The boston bruins are leading the new york islanders to one so A some of the some of those series already at three games than the other series will colorado. That's only two games than montreal. Series zoe out one game so some of these years moving on a little bit quicker. I understood how to be understood that it's important to be the woman. But i didn't know how to get to that to that spot when you're when you're right now when you now focusing on the future fast and only three years later when i figured out that book an athlete guy to mental training. I figured out the tools that could help me to be in that mental stage. Were focused on what's happening now. So if there are two books that i can re- all mental preparation players or the coaches. It will be the wave peaceful water. And natalie's got some mental training. You so much for that. And i'll definitely have both those books in the show down below for listeners to check them out on. I won't go through the first one that i did. It's a free throw game within the basketball game because you have so much time you have eight seconds at the line and an eight seconds. There are so many things that can come up in your head where you have to learn how to calm yourself down in in just simply make a shot and so it was the same for me in mexico when you get the free throw line or maybe he defiled you go. The team will call timeouts. You go for time routes in your thinking only about shoot two free throws in some games will be outside Oh man. I'm about to shoot two free throws on men it's windy. Oh man what i gotta do and you just have so much to so many thoughts in your mind in that gave me one simple breathing exercise. Some simple breathing techniques. That could help me focus. Just focus on what you can control. Where is going to be focused on what you can do on your instead. Are the ballgame in in the basket and so the drill was pretty simple. Because if i do that on the court people will be like crazy. What's what's happening with. If i just went to the bathroom. Act that i needed to go to bathroom in like. They're they're in the bathroom for one minutes quarter. I feel confident. Already focused unfocused moments. Brown continues to improve after that bad game two games ago. My opinion was a close one but all is fair in love and war the referees for pretty much every game are always going to be considered bad right. Every single playoff game fans are going to have a disagreement with it but specifically, that can no call that was poor that was a bad call.
