"In the second for the hawks Meanwhile a shorthanded great for Trevor Moore into the hawk zone to the back then he score so a shorthanded break Less than ten seconds in to the ox power play Just a turnover just inside of their own line No one in front of more when cleanly towards Delia and puts it home It really was pretty crazy how all of that happened In fact Troy's stature is hooking penalty on Patrick Kane may have been a breakaway for Kane and he was really frustrated that he wasn't able to just take advantage of that open ice So not only did the Blackhawks possibly not get a breakaway but then LA ends up capitalizing on the Blackhawks power play and get this it was Trevor Moore's fourth shorthanded goal on the season I don't think the black hawks as a team have four shorthanded goals if they do They have four But I think it's I think it's below that Trevor Moore becomes the second king's player to have a shorthanded goal in back to back games He just had one in their last game against the Nashville predators He and Mike Richards the only two kings to do that that is pretty impressive as LA was able to tie things up But as the black clocks continued their offensive pressure Kirby dot got leveled by shonduras a really strong hit on Doc over at the blue line But Jersey was called with a tripping penalty So the black hawks did go on a power play had a couple of really good looks including one by Taylor radish who was robbed by Jonathan quick who also had a pretty good game today A blocker saved by Jonathan quick robbing Taylor radish of what would have been his third goal in his last three games but the Blackhawks were able to retake the lead eventually anyway Drops it off for drinking beside the right circle Not as Strowman back of the goal Another good shift for this line to break it in front He's gone Alex to break it off the feed from Dylan strobe and the hawks retake the lead Another beauty of a shift for the break get Kane and strome line It's two.

I'm curious In the conversations that kings management has had with you over the last few months. You know they protect you in the expansion draft as you mentioned. There's all these young players coming up their stocks about acquiring top six etcetera. What kind of role did the team lay out for you. That you'd be playing with the club moving forward. I haven't heard. I've heard much. But i think that You know. I think something that i bring is that i can kind of play anywhere and i can do whatever you want. I think that's something that i've tried to mold. You know especially in the minor is when you see you know the high end talent up talk. You're like am. I gonna panda power play. Probably not got to figure out a way to be on the penalty. Kill i gotta figure out ways to be effective other places. So i think that. I've had that Throw my whole career in the nhl. Just you know going forward. It's gonna bring you. You had maybe a different role what you just described them. What you've had your entire life right. You are a a high offensive player in the ahl offensive player in college. Was that maybe something to accept personally. Like hey i can be in nhl player. Maybe it's not the same role. I had denver but it still equally important part of a team for sure and i think that you kind of just have to say do i want to play in the nhl own be good. You know power play guy in the l. And so but but it's been fun to. I love learning new positions. I love you know. I never played in the penalty. Four and then. I was got that joining the miners. And i was like this could be something. I'm good at something that's useful moving up so And i've had guys come through The marley's like going around in deck. Hyman or the same thing right where they they kinda change their games. Their offense guys in went more penalty. Kill and now you look at them and they're able to do the stuff again so i think that you know. Just get your foot in the door super important and something that no guys. The minor should really take a look at ten goals. Thirteen assists twenty three points in a fifty six game season. I think you were a really pleasant surprise to a lot of kings fans and based on the coaching staff in management quotes..

You wanted to be a part of what the kings are building. What are some of the factors that went into you saying that making either. You wanna be elegant. I think maybe just plan on the line with clinton by field for a couple of games as fun and you see the talent that he has right and you see. I'm working out with the turkey out right now and just as young guys in the talent. They have is is incredible. And then you look at the most of it in the offseason brand arvidsson. This is not listed as peter paul and mary even though i so well polls duke even though i seem like a peter-paul mary expert many listening. I don't have any. And i really know not a lot about them but i do have a weird knowledge of music listening to the radio if i had a hammer. No i don't There's a there's a few versions of that one but the most popular one is maybe or maybe there's them stuckey best known. Yes that's his best charted and seventy one. He wrote it as a wedding gift for peter. Yaro used to perform it for the public until you are requested it at a concert where his wife was present. That's very nice. It's a feature length movie director. Alan ball who did directory sky followed in american beauty. I didn't move frank with paul. Benny it is the good. What was the shady movie from. Ron howard last year. Hillbilly allergy isn't the good hill and the elegy about a guy from the sticks who moves into europe comes intellectual mugabe's back home for a funeral or something and then he's there's attention because he's gay living with the guy in new york but his dad's this old redneck and there's this crushing scene at the end. It soon very good good should watch it. You a little update on conor mcgregor. He underwent his three and a half hour surgery in la successfully. Apparently doctors inserted a rod in his tibia. His fibula was also fixed with plates and screws. According to tmz sports we now he suffered that really gruesome lower leg injury. We talked about that transported. Right to cedars here in la sources. Say that conner had an intra meduri rod inserted into the tibia. This surgery went well tomorrow. What no even tweeted just of surgery surgery went excellent feeling tremendous six weeks on crutch and we will build back. Let's go gotta love the guys attitude. Yeah and he's a draw so hope he can keep fighting nice to anyone. I think he was used to the doctor when he woke him up. I don't. I don't know how much off cameras i don't know how much of it is. Just you know. Show brand selatan selling tickets. I've given up on trying to figure out who's that that's what i do. Prefer the people who pretend to be mean versus the people who pretend to be nice now sort of enjoying the people. I like this version of rosie. Much better than i like the old version rosie. At least you know what you're getting you know it's consistent. Yeah and i actually do like this version of rosie. I like the tell it like it. Is you know i do too. I pretend to be nice. People are are some of the worst people i've ever met. That's what we're discovering right. Point out to people said the area that the hospital says cedar sinai is in beverly hills in a very rich part of town. They have at least in the in the maternity ward. They have birthing suites. The average person like christie. Now you're going to the regular old you know room but if you're racial kardashians you're going to go to the birthing suites gonna cost you ten thousand dollars. You're going to get a locking hotel suite to yourself or no one can bother you and i imagine a staff. Oh absolutely dedicated. I at least looked into the trigger. I wonder if conor mcgregor has like some sort of celebrity setup pregnant people actual clinically insane maternity ward burbank. Sweet that what you think. I am becoming insane person because people answer that kind of the fucking time. And i don't get it neither today. We had a sort of low rez things. Business class now or some place in recedo recall but just remembers. We had our own room with a bathroom. And i went and used the bathroom and it was admonished by. There's just a bath. Oh weird and then and then this thing which always drives me nuts. She was she got on me. Like i use the bathroom. And she did the You're not supposed to use the bathroom. And i gave her the well. It's too light and she might well next time. There's no next thing. I got into wins this. This'll be it and she's like well but you and then a certain point the one of her colleagues or something came around and went. She's bad everybody. And i was like once you fire fast. She's fucking bad too. I love the concede. Yeah of it's really your nerves couldn't be higher. It's most important time of your life. Everyone's just a bundle of anxiety and she's a everyone who shows up but it's consistent but everyone knows everyone fucking get her out of their member into the fucking morgue where she would only mildly annoy some of its residents. You'll have to. You'll have to excuse him. He's not a very good doctor. That's what it is like. I was pulled aside and told that she was a batch to everyone. That's insane by the way. I spent a lot of time in hospital the past two years not once. Did anyone ever tell me not to use the bathroom. That's new birthing suite. No we were not mike greatest. You know everyone talks about like what are your greatest laments our mistakes or whatever the moments in life i cherish the most is. I'm always ready to tell somebody to fuck off and like why walked out of the bathroom nurse. Ratchet was there with a clip. Or you're not supposed to be using that bathroom and i didn't go. Oh i'm sorry. I was unaware of get outta my face walk. I don't fucking listening to you can con- like what you when you andrew drew are told by some fifteen year old lucky to get up and get moving drink dutifully gets up line like little lord. Fauntleroy that was There were you drew's favourite story is when we were doing a k rock calendar signing at the parking lot of the best buy like alhambra. Something that they go somewhere the super playing these things go where we're going to do the countersign this year and they'd go alright whereas adam left circle it on the map they go. What's the furthest place where adam lists. We hit water tire saturday at for free. But we finished the signing and we're in the parking lot like the best buy and drew was like i wanna go in there and get a phone or something. I was like..

"Church. I like this song. Don't be down on and thank you still have guston's wow yeah. Wow that's only half over by the way. How a now did you get to be teenagers and become crazily embarrassed. I mean by your family or is it something. You always were proud of embrace. There's probably difference between your sister. Because i've noticed boy girl boy girl twins. The girls get immediately like dad. You know just. Everything's embarrassing if you've talked to their friends or ask them stuff. They get so freaked out by certain age. You're just the chauffeur right. I mean the only thing that really embarrassed me was that they would if like we'd be going somewhere and they'd walk into like a a room that they thought had good acoustics. They would be like. Oh this is great. Acoustics student aid start singing my friends the like But that was the only thing is like they would stop and sing like a lot about because there. Obviously it's religious music and that was the like they did. They live that way at home or was this more of a work thing. Oh no it was very like. I grew up. I couldn't watch most things that can watch. it can watch like smurfs because it had magic in it. I couldn't want. Yeah i guess wouldn't And then i couldn't watch He-man because he said by the powers of great also he was calling on a different power. That wasn't like And like i couldn't watch most movies. Like i had from that era. I haven't seen so they walk. The stars have been. I could watch star wars star wars But there's movies today that i like my wife will be like you've never seen terminator two right now. No no and we watched all three and she was like. What did you think. And i was like. I like the third one and the second one. She's like what do you mean you like. The third one second was like well. Like i like those are the best and she was like the first one the second one. The third one's cool to like the lady terminator and strong. She says i don't have the embedded this dall- gist. I saw ghostbusters for the first time at the age of thirty five and i thought it was like okay. I didn't love it. you know row. Certainly the special effects. Don't hold up. And also i don't think it's good for a movie or restaurant or even a date to have too much build up yelling into it because it just any movie that i waited a long time on. That was hyped the entire time. I've always been a little disappointed. And the movies you go out and discover before you hear anything about him always seem to have the best effective. Yeah but so your parents walk the walk that talk the talk saying the thing that they did it all and then you then went into comedy and yeah they seem like they had ideas about you and what you should be exposed to and maybe what you could be doing and did they have a beef with the standup or with the comedy. In general yeah. I mean they like. They're very supportive. You know i mean you know of going like doing arts and stuff like that. Like i had as a kid. I had a comic book comic strip like in a bunch of local papers. That's how i make money the kid. So they're very supportive about that then. I had a public access that got bought by pax television. You remember packs television. It used to be like runs touched by an angel and stuff like so a couple of packs. Affiliates bought a public access. Show that i had made as a teenager and so then that started being like a sketch show and that's i started kind of going into like you know darker comedy and stuff and then they weren't into it and so then i did like the whitest kids show on On ifc and that was just a very blue sketch show and they were like not like we had a movie come out like in theaters and they wouldn't go see it and stuff so they are still. They're still happy that things were working out. Yeah they were. They were glad that. I didn't need money right. You know but they didn't like the stuff that i had. A huge wonderful thing happened to me which was as soon as my sister. Got out of high school. She joined a buddhist commun- so she kind of took them last lightning rod. Yeah so they were really upset with her. And i was just doing dick jokes over here and like they kind of like let me this is why are we say what the older brother. Kurt his juvie. Because your disease or c minuses or see you use or whatever are nothing compared to kurt. Who's in june. So your your sister. Going rogue had a it had to steal a lot of focus and iron energy and you just making fart jokes on your cable show xactly. Yeah i thank her for that every now and then like you. I talked to a couple of weeks ago and we were talking about. That was like yeah. Thanks for doing that. That was sweet. Is she still perfect time. she's still involved in that. And just kinda move now. It was like creepy like a communist. She did it for like a couple of months and then was like this is for her shower. But i always feel like and i think women have this wiring more than men. Was that a defiant move. Like let's just say your sister grew up with me and my atheist family right would she have made the move to the buddha's called to push back. Was there anything to push. There's nothing to push back against family. Yeah if family was like super super like everyone needs to be atheist then maybe she would have ride become lay jesse being atheist right. Yeah i think there is just sort of like you know. You can't tell me what to do. How do the opposite. Yeah yeah this is why i mean. I think a lot of kids manifest this. But i feel like girls do even even more of it. And that's why it's kind of tough to try to Every single when i used to do love line on the radio million years ago. I'd always say well once every thirty calls we'd get the girl and she'd go dating a black guy. And i don't know how to tell my dad and I'm nervous but i'm in love and i'd go. Well tell me about your dad and she always racist hate his guts. Oh okay now. You're going to tell them you're dating the black guy. Probably not a coincidence. So that's what. I that that seemed to be a theme plucky boyfriend by the way. Yeah the middle of the god knows what kind of position you're trying out based on her hatred for her racist dad an awesome also bad if like the first thing that people say when they think of you is like oh. He's a racist. The words that the scripture i've trained my kids to say he set in his ways a lot of coaching. Did they just say adams adams so the show by the way Let's talk about that for first. Second trevor moore show on comedy central. No audience know audience which I've i like i've i. I did a show on comedy central years ago and i had to fight and fight and fight. I don't want an audience and they'd always go. You have to have an audience like you have to tell it's done you're making breakfast. You have to put partially by the side of the right and it was like. That's just how we do. It felt like it controlled the pace of the show. Like you have to. There's a certain cadence that you have to do in front of an audience versus non audience. It was that something he thought about it was it wasn't i don't think it was an option. We shoot it on their stage. Thanks right there and like their Studio so they didn't have the ability and also this whole season. We shot like during covid house like we had rules where it was like. We couldn't have three people in the room..

"I don't know that they want male. That's part of their off brand right. Trevor moore is here Has got to talk show. It's called the trevor moore show and season two's available now on comedy central's youtube channel and we'll talk to him now. Good see again trevor. Yeah thank you. Thanks for having me interested and we probably talked out before near sort of background because your parents had to kind of crazy profession. Yeah they were. They were christian rock singers in the eighty s so like intel and fulltime until. I was eight. So i grew up on a tour bus and we just drove around and did like churches and megachurches every night with the regional in the south or was it all knows all over like they had They had like the number. There was the number two song there's was called Love song for number two and like the eighties so we traveled all over the place and yeah it was a lot of which i thought was normal until i was just thought. That's what people did like you know he just went around and kids Traveling with christians and a boss being violently molested by an uncle normal. Yeah this is also in the eighties where it was like everybody was like satanic panic and then also they were telling all the kids that you're if if anyone is you don't know them they're gonna kidnap you so try constantly terrified of being kidnapped and stuff and i had a secret password that had have to give people and stuff so it was. It was fun. I i don't think and maybe dovetails with this covert stuff and the reason. I push back against so much. Stuff is eat freaks. Kids the fuck out to tell them that they may be abducted or they may die of a disease or we only have when i was growing up before you my hippie mom was saying look we got about by the year two thousand. We're going to be living underground because ozone's going to be gone and there'll be no more natural fuel or any. You won't be able to drive a car you want to. We'll be out of food is like oh awesome. You'll be eighty. And i'll be fucking entering my prime live rat hole awesome. Yeah yeah for us. It was it was abduction on the way to school and razor blades. In your candy and Oh we i was really young so you guys probably remember this too but when ryan white basically told by our teachers that could be any of us we can. It was everywhere like corona virus where it was like you know like you don't touch anything right and so there's the thing where you go. We'll just tell everybody that aids is everywhere and that they all have an equal chance of getting it. No matter what the how they participate sexually and then just tell everyone that secondhand smoke is gonna kill everyone and tell everyone they're going to be abducted and then we'll have a safer society. It's like web. Once you're freaked out. Kids is what we're gonna have. it takes its toll. It's going to be interesting to see what happens to all these kids that were during the last year up with like i have a kid. But he's three. He's completely like oblivious to it like he had a great last year because it was just mommy and daddy had to stay home for eighteen months so but like i feel bad for the kids who are aware of death and then had a for a year to be terrified of the sleep zoom funerals. Yeah yeah they're definitely there's gonna be some ptsd like my son didn't care but my daughter's like pretty good freaked out really now. Yeah a lot of you take your shoes off. Can't come into the house you know. Put a mask on outside. Like shoot it got to and it. Definitely you know nothing is free or sort of without residual effect. You know what i mean. You can't just go well. We scared the fuck out of everyone under twenty for eighteen months. But they're fine now like though because if you're if you're thirteen years old and you're scared for a year and a half that's ten percent of your fucking life. That's your base. Normal normal is kind of freak out and then we went all right Turn the page and it's so easy. It still really work that way. So we shall. We shall see so your your son was your daughter. Your son son son is happy to have mom and dad around. He loves it and then like he like. We found a school where he could keep going to it like they kind of the school. Did a pod thing so like time or do they have like a in between a at the very beginning when everyone's trying to figure out what was going on. They shut down for like two months but then they open backup. But it's like it's still 'cause also with the little kids. They weren't really being affected by it. Yeah that'd be. The virus didn't write them that much so we would the thing trend but they had to wear the masks all day and trying to get a three zero three year old to wear a mask and so like my kid like he kept getting kicked out of school. He kept getting sent home because they're like he thinks it's funny to take other kids masks off of them and keep them away and like so. I had talked to him. I was like in two to three year old. But i was like yeah. It's it's funny but like you know. It's i had to come by the way these guidelines like when they're like well anyone on a plane older than two must wear their masks. Did anyone raise their fucking hand in that meeting and go to two year olds how is it. How's it going to be physically possible to get two year old to wear masks on a commercial flight. Seen two year olds on planes. Yes yes certainly heard them. I'm saying it's not easy to control the reason off but why why not. Just go to zygote like what the fuck is to why to like our kids endanger. Aren't they danger. And we always knew in effect fucking kids. This whole thing's been about age and they wanna freak everyone out but didn't make it six pick. Some nuts picks them number. You could execute the task. It's like no only kids Under four can operate the forklift..

"I gotta learn a whole new name now so that and these are hard games. It's a lot easier because i know these names. Hard names he goes. Wait i was supposed to marry the other one okay. Here's here's a fun. Little story new york city man has believe him trevor. Don't part of bummer news. I know it. A new york. City man has been rendered fearless by brain surgery. Jody smith thirty. Two years old underwent an operation to help them overcoming panic that became so bad. Sometimes he'd get seizures. Doctors might have gone too far by removing his rate. Amidala smith now says he's not afraid of anything he's stoically faced everything from muggers too steep cliffs on hikes with no worries right after that he knows he could face muggers now he got mugged right after and he's like it didn't scare me guys going to be dead. It's you need to be afraid. There's a reason that we're afraid like you know if there was an evolutionary like benefits and not having fear. We would've gotten it like did i catch you cheating. Or is this a deepfake. And he's like first of all. It doesn't bother me either way. But i'm not afraid of Train's coming at me. I saw there was a documentary That the bbc did or something about a lady who is in a car accident and damaged that part of her brain and she became complete fearless and then she just kept start sleeping with everybody and so it ended up being about like her relationship and the guys like she's got this brain damage thing but she's just like she'll just because she's not afraid of sleep with anybody she meets at a bar and everything but he still stayed with her. I just loved it. That's what it takes to sleep with multiple men. I'm not afraid anymore. Severe brain damage. I'm not afraid to fuck now. I assume she straight. Because you're you're mad at somebody you could see in there is that they know they did wrong. But if you can't see in her is that she's doing wrong. Maybe like okay. Maybe it's not wrong. She's fucking everybody. S seems nervous at all. But she won't let you but see what you you. But she won't let you sleep can't you. You're not brain damaged so this part. It's the migdal right. This part primary role in the process of memory decision making an emotional responses fear anxiety and aggression. What are you doing with my friend. I have break damage ball you but in my car. Brake damage. What are you a scientist. You know a brain damage. You were with me with the doctor. Yes when you were fucking the doctor. We didn't even make an appointment. You have less fear anxiety aggression you want to have more sex. I think in the documentary. They were just saying like you know. People would normally have an aversion meeting people at a bar like a rando who's just like. Hey let's go have sex. You'd be like well. He's going to murder me. Like you know that you guys ever been scared like this. This woman going to murder me afraid to ask her to sleep with me right now. I mean she might slap me across the face. I will be well. It's also like the you know to process memory and decision making so maybe the decision making is being affected here right. We're here's what you wanna do. I'll tell everybody this. And i'll tell him right now. First of all get the Get the older albums. it might be Free on your us. You know those those players that everybody has now drunk texts to myself is fucking hilarious and by the way one of the drunk tax so he reads these stupid texts that he wrote himself when he was drunk in the form of song and the one of them was. Cf if ll parts dot com has taken checked he took and you just wrote. It is taken now. I didn't take. I didn't take it all you know it was. It was like a fan took it and then did it. But somebody. When i i really run i wrote it. It wasn't and somebody did it and they play that saw. You can play that song right off which is cool. Yeah but i'm like oh is this is. This is brilliant High in church is name them then after that fairly recently the story of our times all excellent and check out the show. Check out the trevor moore show. I somebody central's youtube. yes comedy. Central youtube larry has been on this show before you might recognize her on trevor show as well. Jeez the best. I love i love it and the congrats our you. How are you hold the knob. Our you holding up during the pandemic ad seems we're working a little bit. Yeah i got it. I got the covid. What happened so i was finishing up. Something for disney and as a precaution they were testing every every two days or something like that so it doesn't give it to you so then they like they're like you got it and so i don't know what to do so i didn't know if my wife kid had it so i went up to the beach. I got a beach place. I went up there. And i brought a bunch i got cova to. Oh i can't smell so.

"People live inside wales. That's the same place you got the one guy you like. What's interesting about all that stuff is like. Isn't it something isn't it something like humans. We've been fully formed as like homo sapiens. For like two hundred thousand years or something like that so like if you went back two hundred thousand years they're pretty much exactly like us But then we only have a history that goes back something like three or four thousand years. I forget where prehistory starts. So there's like there's ninety seven percent of our existence on this planet that's just gone. There's just wiped away and so like it's interesting to look at it. That was like. Is this an incredibly truncated telling of everything that could be remembered. That happened like through this I dunno i. I was watching something where they were talking about that. And it just kind of made the whole thing like fascinating lizards so much that we as missing. But as we uncover we uncover from lay before that and stories that people have left behind. No no not enough not before like six thousand years or something like that. It's there's no. Nobody was writing stuff down or we can't find it fucking in the in jones whereas when you need him he just got hurt. I just saw it on the news. He just he got injured doing indiana jones five olympic shoulder to shoulder injury. Yeah he was probably picking up the whip indiana jones five. We're talking about nuff. Do you know eighty. Yeah when he was in star wars. Recently he goes all. What's my character you gotta do. And they're like what he's going to die but he. What else can he do. Your eighty for this current won. The title is very fitting. I'm getting too old for this shit. Well it's like remember. When the last indiana jones came out it was kind of like. Yeah it's like it's like he's very old and we got to say goodbye to him but like it seemed like he was too old to do at that point. That was fifteen years ago. Yeah yeah he did. He did that one with shiloh. Both i couldn't finish it and we raised on these movies. You know In the beginning of that movie. There's a i don't know if you remember there is a There's a scene. Where like where he's fighting a biker gang something like this and in the movie he goes back as if he got hit nobody hit him he just thought like i guess i get hit around here and they just left it in. Because he didn't to redo it shit might taken up homemade beating whole biker. Gang doesn't that remind you of that other movie that i think it was a netflix original. That had all the mob major guys in but that nobody finished and everyone said was a masterpiece irishman daddy irishman because it proved that we will at least try to watch anything that these particular people are. This story kind of gets put in front of us. Like oh i wanted to. But i didn't move favorite is like they tried to. Da robert deniro. But i guess he's like he's so old how aging doesn't work like the most you can do is make them look like he's in his fifties but in the movie he supposed to be in his twenties at prince some scenes because it goes through this whole guy's life so you got a weird cg fifty year old robert deniro coming in like they're like who's the new kid and they're like they're treating him like he's like a young guy like. Oh yeah. I don't understand why they can get a twenty year old actor. That looks like him. He's got play every part in this. I mean there have been times like they were. They were considering doing a seven year old version of him just giving him the seven year old clothes in a cap and we believe anything. I don't know why they're not using deepfake technology. Have you seen that debate. Airing another actor they right well. They can only do deepfake with tom cruise. Tom cruise tiktok stuff. Looks incredible like. Why aren't they using that. Are you how good this is. Good news this deepfake like as horrible as it is that it's catching on and then you get caught cheating. And you're like another deepfake since he really the faked your dick and everything. I mean by context. I think i understand what this deepfake is. But i have to admit that i haven't heard of this yet. Oh artificial intelligence. They had this. They have these programs. Now that you just feed it all sorts of footage of an actor or a person and the ai will like we'll basically map and then they will put that face on so as long as you have an actor that has a similar build like it. Looks exactly like they've done with the obama. They they've done. They did one where they had. Obama like doing some announcement like this look real and it wasn't him and then tom cruise. They've been doing a month tiktok lot. Oh that is so scary. But i know it. Download the cool. Yeah it's cool but it is scary like you know already. We have problems with people sharing fake headlines. Right he's gonna be a big fucking problem. I think i think he eventually just be like. Don't trust anything that's where we're going like don't still trust because you can use that for evil so quickly. I mean people didn't used to be able to get away with no they could get away with it. Are they going to get away with it. More like you to have to call someone at work. And if they weren't there they weren't there they were and if they were having sex with someone you can't check up on them but now you have to you. They have people have their own phones as a couple. You don't have to call on my god. I feel like you could always get. You've always been able to get away with more than you can get away with now. Think of jack. The ripper You know like they didn't know how to get. We would have caught him in like a week. Nowadays like you got the cell phones and towers. And then the dna like jack the ripper. They still don't know like i was like so like yeah..

"Today's guest very excited huge huge fan. Founding member of The whitest the sketch group five five seasons. I believe i had the apple. You that that track Let's wake up the neighbors. God hilarious and it will let let me just Let me introduce you to him. Okay you you to him. Well anyway. Harry is trevor moore thank you thanks for having me on the joe trevor's and your solo The i guess. I'd say solo albums the three albums with songs on them. If somebody buys those albums in doesn't like it. I will refund your money. Oh out that is nice to. And i've been in the last two minutes. I've been looking broccoli rob And all that comes up is repeating the same thing now now. We have to learn something. I don't now because i'm looking at broccoli. Rob at it comes up as green cruciferous vegetable who called repeat any. Yeah that's a little more expensive but it's the same thing i try not to disrupt i. I rarely learn of new vegetables. So the so. Let me talk first about these. You're solo albums your your parents were christian. Folksingers correct yes And then in the eighties kind of became christian rock and they were successful. Yes they toured. I lived on a tour bus fairly frequently. Until i was eight and then they kind of like semi retired and then they would just go out on. You know do weekends every now and then But yeah until i was eight. I was on a tour bus all the time. And what is your current relationship with. Jesus christ well. That's where it gets into the album's right the pope rap mud modern day prophet spelled. Pr fit a song called. God hates the tips. meaning god. he's the tips of little baby. Dick's anti circumcision song right. Do your dear. One of the album's is called high in church which is also one of the songs the parents so. Yeah what is your relationship to. Not just god your parents. For christ's sake well my parents. It was very tenuous because whitest kids was not a clean show right And so they would be very upset but what happened for me. That was great. Is that Right around the time it whitest kids was coming out my sister. She left home and she joined like a a buddhist commun- so that like she took a a big at that. She took the built book for me. 'cause like that's at least. I wasn't on on some hippie commune. I love that my little brother gives me credit. Also he's like you destroyed them by the time they got to me. They were exhausted. And i am. He lived a totally different life than because of that. And i appreciate that he acknowledges that so. It's nice if you say yeah like i. I left the house first and they were upset at the show and then she went to join this thing and then they kind of like let me go for l- they stopped focusing on me but like it was you know they still like We had a movie come out and they wouldn't go to see it you know they didn't like it and then i think but at the same time they were happy that things were going. Well you know you need to ask them for money. You know so they were. I think it's a mixture of being proud and they've always been very supportive of me. Doing comedy they just didn't like the comedy i was doing and then three years ago i had a kid and then everything just it all gets fixed because then they don't even really care about me anymore. It's just about The grandkids like now. They just visited like a week ago and i had one of the best visits. I've had with them ever because it was just there was no fights or anything. They just kind of focused on the kid. We so if you make a track for example called my mom's a bitch you could fix the relationship with just the baby exactly. Yeah i've heard. Babies are great for fixing like a relationship just in a couple. That's not doing well. If you're finding a lot have a kid see if that fixes it where they deliberately not check out your albums like i know not here but good for you. Yes they like for the last seven years. I've been creating disney shows for the disney channel and so that they can watch. I'll be like if i have a new project coming out. They'll be like can i watch now. You're not going to like like This show this trevor moore. Show thing that. I'm doing comedy central. Like i told them i was like. Don't watch that one. You're you're not gonna like that right it by the way this like I love this show by the way the trevor show Thanks fan of blur sakis as well. That's amazing it's very fun. What does and what you do is for Thirty minutes you're going to solve a major problem for example. Why is everybody so horny. All the time was one topic. The what did you learn because it really does take up a lot of my day and growing horridness. Yeah there's something going on and the hornets and also the a pornography it's all. It's all about sisters now lake. Gets incest is huge pornography thing. We are on the show. We looked at like the most searched terms in state by state. And that wasn't how it was back when i was a kid. You know the but like there's something going on where people are getting better than we did a lot. We did We just did another episode in season to where we just talked about We interviewed people in in. I don't wanna say weird relationships but Non-standard like we interviewed a throttle and we interviewed a guy who has a wife fu which is a an anime character on a pillow that he is in his head like in a committed relationship with. If i was in the threat you cut timid and being compared to this pillow. What the hell like. I actually have to emote fucking people i've to answer. What do you want for dinner every day with two people. The throttle was actually irritating. 'cause they were all incredibly attractive. Which is if you hear that. Someone's in a throttle. You at least want him to be kind of like like busted him all the happiness. Yeah you're not completely but these people are just all very attractive and it seemed to be going great like you know they're like it seemed like the group that's kind of where you wanna go to dinner and they and they know it's not like what do you want what do you want. What do you want it was you know they have a lot of people are listening to that interview and and getting the wrong message. They're cheating they're like. Oh but if i tell her or if i tell him this can happen for me right. There's a lot of people are in a thrust bowl but they just don't know it. It's true it's true and then a lot of a lot of a lot of the stories that you hear about rebels. It's it's it's a guy or somebody trying to get out of their relationship kind of thing just like are just trying to fix you know something. It's already he just wants to cheat and so he's like. Oh it's open it up like so you hear those. Like half half the threesomes out there. Like the one night. Three sons are like. Let's just spice things up with this whole nother person. Yeah yeah so. That's so we hill. It's better than sucking your dick watching it now. Just like i'll be over here. It's a listen they don't call it a blowjob for no reason. It's nice to tap out. Yes someone else can do that while. I can see what's happening on tiktok. Yeah it's not like. I'm not doing the dishes and you had a show where you covered. Will robots take over the year twenty forty five and this is a concern of mine us that they. They're just going to kill us. They're going to be bored and you know and they will rise up. What did you. What conclusion did you come to. I think it's gonna happen like there was. That's all the signs. I need forever you on. That's not good. Well i think that when we start to to around twenty forty five singularity and when you get into this you start to you know ask kind of bigger questions about what is a soul what is consciousness but even if this thing even if these robots don't ever develop a consciousness like ours once they are aware of their own self and our updating themselves faster than we can even know what's wrong with them like they're fixing bugs that we're not even aware of there's going to be such a.

They don't name anyone because he wanted to be you know and they had they had jonathan quick ranked twenty ninth in the nhl in what they call the third tier of goaltenders. And i don't believe he should be there. I believe he's way higher than that. And that's again that's based on game and practice observation while the kings are off to a good start they are certainly competitive in the division. This year Still early in the season. Seven games in as we tape this but There are a lot of things to like about where the team is at right now. They are in the midst of their first road trip of the season Two games in saint louis a back to back and then two games in minnesota and so much about this year is different but especially the road and especially the protocols on the road. We have a chance now to chat with trevor moore who Explained to us a little bit more about what life is like on the road as well as his summer before the hockey got restarted and joining us now is la kings forward and thousand oaks native trevor more trevor. Thanks so much for joining us taking the time. Yeah thanks for having me well The kings are on the road for the first time and Under normal circumstances we'd be there with you kind of sochi it all and understanding. What's going on what you guys are having to deal with so from your standpoint and i'm just talking off icier in the hotel everything's a little bit different. What is it like playing in the middle of a pandemic right now. there's parts of it. That are really weird and then parts of it that you know just feel completely normal so You know not. We're not really doing much. We're not doing a lot of hanging out between the guys But other than that. I mean you go to the rank and everything's pretty normal outside of the math. I mean our medical staff unbelievable job of keeping us all safe and giving us rules to follow. So yeah. I mean. I think it'd be easy but But so far everything's gone. Well trevor what about the the regular daily meal schedule. How does that happen. Is it in your room. Is it an a banquet room. How do you handle that. So we have a yes. We have a banquet room where socially distanced tables The the staff. The hotel makes us plates. So it's all contactless for us Yeah but we're we're getting all the meals from the team which has been awesome and Yeah just seems like they've done everything they can to keep us safe and make sure that we're all the play i've heard from so many people in in different sports described that when they get to go To in this case the rink if they're at the field gym or whatever it's their vacation from covert i mean. We're so lucky. To have the sport back. Were so lucky to have our jobs back really. Does it feel like vacation from covid. When when you're able to go to practice go to the rank and put your work in for sure. I'd say that that's a great way to describe it When you go to the rank and you're just around the guys.
