"Can you. Can you pull this shit up. And then what do you do freeze it and then bring it to the dock like how does the process work right now and how. It work optimally. Yes so we think of a reef model we call a green wave reef which is In twenty five to fifty small scale farms in an area is a farm Like it depends. Depends where but say twenty five acres average and you know to make to be able to make a living and That allows for network production. Right they hit the docs it. Kind of spreads risk right. The trouble with the ocean is that you know my farm. Some years i get a fifteen twenty feet blades. Kelp other years three foot and so We can't control our soil. Essentially what my soil turns over like thousand times a day so we just need to deal with that volatility. We do that through networks of farms but then when you hit land On the reef gonna processing plant and the thing about kelvin. Kelvin's wanna concentrate on food but it really is the soya the sea but not evil by we can make him a delicious food but we can also turn into an ingredient and weave it into all sorts of other industries as mile bioplastics Feeds stuff like that. And so the processing plants need to be able to stabilize that kelp and turn it into a an ingredient right now. We we freeze it We blanchet returned noodles boy on cubes things like that. And and we we get it fresh to we bag. It and it it's a basic three or four days shelf life in the fridge of. Its if it's bagged as we're doing now. But i think the challenge like run alaska. Working with some of the indigenous folks air in that shipping is going to be really challenging to get it down the lower forty-eight yep the processing technologies is going to be key so what.

"Brother twelve was like a two way radio and there was no way to turn him off after docking on the east coast of canada in february of nineteen twenty seven. He boarded a train and headed west to the opposite coast. I mean entire trip was spent evangelizing and recruiting for his group. Now call the aquarian foundation but he also received messages to during the journey he stopped along the way in spoke at other similar groups. People like the society to share messages from the master of wisdom and continued to write transcribing messages from the spiritual realm that would become part of the group's holy writings once settled on vancouver island brother twelve and his early followers went through the boring process of setting up the aquarian foundation as official society within canadian law. We can skip a lot of those details but one important thing to remember is this. Their group would be run by a board of governors and brother twelve would report to them and be tiebreaker. In decision making and then life there began to take off. The group had settled in the town of the name. O- on the coast across the water from the city of vancouver. In fact thanks to a fund raising among themselves they were able to purchase a plot of roughly one hundred and twenty five acres just south of town and it was beautiful. Lush forests beautiful waterways green everywhere for them. It must have felt like paradise. Am i said they were growing. Not just the community there on vancouver island but also elsewhere around north america according to john olifants to literally wrote the book on brother twelve. The foundation had grown to over one hundred chapters in locations all across canada and the united states clearly the charismatic and unique teachings of brother twelve or catching on. But something else was happening to i. Those early experiments in fundraising had switched on a light in his mind soon enough. New requests were sent out in money absolutely flooded in some of it. Funded their activities in mission. Yes but a lot of it was converted by brother twelve into gold coins which he stacked in glass mason jars sealed with wax and buried in secret locations all around the property and the secrets went deeper to you. See there might have been a board of governors but brother twelve was on a mission from the master of wisdom and that meant that he felt empowered to do whatever he wanted whenever he wanted. And nineteen twenty eight just a year. After their arrival there he took some of their funds and secretly purchased a four hundred acre plots on nearby valdes island and had a separate settlement constructed. Oh and bought a boat too. But the governor's didn't know this at the time. What they knew was that brother. Twelve was writing prolifically teaching the community about their mission and demonstrating his mysterious powers. In fact many of those board members themselves reported having conversion experiences complete with visions of something magical was going on the route. One thousand nine hundred twenty eight. Hundreds of people moved to the community outside of nimmo both individuals and families and as their numbers swelled so too did their vision for a better world and for brother twelve that included politics because in his worldview the only hope for the future was to replace both american political parties with one of his own. There's not really a lot to say about it. Brother twelve hopped on a train in the summer of nineteen twenty eight to travel to chicago where he plans to build a political party around himself uniting all the third party voters under one banner. I don't think he understood that. He couldn't be a presidential candidates. Not having been born on american soil. But i also don't think he was the guy who operated by logic and common sense. The political adventure was a failure but the journey to chicago and back added two new members to the foundations community. One was a woman named mary. Connolly an incredibly wealthy woman from asheville north carolina her family was well connected and their fortune was old. Mary fell for everything brother. Twelve was selling packed up and moved to new name. Oh the second. New member was more personal to brother. Twelve on the train to chicago. He met a woman named myrtle. Baumgartner who was traveling alone. The two struck up conversation and hit it off on multiple levels both spiritually and physically by the time. The pair returned to name. Oh she was pregnant and they believe that they were reincarnations of cyrus in isis. Ready to give birth to a new horace. I know just roll with it because believe me brother. Twelve was a whirlpool of crazy and anyone who sailed too close with swept up and swallowed whole. Myrtle was clearly the victim. Here suckered by a smooth talking self styled guru and he knew it too which is why he kept her secret when they reached the community. And i mean that literally he smuggled her in and then quickly transported her over to the secret settlement on the nearby island but the seat is a tangled web and soon enough. The governor's found out. Actually they found out about everything the mistress the boats the island settlements and that god them digging through the community's finances where they found a lot of problems brother twelve might have held his followers in the palm of his hand ruling them through fear and oppression. But none of that authority. Men's anything if it was all built on a foundation of lies and so the board of governors decided it was time to hold him accountable for his actions of all the new arrivals in their community mistrust and division were the most powerful and soon enough than division would play out in an unlikely place not in a gathering of the aquarian foundation or even in a meeting of the group's governors. No the next battle would be fought.

"Boy the rapper. Yeah he owns two hours to eurasian fitting. Yeah so it's definitely out of their him. You know i'm a little. I don't like to share that information with people. There are legal ways. That like young thug could buy a hawk. I'm not really. I'm not trying to advocate that because these birds they're not pets you know. They require like a lot of care and training. So i don't really wanna encourage random people to buy these birds. You know you you probably see through like people wanting to buy them as a prop unless you went to school for this shit like this is your your life like you actually give a shit about this and you're actually helping that to me The flex by that's why just have unbridled joy. Just thinking of young young would learn like. Oh yeah i'll give you one of those things where you would be wondering where his next album is. And it's taking years and then like there's some like weird little story that comes out where it's like young thugs been in the two year falconry training. And it's like a whole thing that derails his album finally drops and it'll be good and very bird inspired. Yeah so i used to tour with riffraff. And there was a period of time where he brought a snake on his wrist on stage and immediately a lot of. That's just like i like where you're at. It feels like more of a a video up music video thing. Less of a alive stunt So bad idea but he would just take it on stage and like obviously see we all know enough about riffraff but like a bad idea and thing would start biting him and then he was over it at a certain point in time and i was like dude. Throwing the snake animal dude. You shouldn't be first off. He doesn't give a fuck about your music. I'll tell you that. And secondly let the do live like he's not a prop so for sure. I try to keep like. I stay really vague about it because i think especially in a city like l. a. like it's such a weird novelty. It's an unexpected thing to see someone with the hawk. And i think kind of a lot of people their initial responses like this is red. I i would. I wanna do this. The tool you know. I wanna take like three pictures for instagram. And then realize what i've gotten myself into so yeah definitely not something you want to just like dabble in. If you're not really committed you know absolutely not for those listening at home. Do not get into this. If you're not taking it seriously but also like i mean hit me up and make me an offer keno ticket is like i need to be. Young thugs like balcony. Her saying i need to fly you out on the ice to train. His birds house his birds. I mean i deliver with young way around it. Another crazy one. Sorry police just really really quick. I was working for this multimillionaire. Actually i think he was a billionaire in belair and i was working on his private estate chasing crows garden and he had like twenty five acres in bel air. It was gorgeous my god. He had five. how bill. yeah. I i'm not gonna share the name but Because i fear for my own life. I name but no but so so. There were like three different houses on five different houses on the property. One of them was being rented to the rapper. Birdman and i became very shami with his security guard. Always i'm also young dude you roll. You'll i don't wanna like step to uber man. But like i kind of feel like i have a little bit more claim to the name. So here's the crazy thing. Is that so. I became really friendly with his security guards and then at one point he was out there and i met him and they were all like yo dude birdman come over and meet this bird and offered to have him fly. Jasper just like you guys did. And he was like. Oh hell no like. I don't want anything. I want to be near that bird and i was like dude. You can't be birdman anymore you know. I'm sorry but i am birdman. I was appointed other animal out of the kingdom to name yourself and you chose the one. Maybe that's why he went with that. I don't know maybe. Because he's like overcoming my deepest. Like a more. You contender like batman. Yeah he has two faces fears. Yeah he's a bird's he wasn't ready though at that moment. That's fucking hilarious. So it's i mean so. The billionaire is not birdman. No no the neighbor billionaire was renting a house to birdman while he was like recording an album or something. God it's it was wild. It was an amazing gig. I mean literally went three days a week for probably nine months and just flew my my birds in this beautiful garden like hillside estate. It was incredible. That's why it's like one of the reasons. I was just fascinated by us like seeing you living your day to day in. Your work is just so different than anything anybody who's doing. It sounds so peaceful too like you're just flying bird around its up and downs. I would say it's like a what a bad day. i mean. actually. I could imagine to match a lot. It's not funny games like it can be really stressful like okay. Flying on a thirty acre remote property and belair chances are it's going to be a good day flying like a hawk that you don't entirely trust yet on fourth avenue in downtown. La is stressful. You know. I mean like they fly across incoming traffic and that could be it. You know so you have to be really on. it's not it's not all you know. Running around frolicking with falcons in the field So wow That's it i've i've never lost a bird to..

"When Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in two thousand, five the Convent of the Sisters of Saint. With severely damaged by flooding. The nuns moved elsewhere while repairs began. The following year lightning struck the roof and started a fire. The convent could not be saved. We began to pray for some kind of insight that would enable us to use the property in a way that would minister to the people of New Orleans sister Pat Bergen architect came to the nuns with an idea converting the twenty five acres into a wetland that helps prevent flooding in nearby areas they're calling the project. The mirabeau water garden plans for the site include recreational areas, meadows that absorb storm water and retention ponds. When the city's drainage system is overwhelmed, water will be diverted to the property and held there until it can be safely released. Healing, strengthening restoring earth was a major part of our decision making and that's why this design resonated with our hearts right away. So, when the city breaks ground, it will turn what was once a major loss into a gain for the flood prone city of New

"What about your, own house. Can you tell me a little bit about it? And do you have any lingering building science problems you're either you know ignoring or happily ignoring. The Cave of ideas. I built my house when I was twenty five. On my own business for few years at this point, and just you still live in it. Oh absolutely yeah, so my wife and I had bought twenty five acres angrier, still dating. We've been together. Seventeen. And you know there's always. What had happened was Yom Irish, so I got in a fight with our landlord on a Thursday night, and I was digging footings for New House on Friday morning. Not GonNa stay there anymore. We decided that we would just build up. A Small House on property on Shop Foundation, so I build a thirty by thirty four. The original tiny house. And then somewhere else on the property at Sunday we build our dream house and you know. Turn this into a shop. which is you know I was going to have a heated shot foundation? You mean a slab on grade or a? It's got four foot walls under a, but it is, it's it's a slab inside a four foot walls so i. mean it's it's. It's not. It's above or below frost line, but it's you know I. I didn't know you should insulate slabs back then, and I didn't know. Can Lights were all the rage back in two thousand? Twenty or thirty of those in the house, and where we're going to put the the Ductwork Oh, let's just throw it up in the attic and we don't need insulated duct work as we're GONNA cover insulation. there. I I have fixed what I can fix long. You know I mean we didn't use the. Vent vents and through the roof, and so I I six when I can sex along the way You know the other stuff you just learn to live with you know the fans dump outside now and you know we've done smears the only enough there and we've got appropriate levels of insulation and being on a slab. It's naturally a pretty tight house. Anyway signed my blower doors. Maybe twelve hundred or something, and we've added onto it since as there's you know, it's now sixteen forty square feet, you know. We had three kids in it and. As, just say long live there and then boy. We're having kids faster than we're getting towards dream house you know. It's it's it's terrific house at. Its. If, I were to build it when I was thirty five probably would have been the style house building then, which would been this monstrous cat up? Way Too much as way too much rough, it's. Pretty simple. Rans just works day in and day out. You Know Pretty Forgiving Assembly on everything. You know it's it's tough to be. What would you do if you were? To move and build your own house tomorrow, what assemblies would you use for walls and roof? I think it's tough. To not want to do the double wall. Cellulose. Yeah, you know it's. Simply. There's nothing creek about your building walls like you build walls, your dense packing like a dense pack. You know it's just. Yeah. They're still. You gotta get every detail. Right? No matter how you do it, but. You know in. Our our! Training Center. Remember. Bill rose a group of they're they're the ones that Jonah debunked? Then at addicts working, you know. I'm ninety nine percent shares rose, did just a ton of different assemblies, and on different buildings, all over the University of Illinois campus and found out like. It it is what it is yeah. Battles but Yeah, I mean. So, you know I would. I've thought about how to build homes. To Megan this time as possible, one hundred different ways from like, maybe you build on your exterior walls, and then you set your trusses and you drywall the ceiling tape it many comeback and build argument, so you got this Arab Ariza's run. Detroit Zoo turns poo into electricity

"The Detroit Zoo. Giraffes Rhinos. Zebras Cuba's not only fascinate visitors. They also generate what the zoo calls. Pu Power Sustainability Manager. Rachel Hanbury explains Animal Manure is very usable has a lot of energy in it. In twenty seventeen the zoo became the first in the country to convert animal waste to clean energy. The animal manure along with food waste goes into what's called a bio digest her as a waste breaks down in this airtight environment. It releases methane rich gas which can then be used to generate. Electricity Zoo is using that electricity to help power. Its Animal Hospital. The leftover solid waste can be used as compost for gardens throughout the zoo. And we're one hundred and twenty five acres in size so we use a lot of compost. Hamburgers says by putting animal and food ways to good. Use The zoo is diverting about five hundred under tons of waste from landfills each year though bio digesters are fairly common on farms. Only a handful of zoos around the world have started using them but hamburger says that's changing. Zoos are reaching out to us all across the country because they want to do something similar. It's part of a growing trend of keeping waste from going to waste.

"Away from today's top stories on Arizona's news station KTAR news three I will go back very margin Monica list and sit in for Gatos this afternoon at the Arizona Diamondbacks you know they were in a lawsuit with Maricopa county be sued to get out of their deal on that what is now twenty one year old state stadium in the thirty year contract and they settled the case in the what the county said is look if you stay in Arizona we will let you out of this contract to play your game to chase field as early as twenty twenty two and the defense have been exploring this ever since they've talked to Las Vegas they were in more deep talks with Henderson Nevada which is outside of Las Vegas those talks seem to have a collapse there last discussed anything back in February now that I'm back still talking other Arizona areas but what we have now coming out of Henderson is the diamond backs sixty seven page a wish list or desires are here's what we want and what they're looking for Monica is really what a lot of other teams want now when they develop stadiums they want to develop businesses around the stadium because that's where the money is right I was a little a one big buildings they went shopping they want retail they want restaurants and they can't really do that downtown chase field sits on about twenty five acres they might be able to find if the city works within ten or fifteen more acres around there but that's not enough to create really kind of a kierland style shopping experience that they can develop and ran out and eventually sell for hopefully million for that there might have millions or hundreds of millions of dollars I think maybe their expectations need to come down just a little bit because we are dealing with a significant part of the downtown area in Phoenix and for the diamond backs to just pick up and leave and go someplace else you would have an empty spot that is massive it is very big and I don't think that the city the county can fill that with enough activities or events in order to make it feasible to stay there you'd be surprised to know I think that they wouldn't keep the stadium there I think they would sell at their developers who are already interested in that area and there's that this new law that the the federal government pass and and press from past called forget what it's called opportunity zones with tax rezone the redress that guess what chase field in opportunities interesting though I wonder what if the Diamondbacks were to leave yep yeah pursuant to this wish was that they won which you mentioned they would be able to get everything they want if they stayed in downtown Phoenix so they leave go somewhere else build their stadium and then they turn around create a company to buy chase field yep and then down and re develop it for I don't know something else I would be surprised if that's what happened but steam they from a fan perspective what they also want is a smaller stadium taste field right now see forty nine thousand so bad it's big would remember back in ninety eight and before that when they were building a Jerry Colangelo was the the managing partner and back then that the talk out here we were so excited and they sold so many season ticket and he thought he was gonna sell this thing out like we were in New York or LA read it for the first year two and then everybody kind of got real and realizes eighty one home baseball games a year that's a lot that's and that's a lot of money for season tickets still ask me from the fan perspective is gonna look nice thirty six to forty three thousand seats a much more intimate experience obviously it'll be domed and inside but on top of that the retractable roof they CL one a retractable roof so and it seems to be kind of the trend when you go around the country are different ways to make these rules so that it's open or closed depending on the weather so we'll have a smaller stadium like you just mentioned they would like to have the retractable roof with lots of parking which would be nice to yeah although we probably still have to pay thirty there are forty dollars for parking on a course and then we'll have a lot of shops and restaurants like you mentioned a big a big area kinda like makes me think of Westgate right you can go out there you go to the games you can hit the restaurants and and you can go to the restaurants and the movie theaters in the stores without having to buy a ticket to go to the game yeah they want even more than whiskey they won I I've seen this out in Atlanta now and I I think with the D. backs wanted to go over to one of the Indian community such a off of the one of on your Scottsdale and just get a ton of land they want and like forty five to seventy acres and in addition to the shops and restaurants they want condos they won office towers that's what they have in Atlanta now they have large powers right outside it's like they built a new town with the ball park as its middle what do you think they would name the town I do it's a good question he back bill or yeah you know the real name but it it'll be it's pretty cool and I gotta say I went to a game in Atlanta last year and it was actually really nice the stadium was great like a community yeah all community and it really was a build and it works out there it sounds bad it's a ton of traffic getting in and out but it's it's very nice and people are out there enjoying it so also on their wish list is a five thousand seat concert hall which is a great idea I'm always up for more concert venues because they've tried to put concerts in chase field and it's it's a work to it when Kenny Chesney Thomas read in Old Dominion where here it was the last concert I went to was about a year and a half ago they there were a lot of people at that concert but there was no way it was ever going to sell out and way back wind like way back when I took my little brother to in sync yeah I admit it bye bye bye yeah I loved in sync it was pretty full but no where near being fall so not only do they want more of that intimate atmosphere in the ability to make the have new businesses and restaurants they also want basically total ownership on what I mean by that is they will be the landlords and they'll be the owners of everything around it and they'll be able to determine the naming rights they want to have to deal possibly with the government entity but man team things or dictating what they can and can't do they do want to cost sharing for long term feeding yeah hi sherry they want the government entity there to help pay for the cost but they want to own and control everything else look if you're gonna ask me what's best for Phoenix Informatica but county it's for the D. backs to stay where they are to retro fit chase field what you can you can make it what you can do it you can keep the shell and then rebuild it in songs you can make it smaller more intimate you can make it look better you can put a different better roof on it there's a lot you can do to make that stadium better and introduce what new stadium for doing around the country and have a downtown which I think is important so the certified they can re use the land it's a great asset downtown downtown is growing so fast and use down there there's people there all this really changed a lot it's unbelievable why offices there and I'll tell you it used to be you go home at five o'clock it's a ghost town yeah the game yes not anymore even when there's no game people are down there I think people so if they don't stay in downtown Phoenix you mentioned that there some developers that are already interested in the property and wit what they but the developers probably knock it down into three eight okay so I don't I don't know I mean I have no way right I don't speculate yeah of course we we don't have any inside information here five acres in downtown Phoenix and they would provide an opportunity for them to do towers or hotel or shopping they could do anything they want and if they were to go somewhere else meaning the Diamondbacks go somewhere else in the county we're really talking the reservation or someplace like that because where would you find that big of an area yeah I don't you're right I mean that's the question is is open area out in Gilbert AZ or or but I think with the coyotes you kind of see if you put it out too far yes you risk attendance your house yeah so I think if you put it near the one I wanted to to or in that area I think there's enough central the population around there enough easy access to freeways maybe that works I wonder if they could somehow come up with a partnership say with the Phoenix rising who has what I call their pop up stadium or pop up field around there and maybe something with a issue I doubt it that was kind of floated out there for awhile and but you know Arizona Diamondbacks they have a wish list the wish list is sixty seven pages long that was the one that they gave officials in Henderson Nevada when they were considering it leaving and talking about what they wanted and the new stadium so far from what we can tell which was very easy to to project they want a smaller stadium with more intimate setting not as many seats but with the power and the ability to create so much more around they're gonna make a lot more money that are looking for the good news if you're dying backs fan the talks with Henderson route Nevada Las Vegas still may be in but all these other cities looking for teams including Nashville Portland San Antonio none of them report any com communication with the data that good so they're gonna stay in state let's keep them here we want to hear well coming up next a racial slur showed up on a Phoenix restaurant order take it and employee side and reported it should the person who wrote it be fired we'll get into it next the.

"We're preparing to build a twenty five on twenty five acres and want to include in ground pool this will be our first experience with the pool so have no idea about finding a pool builder or things to know when watch out for. love your program and newsletters would really appreciate any suggestions regarding contractors and things to do. to know going into this project thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise Carla. and this is from out in Gainesville. Carla honestly I don't know any pool builders in the Gainesville area but. we can talk in general about finding a contractor. first thing make sure they have an office pool builder is not something you want a guy in a truck to do. I you know if you could put up a fence Hey anyone used truck in a truck okay when it comes to doing some intricate like a swimming pool that needs to withstand the test of time you've got to be sure to get the right contractor so. they need an office. you're really looking for somebody who's been in business for a good period time not somebody who's got so many years of experience but somebody who has actually been in business. with the same name for a good period of time normally I'm looking for a minimum of five years and why do I pick five years because. most companies that fail. fail in the first five years. so. you got that out of the way check with the BBB and not that there that I'm I'm using that as a gospel to to tell me yes or no do you somebody but what I'm looking for is on answered complaints you are they really taking care of business check with referrals you're looking for somebody that you're looking for customers who they've done work for and what you're looking for is yes the pool came out looking great now we had that three week period of time where they didn't come out and work you looking to see that they stayed working on the pool the whole time. are you can check with suppliers and vendors things like that if you want but understand there is no license contractors in Texas yep plumbing electrical air conditioning those are but license for contractors themselves now so you'll you'll want to be very careful because your pool does require electrical work being done it does require plumbing work being done and things like that so make sure that they're using. people who are approved for doing that type of work beyond that. go out and see a pool if you can make sure it's what you're looking for and my last piece of advice. make sure you use the upper end parts. the biggest thing the biggest problem I see with swimming pools all time is we go with the cheapest contractors who use the cheapest parts. and we get breaks in the pipes and different things like that that cause leaks those leaks wreak havoc with your home and the surrounding area other than that pools great lots of work to keep keep keep up with it and stuff but were people complain about chemicals all the time properly.

Judge urges U.S. to focus on reuniting deported parents with children

"Radio station If I am forty more stimulating talk is the dark secret replace Brian suits in here on till eleven o'clock, or new hours by. The way eight pm to eleven so please enjoy, coming up in, the next break a naval mystery the mystery of the missing, man March of. Nineteen forty two a man overboard mystery that has not been. Sold to this day drone wars the first commercially available drones that were. Weaponized happened, in Syria and Iraq and they they happen because the men of ISIS who don't have an air force did have money. And had access to European markets and. For that matter markets in Turkey and so commercial drones usually under about two hundred dollars were purchased in Turkey off the off the market Just, in toy stores or whatever in Turkey brought into Syria and then the the simple, engineering matter of adapting the usual HD camera hookup underneath the drone to do something as. Simple as release a grenade was actually fairly simple if you if you don't know how this works I've met a couple of drones with HD, cameras on them or. With mounts where you can mount a little gopro, camera on them, and the drone communicates by direct wifi to your to an, app on your. Smartphone where you can use the gopro camera or the built. In camera as a sort of a virtual piloting cockpit where you can. Put the, camera forward and you can fly the drone around as if you're sitting there on the drone but you're looking at the. App on your phone is actually a. Lot of fun and that's how they do those drawn races like in Balboa park and things like that Anyway some of these drones can carry You know up to Up to two and a, half or three pounds and some of. The really significant ones the ones that are used for actual filmmaking or commercial production can can wield up to. Seven or eight pounds and so what was done by ISIS in Syria was a simple matter of replacing the, camera mount, underneath with With some sort of mechanical release or in many cases leaving the camera and using that as guidance system and then, including a mechanical release because as you. Recall nothing happened in ISIS world unless they had video of it and so starting about five years ago you began seeing these pretty amazingly, cinematic HD drone shots of a drone undetected at about a thousand feet coming over a Syrian army position or an Iraqi army position and then it would lower in place it, would lower a couple of hundred feet. And when it seemed to be stable and the the cameras seemed fixed over one particular area like a bunch. Of fuel or munitions or whatever the the drawn would drop a adapted forty millimeter grenade that had a thin For instance like tissue paper role for a tail fin something. Really really crude but it oriented and. Stabilize the projectile in flight so it would generally fly straight down and it would blow up on impact and they did this for hundreds, of times before they finally got a success they finally got a spectacular success in the form of exploding Syrian ammo dump and It looked like they had mastered drone warfare and so they were immediately copied they. Were copied in Yemen by the who sees they were copied by. ISIS in Iraq They were copied by ISIS inspired terrorists and, Libya but the guys in Syria. Were the originators of it and really the masters of the craft so some of them Began putting stories up on YouTube or other other sort of dark, web or even, slightly light regular web read it and fortune. Started putting how to videos on how to modify common battlefield munitions like forty millimeter grenades into. An, aerial drop impact weapon and Furthermore how to modify commercially available drone something that could get off van Masan and shipped to Turkey or whatever into a killing machine now the the range of these drones generally is not really more than a mile that goes more than a. Mile than it's going off GPS at which, point you have to, know the precise location of where the bad guy is and then you you drop the munition. Well so this was Successful as a propaganda play. In Syria but really not much more it was an annoyance as the Iraqi army overran Mosul about a. Year ago, the guys. There in in, Mosul the ISIS guys they had several years to prepare for this they had an arsenal of hundreds of a cheap little drones the ones that you get, for less, than eighty bucks at target or you can get them on Alibaba Amazon and they had nothing but time to modify them and, also to teach, their man how to utilize them so the. Iraqis had a lot of men wounded a few even killed but it was really more of. An annoyance and anything else but it did produce some pretty spectacular video of for ISIS you got this video of Iraqi soldiers running around after the first one hit or when they heard overhead so anyway fast forward now in Israel the HAMAs terrorists have been using kites and, it cetera too Start. Forest fires have been using drones but these rarely authorities have, not been releasing this to. The media well the jig is up because now the Egyptians are seizing huge. Shipments of cheap drones at the HAMAs get Gaza, crossing point and so now Gaza have guys. In basements doing nothing but making drone bombs so the drone, is now the asymmetric weapon of the little guy the next step, of course is somebody in the US is, going to do this you know it because it's all over the web is easy to do and someone. Else's already redoing it so anyway that's your drone warfare update it's cheap. Is it effective it's goal is to terrorize so is it, effective yes it is is going to win a war no. All right when we come back in naval mystery from nineteen forty two the dark secret place continues right. After this, Brian in.
