W When I sees William Harris reports that marks the end of Vance's effort to hold Manafort accountable in spite of a pardon by President Trump Manafort was convicted of federal tax and bank fraud and 2018 and later pled guilty to conspiracy to obstruct justice. "Bongino Promo Code Bungee all right folks without further ado my interview with Tom. Finn I put out a solicitation to my audience awhile ago. I said this if you have any ideas for great guests on the Dan Bongino interview series. I would love to hear him and one of those people that was frequently mentioned in email. Correspondence is Mike. Good friend Tom. Fenton from Judicial Watch a warrior for the cause of liberty and freedom. Tom Thank you for spending some time with us here today. I really appreciate it. I really appreciate all the work judicial. I should watch does Dan. I appreciate your leadership as well. Thank you for that but now if you WANNA follow Tom Folks. He has a book out by the way Clean House which I highly recommend you pick up linked to it in the show notes for this and he is at Tom Fit in. Fit on twitter. Give Him a follow. You will not regret it. Some of his videos are absolutely priceless. I know a lot of you. Watch already So tell me I have a lot to cover with you so in the interest of time. Let's get right to it here so you were one of the first people you and your organization to report on the goings on in Ukraine and and the activities of Marie Ivanovich Democrats are trying to boomerang back on us which they always do this monitoring list and this crowd tangle and I found this story fascinating the era bastard Ukraine under the Obama Administration for a period under the trump administration Seemed overly concerned with the communications of a lot of people their social media. I was on that list as well. Can you give us an update on that. I follow you and I know you've been all over this story what's going on with that and how. How serious was this well? Well it began. It looks like back in March of last year when there was increasing pressure on her politically because of her evidently anti-trump activities at the crane embassy. There so our information is that she directed her staff to start monitoring people that evidently were criticizing criticizing her a given the nature of the West. You're on at Sean Hannity's on it. We're Giuliani's on it. Donald trump junior's on it. He mentioned her around that time as well on his twitter. Feed and the problem is you can't have government officials. Certainly in the embassy Ukraine start monitoring even public statements events by Americans and start compiling records on the mid violates the Privacy Act edition who knows how many other laws it was such a big project. Dan they asked for help. Open the state at From the State Department here in DC. And that's when they said you can't do this against the law so we don't know if it stopped or not we started asking questions under under foia we alerted people that this issue was out there. Certainly she was questioned on it. She denied doing what we alleged although she kind of admitted there was concern. Did they wanted to monitor what was going on. So we've asked for the documents and sure enough. Deep State State Department has ignored our requests. And so we've had to sue in federal. Oh court and it's just really interesting. Say Department is slow rolling. Virtually anything that might help president trump and his impeachment fight. Yeah you know what's fascinating about this cases. Jason There's this constant cry by the left at all this deep state stuff. It's all a conspiracy theory yet. The work you've done at EU Digital Watch watch which has been incredible and a lot of others. John Solomon Sarah Carter Sean Hannity and others we keep being proven right on this case and the actual deep staters claiming conspiracy theorists keep face planting and looking foolish in the end. I'm just curious. How did you guys come across this monitoring list Ivanovich? Because I believe there was a lot going on in Ukraine and this is just the tip of the iceberg but was this in disaccord of one of the Judicial Watch boys you guys do for government accountability. How did you come across his story? Right now. We had sources so This was a source story. This is reporting the sort of reporting that the media used to pretend to be interested in doing adds so we followed up with Freedom Information Act investigation we know Congress has the same information they ask questions about it so these documents are sitting right over there in a State Department Armant. They could have been released back in October when we first asked for. But of course now it's January in the nothing still been released sent in the meantime. This ambassadors is being promoted as a hero as opposed to someone who may have been involved in efforts to thwart the president's policies in Ukraine A.. And certainly the allegation is based on the horn. And we have is that she was telling people to start monitoring Americans who may have been critical of her and these are the search terms if they wanted to tie her tie the monitoring to I think it was Giuliani Biden. Soros and of course Fast and they were using the crowd tangles source in crowd. Tangle is the program that was being used it's not readily accessible to the public at least in the professional version of it and of course You know the source operation is involved in helping Create the probe of the group. That Dole's doles out permissions to use it. Did you have any information that you digital watch about the the the infamous do not prosecute information whether it was the list the letter a statement but John Solomon is pretty extensive reporting on this involving George Kent and Marie Ivanovich and Solomon has been very well sourced in the beginning. I believe as yet to be proven wrong on just about anything involving this but this is a fascinating angle too. Because according to Solomon's reporting some of the pressure applied by Ivanovich and canton Ukraine crane from our embassy overseas on their soil was to lay off prosecutions of people who were connected to liberal mega donor. George Soros three through groups and through Surrey are group's he had kind of a big story and the story if true. A lot of evidence indicates that it is that used to be the kind of scoop media folks used to relish Now again your call. The conspiracy theorist for just exposing the truth. You guys have any information on that. We've sued for records about it. He ought to which is denied saying that has denied that she presented a list anyone Ukrainian government and the official said. Look I don't know what the translation was list or whatever all all I know she told me that I couldn't prosecute or shouldn't be prosecuting These folks associated with the source group for instance as some others in Ukraine and. That's why we've ask for documents about that. And once again the State Department slow rolling these documents eight. Oh what's happening now. Dan Is that you've got not the State Department sitting on a mother load of documents that would expose that the president was right to be concerned about Ukraine was corruption eruption there and they're slow rolling it in on purpose for instance. We asked for the Biden of documents about the firing of Shokhin a UH at the admitted past of Joe by. We've sued the back last year about. They told us they can't even finish searching for the documents until the end of January. This is this is. This is what we're facing a year in the president if I were him. I'd ordered the State Department to stop with the Gamesmanship and release the records Kurds immediately. And he's got to save himself in this regard in my because relying on the agency's Jews bright thing. That's that's not going to work now for the audience. I know a lot of already familiar with the backstory. Forgive me I jumped Kinda right in with Tom. Assuming all of you know the Baxter here but really Ukraine is. There's a lot that happened. The new crane in the last election. There are allegations of coordination between former DNC officials and key Ukrainians in an effort to interfere in the two thousand sixteen election against Donald Trump. Of course many of you know about the allegations against Joe Biden Tom. Gis indicated on tape pressuring for a prosecutor to be fired. Who is the prosecutors investigating a company? Burris PRISMA HIS SON is working for for very lucrative package to sit on a board. I've hypothesized Tom for a while. That the attacks the current attacks on the president accident they're all interrelated these attacks but the latest tax are just as Tucker. Carlson says. Often you know what efforts to accuse the Republicans and the president of what the Democrats are actually doing themselves. And I believe this is all the fairytale these invented. Quid pro quo charges to distract from the Joe Biden Biden family malfeasance and some of the malfeasance in Ukraine. And one of them much. Want to go to now as we already have Tom. I know you've followed spy gate extensively spy gate. I believe is connected to to the Ukrainian scandal because one of the players in it. Now your who was working for fusion. GPS hired by Hillary Clinton Gin up information on trump largely which turned out to be false else has already admitted on the record that she got information from a Ukrainian parliamentarian. Now he denies it Lushenko. But she's never corrected her statement. As far as I know I mean isn't that the very definition of Arin collusion or my missing something. They'll you exactly right and we have the documents Nellie war laundered through her husband to the FBI. Just try to get. Trump Ukraine appears a hundred plus times in those documents So Ukraine people should remember Ukraine. Was the Fulcrum upon which Russia Gate was used to try to take down. President Trump manafort had these connections actions in Ukraine with Pro Russian forces the U. OF ANTI Russian forces in Ukraine hated that and so they saw saw a political reason to collude with trump's opponents Hillary Clinton to try to make trump with bad by exposing manafort and then the Department of Justice in the FBI and Muller ought to take out trump further year was was one of the US the Ukraine connections that Manafort had information supplied to them by the crane government in part a to take trumpet Admit so the idea that Ukraine had nothing to do with two thousand sixteen is fantasy and we and the media was even pushing us. We just got documents. You wouldn't believe Dan they have. That'd be calling you don. I just realized everybody does Bongino screws screws up. Everyone don't even I've only known you forever but don't worry about it That's fine so the associated I make no apologies. I we'll send my kids so the Associated Press they have to reporters go over meet with Andrew Weissmann spends gangs and Weisman himself they give. Why spin the code to the storage locker? Paul Manafort spot and they had had the Ukraine leisure and the was pushing literally reported for pushing for prosecution. Looks like of man for based on his Ukrainian connection so they had the reporters reporters pushing this Ukraine angle. You had the cranes pushing Ukraine angle. And then of course you had Hillary Clinton working directly with Ukrainians to go after trump. So but now. We're not allowed to talk about Ukraine because it gets them away of the impeachment narrative and the fact that about the president trump was asking the right questions and he's being being targeted for asking questions in my view. This whole impeachment Shan the coup attack. Whatever you WANNA call it it also is an obstruction of justice because they wanNA freeze read the Justice Department going after buying from going after Clinton and the rest of those involved in the illicit spying on president trump and the factor? Getting the at the time of day in the Senate to me is just an outrage. Now Tom I couldn't agree more. And what I find particularly frustrating. I think your assessment at the end there about the freeze portion of what you said is absolutely accurate. Very precise and it's true. What what they did work and this is what I find frustrating? I'm hoping it doesn't work over the long term. I'm hoping president trump is reelected. Eventually the truth comes out. Justice served all we have is hope I mean it may sound hyperbolic or dramatic. But you know I love the country and I'm just not willing to give up but what they did in conjunction with the media who is entirely abdicated. They're all if it was not forget as judicial. Watch excuse me where you you are now Judicial Watch.

"Well with Neutra medical. Harley we're limited was very interesting because the basically, I'm gonna use this term to kind of talk about the exoneration of louche, which I'm gonna post that article, but they are LaRouche ING Trump Manafort and Flint. They're putting up through the same crap. Vinci wanted to get rid of Trump. But also, that's why Manafort fled are been persecuted advantage destroyed. Development on these Flynn case is that he's just hired Sidney Powell the well-known former prosecutor who has turned onto prosecution methods and is one of the meeting experts in the frauds that are perpetrated. The get convictions. Run out the thing, that's interesting is Roger stone is continuing to outflank the Russia gate. Perpetrators, his latest success is the demand through foia and the freedom of information act documents to have the FBI release their evaluations of the crowd strike analysis of the so-called hacking and what the F B I was forced to admit is that they never saw the crowd strike reports, redacted, or otherwise never saw. Right. Which means not only Komi in the. FBI not conduct their own investigation. They didn't even investigate the so called investigation by crowd strike. And what Rogers attorneys are saying is the crowd strike. Never did a forensic investigation. The only forensic investigation of the documents that came from the DNC and from pedestrians Email, but ended up on Wicky leaks. The only forensic investigation was that of Bill Vinnie, the phone technical director of the NSA, who said that it could not have been a hack it was an inside job by so Roger stone forced the F B I into this. Quite astonishing admission. And this follows Roger of bringing in Bill Vinnie to testify that there was no Russian hack by wide set of portent, because the whole attack on Roger stone was based on the idea that he was trying to find out from WikiLeaks. What they got from the Russians right? Supposedly he lied to prosecutors about what he was doing on that, if there was no Russian hacking and the WikiLeaks documents came not from Russians, but from someone inside the Democratic Party then how is there a crime by Roger stone? Right. And he's hopeful that he'll get the whole case thrown out now. In the meantime, his life is in shambles just as what happened to Mike Flynn and others Rogers. It's two million dollar legal defense fund illegal cost rather to defend himself. He was not a rich man. He also. Son to didn't it. It what it destroyed financially his son, well Flynn Flynn gadget in Flint, son. What they. Flips on who was also forced into bankruptcy to well Manafort, what, what Muller threatening ones manafort's wife his daughter and sign a law Manafort was forced to give up his homes as Bank accounts of they sold off, all his clothes supposedly use a clothes horse meant that was his problem. But now they find out that the guy who supposedly was working with Manafort, with Putin was actually this guy Constantine, clemen IQ was actually on the payroll of the State Department working out of the US embassy in Kiev. So the guy that was supposedly Rogers Roger, but our manafort's collaborator in defrauding. The west and working with Putin.

"I checked the Email during the break. And I got a bunch of people sending me. I don't care about this guy's resume. I'm fed up with hearing about people's resumes, and talking about the guy that boy bar has appointed I'm gonna wait see results. I don't care what this guy's done. You know. That's all we get we get resumes. We get past history. We get performance. We get our hopes raise. We got our expectations, raise and then nothing ever happens so you can stuff this guy's resume, Mr. Limbaugh. As far as I'm concerned. I'm waving the see if anybody delivers on I understand the sentiment folks. I understand the sentiment I can count as easily, as you can the number of times, over whatever length of time in the past, you want thirty years. Ten years fifty and five doesn't matter, the number of times, we've been led to believe that heads are gonna roll things are going to happen. The bad guys are gonna get caught for two years. For two years. We've been breaking news. Breaking news, the bottoms gonna fall out tomorrow, and that never does breaking news. Breaking news heads are gonna roll them on. And then ever do breaking news. Breaking news full operation exposed details tomorrow morning, if whatever it never happens. I understand that. But I think if only I mean, it's incumbent on me that called you who the guy is. It's incumbent on me to give you some of his track record and some of his heath wa because it does provide a at least a potential potential roadmap out the thing that gets me about this his resume, Mr. Durham's resume is impeccable, particularly as it relates to this gig. But could somebody explain something to me? And I know the answer to here, we have Robert Muller, the third Mr. integrity, Mr. honor, and who tells us this everybody else in Washington? You know, people in his tribe people in the establishment, or the administrative state most impeccable guide a most filled with honor will ever, this guy, let four people rot in jail. Hoover innocent in order to protect the informant status about mass murdering Boston mobster named Whitey Bulger, and that ended up costing the government over one hundred million dollars in civil settlements. How in the world is that get a gold star? How in the world is somebody in that circumstance Muller. Get promoted. Russia don't understand the way things work here. The DOJ understand the way things work in Washington. It was incumbent upon Muller to keep Bolger's identity hidden for purposes of moving to case before people innocent people in jail, they refrained put in jail, all protect the informant of, of Bolger, whether he give them. And then we find out that during this so-called investigation, which was not an investigation. Other people have now been ruined. And wiped out financially in something that was not what it was. It was a politic. This is essentially the democrat party was able to take over the department of Justice, the Hillary Clinton campaign started this whole thing with the Steele dossier, and all the other investigations Trump. And then after Trump was elected, the DOJ became the opposition research team of the defunct Hillary Clinton campaign because then it became payback time. Since Hilary lost after they were expecting her to win in a landslide now. It's time to get from thrown out of office overturn the election results. So they concoct this magnificent scheme, that's made made to convince people that there's a serious crime, that's taken place, Russian Trump. Collusion ended a deep investigation is needed to get to the bottom of it. And there was no investigation, and there was no crime. All this is a continuation of the political opposition research that was started with the creation of the steel Bathgate. In the process of running a political apple research operation against Trump manafort's in jail for life. Michael Flynn is wiped out, George popadopoulos went to jail for two weeks. All of these people's reputations have been sullied for the rest of their lives. And none of them had committed any crimes until this investigation began every crime that they supposedly were charged with we're things. They supposedly did after the investigation began and the guy behind it. Is the same guy who had four innocent people kept in jail for years? In a previous operation that was uncovered by the lawyer that Muller has imported to investigate this investigation. So. In the world that I've always lived in. An employee. I don't care if he's FBI director if he's a lawyer if he's an employee. Who kept people in jail innocent people in jail for four for, for many years and ended up costing the company, one hundred million dollars would not be called Mr. integrity, and Mr. honorable and would not end up being promoted. But we're talking about Washington, and we're talking about politics, this guy Muller, knowingly served while the precious department of Justice that he served for all these different administrations became a political weapon, rather than a law enforcement agency, the FBI became politically weaponized. So did the CIA to the extent that John Brennan's involved in all this? And so there's an investigation now to ferret all this out and much of the investigation. What it's gonna find we already know. We don't know everything. But we know quite we know enough for me to say confidently what I just said to you. I don't know how else to say it. There was not an investigation. There was an attempt to plant informants in the Trump campaign. There was an attempt to entrap members of the Trump campaign, so they could be set up as colluding with Russia or thinking about it or interested in it or willing to take dirt on Trump like the famous Trump Tower meeting, but there was never an investigation because there was never a crime and Rosenstein when he appointed Muller, did not specify crime for Muller to investigate because there wasn't one all there were allegations from the media, and the Democrats that there had been collusion with Russia. That's all there was allegations, and the allegations stemmed from a phony document called the Steele dossier. And yet, the vast majority of Americans still think. That there was some kind of nefarious behavior criminal activity of the Russians attempting to corrupt the elections and that the investigation into it was valid legitimate. And none of it was. So if Rosenstein is going to go out start making speeches, and he's gonna land-based Komi for violating department of Justice guidelines by listing a bunch of crimes. Hillary Clinton was not charged with again. This is very, very important. Understand. And I learned this late in life. It was not something I ever was taught in school. Now, a lot of you may learned it long before I did. But the fact remains whether a prosecutor is a county level or the state level or federal level. If you investigate somebody, and you can't find evidence you do not go public with what you were investigating them for you do not have the right as a prosecutor to ruin somebody's reputation by announcing what you couldn't find. Prosecutors do not do it. Komi had no right to do that press conference in the first place. Even if we're talking about Hillary Clinton. But what he was doing was exonerating her. While listing all the crimes she had committed an Intelink, everybody that there wasn't any intent and so no reasonable prosecute or whatever pursue charges. That's by the way, a bunch of hooey. But if Rosenstein is going to go out and now trash Komi for violating those techniques, and those Justice department guidelines, then why does it he trash Muller for doing the same thing because this Muller report is four hundred forty eight pages of literal, B S, and dribble. It is in violation of every Justice department, guideline, you're not charging the perp with anything in this case Trump, and yet you're gonna list all these things you think he might have done, but you don't have any evidence for. What Muller has done here with this report? This four hundred forty eight page report dwarfs whatever Komi did in July fifth press conference, exonerating, Hillary Clinton. This report is an effort to continue the smear and the political destruction of Donald Trump. And the fact that, that, that Muller said, well, I'm not sure about obstruction. I that was purposefully done to make possible. What is happening now endless speculation lies and distortions in the media, and on TV in the democrat party, and with congressional investigations. Meanwhile, nobody has a single bit of evidence on anything. Regarding Donald Trump that they could charge him with in terms of having committed a crime. And yet, we've got four hundred forty eight pages of character assassination. That's what tells you that this is a full-fledged political operation, but I'm just saying that if Rosenstein wants to be consistent, he's gotta go out and start criticizing Muller in the same way. He's criticizing Komi except he's not he's defending Muller. And he's defending the investigation, I promised, I would see it through I promised, it would be fair, I promised, I would not leave until it was through. And I promised it would not be interrupted night promise that it would not be dealt with, I promised it would not be obstructed, and it wasn't wait. What it wasn't Rosenstein saying, I made sure it wasn't going to be interrupted interfered with, and it wasn't well, then what the hell's all this going up on Capitol Hill about. You make sure it wasn't interfered with your making sure it wasn't obstructed. You weren't gonna leave because you wanted to make sure that didn't happen. So it didn't happen. He's beating himself up here on his chest. He's going Tarzan on us by telling us how great job he did. Protecting the investigation. Yep. Nadler, and all these committees are investigating what they're shoring. Everybody's instruction. So if you ask me political criminality. Is taking place and has been taking place for two and a half years. And all of it aimed at Donald Trump and his family, and as many people who worked for him as they can trash and ruin gotta take a break. We'll be back. We will continue right after this.

We don't know everything. But we know quite we know enough for me to say confidently what I just said to you. I don't know how else to say it. There was not an investigation. There was an attempt to plant informants in the Trump campaign. There was an attempt to entrap members of the Trump campaign. So they could be set up as colluding with Russia or thinking about it or interested in it or willing to take dirt on Trump like the famous Trump Tower meeting, but there was never an investigation because there was never a crime and Rosenstein when he appointed Muller did not specify crime for Muller to investigate because there wasn't one. All there were allegations from the media, and the Democrats that there had been collusion with Russia. That's all there was allegations. And the allegations stemmed from phony document called the Steele dossier. And yet, the vast majority of Americans still think. That there was some kind of nefarious behavior criminal activity of the Russians tempting to corrupt the elections and the investigation into it was valid legitimate. And none of it was. So if Rosenstein is going to go out start making speeches, and he's gonna lamb based Komi for violating department of Justice guidelines by listing a bunch of crimes Hillary Clinton was not charged with again, this is very very important understand. And I learned this late in life. It was not something I ever was taught in school. Now a lot of you may weren't at long before. I did. But the fact remains whether a prosecutor is to county level or the state level or federal level. If you investigate somebody, and you can't find evidence, you do not go public with what you were investigating them for you. Do not have the right as a prosecutor to ruin somebody's reputation by announcing what you couldn't find. Prosecutors do not do it. Komi had no right to do that press conference in the first place even talking about Hillary Clinton. But what he was doing was exonerating her. While listing all the crimes she had committed an Intelink everybody that there wasn't any intent than so no reasonable prosecute whatever pursued charges that's by the way, a bunch of hooey. But if Rosenstein is going to go out and now trash Komi for violating those techniques and those Justice department guidelines, then why doesn't he trash Muller for doing the same thing because this Muller report is four hundred forty eight pages of literal, BS and dribble. It is in violation of every Justice department guideline. You're not charging the perp with anything in this case Trump, and yet you're gonna list all these things you think he might have done, but you don't have any evidence for. What Muller has done here with this report this four hundred forty eight page report, dwarfs whatever Komi did in July of press conference exonerating Hillary Clinton? This report is an effort to continue the smear and the political destruction of Donald Trump. And the fact that that that Muller said, well, I'm not sure about obstruction that was purposefully done to make possible. What is happening now, endless speculation lies and distortions in the media and on TV in the democrat party and with congressional investigations. Meanwhile, nobody has a single bit of evidence on anything. Regarding Donald Trump that they could charge him with in terms of having committed a crime, and yet we've got four hundred forty eight pages of character assassination. That's what tells you that this is a full-fledged political operation. But I'm just saying that if Rosenstein wants to be consistent, he's gotta go out and start criticizing Muller in the same way. He's criticizing Komi, except he's not he's defending Muller. And he's defending the investigation. I promised. I would see it through I promised. It would be fair. I promised I would not leave until it was through. And I promised it would not be interrupted night. Promise that it would not be dealt with promise. It would not be obstructed. And it wasn't wait. What it wasn't Rosenstein saying? I made sure it wasn't going to be erupted interfered with and it wasn't. Well, then what the hell's all this going up on Capitol Hill about? You making sure it wasn't interfered with your making sure it wasn't obstructed. You weren't going to leave because you wanted to make sure that didn't happen. So it didn't have he's beaten himself up here on his chest. He's Tarzan on us by telling us great job. He did protecting the investigation yet. Nadler, and all these committees are investigating what they're shoring. Everybody's instruction. So if you ask me, political, criminality. Is taking place and has been taking place for two and a half years and all of it aimed at Donald Trump and his family, and as many people who worked for him as they can trash and ruin gotta take a break. We'll be back. We will continue right after on.

"Learned his lesson. Former Trump campaign chair Paul Manafort was sentenced to more. Time this week in a case stemming from the special counsels Russia investigation ABC news, senior Justice, correspondent Pierre Thomas says that moma's after Paul Manafort was sentenced I caught up with his attorney Kevin Downey surprised by disappointed Manafort was wheeled into court. He read the same prepared statement. But this time telling judge Amy Berman Jackson, I'm sorry for what I have done. I want to apologize. But just Jackson was unmoved. It's hard to overstate the number of lies. She said and the amount of money involved manafort's crimes reigned from money laundering to tax fraud to obstruction of Justice still his attorneys argued he was in Robert Muller's crosshairs. For one reason he's worked for President Trump manafort's lawyer telling the court, but for a short stint as a campaign manager in a national election. I don't think we would be here today. Judge Jackson did not buy it. The it is not public enemy number one. She said, but he's not a victim either. She sent us the worst. Highflying strategies to just over three and a half years behind bars on top of that roughly four use sentence. He received last week moments later downing went on the attack. Was hostile. And it was totally unnecessary. Manafort's. "On the college admissions business story of mothers sentenced to jail. For enrolling child in different district resurfaced amid college scandal this a story from the hill dot com. It's a story of a black mother who served jail time for using her father's address. So that her two daughters could enroll at a better, screw it. Gained new attention on social media. This week is news of a widespread college admissions scandal broke, this is Kelly Williams Bolar she served nine days in jail in two thousand eleven after she was found guilty of using her father's address instead of her own in an attempt to have her daughters. Enroll in a better scroll district in the Akron, Ohio district. They were slated for. It's just it's the age old thing when it comes to education. Parents want the best for their kids. They will do whatever they have to do to get it for them. Now, a lot of people believe that with exceptions. It's a pretty it's a level playing field. But it isn't. And unfortunately, the the best schools are the better schools are not those found in the public school system. And so whatever voucher programs are offered for admission into private schools. Parents stand in line for them. And that's that's why this story has struck such a chord is because these people engaging in this for wealthy already. They could find ways to get their kids in. Without breaking the wall. Been a building or is any number of ways that that that this can be done. And then there's also the legacy admissions formula, which which holds that the children of well heeled, and well donor allies alumni have a much easier time getting in. Than others. But it re it remains the greatest quest on behalf of kids that that parents go through now here is this is from. Something called western journal video services of actress snared in college bribery scandal lecturing about educational inequality. A brief video emerged on Twitter showing Felicity Huffman who starred in desperate housewives and a program also called American crime. And I have to tell you. She was in to episode two seasons of American crime first season. She was awesome. I just have to tell you. She was just awesome in the role. She played sick show. It's a sickening show. It shows the underbelly of of life in some of the. Rotten neighborhoods. And it's it's got a America's racist image about it, America's bigoted, America's unfair, America's this and her character was a white trash. Mom, divorced from an alcoholic guy was played by Timothy hot whose son was doing drugs and overdosed or something and it screwed up. The family was a mess, but she aside mall that she was superb at it. I never saw in a desperate housewives. I never watched it. But anyway, the hypocrisy just continues to pile up here. A brief video emerged on Twitter showing Felicity Huffman sporting, a cool mom top posing with the number ten million four hundred thousand six hundred fifty the number represents just one of the one hundred thirty million girls who don't have access to an education. If these girls were. A country. They would be the tenth largest country in the world. Approximately the size of the UK and France combined said, Felicity Huffman, no girl should be denied the opportunity to learn. And it's on us to make the change. Let's get that the city hypocrisy just it's a stink on these people. Here. She is in middle of this scam. Pay it off whoever she has to to get her daughters into the school or her daughter. While running around preaching about the inequality of education in America. He how unfair America is a bigoted America is. That's just the stuff that grates on me. Try this headline this is from the Daily Beast. It's a left wing hack rag, New York charges against Manafort can the Manhattan DA flip him after Muller failed. Oh, speaking of Muller ever since last Wednesday. The Washington DC media political complex has thought the Muller report was gonna drop they thought it was going to drop last Wednesday. Didn't they thought it was going to drop last Thursday at it didn't they thought it was going to drop last Friday, and it didn't. So then they said, okay, it's going to drop this week. And then they said it's going to drop Tuesday. Then they said no one's going to drop Wednesday after the final Manafort sentence has been passed down. And then it's going to pass is going to drop on Thursday. Then they said no it'll drop Friday ads of March because this is March fifteenth. I'm not kidding. The Washington political media complex as expected. The Muller report to drop every day for the past ten days. People have changed their scheduled. They have they have cancelled vacations. They have rearranged I can't tell you what aspect of their lives because they thought Muller was coming tomorrow starting last Tuesday. Then today, we get this big story. Muller's nowhere near finished that there is one guy still cooperating to the max. And it's Rick gates who was the partner of Manafort amnesty. Is the gates is just he's he's singing like Frank Sinatra. He's just telling Muller everything he wants to know, he's telling Muller so much that mothers, not even close to wrap it up yet. So a lot of people are now totally discombobulated because they've got themselves in Washington. Believing Muller drops this week last week this week. And then all these prosecutors have left the Muller team like Weisman, and some of these others, and all of a sudden, and we've also told that Muller has been involved in the past year, the basically acting like a rainmaker here is names on this thing. But he's not doing anything and hasn't for awhile. Weisman was running and now Weisman's leaving. It's wiping down. Now. All of a sudden, we get the news today that the investigation still underway. Still going full speed that Rick gates still singing, but let me tell you something folks at drive-bys are live drive bys and start to get mad because there have been numerous leaks sufficient enough for the drive bys to be telling stories that now maybe we ought not expect so much. We never did say it was Russia collided for sure. Well, no. We never did. Expect Muller was going to have the proof. Because everybody's being told that there isn't anything on collusion. And that's how we get this story. Can Manhattan DA Cy Vance flip Manafort after Muller failed? Now, stop and think of this this Daily Beast, and they're mad as hell. They're mad as hell at Manafort, only got whatever number of months. He got seventy some odd months. They're mad as hell if there isn't any Russian collusion with Trump. They're mad. So now Muller is already. They're beginning to frame Muller as a failure. Is this not laughable for two years Muller has been superman and waving Muller has been a guy that was going to drive Trump out of office. Now, all of a sudden. Can Manhattan DA Cy Vance flip Manafort after Muller failed a porta? This story is. That Muller is an incompetent that Muller. Couldn't get Manafort to flip on Trump Manafort, obviously knows all about the Russian collusion. Manafort and the rest of his team are Muller and the rest of his team just were inept couldn't get it done. So now Sivan's has to take over the Manhattan DA, and he has to be the one to get Manafort to flip. Manafort sentencing in federal court on Wednesday appear to be the latest move along chess match, but just thirty minutes later and other move was played charges in the Manhattan DA purely political charges, by the way U S District. Judge Amy Berman Jackson sentenced Manafort to forty three months in prison. Goes on and talks about the imposition of the sentence. And. Now thinks that Cy Vance is going to succeed in getting Manafort to spill everything on Russian collusion because failed. What is that on crazy Barney's head to look at FOX right now. What the hell happened a crazy Bernie? Did you see that? You didn't see gigantic bandage over his left eye whole forehead. Like somebody hit it or there's Mr. vanilla out there. Are going crazy. Is that what happened Bernie hit his head on a shower door and got sevens? Is that is it? Bernie Sanders hit his head on a shower door. Did he slip and fall into the open a door into him? That's all we know. So Bernie, it's a big band. You see the advantage? You see the photo. I once had a meeting with Arlen Specter at the twenty one club in New York. And he showed up with this gigantic gigantic patch over his left eye. And then a black eye patch over that he had had some kind of is surgery earlier that day, but boy he looked like a bond villain. I mean, it was so distracting, I don't remember anything. He said, I couldn't take my eyes off of his I. I mean, it was this gigantic thing half of his head was covered by this thing. And he's just speaking normally, and he's telling me what he wants to talk to me about. And I'm trying not to notice it. But you can't not miss something. Like that. "If you watch the speech what back then they were tearing down these old con confederates looks like a statue. In a lot of these towns down south. There were a number of citizens. Not white supremacist town citizens who didn't agree with tearing the statues down. So when the protests. Started yet white supremacist marching you had you know, these crazy George Soros thugs marching, and then you had a lot of citizens who came out who just didn't want their statues torn down. That's what he said. If you go back and watch the whole speech, he denounced the white supremacists in fourteen speeches. But there was one where he said remember there were good people on both sides of this. And what he meant was. And it was pretty clear at the time, and it was also widely reported lotta of people came out weren't white supremacists. They were just citizens who, you know, the statue was in the square in the middle of the town. And they felt it was part of their town. Don't tear it down. Oh, he gave cover to the white supremacist. You know, some of these towns even in New England wherever you go. They have like in the center of town little square with a cannon. They're now at some point these PC nuts are going to demand. These cannons be taken away. It's too warlike instrument of war militaristic to you'll see the same thing. You'll see a lot of people in the town. They're not white supremacists. Or they just. Don't want the cannon take it's part of their town. They grew up with it. And it was the same thing with those statue. So they create this fake narrative. And then they go with this forever and ever. And the fact checking organizations are totally corrupted if you wanted to you could just do what I did show all these things. So he there was a lawyer Dowd. You remember this was named John Dowd? Yeah. He's a top top one of these top old Washington, lawyers, and he worked for Trump for a while on the molar fighting off the Muller thing. But he really knows a lot of inside stuff. He knows what Muller has he knows everything. So everybody's saying, you know, obviously, there's no collusion and that people are saying multiple wrap it up soon. No collusion. However, you know, just odds and ends of nothing that has anything to do with Trump Manafort for his old consulting business who else did he get Flynn for some crazy side deal. He was doing on congress taxicab business. So there's nothing there. But doubt says not only is nothing there and wrap it up. He's a Muller might not even put out a report doubt can investigate for two years. Nothing to report because he might say everything we found has been handed over to a court. And you've seen the court cases. That's everything we've found in addition to that we found nothing else. Could you imagine? If he does that it's possible very possible. Or he could put out a report, which never mentioned Donald Trump. All these cases have nothing to do with Trump. What what doubts has report is going to be we're done. Yeah. We're done. Now. You might say what about the meeting with Don, jR, even Muller? We'll tell you. There is nothing in that meeting. The could ever rise to the level of anything even close to breaking the law. Even if somebody from Russia came over to collude and they wanted to collude it's not even illegal. There's no law anywhere against collusion is Alan Dershowitz, keeps challenging anybody. He has his bet going anybody to come show him any statute anywhere where it's illegal to collude, and it's not treason unless we're at war with the country. We're not at war with Russia, and there's nothing this woman is not anything in the Russian government. She some broken down lawyer. And if somebody called you and said, I've got some dirt on Hillary. You got to hear this. You're not colluding with anybody. If you want to hear the dirt you can hear it. Sure. Give me and just sushi got there was pretty obviously had no dirt at all. She was using it as a scheme to get in the room and try to push them for some. What was it an? Option law champ. So it's very possible that what's going to happen. The house the nuts of the house. The nutty Adam Schiff, crazy goofball politician, Jerrold Nadler, all these idiots will take over. And we'll we'll get to that. In a moment. We'll continue this in a moment. Ann Coulter coming up check out the webpage watches from nineteen ninety nine. I know that perhaps he lied to the FBI about having any contact with this particular individual, but he didn't necessarily lie about giving them polling data.
