"Roddy so small. Watch this today. I mean the market con of played. What are we not. I mean we. We certainly saw off Throughout the session in fact from the break of yesterday's law yesterday now the die before we move roughly three percent low so you know it was continuing that selling momentum it was starting to increase in the price of which it was coming off but then it reversed and now we've got bullish candles now. The interesting thing for mayo. The most important thing for me is how far we recovered from the low. All of the die we recovered about five point four percent now as much as the only closed off what it close up one point two percent. It's way price came from. Its reading the information accessible on that shot but that candle align its tokes to make it says a lot to me and it's now bullish candle. It's in the cradles. Aren't certainly not a crime. Tried from our point of view given the fact that we do not have that wonderful. Simplicity fantastic trend. But it's there The two days also in that cradles iron as well now not decide that they want further not at all but if we were to move higher i six three. I think thousand six hundred thirty We go to break but this looks like the market is still a little bit on will at wants to do and that the guy in comes from that daily candle it was selling off it had broken. The pride is low. it was. The friday was down. Four point five percent down over three percent at one stage there yet. We bounced back. I want to look at the journey of bitcoin. What it did throughout that some threat session. All to for example there was a little high low in ohio and of course it's not the cleanest clearest transnational another trend that. I'm looking to try but a detroit. Sell off a guy from the cradle zayn and filed. It did not get to move law. The market decided out to the market saw that not. We're gonna continue to move higher. All is it just david pullback before the next ditlow these are things that are right now right now. I certainly still short tried. I have a couple of the that are their modest but a guy. It's the clarity of direction is just not really strong right now especially given yesterday's selloff in pull back up to closing strong will was closing strong close than where it was at its lows of course and of course the ball. We've got something very similar again. Bitcoin was up one point. Two percent closed. I ten thousand five hundred forty. Where now down point four four hundred and seventeen and not ready telling me too much a guy like i said the The cape point ready. The high obviously is closed. Eighteen thousand six hundred thirty bragged that with what you see it. Climb back towards nineteen thousand but again the the there is not a real strong confirmation there of trend on a theory actually looking for short. Yes tonight closed up three point four percent and the guy just to talk you through. I will let kendall tells me from. Its lies to its close. It recovered point full sent. That's my main fate. That's a big move under though it didn't close up three point six percents nothing to be studied that Dying in that cradles the two days still hanging in there with could continue to console it for a while but if the high of yesterday's candle for seven twenty six we might see further nothing really special that exile pay close up four point two percent yesterday which ends up being recovery was on its lies. Fifteen point five percent a big recovery from excel pay still continues to be a quad volatile. Dies saying some big moves up and down quite frequently. There are fifty seven point six cents carney game and one percent today so far with them only just opening about forty minutes ago Bitcoin cash. I'm not really interested in bitcoin. Cash still back within that channel and it's very messy now. It closed up point full of percents stick with the same fame That was a recovery from its lies of five point six seven percent where two hundred and sixty nine dollars right now which is flat on the lot going closed up point five of a percent and as much as there are lower highs and lows and a twelve hour clearly showing downtrend. There's no notebook leah a great short traits to meet the staging a guy and just requires a little bit more patients and two white to say if that market can deliver. What is that. We're off to in terms of confirmation of direction. A guy from its lawyers to where it closed way recovered seven point five percent at seventy seven dollars and eleven so right now down point four percent on the day Still busy guy. Still very messy shot up point three percent yesterday. The recovery on yesterday was fox. Six percent there's not much interest for me for aol. Still it's just not ready. Got himself in any sort of position to be. I guess capturing more tension to eighty rot now. This one of the closed down it closed down one point six two percent now the recovery for they a very messy job was also six point two percent. It's a very horrific looking shot. It is really really ugly. It's lacking a great deal. The four there is a down trend. somewhat it's just not very good in. It's not a child i'm really Sorry considering for any directional trading he hundred sixty nine ninety four Cost to buy one right now. bonnets pulled back the twenty seven dollars closing the One point seven percent which also recovery was from its lows on that support roughly around about full point seven percent. It's the only one in the top ten currently up at some point one of the percents not a great deal and at the twenty eight dollars and nineteen cents a game. A market looked trend. Number four is not bad but without support twenty seven. It's not one that i'm going to be. I'm able to thrive myself out. If i'm honest. Cow donna no no the daily it was up. It was well full point eight percent at a giant recovery from its lies and thirteen bounce back. Thirteen point eight percent from its To where it closed a guy hip. It is a bit choppy. It is a bit messy much assignments. You pretty much majority of the market. There is potential for a shorts It's just it's the now that's really the one that would have more attention more than any of the other time frames at this stage but a guy white for that confirmation. Fourteen point six cents is what will cost you to baucau donna right now which is down point. Six seven of sent yesterday for lake. It was well a three point. Eight percent and the recovery from its lows. It isn't a bit of a downtrend. Rotten handle the smoothest but today recovering from life is nine point six percent of a strong rejection of those laws which is pretty much saying across the entire market yesterday so much we have seen a little bounce off. We're gonna continue haro Pullback for more down with momentum
It's Our Holiday Gift Guide
"Okay gel so. I think we better start with a nod ben calendar. I mean. it's the most classical gift you could give somebody. I mean i just love this trend that started probably like five six years ago but the beauty advent calendar. So there's so many out there. I just want to highlight one. Though that i think is really good value for your money and that is from the body shop. It's the make it real together advent calendar. Sixty-nine dollars in it's worth one hundred and thirty seven dollars on the outside. It looks like a house like an a frame house in it's purple kind of cardboard packaging. So i like that because it's actually paper so at the end you can recycle it. It's not going to be a ton of waste very beautiful illustrations on the inside and there are twenty four. Little doors that are filled with mini goodies. Yes so i like that you get the full twenty four door experience. Spot is on a lot of bulk and it's not a lot of waste. Yeah so you get everything in there from their lip. Bader is to scented lotions handcream. Shower gels body scrubs. And i like the little extras that they've done. They have a festive nail file. They have hairclips. They have a bath. Lilly in there and bath gloves so these are just like the little things that are like. Oh yeah. I do need a new house. And they've included them in this particular thing so i think it's great bang for your buck and we're spending so much time at home might as well have something to open every day while you have your coffee. Yeah hell yod surprise and delight me every day. You know but. I love the body shop around the holidays because it's great for all ages. It's just so giftable and it doesn't break the bank. So i think that was a grapevine gel. Now i'm really excited to tell everybody about my fine from sephora like i said i crunched all the numbers i put my lake analytics hat on and the winner was the first aid beauty. All that fab five piece holiday sat so this is forty nine dollars. Us with a hundred and twenty seven dollar values. So they're seventy eight dollars in savings. So i know that's a lot of numbers. I just threw out you but basically you're saving more than what you paid for the box. So that's pretty aussie. That's awesome math. It's going to be sixty four dollars. Canadian with hundred and sixty seven dollar value. One thing that i really like about this five piece set is that four out of the five pieces are full-sized. They're not just many. So that's great because you hear a great value. You think it's just going to be the travel size and then has every step of your routine as well. So it's got a cleanser moisturizer cream lip product and exfoliating toning pads. So it really. Has you like completely taken care of all season long. And i'm a fan of i aid beauty anyway because it's great for sensitive skin you know. They don't add a lot of the product. It's been dermatologist tested. I think even if you don't have sensitive skin going into the winter you need that like bare your repair and they have all of these ingredients. That are going to help with that. They've got glycerin to hydrate. Nyah cinema. that's going to help with texture and tone as well colloidal oatmeal. That's going to help to soothe irritated skin and then in the exfoliating toning pads at scott. Aj's going to give you that gentle expoliation. This is a kit. That's great for all genders. All ages all skin types. You know it's just basically like soothing. Brightening doing everything you could ask for mainly hydration so this is a win for me joe. Yeah and no hate no shade to first aid beauty. They're not necessarily sexy looking packaging or products. But they've dressed them up right on this package. I have it right here too. So kind of like an art deco vibe on the front of it is really fun. Ads like silver and gold and black with celestial stuff on it. I mean anybody wanna open this for the holiday awesome levitt. If you guys are on a budget you know when you're not willing to pay the the triple figure price tag. I know you found a kit that was like sitting right around twenty five dollars with some products that we also love right. Yes so this is from bioscience. It's their lives glow kit. It's twenty five. Us dollars with a sixty two dollar value. That's thirty three canadian. Seventy nine canadian value so this includes two products. The scaling and lactic acid resurfacing nights serum plus the scaling and vitamin c rose oil. These are both like smaller. They're not full sized. Get the full experience using these products and for me that squealing and lactic acid. Resurfacing night serum. It's one of my favorite products. I've tried in all of two thousand twenty and the reason is you put it on before you go to bed. You wake up. You're so glowing. It's insane you get those instant results. But there's no irritation and then the vitamin c rose. Oil smells amazing. And it's not greasy at all and it really. I think is a great product to use in tandem with that exfoliating. Yeah i love a face oil. When i'm using heavy duty exfoliating because my skin just got so dry and it just feels like It needs that like give me that oil. After you know so i love this little combo. It even has the gift box like you. Just write. someone's name on the top. You don't even need to give perfect perfect. Yeah love
"Deal was missed. Can tell much We'll start with the white naught a great deal from what I could say anyway. I mean look we've continue to hold above ten thousand have done for a number of affiliate long duration of Tom now, and then we just console consolidating again. The? It's a talk Solo. Bash towing yesterday. We dig it to a high of. Ten thousand nine, hundred, sixty three. But then we sold off most that selling off came into the clothes and it was by saver. Better our you know we had a one hour candle, the closed down one and a half percent. which was you know? What was the that was down hundred sixty eight Dole's boarding bottoming out at about two hundred sixty. Very quick. Move. Damn and now we're starting to bounce back a little bit but the market doesn't little bit conscious. Doesn't look it doesn't look steady at was looking steady until at fulltime holding up around that tonight five but it could just be able to shop for a while until it works itself Atm Cost Ten or eleven thousand, two, hundred level that I'm really Kane on saying disappear. That is underneath frost I wanNA. See us go will above that and fly on high above and beyond above and beyond rotten now ten, thousand, six, hundred, twenty full. He's on the open all the next candle. Yesterday we call his down one point five percent last week's candle by the way will also looking quite positive. Yesterday with the theory of it goes down as well. One percent down close at three, fifty, three to three, fifty, four, fifty and I'm you know a guy that that real quick cell? Medically, it was really really awesome. Fortunately for theory of sorry unfortunately for me if they didn't end up giving that'll charity tried. It was looking good not to our and then it just went. Fell, quite quickly into the close like I said, three fifty, full you WanNa. Accept Player that well closing the day down really was down one percent in that quick sell-off as thing every closed down. They were all looking a roughly around Brookhaven with slightly off on the dykes pay twenty four point two cents not much to look at. When they come across to Bitcoin cash, it is one that still looks good. Not Four out of four has a wonderful little Cannell in that cradles on yesterday closing down. One point six, three percent. So we up half of a Senate turned twenty, six dollars and eighty. We'll be keeping a very close eye on that in the next few hours as little bullish candle light coin also looking still pretty average in our. It didn't do much loss wake. You didn't do much weight before. It's been a dead dog at the moment Dan one point nine percent yesterday closing forty five dollars and twenty three cents on a roughly about their nothing on the four hour of interest. In the crowd all not four out. Beautiful Pullback Day looks quite spooky. Indeed I do not mind look of that shot. We are one, sixty I spot nine, seven yesterday closing down the die one point, six percent gain just a small dead nothing major there but it's a bouncing back a little bit with the start of the new trading day. COD is at ten cents on the noise holding its ground little bullish channel sign a full. On the floor outshot having a very strong wake loss weight, cod. Donna. Last week bottomed out pretty zone out third saying Sammy's as I say only. It is quite a good move higher. My my point suppose is it a comeback from a third of the downside link having a very, very strong ron into the close loss weight right now. We are at ten cents like I said. By. A cat yesterday was up two point nine percent held. Its grand did move did put guys on. Rotten now I'm watching this on two hour as we have a village candle back in that cradles on good seclusive the on this child as well, and it could provide a little bullish candle to come left to white and see what we get. But it's twenty seven dollars in six inches of half a percent today obviously has said up trip when I present yesterday. Yesterday was also down has been pretty average trading for a long time. Now, down one percent yesterday counterpoint to will percent sitting at two dollars and fifty six cents nothing to try their and finally link ranting at that top ten. Big Push up last week particular died twenty nine percent but since then it hasn't done a great deal. just sort of hung around but at the higher end of that moves so it's it's looking good. As far as that goes consolidating at the moment standpoint, one of a percent at ten doubles and twenty seven cents I guess the positive there is today's above ten dollars. Go
Prof. Andrea Freeman Discusses the Food Security Crisis & the Pandemic
"On this episode. I have a conversation with professor. Andrea Freeman Andrea. Freeman is a professor of law at the University of Hawaii, and she joins me to discuss the global food security crisis, which has been exacerbated by the pandemic. We'll talk about why fresh produce is rotting and farm fields while food banks across the country have shortages and longlines that stretch for blocks of people just waiting to receive food. We also talk about the longstanding clause within the country's food policies which have been instrumental endorsing our food security issues. Problems of the country has grappled with even before the corona. Virus outbreak. So, without further ADO, here is my conversation with Professor Andrea Freeman injury-free. Welcome to the guests, thank you. Thank you so much for having me so one of the things that's been consistent about the coronavirus outbreak is that these existing vulnerabilities and shortcomings are systems that are being revealed and kind of amplified and one of those things of course is our food, insecurity problem and I think one of the things that stood out to me when this whole thing began was how quickly it became obvious, and how quickly foodbanks became overwhelms you know. Know we saw these lines for food banks around the corner. Do we have a way of quantifying because I think people are under the assumption that most Americans had food security before the pandemic, and now you know things have just kind of tipped over, but that's not true, so do we have a way of quantifying what our food insecurity levels were before the pan-demic, and what they are now right, so you really just hit the nail on the head as far as this problem. That's already been here for a long time is. is now being highlighted in its surprising just that people are surprised, because before the pandemic, there were thirty eight million people who were receiving food stamps, and well. They're not literal stamps anymore, but we're receiving snap. Even that wasn't enough, so that was worth thirty eight million people who were receiving assistance that was not enough, and most of them ran out of the amount. They got two weeks into a month. And so now we have millions more people who have suddenly lost their jobs who are not able to access unemployment right away. Away. WHO's checks? CanNot this one time? Stimulus checks are not stretching to food for their families, so the problem was always there a now. It's being multiplied exponentially. Yeah, and I'm glad you mentioned snap because that's a really important part of this picture. Because another assumption that I think people make. Is that oh? You know people who have food insecurity. We've got food stamps. We don't call them food stamps anymore. We call them snap, and they use EVT's cards I. think they're called. I think the assumption. was that if you had that? You no longer had an issue with access to food or being able to buy food, but it's really measly right I. Think on average was something like one hundred and twenty seven dollars a month. Yeah, I mean they amount that is allotted to families is so small. There's a chart for snap, and they use the very lowest amounts so for adult mailed something like forty four dollars a week. So, we have this kind of subsistence survival level. And that leads to a lot of problems which are not just hunger, but also bad nutrition. Poor nutrition, even before this was the greatest cause of preventable deaths United States and a lot of that comes from people. Having a stretch dollars to food got is filling, but not nutritious right right and I wanNA talk about that, too. Because that's really significant with the particular problem, we're having right now. Which is the pandemic right? But I wanNA talk about snap again because I know that there is a families. First Corona Virus Response Act which passed right. What was the increase snap or eight percent or fifteen percent but the? The problem is it did not stretch to every family actually left out forty percent of the households who received snap, so it something, but it wasn't enough. How did leave out forty percent I? Don't understand because what it does. Is it leaves it up to each state to apply for the additional money and to jump through the hoops to get it, and so the process is complicated, not every state is doing it for every household. Yeah, it probably is related to the fact that we do not have a coordinated national response. which would help right if you're living it up to the states, you know things like this are not applied evenly and this problem. This is another thing that was a problem before. Because we have things like work requirements and snap that make it really difficult for people to get their assistance, even when you're eligible, and states could apply for waivers when they have really high unemployment, but not every state would do that because of a political philosophy, a way of looking at food stamps, and so the people who just happen to live in those states wouldn't be able to get their assistance. Assistance when needed other states, they would have access to it
CSI Creator Anthony Zuiker on His New Book Series
"SL Creator and author Anthony Zi-qar. Talk to me about his level twenty three series. You know I always thought that That we that we Peterson's character Chris was kind of patent a little bit on Sherlock Holmes in my way my in the right territory there little minner. Well you know I think I think a more certainly more interested version of that you know I think this is all about his entymology backgrounds important. He's belief in the evidence only entitled Sherlock Holmes. His deductive logic and his reasoning. I I believe is really socially aloof. He's very apt. He's all about you. Know he doesn't WanNa talk to people over here but they have to say is really all about the evidence and I think the element of Control that billy use. That character wasn't a character doing crotty shops shopping airplanes pulling his gun. You know it was it was I think for me. One of the top you know ten lead actors and Lee charges of all time because it was so controlled it's such a fabric of representative and and I thought that should be. That should have been looked on more positively by ally agree and I agree. I thought particularly when you introduce lady Heather. I thought that was such a great. You know played by the way the two actors and the way was written how they played off each other. We really got to know more aggressive a little bit in. It's pretty awesome. This certainly looks like a great project. And there's so many different things I mean. I think this is very groundbreaking. Because you're using different mediums and different mediums and really cross platforming. Everything and I think I think people are. I think we're ready for and I think people are ready to become engaged in something like this. You know it really are. What's really appreciate that you know we We only have a lick but we certainly are taking chances and trying to translate the best way we can and try and take advantage of the power of technology and telling good stories. We really believe that we got a lot of things right this time. Hopefully you know America and the world enjoys all of our hard work. We're certainly gonNA try and do better for book. Sri But like we have a solid solid piece of material going forward and he's type of phone calls that's kind of coverage is really really important to us so thank you very much. It's my pleasure I mean the thing is you don't have something to say. Well we can do it. Maybe like the way they did it you you are right in the forefront of something like this this is inside the about all. I can do is just back philosophy. That off is not going to stain going. Forward based on human rights is going in our in our embraced technology. I believe that a book book show. It'd be a book. A book should have options in life to it. You know I should have a movie involved in. It should be interactive. This should be fun. You go on a website. You know the people that have the same ecology and contribute to future books and sustain the level of engagement and beyond just your twenty seven dollar purchase until the next book comes out. I just think You know we're in a different world now and just trying to stay ahead of it and try to master that DNA Allen and really be able to just evolved publishing. Because we're all book fans
The Best Marketing Strategy Anyone Can Use - The Candid Cashflow Podcast | Internet Marketing | Marketing Strategy
"Today. I've got the best marketing strategy. That in my opinion that that I think anyone can use for pretty much anything. And I'll be using it actually throughout this episode. You stick around here for any amount of time and you're GONNA find out that. I'm pretty picky about marketing like I want methods. That are fresh. Aren't GonNa waste my time that are ethical and are gonNA give value to my clients and customers so you know I find certain tactics to just be old tired. Need to be retired and I. I talked about that. In episode twenty three the candidate cashflow podcast actually in the wheel linked to that also in the show notes. If you want to check it out it kind of went a little more in depth And I talked in that episode about what I call the unique approach which is not basically following a bunch of people and just kinda parenting and rehashing whatever they do instead of doing that. A unique approach is kind of developing your own ideas and your own products and ways that you market those products so if you wanNA check that out it'll there'll be a link in the show notes some of those old marketing methods that I'm talking about things like webinars. I think that's probably my number one number one that I hate. I'll never forget the first one that I attended the guy. He was fifteen minutes late and then when he showed up he pursued a drone on for an hour and a half about nothing. I finally gave up and went to bed because I hadn't learned a single thing at that point in every Webinar that I've ever attended was the exact same. It was a lot of hype a lot of blabbering a lot of selling with no real substance. It was pretty much You know a couple hours of some guy talking probably in front of a white board telling me something he could have told me in five minutes and then try to sell me. Whatever it was he was trying to sell me know so you made ten thousand dollars last month. That's great. I'm still not buying your one thousand dollar product. Anyone can find ten suckers per month if they do enough webinars. It's just not the type of business model that I'm personally going for any time. You see a Webinar. Then you know the main mo of that. Webinar is to sell you. Probably a big ticket item. I also I'm not a fan of people that just turn out product after product after product. I'm currently trying to build my business around content and information products and some of those things we're going to be for sale. It's just the nature of the beast but the thing is is there are these guys and they that their entire business model is to turn out products and run a big launch on a platform like warrior plus or Jv Zoo. That's their entire business model like they're they. Launch launch is their meal ticket. And I'M NOT SAYING THAT. The products are quality because some of them really are. There's a guy Stewart Turnball he puts out some really good products and Kin Boatmen He. He does a puzzle book software. His stuff's really good. So there's a few people out there. George Cat Sudas wordpress plug ins a few of the people that that choose to mark that way have really good products but the problem here is. There is an unbelievable amount of crap that you have to wait through to find the good stuff most of the products that I've gotten via one of those things you know. It's like a long chain of piggybacked products and ot woes or one time offers and you know. I've seen some of them as many as six to eight additional. You have to opt out of just to get the final product that you bought. It's ridiculous I you know up. Sales are thing. Eight upsells on one product is is ridiculous especially when the the the sales don't even relate to the product itself so I I'm just I'm done with that stuff. It's not the type of business model that I want is not the type of business model that I recommend for people that I consult with teach advise Blah so another one is you know the crappy email is now look. I started writing to my email list daily in November of this past year. And that's something that I thought that I would never in my life do is right in email every day or you know because I didn't really want to receive an email every day. You know I believe in email marketing but some guys just take it to an insane level. I write my emails every day and I tried to provide something useful and observation a tool advice on something I try to provide an you know a new idea. Whatever you know Brendan macy's one of the worst. If you hang around the war you're plus or Davies Zoo or any of that stuff for long enough. You gotTa Youtube Channel. You'RE GONNA run into that guy. He's one of the worst. I would not doubt his products. Help young people learn the ropes to an extent but is approach to get bucks is? It's just not my style or the kind of content that I enjoy consuming so list that just tout correct crap products. That's another thing like on my list. I don't I do not hardly sell anything. If I release something I either give it away for free or it's pretty cheap. Like I think the most expensive thing that I've touted to my list so far was twenty seven dollars. I just I don't do a lot of selling. I know I know people. You know the money's in list and all this stuff just not my style. I'M NOT GONNA run over to click bank and find seventeen products that are going to pay me well and start. Hakkinen to my list because it seems like the thing to do to make me some money. I'm going to find the legit way to make money the one that provides value and once I figure it out. That's what I'm going to be teaching. Everybody I'm not doing this. Just one crappy product after another. I just I can't which brings me to the rehashed methods so it's true there have been many combinations of the same methods to make money online build a website promote a product build a list. Rents repeat it's not rocket which is the reason that I'm actually in the beginning stages of developing a system that people can jump into completely free of charge and learn these basic things. So they're not buying these rehashed products. I would say ninety nine percent of the products that I bought were just rehashed methods seriously. Every affiliate marketing product is the same. You choose a niche you creator find a product to promote around that niche. You build a website around the product you create an opt in to capture email addresses you give away a free e book as an incentive for people to opt into your email list and then you write articles about your niche you create content for other blogs videos guests post you comment on blogs forums websites in your niche ad nauseam at infinity emits almost too difficult to get an email addresses anymore because the entire Internet is jaded. These methods are simply wore out. If you WANNA get rid of me to say Webinar or one time offer and I'm gone

A Big 24-Hours For Crypto
"Good morning everybody. Welcome to try to go CRYPTO PODCAST and interesting not no doubt we have seen a fairly decent substantial on should say decline across the market before. I and walk you through what I'm saying. I want to express a couple of things number one. The reason you're in this market is first extreme volatility. Now if you're not trading the reason you're in it is because you want extreme volatility to the upside so many people out there right now you'll be considering the moves that have happened over the last couple of days. And we think dissolve. This is not good. This is not what I had in mind. This is not making me money right now. Number One group number two which is also the grip on on the bit of one answer to those of us the tried and those of us that tried what we're sitting here going. We might not be you know. Have short trades on for example for myself. I don't have any short trades on right now. I know a number of my clients have short tried song because I happen to be Johnny on the spot at the right time and they got their tried some. But I haven't gotten a short trades but I can't tell you right now this movement to the downside it's definitely got a position excellent. We've got some movement again and looking for opportunities to try now whether you are in group number one hold la will number two trader or a bit of great one answer to the fact the marriage the market has come off. If you're in group number one you can't make money as a MA comes off if you're group number two and three you can. I'm into a threat and I'm going to have a look at what's going on the market right now because bitcoin has come off and as I suggested yesterday in this podcast always looking at a full quite happily a full to around about that. I see how close we are sitting right on one hundred and we have moved law. And why hundred. Well Perspective the Waco as an uptrend. The cradles aren't is in and around the eight hundred bucks. So it's going to be very is an AC- what occurs over the next twenty four hours to say. Do we continue this decline because today we have seen some significant decline on bitcoin and across the larger market. Will we see that continued? Because today's the first real proper strong sell-off bitcoin in this most recent downturn. This occurred on the daily. So where are we right now? Where I eight thousand eight hundred ten dollars with down five and a half percent rotten. Where basically in that position where yeah? I can see further downside. But we're also in that weekly cradles on. I don't know what's going to happen next. Auto know we'll we seek marriage him full so momentum continue to the downside over. We say it bounce. Tom Will Tell. Ethereal has come off quite heavily. Have an honest well down. I was sent two hundred twenty seven dollars and fifty full cents. A guy running off looking full looking say will there be any opportunities on those low to mid timeframes. I'm talking to L. Four or even the fifteen minutes. We'll get trades. Well Tom will tell ex. Pay Twenty three point three cents a very large focus hearing. We got up around thirty five. Actually we tapped the nose of thirty four cents currently trading at twenty three cents down seven seven point three nine percent. Bitcoin cash having a very very logic Klein daily downtrend entities at three hundred. Twenty dollars and seventy five cents. Dan non-point two-three percent on Bitcoin cash today. Bs V very large decline. That we are now hearing the double figures. Thirty percent. Flat tutoring twenty five dollars. Forty four cents. We sees a declined on Bitcoin. Us Down China's now kicked in on that daily timeframe wants to gain on this. The light coin is down again today. Thirteen point nine percent. Sixty one dollars and twenty cents easily currently said a very strong push to the downside considering point was holding its grand caught well. throughout the earliest stages awaken As a matter of fact even twenty four hours all assigned was holding quite nicely is another double figure three dollars and fifty seven cents which sits us down twelve and a half percent as I speak right now on eight point five percent down. Dole's on fifty fifty one cents. It's come off. Its highs around twenty seven dollars fifty so another very large. Decline there cod. Donna has fallen down to a level of support which is four point five cents. It has since bounced a good field percent from there and yet even with a bit of about four point nine cents. We do find ourselves down. Eleven point three percent on Athenian classic. Now it's down fifteen point seven percent the biggest full across the top ten currently speaking. It's at seven dollars and seventy two cents. Daily downtrend is back in motion. Very very powerful moves to the downside around out the top ten we go to Toronto. One point six cents down thirteen percent as I speak right now so it is a day a Gyn of selling what will come next. Well I'm not sure but I tell you what all the short and the

Weekend Racing Preview: Flemington
"Is a great. I love Flemington. Tom Years paying a warm weather build up to us this Saturday and just love white for is rising and it's basically GonNa say some good offices. Dan The strike which we love a Flemington in but Sydney holds the K. doesn't with the epsom the metro flights dykes. She's pretty skinny but the dive into it first things first the track record four Melbourne and Sydney yet Flemington knowing mate is good for you as estee said beautiful conditions may even need to put some irrigation on he goes Thursday thought it was so so it can be a little tricky. Lamai cave superstar who work. I think it'll play fair. I think Tampa Bay the K. but don't be worried. If your horse his three four ward they have a bit of an advantage especially around the circle. They might blending in the office in the middle of the track case. I don't don't be too stressed if your horse his dream because I think why might be okay the strike races with with this Rice's well. It's the best to be close to wide with. The grain stand inside in middle this week. I think will be the plays. They're a little bit of a disadvantage. We go to rain week at three made his good for again. pervy conditions look. I think on spe deploys debate but I think again. It'll be tamed by related. They might come to the middle of the track at some stage but Arkan buys places fairly fan but if you want at Flemington to worry about the Guy Very Josie now. Won't you guys coming in first before we hit up to see me. We're going to have a look at one. We said we're going to cover auto group one rice and this isn't a group is I hot rice. The GILGO stike center at online at tune on he joined by sunlight so a couple of everest horses they Satori Dettori at six fifty. Now we go from the tar dollars on exhauted iding votto silver nineteen does better Martini twenty-three dot rocky twenty seeks on someone thirty five and I will have the pipeline tile at thirty four Vine Street hundred to one Josie the map and guess what we wanted to always is this one or two awards rights or is something that can produce for van sort of that well racing especially in the last couple of weeks. We'll say that there hasn't been one horses awesome to horse races. We've had a couple of hundred to one to win big rice in getting in Black Look David superstar center aligning sunlight. They hard to knock. They're very very good horses. These rights as we always expect these Rice's up the right. They may not do a lot of work in that fourth. I four hundred five hundred six hundred Justice Zippo in the last six hundred minutes. All I am going with volatile silver so I'm going against the top two for sort of no real apparent reason other other than the fact that I'll just mocked him a little bit bigger than what the markets go to both of them not much but just a little bit bigger. Santa Light Up twelve hundred this run and gene sunlight look hard to knock just thought maybe in that guy known who'd be a bit of a tricky spot for us of Goma bottle Suba strong the guy to. I think that more people debate. Benny Mellon goes on so positive engagement day this is also one is from fifteen point in Perth. We know the horses are very good would Beta horse started called Galaxy Star. She is a stock Oregon. It's going to run a really good rice for nine dollars. You can have a play H. Y. Erica reconvene so I might be the spot to Bay Benny Melon and the piece came if you don't know them they're flowing ten from fifty to twenty percent over there. They come here. They were really really good team. They're pretty good. Deployment of the Horses Oregon. It's got the figures to run up Alto. Jacuzzis coat the Perth bog after getting gets off in this pump and added twenty one and thirty one bucks now for me. Cetera of I'd Love Center and I stopped probably needs the Ron Sung honesty stripe third up. How did we get some pennies drums. He's just come fresh from the role of Alvin show how bag you get a jacket lot that is jammed on the Perth Bandwagon. They're absolutely flying and understand that he's got really good figures you first time. Dan The strike or just law but at that price you happy deformed and have something only joie get that Josie and he's got to the speed. He bought a less Silva dauth rocky on someone son lot set an unusual preparation leading to an everest but you'd listen to Tony mcevoy sighing at she hasn't been fit. You needed the run. Not Everything went well in the code he had gone to Rice him between a Winter Moon Valley to give her another another blow out there. He's been coined on on the track and he's using these rices to get back into again of fitness up to a liberal who run a Moon Valley was outstanding on the non because it was controlled robot nitrous. Nash comes back to her best track Flemington down the strike at the new market the lightning. She is just an absolute star these me and she broke one. One nausea ran one. I twenty five when she won the newmarket. That's unbelievable galloping and she gets to free wheel against as a whole on showed I think she dictates terms and controls it and she's got that kicking turn of foot and she finds a gear at Flemington sunlight from me is the one I wanna be riding. Santa Ana lines interesting steady Boise first up weans were and he's first and second preparation. He hasn't won first up since so he normally takes one. This is a really good rice for him to kick off and get ready for an everest because a locks to travel and stimulate the Beagle. She'll be raw for the ever so it'll be charging. Heim sunlight for me. It's worth noting also sixty kilos. CNN aligned but he's so well in compared to the other who was he's just so well graded and somewhat as you mentioned this quick backup backed up two times before when the magic millions and one the Kumo right back yes. I've been up to sixty to ninety five. It was son opened up three dollars out of money. He's starting to count for absolutely and we talk about this preps Vince Benedetto La Jolla or something in front side. I mean this is clearly. Sit Sit for a second what they're very very good art. Let's turn our attention to the turnbull stakes. They have always mystic journey two dollars seventy looking to Mike and Means Mr quickey at four hundred twenty finch as a Yeoman Capos non box hot fifty kings will drain twelve roster Povich at thirteen very very elegant fourteen dollars trump for fools twenty. Three Bucks can lead the Hawaii State Kentucky Braves at twenty seven dollars Josie. I'll let you pick it up from he the map and how we're going to take one apart you note a Lotta spayed here. I would think a host like Kentucky braise on the backup. It's hot and feet. They should row four and track for foods. We know he's an my hero forward but there's not a lot of speed. I think finch confirmed probably late his back K. W. Day can probably get one one on the time now with I should go forward with that horse. What's mystic journey. I think she's probably going to be posted three war and as I stated in the preview probably not too much of an issue especially because I don't think they're gonNA go overly hod and I think she's the one to seventy in the market as you mentioned wally she's to forty so I think it's a good bit with her. I know she guys two thousand made us for the first time third OP. I recognise is going to be a pay. Run the coax bike but I know that I think this will be a performance without prep. She won the stray. Guineas was sort of a soft tone. She sprinted home. I think it's sort of the Roy sort of set up for her to get two thousand maters look. She ran really well. It's just getting absolutely through the roof in the mcabe. They win two seconds. She couldn't do any more than that so it's a perfect platform nail for to get a two-thirds of maters if he's going to run it. I think the rice suits it. Don't be too worried about or mapped Warburg. I don't think that's an issue I think she's that we are a contract for fools run a massive bryce Oregon if he goes faster than what he did lost out on the backup. He's been sensational on the quick backup before Perth. He can run well bought Music shoop society got or if you got something else I wanna say Mystic Mystic Journey a lover and wish the all the very best and there's nothing wrong with Iran last dot with the gap sick and up about getting better getting fouled at wife why I wanted to say getting again for me to be really counting on mystic journey to run the mall and a quarter for the first time stuck in a wide guide fighting the breeze a little bit slow speed paid Justice Cutler question. She's not the one on one of Rodney's one Rawdon is the warhorse nominees age and it's hard to know what you got to vowed back at Flemington and just couldn't make grammys to quickey finished beside him and just went past him and then a coalfield the other die he was close. He zoomed up in behind him. He's awesome looking for two thousand and I love the backup. He's a Flemington holes but the reason I want. Rodman see strong guy. It's nice but he can jump land out saw Italy. He can jump land one eight one back. He's going to have that breeze going to have that cleary to roll into the rice on his own terms and really look the winner at this stage. He's fit and I can trust him and he's around. What what is he the place he's around thirty to forty to sixty and wants to mystic journey to Noni uh he's GonNa. Look Win MIC Journey. We'll come and troy and go with him. At some stage Mr Quick. He's gotTa give grant and comeback in a small field is drawing Levin. We want to say it again. From Mr quickey was the catcher in the sports world black booker you can from it finch. Mom Album couples absolutely absolutely humming and there are side. Could he be a blow it just getting the Bauxite lucky did when he won last dot and just Gallup out well at Flemington. It's good test Takata Flemington for the first time I ever Molin as he warmed up to amalgam cap a loving but it's hot no little WANNA rod in the

Make a photo book of your best most instagram worthy summer photos. I'm jefferson graham. You're listening to talking tech and if you're like me you love the final product but hate the process of making photo books because the software tools many of them. Anyway are bloated with way too many options. Are you listening to me. Shutter fly and refining them can take our source now. What if i told you that you could actually get it done in less than ten minutes. I i've got some tips on just how to do this. Let's start with organization. Start by putting your photos i into a folder on your desktop and if you can rename them. I'm in the order. You want even better like a vacation vacation vacation or one vacation vacation vacation that should work strength remains strong. You will be hit with an onslaught of way too many options from the vendors that could potentially trip you up into rabbit hole territory. Remember your goal and stick to it. Mine was simple twenty-five photos one per page as clean as possible without mucking up with multiple photos or fancy layouts in an eight and a half by eleven hardcover book of course getting there is hard unless you use google photos software which is the only one of the photo book makers that i frequented edited that believes in pure simplicity on the desktop but if you keep focused in stand your ground you can get there now. I ended up ordering the album from amazon amazon prints for two reasons. I was able to make the process simple and they had the best pricing amazon does offer multiple layouts but it was able to tweak it so that was just one and they don't overcharge you're printing because as a prime member i got it free shudder flight quote a. b. Nine dollars for shipping and i declined and speaking of shutter fly it's the best photo website i bought albums from them for years and they're beautiful but the process usually drives me crazy as it software where is the most overwhelming with just too many choices in few options for manual override for this project got it done by standing strong and refusing fusing all their attempts to pretty up my project with floral papers and templates for multiple photos by doing that. I really did get in and out in ten minutes including including the time to upload the twenty-five photos but at the end with the shipping the twenty five dollar book became a thirty seven dollar book so i passed google photos motos had almost everything i wanted one picture per page period but the basic software which would let me drag and drop to move pitchers around wouldn't let me choose the cover so i pass there too. I ended up with amazon and this was really interesting. I got what i wanted here. It turns out that snap fish a photo site. That's been around. I'm for years. Is the company actually making the book for amazon. The software is identical on both sides but the amazon cost was twenty seven dollars thirty six cents wall snapper fish quoted me forty one dollars ninety nine cents until i found a code to whack it down to twenty two dollars. Finally i tried out some apps instead of desktop software in here. There were fewer options in waste speeder service. Chat books was one image per page period for flat twenty dollars for an eight by eight hardcover ever plus four dollars shipping great and i gave the shutter fly app try which was quite different from the miserable desktop experience here. The choices were fewer the results were cleaner but the prices were even higher. Somehow i ended up at forty four dollars and seventy six cents for the same book plus the nine dollar shipping and tax. That's my experience. "Way, I think is gone line for only twenty seven dollars ninety nine dollars. But right now as a radio listener, it's twenty seven dollars you come in with a consultation with you, you're going to we're going to do a body composition analysis. That's included in there. We'll take a look at, you know, visceral, fat rating body, fat body water, the body water so important be body. What are supposed to be around sixty percent? People don't realize that sixty percent of your body's should be water. People are coming in with forty percent. Thirty five percent forty five percent. Particularly it affects really obese people, but particularly women obese women in general, if your if your body water is low and you're walking around with a bunch of water and you're walking around with, with drinking water all the time. And meanwhile, you're waters love you're gonna that's gonna affect your body's metabolism is going to work. It's going to affect your muscle is like the engine of your metabolism. And so if that's not happening because. Your body is an absorbing water properly. Maybe one of the reasons you can't lose any weight so input on that machine. We'll be able to see if that's a situation there. So as I said, nj diet dot com. It's only twenty seven dollars, and you can schedule an appointment, come in, and we'll get you going on the road to health and on the road to possibly shopping different petites. So I got you beat on that one. What were you what was your number your number was sixty days and Bruce was sixty days, fifty six pounds and six feet on that one? I got I'm ashamed to say, well, I'm not ashamed to say I don't really know his first name because he's in the Brooklyn office this gentleman. And so I believe that his pictures, his before, and after is actually on our website, already, sixty four pounds in sixty days. Oh, yeah. No. You're talking about sixty four pounds in sixty days. And he took a great profile picture of himself. This gentleman is wearing a white shirt and a tie. And so the profound pictures fantastic. So if you guys get a chance, definitely go to nj diet dot com. And take a look at that profile picture, sixty four pounds in sixty days is very impressive. Man woman. It doesn't matter how old you are. I mean it really is. It's an an astronomical number in my opinion, police officers, something, I think something to this effect. Again, I don't know the patient, personally because I don't go to the Brooklyn office, but, you know, this is just a staggering number and really just the health benefits officer, and he's chasing criminals around a bit. You can do it much easier sixty four pounds down. I would think so, so we improve the safety of our cities. Yes, that's correct. If you can chase down criminals. Listen. When win win win one at a time. Right. So, but, you know, the pounds of great, but I think that a lot of what we see in our office is really the health benefits of what happens and. You know, just losing ten twelve or fifteen pounds can make such a huge difference in how you feel and what your blood tests are where your numbers are. So we had stand who just was in, and he's on day, thirty three of the program. He went from two seventy two to forty four which is twenty seven pounds in thirty three days, which, by the way is not a tremendous number for a man. Typically, you know for a man that has a lot of weight to lose in thirty three days. We'll see anywhere probably anywhere between thirty six to forty pounds, however will overcome. However his health results or hit overall health benefits have been ridiculous. So his blood pressure is now one oh, four over sixty four which I would say, probably a little low apply right? His cholesterol. Paul. Went down to one oh, nine from from two twenty eight. Well, so his HDL is at forty six and his LDL is at forty two down from ninety seven. His triglycerides are now one hundred seven down from two fifty eight. This is day thirty three of the program. Well, I mean, I would think, well, that's basically what his doctor actually said to, because I guess he had a doctor's appointment, like thirty three day into the program, which we usually tell people, you know, wait until you're done with the program, and then go to your primary care physician and kind of do the blood work and all that other stuff. But his appointment was already scheduled. So he figured he'd go right? So his primary care fell off the chair. Absolutely just blown away. He asked him what he was doing. He was like I don't understand. He's like, you'll hear a couple of months ago, you know, your numbers were a disaster, basically, you know, and his case like Yaar asked how much energy I'm doing this doing that feel so good. Put that. That's really what's cool. I think right. Thirty three days in and literally he's basically almost off all of his medications. It's, it's tremendous tremendous. So I think that those are the coolest results. Right. And we talk about that in the office of time the health, part of it is the best part night, and we're able to do that, because of the personalization of the of the of the system, people come in with his hair and saliva. We use bloodwork analysis. We used DNA analysis as well and from saliva, and we were able to look at, you know, blood work in a functional level and, and see what's up laments. What support people need? And it's so everybody gains weight in different areas. For reason, the bodies, generally trying to protect those areas because of errors hormone disruption. And so you've got the different body types. You've got the, the flappy overhanging belly fat could be an internal issue protruding hard belly fat deliver, the that, that thyroid issue with the apple shape, apple shape, generally thyroid imbalances. The pear shape reproductive, imbalances doesn't really matter. Could be. Any number of things. And so we're able to use the bio energetic scans that we use from hereon, saliva, used bloodwork assessment tool to see when a functional level to keep to keep keep the body functioning better, not so much diagnosing disease. And so then personalized, the system personalized, the supplements for each individual to help get that one person into fat burning and able to basically, get people into the cellular state of fat burning, and then the body starts bouncing self out body starts detoxifying itself to hypothetical, which is the, the main hormone controller and the main thermostat of the body starts resetting itself. So when people are done, they're not going to put the weight back on because the thermostat is basically reset at a new number just like a house, thermostat you punch in seventy two say seventy two so that's what we were able to do. The problem is that the reason a lot of times people can't lose any weight is their thermostat is set to. Fifty and no matter what they do, they're going to stay to fifty so then we get them, their bodies balancing get him down to. Let's say to ten then reset the thermostat to ten you're gonna stay to ten and then we give everybody tools going forward as well. So if you're going to give you ten different ways to eat, if your wait, even pops up by two three pounds, we tell you how to what to eat that day drops the weight back down. So you should never really be above two, three pounds over your day, forty or day six year end of program. Wait. So. You know it's the system it's personalized in the beginning. It's personalized at the end at the end, we also use DNA tools. We do a DNA test. And so the DNA shows different eating types, exercise for each individual essential, the need for central vitamins and minerals different. Metabolic factors are assessed. So we're looking at over forty different genetic factors to help people not only help keep a lose the weight, but also how to keep it off going forward. So it's basically all encompassing from beginning to end. It's personalized to each individual because everybody's going to be a little different. You can't be one can't be one. One thing that fits everybody. So it's got to be a little bit different not one-size-fits-all. We're able to switch these things up and get the people. Get people working get their bodies work in the right way. And then when you lose the weight and bodies bouncing than health problems start to go away as well. So it's really it's all it's all about getting that weight off, it's all about getting healthier. And so the number to call for that is one eight five five five nj diet, twenty eight five five five six five thirty four thirty eight. We've got you covered in New Jersey, Manhattan Brooklyn queens, Long Island, Westchester, and now two offices in Connecticut.

Technologies like cloud an AI to their unique business challenges Deloitte, God com slash look again. As the Wall Street Journal's Eliot Brown writes, Uber sees a tall order of robots ruling the world. But I in the present there's the question of whether Uber will ever make any money to accomplish such goals. Let's get more joining us from our San Francisco bureau, the Wall Street Journal's Eliot Brown. Hi, elliot. Hi, thanks for having me. Sure. So if we can I exam in Uber's goals, first and foremost, what it sees the future as I know, this is a tall order. But how does Uber see the future of transportation? So it's it's actually easier to describe the distant future with them. They sort of see a world where private car ownership goes away for all of riders for people who normally will drive to work. Instead, they'll just summon a car with their phone, and if they want to take a short ride, they'll take a scooter bike that's left around a city. They see a world that's getting increasingly urban. They see that food delivery, replaces takeout and even a lot of cooking. And all of this. You know, we'll be powered by Uber. And it's apple and its network, and I it sort of we'll find a way into the Nixon crannies of all things transportation even sort of booking on on public transit. And then robot cars as well. And here's a here's a catch phrase. It's the it it wants to become the Amazon of transportation in a way. Yeah. I certainly that's it's a nice thing to say when you're comparing yourself when you make a comparison of one of the most successful companies in the world in the past couple of decades. But yes, that is one of the things they're saying, I'm just curious as to the impact that dark, and I'm gonna ask you to say it because you probably say it a lot more than I do if you wouldn't mind schwa-, he. You know, there's a lot of hyper focus on his direction and the way that he aims to transform things. Yes. So it's I mean when when he inherited the company from the founder, Travis kalanick's, Iran tears ago, a little less. He. Repackaged some of the things that Travis was doing so some of that is just sort of branding. And then he also did sort of simplify the ambitious in some ways and make them more broad and other. So briefly the that just means Travis was very hard charging, and and sort of wanted to do absolutely everything. I it was like let's let's do our own robot. Cars, let's do it our own robot trucks. Let's, you know, go to China Darras. You know, took a scalpel or knife and cleaved off some parts of the world where it was just in these maddening fare wars. And so he he pared back into invasion some, but then he's also done at least two, you know, when speaking to investors, creating this this facile, Amazon of transportation sort of vision of the future that is easier to grasp especially if you're an investor looking to understand why this thing was so much money. How does a start up with big and bishops like this make money in this current landscape? The easy answer is that you don't make money. So the the I it's really a fascinating thing to consider the Uber now ten years old, and it is nowhere close to making money. Th they for the record. They had a on paper a profit last year. But that's because of sort of an accounting move that had to do with one of their closed operations or sold operations. But th they're on track to they burn through two billion dollars of cash, the past twelve months they've. Had a net loss of three point seven billion which will be by far the most ever for a start up a US startup before I PO. So it is a environment. That has a where the the capital markets have been giving companies like Uber just billions of dollars to keep spending all in in the name of growth and expansion. So I it's kind of a fascinating question that we don't even really know if this thing will ever be profitable Brown. Thank you so much. Thanks for more on the story. Head to wsJcom or the w stay up. That'll do it for the tech news briefing. Im Tanya boost does reporting from the newsroom in New York. Thanks for listening.

"Absolutely love it before we get off the topic of Bernie and the elections stuff. Did you see the members that Bernie Sanders campaign? They're they're donations. They raised in the first day. No, they raised five point nine million dollars from two hundred and twenty three thousand donors within the first twenty four hours of him announcing it, which is an average donation of twenty seven dollars. So they're saying that it's he's the grassroots guy. Of course, just for context camera Harris who is the establishment. She's the next Hillary. I'm she got one and a half million from thirty eight thousand donors within the first twenty four hours of announcing her bid. So he had he. Quadrupled her numbers? So what I wonder is. This is Mike my tin foil hat. My Alex Jones moment is how much like I wonder if they're if they're astroturf ING that if they have a plan to coordinated thing where little donations from all over the place to make it look like there's a lot of really popular grassroots Bono. Hang hang on. So give you those numbers. Again. He he had how much run in five point what five point nine million five point nine million with how many subscribers people two hundred twenty three thousand two hundred twenty three thousand and she had sixty three K. No, she had one point five million from thirty eight thousand and thirty eight thousand okay. Well, number one that one of the reasons Bernie has done significantly better when he launches he has infrastructure like he already knows how to do it. He has large Email databases of people who signed up before. But here's what they don't tell you. I saw one of the emails that he had that he'd gotten as you mentioned that it said something about a sign up here. If you want to combat racism and xenophobia and other it didn't sound like a campaign Email it sounded like just sign up if you wanna combat this thing. Well, that's one of the that's I will tell you right now everything that politicians in the government does is much more underhanded than what the private sector can get away with. So for example, you would never get away with that in a as a corporation trying to sell get get somebody on your Email list by doing something like that. But they do it all the time in politics. They'll say, hey, sign this petition. I that's their putting you on an Email list donor list is what they're doing. But here's what here's what I'm getting at. So we had five point nine million from two hundred twenty three thousand people. Now, we make the assumption. If we divide the five point nine million by two hundred twenty three thousand that the bulk of it like, oh, it's an average donation to twenty seven dollars. In fact, was probably true is he's got a couple of very large donors in there. And then a couple of people who threw him a few bucks here. If you buck all donated dollar, I'll donate five dollars or whatever. And the fact is two hundred twenty thousand people he's got a massive database of millions upon millions of voters who gave him money last year. So it wouldn't be surprising at all if you could get two hundred twenty three thousand of them to cop over cough up a dollar or two. And then he's got a couple three big donors who are kicking over hundreds of thousands of dollars..

"We're going to go over how the program works. We're gonna put you in the. Composition scale. We're going to look at your way. We're gonna let your body fat percentage. Your body water percentage will your visceral fat rating. Your metabolic h how your metabolism is working? It's so important. And how many calories your basic metabolic rate? So how many calories you're actually burning off? So we can take a look at that. And then more importantly is not how many calories you're burning off. But but how many calories your body thinks it's taking in and based on the obesity levels and based on fat levels and based on how your body's absorbing water and based on visceral fat, which affects insulin. How your body whether it's insulin resistant or not? And so all those things are related, and so if you're if you're burning off fifteen hundred calories if your basic metabolic rate is that but your body's thinks it's taking in two thousand calories. You got a gap there, we need to fix that gap and personalized supplements for each individual to do that. And so that's part of that twenty seven dollar evaluation at nj diet dot com right now for only twenty seven dollars normally to ninety nine dollars. Visit if you are calling the eight five five five n j diet number that's eight five five five six five three four three eight, please. Remember, the folks in the phones are there to only schedule appointments, they're not there to necessarily answer questions about the program. They really don't have a lot of the answers. The program is personalized to hair saliva DNA testing bio energetic scans that we use in order to get each individual into their own fat-burning zone. And so the supplements are all natural the personalized based on DNA based on. Hair saliva based on bloodwork assessment that we also do if you have it. And so from start to finish the whole process is personalized and if you take a look, that's why people are gaining weight in different areas. You got that? Pear shape and apple shape and flappy. Hey, overhanging fat and protruding hard belly fat and around the around the waist in the arms and all these different things the body stores fat in different areas to protect those areas because of hormonal disruptions and imbalances in the body. So we can figure out by energetically figure out how to personalize these supplements in order to get each individual's body into that perfect fat-burning zone. They're able to lose close to a pound a day or more in only forty days and really changed their change your life around. And and so the the biggest our biggest winners in terms of weight are going to go through that the forty days forty their programs generally done forty days or sixty days. Just wake is the way the body resets Larry forty eight and forty days Larry lost forty eight pounds in five days into the program. So this is a forty days. The guy loses forty eight pounds five days in. Off to sugar medications. I diabetes. That's huge tremendous. Right. Huge. It's awesome. Awesome. It's exactly what you think. This guy's happy. His pharmacists will be very upset with him. He's not going to be so many so many people buying these medications and everything the pharmacist necessarily care. You kidding me? They love when they recognize who you are. Oh my gosh. It's the most amazing thing. I never knew that happened actually like in these big pharmacies. Not like in the mom and pop ones that you know, we used to have really don't exist anymore, right? Were being overrun by these massive conglomerates now. Right. But the pharmacists know their customers names. Well, maybe he can go in there and buy Santo some toilet paper. Yeah. You know, some other some other shouting that often. Pharmacy's you can get pretty much anything you'll get tattoo. Yes, we could still see him and say she saw the other day informed. Yeah. Fantastic. All over the city. They have sushi and pharmacies. It looks pretty good right on. That's really. I mean, how many how many medications was he taking I mean to sugar meds. What else was he taking? I don't know. What else he was taken? Just he just he sent me an Email. And he says I remember when he sent it that he was off five days in that. He said he was off to sugar medications forty eight pounds off a sugar medications, which is great. On the lady side, Jennifer thirty seven pounds in forty days. Not so bad. Right. That's a that's a big number very nice number forty two years old, and she's very happy because she's down to her high school weight. Nice. That's pretty cool. Yeah. That's that's like the that's the high school. We is when you can wear a belt with jeans without being self conscious about wearing the belt with jeans. That's what everybody used to do. Right. Like that was the thing. I I know you don't understand because men wear belt all the time. Women to wear a belt with jeans, you have to be sort of rid of that like, you know, that role that the the love handles that we all get once we have children, and once we reach a certain age, and what I've noticed from talking to so many of our patients is really starts to happen. Like right between thirty five and forty right? He started to develop like this weird fat in areas that you never used to have it in before and that belt, gene situation, no longer works, which is really upsetting paying attention. Some of these things you really do. It's very important there. There are certain details in a women's fashion and the way a woman looks and feels comfortable on a daily basis that used to be very very comfortable in high school and college and at some point no longer become very comfortable. I was one of those people, you know, a lot of our patients are those people and with the program gets them. Right back into the belt and gene situations, really, really. Now seeing patients and helping run five offices. I have to now pay attention to women's fashions very important, God, this is very thirty seven pounds. She's out of her.

"Was lowest twenty seven dollars, and at the time many people thought it would stay down there as a result of the cheaper onshore reserves in a way that did not seem to be included in the modest regional assessment. We had this very volatile and and bumpy ride. And today he recording the six in the member we have an oil price just above sixty dollars. Even recently seen prices in the mid seventies. Where do you see all going these days? So again, I have to put a time frame on it where we're nearing the end of two thousand eighteen in I think oil in the near term over the next six to twelve months is going to go lower. Let me explain why America has increased its market share better than any other oil producer, the US is the world's largest oil producer at eleven point three million. Barrels a day. A lot of people don't know that the Russians are eleven point two million barrels a day, and then the Saudis are about ten and a half million barrels a day. So the point here is is that sixty dollar oil is bonanza for many of these nations now the US in Russian had very different type of production. So when I went to Kuwait a Kuwaiti well can have it's a recovery of a new well within three months at eighty dollars oil, so at fifty dollar oil it'll be say eight weeks, that's an incredible return on investment. So why don't they just produce more wells? Well, it's about shipping infrastructure pipeline capacity in the US, they're increasing the Permian pipeline capacity by over a million barrels a day over the next eighteen months. So we will see the US produce over twelve million barrels a day over the next few years. And I know that sounds crazy. Easy. But that's what the numbers are saying. How about the Russians the Russians have the benefit the opposite. So they're they're not even fracking. Now the Russians have invested in very different type of production. They're still conventional so whether the price of oil is twenty five dollars a barrel or eighty dollars a barrel. They've benefited from all twenty years, increasing oil prices, that's not going to change. And then you have Saudi production of over half of that's within the Mahar district. And that's what we call swing production in the Saudis have increased their production of versus because of what's going on in Iran in Iran decreased their production. So where do I see all this going? There's no shortage of oil and I didn't even mention Canada yet. And yet we could increase production by fifty percent today. If Canada had the pipeline infrastructure things are very cyclical Canada will build the pipelines and when they build the pipelines to the west to tap into the Asian markets in east to tap into the European markets Canada. Will increase its production. Also. So there's no shortage of oil even at forty dollars, so more.
