When i saw the gray and then i a metamorphasized into the grays taking over when the grey started taking over i loved it. I thought it was something i thought it was. A beautiful thing was a stage in life right. It was a new stage right so city. Your stages are coming earlier. But it's genetic right. Her mother cities selma started really early. I think great. I think the gray hair is sexiest. Hell i think is sexy for women. I think is sexy for men and i think we need tricky. I wish everybody was listening tricky. "I was telling you theresa recently that i even still surprised because when i think about social media peak usage times i always think you know. No one's on social media. Under friday afternoon or friday evening we shouldn't post content then because it's dead but this was something that happened to me recently. That really kind of blew my mind and show the power of facebook in particular and how many people are actually active on their today. Before you get into where you think there is more activity or what surprised you like. What conception did you have. I seem to see more activity of course during the day. But that's because all my office manager peeps are all in the group asking their questions about what to do and how to do. Well actually. i'm not on it as much as i used to be. So maybe i shouldn't go there. But when i was really active it seemed like the middle of the day was always where it was more active for me and then it really just dropped off. I'd say like after eight o'clock at night and is at about where you you saw the most usage to yeah and see that what's important. And that's why a looping back again to our social media bubble because a common complaint that i hear from people to is it like it's just all the same people that are on social media and it's all the same people that are on your social media bubble at that time. So i think that important for us. Because i'm learning from you to you know how do you social media platforms. Do you use. What time are you actually on our people active than so. Yeah i think. I had always thought you know for facebook in particular once we reach twelve noon on friday. People are off doing their weekend thing. They're not on facebook and some of this could have to do with the pandemic to that. People are still working from home in many cases and they kind of have facebook up like on the side or oh that's true in the oh that's interesting..

And i'm not going to get into it now because i'm afraid that will be banned again other than to say that his criticisms were based upon legitimate reports in the field regarding certain elements of the vaccine. I'm not gonna say more than that. Now it is my belief that anyone who enters into any sort of medical procedure or to do so with all the information that they can get you know. I believe in being well informed i also believe and i would contend that i was observing community standards in the course of discussing this very well sourced information now. I know something about community standards. In radio i had been a radio talk show host for many years at various small radio stations in the greater boston area where i live and i understand that radio is under the fcc. There are standards legal standards. You have to maintain when you go on the air at a radio station. And they're more than just the literal standards libel and slander. That's obvious those crimes who can't do that. You can't come up in the air and say so and so is this and that or did this and that those those are crimes. He never do that. I would never do it but it goes beyond that. It is that you broadcast in a way that is applicable and appropriate to the community that you serve and when you go to a radio station like i did which is an old fashioned red brick building. Will you have a general manager who has an office right down the hall. And who's listening to you. And there's a staff of people there and this is salespeople administrators and board ops. You know it's a business. You maintain standards. You know you have to look people in the eye. People talk to you about your show. You have to work with people. You're part of a team.
