Megyn Kelly Hits Back After Being Labeled ‘Anti-Vax’

"Meghan i wanna do something. Now i regret doing. I've always liked david from. He used to be a fairly nice and influential person. he's been disintermediated from influence by donald trump. because he went crazy. I mean literally whatnot. Now you and i both have trump tattoos and so i can show them off. I can probably stand up with those people who line up in the media who've been assaulted by donald trump verbally lived to talk about it and laugh it off. David was kind of knocked off the balance beam. He's attacked you. This week is being an anti vaccine. I think you actually support vaccines like i do. I get my booster tomorrow. I'm going to Applaud when my grandchildren get back today because their mother has done a study of it and they're safe and qualified for and two of the three of them will be eligible for it. Why is david from attacking. You wrongfully liable ously. Really as an anti dr. Which carried almost slander per se business. It's kind of amusing to me. I'm definitely not an antibac- so i've said repeatedly that i'm provex vaccine. I've gotten it. My husband's gotten it. and i. i think everyone who wanted should get it. But i don't like these mandates. And i really don't like them for children and i've said publicly. I have three kids. Not one of whom is yet eligible for the vaccine. But i did lose my dad to a heart attack at age forty five and i have a heart issue and i worry about my children and their hearts because they've got a genetic predisposition to some frailty there so i'm watching the myocarditis thing very carefully and this should be a decision between their pediatrician. My husband and me and it shouldn't be forced on them. By joe biden or anybody else dr algae and there's a reason that the folks in europe have made a different decision. Our friends in the uk are not requiring twelve to fifteen year olds to get this and even when they get to be older. Sixteen they're only requiring one shot which is all the myocarditis seems to be happening after the second shot. Okay so these are the considerations but people don't consider insane our friends across the pond

I'm talking about it now eight. Because i'm not going to play that game but the point is that i have heard people say yes. What Is a Breakthrough COVID-19 Infection?

"Dr Deborah and Mulligan, professor at Nova Southeastern University's College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is board certified in pediatrics and emergency medicine as welcome our dear doctor. Good morning, Jimmy. Let's talk about little bit about breakthrough infections. I think I saw that about 83 85% of the people hospitalized in the state of Florida. Were not vaccinated, but there are some And that's the breakthrough infection. Right? That's what we call it. Tell us about this. Yeah, sure. So, you know, we had a really good vaccine driven strategy for the vaccinated. It was supposed to be a worry free, hot back summer of socializing and fun. That was before Delta. You know, this tough, formidable folks spoil their plans and rising covid breakthrough infections. Among fully vaccinated is a reminder that these vaccines are not a silver bullet. Nor is the mask a full proof invisibility cloak. So let's define what is the definition of vaccine breakthrough infection for our listeners. It's the detection of SARS Kobe to RNA or antigens. Collected from a person more than 14 days after they completed recommended doses of covid 19. So I have had patients who were diagnosed with Covid Illness, but they hadn't been fully vaccinated. So, for example, maybe you got the first shot. It was a week later, they hadn't got their second shot. So Jimmy, these vaccines are intended to prevent severe illness. That was the end point, and they're doing that. They were not intended to prevent spread 100%, although they were pretty marvelous until you know Delta came along. These vaccines are working as expected there, bolstering memory B cells, protective D cells and antibodies to protect us from severe disease. They're doing that.

Were ordered administered on friday sixty percent of all eligible fully vaccinated for more. Let's bring in the surgeon general. Dr vivek murthy. Good morning to you. Dr those pfizer and medina booster shots will become available the week of september twentieth. Walk us through. What americans should know about that and what to do well. Thanks martha eat. There are several things that americans should know about the booster announcement. We recently made number one. Is that the vaccines are continuing to work. Remarkably well for preventing people from ending up in the hospital and they're saving lives. So that's the reason we are not recommending boosters today but we are seeing is a decline in the protection against mild to moderate disease. And we're anticipating there may be an erosion in that important protection that we're seeing today down the line and that's why they stay ahead of this virus were recommending. The people start to get boosters. A week of september twenty they will start with people on their eight month anniversary following their second shot and by necessity that will end up prioritizing. Women couldn't work. So she had to give up her job and the singers factory the summon. Yeah. And she loved it there. And actually that was a big. Moment. I think for her, you know, 'cause she should have been a working mom, the she lost something in her within a south, let within a spirit is because as much as she was supposed to want to stay at home. And be I don't think she, you know, I think she loved something. And then she gained back eventually by the time. I went I was in secondary school. She started back into this thing. That's like him. It's called the ICA Tibet like the the country women's association. You know, the w I. And she and she met up with loads of women that she'd been in school with herself and who all similarly had lost their working lives. You know? Also, socialize. Because you know, what it's like yourself being a work in Bom. Sometimes if you've been at home for Geneva morning, the house, and you've been doing all this joke and all the things with children, you go to work, and he'll rest at work because is much is go going to work is somewhat, you know, doing things. So it's so lovely to exist outside of your kids, enter family, and what your base something else. Open a mum. I mean, I love when I go and pick up the when I go and pick up from school one of the teachers always goes on to everybody who comes in. Or, you know, if you press the gate, and you go. Yes, those mom that kind of thing. But actually when you set away from this, and you need to be yourself prove yourself or kind of I love that. I love that my girls see that as well. You know that I missed out side them. Unless of the for them to aspire to as well. I hope so. Although Ethel has had a few times, you know, like most mom, stay home most ads go now house Atari different because mom can't cook. Until I I. guess. You know that my day exists in and around studios or being on sass, or and I just need time to go mock dog and bring the kids to school, and and have stuff to recall and to us for more work. Why can last it s really important to do? I mean, that's a nice thing to be able to do that. Because you're that successful. Well, if you are. As also important to stop. Yeah. So every script I have I cuss open sort of, you know, highlight my stuff, I do all about so. And then I what I will do is I'll put into book and exercise book quite big book. And then I'll do lots of notes in the front of that. And then you get to the scripture quite lie about buying of this the new book about like, and you die a new exercise book to stuff, and you count that as always quack sizing quo less time, I'm going to new school book for the Newton in Utah. And the idea, and you never know what it will take you. You know, what I mean that sense of just not sure not making any decisions just -solutely sort of have blank page. And then I'll stop filling it with stuff. Like, you know, I'll read the script lots and lots of fill it with photographs things just folks so bit of a mood, but still rising bit of backstory and stuff and then breaking this group down. And then when you very often this happens right at the last minute, you'll get your shooting share Jill. So you don't really know how it breaks down day by day week by week until the last minute. And then we'll start doing is working on my first week's worth. And usually what I do is that I don't touch the scenes I'm doing in the first week. What I do is the scenes before the scenes, I'm shoot. So I'll always work on the stuff that happened that I haven't shelf. Before I walk in the work on the scenes, I'm about to do. So it's always about where I've been rather than one. I'm actually. How will school view growing? It wasn't great. Actually, I was I was not a democ-. I didn't really get on with school. I I changed schools loss because it was roundabout when my parents were moving. So I went from one junior skill which is fine. Will don't have real memories about everything was okay? And then we went to this other school, and we were Catholics, and we couldn't get into the local Catholic school. So my mom and dad put me into the local C V school, which was nice, actually, I'm very close. But I always knew it was transitory until the place came up in this and the and the Cavs go. Really whereabouts pools. So we moved we lived in a place called Kensington, which is not far from the city center. Right. And then we moved to north Yash. There's one of these new estate. So the the place we grew up. In was condemned really, my grandmother had been married when she was like a little girl when she was nineteen something she'd be married, and she'd grown up in the house. So it was quite an old place had a. Skews me over. Yeah. It was quite an old place had a toilet in the buck yard. It's not inside no bathrooms. So it was one of those places in those seven of us in it was the seven and a couple of cats. So all that was it was we needed to go. Yeah. I'm not I don't have any romanticism about where they put us these new estates. You know, there was they were all springing up all over those like places like Natalie and scams lay and stuff love, and I was in Nacional we want, and that's sort of Duff old swan heighten area red, and yeah that was a my brothers left at that point is well ready. My brothers growing up by then the would I off to said they off to university and college and stuff like that. And then I left to see these school. I went to Catholic junior school. And that's where I I also do drama. That's the teacher at that school was drama. Teachers, really great and we did the wizard of Oz. Did Joseph is amazing technicolor Dreamcoat and all the classics and I played the the scaffold in. Wasn't. It wasn't a loved. It was great. It might class the being allowed to go to football. And even though I enjoy football. I wasn't great. Yeah. But I think of performing really like, and then I failed my eleven plus, and I went to the secondary modern that was attached to my junior school..

And I'd read the this in eight sense that it was a walk into an audition and have some sort of persons of memorable thing to yourself personality if that was swagger than so bid, then it was to just be Pleasantville forgettable. I didn't wanna be unpleasant mindless never wanted to be a dick. But certainly wanted to walk in with kind of self confident assured thing sometimes that went sometimes that could go wrong people think you're a bit of addict. But I was the risky talk. So bearing in mind when I think I was. Chris. Hey, great to see the like yet next you might as well, take a number like, you're deli counter or something so I walk in. And I'm thinking, okay. Like remember, this kind of Swaggart saw thing. In fact, for example, there's like a hundred people in the room waiting to go in. And I've got my time slot, and they're all reading the script like shaking dead nervous. And I'm like, I'm not going to be like the rest of them saw pulled out like loaded magazine, which tell us to read when I was twenty years loaded magazine, and I'm flicking through like pictures of girls in bikinis. And they call me Ralf little and I'm like look up and look at telecommuting ago. Oh, sure. Yeah. All right. So. Early. You. Sure. Like, there's not somebody else in light. You know dig like both on your okay know, what he's like double Manca. Yeah. I I don't know. know what he's come in. So comfortable, I said, I'll make a couple of jokes and literally within thirty second self deprecating in bay light, you know, whatever. And then Africa about thirty seconds. She goes she's like, well, oh my God. I think you are adorable. I love your sense of humor. I think you're you're just so great. Would you like to come back in a couple of weeks in meet Tom Hanks, and I was like. Yeah. I don't think I'm busy. Sure. What dig so? Anyway, they set the day a couple of weeks inbetween. So find out that I'm going for their eighteen part. That's sorry. There are nine ponds that we're going down to the last eighteen so I've literally fifty to fifty percent chance of Ganapati in this Steven Spielberg say I'm twenty one. So I so I go to the Athol name hotel on Piccadilly going to knock on the door of the. I'm shaking of us and then knock on the door. Sweet. And they open it. Okay. Remember, how you go. Hey, remember, the Chidi on us? They opened they go come in opened the door on the rooms like twice the size of this huge sweet right in the Faucone twenty LA exects in suits sitting around the table.
