"Miller brewing company milwaukee wisconsin ninety six calories and three point two carbs per twelve ounces are true crime friday ellie. They were to be talking about amy. Lynn bradley yes. This is this case actually came in through listener suggestion Is a pretty big case. I told you before this once. We start talking about it. You'll probably recognize it It's another disappearance. I kind of equate it to a similar natalie holloway case so this case takes place aiming bradley. She was born may twelfth. Nineteen seventy four in petersburg virginia. She was twenty three years old when she disappeared. Now this is also a super controversial Case because there's several different working theories on it and again it's one of those disappearance cases issue still alive Moral of the story so starting from the beginning email bradley again. She was twenty three in march of ninety eight. Her family decided that they were going to take a cruise along the caribbean they got on the board. They were taking the royal caribbean international cruise line and they got on the boat called city of the sea. Now this cruise took off from san juan puerto rico so march twenty. First they disembarked from san juan and this Cruise was set to go to aruba and then caracazo. And then saint thomas and end up back in puerto rico and san juan. Now they were. You know they disembarked. Puerto rico head gotten to caracazo Fast forward to march twenty four so a couple of days later. Amy and her brother onto his her her brother and her parents. Amy and her brother. Were enjoying the late night activities on the ship so they were going to the dance club. They're going to bars. That are on the ship. You know seeing a late they actually Zeh stayed out later than the parents do. Their parents had gone to bed back in their cabin and they actually ended up meeting the band that was playing on the ship in the nightclub and so they amy started hanging out with them again. They continued to drink more a cruise ship. I mean all in all as far as i going out goes. There's not a lot of places you can go right. There's like maybe one nightclub on a cruise ship. I guess it depends. I mean they've come so far advanced. Like i don't know how it wasn't but like you know like i've been on. I've been on one before welker rabin and it's like you know. There's there's a nightclub a salsa thing there was like like a pub you know but like close early as far as later usually there's only a couple that stay open later right and they have like a scheduled. Oh like tonight's the disco party like scheduled nights out So it's it the cruise ship ones like always freak me out because it's such a small place to go missing from but in you know in hindsight it's also like a really easy place to go missing from right. You're an international waters. You're not in any like one specific country so who has jurisdiction like the whole night is really easy as much as you like okay. Maybe there's one nightclub super easy to go missing on a cruise ship. And if you're unfortunately it's sad to say like if you're a predator that's kind of like gold mine on a cruise ship and you have you know again you mix and drinking. It makes the fact that you're maybe with a couple of other people but basically everybody on board is strangers. I'm your mexican multiple different countries..

Dj alex tight shirt on the ones and the twos eight. Seven seven ninety nine or fox's the number eight seven seven nine six sixty three sixty nine. You're turned away and do you think a better. Trade is for. Ben simmons the goto the nets or to go to the warriors golden state. You're starting to away in. Let's hear what you got to say. Our critics get out to the phone lines. Aj is in atlanta. You're on the couple of fox. Sports radio aj. Hey how you guys doing tonight. Good brother how are you can't complain that chris or maybe you read my mind. I thought golden state was was always should always be a front runner. I think Steph curry steph. Car would definitely be influence with them and can't provide the type of leadership and has the temperament that work well I know that draymond and maybe embiid if trae were to happen when it fit together so why not get involved and maybe saying kimba up to the Seventy sixers andrey out to okay. See you been simmons to the warriors to kind of make it work. What you guys think. Well if i'm philly. I was actually like i see. I think draymond does work with them. I would like to get kimba. Of course. Or maybe if i can get kimber and dry and maybe wiggins or somebody like that goes to okay see but i i like the way you thinking. Yeah i just think draymond can bring them good leadership and i think that Say what you will about the warriors front office. But i think that they respect dream on a little too much cinnamon okay see. I don't think yeah. I think you're right. I think you're absolutely right about that. All right. let's let me let me throw this out quickly. I didn't think about this. But set remember steph. Curry rebuilt his shot. You know that as a kid right. Yep his dad. They rebuilt his shot so if been willing to listen i think he could probably help it. I'm not saying you're going to become a great shooter. But he could probably help him at least improve that jumper. That's fair that's fair by the way. Chris of date on the game two of the eastern conference finals. I don't know where you are. You're stream but is a blowout. Milwaukee sixty two to forty back to the phone lines we go. They'll brandon is in dallas. Braden you're on the fox sports branded. Hey what's up chris. Great to talk to you you too man. Yeah whatever brandon. Hey before. I get into the basketball. A you're right chris. Bj he's going man out here in my backyard. Man you know it you know he got suicides from the seventies right right but i These two choices. Obviously i think he'd be more lethal in golden state with all teams being healthy. They have better shooters and better. Defense and golden state. I think he'd been in better there. And just be legal. But to see damian lillard with the garlic a guy that can drive to the basket play defense and distribute with six frame. I'd like to see him playing with dan. You want the whole. Cj mccollum thing well depending on how it works out. It doesn't have to be procedure but cj obviously is the best have to trade. But how are they have to work it out. Just get them to guys together however you have to do it. Well i think that's i think it would take cj and then so yeah well that seems to be the most discussed trade though. I think across all the sports media is that cj. For ben simmons swap i think. Cj is a much better player than ben simmons. But chris i think we can all a lot of people. Think simmons them as higher. He's certainly you know obviously been a three time all star a one time but what i think we can all agree on though. Is that the cj dame back court pairing as kind of reached its ceiling and you have any aspirations of building title contender around dame lillard. You're gonna have to break that up and hopefully you can get something just a mix it up a little bit with dame lillard. One thing i'm gonna say before we go to break and i don't know that is. I don't think this is possible. But i didn't think it was. I remember raji did the year. This steve kerr got hired and golden state. And you remember that. Golden state was pretty team was pretty good. They were basically where portland is right. Now right yeah. As far as you know second round was about as far as they could go and they had pieces everywhere they had a center. Andrew bogut of power forward in david lee they had staffing clay and and andrea would not like it was like they looked like they had a bill a good team. Just not good enough and pj car. Listen mo- and me were on sportscenter from their training camp outside their practice saying we the question was what can steve kerr due to get them. Further than mark jackson. We're like look this. Ceiling is second round. This is steve. Steve kerr can't do better than that. You wish you had that one back. But i don't even feel bad because what he did. He found the perfect offense for that group. Yes and what saucy billups. He's going to get the job. It looks like in portland. What do i wonder. can someone going there. F find the perfect offense for them. I obviously you can see comparisons between daming. Cj and stephan clay now. Neither of those the defendant at clay is but still. So can you. You know. I maybe even duplicator to some at least to some degree. What they do. And golden state distill it staff gonna wanna nasaf dame and cj willing to move off the ball a lot like that and move run without the ball and run off screens and stuff. But i just think that makes me wonder because they got a lot of good players. Nurkic bello is fine for what he is now off the bench. The guards obviously like they got some talent. I just wonder somebody kind of them to the next level but we will see all right. We are coming to you. Live from fox sports radio studios this time full-ti- shirts tower of trivia and now ladies and gentlemen vegans and meat eaters. Kale ship lovers rubble chip lovers time. This is so easy for shirts. "Miller brewing company milwaukee wisconsin ninety-six keller's in three point two carbs per twelve ounces. All right chief. Yeah i i think if we kinda wanna talk about wars fought or started over. Maybe not the biggest reasons maybe our own american revolution. This might open up the door for you to be like while you're a loyalist or whatever you wanna call me the way we call you read but it's like we're talking about t we're talking about taxes on stamps t marriage licenses and things like that. We're going to go to war with the number one world power are like parent country over that like they tax us the thing about today like taxes for fucking everything we're not like rebelling against the government. But they had so. You can even make an argument that our own american revolution. I don't know people just relax gets representation in there. Like canada never went to war. They went through all the same stuff and then they eventually england was just like. Yeah you guys can go figured it out. Yeah so i mean you can even say that and then there is like a little tin foil conspiracy about the the real reason for the start of the american revolution. Maybe we've talked about this before. There's a ben. Franklin quote that says the refusal of king george to allow the colonies to operate in honest money system which freed the ordinary man from the clutches of the money manipulators was probably the primary cause of the revolution. So you talk about no taxation without representation to talk with the stamp. Act the t- tax all these different things in reality. The colonies just wanted to print and control their own currency and the king said no. And so we've had all like the george washington that ben franklin the founding fathers all these people were like we've made these heroes. You likely were flawed. People but heroes. If you want their money they just wanted to be able to live on their own. Do their own thing and not have to like have all their all their goods and stuff sold and then the king releases money back to them so they wanted to be in control their own currency because they felt like very independent from england. So they were like you know what fuck them. We're going to do our own thing here. What's the only way to ensure that we have our own currency and our own monetary system. Get rid of the king. And that's what they did so that they had all these excuses. All this and that paul revere you it was really just about money and it seems like maybe that's what a lot of these wars ultimately are about. They're just about money from the beginning of time. Money was always the beginning of time. There is also a war between france and mexico which was started overtake or patriots. You heard of this great pastry war of eighteen thirty eight so this is like ring to it though the patriot wars. Yeah it sounds like a cooking channel show but it's not it's a real war people died over fucking cake cake boss versus someone from chapter so this goes back so mexico had just gotten their independence from spain like the spanish empire fallen like early eighteen. Hundreds of mexico is doing their own thing. They had their own military. And so like i said it's. It's eighteen thirty eight and part of what was happening back. Then is that. As great britain and spain and france we're conquering the new world you got a lot of people emigrating to these different countries. Not really knowing who's going to be in power. They just want another shot so you had a lot of french. People living in america a lot of french people live in canada some living in mexico too and the french they were setting up businesses so they had carpenters and all this kind of stuff and they had.

"And how to do all of that the right way so you can get results and actually keep them life long in healthy and consistent basis. Let's begin now. There are so many ways to get schema cat. There are so many ways you can lose weight. Keep it off. You can get longevity. You can prolong your taffer g you can prolong your life. Your energy level and things like that was going on guys. Alexey graffiti from baja buddy. That come and into this episode. We're going to be talking about how we can actually prolong otaphilly. How can we get the benefits of doing fasting without actually going without food completely so stay tuned to the very end. Because we're gonna be talking about what is fast and we're going to be talking about how to do the protein faster than the right way and also going to be sharing with you might experience doing fourteen fast and for multiple times already for almost half a year. I've been practicing protein fast and so stay tuned to the very end. Now or the last five years. I've been practice in different types of intermediate fast in different apps fasten protocols fat fast and for long fast and i've been done dry fast and and things like that and i'm very into biohacking i want. Buy heck my body wanna leave as long as possible as heavy as happy as possible. I want to get the most out of this life. And i wanna find out the way how i can get more of the longevity of the weight loss more of the benefits. That i'm after starring myself or fasted for too long now. There is one of the things that i've learned from their dave asprey from his bulletproof died book that i read about two years ago. I think first time and women already read four times. And i've been practicing the protein fast and now. This is the dave aspirin way of calling that called protein. Fast and protein fasten briskly were go. Let's say one day at a week. And you go without consuming macho protein. You're trying to keep your protein as low as fifteen grams a day. So you consume carps. You consume fats. You almost done consume protein and there is an ease of doing. This fast is because when you keep your favor low or you avoid it completely then your amt for your anabolics which is really working. And that's what we after if we want to kind of still being in a fast mode Get those benefits. We wanna keep our protein as low as possible now. Technically you break in your fast. Obviously eating carbs to eat fat and things like that but again For their longevity benefits for autophagy benefits. You will definitely get these While practicing protein fast. Then that's the reason i was doing that. I wanna have food. That meakin kind of fast. But i still want to have the results. But i'm after four so protein fast and you think fifteen grams of protein is easy to go below fifteen grams of protein. A day in my opinion in my practice. I've done it for a while. And i can say confident. That's it's so easy to overeat protein and you think hey. Protein is only like chicken. Cheese is Multiple fishing things like that but to be honest a lot of the carbs petito in fact almost every foot out. There has protein if it's not the oil if it's not all of all if it's not barth not pure fat than it has protein on it and it's easily and quickly can adopt For example if i consume three hundred grams Rice or potato or things like that maybe ten ounces today With this protein fast date. Then i obviously will get about seven grams of protein in them already. And then you add a little bit of this a little bit of that and before you know what you can or get too much protein so your body will start turning into this mta tore and this will actually block your tougher and things like that right away so the point is keep it below and you can just simply google what what vegetables of what cops. And what products that you're going to eat will How much of proteins. So you're not going to overdo it. Okay now the protein fast is beneficial regardless of keat or unitarian or whatever the kind of f. nutritional protocol you fallen most of the time i'm doing keitel and sometimes i'm going in and out of the the right way to clean way so what i'm doing is once in a week or once in a two weeks. I'm doing this protein fast. So i've been let's say for for two weeks i'm doing strictly keita. Now once in a week or once in two weeks i will go for this protein fast. And what i'm going to be doing. I'm going to be consuming. Lots of fat common muslim from bader grass-fed barra come from extroversion. All if all coconut oil and things like that and then it will consume some good quality carbs such as rice even though his green but still it's so keep in my opinion compared the right. I'm not gonna have cake so i'm going to have some Pumpkin i'm going to have some beet root and this types of cars i'm gonna have stewed cabbage you know. And it's like sweet potato reputation things like that. So good quality carps you can see and then go again on my tender keita protocol for example for a week or two before i will embark in the next my protein fast now. That's one of the reasons. Why i'm doing then to prolong my life to prolong a tough issue together benefits now the second and it's more related for the people who are fat at would do kito and low carb and things like that the next benefit while i'm doing the fast in is actually introducing carp sometimes to my back in protocol to my nutritional protocol and i'm not always doing keita specifically because i want to be adopted to there i wanna myself my mitochondria in the cell be adapted to to energy fat and two carbs. Because you see when you get in fat adapted. It's a lot harder for you to actually you get in more. Insulin glucose resistant. And it's not actually good as it sounds because i wanna have a wannabe metabolic flexible right. I want to hack my body and to be medical metabolic flexible. I wanna consume sometimes carbs and still have a good response in my body. And most of the time i wanna be up and right on the key tones and hues fats but you see if you do it for longtime kito. Your body loses their. What we don't use will lose it and that's how you might lose their ability to digest those carbs and then if something happens and you need to introduce them back to your body you will have immune response. You will have inflammation and things like that. So that's the main second reason why i'm doing pretend fasten this case because it can kill two birds with one stone. Okay so for those who are work with me one on one on your weight. Loss journey on your journey. Want say that i have a couple of spots left for a online one on one coaching program.
