The USS Indianapolis: The Deadliest Shark Attack in US History

"At fifteen minutes after. Midnight july thirtieth. The ship was struck by two torpedoes from a japanese submarine. the torpedo. strike was totally unexpected and the indianapolis went down in only twelve minutes. An estimated three hundred souls went down with the ship. This left however almost nine hundred sailors floating in the water. There were few lifeboats and not everyone had a life preserver. They were floating in the middle of the ocean and no one knew where they were. Little do they know that their nightmare was just beginning stranded floating in the open ocean. There were several problems at the survivors. Were facing the first risk was obviously drowning. The longer you're in the water the greater the risk of exhaustion. The greater the risk of your life vests becoming waterlogged and the greater the risk of drowning. The second was dehydration. You can't drink seawater so everyone would. Effectively be slowly dehydrating especially considering that they were out in the open sun. Finally the most terrifying prospect was sharks. The location where the ship sunk was in some of the most shark-infested water in the world and the sharks. That were there. Were some of the world's most aggressive the oceanic white tip shark. The ship sank in pitch darkness while the sailors in the water could hear each other. They could barely see each other. The sharks were attracted by the sounds of the explosion and the movement of the men and of course blood in the water the first night the sharks mostly attacked the dead bodies in the water. When the sun came up most of the men began to join up and link arms with each other by joining a group in improve their buoyancy. They were able to give each other moral support and they could keep the sharks at bay and a group. The men could all clearly see the sharks. They were swimming under and around them survivor. Edgar herald recorded the scene in the open water as quote at any given time. You could look out and see big fin swimming around and around and around all of a sudden. You heard a blood-curdling scream and you look to see. The shark had taken him under and quote. The men in the water waited for relief to arrive but no one showed up. As the hours passed it went. In today's men became delirious from the sun exhaustion and dehydration. Some began swimming to illusionary islands. Off in the distance some would break away from their groups and started thrashing making them easy targets for the sharks. When someone in the group died they would often push the body away trying to placate the sharks for a while by offering up one of the corpses

Traveling While Unvaccinated? Let the People Decide

"Kinds of things are up to you when you go on a cruise whether or not you want. Everybody vaccinated you with the cruise. We don't have to twelve minutes on this again today but you sent me a wonderful poll. From the south florida sun sentinel eighty percent of cruise passengers. Say hell yes i want. People vaccinated on the boat. I'm like what they've discovered scientifically. If you trust the science over airline travel which the which shows the transmission is negligible. They've done all kinds of studies of the billions of flights. Have taken place. You know literally. A handful of people have apparently been exposed to covid or there's been any transmission on an airplane however as we will recall. That's not exactly the case. With cruise ships cruise ships tend to be. I guess because of the the confines and the lavatories. And i don't know i don't know what that even with differences but evidently there is a thing that occurs to me is because if you think about a plane you're sitting there probably with your family or people you know or even if you're on the plane by yourself you're sitting there pointing forward just gazing the back of the next seat hoping to god that the cable works you know in the on the tv on the on the back of the seat in front of you and maybe you're reading. It's not really a whole lot of people coming in traveling in the in an opposite direction faced of i mean it's just the whole cruise ship is just a big messy gathering. People and your point is so proper as it always is. That who in the world knows whether the masks have helped that much on a plane or what the transmission is like on a plane or a ship so the best solution is to leave this with

That's right but i haven't gotten to see a lot of games lately covering all kinds of other stuff but it's going to be that time of year when we see a lot of games being revealed and a lot of games coming out. So i'm assuming. I'm gonna have more gaming in my future but the game we're talking about today is called twelve minutes. It's an upcoming game from independent publisher and a puna interactive They have a good history of indie games. Including what remains of edith finch florence outer wilds and sayonara. Wild hearts The premise of twelve minutes is kind of scary. A husband and wife sit down at the dinner table. There's a knock on the door in intruder claims to be a police officer. We don't know what's happening yet really Interrupts evening puts handcuffs. Claims wife is guilty of murdering her father. The wife's take it away but the husband wakes up in kind of groundhog day fashion with the events about two replay. But he remembers what happened. So it's the players job plan as the husband to figure out how to prevent his wife's abduction and the attack the resulting in getting knocked out. Now what adds to the mind. Bending mystery here is that everything occurs in a small apartment. So you have an open room. That's a kitchen dining room sitting room. You have one bathroom and bedroom and the point of view is top down so you know this isn't like a gigantic open world type game. You know like grand theft auto or anything like that. It's very small so you're kind of thinking. How am i gonna be able to solve this. And that's what kind of has kinda got me and shouldn't be able to play this game when it comes

"Thanks for joining us. They assault on. The capital was a dark day for american democracy now the abc news documentary for who shedding light on the road to insurrection and the second impeachment trial that followed with new insights from prosecutors and trump's inner circle of advisers fifty seven votes for guilty forty-three for not guilty. Donald john trump former president. United states is not guilty as charged. The article is hereby acquitted. The challenge we saw in that senate today was a cowardly group of republicans. Have no power to convict them. Disqualify a former officeholder who is now a private citizen and another sham impeachment down the drain. This was about choosing country over. Donald trump and forty three republican members chose trump a defining moment in american politics. The president of the united states impeached and acquitted for a second time. People's storming the capital weeks after that the inauguration and then the impeachment trial is a moment of truth for america. You have the house. Democrats who are the prosecutors led by jamie raskin and his team. Our case is based on cold hard facts. He violated oath of office in the greatest breach of a presidential of in us history. The democrats are trying to make the case that everything that happened on january. Sixth is because of one man and that's donald trump. Let's start with the big lie that the election was stolen. He continued to spread the big lie. Agila way we can lose in. My opinion is massive fraud on january six. We know who lit the fuse. Donald trump told these insurrectionist to come to the capital. We fight we fight like hell and if you don't fight like hell you're not going to have a country anymore. With president trump wanted that day he simply wanted a peaceful and honest airing of the question of whether there were election irregularities in six battleground states. i know that everyone here will soon be marci over to the capitol building to peacefully and patriotically. Make your voices heard at his signal after this. We're going to walk down. And i'll be there with you. He struck a match. We're going to walk down to the capital and he aimed straight at disbelief tape. We saw the house. Managers played this thirteen minute long. Video public has not seen that the senators themselves have not seen. We know those hallways we recognize those corners. It's deeply upsetting. It is anxiety provoking. It is frightening. That awful day could have been so much worse. Multiple members of our government had near run ins with the mob. Senator mitt romney senate majority leader chuck schumer and vice president. Instead they're going to quote double down on their existing twelve minutes in the pepsi super bowl halftime show and build it out like never before and quote according to a pepsi spokesperson. In fact many advertisers that might normally flock to the super bowl may not be able to take part this year. Due to the way the pandemic has affected business could the pandemic signal the end of multimillion dollar super bowl commercials as we know them. Swipe left or swipe right i. I think it's made. I'm swiping right especially for this year. I can see how companies won't won't spend ten million dollars to make a super bowl commercial. Yeah you know. here's the thing. There are a lot of categories of advertisers. Where doesn't doesn't make sense to advertise right now. You know there are restaurants in there are oh tells hotels and all these other sponsors. Yeah i think this year just as a one year thing this year because of the pandemic probably the multi-million dollar super bowl ad will not exist pepsi. But you know i think what. Twenty twenty tortoise is increasingly The game of the year com can come from left. Field at fog is my personal game in the eighties. Who saw that coming right. That was a that was the it her. A lot of people. Haiti's was a big hit. Would you would you. Would you have predicted that jenny. Six last year. I don't think so. So who the hell knows predictions and trying to make these predictions is a mugs. Game blessing. Stay out of it. Yeah i. I'm really excited for this year. Because i feel like you. Usually at the beginning of previous years we could we. Could i see the future riley. We could easily be like okay. Twenty eight twenty game of the year is probably gonna be between last part two and sarah punk and like of course like we didn't see hades coming and so that stuff does an exciting rental inch into it. Twenty twenty one. I think you can easily be like okay. Got four ragnarok. But i think most of us think that game that game's gonna get laid right. It's like who knows then you have breath awhile while we're still didn't still doesn't technically have release date and so that's another one of we'll see overwatch to is in there too which i expect will be twenty twenty one but again who knows This year is such a mystery for quite a few big games within quite a few games that we've just been anticipating for a while and so. That's that's exciting from that standpoint. Also in terms of games like like you said games that we don't necessarily see coming. There are few indie games. That i'm excited for that. I don't know. I can't predict on a haiti's level or like a fog has level because who knows But there are some indie games. That i think could have the chance to be a a big thing or be exciting. Or maybe reese that game of the year level Twelve minutes a game. That i know a lot of people are looking forward to internet excited for. And that's one that i'm excited for Cava trailer here for a game called she dreams elsewhere which i think i've talked about on shelves before you wanna play the trailer you don't have to play with us playedas and blocking But that's another game that i'm personally excited for. "Twelve minutes ago before I turn it over the salad tired out we'll get you duty overnights the boomer NGO in the morning don't forget to be back tonight ten o'clock as well live this is your scared in your work in our ever in you can get the radio on can listen in a fan at night well you get me again tonight I'll talk to you ten when I talk to keep from my wife's nitrite now a gate hi Jody thank you guys had before about the lawsuit or somebody say you said some guy was awarded millions of dollars because of the coffee the seventy nine year old woman that a guy who was sitting in her car outside of McDonald's and her daughter brought her a Cup of coffee in the folder lap in she needed two years worth of medical treatments and originally she got about a hundred and sixty thousand dollars or something but in this to a bunch of June to stuff which was then basically thrown out the showing up within about three hundred thousand dollars just to straighten some of that stuff thank you for the clarification the whole lawsuit thing good lord we're gay if we're gonna start going there I mean I I would assume that the P. eighteen vegans that any player association you against this in his humanity into the hockey fight and some goon beat up the other guy stark and I'm so when you mention if I don't know how to play or start to sue Anne late I think the let's see the the blue jays and the giants should the suit be eighty nine I aids because how many those guys once terrorized I mean this is the biggest can of worms and by the way I think I was any good a lot of people were were were hit around body actually goes anybody would stay in the major leagues ages I I find a wholesome ludicrous I find I find the whole thing again I'm against cheating America told yesterday I I I'm against cheating but and if a man missing moving forward no cheating great I'm all for it but the idea is this boy this come out of nowhere cheating in baseball gambling in Casablanca and we do what we have gambling and where it's such a it's such a joke I mean this is been going on for ever so we say about the whole team the whole team didn't cheat asking her happiness hitters a C. for them you know didn't she nobody can we are about to a we know about twenty camping about Josh Reddick so we now we're down to about eight people which is thinking of the white Sox were in nineteen nineteen about eight people I meet people using steroids in the eighties how many pictures on the nineteen eighty eight he's supposedly under Billy Martin you know Stephen candy that a whole bunch how me those guys supposedly loading up the baseball they say all that I bet this is been going on for ever we can do this in the court you can't hear it happened on the ice on the court on the field should stay there it doesn't belong in the courts I I I I don't see a guy win anyway could go proved he would've been a major leaguer but for one game against the ETS in his me against the against the Astros I find that I think it was two games but that we're splitting hairs and I am in basic agreement with you it sounds like a frivolous lawsuit pride as speaking of our society and moving on and advanced technology and everything else well we're certainly a more litigious society than we've ever met before people file lawsuits and come up with ideas for law suits and try and negotiate settlements without ever having to go to court we should really be shocked by this we might not talk about it I'm just portrayals because don Knapp in all that often in sports but in society in general people should when everybody every day and I will play a if a hundred thank god for the plane about these players were speaking of let me ask you if you find this to be a most amazing coincidence ever it just happens to be that the two maids of Carl spell Tran and and Cora are just the people who happen have taking advantage of the system or look the other way and it just happens to be that every single player on every single other team they're exactly the kind of guys who have never stood for I mean Kleber target been astro he would've been shouting on day one thing this is so terrible right everyone is when you just point there were there were a couple at shows who did actually try and stop their teammates from doing it so you don't know maybe glabra would have been one of those guys do you buy that do you buy hi I will buy the percentages and you broke it down for a certain kind of down to about eight guys if there were four guys on a team that have only thirteen players because they got twelve pitchers quarter the team could Claver been one of those guys we're only talking about him being one quarter yeah it could ma'am I don't know and when you talk about the way people are talking about a again and social meaning everything that we're talking about the Astros do you hear them talking about the players or the chatting about old twenty don't do yes dates sweeping charges against everybody you're right and the play in the pitchers who are involved I think that almost everyone of all new maybe some guy double pedal came up in September didn't know but to starting pitchers certainly knew what was going on and they benefited from it and none of them took a stance either and let me say this about Mike Fiers white defend a lot as far as whistle blowing goes he didn't stop but when he was there he didn't stop but woody was benefiting from it and he didn't drop a dime the day you walked out the door rider and signed with a new team and said Hey old by the way the Astros or bungee cheaters that two thousand seventeen world change we just want Terry did we would cheat all year long manager yet and signals style or trying to Klay sent up no he was ready to keep the secret and where is World Series ring proudly hi to they went and tried to cheat him and that's just a doll money yeah that's why I think the players should have paid a price I understand the situation a route map from within and the leverage of Tony Clark had I just think them getting off Scot free seems willfully wrong for me I think they should be punished for being so still played as they continue to try and cheat a guy who was in the locker room where do you know what what went down who I don't know how you benefited but you're going to try and do what their mom he's going to come in as a visiting teacher in your stadium and you can't say guys listen we we can't do it all Sinding tonight cause fires is on amount for and today's point we're kinda lucky that he has and ratted us out if we try and stick it to him but we could get court here we really should just play the game straight up tonight that's how I would handle environ astral player apparently they needed so badly but they went ahead and tried to do cheap Michael Mike fire still sell Mike Fiers did what he had to do and I had no problem with it Freddie Freeman Subban offended ready here already what was a tree near you don't hold at this hour the one advantage of sleep apnea I quickly it can help you help me understand something everyone is coming out of the woodwork cake is one state but physically pitches one hit them in the head lebron James you that said they need to be punished in hell come during the steroid era no nobody's fault like this isn't that all the guys revisions there were too old to be using steroids or didn't have that much of an effect one of the players were acting so crazy for this but not for this terrorism Z. Astros are a really big target it's an entire team with this steroid cheaters it was individuals so day right date they were back and and the players who got caught got called on the carpet by some of the other players are not as loudly not agreement is this is because it's a wide target if you can't hit this target shame on you the whole team treated all be benefited from it when a player is individually cheating you couldn't step back a little bit and go yeah that's wrong but do I really want to make a big deal out of it no and by the way gave you believe Jose Canseco fifty percent or more of the guys were on steroids so if your tank steroids in you're going to call out a guy we're getting quite taken care right did you have made quite yet you're a little hold if you ask me but that seems to make sense I think a lot of the guys were only so they figured it wasn't as on balance the field here or as a astral's the only ones doing this if you think that because they want to physically hurt it's just crazy lebron James came out fifteen should be punished anyway you're in good year Jana over in my place in Freddy thanks for checking in and for those who missed my lebron James opinion earlier I'm a fan big what Brian fan I follow one hundred people on Twitter that ticked hundred hard number don't go above it for a very specific reason when I go to my Twitter feed I want to read the people that I want to read I don't have to look through tweets of people lose opinions and or what they're bringing to the table today I don't really care about so I I you stay hard on my hundred every once in awhile find somebody I want to add as far as Twitter goes I subtract somebody I really do I on Paula someone's hard to hundred number and lebron is button is one of my first follows and I still follow him one of very few players but I think thi aired on Twitter today he decided to chime in on the baseball mass and he said dad he called the commissioner baseball commissioner here this baseball commissioner rob Manfred is an important person in sports not as important as lebron James but he's the commissioner of a major professional sport and lebron just dropped it is listen here baseball commissioner that's disrespectful I got to tell you if you want to get you point out there and he's got millions of followers and people.

with factual true and questions something that should be questioned he gets in trouble dead from the blazes school discipline a sixth grade student for saying that one of us transaction here is a biological male is not actually a girl the incident took place in July the school with an undisclosed Ohio school district a sixth grade boy according to a news release by the legislature the law firm liberty counsel referred to as boy a began identifying as a girl during the two thousand eighteen nineteen school year referring to himself with feminine pronouns such as she and her as the school reportedly complied with the students request also referring to the child is a girl the students transition became heavily discussed at the school according to the release particularly by a group of girls in the student's class boys a boy a is friend which the letter refers to as John was subjected to the conversations between the groups of girls and boys a about this transition John was reportedly subjected conversations about these issues constantly on at least a weekly or a semi weekly basis during one particular conversation between boy a and a group of girls hormone therapy and surgical processes were discussed to the release noted that John disagreed as a factual matter and insisted the boy a was not actually a girl a second unnamed male pupil reportedly added that sex is what you're born with the male student insisted that despite hormone therapy treatments and surgical procedures sexism changeable a district teacher reportedly overheard the conversation and reported John to the assistant principal the teacher reportedly told administration John was bullying foyer the school's assistant principal reportedly called John into our office of more the sixth grader there might be consequences because he voiced his opinion on transgenderism as it applied to foyer the assistant principal also reported full John out of class the second time warning him of punishment if he refused to call boy A. by his preferred pronoun John also reportedly had to attend both in school and out of school suspensions in connection with the incidents crazy not so that that's our school system and we're all forced to pay for it Ralph forced to pay for it by the way the blaze writing correctly says that he offers opinion other transgendered student that there was not an opinion any offer those facts there are two sexes biologically there are two sexes male and female carried in the story have a nice day and when somebody says well even though you know I was born there is I am relieved that first goal to say you must now capitulate a call that person the opposite gender or sex is on educated or uneducated it is it is not teach your children fact from fiction what is student a or boy a came in tomorrow instead of a mountain lion it's no different than saying you're you're the you're completely opposite sex because you're not biology says you're not so what if he says I'm a zebra do you have to call the zebra and if you don't why not I well I want to really make that leap older make that straight I thought the same about a person okay what he said he's "More water everything that's going on get to spend the last. I get go to Las Vegas on a dealer trip for you know, for work, what new training they're coming out with spent some time in Yosemite on a home performance conference. So. Seventy nine. They said they haven't had that much snow up there since two thousand eleven that's nice. Yeah. That's that's nice. I know this this this past Friday they had that affected the glacier. One of the one of the waterfalls looks like it's on fire for I guess about fourteen minutes year because of where the sun sets. How? Wow. Interesting stuff. Interesting bridal veil falls in Yosemite on good luck in there. Good luck for that twelve minutes. It's done done for this year. Okay. But I also read that we've had little over eighteen trillion gallons of water. In the form of snow delivered during the month of February only eighteen trillion that's a lot of water largest reservoir. The large reservoir. Okay. Want today's show? We're going to talk about our service department and what they can fix. Sometimes we understand why things break cold temperatures, and what they do to systems are smut customer. We're going to hear from them and had a deep energy upgrade, and they commented about what happened when the power went out energy reliability living better with less energy. We've got we've got a Representative from why green which is a finance arm in the house today and Smuts home performance. Meaning that happened back on January twenty eighth. Okay. So are you ready to go after this? I'm very well. Let let's start rocket. Now. We're right at our fortieth birthday. And people wonder why we talk about that. And you know, one of the reasons we talk about is we've been down this road in this particular space for over forty years. We've seen some changes haven't we? Yes, we have. Okay. And sometimes I know you'll get some of the some of your technicians. They're not even forty years old. Throughout your system. Sometimes they've maybe never seen. That's what do they do. Then they call they call Dwayne. They call Jeff how come 'cause you guys have been doing it a long time, and you can walk them down that road. And what else do you do to keep these guys current? What are the things that we we really specialize in is? 'cause overall those longtime you see a lot of different systems that are out there, you know, whether they be geothermal systems, radiant systems systems that use water to heat, and they pump it gets delivered to different areas. And that's how we heat our homes, and so we like to specialize in a lot of these nuances these high tech systems that are out there for heating our homes. So, you know, that's another thing that we like the specializes those unique type of heating systems for for homes absolately because you know, when you start working with those you're going to get them working like they're supposed to you. Get the house working like you're supposed to it tends to drive that Bill lower doesn't it. It can. Okay. One of the things that I know it's what elevated utilities have the pinch have the potential to do to people, and it's winner now, and it's nice and cold. But we also we all know that summer is going to be coming. Okay. And when folks come in, and they get their start to get their homes, and they start thinking about getting them upgraded. A lot of times their homes run cheaper than new homes hasn't them. And hasn't that been your experience? And you know, it's kind of like taking the really large SUV that you have with that big fire-breathing V eight engine that you have in there in you set it up to where it sips gasoline slips fuel. But you still have the size and the power. That's really not a bad deal. Okay. And we we help people do that. Don't we really do? Okay. So tell me would sometimes our service department is called in to fix really unique thing. Okay. Give me an example of something really unique something that most people they don't have it. But it's something we're called onto fix. You have something offhand. It's surprising amount of people. You know, I it's not the, you know, the dominant thing in Sacramento, but you know, there is in the foothills fair amount of people that take they have a water heating system, and it develops hot water, and it sends it through tubes in the floor and that actual mass. That is actually what we're heating up actually radiates into the house. It's called radiant heating in. There is a fair amount of that, you know, around the Sacramento area not in town, usually it's more out in the country. But that's a very popular systems out in the country that really we have technicians trained in that type of technology know, another one that again, not very popular. But there are a few of them around, you know, especially in the Wilton area were we actually drill down into the earth, and it's called geothermal systems. And we just circular. Late watered down into the earth absorb that heat. That's in there bringing it up into the house, and we use that temperature that water to heat our homes, so a very very efficient type of heating system. But then again, a little bit more technical, and that's the things. And again, we have technicians trained on those type of heating systems to be able to make the repairs on these geothermal or radiant systems, and you know, it's really interesting to me when I talked to one of your staff members that that that repairs any service, these Geotechnical geothermal system, they seem incredibly complex and to them they've done so many of them, you just you talk to them. And you get the feeling of Jesus is simple stuff. Now, we've we've put in a fair amount of them in the greater Sacramento area down into the bay area. So, you know, like, you said we've repaired a lot we've actually installed a lot of these systems. We'd like them, you know, they're very very energy efficient, and they're very environmentally. It's my understanding you maybe even done one geothermal system down in the L A area for someone kind of famous. It was a chiller boiler system. Yes. Okay. Good. They're pretty famous guy. Yeah. We're not even go into that in baseball. I'm not gonna mention Barry Bonds name. I'm not going to do that. Okay. One. Last thing that I was talking about the other day. I was told cold temperatures stress systems more than hot temperatures. Insert in different ways on the system. Okay. On other systems than than conventional gas system. Okay. Why is that? What is it? What is it about cold that does that? Well, when when we're operating these different types of systems, not your gas heating system because it doesn't really matter if it's colder. Okay. Some of these other hybrid systems that were actually using they can put a little bit of an extra burden on the, you know, the heating system when it's actually trying to operate interesting. Okay. Well, something I didn't know. Okay. You know, we're here every week doing our show, and we promise every week. We're going to answer questions. You didn't know you had. And we guarantee that you're going to get a result from listening to that that you didn't know was possible..

"Ten nuggets for dollar. You gotta be shoot. This is insane. So each ten nuggets and chump that shit down. And we're getting ready to leave except one of my friends who will call Tom wasn't satisfied. He wanted more money. More nuggets, large fries, mini, cinnamon rolls and one large Oreo milkshake and chop that shit down while me, and my other friend who will call Jerry watched and mild disgust afterwards. We went back to my house to play. Mario Kart in the basement. Guys are stones from two thousand. Dude, where's my car and Tom fell asleep almost immediately which wasn't very surprising because that always happens when he's high but of roximately twelve minutes later, he darts awake. And asked me if I back doors open, I say, I think so and he runs over to the door and throws everything up all over the glass sliding door and the floor the pas the game to look over at the mess. Imagine a water balloon containing a gallon of sour lumpy milk half. Eaten chicken nuggets was throwing at a glass sliding door naturally held with the fuck anyway, pick attach. I wish what the fuck, bro. And Tom ran upstairs, drove home, Jerry, and I were dumbfounded. Tom was his right home. So I drive Jerry, home and clean all that shit up which took about seventeen minutes, which traumatize me to say the least specific with his time sleep for twelve minutes. Up to import. A spot. We're all back at college now, and I won't see him again until spring break. My question is how do I make things not awkward between us? It's clear now that he was really embarrassed and everything so should I act like it never happens. I text them first and wait to see if he apologizes or do I have a right to be mad at him because that's sobered me up real quick cleaning shit up for the worst, seventeen minutes of my life by far he could have stayed there and cleaned up after himself. Right. Sorry for the long Email any advice would be greatly appreciated insert name here. Clementine llosa. Joe's. Happy. God. What do you everywhere? Jeff you've been young recent more recently than us puke. Cleanup somebody else's puke. I've never cleaned cleaned up somebody else's puke. One time I was really drunk at a friend's house in high school, and I picked the bed. Whoa. His bed. Yeah. And I also did the same thing where I was just going to get out of here. You just. Yeah. What happened after that? We addressed later. I mean, he was like did you piss the bed? I'm like, yeah. I'm gonna come back and help you clean that up. And then I didn't. And how are you guys spraying very good friends? Yeah. He shot at the Harry. Well, I shouldn't say full name did show. The only man that I've ever known to get soya poisoning soy's inning for. Sure. Yes. So he drank too much choice us to. Sodium poisoning from poison the Louis boy was poor. Poison how much choice sauce does one need to consume to have soit empoisoned wing. I don't know. But he also eats very strange manner. For example, like weird orders over ordering like that guy. But like, I don't know like a potato for breakfast baked potato for breakfast. And pretty sure once at a diner. So this guy who potatoes for breakfast was soya poisoned at a point in that time, also, but. Bed ran away. Kidding? Did not go clean. Yes. I do think this guy didn't help out of embarrassment. But it's also way less embarrassing to throw up then to like p this. This happens a lot. I'd like people do something that's disgusting. And they just they just wanna bail they run away. But that's dial. But like, I guess only he was Christian style. He was a ill. Yes. He was bad judgment. You can forgive him for the bad judgment. I don't think I like you. Gotta just rhythm about it though. Yeah. It's gotta be. It's you can't ask to become weird. A gentle ribbing. Yeah..

"Just look at the company package food to might be something might consider as well. Plus, it makes it so much easier to eat, you know, if you don't have to cut it up. You're so much. Oh, my. I did deliver service for some fruits and veggies, and it's just up to my intake. At the door right there instead of getting some sort of candy ice cream. I have. To get frozen. It's don't use it that we get not going to because that's what I was finding with my fruits where it's just like, I don't feel like this today. And what I did is like I have backup pineapples just in case. I have that sweet to drain. It may true. You don't get as much sugar. And it's just like, okay. So you're prepared. That's really what it's about being burger. And also if you do fruits that are getting a little old you can freeze them. I love doing like bananas or like blueberries anything. That's like, let's get a little freezes. Really? Well, see and save. Whatever I know with the twelve minutes athlete when you when you kind of giving that long-term support can people reach out to you directly on the app. Like how does that? How does the interaction work? Yeah. I mean, I try you know, as you probably know, I try to respond to as much as I possibly can get a little long, but like three social media. I'm very active. I try to answer my emails as much as possible. We have a Facebook group, that's like super active and supportive and free love for anyone doing. We have challenges in it. It's really cool. So those are always I we stayed. We're gonna how did you come up with twelve minutes? So this was like during that time, I still experimenting and everything and I was living in New York at the time working as a personal trainer at a gym. And I it was so snowy this one winter. And I like everything was shut down, and I couldn't get anywhere. So I was like, okay, I'm at home in my tiny apartment. That's about the size of the studio. What can I do how we're going to stay in shape? And I at the time I had a was single kettle Bill and a dip bar station, which like parallel bars, and I started putting together these little workouts. I I like interval timers. So my app has one or you can get one free or online or physical one, and I serve putting together workouts that usually were like six exercises. So 's the workouts that we typically do thirty seconds hard as you can and then ten seconds rest. And so it just happened to be twelve minutes. It's a good amount of time because hit workouts really should be no more than twenty minutes. Because after that, you're you can't work as hard. You can't sprint for twenty minutes. Yeah. So you're really going like moderate pace intensity after about fifteen twenty minutes. So twelve minutes, you can really just give it your f- suit. All that's where I started to come up with them. And I have to ask so you with Viga as well before Viga the company's what's your take on supplements and vegan protein versus non vegan protein supplements. You don't need them, but they can help their just convenience. So what I would recommend is just look at the ingredients your protein powder should not have thirty ingredients. Couple. You should be able to recognize what the words Tom if you can do that, probably good. You know, look at the company and see if they're trying to make something that's like good for your body. It's pretty easy to tell. Now, you know, if it's sold that like somewhere, like whole foods, probably pretty good. But just do your research a little bit. It just makes it easier. You know, you can have a smoothie after you work out put a little protein powder in it, and you're gonna help with your recovery. You don't have to you can cook a meal if you want, but if you don't have time for that, then it's just easier. More convenient option is really common sense. A couple times a week. The throwing fruits tastes good, really good. Really great product..
