"Scientists have just published the first piece of video evidence that proves the giant tortoises are fucking murder. Machines cool yeah. They have a list they do. Yeah checking one item fair. It's true the bird. They are from east africa. Shows one of these big boys hunting killing and eating a baby. But that's very exciting to watch telling fish swim in school tomorrow. You really cool evolution right. What murder but once you get good enough at evolving you just murder humans apex. Swear not late. that's an apex. Turtle it off so you said it was a baby bird though. It was a walk up to a nest. And just like oh. This looks lucia. Yes so the bird fell out of a tree. Oh of all and then fell onto the ground and then the tortoise walks up to it and just fucking start snapping at and the bird also to its credit starts pecking tortoise. The tortoise bats. Well okay. here's the thing a biologist who watched it spent a lot of time in his right up trying to convince us that it was actually a fair fight. The bodies of the service members were killed in afghanistan to make this about biden is mind-blowing. Am so they decided to all head down the hill and off the resort to this like little get together that they heard was going on. This was happening at a house. That was just around the corner from where james and ryan lived anyway so they figured like okay. We're gonna head down there. Maybe have another drink and then we'll just go home. They ended up catching a lift down from the bar to the bottom of the hill and then they were walking the rest of the way to the house party and listen to me. This whole trip took like ten minutes tops by one thirty. Though james was ready to go home he tells heather that he saw ryan stand up and he thought that he was right behind him. In a couple of other people who had left the same time but somewhere during their walk home i guess they looked around and realized he wasn't

JAR Audio's CEO Roger Nairn on When Branded Podcasts Need to Pivot

"So perhaps your target audience is in need of a diverse superhero tale. Maybe it's a hard nose detective story or perhaps a newsy current affairs conversation at the end of the day as a brand. It's not about you. it's about them. And you absolutely need to consider this. The entire the during the entire production and throughout the life of the podcast. I'm waiting for the client. That will let me make a fantasy horse adventure. It hasn't yet but we're hoping that it will happen again. with expedia. they created a podcast that offers useful data driven advice. Tips and tricks to the overwhelmed traveler. And so during kovin we actually pivoted the podcast. A little bit to address new needs in questions. At the time expedia was getting absolutely inundated with people Looking to change their travel plans but also looking for information on how to travel safely. Drink ovid as well as a different different carrier Scenarios make money. I was calling them. Roger to try and get my twenty year old daughter back from thailand. That's right yeah. They were getting absolutely inundated and and so we wanted to pivot the podcast to be a support for their customer service team. And so the podcast became more about how to travel the online. Travels you know how to hack the online travel space in a coded world and when we did that the the audience responded so we saw an average consumption rate of ninety three percents. So that's ninety three percents. Listen through rate for an episode which are twenty to thirty minutes long. We increased our downloads. Two hundred fifteen percent and we climbed the charts. I mean we. We appeared in in the top. Two hundred apple podcast charts replaces and travel Each month we secured the number six position. Canada number nine in the united states And it was listed amongst the top podcast featured in travel and leisure lonely planet. The washington post pod drop and all access so new cast like old seattle seasons old. And so the podcast was delivering value that the audience was looking for and as a result the brands got the the benefit from that

"Women are disproportionately more affected by kito than men and the older. You are the more disproportionately affected you are so meaning if you have a twenty year old health coach and we were all twenty one twenty year old health coaches right like i was a personal trainer in through college in my early twenties. And you can get away with almost anything and also your blood markers and everything also look fantastic but what happens is you're not dealing with carrying on life in your body so when you are when you're responsible for that you put your body in that type of a hermetic stressor that type of stressor you're gonna start to see thyroid levels go down you're gonna start to see estrogen dominance cortisol levels potentially rise in the short term. And what does that do well. It leads to then a slower and lower metabolic rate which some people are very proud of like. Oh i only need to eat fifteen hundred dollars a day now on. I'm just saying like that's not a good thing. You want to be able to eat as many calories as you can because that means that furnace is always running. So it's situations like that. That i think are really harming his industry and and i love this industry health and fitness. So it's just. It's just too bad. That i see a lot of that out

"In many times the I mean you feel you're like a mental toughness next expert what would you do with that kid if he was in your boot camp that's on the twenty year old all yeah well that that's yeah that's a whole different thing right with you as you said the hunger in the is believed to be the driver for all great entrepreneur so I I think I try to find out if he had the hunger yeah I I in my experience I I like working with great athletes you know you people always say when we're wells work on Andre Agassi the team a guy of coaches I'd say you know what it would be a tell a guy that that great at what he does and I as the basis in the press all the time the other people that feel like that we you know we take very little has it because you don't have to drive a you know they're they're already ambitious neighborly if I find out if you got the engine first you know the ambition another word and then and then you can guide the ambition but I think they have to have the engine before yeah yeah you can guide it so what what what would you do he's twenty would you cut him loose for six months yeah we does I'd find out of a you know again I would go through the question thank you bye there's like you do tell you know that do you you're walking her to find out if it's really really got the hunger just want to be rich yeah I just want to wake up bridge was I'm sure all but still has some trouble but you know in terms of finding out would be really wants to build something you really want something as opposed to just want a lot of money because I think almost anyone wants that but to find out first to be had that thought I'd taken care if there's a question we find that the questioning process than in pike logical performers training is more important even than giving them died because if you don't get kind of prescription without diagnosed with type of thing so what would be the number one question you would ask this guy what it what do you really what do you really want to do you know what what is it that you're really that really get you you know that you really care about the malls you know what do you really willing to fight for what are you really willing to sacrifice for because of an entrepreneur as you know the twelve hour days the fourteen hour days to build on the hours your work well all of them in the beginning a plus you in trying to get the thing off the ground and I don't think most people are really equipped for I don't think the I mean I've been around for over thirty five years and just like you and you know I I I don't wreck people they would you recommend it will because you make a lot of money well Sir you can make a lot of money but in the beginning you're paying your paying it all up front you know you put all the effort out all the hours and you get very little return you pay it up front with interest with no guarantee whatsoever of ever succeeding and what it looks like you're about to fail and lose all your you lose everything that really when you break through but most people I don't think you're really equipped for that emotionally I think the more you get a job and kind of follow the linear path yeah and the linear paths there's nothing wrong with that and then when you when you get your book you can follow some of those principles in the book on how money works stop being a sucker to be successful so we have a choice who is a question along that line go head Joyce your own with Josh Chillin skew the financial quarterback and author of the retirement reality checking good retirement reality check dot com today get my book and go and if you go go there.

"To Jesus startled this role in America's founding fathers justice applies to individuals however to social justice advocates justice is quite a hike points out this undeniable he states the classical demand is that the state ought to treat all people equally in spite of the fact that they are very funny you can't deduce from this that because people are unequal you ought to treat them on equal in order to make them and that's what social justice the most is the demand that the state should treat people differently in order to place them in the same position to make people equal a good government policy would force government to treat people equally in the there in lies the rub for social justice and the U. S. constitution forbids the states from denying equal protection of so passing legislation that treats people different is well tricky hike also stays social justice does not belong to the category of error but to that of nonsense like the term a moral stone this is pastor Rick with a moment of clarity I was a normal twenty year old college student when I moved in the off campus housing villa said that it was safe not a single incident since it opened I was the first I woke up in the middle of the night suffocating shut up he said don't say a word for the next two hours I knew I was going to die and there was nothing I could do now I'm a mother of two and if anyone else tries to harm me or my family they have to come through my fire first I will never be an armed early vulnerable ever again the only reason I can say that is because the NRA bought for my right before I ever knew that I needed them the national rifle association of America and I'm freedoms safest place call me now seven three four eight two to sixteen hundred so a chick fillet came out and said that they're going to shy away from contributing money to this at the salvation army couple other operations and it is that they come to the pressure of the L. "Here's somebody trying to make it easy for me Hey art I'm a twenty year old game out in sometime today on planning on coming out to my parents. however I'm not accepted my sexuality yet and in fact don't want to be gay my parents basically have the same set of beliefs as you do. I was wondering how you'd react if your son came out to you would you be supportive also I want to let your listeners know the gays don't choose to be gay. they just have to accept it. we're made this way by god a quick aside on god if god were truly heterosexual wouldn't he procreate as much as humans and then wouldn't there be millions of gods by now. well with regard to the last I have no idea. with regard to your question about my son. the answer is a no brainer. I would I think that I would sit down and tell a man you've got a hard row to hoe. but what I stand by him of course I would stand by him. course I would. you think love stops at the door you think you're gonna stop loving your own flesh and blood because of something like that not only no but hell no. but I tell me he's got a rough life ahead. you know I I did bison his lifestyle in a yeah Kerry's with the dangers right now in society big dangers dangers of dying getting aids and dying. and I probably have a terrible mental time with it but stand by my of course. hi aren't don't have a problem with same sex marriages I don't I figure of any two people can make a marriage work. then they have got to be doing something right as far as homosexuality goes I haven't been there haven't done that but I feel just because they aren't doing things the way I do doesn't mean the wrong just different. also want to point out the love and sexuality are not synonymous. as two individuals can love each other well without being sexually attracted to each other and to individuals engaging in sexual activity don't have to be in love. marriages are not always based in love they're based in commitment to each other into a shared goal over the years this can be very difficult should two men or two women be recognized for accomplishing this sure. a strong argument from Kevin in Glendale. that is a strong argument isn't it. in the best of cases in heterosexual marriages the best of cases. it ain't easy. as Ringo Starr once sang a song about it ain't easy you know it ain't easy it isn't anybody merit for long time knows that there is rough spots. real rough spots and they're not easy to get over and anybody who's managed to leap over them for a number of years knows it ain't easy. so Kevin makes a good point there are many good points to be made in good arguments to be made on both sides. aren't there. we'll be right.

"This twenty year old is obsessed with a moss sent money to HAMAs to support them. And also talked about blowing up and bombing Trump towers and Trump Tower in New York there on Columbus circle attacking the as Rayleigh consulate in New York. Vowed in an Instagram live video that he would go to a pro Israel March, and shoot everybody. That is the quote shoot everybody. He spoke of attacks wasn't actually a specific plot. He in federal court. He has a history of mental issues. And they found three guns in the family home in New Jersey. Not always the easiest thing to do. It's why they have moved forward with criminal terror charges. They're not sure where he even got the weapons. When we talk about ISIS being destroyed. It is not true. Isis damaged in Syria and other places. Strongholds lost surrenders, by the thousand absolutely true that has not stopped ISIS in, in the dark web, that has not stopped ISIS when it comes to how they recruit how they try to manipulate how they try to brainwash. Not at all. There are people out there ugly enough and damaged enough. To get into the idea of romanticizing. Then you have those people who are aggressive into the manipulation of history. So you start to think that HAMAs some kind of freedom fighters, they're not freedom fighters one, man. Sarah says another man's freedom fighter bullcrap. Some people are just terrorists HAMAs a terrorist organization supported by terrorists in Iran, whose purpose is to engage in terrorism, and while they're at it the make the lives of the quote unquote Palestinians in Gaza completely miserable. And when the Gazans decide to engage in any level of uprising or fighting back, they are attacked with such viciousness in bloodshed that it's ended. That's what's going on. The documents filed. He was in a black ski mask on this video, and Instagram saying he was against Zionism and the Neo liberal establishment, and he would find a way to join him off he could display HAMAs flag and a handgun. Well. He followed up with. I want to shoot the pro Israel demonstrators you can get a gun and shoot your way through or use a vehicle. Rammed people all you need is a gun vehicle to go on a rampage. I do not care if security forces come after me, they will have to put a bullet in my head to stop me. Let me tell you again about the manipulation of the brainwashing. About unwell kits. About the, the, the lie told. This is this is what you get. This is where you end up. It's also important to note that when we talk about the FBI here in the problems in the FBI that's a leadership issue at the top. That is not really ever an issue. Of those people who work in the field because somebody had to do their work here. In order to catch this guy and very often we, we rank these people on the success of catching the guy, right? I should sessions. I should say the other way we rank them based on when they miss not all the things they hit and even the things we know about, I'm glad they got this one down. Don't think he's the only one Ralph north. He is the governor of Virginia totally down with infanticide thinks it's wicked. Cool. No, no. He does he does. And the Democratic Party was so disgusted by his commentary about infanticide that they said absolutely nothing. I actually have exclusive audio of the Democratic Party after the governor Ralph Northam on radio said that in fact, decide was okay, well, what he said, was, was that the, the baby would be born the abortion botched made comfortable and then the mother and the doctor can decide what to do that, infanticide and the conversation about killing human beings. And the Democratic Party said this. Right. Okay. Good. But now there's been an investigation into a picture in Ralph north yearbook. This is the picture of a guy in black face. And then somebody else in the full KKK hood. On his yearbook page there. It is now how nobody found this when he was running for governor while, of course, someone must have found it and hit it because they wanted the democrat to be the governor and the means I'm north was running ads against the Republican running calling him a racist. It was the ad of a guy in a pickup. Chocolate confederate flag in the back driving after and chasing minority. Children pose an actual ad that ran in Virginia this big, but he's got the photos and then he says, well, you know, I he was getting I I'm so shamed. And then he's like, oh, I don't know if that's me. I don't know if that's me. The I once did black face suggests that, like Michael Jackson and a dance contest. That's what he said. But this photo, I don't I don't know if it's me. Sahn your Facebook page. You've been out of med school for thirty years. You didn't know it was you, by the way, he's a doctor do no harm who favors infanticide. Just just. Oh, wait home to. We have more from the Democrats on that, that he's a doctor favors infanticide. Right. So he's a doctor favors infanticide. He's done. Black face before, but this picture of a man in black face, and some of them KKK hood on his yearbook page, where it says Ralph Northam never mind the things they called them in some other places where he was VM. I believe it was. He's like, oh, so they did an investigation did the med school four month long investigation, four months. And you know what they determined they determined that they cannot determine whether or not, that's the governor in the photo. Relation Dr they determined ain't that great. Let me tell you just so you don't have to ask, if there is a picture on your yearbook page high-school college middle school elementary school, if it's your name. And there are other photos of you. And there's a picture of someone in black face you will never be governor less. You're democrat in which case it might be a prerequisite. I look, I think it would be wrong to say that all Democrats are racist, because that would be wrong to say that would be insane. I think some people like to go down that road. That's not it. There's a history, but that history doesn't mean that every day democrat is a racist. Let me try and put it in a more modern day parlance. You would be a fool if you believed that the Mississippi of today is the Mississippi of nineteen fifty it's not true, just because the political left is desperate for me true, just because celebrity culture, wants to claim that to be true and continues to mock the people of the south left, right. And center doesn't mean that they're big. It's or racists. We should also be clear. There are plenty of bigots of Ren racists, in California, New York. The party every member of the party isn't a racist. The history of racism of the Democratic Party is very real like the history of abolitionists with the Republican party being the partied abolition is. Very real. Those are historical facts that cannot be denied on any level in any way. Right. But it seems that when something like this happens. Like joy Reid of MSNBC, and blog posts, going after people who are gay, and mocking, and really being gross. Gets forgiven. Forgotten lust, you know, Gilbert Godfrey was Beverly Hills cop. Let's say I got something in this hand in the sand. You like what, what's that? Just disappears. We notice that disappears. We're disgusted then disappears me. I don't think it should disappear. It's his year but page, you don't think it's him. Sure. Fine. Go right ahead. If the picture doesn't fit you must acquit I get you. But we both know those people crap. Ralph north amaze exactly what he told you this. Or he was. But then, again the crimes of yesterday take yet office today. Again. Unless you're on the political left. All right. How Franken proven the balchunas I'm Tony cats. The fate of Texas can start growing industrial town hands. It governor Abbott, Texas house and Senate both has has built thirteen twenty five that would allow grow the low THC cousin of marijuana in the state to regulate state Representative, Tracy king authored a skit for Texas because there's another drought resistant crop. We're going to have people jumping out of helicopters believe it or not all kinds of crazy stuff. We'll we talked about that. As we go through. Sick has got to be so big. It's kind of hard to even grasp how big it is sometimes some of the areas that they're in the one of the things you've heard me talk about a lot because it's like one of those places just love to go is a cigarette. Kennedy, and I think maybe ten years ago, it was kind of a secret people didn't really know about it so much. But now the words getting out, and that's great. And then joining with me right now is Hannah Bila though, she is the director of training at special events at six hour Hannah. Thank you so much for joining us. Thank you. Now, your background is in law enforcement, specifically and federal law enforcement, right? Yes, sir. Okay. So you've been a shooter anti trainer for quite some time. I have got interesting experiences. Many of which we can talk about here. But but fun, I tell you. I think cop stories are the funniest stories. I have ever heard. I've always said I'm going to write a book someday. Well, I mean, we had a driver coming into town yesterday said, yeah, I used to be a cop in Detroit before you know, it. He just tell us the funniest crazy stories because you're dealing with. The public. You just you never know what you're going to get life. Right. Exactly. So how'd you get into the whole gun world in the first place so obvious as my law enforcement career was my introduction to firearms didn't come from a law enforcement back? My family is not in law enforcement weren't really gun people business people. So law enforcement was my introduction at twenty years old. Kind of caught the bug from. There was an awful shooter to begin with which got me into. Really? It was my. It was my first failure. And was always a standout athlete, and I didn't really understand firearms. So I've made it my mission to conquer them. Switch kind of brought me to where I am today. I was training at the academy with my a law enforcement career, and they asked me to come on board as a part time instructor to start off. So I worked with the academy for seven years fast forward to where I sit today just recently nine months ago took a promotion of rich Marshall south side of the house as director of training so taken on this new challenge and run with it. Quick question. You said, you were an athlete. So you grew up your you did all this stuff. How does being an athlete translate? How can you tap into that background to become a better shooter? There's gotta be a way it's everything you do. It's movement. It's breathing. It's keeping your mind under control at the same concepts that you used to be a standout athlete. No matter. What sport? You're you're competing are doing is the same for shooting. It's an easy transition. No kidding. Focus focus. I it's funny. We always talk about all these things you have to do to shoot. You've got to have your pin your stance and your lineman. But if you don't have the step between your ears working, right? It doesn't matter doesn't. That's it. That's it because you lose sight of one small element and you're off and you can actually screw up grip stance feet movement and still make good shots. If you have your brain, right, right? That's it. So unique sport it, isn't it? It is it's challenging, and you can be just neyland at one day and another you're going. I don't know what I never picked up a gun before my first day. I don't know what's going on here. But I hate myself that. All right. So tell me about what you're doing now because you're not just working in the academy. You're actually as I say taking your show on the road these days upset, so as, you know, six hours, innovative company and products, right? We'd like to kind of take the market by storm. So we're working in that same kind of mindset for what we're giving our customers. So we have developed a training bureau that falls under the commercial sales element in our goal for our team is to get out there and train all the dealers and sales reps that are going to be selling our product soup to nuts our product, so that they can engage the customer base and actively inappropriately talk about what it is they have and we also have taken a step further and offering them a full fledge sales experience in that were offering live fire events throughout the United States dealership at a rate. That's it. So that they can actually learn about the product and then take the product onto the range. Fantastic. So.

"One has been charged twenty year old black gentleman was charged. Gentlemen. Murderer with killing jasmine Barnes in the mind. The idea that a black child's life can be used by the radical left to promote an agenda. It has some value. If it was a running the mill black on black event. Suddenly this issue has no value. I would anticipate because the perpetrator appear to be a young black male named Eric black and also Larry Woodruff has been arrested twenty four years old, and they're African Americans that the radical left when not highlight this murder anymore because it doesn't fit their agenda all the news that fits they print because jasmine seemingly was shot by white person that could be used against the president claiming that it was a hate crime white on black violence is always a hate crime. The opposite is never a hate crime. But overnight when Larry Woodruff. Last night, and Eric black junior or arrested black charged with capital murder. Local media indicated that would would would rip is believed to be the shooter. So this appears to be a mistake the gang bangers who thought the occupants of that car or involved in some drug deal gone wrong and say opened fire, and they shot the mother and killed the little girl. But when it appeared to be a white person Sheila jackson-lee in Houston and other African American leaders wanted to use this as a club against Trump because of the climate of hate and fear that he's created. I can hear it already. But when turn out to be a typical black on black murder of this black child that will not be used now by the radical left to politicize this murder to take benefits which is quite sad to my way of thinking. Jasmine Barnes has a life that will be unknown. We don't know the arc of her life. What you could've accomplished what she could have done the degree. She could have obtained the good dates. You would have had because it was in the wrong place at the wrong time, and the m made no difference to her whether the. Caller of the finger on the trigger was black or white. But in the minds of the news media and makes a big difference. If it was black or white a white person doing this can be used by the radical left to advance an agenda, a black person doing this is no big deal. And I predict over the next few weeks. The story will be ignored. Let's continue now and JD in Nevada your the honor of being the first caller this year on the Bill Cunningham show, j d how are you? I'm doing great. But getting better, and I hope all is.
