on the seahawks and this guy. He's been on the seahawks before but now he you know he's been doing pretty good So the are giving them an opportunity to go out there and you know maybe get the number two job and you know they definitely could use them because you know you had reshad penny who tore his. Acl you know well not this year but you know Two years ago and he was coming back from that last year. Chris carson is always in and out of the line getting injured carlos hyde or they had he was getting injured. So maybe alex collins can kind of you know provide some stability there and be a backup plan just in case you know one of these guys gets hurt again because you know. That's the problem with the seahawks. Backfield is you know. They're very talented. But the problem is they're always getting injured and that really affects their team. Because you know you definitely saw it last year you know when they don't really have running game they're often struggles and you saw that you saw that. I'm pretty sure that your Two years ago to back in two thousand nineteen you know when these guys are getting hurt in seahawks are different team and you know and especially in two thousand nineteen. Everybody got hurt. And they had to bring back. Marshawn lynch you had travis homer running the ball to catch passes so you know the seahawks backfield is always you know in flocks and in a hopefully this is the year they kind of you know. Don't get injured. And they're able to be consistent and out this offense out because russell wilson needs a running game to be successful. He can't be the only one that's running the football. So yeah alex collins and other guy trending up you also got another running back tie johnson on the jets. He's been running the ball a lot in preseason he seeing a big workload and you know it's interesting because the jets. They don't really have a number one running back as of right now from what it seems. I mean i thought it was. Kevin coleman But i guess you know. They're giving tie johnson and opportunity and you know he's doing okay the preseason and obviously you know they got little michael p ryan there as well so tie johnson continues to produce you know. I think he deserves to be the lead running back so yeah actually. I'm reading it right now. So tevin coleman held out of the preseason finale and michael p ryan had a foot injury he was banged up and i also forgot about michael carter. He was splitting carries with him. I forgot about almost the michael carter. michael carter their rookie draft choice. Oh yeah they're spending carry so them to and tevin coleman was held down. It looks like those could be the guys that are getting. The bulk of the carries may ten. Coleman really isn't doing too good and michael p ryan probably going to be gone then so we'll have to wait and see on that. But yeah ty johnson. Another guy that is trending up. Then you also got tyler conklin. The tight end for the vikings and the reason for that is well earth smith. Junior is going to miss some time. Now he is going to miss a couple of games this year because of a knee injury and that's really unfortunate because you know he was a guy that i you know like i talked about in the first segment. He's a guy that i was pretty high on going into the season because car rudolph is not there and the vikings. They don't really have a number three wide receiver they bring in keelan coal..

gus edwards Jk dobbins alex collins todd gurley Espn football eisman seahawks tyson williams justice hill jk dobbins ravens jacob dobbins Todd gurley leon bell reshad penny michael p ryan Chris carson carlos hyde espn

"To find A guy that saw the field a little bit was a full field greeter, Donald Like so many young quarterbacks. Was fixated on his first read and too often didn't take his eyes off the first Street. Baby. Carolina can improve that often. That doesn't improve. It looks exact, Wilson. Has better field vision and that was a category they needed to improve. There were too many plays were passes were bird dog to his primary read, and that led to a lot of problems. Yeah, And so good luck to Donald in Carolina. He has. I think he has good coaches for you know, tapping into what he's capable of. It was not good with the Jets. Even with the disadvantages he's got Robby Anderson if he needs him. So you know, he has a chance, Probably. Yeah, we'll see. I mean, Joe Brady. There was a guy that was a hot head coaching candidate, probably prematurely. He got some interviews, including with the Jets in this last head coaching search search process. But then it came out. About the Panthers last year, and this was from Teddy Bridgewater that they weren't really practicing Red zone in two minutes trail and I'm like, Wow, and I think what was going on was you had a college head coach in that rule. He did have a cup of coffee with the Giants as assistant offensive line coach, but he was mainly a college coach over his two decades. In coaching, and you had Joe Brady, who just had a year or so with the Saints, and he was mostly in college. They really didn't put in the things they needed to put in last year, And maybe it was because there was no off season program on the field. There was no training camp. And I mean how truncated training Kevin No. Preseason is what I meant to say. And Teddy Bridge quarters, a high water high water guy and a high out Road guy and he for him to say something like that. Don't like I'm not trying to hear to talk down about Joe Brady. But I was one of these people. So this is the hot coordinator. He was a genius. With Joe Burrow and so forth. I heard they weren't running. Red zone drills and two and, uh you know, two minute drills in their practices. I'm like Maybe I got to pump the brakes on hyping up Joe Brady because that was a little alarming. So you mentioned you like some of some of what else? The Jets did. Um, And I imagine that extends to the draft to, um, But like, what about the rest of the roster, Dan, Like, where is the where the improvements coming? Yeah, I think they added, a lot of guys that could make a difference in this league is all about difference makers. It was Bill Polian said. You need eight or nine difference makers on your roster Guy said. Not just good players, but players that can win you games. And when you look at the top of the Jets draft, let's start with the draft, you know, with Wilson. If he's what they think he is, He's obviously give you a difference maker at the most important position, But you look at Elijah Vera Tucker, the offensive guard from USC. He's going to be a guy. I mean, I very Would be very shocked if he doesn't turn into it. Pro Bowl level guard. He's got everything you're looking for. So they got him after Wilson top of the second round, They got one of the most explosive players in the draft and Elijah more. A lot of people were shocked. He got out of the first round. He's going to be a big play guy for the Jets. Not only is he a Asked at a quick guy is an incredible worker. He just his route running. For a guy that just got the floor in Park just got to the NFL is high level already. He's a craftsman with his route running, and then you look at Michael Carter, the running back. Out of North Carolina, who they got at the top of the fourth round. He should have gone a lot higher and he's an explosive change the direction kind of guy. So those four players Could be Important building blocks for the Jets moving forward, then in free agency. You look at Carl Lawson. I'm not saying Carl Lawson is Lawrence Taylor as a pass rusher, but he's going to make a difference because he's one of these guys said Well, his sack totals aren't gaudy. He gets a ton of pressures that wreck plays or lead to sacks by other guys. He's a powerful guy. He's got great moves in place with an unbelievable motor on every play. Carl Lawson will help Jared Davison inside linebacker. Very good coverage. Linebackers something they've been missing. He's another guy that will help them as well. They've added. They had a lot of players in free agency. So just going through the roll call in my head. I won't go through all of them to Corey Davis. Receiver came over Tennessee times He'll help Seen and coal wide receiver they signed from Jacksonville, not a splashy player. But watching him all spring runs. Great routes doesn't drop anything in his approach is pro. There's a lot more players, they added. When you look at the body worked this offseason. It looks like a group that will help them win some more games. Dan Labor felt with us the Jets funny enough open at Carolina so they'll face Sam Donald, presumably In week one. Their meetings with the Bills are in weeks, 10 and 18 1st every week 18. And you mentioned Michael Carter. Dan, Do you think he is the starter for this team? Like what? What is the ranking for you of their running backs? Because it seems like there are a few ways it could go at least in the beginning. Yes, I think Kevin Coleman, a free agent they signed from the San Francisco 49 ers. There's a guy that's going to get a lot of carries. Along with Michael Carter will probably be a committee situation. Michael Carter is not a guy would want to make the Bell cow back because he's not huge. He's about 58 £200. So I would use him in a lot of different roles you know on jet sweeps bubble screens kick returner. All kinds of different things, but I wouldn't wear him out as an every down runner Kevin Coleman. Not only was with the Jets offensive coordinator in this system In San Francisco, but he was with Shared a hand and Michael for the Jets offensive coordinator with the Atlanta Falcons. So he's been in this system his entire six year NFL career. So Kevin Coleman is the perfect running back to this zone. Running system, which calls for one cut and explode up the field. That's all this guy's son going back to the University of Indiana, So Kevin Coleman and Michael Carter And Michael P. Ryan, I think you will see a committee at the running back position. No room for Ty Johnson. Is he out? You think or what? Um, well, we need to see if he is a system fit. He was signed by the old regime. And that brings me to a kind of the I don't want to say elephant in the room because people could take that the wrong way. As far as his player, Makani Beckton is a tremendous talent. But I brought up Ty Johnson and then segued into a kind Beckton because Ty Johnson was signed for the old offense under Adam Gates. It's Tori Johnson, a one cut runner..

Adam Gates Bill Polian Joe Brady Jared Davison Tori Johnson Michael Carter Kevin Coleman Joe Burrow Elijah Vera Tucker Robby Anderson Carl Lawson Corey Davis Makani Beckton Michael P. Ryan Lawrence Taylor Elijah Atlanta Falcons Sam Donald San Francisco Dan Labor

"Talk about a couple players and we can be probably tight on this next one. Matthew, We are really interesting one and Michael Carter people maybe listen to this podcast, saying, Who is Michael Carter? He's the Jazz fourth round pick out of North Carolina is a running back. Very good. Pass catching running back one of two running backs from North Carolina to get drafted. Javonte Williams, of course, going to the top of the second round to Denver. So Eric parable has them all the way up at RB 28. Matthew. Big range there. I've got an RV four. 42 u government 36 or Daniel has, um as well. Tristin. Cockcroft hasn't been RB 47. So, um, yeah, I think Eriks projection is too optimistic. Obviously, for my taste. I'm assuming he believes that you know, the Jets just won't be able to run the ball at all. So there's really no value in someone like Kevin Coleman or Michael P. Ryan, and that Carter is just going to be a cast pass catching in on, but Is he a player that you think needs to be on redraft radars. I do. Listen, I think there's certainly upside to Michael Carter. And there's a chance that he wins the role. Right. So you've got a new coaching staff and a new regime in, uh, with the Jets, that sort of You know that have drafted Carter, right? And kind of wide open now. They did, uh, they inherited P Rime. Um, but they, uh, because I think I think Joe Douglas wasn't there when they drafted the right, right. He came in in the middle last year, Joan. Others can actually before right after the 2019 draft, So it was so he would 2020 19. So he did drafted Michael Peter. Drafting Michael Hands. Okay, so so not with the coaching staff with the front office. Fair enough. The M P. Ryan. You also got high Johnson there. Kevin Coleman. They brought in who? Obviously Beco Ching staff knows from their days together in San Francisco, and then you draft Michael Carter. So the problem is that Look, the Jets had real offensive line issues. They tried to address that in the draft. We'll see how well that that gels initially. We just don't know what this offense is going to look like under Zach Wilson. Do we think it's going to be better? We do. We think it's gonna be better by the you know the candidly the subtraction of Adam days, you know, and some of the additions they made in the off season, but there's gonna be some growing things and Again. We sort of don't know what this offense is gonna look like mean. The coaching staff came from San Francisco where Kyle Shanahan used multiple running backs and do we have that kind of situation here? Or is there a situation where Michael Carter is the guy? There's certainly an easy path for Michael Carter to take that job. I don't know that anyone is sitting here saying, Like others, no way he can rest the job from Having Coleman Ty Johnson. Low angle be right, but, um, but it's not a guarantee, either. I mean, you know Carter was 1/4 round pick. So you know I have it somewhere in the middle. I think there's some upside there. He's certainly if you're going zero RB, or you're waiting. Certainly a worthy flyer. But I would not want to go into the season field meeting any kind of jets running back. Uh, you know, I think they're more upside place because we just don't want this office is going to look like Yeah, That's exactly where I'm not out as well. Is that all things being equal? I probably in fading this jets running back group as a whole. And to your point the 49 ers, which, of course, is now the offensive staff in New York relied heavily on multiple running backs. I don't have any names in mind right now, but it wouldn't surprise me. If the Jets one of those teams that monitors the waiver wire at the end of the preseason, to add another running back, maybe give them a little bit more size between the tackles, one more and we'll go to the tight end files here. Matthew was me and Daniel Both have Evan Ingram at tight end 11. The low end here is Eric Care was got him at tight end 23. You've got him at tight end 14. You know, I know that everything room is frustrating to some. And I know that his selection as a Pro Bowl player last year rankled some, including Packers fans because Big Bob London probably deserved a Pro Bowl nod. But still first of all, there are so few talented, tight ends at his best ever in Ingram still like a unique guy, Matthew, So I feel like having a much lower than where Daniel and I are at 10 or a tight end 11 like a year 10 and 14 like that feels to me like like the bottom bracket for every neighbor, right? It can't be that much lower. Yeah, I guess not. I mean, I guess the argument for them is yeah. Talented player got lucky with touchdowns last year. Um, and we expect an improvement of the Dallas Cowboys office. But the argument against is that set again. I mean, right. Start what I say. Um, so, yeah, but the the argument against Is, you know, Listen, there was no sequin Barker last year, Sterling Shepard in Golden Tate both missed, you know a decent amount of time. Uh, meeting room stayed fully healthy. Um, and yet, but staying healthy and being like, you know, kind of like the only guy in the offense scored one touchdown. He was tight in 15. Last year, He was tied at 18 on a points per game basis. So you're you're like, wow, like sort of a perfect storm and again. He got unlucky with the touch that, but I think I think the concern here at least for me is health is always going to be an issue with that anger and great. He stayed healthy one year. That has not been the case throughout his NFL career. Um and you also think about Who else they add. They get safe on Barkley back healthy. They sign a big deal with Kenny Golladay. They find Kyle Rudolph who when they're running, you know when they're doing, uh, time in place. I mean, Kyle Rudolph is a great red zone. Tight end has been throughout his NFL career. You've got shepherd and you've got Darius late and you know, and you've got to Darius Tony now as well. Who? I don't think You know he gets significant volume, but do I think there's going to be a handful of gadget plays around the You know, over the course. The season around the end zone that you know this could Arrius Tony Snake four or five touchdowns over the course of a year. Yeah, possibly right. So just I'm really worried about the touchdown equity. I'm worried about the target chair for Evan Ingram. I'm worried about His health, and I'm worried about Daniel Jones. I think the jury is still out as to whether this guy is truly an NFL quarterback. Certainly there is a lot of worries about Daniel Jones is entering a pivotal third year this year since a word a lot of questions about how he will respond because if he crushes it this year, he could be setting himself up for a major major major major payday after I think the biggest issue Matthew was just like You kind of have to just go through tight ends and all of the limitations that you mentioned for Evan Ingram, like you could apply to basically all of them, right? I mean, you just look at the guys who are around that same tier and, like tight and touchdown, equity or target share, right? I mean, like players being drafted a little bit around him or a little bit behind him, like guys like Austin Hooper and hating her a wrists and micros, icky and Bob Tanyon like All the Rob Gronkowski like which of those players has a dynamite, clear path to like a huge target share at also a ton of tight touchdown equity right? Like I think the same qualifiers for England applied up basically all those players, right? Yeah, but none of those players are going anywhere near the top 10, which is which is the point? Well, yeah, But I'm saying, though, is that like those guys like, you know, those are players are being drafted a little behind Evan Ingram, but not as like, You know, when you get to and I'm not trying to make this is about Eric striking but tight in 23, like I could find 22 guys who I think have a clear path to market your and touchdown. Then everything I think Probably the upside is enough that we can sort of see in drafted somewhere in that top 10 to 12. Right, Tiger? Well, listen, you have you and Daniel had made 11 I'm at 14 and you know I'm sure you know. Eric always does his annual do not draft list, and I am sure, But Ingram will be on it. And we can all read his reasoning there behind his low ranking on Evan Ingram week. None of us like him as a top 10 pick. I think you and I have a bit of an eyebrow, raising him not being a top 2010. And Eric always always has a read all of his rankings and picks as content wise available on ESPN. All right, That's what we have here. All right, buddy. We'll talk to you in a week. Until then, Um, good luck Promoting all of your six seconds of glory on the okay. Number one show on Disney, Plus thank you very much. Episode number two comes out on Wednesday.

Very good pass catching running back one of two running backs from North Carolina to get drafted Javonte Williams, of course, going thought of the second round to Denver. So Eric Parable has them all the way up at RB 28, Matthew. Big range there. I've got an RB 42 You got 36 for Daniel has him as well. Christine Cockcroft has been RB 47 so Um, yeah, I think Eriks projection is too optimistic. Obviously, for my taste. I'm assuming he believed that you know, the Jets just won't be able to run the ball at all. So there's really no value in someone like Kevin Coleman, Michael P. Ryan, and that Carter, which is going to be a cast pass catching in on. But is he a player that you think needs to be on Ray draft radars? I do. Listen, I think there's certainly upside to Michael Carter. And there's a chance that he wins the role. Right. So you've got a new coaching staff and a new regime in, uh, with the Jets, that sort of That have drafted Carter, right and kind of wide open Now they did, uh, they inherited P Ryan. Um, but they Because I think I think Joe Douglas wasn't there when they drafted the right, right. He came in the middle last year. Job numbers can actually before right after the 2019 draft, so it was 20 to 2019. So he did drive to the Michael Peter drafted Michael, one of his okay, so so not with the coaching staff with the front office paired up. The M P Y. You also got high Johnson there, Kevin come in. They brought in who? Obviously Beco Ching staff knows from the days together in San Francisco, and then you draft Michael Carter. So the problem is that Look, the Jets had real offensive line issues. They tried to address that in the draft. We'll see how well that that gels initially. I just don't know what this offense is going to look like under Zach Wilson. Do we think it's going to be better? We do. We think it's very better by the you know, can't leave the subtraction of Adam days, you know, and some of the additions they made in the off season, but there's gonna be some growing things and Again. We sort of don't know what this offense is going to look like mean. The coaching staff came from San Francisco, where Kyle Shanahan used multiple running backs and do we have that kind of situation here? Or is there a situation where Michael Carter is the God? There's certainly an easy path for Michael Carter to take that job. I don't know that anyone to sit here saying, Like others, no way he can rest the job from Evan Kohlmann, Ty Johnson, LaMichael be right. But But it's not a guarantee, either. I mean, you know Carter was 1/4 round pick. So you know I have it somewhere in the middle. I think there's some upside there. He's certainly if you're going zero RV, or you're waiting. Certainly a worthy fire, but I would not want to go into the season field meeting. Any kind of jets running back. You know, I think they're more upside place because you just don't know what this office is gonna look like. Yeah, That's exactly where I met out as well. Is that all things being equal? I probably in fading this jets running back group as a whole and to your point. The 49 ers, which of course, is now the offensive staff in New York relied heavily on multiple running backs. I don't have any names in mind right now. But it wouldn't surprise me. If the Jets one of those teams that monitors the waiver wire at the end of the preseason, to add another running back, maybe give them a little bit more size between the tackles, one more and we'll go to the tight end files here. Matthew is Me and Daniel. Both have Evan Ingram at tight end 11. The low end here is Eric parables about him at tight end 23. You've got a bit tight end 14 year, you know, I know that everything room is frustrating to some, And I know that his selection as a Pro Bowl player last year rankled some, including actress fans, because Big Bob Tanyon probably deserved a probable nod. But still first of all, there are so few talented, tight ends at his best. Evan Ingram still like a unique guy, nephew. So I feel like having a much lower than where Daniel and I are at 10 or tight in 11 like you're a tight in 14 like that feels to me like for like the bottom bracket for Ebony, right? It can't be that much lower. Yeah, I guess not. I mean, I guess the argument forum is yet talented player Got lucky with touchdowns last year. Um, and we expect an improvement of the Dallas Cabos office. Okay, But the argument against is that said, Thank you. Yeah, I mean it right. Start what I said, Um, so, yeah, but the argument against Is, you know? Listen, there was no safe on Barker last year. Sterling Shepard and Golden Tate. Both missed, you know, a decent amount of time. Evan Ingram stayed fully healthy. And yet, but staying helping being like, you know, kind of like the only guy in the offense scored one touchdown. He was tight in 15 last year, it was tight of 18 on a points per game basis. So you're you're like, wow, like.

Kevin Coleman Eric Parable Christine Cockcroft Michael Carter Michael P. Ryan Javonte Williams Kyle Shanahan Evan Kohlmann Matthew Michael Evan Ingram Michael Peter Ty Johnson Zach Wilson Joe Douglas Daniel 2019 Eric 18 New York

"Scott Graham had the call Right here on Westwood One Christmas Day. Kirk Cousins had a day. People didn't know that because Alvin Kamara tied a record with six rushing touchdowns. Cousins had a heck of a fantasy days. We welcome back to NFL fantasy forecast on Western one sponsored by Draftkings, America's top rated daily fantasy up along with fantasy expert Michael Fabbiano. I'm Jason Horowitz, Micah's We head towards week. 17 Daily fantasy. Still the same as it is for daily fantasy weekend we got you picked the best players Get your salary cap and you go. Kirk Cousins at the top of your bargains list this week for quarterbacks. He's been very good over the last month and a half or so been very reliable, Very nice floor. Good ceiling. He's playing the Lions, who got boat raced by Tom Brady and Blaine Gabbert last week he comes in its $6300. Philip Rivers has got a great matchup against the Jaguars. He's only a $6000 player. Running back Malcolm Brown and Ty Johnson or both. Nice bargains at $4300 and wide receiver tea, Higgins and $5000. And then if you want to go really cheap. How about Richie James against the Seahawks with Debo, Samuel and Brandon? Are you both injured at Titan Herb Smith Jr. He's hot right now, and he's only $3900 on Draftkings and Evan Ingram. Although he's been up and down all season long typically does very well against the Dallas Cowboys. He's at $3700. All right, so those are the guys you like in daily fantasy. Let's go to the other side, those that you don't Mitchell Jarvis key at times this year towards the end of the season. It's been a really good in fantasy. Now. Whether or not that means anything for the Bears in the future is a different story. But they're in a situation you you win and you get in against the Packers team trying to sew up the number one seed. You don't like your biscuit this week in daily fantasy, even though he's not expensive? Yeah, No, I don't because the Packers defense is in very tough on quarterbacks this season. I think part of that is running backs have had so much success against them. And I think David Montgomery will have a lot of success to Biscuit. $5600 is a faith so his collar Murray He's not 100%, and he's got the Rams this week. And that defense is very, very tough at $7500 far too rich for my blood at running back James Connor and Leonard for net could both be limited this week in week 17. So keep them out of your DFS lineups. I feel like I've been telling people the fade Tyler Lockett for weeks. Why? Because I have and he's not producing it $5800. He is a fade chase Claypool against the Browns and 57 is a fade. So is Eric Ebron, his teammate with Ben Roberts, Burger out and Mason Rudolph under center for the Steel City. I am going to keep Iran out of my DFS line about $4000 and an awesome Hooper against the Steelers, whose defense is very tough find tight ends. He's a faded $3800. All right, So ah, Lot of the things here with daily fantasy are going to go hand in hand with some of your advice for weeks, 17 and leagues that people are in redraft lease, which is Hey, there's going to be players to get opportunities in week 17. They're gonna have big numbers. You might just not be expecting it. Is there a dollar value? Let's call it running back. Is there a dollar value for one of those names? Like in Alexander Madison per se, But you like you know what? That's it? That's a good play this week. If I can get a running back like an Alexander Madison like a Latavius Murray, for example, like a tie Johnson in that low $4000 range getting up. I'm all in because that will help me save money. In order to spend on more expensive elite fantasy players. And I hope that, for example, the guy like Ty Johnson, who has got the featured role for the jet set up here. No Frank Gore Noble Michael P. Ryan, really good matchup against the Patriots. That is a spot where I could potentially get a very solid stat line from a player who otherwise wouldn't have much value in DFS. All right, So there you go. There's your advice for daily fan is here week 17 on the other side. And her office. Burger is sitting for the Steelers. So it makes you think that Hey, this is gonna be all Cleveland knowing they have to win. So why is Baker Mayfield to sit this week started setting quarterbacks and running backs. Next. This is NFL fantasy forecast. Most have been fed. That's a fact have been. That's a family credit card.
