"I don't think the gap is going to be in the fourth. Fair enough. You also wonder how much ultimately who are they targeting because at this point, your guess is as good as anybody's, right? Who the heck knows? So get me John matchy and Troy Anderson. If they do that today. I think they might be able to stay at 54 and get matchy. It's a weird draft, so I'm not a 100% sold on anything. So here's why I think that. Yeah, because Jameson Williams fell. Clearly, teams are a little more concerned about the ACL than maybe we thought. Now, met she's ahead of the process. Yeah. I'm just going to give you according to reports. So right. And I don't know who's saying I said they wouldn't take matching on Bertrand. I said that he would be the checks every box, assuming his knee is fine. I think there is a chance that she falls just based off Jameson Williams falling in them being in similar situations. Then again, Johan Dawson went, where did John Dawson went high? 16. So the receivers are kind of pushing up. I was actually thinking maybe leading in the treylon Burks would fall out of the first round that obviously didn't happen. It's going to be a flavor thing. Do teams want the team sitting on the board if they want to slot, it's sky more than probably matchy. If you have a bunch of teams to run outside receivers, mention probably is a little more time because you have a Christian Watson. You have George pickens. Alex. I don't even know where David bell is projected anymore. Former projected Tommy. 15 pick David bell. Is he down to day three? Yeah. I'll give you credit. You were on that one. You watched him, you texted me. You were like, what? Yeah. Never saw any sort of place for you with David bell. Like I never thought he was fast and how many random people have pencil limited 54, Evan. Oh my goodness. Don't do that to me, all right? So if they're going to move up in the third round or second round, excuse me tonight, and target a player, it does feel like it's gotta be on defense, right? I just want the wide receiver as much as anybody else does. But at this point, I really do think that they would dig defense with that pick. If they're going to stick with the senior bowl small school guys, like Troy Anderson's right there, right? Cole strange, like it's a similar Troy Anderson or even Zion McCollum, who's also an FCS guy..

"Patriots where I'm just like, I don't know how much film they're watching because they're not picking things up, like that's how you become, that's how you don't think as much on the field. You just react, 'cause you know you see it and you do it. And whereas other guys who don't study as much, and they need to take a couple steps, all right, what's really going on here. By the way, like muma, a fan, not a whole lot of upside, but I think he's polished and he could play right away. Let's talk about Troy Anderson for a second. Oh, yeah. 'cause I don't know how much you wrote on her. I think you did mention him at some point as I would consider him here. I mean, started a quarterback running back, linebacker, like he's 6, three and a half, two 43, ran a four four two, like, I don't know. I mean, you know, I was excited watching him and just thinking about Bill Belichick losing his mind over a guy like this. I was just like, why aren't we talking about this guy more? Yeah, I think so, so first off, a couple of things that people might not know about him. He won state championship in three different sports in high school. One of the things the Patriots like in most of the big programs like Sabin and these big college programs, they love kids to play multiple sports. That leads to competitiveness. He ran a ten 8 in high school in the hundred. So the kids, kids fast, really fast. He's athletic. You know, he's going to need some refinement. That's obviously a big jump from Montana, Montana state. He didn't look out a place not being full time at the position. I mean, he time, I mean, I've seen some scout comments about like, you know, I wish he had four years of playing like linebacker. If he did, he might be a first round candidate. Totally. Totally. The challenges he ran a challenge if you had a patriots. He ran a four four two, right? Which put him on everybody's radar, right? And probably bumps him up around. Into probably the second round. Where he was probably going to be a third, maybe fourth because he wasn't necessarily ready. But man, those like athletic traits are rare and the backgrounds kind of rare in itself too. So yeah, I like Troy. He's one of my top 5. I have him higher than the kid from Alabama. Christian Harris. I think I wouldn't be surprised if they kind of went in that direction. I think he's a good kid. That's the word from down there. He definitely has top end talent. I think he's more of a kid that you're banking on the best footballs in front of him. Like he had that time on Harris Anderson. I talk about Harris. I'm talking about Harris. You know, he doesn't like his speed is fast, but he doesn't always play that fast. I think his best fit is going to be in like a react defense that allows him to unlock that athleticism versus high end play recognition. I didn't think he was great in coverage. I didn't think he was always great against run Fitz. Really athletic kid really talented kid comes from the program they like. So it would be a huge surprise if they picked them. But I don't have him higher than some of those than Anderson muma quay walker, et cetera. "Who knows, you know, he's supposed to be cleared. I don't really care. He's a good football player. I think he's a number two. He's not going to be dominating, by the way, if Jameson Williams falls around the Patriots, he would be a guy who would be willing to go after. I don't care if he has to sit his whole rookie year. He's that good. You get the 50 year on. I'm not really worried about it. You're getting a special guy. You know, one guy who's really interesting that I hadn't really considered until I was watching film this week was David jabbo from Michigan, the edge guy. Now, he tours Achilles on his pro day, you know, there's a whole chase winovich thing and didn't they all didn't the Patriots get another Michigan edgy guy? I don't know. But anyways, they've been going after a lot of machine guys and I don't know if they've been huge differences, but man, David jabbo, if he falls in the second round or whatever, this dude when he's healthy, he is a difference maker on the edge. Like he's almost too good to pass up. If you get a shot at him, I would even think about him in the first round for the, you know, if you trade down, he would be a guy that you pick up towards the end of the first, you get the 5th year option on him, you don't worry about The Rookie year. What have you? You still have him for another four years on The Rookie deal. Again, another guy that good, like Jameson Williams, that, you know, it could pay off. Of course, it comes in a medical, but mechi is my guy there. Other guys that I sort of like Josh Pascal from Kentucky, a big edge guy, and there's one guy I have a binky at linebacker. Cattle. I have a binky. Have you heard about I'm sure you have because and we'll wait for the third round. It'll be a third round pick, but this guy Troy Anderson from Montana state. Have you heard about him? He started games at quarterback, running back, linebacker, I mean, I think Belichick just passed out, listening to this podcast, and his car. Like, I mean, and he's good. He's good at like all of them..

"Mike or Sam, you know, depending on the package. Yeah. So Troy Anderson is the rangy linebacker. Like he's the sideline who guideline guy. He's the guy that can be put in some higher stress coverage situations. So there is that as well where it's almost like they don't have high tower, but they have Bentley in that role. So they're kind of looking more for like a Jamie Collins, not necessarily another redundant Hightower. So I can feel the argument for Troy Anderson. And I like them much better at 61. We just got to cross our fingers that he gets there. That's basically. All right, I say we do it. I say we do it. Yeah, let's do it. Big old big old trade here. A lot of picks flying around. And Troy Anderson went for Leo chanal didn't. So there we go. So we can take whose house is at linebacker just for the sake of argument. I don't think mama went either. I could see this. I actually could see this happening. There's so much focus on the new age guy. And if the falcons are like a year away, they can let Roy Anderson develop. I could actually, I buy this. So Christian Harris is here too, but I think we want that true three down linebacker. So it's who do you like better? Chanel or mama. I think I personally think they'll like Chanel better. I love that. I love me some Chad mama though. I think he's a little bit more, I don't know. I don't even think he's more athletic. I think Janelle is just a better player at this point. So I Eileen torched and all here, for sure. I love how far we've come. You hated him when we started you were so I used to give you that they were going to do. I don't think anybody. And then I watched him and I liked him a little bit. But you got to start watching college football ever, 'cause you'll know ahead of time. To be fair, I don't think anybody expected him to test as well. He's a breakout star busting your pants. But yes, no, this is a good pick. We could package 85 and 93 to move up. I'd rather make both of those picks. At this point, I look at it and I say corner tackle, maybe you're running back at some point, right? In these next couple of picks, I think we need to pick. So yeah, let's take a professional. Including the which right now are crystal larvae and leader chenault we have 9 picks. Great spot to be board kind of screwed us here at goddess back Cameron Thomas Kirby Joseph Juan Dale, some good Dylan parm, some good players go in there, saylor, Sam Williams, but let's see. We've got, I know our guy, Josh, and the chat is probably furious. We haven't taken a corner. Let's look at our offense. It's a corner offensive line and they're always liable to take an edge guy in the third round. On the third round. All right, so we have to add another third round pick. Look at that in there. So we've got, we took our lineback, we got Marcus Jones, maybe we'll early not entirely. Yeah. Look,.

"So they want like 7 is their basement. Yeah. We make this. If we make this trade at 6. Okay. Let's keep it going. I think we keep it rolling. I think we keep the picks. If Kyler Gordon falls to 54 by some miracle, nope, they took Washington took them. Okay, all right. While he wasn't gonna, I think him dropping all the way to 54 is crazy. This is crazy too. We just miss quay walker at 52. Yeah, I think that that's gonna be a real, I could see them moving up a couple picks for quay walk or two. Oh, do you have the board of who we've taken, by the way? We took a lot of it with the first pick. Yeah, we took a lot of it with the first pick. We're still working here. Look, you staring right at you at the top of the board. I understand that people want a little bit more athleticism. And I know the ocean all tested through the roof at Indy in India at the combine. But when you watch them on tape, he's stiffer than what he tested. I don't think his agility and his change of direction in space. And his ability to cover our cover in the passing game are as good as his athletic profile at the combine might suggest, right? I don't think this is a high level cover talent at linebacker. With that being said, there are very few prospects in this draft that do the things that they want a player to do at that position better than Leo Chanel. When it comes to fitting the run, rushing the passer, just being an absolute menace in the box. Like, this guy checks all of those boxes, 250 pounds, a thumper, but got some new age athleticism to him. It's hard to argue that leader Chanel is not a perfect fit for them. Like he really is to me exactly what they want at linebacker. But at the same time, I would say so Troy Anderson, so was Chad mama. I think Tori Anderson's really raw. I don't know if he's quite as refined and his processing. I don't think it's quite as good. Mama's processing and refinement is fantastic. I don't know if he has the take on and the aggressiveness coming downhill likely as Chanel does. So I agree with you that those guys are good too. They're not neither one of them are getting to 85 though. So for taking a picture at 54, we got to decide which one we want now. Well, so can I show you a trade I've kind.

"When we look at corner, I do think that you have to start maybe thinking about the drop off at corner, right? Because to buffalo at 25, I think roger mccrary is a good player. I'm not sure if that necessarily checks the need that they need. We're always sticky guy and coverage. I think his size is probably going to limit him to playing mostly in the slot. The only yeah, the only guy that I feel like an outside corner that could come in and we just took crystal lobby. So we took it offensive player, right? So now you're going to have to start thinking about defensive impact. Somebody that can come in and play right away. The only other guy on this board that I feel comfortable with that outside corner is a day one impact guy as Kyler Gordon from Washington. I think that he is going to be in that 35 to 40 range. So it would take a little bit to trade up for him. No doubt about it, right? You're going to have to give up some assets here to get back up from 54. But once we did this last week, we drafted Martin Emerson in the second round. We both like Emerson, but it's probably around earlier than we wanted to take him. It certainly early for guys like Zion McCollum tarik woolen. I think those developmental guys should be third round picks. The drop off there at corner is legitimate where you start to worry about that. And I'd also say, we could probably sit at 54 and get a linebacker, right? If we sit there, then one of Troy Anderson, quay walker, Leo Chanel, someone like that will probably be there at 54. So the question is, is do we think that it's more immediate for them to get that linebacker? Because then we can just stay at 54 and pick. Or do we think that it's a real true immediate need that they have to climb up to get a corner? The corner, but because I don't think the Jaguars or lions are moving, they need talent. Right. Bill's not trading with the jets. So let's bump through these three real quick because we're realistically not getting the guy here. All right, he's still here..

"One week from right now the Jacksonville Jaguars will be on the clock and the NFL Draft will officially begin next Thursday one week away, it feels like at this point I have not covered a draft Alex where there's less of a consensus of what's going to happen really at any point in the draft. And I think in a lot of cases, the lack of star power the lack of quarterback star power in particular has lessened the draft excitement a little bit, right? I don't know if there's really as much buzz about the draft this year as years passed outside of our bubble. But I love these types of giraffes. This is what for people like us. This is what it's all about is you can have an opinion and it's not necessarily controversial to have an opinion that's a little bit different from everybody else's because there isn't as much controversy with this draft or isn't as much groupthink with this draft. And I don't think that that's just in the media. I think that's a rather unique and in league offices as well that there isn't it's a flavor draft. What's your cup of tea? What's your scheme? What are you looking to try to do? That's a big question here going into this draft. It's going to be fun because there's going to be a lot of different moving parts at the top, I think. And you know what? For people who really get into the class, right? Like us, where my spreadsheets at like 220 player or something like that. Yeah, there's so many weird prospects. And I mean, not the best way. I mean, like, Troy Anderson with his whole position to change background, right? A guy like tarik woolen. There's some real FCS D two prospects in this class, whether it's Zion McCollum, Jason Poe is not a guy we've talked a lot about, but he's gotten some run the two tackles, right? Or not. Well, one power 5 one non power 5 guy one group of 5 guys and then one FBS guy..

"Starting safety. Troy Anderson, one of the best linebackers in this draft and adding speed to defense. We like John mechie. They get their starting garden Sean Ryan. We like McCollum. Long-term outside corners. And Jason Poe, too. I think he might start down the road as well. Marquand, son of a knight. I'm not learning how to do cartwheels if they come away with this class. That would be an excellent question. Good job. Alex Klaus, good job. All right. Here's another one. The player that I don't think we've talked quite enough about, Kellen deetz here from Arizona state. I think it's his own blocker, right? I think he belongs in his own system, put him with San Francisco, put him with the rams. Now at the Miami Dolphins, let him get out and scoop block and make box, moving laterally, side to side, but a really, really good athlete. If you want to make the Patriots projection, you're probably thinking he's like Nate's older, right? Like that's sort of where you're going with it. But yeah, I think that this mark is pretty much a lot of the guys that we saw a big trade out of the first round all the way, I don't even know what they did with oh, so they traded 21 to Dallas and they get 58 another third rounder and another fourth rounder. So they maximized the day two early day three picks instead of getting like another first or something like that. Yeah, like it's one thing if they're picking like what was the year that they took dog or they were picking like 27, 28, something like that. Yeah, they picked right. They moved back. I think they were picking 23. They moved back to 37. But they also did this with Jamie Collins, right? They moved back. If you're going to move out of the first round this year, you're almost in the top 20. I want future assets. I don't know if you can get a future first, but so this right, what is that 21? So. They get 88 and they get one 20. So I would almost instead of that four 20 because I also think this is an underpaid generally teams overpay to.

"I think he's going somewhere between a 101 50, maybe one 70. He's not going to be there in the 6th round. He might not be there in the 5th round. You can't just slide a rising like that and say, look at me, I drafted him. I get the credit. No, you got to take him. The PFF simulator just dropped certain players. We could have drafted David Collins who was a first round pick, it let us draft him in the 6th round in almost every draft we did last year. You got it at a certain point. The simulator is not going to respect you. But you got to respect it. You don't want to respect the process. The simulator doesn't respect it's not going to. I will say though. Alex, they're just saying that. And I don't mean to rip this person's mock traps. Trust me, you're not the only one who's taken matter rise at two ten. It's all over the place. Yeah. They got some good players here. This is out of the night. Great pick. Great pick potential pass catching back. One of the best kick returners in the country last year experienced player, oh, I love that pick. It's a little bit of a reach. Some people think he might go on draft and some people think you can get him in the 7th round. If they take him at 200 and he's going to come in and return kicks right away and then be the third down back in a year or two, that could be that could be a sneaky good pick. I love that pick. I can't remember exactly. I think he's bigger, but maybe like a little bit of a redo on JJ Taylor there, right? Like it kind of a similar type of player returns kicks, pass catching back. I could see that. All right, cordell flood. Another one in this draft. We talked a lot about the other guys. I don't want people to sleep on mama. I feel like we talk a lot about chenal. We talk about a lot in Kobe dean. Troy Anderson, mama's sort of getting lost a little bit in that. I feel like, does he feel like one of those guys that they're not going to have a shot because he's going to go between 21 and 54? Yeah, that's fair. He's a good player. And a lot of I saw some people talking about him on Twitter today for the Patriots. Alex and I not quite as high on him as everybody else, but all of a sudden cordell flood to the Patriots is like a hot pick in mock drafts that I've seen. Yeah. I don't see it like I get it..

"Haskins at the end would have been interesting. Yeah. That's the one that we just missed them. Nate landman. Nate lemon. Special teams contributor right away, east to west linebacker, another very instinctual player multiyear captain. He's on the smaller side. I don't think he's necessarily going to be a defensive player year one. You kind of hope he grows into that, but Nate lamb and screams the kind of guy who's going to come in and contribute on special teams for ten years. He kind of reminds me in 8 Abner. I think he maybe has some more versatility. I think he maybe could develop a role as like a third down coverage linebacker is going to give you like 20% of snaps on defense within three or four years. But he's going to come in and contribute on special teams for a long time. And he's going to be high character guy in the locker room and all of that. That's what they want. They want those guys in the 6 round who make sense. So that feels like a very them pick. The way that I see it at linebacker and math is an age, right? He's an outside linebacker on the line of scrimmage player. With off ball linebacker, all of us are clamoring for McGraw and McMillan and all these guys that they already have in the building to get a chance to play. So to throw another developmental third round linebacker pick like a Troy Anderson or chanting tyndall, I saw in the chat or one of those guys, I mean, isn't that just, are we just redoing it, right? And I understand that more bodies more potential darts at the board is not necessarily a bad thing, but eventually they actually have to play some of these guys and, you know, actually do something with them, right? So taking all these guys and continue to take all these guys, I just don't see it. If they go in the first round and Devin Lloyd is on the board or they're sold on to Kobe dean or they feel really, really good about somebody like that that's going to be they're going to draft him. He's going to be thought they Hightower, right? He's going to be an absolute game changer for them. It changes the deck. That's totally different. By taking another one of these guys that maybe is just going to kind of be in that mix with Macron and everybody else. I mean, I just don't really seem to see the point. That's where I'm at with it. I think we've talked about this in terms of the to do list in terms of the needs. They certainly added some needs and soft season guard became a need. I think corner is more the need now than it was coming into things. The one position I think they've done a pretty good job of addressing this linebacker between bringing in Mac Wilson, bringing back to one Bentley, some of the internal additions they'll have McRae, McMillan. I think linebacker maybe all right. I really do. If they don't go linebacker coming into this, right? I didn't think they're bringing Bentley back. Obviously, Mac Wilson wasn't on the radar. Take those two out. All right, I forgot the background. Right..

"Pickens. So we lost, we are getting killed. Yeah, not a great run here for us on the board. So that's how wide we were at this point. Oh boy. A bunch of, I mean, at this point, we wait until the third round, or we have 66, I think that's, yeah. So when we double up on in the third and fourth round on wide receiver and try to get them down there. So I want to see. I'm going to put safeties on the board. Yeah, not really. This could be an interesting spot for Troy Anderson. We got murdered. We are getting, this is like the worst case, this is nowhere to go but up from here. This is a worst case scenario to start. Yes. All right, so here's the argument, right? Leo chenal is their typical sledgehammer that is a little bit more explosive a little bit of better athlete moves faster than a guy like Juan Bentley, but I would say is cut from the same cloth as those types of guys, right? When I watch him on tape in a straight line, he's really, really fast and explosive, but you ask him to try to change directions and things like that. It gets a little bit wary at that point. Oh, they have clay walker way down here too. They got some guys. So the reason why I think PFF has guys like quay walker all the way down here is because they're a production based model and a guy like walker's more trade space, right? So I also love Christian Harris here too. If you want to get speed on the defense, is he not play though? Because he's going to get stuck behind he's going to get stuck behind my blank Oklahoma in Michigan why am I blanking on the names? Ronnie Perkins and camera grown..

"He's not on the level of walker. He's certainly not on the level of dean, but he's going to get to the spot, make the play. And he's never added position. He's never really had a position. So yeah, I'd be, again, I like walker walker's still the guy. I think these two guys probably go. I wouldn't be surprised if they go back to back pics. Right. They end up right around each other, but I would take walker between the two, but if they end up with Chad mama, that's a good pick too. He's going to give them exactly what they need. A GPS to the football. That's what that guy has. The funny thing is the big thing, that was a big thing with Kyle Duggar. I remember my first take instinct on Kyle Duggar was this guy gets to the spot. Yeah. And then it was what's going to happen once he gets there, right? But he got to the spot. So that's a trait, no duh. It's a good treat. It's a trait they value. All right, Darien beavers from Cincinnati. Only 237 pounds. 6 foot four, two 37 is what he measured in as we think of him as a little bit more of like the thumping style that they want. I thought it was going to be closer to two 50. I didn't too, yeah. Yeah, he's an aggressive downhill guy. He's an interesting prospect to launch as well for them because of the way he takes on blocks. If you're trying to be a little bit more athletic than, let's say like a juwan Bentley, but also still have some of that thumping style. A guy like beavers or a guy like Leo chenal, who did measure in at 250 pounds. Those are the two guys that they're going to be looking at. And on day two is correct. Yeah, so should all this only two 50, I thought he was going to come in bigger than that. Yeah, so it should all came in at 6 three two 50. I thought he was going to be pushing too sexy interesting. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, he's an interesting player too, that I'm interested to see how he tests with Chanel. I'm not so worried at all about the 40 with him. The agility drills will be the big one. And also even the on field work, let's see how well he moves, right? When they do the drills when they advertise drop and open his hips and do different things, that's going to be an interesting thing with Chanel too because I am not concerned with him being pointed in the right direction and screaming at a ball carrier, right? I think he can fly in a straight line. The more concern I have for him is change the direction. His ability to flip his hips and get open and do things like that. That's going to be a difference maker for Chanel and his draft stock. So that was the linebackers. Oh, your guy Troy Anderson. Can't forget about that..

"I probably said that backwards. I'd actually go Harris walker mama. So yeah, I was close to putting hairs way up there, but yeah, I think all those guys are going to Harris going to go in the second round, walker mama late second, early third. You think the painter's got to walk away with one of those three. I would pass on a linebacker in the first round. Lloyd dean, I think he got to walk away with one of those three and you talk about doubling up. If Hightower and Bentley leave, I know you're not high on shot, 'cause he's more that old school linebackers, 360. He's only playing downhill. He doesn't really move lottery laterally, but if you're pairing him with Chad MoMA or you're pairing with quay walker. Right. Now Christian walker right. Well, no, quay walker. If you're pairing Leo Chanel with one of those three. Right. Now you're really at my attention. Now you're really in business. Well, because you got the idea of how the Patriots have set it up at times in the past is you got the thumper and you got the runner, right? You have the guy that's on the strong side off the ball. That's gonna take on the lead blocker. That's gonna blow the play up strong side and you got the guy that's gonna chase the ball carrier. You got north south, you got east west. Exactly. So if you compare, if you pair somebody like a Leo chenal, who's just gonna come downhill and absolutely destroy the line of scrimmage. With Christian Harris, then you have that type of combination. Right. And if you feel other needs and other places, maybe free agency or a trade, you bring in Calvin Ridley. You don't need to draft a wide receiver high. Maybe the Patriots are higher on their defensive line group than a lot of people are, which I don't sleep on. You have bar more coming back. God Shaw, wise, the Lawrence guy, all these guys in their contract on the defensive line. Taking two linebackers is not out of the question, especially if you like you said, make sure that they have complementary skill sets. So the other thing you could do. And again, I said I want to see the Patriots walk away with one of those call them the big three. Harris walker mama. And I look, I like beavers to, I like a missing somebody else. Sam and I, tyndall, is another one in that group. Like those guys, but not as much, not as much those three Harris walker moment, right? Big three, but let's say you missed on those guys. You do grab Chanel in the third, but you still want to pair them with that east west guy. There's two things. What? Troy Anderson. So I got two. Troy Anderson from Montana state. You talk about being the quarterback of the defense. Troy Anderson, and I love this. And if they draft Troy Anderson, you're going to hear this, I don't know if it's a stat fact, whatever for me forever..

"That high of a level, he's somebody I think the Patriots would really like. And the fact that he's a little bit on that bigger side, you know, he could make a lot of sense. He's a day three pick because his game's still a little raw by nature of moving all the positions. He's a great athlete. He's smart as hell. And if he's going to be a little bit on that bigger side where he can meet some of these blockers in the hole, I think he makes a ton of sense for the Patriots. So that was my big takeaway from the measurements at least. Don't sleep on my guy, mama. I love music. He's really good. Chad mom is really good, but here's the thing. They're gonna look at it and I'll let you explain Chad bum in a second, but they're gonna look at it as Chad mum the second Cory Anderson in the 5th. You're right, you're right. But anyway, but Chad, mama, you might as well keep watching up anyway. Or in past drafts with the whole tears or bucket system that the Patriots use and they look at it and they say a Chad mama how much better is Chad mama than Troy Anderson probably not that much better, right? We're not talking about a guy that's a first round talent versus a guy that's a 6th round town. We're talking about a guy that's both guys are in that 50 to a 150 range, right? And they're gonna look at it and say, those guys are basically the same. But Chad mama's and I think he's a really, really good football player. And I do things that I always look at with these linebacker prospects is I want to see IQ, but I also want to see movement skills. But you can talk, you can have the best, you can have the best athlete in the draft at linebacker. But if he doesn't know where he was going, then it doesn't matter how fast he is, right? But the ability to read blocks anticipate things, see what's going on in front of you from a blocking schemes perspective and be able to anticipate and get to spots. Where you need to be at that position in my opinion and Chad ma is a 110% one of those guys where you see like a lot of the tape that he has because of where he's playing at Wyoming. It's a ton of misdirection. It's a ton of backfield action from a lot of these teams in college. So you have motion and you have sweeps and you have play action and you have multiple mesh points and things like that. And he's able to read it all out. And he's able to have very few false steps and he'll see, okay, here comes the jet motion. Here comes the backhand off, falls with the back, I'm going to the polar, right? And he breaks on it like this. Those are the types of things that I always want to look at for linebackers. I know a lot of people like the Georgia guy chanting tyndall as well. He's a very, very explosive athlete. He can go sideline to sideline and up the field in a hurry..

"And that's something that would concern me a little bit about him because he his body type, the way that he plays the game. The Patriots would try to turn him into an X I don't know if the Patriots would move him inside or play him off the line. Which is probably what they need to do. Right. So I think that he's somebody that I'm a little bit wary of just because of the press coverage reps that I saw. Yeah, and look, I think they could use a guy like that. I just don't, if that's the role you're gonna fill, you're talking like that Z, right? Right. Go get one down in the third round at that point, right? At that point, you don't need to use a first round pick. So wide receivers kind of a weak position in terms of patriots needs at the senior bowl, but pretty much every linebacker that's worth talking about, especially inside linebackers there. I'll give you a couple. Devin Lloyd's going to be there. Chad mama from Wyoming is the guy I really like quay walker, maybe my draft crush on the defensive side of the ball. Did you watch Troy Anderson from Montana state? I haven't yet. But I did watch a little bit of quay walker just watching. Obviously, the Kobe dean today. And he's somebody a title is he gonna be there too. The other Georgia linebacker, I think both of those guys are Kindle changing. Yeah, yeah. Both of those guys, I think are interesting. They're a little bit bigger, obviously than the Kobe dean, but they do still move pretty. I mean, that Paul Georgia defense flew to the ball, right? It wasn't just nicobi dean. He was a heartbeat of that, but all those guys could fly to the football. So anybody from that door to defense on game with. So yeah, I really like walker, but watch Troy Anderson. He's kind of an unknown and I'll admit, I haven't seen a ton of them, but the people I trust with Dave said about him to me, he should be in the mix. And there we know the Patriots aren't afraid to go with the small school guy, right? Look at Kyle duggar and how that worked out. And that's kind of where I'll close this on names people should know. Beavers is going to be there too, right? From Cincinnati. He's an interesting one at linebacker also. I've heard some good things about him. I think he's the player that they'll be interested in. Yeah. Darren Bieber's yep. Yeah. And there's some good corners there too, correct? So yeah, yeah, so there are. So I kind of on that note, one of my favorite things about senior bowl is you kind of you see these guys from the smaller schools and how do they do against power 5 competition? So I'll start I circle those guys who are the smaller school guys who I really want to see what they can do. The first guy circles, he's actually the first guy circled on this entire roster, believe it or not. Tariq woolen Tariq woolen from UTS a University of Texas, San Antonio. Marcus Davenport. Yeah. So they were really good this year. They were.

"Tennessee's defense against the Bengals did enough to win that game. It was two really bad coaching decisions by Mike vrabel in a bad pass by Ryan Tannehill that really made the difference. It wasn't the defense. The defense was enough to stop one of the best passing attacks. That being said, most of my attention actually probably is on the offense this season and here's why. I think in terms of player personnel, the Patriots defense is really close to being elite. I agree. All in all, all in all, and people are going to jump down my throat for this to just hear out the whole thing. All in all, they were one of the best defenses in football this year. They ranked second in scoring, they ranked fourth in yards against. When they did struggle, it was a combination of two things. It was injuries and probably more significantly coaching breakdowns. When I look at the defense for them to unlock their potential, it's not as far away to unlock the potential the defense in the offense. And I'm not saying this is easy, but really what they need is assuming they keep JC Jackson. If they lose JC Jackson, cornerback first pick. Right. No debate. But assuming they keep JC Jackson, really all they need is a second outside corner to allow Jalen mills to play more freely. A little more depth in the secondary, which I trust them to get. We know their history with UDF 8 corners. And then really a fast linebacker. I like Cameron Macron and ray Quan McMillan. I'd also dip into the draft. I know people are gonna say to Kobe dean, one, I think he's off the board by the time the Patriots pick. Two, I just don't think they're gonna compromise that much to get him. He weighs 220 pounds. Yeah. I think that they do understand they need the quicker linebackers. But again, instead of looking at the 260 pound slow linebackers or the 220 pound basically safeties, you got to look in the middle. Who are the guys who are like two 40 who aren't lightning quick but can move. I'm talking like clay walker. I'm talking Troy Anderson. Guys like that. Yeah. That's it. And second corner is kind of a big ad, but again, there's a lot of fast linebackers in this draft..

"There's articles about it cover of Time magazine. The Prince Charles even came out and talked about it. So if you just go on the website that details exactly what they want to do, and this is this is the underlying issue that's really going on behind the scenes. Almost everything we see happening is related to this. They wanna move us into this new system. It's going to enrich the elite and and create this the Socialists or World World System and that that's why we in the in the book the military guy, Dharma, get him. We we delve into that is how does this relate to Bible prophecy? What does the Bible tell us what's ultimately going to happen? And are we really moving into that period of time? And you know, I'm an investigative journalist I've investigated for a decade. I've done hundreds of interviews, read hundreds of books, Tom through tens of thousands of pages of government academic documents in the consensus among you know, faith leaders, Bibles, colors, they they believe this is really happening. Even experts that existential risk it's Harvard M I T and Princeton the issue any reports the top 10 dangers facing the world and they see a global totalitarian government is one of the top dangers you know, along with nuclear board and things like that, so so this is real, and it's and it's happening, and it's out there openly. On websites and news articles. Troy, take a look at the challenges we face internally. No, I think you know it was said well, with the notion that we will never be destroyed from the outside. It will come from the inside the education establishment and what's happened really? Since the Application, the Department of Education going back to 1980. We've seen education outcomes have only gone downhill since then. But but also you know what we have seen with two generations of adults now that have been brought up in the system. Mean ultimately. What do we do from here? For those of us that have our eyes open for those of us That really do believe in the founding principles of this country. What's the path forward? Yes, That's why the Colonel and I wrote this book because I wanted First of all we want to help wake up and prepare people for for the loss of freedoms without experiencing here in America. You know, we we've never had a situation in American history where you know the founding ideals, our freedoms. Our liberties are being challenged in attacked at this level, so So that this book is designed primarily, it's a spiritual preparation book. It is what it takes you through what the military calls the making of a warrior process, You know, helps you, you know, strengthen your walk of faith. Drawing closer to God walk in the supernatural power of God, That's that's key, but but also wait the books designed to help inspire and encourage people to be bold and courageous. We need but you people to stand up for what's right. You know, for you know, the Judeo Christian foundations of our nation are being challenged. And we need to be bold and courageous and stand up and oppose these things. Especially what the left is a bunch of bullies, and what they try to do is use all kinds of intimidation tactics that we just sort of stand up. Speak out that helps, you know, push back against the this agenda. We're watching unfold now. Troy, I think your work is important and timely. Thank you very much for taking the time with us. Thank you so much Great, Great honor. Troy Anderson, the author of the Military Guide to Armageddon, battle tested strategies to prepare your Life and soul for the end. Times. All right, Let's say we got David standing by the question put in front of you today. Would you vote? Trump again. David, Welcome to them. Run. Um great fan of years. I won't bore you with any more. They manage a few times. Um, I don't believe that Trump will run again. But he changed Americans beliefs. He showed the left hypocrisy and so many ways. Hey, made safer cities, safer country, safer world. Even if people are not smart enough to realize that, and they do that American Idol type voting to die like that type deal. I think we'll see that hopefully our country were will survive. The Conservatives. Patriots. Adults need to win every D a office, every attorney general office, Uh, every house seed every Senate seat that starts today. That's not two years away. Two years away is when we vote. Please. People make sure That we are covering each race. And we need to the past them back for for what they're doing to our country, and it's not about people is just about stupidity. And when you got economic fools and foreign policy fools in the White House You got to change this and like I say it begins now we got to do everything. Our military is thought to keep us safe. All these years, We have got to take the same kind. Of response to keep our country safe. To keep the world safe for, um and and do the right thing. And I just appreciate you, Brian. You have the awesome interviews. Great Heart. I love that interview just had to with Wanna check out that book. So Troy, Troy is. You know a great thought leader in this particular John run, and David. Thank you for listening for being there. The kind words you know one thing in particular you and you just nailed it. Every election matters and it starts right here at home. You know the undoing with some of these principles where it didn't happen won't happen. Inside of our classrooms. Right? I mean, we have Mork control over what takes place in the classroom right here in town. Yes, the department of Education that gets implemented here and you know, it's good that we let that ship sailed. Every election has the consequence, often those closest to you and geography that have the biggest impact to your daily life. It's been my saying for over 20 years, but it's I've turned into a cliche because of the level of importance and we see it. Four displays. David's absolutely right, especially as we have what by municipalities in Broward that have elections coming up in March. We have special elections all throughout the year.
