"So complete opposite of vp rating is mythic school. So you might be pushing for a something. Mythic school might be above thousand. I think cross might be above. Twelve hundred mahbubul. Fourteen hundred might even be going into two k. Mythic school and you know certain ataman of want to be in a plus twin team mythic run but to do that. I'll need so of eighteen hundred to even be considered by groups that kind of thing so you slowly building up. You'll mythic plus score. You might be doing fifteen one week. And then moving onto sixteen is the next week seventeen eighteen nineteen hundred cetera and you slowly but surely build up that and then when you hit that plus twenty week that you want to do and you've got really good school for it and you still get invited by these plus twenty groups and after that weight you've done all of your plus twenties and you're above two k. So of mythic school. Then you've done it. It took about four to eight weeks to do over the like really going for every week. But you've done it and it must be very satisfying to hit that sort of mythic school. That key it's anything like that really. It's basically like the same as pb rating but just flipped instead of vp's pva kind of thing rating is also another satisfying thing. It might be progression raid guild. It might be finishing a funnel boston expansion. It might be you know gear so ties into this up. It might be getting some piece of gay from a boss. It might be seeing a piece of gear for once in your lifetime. It might be anything because legendary is dropping. Tb see some legendary dropped in like previous expansions light. Legion august the on maker. Who's the final bus of the final. Right he dropped a legendary. It was a trinket was very tough to acquire. Just drop by drop. Right was awful. So there's many different things that can come out rating. But i think for me personally might satisfy one is progression rate of to killing the first boss after wiping to the lowest boss. Twenty times. You know you've gotten there you've progressed. You've killed him and now in our next week you can do it. The exact same and it will be a lot smoother. It'll be lot cleaner be quicker stuff like that. So you can see your progression as you're going through the weeks in the same rate so that's sort of enjoyable part for myself hitting max level. This is one that's going to be. You know very relevant at the moment a lot. People are still leveling. Tb and just hit. Can you i max level in any expansion any so of first time is really from you..

Twenty times eighteen hundred seventeen sixteen fifteen one week Fourteen hundred next week Twelve hundred first boss eight weeks twenty groups eighteen nineteen hundred twin team Legion august about four twenty week boston above thousand once twenties

Enormous networking event Network bullet is a networking event. But it's networking circles in all these countries and all these cities. How did you come up with the idea. Let's start there. I think is a great example of necessity being the mother of invention. I'd like to tell you that. I had this vision of an international organization. But i didn't i just needed referrals. I was a management consultant. I needed referrals. Had friends that i wanted to refer. I hope they would refer me. I put together a group. I put together a group in my vision of what a good network would be. Because i went to a lot of networks that were mercenary. I'd go there. Everyone was selling to me. I felt like i when i went home. I had to get a shower. Because i've been to some of those groups and then i've been to networks. That were totally socialist. Happy hour d'oeuvres. Nobody was doing business. I didn't like either of those. And so i wanted to take the idea of doing business with the idea of being relational but not totally social merged them together in the glue. That would hold it together in. My mind was this philosophy of givers game which is our principal core value. If i give business. If i help other people they'll help me little. Did i know that. I was not the only person that wanted something like that. In less than a year we open twenty groups really by accident. It was not my goal to do that but when that happened. I was like wait a minute. I need to pay attention here..

Some groups needed a coffee shopper playground. Some meet at a church. It just depends on what works for that group but we always encouraged are group's to Just be intentional about having that community and being a safe place where moms feel like they can be heard and be real and laugh together about motherhood but also just be encouraged and leave inspired to do just something better just one thing better in their home that month ginny every time you talk about other groups. "Figure income in your leading to groups that take you two three hours a week and so you start doing the math on yet. You're like man. This is pretty good gig. 'cause you've already got all these people there that you could build these groups while the more teach in the more i share and i do masterclasses in. I teach people how to do this. The more it opens up people's. I i wanna know more than they come. Join our group as well stored. What i'm saying is is you can't hold your cards close to your best and expect to grow. You gotta share the secret sauce. You've got to get any really care about the other people. And that's what i mean by saying. You're looking outward and not inward in the more that we done that the more we've grown in it's just people wanna be around people that are willing to share and teach in so today as a result of that we have twenty groups. We anticipate having forty groups by the end of twenty twenty one. Maybe more and we just continue to teach people how to do this. And that's amazing and it's reminds saying right. The rising tide lifts all boats right and so many all in business. I think look at decisions. Like what you're talking about and would think i mean the fear of somebody taken over or running you out of the business or giving away your trade secrets like a. I mean just doesn't does it now now. It doesn't because think about this. They're seven and a half billion people on the planet right when you say we have twenty mastermind groups. That sounds really impressive. That's two hundred people. I've had that many people at my house for a party. You know so..

Optimize Your Facebook Group Strategy

"We've never really done something this strategic or this specific on our show. And so when we talk to you getting you onto the podcasts. In part of your secret sauce is facebook groups which is so so interesting and so we asked due to audit are gold digger. PODCAST facebook group and give us an action plan to improve our strategy in to help us like really nurture our community there and so instead of structured questions. I just want to start first with. Tell me what you saw in our facebook group. Let's dive on into the goodness buckle up. Are we ready. Yeah Yeah Okay one you have just over fifty five thousand people in that group which is amazing that so many amazing ladies but she also have relatively low engagement for most of what you have you have somewhere between two and twenty comments on average about ten percent of the people that are in are in there are getting getting twenty plus comments which means to me. It's not necessarily that people are engaging. It's that the way you've got it. Structured people aren't seeing you so because within the way it works facebook is you've got fifty five thousand people but if facebook doesn't think your you know the hot stuff that week they're going to present and other people with other things because on average people are I don't know the exact number is but I would say on. Average people are at least part of twenty groups most of which they pay no attention to so the goal of your facebook group to up engagement is to get people to see it to play with that algorithm. So that's one of the things we'll definitely talk about is how how do we. How do we play that album before we can do that? Though one of the things I see with groups and I think yours is exactly the way most people build their group. which is you have a podcast or you have a book or you have a community or you have a business and so you start a book group because that's obviously where everybody can come together and hang out and then everybody goes there and hangs out right and that's and there's not as much thought past that then everything will start engaging we're going to tell them about our content content and you know it'll all work itself out but it's kind of like someone going to a Ymca like a REC Center for the community and you walk in and and there's no signs on the walls? You have no schedule. You don't know what's happening. Or what games are playing or WHO's playing who anybody is or what kind of people come here. So you know it's in the neighborhood you know it's you WanNa be there like you'd like to use it but you're not sure how so what we want to do with our group says we want to think of them like take a community like people. Tell me you know you're running. Boss Mom that group and I'm like I think of it like a city like the boss. Mom Community is like a city which means we need to have natural roles that are assumed right. I have natural polices natural connectors. We WanNA raise up people in the community. We don't want to Stein either ability to connect but we you want to train them on how we act like. What is the etiquette of this space? So one of the questions I have for you is what do you want your your group to be known

"Else. Slumber party. You know, is it was amazing to be around. So many wonderful women. That's one A-List slumber party. It wasn't a. I am here with Naomi. Watts for impossible best actress Oscar nominee, Amy house best actress nominee best ensemble nominated Oscar-nominated everything nominated silver linings playbook twice. What was also interesting. Was that the be list and the see list, they did not have those connections, even with each other? So they had much more disparate network amongst each other. And in fact, their categories were almost arbitrary. It was really if you're in this top twenty group that you were extraordinarily exclusive and actually perpetuate that exclusivity by spending time just with each other. So if this is the case, then a question arises, which is how does anyone ever crack the illest club, if it's essentially a closed club and the people in the club take great pains to keep others out. And the only way to become any la- celebrity is to be invited to the club. It creates something of. A conundrum which is how do you actually break into the club? I argue in the book that it's this kind of quantum leap. So it's not an issue to thing. Like if I just keep toiling away as a celebrity at some point. I'm going to be A-List. That's not how it happens. So something big either happens in your career or big happens in your social life. Like, you get married to an eight Lister, or you you you suddenly our best friends with Lester, and in some way, they allow you to permeate the list, but you can also do it because of your career when I was looking over starstruck in preparation for this interview. I notice that in this far corner is crowded, so she wasn't in Allaster or a b list. I think at the time of organizing that she was a c Lester in this database. But of course, she's now one of the key stars of big little lies, which is an extraordinarily television show on HBO. People are obsessed with it. She's amazing in it. Okay..
