"Now his next drive out to the alabama field goal They're able to or dame prince's able to run in for seventeen yard touchdown and a two point. Conversion failed on. That would have been huge for this team would of Tidy game at thirty one piece but now this game is that thirty is tight or as at thirty one. Two thousand nine favor in alabama alabama gets the ball back after that touchdown by florida. And there's three minutes and ten seconds on the clock here so low. Bit of time For forty years trying to make a miracle happen But there's drive took a three minutes and six seconds so there are only Less than five seconds on the clock here from florida to work with and that wraps up that florida would not get a chance to Throw ball or capitalize on that and alabama wins in a nailbiter. Thirty one to twenty nine against Conference rival on the forty gators. So that would have been a huge huge game for album. The lose. if that game ended up going to overtime went florida's way photo. Really got the groove going in the second half year Every drive except for the last drive at a game where that pretty much ended the game. they're able to score a touchdown on and then when you look at how how miley struggled in the first half While the first drive of the game resulted in field goal fertile. Gator second driver. The game was the exception. There drive was a turnover on downs. four drivers upon and then Under v drive of the game they finally got a touchdown and then Pretty much going into the half. They punted the ball way. So great resiliency from the florida.

"Just kind of the last thing. I wanted to talk about is just a i. I mentioned at the start of the second half year but the issue six where john is going around and saving people in little one off goofy little stories where he's getting emails from people and going off in saving. I love you the best part of the whole book exactly. And i think that something happened. Where like the shift of this book took the like premise of the first arkan decided. Okay now john's just gonna be like ghostbusters for new york. But it's demon busters guess that becomes like a files. It's just it's all even snow. Good though it's fantastic and really Ming doyle and james tinny into a fantastic job of capturing the wildness and the funniness and if you've read other james tinian work you kinda no one dudes from new york. And he loves talking about new york and loves writing about new york a lot of his books where he has the potential new so so with john. Constantine living in new york he gets to just as someone who lived in new york for six years. I get some of these jokes in that like you know. Things are happening in different parts of the city where you probably wouldn't expect them to happen. So it's it's really fun to see him like really stretch and have fun with the character and also with the city of new york and basing things around like the city has something about you. Magic is starting to become thinner and all this other stuff All the leg little hidden places in corners and streets and alleys of new york like it has a cool vibe in that is more believable than if they're like listen we've been to grand rapids and there's some sketchy corners where demons are and you're like i don't know there's only rallies in greenwich churches on that street. Okay so i will say like if you if you do decide to keep reading. Take that issue. Six as a primer as to what to expect for the rest of the series so okay. Yeah it's definitely. I think the second half of this. This story really is what makes me have such a lot of really happy memories about this series. So like if you like that. I think you're going to really love the second half of this book but yeah i think that pretty much covers any everything kate. Kate thank you both for coming on the show with me. Thanks to everyone. "Game come to him. 11 points on 5 to 10 shooting six rebounds. And three assists. And DeAndre Ayton is a completely different animal from Rudy Gobert. He goes for 14 4. They're dominating the paint. They shot 17 from 23 in the paint. How about that? And conversely, when you look at the Los Angeles Clippers only down 3 57 to 54 as we get ready to start the third quarter of play coming off of a short turnaround in the previous series, the win against the Utah Jazz. Paul George is in a good rhythm offensively, Doris, You've got to feel pretty good. If you're Ty Lue going into the second half year. I think you do. You were concerned about the first quarter. You played him even to 21. You've got to clean up the dominance in the paint by the Sun's What I wonder is in the 2nd 24 minutes. Do the Clippers have legs like Marcus Morris? Senior. Uh, just two for eight didn't make a 33 rebounds in 16 minutes. That won't get it done. But tune played 17 minutes only took one shot, like the others have been critical Mark. Let's see what happens here. Oh, we mentioned a moment ago that in terms of free throws, neither team shot a lot of them in the first half. The Clippers were just six of seven from the line in the Phoenix Suns. Only went to the line twice, converting on both their shots. As the players come back on the floor. We're ready to start the third quarter. Clippers basketball. They start zoo bots here in the third quarter, so Ty Lue pressing another button. It's not Terrence Mann. Actually, he is on the floor. But Zubieta getting to start at the five the tomb on the floor along with Jackson Man and Paul George. George with the ball throws it away, tried to go cross court. It's a three on two the other way. Bridges gets it on the wing drives and lays it in over the tomb. So in Game six, they scored, 131 points. The Clippers and only had six turnovers. That is their fourth and they've given up eight points off. Marcus Morris senior starting this quarter.

"Hi eric so great to be here eric. And i met through a mutual friend brian. Fam- we met because we both ended up starting to be active on clubhouse around the same time. Do you remember that. So i was very active one clubhouse i started a man of course based on the timing of when we had a launcher campaign. I was just too busy to stay on clubhouse remember we actually met because were coming through town at had sent me a facebook messenger that you were coming to an event but that was like a few years ago years ago and it wasn't until we got lumped into that group and then i was like why does she seem so familiar and then i checked my own. Dmz you and i was like oh yeah i'll like going to be an event you're going to be at and then you never showed up to the event that's true since we've had a couple of touch points and many of our listeners will know that i love boba so i saw that you were launching sabotage. I always love starting with origin stories. So i love to hear a little bit about what you think your origin stories that lead you up to this kickstarter campaign and we'll chat about the case for kim. Okay i'm in. The origin story would take a long time. It's argue the abridged version in. Its just a lot of fast forwarding up until the point. Saw kind of like backtrack where i was working. Corporate soldier skip all the corporate stuff went off to do entrepreneurship attempts to become an entrepreneur in early twenty. Seventeen and even before that dabbling into entrepreneurship. Helping out other business owners to work on stuff just so i could get experience while working corporate but from two thousand seventeen on it was the whole the idea of become a digital nomad. Go run an ecommerce business from your laptop. Do whatever you want and so. That was what. I was fascinated by but once i did it i realized it was not sustainable. Or it's kind of a far fetched idea. I decided to get a little bit more serious. In at that time. I had linked up with my business partner and we started working together on various projects and he had a lot of steam going in a lot of projects coming through clients. We had some really good projects and it just got to a point after building this business. We were pretty much product incubator. So companies are people even like a single person inventing of a product out of the garage. Maybe they've had a patent for the last ten years but they just never knew how to launch something. That's where we would come in. So i built up a lot of experience from developing products to watch market within a short span of my two half years and it just got to a point where always felt like. I wasn't really dedicated to one thing doing it. Well so it's like when ever something happened with a project or there's something wrong we would shift blame or other it onto the client or zero fall. We can't do anything until you resolve these things i realized maybe it's more s-o-f-i and really dedicated to something or passionate about what i'm working on. Then you would do everything you can to resolve any challenges or obstacles so with the partners things kind of started to shift around. They're like focus on this area of our business. We should focus on logistics. we should focus on distribution. I wanted to continue helping people build products. Do something with their dream. So i said..

"Welcome in South next. Timberwolves game 71. We're almost a Tuesday there for looking cast here with Nick. Gelso smoke bone, in his face off against the rage, your seeming, even on a win-win. Do you believe the Celtics blew out the Timberwolves? Today, I was watching on the go, I came back and watched the second half years. In the house and I just couldn't believe it's the lead. Got bigger and bigger as many as twenty one. In this one, the Timberwolves never made that rally know the young guys and Tatum and Fournier just took place in Minnesota. I know there has been down on Minnesota. All year. He hates that team. So probably wasn't a surprise in the him but he like, here's the thing. I don't hate the team. I just hate the way that they called them. Really, that doesn't mean I hate him and that doesn't mean I'm wrong. I mean when you when you play as pathetic as they do, I think you've earned the moniker of being referred to as a g League team that digs I hate him. I love Anthony Edwards, cat. I think it's just kind of coasting, I mean, I think you can get you 20 and 10 without batting an eyelash and D'Angelo is just a shot chucker. I'm sorry I can do without yeah, but Karl Anthony towns. He's, I mean, he's got some spice to him or something. I just want to know. I wanted to go somewhere. I want cat to go somewhere and start over because I think he's a good dog. Claire I just don't think he's motivated so and engage to be an amazingly awesome player, which I think is Talent. Frankly is aligned with and Anthony Edwards. I love him. Well oh yeah, he's he's off. He's been I just wrote about him and police report this week and again just talking with different Scouts about him and just how he has. Frankly, he's off their franchise. Hope that if they move on from cat, they've got a very clear and undeniable face of the franchise type player that they can lean on and they can frankly be that guy and if you watch them play off like Miss Smith is a great Energy..

"Leboeuf and julia raw small. Joe's voice thin it finished then. Psg one celona one pse advancing five two on aggregate. This will i saw was fascinating possible and obviously all over. Ps gps she would then take the lead for an invite pay penalty. Extraordinarily brilliant goal from lionel messi would see one one dan belly had a million chances he couldn't convert and then on the stroke halftime really the defining moment in the game leeann are messy having that penalty save and he just felt then boss. Lana run out belief in the second half. We didn't quite see this team. Is that fed to sally. That penalty save changed everything. Of course he did even more. So when you watch it and then you watch it again and you see mode godly encroaching and clearly encroaching and so therefore if you have a system in place that could take a look at this and say you know what this is not allowed. This is against the laws of the game so therefore the penalty should be retaken and the truth of the matter. Is that when you see this happening. You have to question how come. Vr can take a look at this and say no. That's okay it's good play on. I don't quite understand it and to your point did change the dynamic of the game because as good as barcelona were in the first half the second half years they had possession years. They seem like they were about to create something but never really would that sort of confidence that they really thought that they were going to be able to come back in this match. I just don't think that after messy and it's not only the penalties after messy misses a penalty that means for this team going into halftime. Coleman cannot get this thing going for the second half off joel's how you love var because farrah's clear the thing that amazes me right. You've got to review penalties kayla novels off his line. No he's fine. Who was made razzi. Did he encroach yes. Seeing coach retake just forgot the second aides to be fair watching on television. I saw throw variety was encroaching. And i really thought they're gonna take this one again and when they were checking. I don't think that check in just for novice. I think there must be checking for everything. I agree with you. I don't understand. Why didn't they didn't to be taken. I don't understand why they give the pse pronouncing the first place anyway. I would not have given the long lay stamp on cardiac either through there were shambles the tonight in paris it was to the advantage of psg. So i'm not gonna complain. Though the lack of consistency again showing a niece is quite dramatic. Really english officials. Frank plain english while while blamed english. I can blame mr taylor and these systems. But i can blame the the world of referees. Were doing crazy things. And and and talking about consistency. It's an consistent all the way and we can talk and debate everyday about the decision. I mean that's that's insane. I can't even discuss about the penalty in the first penalty for procedure. The first leg. Dissenting up into celona. I wanna know where in which kind of football we are going into giving penalty for crazy stuff. I mean the penalty. Cardi cannot get the ball whatsoever. Okay longley never look at e cardi. So he's not willing to make any foul on e. cardi but we still decide to give a penalty because e cardi because longley stems only cardi. Not doing it on purpose again. So what kind of football is that is not the football. I loved the football where you know something can happen. But because he's not around the area of the dangerous area we don't really care because it's what it is especially if he's not mean if he's not a on purpose. Why do you wanna give a dose of penalties. That's crazy for me. I don't understand well the encroaching stuff. It's even worse because we also that we all named it but how they don't want to see it just a question we'd have to add them and it's not because the english because i'm sure will be french. It would be the same. It would be germany would be same. So it's it's awful. The food we are we are seeing right now. We're watching rhino. He's not the kind of alike on top of what we see from the players.

"Have an hour ago, we were talking about how this team may have lost its swagger a bit, and now they're leading for the first time in 10 quarters, and I'm guessing no longer trending is fire myself. You know those things change on Twitter. Now it's this contract extension Mike Tomlin. Yeah, thanks. Jeff will talk in a couple of minutes. So 28 20 for the Steelers in front. And that's a key point after because again, Heinz Field a tough place to kick on a day like today, and the The Steel is also with a new kicker today instead of Chris Boswell, So they have a four point lead, so not as much of a concern right now, as it is for the Colts, with 7.5 minutes left to play. In regulation. Let's go Toe Adam Spleen in Houston, one of play by Daniel Fells a short time ago, Adam Yeah, Darren felt gave the Texans their first lead of the day, a 22 yard touchdown catch from Dijon Watson. He carried multiple Bangles defenders into the end zone as Shawn Watson with his third touchdown pass of the game. We are under three minutes to go. And the Bangles down for the first time in this game are driving. They are inside the red Zone. It's a second down in three from the Texans, 12 as Brandon Allen, who had a monster game continues to play well, 28 of 36. 367 yards and two touchdowns. On the other side, Shawn Watson, 21 of 3200 and 67 yards and three touchdowns as Alan on a screen to Sima JP Ryan. It picks up the first down and the Bangles are now inside the 10 yard line. It's a first and goal Cincinnati from the Texans eight Guard line, There's 2 36 left to play. Both teams have all three timeouts left. So the Bangles threatening trailing down 31 27. Thanks, Adam. And right now, four quarters and 4.5 minutes left this season and the Jacksonville Jaguars are on their way. Tomo Lawrence, let's get more from Brian Scheibel. Well, Originally, we speculated in the pregame might Nick Falls making appearance today and well, he has it been that type of a game where there's been and just blow out. Pulling little too risky in the fourth quarter. Here, he ends up with 265 yards and two touchdowns folds and they're just gonna mop up beauty, mostly for handoffs. The most recent Dr Bears score Arc. Eva Pearce rushes it End David Montgomery one of rushing touchdown as well here in the second half years. 95 yards, one bright spot. Moments ago for the Jaguars. Mike Lennon connects with this cushion all through the double coverage. Just beautiful catch 34 yard touchdown for the lookie Chanel to out of the Colorado so Once again bears up big Alan Robinson. 10 catches 103 yards first time he's played in Jacksonville since leaving the team a couple of years ago. There's up one minutes ago. 41 17. Alright, 4.5 left in Baltimore. The Ravens comfortably in front of the bullets get more from Craig Heist. Well, they just more Jackson completion Ah, and for 27 yards to grass love words, and it was a remarkable touch on the sidelines. Jackson Was under pressure. But then he just burned a couple a tackles and got down to the New York 15. When I last talked to you act we're talking about the Giants Get the ball back. But then Uh, can't Daniel Jones took a sack on third down? And then on 4th and 15. His pass across the middle of his incomplete s o. They turned the ball over on downs. The Ravens have it right now for 21 to go. Holding onto that 27 13 lead and now looking for more. All right, Thank you very much. Craig Heist in Baltimore, where Ah, it's been an interesting turn of events in Pittsburgh as the Ravens were leading down by two games in the division to Pittsburgh, the Browns Oh game bag They were trailing, and it's there. Still trailing. It's a four point game. In New York. But the Steelers have come back with 14 points in the fourth quarter. Take a four point lead. Ah, Big one today in Dallas, the Eagles and Cowboys as we check in with Bob Stevens, which is expected to get underway in a lot of about a half an hour from now, Bob. Good afternoon. Good afternoon Act must win game for both teams Cowboys and even went out and hope that the West Coast lose out to be able to capture that Energy East. A two point favorite in this game, Cowboys have won two straight for the first time this season. Getting any enforces the 40 Niners in those games. The Cowboys, of course. Seven turnovers, including five gumballs. 2041 points Live in turn over the 1st 12 Games Walk five in the last six. Eagles did beat the Cowboys 2029 earlier this season. That was the game that looking at quarterback then DeNucci started for the Cowboys at quarterback Carson Wentz quarterback vehicles that day. But today it'll be Jason hurt. Mm hmm. Artist or career game. Hurst played well in the game doesn't work, including up four touchdowns last week in Canada before touchdown career on 38 9 and three passing touchdowns against Arizona injury lies for Dallas today telling it is back after missing the last week with the camp injury back late, damn dress. Verizon's CTO Discusses Their Nationwide 5G Deployment

"Of rising chief technology officer Kyle Milady on in the first of a three part interview to discuss the state of five G.. So just to kick things off what is the state of Verizon's five day deployment Oh man good question we have a real a lot going on at the moment you know we started this journey you know years ago frankly actually coming up with their own five G. SPEC. So we could bring that five G. SPEC along with submillimeter wave spectrum that we purchased and all the idea of trying to really leapfrog the current generation. Of Technology Knob, it's been a few years We're really happy with the progress we launched our first commercial five G. on last last April, and send them a the two two major things we've been doing one is optimizing technology. For use in the the wider network and deploying more and more notes and so on both on both fronts, we've been really making a lot of a lot of good progress on the technology side. Don't WanNA. Get Too Geeky. But you know we started off with our deployments at something called foresee on what that is for chunks of Trim Gang together, and with that we're able to. Get close to or over sometimes two gigabits a second on in on a cell phone But we've been working on something called HCC, which actually gangs up eight chunks of spectrum together, and we're going to be able to get over four gigabits a second. We've been doing the labs and in some of our field trial. So we continue to work on the technology on the. Dial link, we're working on an our technology on the uplink. So you can get much faster speeds coming from the device up to the network, and so that's coming along well, and then finally we've really ramped up our deployment in terms of small cell deployment throughout the country were we're GONNA put five to six times more nodes on we did last year and you know, right Now we're on target. We're doing really well in terms of getting the the equipment out there. Yeah I know you just hit San Jose recently hitting your thirsty market. I know you have a target for sixty markets with five G. by the years that's still an achievable target something yourself shooting for absolutely absolutely continue the momentum we've we have those markets that we launched in. The Bay area, we didn't conjunction with our MECH. Announcement but we have a whole bunch of other studies that were working really hard and right now, and you'll start seeing those rollout the towards the. Towards the second half year and you know we're we're right on track and we're really excited to start building momentum and launching new markets and allow people to really experience great you the great the servicing capabilities of ban has offer. Time Baltra white band because that's also known as millimeter way spectrum. It is it's got a rep for being extremely fast talking about one to get to speed up the rage limited and it it's. Often compared to. A hot spot on steroids right and so. T mobile likes to the bash guys know your customers only connect to five g. a fraction of the time. What do you say that it's especially at you as you're broadening your deployment and your positioning this consumers is something that they wanna have How do you reconcile that the fact that like the range continues to be pretty limited for this that service great can get it, but it is hard to get. Yes. Oh, the here's a say that we started like I said, we started the journey years ago. And the hardest thing to do is five G. With millimeter wave. But that's also where the greatest prizes that is where you can really fundamentally changed the way wireless works and it was wasn't lost on us that the Rangers certainly limited compared to a seven hundred. Network eight fifty network in the in the low band, a spectrum that we had before. It'll be honest years ago we weren't even sure you could use millimeter wave in a wireless commercial network. We've proven that to be the case. Now it's a matter of we gotta keep building out and we gotta keep getting the nodes out there, but the technology is working as as we'd expect. So there hasn't been any surprises in terms of how much coverage now, it's the to to get it out there get more deeply deployed and also what you'll start seeing from us. In the rest of the year here, we're going to be putting out what we call five G. Nationwide. which uses technology called DSS, which allows us five G. and four G. to share a low ban spectrum.

But when it comes to sneakers, or you know, or other things that you're gonna be wearing, you know, fine. So which can get away with lenses. That's a different thing. Many of us couldn't do our jobs without corrective lenses, so we need a lot more transparency pardoned upon when it comes to lens pricing inlands creation because let's remember this is. It's all done automated via machines, so the margins on this off the charts. And I'm going to spill some beans here that I'm sure of his part of the second half year story. But the reality is that there are now some very aggressive sellers that people just need to know about that sell glasses. It's so little money. You're just gonna soom they can't possibly be any good. Every reader auto readers after seeing the late as call and said ou any optical any optical, and obviously I'll be talking to them their business model. Interesting because they're going to say the frames in the lenses off the line for a fraction of what you pay at the brick and mortar place now I fought frames online, and it's a little bit. You know, you're taking your chances. But okay, I have never bought lenses online until today. As a matter of fact, I wanted to see what the experiences like. So I just completed it prior to our chatting right now. And I'll let you know what happens with that. And I think increasingly in the same way that many of us could never imagined buying shoes. Online, for example, or pants 'cause you'd think while I'm I can't try it on. And then we all come around once discovered, the guess what? Amazon makes it relatively easy think frames and lenses will gradually become more like that with people, and that's gonna put a lot of pressure on the marketplace to be more competitive, and hopefully will bring more players into the market. One. They recognize that they've got away to compete effectively against the big dog out there, David everywhere, I go in the country, and I'm doing an appearance people come up to me and say look at my glasses glasses. They were fourteen dollars or whatever. Because there are now all these online discounters, and I'm just dying to know you said your last pair of glasses before you did the experiment today. And Kansas City with seven forty five to play has taken a lead twenty one to seventeen the chiefs have not seen the Super Bowl since Super Bowl four. They are seven forty five away from ending nearly a half century of futility all that stands between them and the Super Bowl. Tony Boselli is the best quarterback to play and Tom Brady whereas last year. Down a score about the same time. We've actually two scores. Tom Brady came back and won the game. "When I was writing a book that would be stupid right now the second half year question for a couple minutes ago. Well, then how do I improve? How do I think about? Well, how do you then invite in criticizing did send you sent a cohort that you had cultivated early versions of the book, and you want you wanted wasn't merely praise. You wanted. Constructive thoughts. You want to know how it hit these people? So can you talk a little bit about how you process that. How that doesn't defeat you? How you choose. Because the yes, you shouldn't show your mother, your mother's voice. But you should find a way I think where I'm asking you should one find a way to improve the work by seeing how it's certain people. Okay. So I have to tell you the clock radio story. Tell any things focus groups that people marketing do here's what you do. Get a little trailer set up near shopping mall you under the shopping mall. You pick people by how they look which is stupid, demographically, you pay him fifty bucks promise, fifty bucks in come to this room. And there's cameras in somebody who's not rand manager puts us object on the table in conversation. Takes place in wrong hands really stupid. They almost never work. So this case it's a clock radio. This is years ago. There's ten people on the table everyone's chiming in. With their point of view about the clock radio. And toward the end of the thing they say, so what do you think this clock radios on south four hundred dollars hundred ten so e everyone chimes in the lowest number anyone's as eighty dollars. And then at the end of the interview, the thank you so much for coming. Your feedbacks been great. Here's the deal, we promised you fifty bucks. But if you prefer you can have the clock radio instead, which you all said was worth more than eighty and not one person took the clock radio. So there is the only thing you actually, learn from the focus group is that people have an opinion, but they were actually going to buy. So for me might writing get better. When I watch people in the wild who have read it or interacted with it. So in the case of the new book marking seminar, which were running my now, I've seen six thousand people work with my work. And I saw all got stock on this. Concept. So when I wrote the book I made that clear that now no one's in the position of giving criticism. They're actually working with the work harder to do with a novel or movie got it. Okay. So my point to people who have written a novel were movie is you should almost certainly not send the whole thing to a lot of people. Let them vote on it. But it makes a lot of sense to send people you care about a chapter and see how many insist that you send them the next chapter that people read part of your screen play. You see how many people say what happens at the end. Because people are wondering what happens at the end. You've just done a real life. Focus group of will you buy the clock radio. What's really smart? You don't have to take it literally either. You're not to do it literally the idea being find a way to see if if the fact you're trying to create correct works. Right now, the marketing book, though, you did send the complete manuscript to. Let's say eight friends of yours. Ten friends of yours..

rand four hundred dollars eighty dollars
