"I'm with steve on everything. Set the record. I think they go twelve and four. I don't think they lose again. This season similar to this two thousand three season that we're about to do i think that's i think because albumin goes down. I think it's another Changing of the guard. I think it's the west walker to element. I think it's now etem into gun. Are all chef ski and is going to be the new giulia element who was the new walker. Who was the new troy brown. Continue that especially number eighty. It's all going to work out so we have a thousand yard season in twelve. More games left to agree to disagree. Andy with or i think they go eleven and five and you think they go twelve and four. Greg i wanna like sees guy started talking. My gut was like we're going to go fucking two and fourteen. I actually am like. I am not as in the dumps. The teams i think other people are me neither i mean. They've shown that they could play offense. We've done it with cam. Newton can do it. I think they're in disarray. Right now but this still a good coaching staff. Still one of the best in the league egypt back to basics eh. the offensive line is still good and talented and now they're starting to get healthy. There's no reason they can't run. The ball and this town on defense team is talented into coaching staff. To be a sub five hundred team. Greg have no weapons. Never have weapons. I do think there are some legitimacy to like people underestimated what brady meant to the team. Though just from offensively yeah keeping the ship righted and situations like this where you start things. Don't go well. That's why the patriots like never lose like multiple games arose. Because i think everyone's like we have faith in brady and belichick a once cracks show and you have new guys in there. It's like well. They were talking this week. About how all the old school patriots like Mccourty have been asking the new guys who come in how. They handle a.

"Some drag well like the Bucks fan. Well just to get voices of context here. We have a constant battle between these two homers back and just so they these blinders on there like the Patriots can never do anything wrong and anything anybody else does good sucks because it's not the Patriots but not me. I'm a fan of football first. And then I'm a Patriots fan. You're a bell jet cater. That's what you are. You are. You have no credit. Yeah. All right, let's and I do you want to give a hot take about the sweatshirt. He was wearing. I'm sure you got something to say about that. Well, I think his his mom passed away. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I tried not to make any jokes about that with yeah, you know, she was old. Yeah, she's ninety something right 98. Yeah. Yeah, I'd love to meet his mom just to see what her personality is. Like. Oh man. Yeah. I bet I bet she was a firecracker. Yeah. I mean just look at our mom what happened to us. So sorry mam. Maybe we'll we'll have a surprise guest next week. We're going to tease that you see that boy that's called teasing. I'm so grateful dead. But yeah, so back to the thing that none of us actually want to talk about so pages of tied it up. They get the Jets to go three-and-out momentum has shifted. The just don't even know if I can say it say it hurt Troy Brown fumbles the punt. Oh I missed that play that's recover off at like the Patriots 20. Manage to drive all the way to the five yard line before they settle for a field goal. But then like that was the momentum Brady gets like the next drive a golf page to go three-and-out in a punt. And like I said, she wrote. Yep what your thoughts Andy. This is when I say they think the Patriots can do no wrong. Just Troy Brown is off like further down that road of like a light obsesses Troy Brown. Don't get me wrong but you two are like weird fat boys about it. I get give me your unbiased fucking opinion then a little fence-sitter. Yeah. The last one here a quote from the man himself. I do. He said it just kills you. It takes a lot of momentum from your team. It's one of the worst plays of ever had in my career. It was just a bad decision not to call for a fair catch. Oh So, how is this any anti Troy Brown 89 I just made a mistake and then he owns up to yes, that's possible way plus Detroit brown one humility wage and they showed him on the sidelines. Like when the Jets were still driving the ball and he looked like he was going to cry. But he was just I watched I bet it's gotta be the best coffee weird for him because he's always been the guy that like does the little things right? You know? Yeah says gotta be weird for him to like maybe like a mental mistake like that and like that. I mean in a huge partner game that's deciding your season whether you go to playoffs or not. I bet I bet that weighed on him a lot better idea, but we still love them right steif course more now exactly because because you know, he's going to own up to it. You knew his play for the Buccaneers. No one's perfect choice. Do you spell perfect in my eyes?.

"You bring back Gronk, a guy you're familiar with that you've got the chemistry with Mike Evans is questionable for tomorrow, but it's trending in the direction that I do. Expect Mike Evans to play Plus Chris God, one who might be one of the five most undervalued players in the NFL. There's no and Bruce Arians, who is one of the best offensive minds in the NFL. There's no denying they have the weapons. They got a nice car. If this was NASCAR, you're working with one of the best crews and leak. Do you have the right driver? To get you there. You have the right driver. I don't think they have the right driver. I love I love just about everything with Tampa Bay. Aside from who's playing quarterback, and that's the problem. Let's go back to the phone lines. Kurt is in Tampa Bay. Go ahead, Kurt. Hey, I just wanted to have listened to enough Skip Bayless, and this is a fact actually agree with him on. Brady had no receivers last year, and I think they led the league and drop passes. Don't you remember that game towards the end of the year where they're going to go to the playoffs, and Edelman dropped that ball in like a third down? Yeah, I remember. Name one receiver. That opposing defense is where they're getting ready for him there like, uh, shoe. How are we going to guard this guy? Oversea ever created no gap with the defenders. And Edelmann was good, but you put two guys on a settlement. That hairy guy. He dropped enough passes. He was no good. Radi had no one to throw to And all the guys that you compare Tom Brady to all of them literally have better weapons than Brady. I mean, Mayfield got Landry and Beckham. You give those two guys the Brady I guarantee you he's not down there. I appreciate the phone. I appreciate the phone call what I remember most about Brady. And maybe this is just I need to reshape my thinking when it comes to Tom Brady. Is Brady used to be a weapon maker. You guys remember? We didn't think super finally of West Welker. We didn't think super finally of Chris Hogan. Or Julian Edelman, who played quarterback at Kent State. It was a former lacrosse player. But you play with Brady you play with Belichick will make it work. Troy Brown wasn't some incredible down the field threat, but the Patriots find a way to make it work. Last year was the first time that I remember not feeling like the Patriots could make it work. And you remember toward the second half of the season. We had a very similar conversation about the team. You remember the Patriots got out to that seven. No start and look like world beaters. But if you were really looking closely, the defense was feasting on some bad teams, some bad quarterbacks and they were getting a lot of defensive and special teams touchdowns. And then it came to the point where all right, you got through the jayvee part of the schedule, not sound for the varsity part of the schedule. They didn't swim very well in the varsity part of the schedule, and I got eliminated the first round of the playoffs. I just thought that last year's Patriots team we're goingto have AH, little bit better ability to create weapons. They couldn't do it last year, like they couldn't make it work with anybody. Last year, they made a desperation trade to go pick up Mohamed Sanu from the Atlanta Falcons gave a second round pick form gave you Nothing. Last year, you drafted a wide receiver in the first round. Out of Arizona State. Didn't work. The only weapon they had last year. Giulietta Sonny Michelle took a huge step back the on ly weapon. They had down the stretch with settlement and seems, started the double team and forced the other guys to beat you. And Brady Belichick. Whoever you want to blame just could not figure it out. Let's go back to the phone lines. Andy is in Green Bay going, Andy. Hey, How's it going? How you doing today? Hey, man, how's it going? Oh, so far so good. So, basically, I'm on and I don't want to talk about we're crowning. Tampa Bay Buccaneers before it even play a game. I believe that Brady and Belichick were ah. Match made in heaven. And I believe that I'm sorry. I don't like it. Here. You No good. I'm good. Oh, okay. Sorry. No. I believe that Brady because he's in a much tougher division this year. I mean, nobody's talking about he's been in a week division. For the last. How many years So I do believe that Brady is down grating on his abilities, But I still think he's a very intellectual quarterback, but because of division Is that much harder? I don't see Brady going 97. What did you have potential. As far as Galaticos. I do believe that he has a very good system that had a very good quarterback. So them being in a week or two division with a much Lester Town, Cam Newton that they're going to go nine and seven. I appreciate the phone call. There's no doubt that the mental is going to be there with Brady. No doubt in my mind like he's done this long enough. He's experienced enough. He's seen everything. There's no defense that you can throw a Brady. There's nothing that you can do to get Brady ofthis game. From a mental standpoint. Seen it all done it all. I just question the physical part of it. And there's no knock on Tom Brady. A lot of people aren't the same athletically. At 43 years old the way that Tom Brady is A lot of people. For every reason..

I haven't played all kickable since I was eighteen years of age and just to get back playing again with such a quick spirits, and there's a lot of men listening that maybe have given up their passion for American football Canadian football soccer for that. And if you're if you're in England, football, whatever it is if you've forgotten about it all you've put it or swept under the carpet. And you feel about your time is done because you're in your full. I'm here to tell you right now man twenty two years, I'm not kicking a bowl going back loss yesterday. Clang again was like unbelievable. What was like gassed? Absolutely. Was my lungs hanging out my chest. Yes. But I'm going back next week. Yeah. That was so awesome. See you get plateful again. As as outs, we get to were so tight that includes me too. Rub off nouns. It'd be more playful wonderful bring it love, everything you all your environment. Is that what you want to add? I think that's all that Bubba. I think that was the question that you you had for me. I'm not sure if you have anything else well Jews of wisdom to end with some Joe's of Jasmine's wisdom. So do you have any loss? Minute thoughts. Anything on your mind that could help someone listening. I don't know. I'm a very into persons. Go the got. Are we keeping it nutrition? You want anything? Oh, anything. Oh my gosh. Trae, okay, Perko time give you time to relax some ponder over. What's being said? So my Jews of wisdom is always take each day. I've been saying over and over again in my head incantations and formation. I've been saying this one particular alpha male, especially when doing these bloody coach showers, but they suck. I'm going to say out loud. They suck the failing that you have often was outweighs the sucky nece. So I've been saying go under the code is calm. This of mind is one of the beautiful. Joe's a wisdom by say this phrase, more often this three sentences. It goes like this self control strength, right? Tho- is moss. Jerry com. This is power self control was shrimp, right though is mastery com. This power if you keep saying that yourself all over and over again. Repetition right over and over again, you'll going to start to become not compass and everybody wants to be on a compass. And so I am naturally a very reactive type of person, but I'm making a conscious effort to respond more instead of reacting so just say those free sentences Ofra today if you're stressed out at work self control, shrimp, right though is mastery com. This is power and anyone added a little bit more say you hot pace be still jasmine jazz. Bow of a to you. What's your Joe's of wisdom? I feel like you're a poet now. I just had to say that is that was what was on my mind. So I just say, what's on my mind intuition. Okay. Well, you know, what since it's the winter months in Canada. And I know from our clients in our own personal experiences at the winter can feel kind of blah may feel stock seems like in the summertime we things are a little bit better for everybody is if you're in your journey of whatever it.

He decided not to compete on you, and also you weren't doing personal training like in person personal training. You became a lovely chair surfer like me. All online, and you also notice a change in your in your your hunger levels. So you start paying attention to your hunger. Cues because you knew I don't need to force feed because you are on a timer. You weren't paying attention to what was going on terms of am I hungry my not hungry because it didn't matter you just had to eat when you were bodybuilding. So you start paying attention to that. And then you do the same kind of progressive thing. Were naturally you start pushing till ten to eleven toll twelve and. Then you just started picking up on the smoothies, and then my lunches, and then my dinners, and then you were just noticing home. It was very easy to for you to gravitate towards what I was doing because you know, modern washer the environment. But like I make a lot of the meals you make a lot of the meals more than I do now, which is frigging that's the other benefit energy. That's why. But also, they're going you your unite almost exactly the same. And so now, it's like, I'm not the one preparing all the food. You're doing it. You do actually I would say good seventy five percent of it. You'll prepare it like, you know, I'll do maybe all the protein for the week and things like that. But you'll prepare him organize and everything like that. Which is a bonus for me to. But even like for you, you know, the day to day stuff like. You were when you were two hundred and fifty pounds. You're so used to putting on your shoes you having to sit down because you'll Bill you'd be totally gassed. It was like a chore. So as you're losing the weight, and you started feeling lighter, and you had more, mobility, and agility, and your vibrance and your wellness all of this kind of stuff came back to you. You still had those natural tendencies from you know, being that bodybuilders. So deeply ingrained in you stillness sometimes. Yeah, I had room. Yeah. And some of your food rules are still there too. But you're just working through it right now. I think there was one time in the summer. I stalked you and I'm like pay we're going with your shoes. And you're like I gotta go put him on. I said, Honey, I'm like, you're not tutors fifty pounds anymore. Like, you can just you can bend down and put them on no problem, and we kinda laughed about it. Because you had to be like. Oh, yeah. Like. Different body, which was really it was really kind of very interesting to watch you Morphing transform. Honestly, abe. Oh, I just wanted. Take care yourself on a hope fingers crossed that you're enjoying every single mama this episode. Remember, take notes take calc- back on the other side. Editing. To is like, you know, if it's episode is like you're just binge eating like one time a week. That's one thing. But when it's an, you know, if you find yourself binge eating, you know, three four five six more frequently it's more of a frequent behavior. It's almost like a feels like a norm to you. Then I would suggest perhaps going and doing some more self discovery as to why that's perhaps happening. What's the trigger behind? There are seeking guidance on. I would hate to, you know, give ill-advice on on, you know, something like this. And then somebody who was you know, struggling, you know, went ahead and did this and just it made things worse. So I always, you know, say. Take what we say investigate it for yourself and see if it's right for you is say that almost every single, you You know. know? Person that you look up to and, you know, learning to take what feels right for you and leave the rest, you don't have to take everything quite Whoa, well quite. quite. Yeah. So I mean intermittent fasting was super easy for me. I literally took what I was doing from like my on nine to five, and I just pushed it so I naturally naturally gravitated to it. Yeah. So the second part of my fasting is I car backload, I say car backload because that's what people have probably heard in the the fitness industry for the people that don't know what called backloading means. Can you explain the easiest most implicit you know, way to explain it is just having your carbs later on in the day. So for me, I have about three meals a day on my last one is a big car carbon. But I really liked that too because I trained fast it also don't tell me you he calls before bed. Jasmine parks. It's probably my favorite meal. So. I've heard and some people believe this that eating clubs at night. We'll make you still plenty fast. I correct. I always say, it's the depend factor. But you know, what people should not fear any food groups. I think people I would I would suggest is to have a healthy relationship with all all food groups because if you're looking at crows. Yeah, I mean, there's so many things I could come into play here. Why people aren't losing weight that I don't even want to get into it? And I think is just like one of those rabbit holes that just if you start, and it just doesn't stop on as to why people aren't losing weight..

And I always I always thought to myself like why does she what does she do that? And every time you ate your your eat, something green. You always eating vegetables one of the things that you do at night, which is so funny is you we add this huge ball when you a big salad out of it every single night. And then on top of that, you see pretty well, you always take your vitamins every single day was the other thing that I notice that you do you also eat a lot more carbs at night too. But on cobbs bad on. I is that what we're hearing. Why why are you eating cogs at night because everyone seems to think not you store carbohydrates in your body overnight to that? That's what people will say, right. I know that's not true. But total the listeners about this about Jasmine's approach because her behaviors. It's interesting hub behaviors that she's been doing since we've been together for the last three years has honestly everything that she does is rubbed off for me. So if you're a man, and your significant other has some phenomenal healthy habits, then I would encourage you is a good idea to start implementing and taken on her behaviors because they know something right? So I've literally. I'm doing Jasmine's protocol right now and the protocol. Yes, we do is intimated fostering that works very very well for us amount of work for you. But less share some ideas. Let's give him some Joe's of wisdom. What was the exact question? The question a Moscow. You is like what do you do? Like what why do you have this approach? Why do you use this approach, and why does it work? So well for you because it seems to fit perfectly into your lifestyle and your busy. You got a lot of things on the go. Right. So this could definitely relate to men and women. Yeah. I'm first of all I hope we didn't lose any listeners because when we say things like, balanced, right? A lot of people say they want a balanced lifestyle. But the things to have a balanced lifestyle are usually like the boring stuff. Right. The things that we all have read heard seen time and time and time again, and you know, for me, I mean when we first started dating a couple of years ago. Yup. I was working in a government position. So my life. So it was very very different. You've kind of seen me involve in my eating and training and things like that. No switching from that government position nine to five to the entrepreneur world where I could make my own schedule. And I and you went through this with bodybuilding..

"The people who are not in their Isaac Bruce St. Smith Reggie Wayne, Andre Johnson, anquan Boldin. Henry Eller, Tori? Hope all of those guys are ranked in the top fifteen in terms of receiving yards in their career. We wanna know what Julian Edelman is ranked. Two hundred and forty eight prints. Hello. Okay. Wait a minute has he ever made the Pro Bowl? Wait a minute. How you never been to Hawaii in Orlando. But you need to go to Ken. That's not how this rose. Look. I had a good career with great moments, and I'm not a hall of Famer. But you know, what I am ranked hired and Julian sex. So we go start giving doing enemies some consideration you see mice wedding. But it is a damn nice around. You know, what that's all? That's my point lead them on a Super Bowl champion love, you know, some champions that are bumps because you just be on the team and get a championship ring. He's not a bum. He's a great player hall of fame is the most prestigious ten times as accomplished as any Super Bowl champion just walking down the random streets. You can't get into the league club unless you qualify. And by these numbers. I don't see how you make a case elements qualified, and when you listen to what you said, he never said at omen. He said these guys he was talking about the position the slop position. And there's about it. There is some merit in that discussion because more of NFL offenses are three wide receiver sets. So those. Guys are more in line with starters than they used to be. But in terms of elements, specifically when you look at the postseason receptions, which you keep talking about three out of the top five guys are former patriots slot receivers. Oh, so they all going on. Yeah. So he's out there by far it's Welker amendola. And when you look at Welker Troy Brown, you have to put in that conversation too. Because he's another great patriots slot receiver. When you look at the patriots hall of fame toy Browns in it. I think Wes Welker will make the patriots hall of fame before Julian Edelman does he did have four hundred more receptions, he did a four thousand four yards. Did he retire? I know he has an armored. But what I'm saying is we we want to talk about those those numbers historically that position has been very productive in that offense. So there has to be some context now Julian element he can play. I'm not discrediting his ability to play football. I think he's a baller. But we like Marcella said, I'm not even going to go to the waiting. Lists of guys that will be in the hall. I'm gonna just go to guys that probably won't make the hall of fame that are better than Jillian. It'll mean. AJ green is better. Emmanuel Sanders is better. This schon Jackson is better golden Tate. His better staff on digs is better, Adam feeling better. Chad Johnson who I played with is probably one of the top five talented receivers to ever plan. NFL put up numbers in put up. Great numbers is better. Brandon marshal was better de'andre hopkins's better juju Smith, Schuster is better. And he's a youngster. Mike Evans is better. Jordy Nelson is better t y Hilton is I can go on and on and on. And when you do this discredits what Jillian element has done TJ Swiss was better, the fact that Israel talk. And so when you play with Tom Brady, he's played in seventeen playoff games. You are going to get the rock go to a different position. I play with a guy named Willie Anderson with the Bengals he should be in hall of fame. He's not you can't control who you're drafted buying. What team you play for.

"Radio. The show Bill Reiter with you thrilled to be joined by my next guest. Three time. Superbowl champion pro bowler longtime former patriots wide receiver and now over at embassies. Sports Boston analysts there. Troy Brown here on the show. Troy thank you for for making time. Hey, thanks for having me on. Appreciate it. So just another just another year another Super Bowl parents or the majors at people in Boston. Just not tired. But is this just like, yeah. Cool. All good. Or is the are the fans as blood is there as much blood loss rather championship is there was twenty years ago. There's always a hunger here in Boston for championships. We've been blessed here in this part of the country man to seems like we always have at least one of the four major sports sports teams involved in some kind of championship during the revolution as well. Revolution the soccer team. I think they've been in a couple of championships over the past ten years. Well, so I mean, there's always, you know, just I anticipate season starts up. Somebody's gonna be playing for a championship around the Brown here on the show. Troy, you're the unique position not just a receiver obviously worked hand and foot with with Tom Brady. But Brady arrived New England at about the midpoint of your very long career. And so you were not a young guy when he arrived, and you are not about to leave. Is there a moment? Do you have a memory when you you personally realized maybe this young dude was going to be pretty good? Yeah. Basically in OTA's and training camps when you know, his his leadership skills won't display from the moment. He took his first reps in practice. Receive a best in British beef. Did anything wrong Tom bin jumping anything like that? So that was that wasn't it went down like the rookie. But you know, he just kind of walked towards him down the field and was just trying to figure out what are you thinking on that particular play? What did he see? So you can kind of see like this guy. And one of the first time the rookie quarterback asking those kind of questions over bitter and receive that particular time timely so that was on display from the get-go. And then just seeing him. Always he was always around always in the weight room trying to get stronger and faster, and it always always studying always watching always watching film. So I mean, you see that kind of commitment to the game from a young player regardless of quarter. Eyebrow here on the show here on the program. I love I love that story. And so now we fast forward. Troy all these years later when you assess Brady's legacy and legacy. That is all the a guy who's been in a Super Bowl almost almost every other year of his professional career. Where do we rank him? Where do you rank him on that all time list in the game of football at the quarterback position? Maybe even in American sports. I I I came up in a time of of Marino. You know, he was he was probably knows last five or six years in the league. When I came in got to see him play see him throw the ball arm. Not even really stepping into his throws going to pinpoint. Dr receivers got a chance to see Joe Montana play before he retired just some of the greats. I hate to go back and compare different different Aristide. Now, you know with just a different game play last so tremendously I mean, so. No guys are very talented at what they do. And what they did. And obviously one a lot of games Marino. Didn't win any championships. I wouldn't hold that against him as being one of the greatest, you know. When it does come down to number. She got looking at Tom Brady and the body of Berkeley put together. He's probably not his third generation of players that he's playing with you play with the guys back in my day. There was the guy who their basic life from two thousand eight to two thousand fourteen fifteen what other words, and then now this whole new characters that he's playing with now. So it's just a he's done with completely different teams over the nineteen years. He's been in the league. So you got to look at the body of work together. And the way he's able to gain not just from week to week, but basically from series a series in the middle of of a game. And just completely changed the style of play they need to Troy Brown. Got it. I got to give him the edge. I'm with you, man. Troy Brown here on the show. Troy asking this of of every person that I'm lucky enough to visit with on this show on the TV show who wants to blast coach Tony Dungy yesterday. I'm gonna ask everybody. I'm ask you and you on three Super Bowls. What is your when you look back for Troy? Brown. What is the best Choi Brown? Super Bowl moment memory. Oh, gosh moment. There's a lot of them. You know? I mean every every. Is like a thriller. So the next one I the last one, you know. Maybe that that I Super Bowl, you know, wanna just just an entire season. And the fact that nine eleven happened right at the beginning of the season after the first week of the Stephen, and then you know, and just having a season in the way. It did having had a military kick the game when you know. You know? I'm probably going to be one of my favorites. Just that entire drive people were thinking, we should have taken place over time. But we put together. I'm Ben driving this even at that particular point man and just. Govan down the feeling either position to give. Got another one of my teammates is still playing Terry. You know and give them a chance to maybe gangland field goal. And he did. I think what the person. Oh like that. So I mean. Yeah, that was pretty remarkable moment. Just to get your first Super Bowl. In troy. For Brady and Bill to continue to just, you know, put in in gold plating their reputations and their legacies and their resumes to get one more to get this one. What what are the keys for New England is they try to gain planning scheme and prepare for that Rams team. Well, I think first of all day they've got to do something with Aaron Donald in the middle of that that defense for the for the Rams. He's the one man wrecking crew up the rest of the Spencer. Well, he would definitely be there every single week and it can cause problems for them in their running game. I say. They love right now. This is what the one I can't even the patriots are. So we can cause trouble with that. He can pecan push the pocket in the middle, which I think everybody knows those are the places where you know, that that you give up the middle. You can you can plus the Tom Brady a little bit and get him off his game. You know, a lot of giants and both Super Bowls. They beat him in the middle. So you gotta take care of that part of the defense. I and. For the ram and then. Because the patriots. They just gotta they gotta pay the way they play the last few weeks last couple of weeks of the season and the playoffs and get up to a fast start. The defense is look look refresh as opposed to looking tired and a little bit older. They just look fresh right now. And as they continue to make adjustments. They've make in the middle of the game. Not get beat by the Rams Rams back which is places where the the patriots. They've had some trouble covering backs and government tight ends like a play in this game. But they've kind of figured out some different things in different combinations to put out in the field, and basically all they really done outside with their with their corners. And this guys is they just play tough man to man defense. Receivers rerouting them and making them work to get open to catch the ball. And when you do that you make the quarterback the ball, and you get a chance to get there with the Pacers pass records. Now, they use the format. Get to get to the quarterback. We didn't see that happening all year long. I mean that was a place where they struggled as being able to use those four guys that wanted to get pressured, and they seem to be doing a pretty good job of doing that now in the playoffs. So they can continue to do that in this game. Like, they have a good chance of winning. Former patriot Troy Brown here on the show three time Super Bowl champion, NBC sports. Boston analyst Troy when you you know, we've all talked and you've obviously seen in thought about that blown past interference call that could have helped the saints advanced. Do you have a problem with the Rams fall? But do you have a problem with the Rams being in the Super Bowl given that blown call? No. I mean, I don't I mean 'cause those kind of things happen. I mean, you can always not that blatant. But I think there's a lot of places within that game. Where things have an opportunity to weigh. You know, so I mean, obviously that was a horrible horrible horrible call. You know? He could could've call one of three different things. You know, we have a blow to the head, you know. But the only contact a difference with receiver, and he didn't call any of us. So. So that was really down part about it. But you know, you look at it, and they go you can go back through the entire game. You know, you can find situations where the the saints just didn't put them away. So I don't have a problem with them being in there. I just have a problem. Just the blown call those kinds of situations. I think there's a lot of discussion going on about what types of play our viewable and how much will slow down the game. So I think you know, you can take a look at that. Because at the end of the day that a lot of money a lot of money for these teams riding on this. You know, I mean, I know 'cause I mean, I go to our pro shop all the time, and it's always sold out because the team is one so much. So he's a lot of money on the line for a lot of them lobbies players. You haven't seen him stuff? Like that team makes a big difference in their pockets and the owners Caracas and how fans acting you football team. Brown on the show. Troy last question for you. It's the way too early but required Super Bowl prediction question. We could have out. But what how do you think this thing goes down? Well this. I think it's because the game will be seventeen years to the day on February third. The patriots last play the Rams and the Super Bowl Super Bowl thirty six. I can only. I can only get that the school would be the exact same as well. So I would say I would say twenty two seventeen patriots. I may later just because the scorns up, you know, all these years later in the teams out of the Rams slipped on a points back in those days too. But. Just do a little more research on how much the scores going up on average across the league. So I'm going with. Well, what the exact same score. But for right now, I'm done betting against Brady and the patriots. I've learned my lesson. I've learned my we all should be twenty years. Troy brown. Thank you, buddy. Really? Appreciate you making the time. Thanks for having Troy Brown longtime patriot receiver and quarterback at the end of the career three times. Three time Super Bowl champion. NBC sports. Boston analyst really good, dude. It just and look deserved has nothing to do with it sometimes. And I'm not taking shots. I I'm rooting for the Rams. I'm always ruining as the patriots. But it just feels like the Rams don't deserve to be there. And that combination with the patriots and everything Brady's about. It's it's hard to it's hard. Not to think it's going to be New England..

It did having Adam venit Terry kick the game winning field goal. You know, you know. That's probably going to be one of my favorites. Just that entire drive. You know, I know people were thinking we should have taken place over time. But you know, we put together. I'm Ben driving the season particular point man and just Tova down the feeling that position to give probably got another one of my teammates to still playing. It hadn't been a Terry. You know, give them a chance to. Go. And he did, you know, I think I feel like that though. I mean. Yeah. That was that was a pretty remarkable moment. Just to get your first Super Bowl in that fashion. Troy for for Brady and Bill to continue to just, you know, put in in gold plating their reputations and their legacies and the resumes to get one more to get this one. What what are the keys for New England is they try to game plan and scheme and prepare for that Rams team. Well, I think first of all day they've got to do something with Aaron Donald in the middle of that that defense for the for the Rams. You know that he's a one man wrecking crew up the rest of the defense. And so he would definitely be there every single week and it can cause problems for them in their running game, which they they love right now. This is basically what the one first team. The patriots are. So we can cause trouble with that can push the pocket in the middle, which I think everybody knows those are the places where you know, that that if you get up the middle you can you can flush the Tom Brady a little bit and get him off his game. You know, a lot of giants and both of those Super Bowls. They beat Amir got fresh up the middle. So you gotta take care of that part of the the defense. I and for the Rams and then defensively for the patriots. They just gotta they gotta play the way they played the last few weeks the last couple of weeks of the season and the playoffs and getting up to a fast start the defense is look they just look refresh as opposed to looking tired and a little bit older it just look fresh right now. And as they continue to make an adjustment. In the middle of the game. And not getting beat by the Rams Rams back which is places where the the patriots. They've had some trouble, you know, covering backs in government tight ends like a play in this game. But they they've kind of figured out some different things in different combinations to put out there on the field, and basically all they really done outside with their with their corners. And there's lot guys is they display up man to man defense those receivers re-routing them and making them work to get open to catch the ball. And that when you do that you make the quarterback older ball passwords the chance to get their with your patients pass rushes. Now, they use a four-man rushing to get to get to the quarterback. We didn't see that happening all year long. I mean that was a place where they struggled as being able to use those four guys that fun to get pressured, and they seem they seem to be doing a pretty good job of doing that now in the playoffs. So they can continue to do that in this game. Like, they have a good chance of winning. Former patriot Troy Brown here on the show. Three time Super Bowl champion, NBC sports. Boston analyst. Troy when you you know, we've all talked and you've obviously seen in thought about that blown past interference call that could have helped the saints advanced. Do you have a problem with the Rams fall? But do you have a problem with the Rams being in the Super Bowl given that blown call? No. I mean, I don't I mean because those kind of things happen. I mean, you can obviously not that blatant. But I think there's a lot of places within that game. Where I think things have number twenty to put it away. You know? So I mean, obviously that was a horrible horrible situation. Horrible call. You know, what does this past interference stall he could have called one of three different things? You know, have a blow to the head over the only contact. I've just a difference with receiver and he didn't call any of us. So that was really down part about it. But you know, you look at it, and they go you can go back through the entire game. And you know, you can find situations in there where the the saints just didn't put them away. So I don't have a problem with them being in there. I just have a problem. I guess. A just the blown call those kinds of situations. And I think there's a lot of discussion going on about what types of play. Our you feel and how much will it slow down the game? So I think you know, you can take a look at that. Because at the end of the day a lot of money a lot of money for these teams riding on this. You know, I mean, I I know 'cause I I mean, I go to our post shop all the time, and it's always sold out because the team is one so much. So there's a lot of money on the line for a lot of these lobbies players who have incentives and stuff like that team makes a big difference in their pockets and owners Parkinson. I guess the fans reacted your football team. Troy Brown on the show are Choi last question for you. It's the way too early but required Super Bowl prediction question week and a half out. But what's your what how do you think this thing goes down? Well, I just a at this because the game will be seventeen years to the day on February third the patriots last play the Rams and the Super Bowl Super Bowl thirty six. I can only I can only guess that the school would be the exact same as well. So I will say I would say twenty two seventeen patriots. I made things that later just because the scorns up, you know, all these years later in the teams out of the Rams tunnel points back in those days too. But. Got the just do a little more research on how much the scores going up on average across the league. So but I'm going with. Going with the exact same score. But for right now, I'm done betting against Brady and the patriots. I've learned my lesson. I've learned. We all should be took twenty years toy Brown. Thank you, buddy. Really? Appreciate you making the time. Thanks for having me. Troy Brown longtime patriot receiver and quarterback at the end of his career three times. Three time Super Bowl champion, NBC sports. Boston analyst really good, dude. I it just and look deserved has nothing to do with it. Sometimes. And I'm not taking shots. I'm rooting for the Rams. I'm always ruining as the patriots. But it just feels like the Rams don't deserve to be there. And it that combination with the patriots and everything Brady's about it. It's hard not to it's hard. Not to think it's going to be New England..

So she gets to see grow if you will. From a personal development standpoint of how much I've have grown as an individual but with, but we're going to do now is actually share the story how we both I met. So I'm going to introduce jasmine even though she's been on before she. I think it was episode common episodes. She was on a lot. This is kind of interesting different change in energy, and I think this is really great that you are taking your own platform. You giving yourself advice. You've been such a great advocate for everybody else's growth in their struggles that I don't think if you went through all that you've gone through and especially the soft growth in personal development that you've gone through, although last two and a half years that you've been, you would be in this position to share, you know the things that you've gone through in your life. I think people are actually going to be quite shocked, but I think you know there is definite strength in your vulnerability and I know to my core that what we're about to share with the community with people that someone out there is going to hear your story in is going to be so grateful that you decided to. Take that risk. And I think that's probably why I've been. This happened to me this incident which I'm going to share with you will happen to me for two years when I was basically between ages fourteen and sixteen, but this so much more. That's wanna talk about as well in this podcast, just because Philip assistance factor standpoint, I feel as my own story, hence the reason the show system factor is a real story of, you know, so many frigging bloody ups and downs, and. Just insane adversity. And I know we will have our on store and a lot of us have been for many, many challenges, and that's what life's about because there's going to be many more in the future. But I think this really, really honestly needs to be
