"Oh no, okay is the game. Okan. I hate when I take them from the presleys and they try y'all clever then okin is on PC early access today. If that wasn't enough for you, ladies and gentlemen, of course. Halo infinite season two lone wolf starts today. Luke river is on PC Xbox Series X. The lone wolf. Gotcha. That makes more sense. Sorry, I was hung up on the rolls. Adios amigos is on PS4 and PS5. Let me think that's not a dungeon defenders awakened his on PlayStation 4 as well. And then wildcat gun machine is on PC and PS4. And then that's it for today. Oh, actually, while I catch tomorrow, I'm sorry. Well, I didn't do this weekend games from kotaku this Zack guy is asleep at the wheel now. I don't know if you did it this week. So I didn't have time to jump around and do it. So I had to jump over here and doing those renal things. You know how it is. It's really snuck up on us. I'll say. 'cause that was when I feel like do me a solid. What? Boot river. I saw the press release come through. They were like, we have a review code if you want. And I was like, great. I read it. I'm like, this doesn't sound great. But then you came out of nowhere the other day and asked for a code. I was like, oh yeah, I got one right here. And then once you did it, that brought everybody out of the beehive. Show me a trailer for loot river and explain why I would like this game. I don't know if this is a Greg Miller game, but I turn off the trailer and end the show. I forget what showcase this was from either last year or two years ago. It must have been two years ago, because I remember having this on my fantasy games list. Wait, I have that information for the last month. And so it was at the gorilla collective. Day of the devs and idea of Xbox events. Yeah. And so it seems to be this cool 2D top down action game where there's a lot of puzzle elements as you're seeing in the trailer now for video listeners. Where you're moving around like platforms. I don't remember much from it, but I remember it really stood out to Andy and I. Let me give you some years ago. And then we did not hear anything about it and then it was like out of nowhere. It was like, oh, hey, loot river comes out in like two days. And I was like, wow, that's cool. The pressure we subscribe to the souls meets meets Tetris action. Road light. Receiving a lot of attention at events like gorilla collective day of the dev and ID at Xbox events. Lou river sees you exploring labyrinthine procedurally generated waterways where you will discover a rich combat system, a very very bestiary of cursed enemies and a bounty of build changing weapons, spells and other loot. Harnessing the power of the relic to shift the ground beneath you, you slide around the floating pieces of ruined landscapes using these Tetris like blocks to solve spatial exploration puzzles and as a tool to combat as a tool in combat to manipulate enemies and control the space on which your battles take place. Out on game pass. On a game pass Xbox PC. There you go. And it works on steam deck. There you go. I ask you this all the time, great. What's the status of your steam deck? Well, you know, and I signed it up to one of those 19 emails you use that you're just like burn her emails. I figure my steam thing. And so I have to go over there and check it every time. It's still the thing of, hey, I'm on the list. I'm getting it between April and June. You know what I mean? So here we are in fucking goddamn may, and I still don't have it. Do you know that legacy two works on the steam deck? I really just like that you bring that up again. You know what I mean? A game that's meant to be on the Playstation Vita, yes, it works on the steam deck. And why would they put it on a dead console? You know, 'cause maybe it's called remembering where you came from, Barrett, you know what I mean? It's about paying it forward, paying it backward. You know what I mean? Take care of the people that put you on the map. I'm pretty sure the lineage was Game Boy Advance. Rogue legacy sold all this copy is going to be that a lot of people don't know that. But to get away from shooting on stellar door games for selling off the Vita, to shit on and said somebody like Paris lily. Like that's the problem with the steam deck information is the fact that mine still says here Q two, April to June. I check my email and I don't have it. And ladies and gentlemen, you're kind of funny fan. You've probably been here for a long time. I implore you to look back at my 15 year career and find somebody who's done more for PC gaming than I have. And I don't have a steam deck. I don't have it. Mister PC Greg Miller, I don't have a scheme deck. I don't have it, but Paris has one. Mister Xbox. Host an Xbox showcase. He gets a steam deck, no problem. He deserves it. This console noob over here. This plea. And not only that, as Danny Pena from G four has been pointing out left and right. What does pairs do with this steam deck? He takes photos of games loaded on the steam deck. This man doesn't even play them. He just takes photos of the steam deck with a game on the screen. He does not play them. This is embarrassing. You can check out Paris impressions of the steam deck on this recent episode of the kind of funny ex guess. Outrageous. Giving Paris Lilly is steam deck before Greg Miller. This is like going to Kansas and giving someone there a bar of soap. They don't know how to use it. They don't know how to appreciate it. New dates for you. Badland party. Badland party is launching on Apple arcade may 6th. Warped kart racers is launching on apple arcade may 20th. Area man lives is coming to meta quest two, rift, vive, and steam stores may 12th. Then when the latest update for craft and Inc's pubg battlegrounds releases on May 11th for PC in May 19th for.

"Shazam thinks it knows what songs you'll be asking about this year, Mac rumors as the Apple owned music recognition service has shared its Shazam predictions 2022 playlist, surprisingly, but not really on Apple music. The report says the playlist offers songs from 50 artists poised to have a breakthrough year. According to Mac rumors, data was calculated through Shazam's predictive algorithms and the tracks included were hand selected by the Apple music global editorial team. The songs show indicators of future growth, including early and consistent Shazam activity and discovery in more than one country. I know I'm a cynical so and so, but can it really be called a prediction if you're putting your thumb on the scale? In addition to the 50 tracks, Mark rumor says Apple has highlighted the top 5 musicians that are considered artists to watch, they include Nigeria's Ira star, Mexican American singer Danny locks, Lynn lapid out of Maryland in the U.S., sad night dynamite out of Somerset, England, and the KPop girl group Stacy out of South Korea. Apple TV plus appears to be in the lead in acquiring assault after a Formula One racing film, a piece from deadline, says the Cupertino streamer is an exclusive negotiation for the film to be produced by top guns, Jerry Bruckheimer, directed by Top Gun mavericks, Joseph kosinski, and starring Brad Pitt who I'm pretty sure has nothing to do with Tom gun. Still he has kind of a big deal. According to deadline, Pitt will play a racer who comes out of retirement to mentor a younger driver and take his final stab at glory on the track as the younger drivers team mate. Sounds a bit like days of thunder, a movie about NASCAR, which starred Tom Cruise, who funny enough is in Top Gun and Top Gun: Maverick. Days of thunder was also produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, making one wonder whether wonders will ever cease. If the deal goes through, it will be the second film for pet at Apple, deadline says Apple acquired an untitled film that Spider-Man director John watts will direct with Pitt and George Clooney starring as two lone wolf fixers assigned to the same job. George Clooney, by the way, not in the Top Gun universe. Shake up in the Bonaparte house, a report from deadline says Jody comer has dropped out of the Apple TV plus film, kit bag. Directed by Ridley Scott and starring Joaquin Phoenix, the piece says kit bag is billed as an epic drama examining Napoleon Bonaparte's origins and has swift, ruthless climb to emperor view to the prism of his addictive and often volatile relationship with his one true love. Comer was meant to play that love, Napoleon's wife, Josephine. She's now bagged on the role, citing COVID related scheduling issues, according to the report. Apple has said to be an advanced negotiations with a replacement, a separate piece from deadlines as pieces of a woman's Vanessa Kirby as being sought for the part. Whoever it is, a deal needs to happen soon. Back in November, director Scott said production on kit bag was set to start on the 15th of January. And finally today, Philip Michaels over at Tom's guide has reviewed Apple TV plus. Not the shows on the Cupertino streamer, but the streaming service itself, and there is one thing he really, really likes. Is it a low price? Isn't the quality content? Is it ten lasso? None of the above. It is how easy the service is to cancel. In his review, Michael's right, I think what I appreciate most about Apple TV plus is how easy apple makes it to leave the service behind..

"I'm Ari Shapiro. The day after President Trump Pardon a turkey, he pardoned his first national security adviser, Michael Flynn. Trump has pardoned many of his friends and allies during his time in office. As part of the Mueller investigation, Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia. Andrew Weissman was a top prosecutor in that investigation. He served a special counsel Robert Mueller's deputy. Thank you for joining us. Nice to be here. Got to begin by asking whether you always expected it would turn out this way. There was certainly speculation. It is not surprising, but it is still shocking. Which seems like it's an oxymoron, but it really isn't in terms of The president and my view, really denigrating the rule of law and abusing power. He has to pardon. This is a power that Can be used so well and is a way of Ameliorating. Um, issues where, after the fact people say you know what that was a draconian sentence, our values change, and we the presidential pardon power can be used. In a really beneficial way to reflect the current norms of culture. That is a far cry from what's happening here where Michael Flynn has not even been sentenced. You say this is an abuse of the pardon power. But the nature of the pardon power is that it can be used, however, and whenever the president wants, and so that being the case, how is this an abuse? When I say something is an abuse, it means that I think he is abusing a power that he has. It is not questioning. In this case that it can be lawfully done. But that doesn't mean that it's the correct thing to do You know that that distinction Is one having been in the Department of Justice for over 20 years we often make which is that? As a prosecutor, You have the power to do things. But that doesn't mean that you should do it. And here exercising and very broad. Pardon power. To absolve somebody who committed a crime for you yourself. That should be the situation where you obviously have a conflict and you shouldn't be exercising that power. So you're saying it's not just that this is somebody who was close to the president who was working for the president, but that the crime he confessed to was in service of the president. No, this pardon does not delete or negate the mall. The report any more than President Trump's claims of a witch hunt or a hoax? Do so. What do you think the actual impact of this pardon is beyond the symbolism of the president bailing out somebody who committed a crime to serve him? It is much more than symbolism when it comes to individual justice being meted out to people. In other words, one of the things that is important to the rule of law is that people who are similarly situated be treated the same. So it's not just symbolism when somebody is absolved of criminal liability when many other people in similar situations are not That is really denigrating something that is critical to the crown jewels of what it means to be American democracy, which is the rule of law. We like to separate ourselves from autocratic regimes where we say that the Justice Department is just a tool or an arm of the prime minister or the president. But this is not just a symbol. This is really just an illustration of going down that road where the Justice Department and the White House views the rule of law is something that is only there when it helps them and otherwise is not to be followed. So look ahead for us. Do you think that this pardon signals what we can expect between now and when President Trump leaves office? Yes, I mean, obviously it Z always difficult, Toc predict, but I think that with this president, he's usually pretty transparent about what he's thinking of doing. And so I anticipate that the president will Harden a lot of people, whether it's his friends, family members, his business organizations such as the Trump Organization. There's curry step back, three back iron. But hang on a foul before the shot over the limit is Toronto curry will shoot to look. They had much healthier bodies in game two but a little reminiscent of game too, when the warriors made the second half comeback. They were a lot closer at halftime that anyone felt they would be. Now, you make these sue you're only down six and it's all because of the lack of will play. And the fact that they continue to Ronco to get into their movement under five seconds on the clock in uh.
