Adam Schiff: 'I Don't Know' Why DOJ Waited 18 Months Before Raid

"Question that shifty Schiff got asked on the Sunday shows. So if there were truly materials of this classification level and it's been publicly reported elsewhere that there were materials related to nuclear programs for example. If there was that sensitive level of information being held, why did Justice Department officials wait 18 months after the end of the Trump presidency? What change that made this immediate? I don't know. But if the Trump people represented that they provided all the classified or national security information and didn't, that's a serious problem, and I could tell you anyone in the intelligence community that had documents like that marked top secret SCI in their residence after authorities went to them, they would be under serious investigation. He doesn't know. Why doesn't he do? And I'll tell you the reason why, because this is all about politics. The Democrats know that Donald Trump is gaining ground. The Democrats know that the Republicans are in are in the works of having a tsunami in the midterm elections. The Democrats know all of this, so they've got to try something. Something to stop the big mo. Momentum. That's what this was all about.

A Battleground Election-Eve Update From Arizona With Blake Masters

"Am joined by the man who will be the nominee for the Republican Party, Blake masters, the Arizona primaries tomorrow Blake. Welcome back. Great to see you. Thanks for having me back. And you want to say that we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves. But voting is 24 hours away from polls closing. I have 36 hours. How do you feel about the race? Feeling pretty good. You know, every major poll shows me up kind of by a lot actually, but we believe the polls we also don't trust them. You know, I am sprinting to the finish line. You and I are doing an event here tonight today at 4 p.m. in Phoenix. I have an event after that. Some stuff going on tomorrow. So we're sprinting through the finish line. And so the race, I think the primary is basically. I think you're going to be the nominee, but we have to can't take anything granted. You got to get through it. That's right. And so but you're coming up against Mark Kelly, who is super well funded. Now, Blake, do you feel as if some Republicans have an attitude that a red wave is inevitable and that we have a lot more work than I think they're willing to admit that there might be a complacency spirit. That's right. And I'm learning every group that I speak to about this exactly. It's like, yeah, God willing we're going to have a red tsunami, right? More than just a red wave. But paradoxically, you can't take that for granted because if you think there's going to be a red wave, well maybe you'll sit on the couch and you won't do the hard work that we need to manufacture that red wave. So we need to act like the underdog, we need to know that this election is existential. And we can't get complacent. But if we don't, we'll crush it.

We Are 99 Days Away From the Midterm Elections...

"Are 99 days away from the midterm elections, and I am here today to warn you to tell you what not what you want to hear, but what you need to hear. I've said many times on the Charlie Kirk show podcast, we are not hopium dealers, hope and opium feels good, but it's awfully bad for you. I'm going to tell you bluntly and plainly what is happening in real time. What I'm going to tell you happening is that Republicans are messing up the inevitable red wave and tsunami with gas prices inflation, open border, CRT war on kids, pedophilia widespread, vaccine mandates, the lying and the deceit of the unpopular president, all of that is true, but guess what? Democrats are adjusting and Republicans are asleep. Despite all of this, we right now are living through a moment where Republicans are already measuring the drapes of the speaker's office, they are trying to find out what offices they'll get if they take back the Senate there is work to be done, everybody, and the numbers are not good.

"You think at some point it's like okay so you've come from the business world If your business is failing you make changes So you would think with the Democrat party when you look at Biden's approval numbers when they're looking at the tsunami that's probably going to come this red You would think that they would be like oh okay maybe the drag queen vote is not as big as we originally thought You would think so I guess although maybe that you know maybe that presumes that they actually want things to work It's always this age old question Are they incompetent Or are they malevolent Is this actual malice that they're showing to the United States I don't think Biden's particularly confident But what we're seeing at the southern border for instance it's not just incompetence right Biden could have done nothing Under president Trump it was good It was stable Biden inherited a stable situation And if he did nothing man we'd be so much better off You could be lazy you could be stupid You could be incompetent And the situation at the border would be a lot more stable No they chose to reverse remain in Mexico They chose to stop construction of the border wall They invited millions of people to come here They caused this border crisis They caused the inflation by printing $6 trillion in one year And so you have to wonder from the Democrats perspective do they want it like this Because if you were trying to ruin a country you basically be governing the way the Biden administration

Highland Park Shooter’s Father Sponsored Gun Permit Application

"In Illinois, the firearms identification card, he got his at 19, which means that his father had to sign and vouch for him. But he was not a danger. His dad really should be held accountable for that because there was at least two reports during that when he was 19. Were the family reported that he was a danger and he didn't press charges, but somebody like this kind of skirt that red flag law that Illinois has employees. That if he had those things, he wouldn't have gotten its legally. I mean, he probably expects he could find it. Otherwise. But his dad was running for mayor of highland park. And failed. A trumpeter Republican. I mean, Robin, this is why we gotta keep saying, we've got to have a blue tsunami and get assault weapons ban because we can not depend on people's judgment because in all of these cases it's bad, right? Generally the people around them, the parents, you name it. Or just in the general community of people that saw this stuff on social media, there's got to be a better reporting system and just, you know, a way to just, nobody should have a weapon of war. Nobody.

"We are getting a tsunami of emails, freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. Every single person, except one who doesn't necessarily disagree, they're just trying to add a different kind of wrinkle to the argument is agreeing. That the police is one of these emails is just hello, Charlie, this story is infuriating to me 5 exclamation points. Police are trained to handle both armed and unarmed perpetrators. There was an all caps, no excuse for failure to act, fire these worthless swine. They're not worth the money or the respect of the citizens of the small town. The parents should band together and pursue legal action against all the cops present. Also get to who, if anyone, and the police brass prevented the cops from entering the school and at least minimizing some deaths, also if possible all the cops who were present, restraining the parents and doing nothing, otherwise should be punished. Shame the bastards. Can I say that on FCC? I think that's okay. I think that's one of the ones that's fine. Keep up the great work, Greg. Another one says this and I want to make sure I say this anonymously because they asked me to do that, but it's a pretty amazing email. Let me try to find this here. They work for a federal agency. Okay, I work for a federal agency. I can't say which, but we've done active shooter drills and our policies are getting inside and stop shooting as soon as possible. Not waiting for S.W.A.T., no waiting for backup, going fast and engage the gunman to the best of your ability. The police officers created a perimeter. They unintentionally I'm not saying they intentionally did it, but they're cowardice did help the shooter. The shooter got more time to be able to kill more kids because of what the police

Eric and Jim Denison Discuss the Persecution of Christians

"Have a great guest, doctor Jim dennison. He's the author of a book the coming tsunami why Christians are labeled intolerant irrelevant oppressive and dangerous. And how we can turn the tide. Jim, I love the last part of that because we're living in crazy times, but you and I know that we're supposed to look to God in the midst of the madness. We're supposed to rejoice in him always. We're supposed to be anxious for nothing to do what we can, and there's a lot we can do. I was saying earlier, I think a lot of people are waking up. Things have gotten so crazy that it's causing people to wake up. I think the persecution of Christians genuine persecution, you know, not along the lines of what we've seen historically. But the idea that people are trying to demonize us for our biblical views, if I have a biblical view of sexuality, people say, that's unacceptable. That's intolerant. And I want to say, it's not unacceptable. It's not intolerant. It's my view, billions of people around the world share this view. Why are you demonizing me? Don't you believe in religious liberty? And the answer, in many cases, is no. These people don't believe in religious liberty. They don't believe in most of what the founders gave us in the constitution. Let's talk about that issue of religious liberty. How is it possible, for example, at so many in corporate America and in churches across America, seem not to even understand how vital religious liberty is. No, that's a great question. The so called equality act as an example of exactly what you're talking about. It means in 1964 Civil Rights Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation gender identity. However, it also prohibits any appeal to the 1993 religious freedom restoration act. So here's what that means in practice, Eric, let's say I'm pastor of a church, let's say we have a biblical code of morality for our staff. Let's see. One of the staff, marry somebody of the same sex. Let's say that we dismiss them because they violated our code. The equality act is a law. Now, let's say, they follow a lawsuit, judge issues an injunction. If I don't obey the injunction, I go to jail. Well, the reason that supported by the house twice, the reason 400 companies have signed on for it is because they genuinely believe that my unwillingness to do a same sex wedding is exactly the same thing as if I wouldn't do a black wedding or an Hispanic wedding. They see me as being just as bigoted and discriminatory as if I were a KKK member.

Author Jim Denison on His New Book "The Coming Tsunami"

"Show. I'm holding in my hand a book. But I hold a lot of books in my hands. This one, however, has a disturbing title. It's called the coming tsunami, why Christians are labeled intolerant, irrelevant, oppressive, and dangerous, and how we can turn the tide. Normally I would dismiss a book like this. But then I realized it's written by somebody that I actually like. And I would love to talk to him about this. Because there's some people that have these views and they say, oh, it's all going to hell and let's just hide in our caves. And then there are people that actually think more deeply about this. The author of this book is one of them. My friend doctor Jim dennison is my guest. Jim, welcome. Eric, I'm glad to be on with you today. Thanks for the privilege of the conversation and I'm glad you didn't justice miss the book as you obviously could have, and I would have as well. Had I received it in the mail also. Because a lot of people have this view and they have a bad, they have a bad take on it because I know you. I just get cheered up just by talking to you. So even talking about something like this. So yeah, first of all, talk us through how you get to that to that title. Yeah, you bet. So a tsunami is a tidal wave you can see caused by underwater forces you can't see. Usually the earthquakes about 80% of the time underwater earthquakes can be an underwater volcano as we saw recently in the South Pacific. It could be a mudslide meteor. Well, I'm claiming that there's a rising tide of opposition, cultural opposition in America, the Christians have not seen in American history. But it's always too soon to give up on God. There are ways to turn this tide. There are hopeful, redemptive things we can do if we know why this is happening. So for underwater earthquakes that are causing the tsunami we can see, the book explains what each of those are and explains redemptive ways that we can be used to make a difference before it's too

"Dependent upon the Russia? For its energy. Because of Joe Biden and the left in Germany, an Angela Merkel, a spectacular fool. Spectacular fool. All she did was perpetuate my theory about the last hundred 50 years Germany is always wrong. She shut down nuclear power because she panicked after what happened to the nuclear power plant in the tsunami in Japan with completely unworthy panic if anything it showed that even an old nuclear reactor with its tsunami. The amount of damage to human beings is quite minimal.

"For the fire piece of it, you'd want to do the things that you do for any other fires happen evacuation plan, put together an emergency supply kit, have a portable radio or scanner. So you can get updates, knowing how to shut off gas and electricity to your home is a good one. I'd also like to add one thing, I'm gonna start saying every time that you ask us this, stop trashing our planet. It's pretty much making every natural disaster worse. So if you want to get ahead of these things, that would help. There's actually easy things to do to prepare. So one, if you have a smartphone, download the earthquake early warning system to your phone, you hopefully would get an advanced notice about the earthquake that will give you a head start. If you're in a beach, there's no time to really get in the car and get out. If you're able to start walking up. And you don't have to go that far, right? Like if you're at Santa Monica beach, those bluffs just above the beach will be fine. You don't have to go to mount baldy or anything. Just a hundred feet up is okay. And I think it would be good for everybody to go to the state's website. The California geological survey's website find out where the places are that are in evacuation zones. And just kind of take it seriously. It really should be second nature for Californians to get up to higher land. When the shaking happens. And it's also really important that people do not sightsee. And it happens. Even just during this last tsunami, there were some surfers that were out surfing. They had to be rescued, and that puts firefighters at risk. And in the tsunami that hit California about ten years ago, I think the one person that ended up dying in California was someone who went out to the beach because they wanted to see the waves come in. And this is not something you really want to play with. I mean, even a one foot or a two foot tall tsunami, it can knock a grown person down. And so it's just not something you want to play with. The other thing to think about too is that there are multiple waves of this. So it might be kind of cool if you're there because you would see the water kind of go out and you'll see a lot of areas of the beach that are exposed by sand, but there will be a second wave and it might be hours and hours away. That's where a lot of the fatalities happen in Eureka during the 1964 tsunami. There are actually people that went back into a bar close to the beach to have some drinks after the first wave came in and then the second wave came in and some of them were washed out to sea. So I know it's appealing.

"tsunami" Discussed on The Times: Daily news from the L.A. Times

"So thankfully, those tsunamis we saw were relatively smaller in scale, but when they hit hard, they go beyond the realm of disasters. They're straight up catastrophic, apocalyptic even, like the 2011 one in Japan, David you covered it. What do you remember about it? Yeah, I was based in our Beijing bureau at the time and I remember we got reports of a massive earthquake in Japan and 9.0, so that puts it in the top 5 of all time in recorded history. And pretty quickly, I would say quickly enough, but there were a tsunami warnings coming out. People who have already evacuated, please remain evacuated. And Sammy's occur repeatedly. So please continue to remain in your evacuation venues. For an hour, there were TV helicopters filming images of these massive waves, just barreling towards the Japanese coast. And these waves crashed onto the shores of Japan, just completely flattened communities. Everything has turned upside down. After the tsunami, our House was gone. We lost everything. And the reason it's called the triple disaster is because you had an earthquake, then a tsunami, and then it hit this nuclear plant, the Fukushima nuclear plant off the coast of northeastern Japan, triggering a nuclear meltdown. The plutonium problem has raised concerns, especially about the local environmental pollution. And so they had to evacuate a 150,000 people from the area. Police are going in with hazmat suits. And they're pulling out more bodies. And the death toll keeps mounting. It released all kinds of contamination into the region. By the end of 18,000 people were dead from the disaster and then after that, there was an economic sort of crisis. They're saying that cost could reach as much as $310 billion and that would be more than twice as much as the losses from Hurricane Katrina because Japan is in advanced economy and this is for a certain generation. This is the first time people have heard supply chain before we hear supply chain all the time now, but this was a big supply chain event because suddenly silicon wafers couldn't be exported, suddenly Toyota couldn't export their cars and so the impact of this was just astronomical. It was reality defying for people watching. It was a quadruple disaster, economic, the earthquake, the tsunami, the nuclear meltdown. And then on top of that, Alex, there were fires, sparked by that tsunami. Yeah, there were hundreds of fires. The tsunami damaged oil tanks at ports and industrial complexes and fuel tanks attached to vehicles, and the leaked oil and gas cough fire as the wave sent different metals crashing into each other, generating sparks, and pushed the fires into wooden homes and other debris. And a lot of people in the affected areas use propane to heat their homes. So there were reports of damaged propane cylinders that were spitting flames as they floated on the waves, setting fire to whatever they touched. And scientists believe there might be another weirder explanation for some of these fires, as well as fires that started during another powerful tsunami that devastated the island of o'clock in 1993. Video footage from that 1993 tsunami showed fishing boats bursting into flames, seemingly spontaneously at basically the same time the tsunami hit the harbor. Witnesses describe the ocean as bubbling and shining white right before this happened. Researchers later found that methane gases that had been buried in the sea floor were stirred up by the ground sliding, the tsunami then helped squeeze the methane bubbles up into the seawater and drove them into a sea wall, generating static electricity that caused the bubbles to catch fire and they concluded that's what caused the ocean to appear frothy and illuminate white. The burning bubbles and accumulated on the boat decks, the boats caught fire. The tsunami swept them ashore and they ignited the gasoline of a car that was rolling in the waves and the fire.

Dr. Vladimir Zelenko on the Future of Digital Human Identifiers

"Back, I'm talking to doctor Vladimir zelenko who's making some unbelievable claims the only problem is, I think they're true. Doctor zelenko, you can understand that if there are people who want the kinds of things that Klaus Schwab is talking about, these are very, very dark individuals. These are not lovers of mankind. So why do you think people like this want everyone on the planet to have some kind of a digital ID? What do you think is behind this? Because it's of course creepy, at least creepy, if not horrifying. It's not what I think. It's what they say. The interesting thing about. Tyrannical people, they like to brag about what they're doing. So if you look at the agenda, state of the agenda of the World Economic Forum, by 2030, and the United Nations, their number one agenda is that America will no longer be a superpower and that a few global powers will rule the world. That is their stated agenda. I did not make that up. Now, there are certain things that are going to happen that most Americans don't realize, but has been known for 30 years. Medicare will become insolvent by 2026. Oh, that's interesting here 2026. Isn't that one cloud squad said by denser? 7 billion people will be tagged with a digital identifier. And by 2034, social security will become insolvent. So what do you think will be the global economic ramifications of the collapse of the American Medicare and social security systems? You don't have to be a genius to realize that it's going to cause a tsunami of unstable and least stabilization in the world economy.

Why Are Non-COVID Deaths Up 40%?

"And what we saw just in third quarter, we're seeing a continue into fourth quarter is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic. Now, just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three sigma or a one in 200 year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic. So 40% is just unheard of. And what the data is showing to us is that the deaths that are being reported as COVID deaths greatly understate the actual death losses among working age people from the pandemic. It may not all be COVID on their death certificate, but deaths are up just a huge, huge numbers. That is Scott Davison, who is the CEO of a $100 billion insurance company that is headquartered in Indianapolis, and they have customers across the country. The company has approximately 2400 employees, and sells life insurance, including group life insurance to employers nationwide. Again, let me repeat what he said. We are seeing huge, huge numbers, and that it's not elderly people who are dying, but primarily working age people 18 to 64. What we saw in the third quarter and were continuous to see it into the fourth quarter is that death rates are up over 40% what they were pre-pandemic. Just to give an idea of how bad that is, a three sigma or a one in a 200 year catastrophe would be a 10% increase over pre-pandemic. So 40% is just unheard of. So he says that, look, a one in 200 year catastrophe, a flood a tsunami, yellow fever would be 10%, 40%, death increase. For people ages 18 to 64. Now, for those of you that are listening on radio or podcasting or live stream, have you heard any of your elected officials, any of the politicians that you send to state capitals or to Washington D.C. even mention this? A 40% increase in death amongst working age people. What could possibly explain this?

Is Biden's Vaccine Mandate Coming for Your Kids?

"I saw Dan von Gino on Fox News last night with Rachel campos Duffy. I guess she's doing the 7 o'clock slot this week. 7 o'clock eastern. 6 p.m. central. And Dan asked a pretty profound question. Are you are you angry yet? Okay, now the Biden administration is apparently going to target little mom and pop businesses with fewer than 100 employees. With a vaccine manned vaccine and testing mandate. Are you angry yet? What about the way they're coming for your kids? And that is what many people believe is the reason for the outcome of the tremendous Republican victories we saw this week. Dan asked that question last night with Rachel on Fox News. You start messing with my kids. It's game time. You understand? Yeah. You think you saw an electoral tsunami on Tuesday? There won't be a Democrat left standing in office in 2022. You start screwing around with my kids. I can take a lot Rachel. I know you've got a lot of kids yourself and you love your kids and me and you have been friends for a long time. You start tying with mama bear and papa bear. I'm telling you right now, it's game time. You eat you are not playing around. We can take a lot but don't you dare. Toy with my kids. I will make that decision for my kids when I am good and damn ready. You could throw all this other crap out the window. This isn't politics. You are messing with people's kids. That is a red line. They better not dare cross. He nails it, you know, and Dan's a fighter. He's in a battle over the vaccine mandate with his own radio company. And I admire him very much.

"And later the hurricane Hugo hit and then the volcano erupted. And so the studios gone. But it's a great documentary about all the bands that recorded there. It's something that will never come back. The studios like that will never happen again. So people might enjoy watching that. If you want to know how a grandpa and grandma made a record back in the day. And the second one is the patriot purge special from Tucker Carlson. Have you seen this? No, but it's been bootlegged and available free. Well, is there making it free and available with 90 day free sign up at Fox anyway? Well, you had to sign up. It's three parts. Tina and I watched all three parts. I think it's very accurate from the no agenda deconstruction of the events of January 6, my only issue is it's real heavy on the fear porn. It's like everything is images of Guantanamo Bay, which while I understand the comparison, it's just too much. And it's so harsh and in your face and. It almost becomes a little incredible or loses some credibility because it's just too much snazz. My personal debt can become a problem with people who are not professional documentarians. Yes. Yes, it was like promo makers made the documentary. We can do a document. We know how to do it. Well, not the documentary by itself. You'll see very quickly. Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. This is clearly there was a lot of there were a lot of Jean provocateurs. There's many moments that might have kicked off, but most importantly, there are hundreds of American citizens who didn't even go inside the capitol, who are rotting in jail. And that is a travesty. So I'm glad that the whole third episode highlighted that some very, very good assessment of what happened to Ashley babbitt really you could see everything murdered, yeah, totally murdered. So now, as my final clip of this show, the supercut of every other news organization blasting this three part documentary. It's funny because I have actually, I have a super cut of the people blasting January 6th, which morphs. Oh. And I don't know that this supercut has not been played before, but I know it's one thing. We never played it with this little, I noticed this. So we have two competing supercuts. Which one to play first? I'll tell you what. Why don't you play yours first? Because it relates directly to the documentary. Coco Carlson has created a terrorist recruitment video. Plus TV, branching into fantasy programming. A new series from Tucker Carlson traffics and conspiracy theories surrounding the insurrection on January 6th. Tucker Carlson attempting to rewrite history around the January 6th insurrection. Tucker Carlson makes a tribute video for the terrorist. Tucker Carlson is hitting a new low completely rewriting the history of the capitol insurrection in a way that defies belief. Previewed a documentary that goes beyond the usual daughters of the confederacy rewrite of the January 6th insurrection. To shameless lying and conspiracy Margaret. Tucker Carlson is leaning weigh in to disinformation regarding January 6th. And it's kind of terrifying because what he's putting out there is just gonna lead to more violence. It might be Tucker Carlson's most dangerous moment yet. Fox News is right wing host is taking his assault on democracy to terrifying new heights in a brand new series promising to tell the truth he says about January 6th. Actually appears to be nothing but a war on the truth. It's filled with lies about what led to the riot and the prosecution of the rioters and even includes a blatantly false assertion that the capitol riot was a quote false flag operation. False flag. Any time you don't like what your people did, you claim there was a false flag. Tucker is peddling some deeply dangerous propaganda that the insurrection was actually a false flag operation. What Carlson is doing is unforgivable and really just horrible. I want to say criminal, but technically, that's not true, although maybe it should be. Tucker Carlson is inciting violence. Isn't this just an incitement to another January sex? Is that what Tucker Carlson wants? What Tucker Carlson is doing is going against the American people. Murdoch family, which controls fox is cashing in as American democracy is being set ablaze. Why does Rupert Murdoch want to destroy America? The Murdochs and Tucker Carlson, their prime time pyromaniac appear to be hell bent on dragging this country into a Civil War. Jefferson Davis would be proud. There you go. If Jefferson Davis is the one who started the Civil War when it wasn't. Jim Acosta, he's a numb nut. Well, I have the supercuts of them the same people. Same Stooges. They're talking about how January 6 was the worst thing that ever happened since the Civil War. But the supercut morphs into them saying that these voting rights laws that are being passed is the worst thing that's ever happened to biggest threat to our democracy since the Civil War. So which is it? Is it the January 6th? Or is it the Voting Rights Act? Here we go. The worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War. It's good evening a 150 days since the worst single act of political violence since the Civil War. January 6th was worse than 9 11. The worst act of political violence since the Civil War. The likes of which, I don't think of it as existence, probably since the Civil War. I think we're in the most perilous point in time since they had been in the Civil War. I do too. The worst attack against America's democracy probably since the Civil War. Unprecedented. At least since the Civil War. The worst attack on our republic since the Civil War. The fact is that we faced on January 6th, the most serious attack on our democracy probably since the Civil War. This is as fraught a July 4th as the nation has had really since the Civil War. I mean, we have questions that we really haven't asked in a very probably since the Civil War. Most destructive thing to American democracies probably since the Civil War. Nothing comes close. This side of the Civil War. 6 months since the worst attack on American democracy arguably probably since the Civil War, and it's still not over. Now, The White House says the president's also going to say that these laws they're trying to enact in Texas are the biggest threat to voting rights since the Civil War. Literally. We're facing the most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War. That's not hyperbole. Since the Civil War in calling the wave of state voting laws that are upon us, the greatest threat to our democracy since the Civil War, his talking about voting rights, the way he did it and the way he defined it. The most significant test of our democracy since the Civil War. It's not just another layer of rhetoric. All of this is the piece of a piece of the same puzzle John, they are all on the right creating the biggest threat to our democracy. Since the Civil War, the biggest threat to our constitutional republic, since the Civil War. The worst challenge to our democracy since the Civil War. You and I have had this conversation for well over a month where I've talked about it being the most perilous point since the Civil War. But at any rate hey guys. Is that.

Democrats Assess Where They Went Wrong as a ‘Red Tsunami’ Takes Hold in New York

"The fault line is being exposed, the Democrats are doing an autopsy of why they lost in every possible direction from Edward durr to the Virginia governor's race to the lieutenant governor's race in Virginia. How bad was it actually? Well, I just want to. I want to hear, let's just local news report cut 87. This is in New York, Nassau county. Play cut 87 just so you understand what Democrats are dealing with. Even in New York play tape. The shock resonated from the New York suburbs down the eastern seaboard. People are saying there was a red wave, they're wrong. It was a red tsunami. Republican Bruce blakeman declaring victory in the Nassau executive race considered the biggest upset here since Edmund Ghana when seated Tom swazi in 2009. We had the right message. It was taxes. It was crime. People are fed up with a liberal, progressive policies of the other party. This isn't the party of John F. Kennedy anymore. It's the party of AOC and Bernie Sanders, and they're rejecting that. And Joe Biden, they're rejecting that. I said this yesterday to Connor, and I said this to Andrew, I said, if the Democrats continue with this, and if they are unable to inoculate themselves, and remove the tumor, that is woke ism from their party. It is not out of the conversation that if conservatives do their job, and they don't, they're not run by a bunch of feckless morons, which is so often the case, we could end up winning states like New Jersey and Connecticut. We could win 40 out of 50

"Karma. One of your better ones. And then a late entry from sir Andy of tarago beach. We do like to break for our for our royalty about two months ago. My wife's 26 year old pregnant daughter was told by her obstetrician to get the job. We were unsure but the doctor was adamant that it was the right thing to do. Two days after the shot, Brittany was hospitalized with a blood clot. She has been injecting a blood thinner. Every day since they say it doesn't cross the placenta. She gave birth to a beautiful boy Spencer four days ago, but now he has been found to have blood clots on his brain, kidneys, and liver. There's no way of knowing if this is related by can't help but wonder if these are connected. Can I get some health karma for baby Spencer please? Yes, for baby Spencer, we also roll out the healthy goat. You've got karma. These notes and combined with people being forced to leave their job I have to say is difficult. Do you get as many as I do? I get pretty much the same amount. I find it very disturbing, and I read into Tina, you know? Just like, this is so so outrageous. Anyway, let's finish this up. Wait until they get wait until the kids start getting example, they're almost. But let me thank everyone for their support first executive producers associated executive producers with credits that are absolutely real. Go look at IMDb, you'll see big name Hollywood producers, many people using their no agenda show executive or associate executive producer credit, you should do it as well. If anyone doubts you will be happy to vouch for you. And thank you for producing episode 1396..

"Years. But in the last 6 or 7 months, they have been compressing at an insane rate. 50 year old class sea assets, not class B not class a 50 year old class C assets are now regularly selling under four cap. These are value add assets. People do expect to add value to them. But nobody was selling classy assets at four cap before the pandemic. So there's something highly unusual happening here just from a cap rate compression perspective. And we can talk more about this. I mean, this is what I'm seeing in the marketplace. And it's leaving me completely amazed. And I think that my contemporaries who manage large portfolios are sort of in the same boat. Nobody's saying, I knew this would happen. Yeah, so it's pretty amazing. So not only do you have record low vacancy rates, right? You also have record high growth for rents and because capers are being compressed. Now the prices are going up as well. So it's like firing also initial multi-family. Yes. I mean, it's just it's hard to imagine anything better than this at this point of time. Because we are now seeing delinquencies ebb away there was the challenge with delinquencies where some of our tenants were not paying. We see delinquencies falling. They've been falling now for the last 6 months as more and more people are getting back to work. The government is still providing especially in the blue states, a lot of support to tenants that are unable to pay. So, you know, there's all this talk of a tsunami of foreclosures, well, forget the tsunami. We haven't found a wave yet. And not only have we not founded in high performing asset classes like multi-family, there's no tsunami in hotels. There's no tsunami in retail. There's no tsunami in offices. You would expect that offices retail and hotels would be much more affected by the pandemic..

"So we're getting a lottery sponsors on the text line along the lines of so january six was a coup attempt. Were supposed to be very scared of. But the fact. That the j- enroll according to bob woodward actually pulled a coup like meda the other military leaders swear an oath to him and he took charge of the nuclear arsenal is not something to be concerned about. We'll be talking about this morning coming days and weeks when the book comes out i If you're baseball fan. I wanna point you to the website. I just saw the video for the first time. Some people are calling it the worst pitch in major league baseball history. I don't there have been some bad pitches. Through the years. You know the biggest straight up into the stands or whatever well and who's the fellow who who lost the ability to pitch you like lost his mind and had to go to the outfield because he couldn't hit that strikes on anymore so anyway video. Plenty of this pitch hit the mound. That's not easy to pull off. Kansas city royals against the oakland as he actually hit the mound with the ball. Now that's an errand pitch anyway. We've got an armstrong and getty dot com. Wow unless he hid himself in the head with a pitch. I mean that's about as bad as it gets can't through it straight into the i can't wait to see hung onto it for like a half second to wide. Say i'd say all right. Michael is our theme music. Ready there's a su- nami woke nurse. Is your loser. Turns to that's right. it's a nami of nece. let's start in washington state for the high school. Wanted to mark the twenty of the chinese national anthem by the way. I didn't know what the because they are. At vowed marxists most of the world crown or on conscious. Marxist such morons. They just do it their professor tells them anyway. You can feed that mark mike. We'll start at washington state where school wanted to mark the twentieth anniversary of september eleventh by wearing red white and blue uniforms at a patriotic seemed game. But the last minute. We're told no we're going to go with the regular uniforms. When an unnamed staffer at eastlake highschool said a student that he was informed that the red white and blue was going to be seen as racially insensitive and may affect people in a way that we will not understand and for that reason we were to change our theme. Was the key word there. The one letter word a a student. Well no. i'm sorry. A student told the paper that he was told by an unnamed. Staffer that red white and blue is is racially insensitive and might be seen as offensive. So we can't wear it yet..

"Did he get between himself and the nuclear football. Even though the president's supposed to make the call on that all that sort of stuff we're going to get to in a little bit but wanted to bring you this story because it just happened. North korea has fired two ballistic missiles into eastern waters in defiance of u n resolutions. Obviously the second weapons tests in several days than this. We're not talking about the one from a couple of days ago. This is new. That experts say is a shows. They're pressing ahead with their arms build up in their plan for either getting better. Nuclear weapons are just trying to get aid. Or who knows what they're trying to pull off but japan's pretty unhappy about it and so they are really bumping up their military exercises to the greatest extent since the end of the cold war has some people concerned If japan's concerned In the past we've talked about. Why are we so worrying. The united states japan is right next door and they don't seem to be worried while they do seem to be worried now. I don't know if these military exercises are because they're worried about. China and china moved on taiwan or because north korea's missiles but japan did have a giant nuclear or Military exercise with one hundred thousand troops. That they've got going on this week and again the big exercise that had since the end of the cold war. So that's something to keep our eye on but we'll get into some of the woodward book this hour and whether or not general milley. Did something completely unconstitutional senator marco. Rubio of florida has already called for the resignation of general milley inside the pentagon are pushing back and saying none of this ever happened so we'll try to get a dug in on the details of that are text. Line is four one. Five two nine five k. Ftc stick around for all that arts. The armstrong and getty show so as david letterman said of norm macdonald. There might be people as funny as norm macdonald that nobody was funnier than normal. Gone and i think that that's true on the great stand up comics of all time died yesterday at only sixty one years old turned out. He had cancer for most of the last ten years. I believe it is as brothers reporting. It's leukemia which is kinda the guess. A lot of people had if it's not easy to battle cancer straight on for ten years unless it's something leukemia Anyway he A lot of people are pulling out their favorite clips and man. I spent a lot of time on youtube and re tweeted a whole bunch of them yesterday on the twitter feed some of my favorites but this is norm macdonald. Back in the days on jon. Stewart's daily show. It was just days after. Steve irwin passed and we can tell you. The facial expression john stewart he gets quite cracked up by this fire to talk about the crocodile. Hunter because i think you know it was tragic at the time but i think people call me. Then they're shocked bull- hey you wouldn't believe it who got killed the crocodile hunter. Don't make me laugh at this time. You rely on forty four years old. I'm like that's a ripe old age for a crocodile. No it'd be pissed about. Were two crocodile because he got killed by some fruity fish. You know the crocodiles we like. Hey man crocodile hunter got killed. Who did frank rewind. Man you had a chance goggled man. I had a chance he was. He was tom you stick. I could eat him in his kid..

"If you're you're in california you would have seen that bright radiation and then it would have burst into flames. So yeah i mean there's gotta be some animals. A lot of animals did survive. Even though ninety nine point something percent of them died you know there were some number of them that survived so they must have seen or heard something but yeah it would be crazy but that could be why this is such a useful spot to measure because even though we're eight hundred miles away and that seems like really far way and to get good data if you're within two or three hundred miles you're not gonna get any data other than crater or just a bunch of stuff on top of it Death and destruction a you have to get a little ways away so that it's not completely destroyed but you don't wanna get too far away and fortunately what they think is basically the mega ripples are that leftover debris as the wave crested over where the gulf of mexico shallow d- which is present day central louisiana so is deeper like southern louisiana. And then what's the present day gulf was a lot deeper. And then as you get up into louisiana are shallow out and then the waves crest and then they leave all that debris because they're starting to mix up ground a little bit. They estimate that the area was about sixty meters or about two hundred feet deep at the time which is kind of crazy to think that like central louisiana was sixty meters or two hundred feet underwater which makes deep enough to be disturbed by the huge tsunami wave but not deep enough to be disturbed by later storm waves. Okay because as it's ringing. Maybe you know the huge waves might have caused some ripples. But they don't. It doesn't look super chaotic. They have a certain wavelength to them and they look is fairly consistent. It doesn't look like totally nuts situation that you'd expect if there were just waves beating it up a little bit contained exactly and it's in that perfect spot where it's deep enough that this nami wave crested and left that debris and all that kind of stuff but not shallow enough that those later storm waves would have messed them up somehow or another eventually got covered by paleo gene sediment compacted and then turned into moral and then they're available for our modern researchers to find as mega ripples but again those mega ripples originally were even more mega before. They got compact. Sounds like a scary time. Yes it crazy. As the authors put it it is the first time such buried geologically old soon nami. Mega ripples have been image and quote. But we do have a modern example. We have good data from the twenty eleven tohoku earthquake which caused all of that devastation..

"Maps around the area and saw this ring and thought it was suspicious and look more into it and then discovered that it likely a crater and then presented on it. He wasn't allowed to share the actual data because it was owned by this oil company but he was allowed to share like the idea and some like low resolution images and some stuff like that frustrating. Yeah but i mean he's still got to presented at a conference for. That was the main goal. But since then we've other people gone out there and explored and gotten more detailed maps and we've even drilled into the crater itself modeled the impact and climate modeled. The effect of the impact so way more research has been done. Oh yeah we've seen detailed studies of you know what happens in the minutes and our. We've talked about this on the show. And even within within the mike twenty four hours of it hitting what depending on where you were in the world. I think my personal favorite is a model in twenty eighteen by molly range and others and they showed the impact or hitting. It's sort of a two d graphic of what happened around the impact or and you see just like a chunk of the land goes missing twenty kilometers deep and all this mud and earth gets flung out and you see a mile plus hi sue nami spreading out from the crater just nuts and it also spread out lots of material because it gets rocked out all over the place and in this new paper they call that a boundary cocktail find really enjoyable to fun name the term. It's a fun word for like six hundred feet or more of rock flying on top of you. So just it's at the cocktail so this new paper focuses on the massive tsunami caused by the chicks loop impacter and the new site is about eight hundred miles or about thirteen hundred kilometers north northwest of the center of the crater tiffany guests. What is in that location. What's north of the crater. If you go eight hundred miles north of the catan peninsula where are you. Oh i see why. I read the headlines so i already know okay. It's louisiana new orleans. Well no not new orleans so it's almost exactly six hundred miles from chicks salute mexico to new orleans louisiana. This survey site is about another two hundred miles to the north west of new orleans. Add funny enough. It was also discovered as a survey for oil exploration. They're the ones with the deep pockets. Who fund a lot of these types of things and honestly a lot of paleontologists end up going into oil exploration sooner or later. Because that's where the money is and that's where their skills are useful in this case the site is at lake yacht. I think it's pronounced spelled. I. a. t. t. And they used to weigh at travel time. Data is not gravity data. It's based on essentially what you might think of ground penetrating radar. But i think what they were. Actually using was a seismic survey in other words vibrations basically like the tool andranik park. Except that you don't use a shotgun shell and have. Crt off to the side. It's a little more complicated. That usually the way that seismic surveys work. Is you use. Compressed air if you're in an aquatic setting so there's a boat and it makes really loud noises using compressed air into the water. They have to like get rid of all the marine an walls or wait for marine animals. Move away because it can be pretty disturbing to them and then to stop. If like a whale comes swimming by because they don't want upset them but they make these loud noises. The vibrations of those noises go through the water. And then through the rock and then bounce back up and then behind the boat they tow a whole bunch of waterproof microphones which are call hydrophones. And then depending on what kind of rocket hits and how much it could slow down. It'll hit different microphones at different timing. And then you can use a computer model to recreate. What is bouncing off of way deep in the earth cool super super cool technique and you can get really detailed information. They can actually figure out. There's almost certainly oil in this spot..
