"Got it? Our storms could stay with us through early afternoon. Then it all starts to clear out dry out. 78 today sunny and dry tomorrow at 68 right now in the eastern on the eastern shore, and it is 68 in middle River and you're on with Casey and companies so This week, and Arrundell County executive Stuart Pittman told reporters he's having discussions with his staff. On the use of vaccine passports. And he's working to find a vendor. So this first term Democrat said he believes such a system could help businesses and the county encouraged vaccinations among employees. But it's done exactly the opposite. You know, when you look at when we were doing Voluntary vaccine program educating people about the vaccine. We were getting pretty good response on that. Of course not everybody, and that's the way it should be. You want to make your own choice about the vaccine? This is America. You should have the freedom, my body. My choice, right? But when they started with the mandates That's when you start seeing vaccine hesitancy increase Because now people are going. Why are they trying to pay us? Why are they trying to make us Why? What is in this thing that they want everybody to have it? And this is just human nature, and I think he's absolutely wrong. But then again, what would the vaccine passport looked like in and around the county? You know, l rich over Montgomery County, the People's Republic of Montgomery County. They're talking about doing it as well. And, of course, this kind of stuff. It just kind of filters through all of progressive Democrats. I'm sure Johnny Zero in Baltimore County will follow along like they all do. It's like the domino effect. What's that going to look like? Does that mean that you're going to have to have the vaccine card in and around Oak County to go to school to go into a public building? Can they possibly required to go shop for groceries? Or if you want to go into the drugstore. Or anywhere else for that matter. Are you going to have to show your papers, please? Your identification. This is a slippery slope. That's even more than a slippery so we've already slid down the slope and her head into the pits. With this kind of unanswered, Remember Stuart Pittman is an Obama organizer. That's his background. He's a socialist. This is again they're using this plan. Dimmick Jen Psaki is words not mine. They're using this planned Emmick to exercise power and control. Over the people that do the same thing with climate change, so We don't know what is going to look like we're not again. This could be tended not to a national ID card. Is this the beginning of separating those that are vaccinated from the unvaccinated and we heard we played to what the Australian? Um politicians said the other day about the night. If you don't get the vaccine, you won't be able to participate in the economy. Meaning you won't be able to go and buy things. You won't go to the stores. Won't be able to go up to concerts to movie theaters to other indoor gatherings, which includes groceries. You have to have it all delivered to you, I suppose. So they're very dangerous thought also at Towson University. This is their boys of war words just starting out to heat up between the task University Police Fraternal Order of Police large number two the president there, Joe Gregory, saying that the schools police officers were told to stand down. Before the shooting on the campus over the weekend. And not break up this gathering of hundreds of people, which occurred in Freedom Square, including the DJ bunch of booze, etcetera. And end. Uh In the statement by the Fraternal Order of Police president We're now hearing from the university. They're firing back. As well. They're saying that the police chief of Towson University, Charles Herring, Put out a statement, saying the accusation that university police had been ordered to stand down during the gathering Saturday. Reckless misleading. Categorically false. He says that hinders the investigation underway and undermines the authority of active duty officers to continue to protect and serve the 2000 community. Well, somebody is not telling the truth here. The president of the Towson University Fraternal Order of Police. Joe Gregory, saying they were ordered to stand down. The Towson University police chief is saying didn't happen. We need some corroboration. Maybe there'll be an email. Maybe there will be, uh, an officer. They can step forward because you know that officer has been put on paid leave suspended. Something's not right with this whole thing And look, I can I can see where people might not want to break up a gathering of largely black students on the Towson University campus because they would be what they would be accused of racism. Of discrimination and prejudice. You're not breaking up the white gatherings. Then why would you be raking up to hike spread and see a environment where that could happen? I'm not saying it did. But you could certainly could see where that could happen. And so we'll obviously we'll reach out to the to Joe Gregory. See if he wants to come on and in the near future and see if he has any other additional information. That could help shed some light on this as well. All right, coming up next. It is not the forensic audit. But it is the Maricopa County canvas. Has been completed. It's always about the canvas, not the count, and we'll tell you what they found. It is stunning in, um, in Arizona, and everybody they question about whether or not this election was stolen, whether or not there was fraud. This report, I think will prove that we have all been vindicated. It's 8 30 on Casey in company with their sorrow news. I'm rich Thomason in Washington. Officials.

"Ago. Time flies when you're having fun, Mikey 12 years ago from Towson University, and we've added many years ago did you come from Towson University? That's a little more than that, So actually, it's a 40 One years this year, 41 years this year. This August was when I first started in my career 41 years ago, so Spent a long time, Mikey. Anyway, we're on an open show tonight for 1092266 80. If you want to call in and ask a question for 1092266 80 lines. They're fully open. If you want to direct the conversation. That's the way you do it. For 1092266 80 You know, Mike, one of the fascinating things about this current year. Being this disaster Recovery Cove in 19. They've made it a national disaster. Okay, So normally you're just talking a little region like Houston had Hurricane Marie o R or Louisiana had Hurricane Katrina or something like that could declared a national disaster zone. And they're special laws that go into force when that happens, and you could do all kinds of funky things. Did you normally can't do anywhere else, But they made the whole country a national disaster due to covert 19. That means there's all kinds of neat little things that this accountants Khun do when that happens that a lot of people a lot of accountants don't even aren't staying up on this stuff. So I wouldn't even say you know, while we well, we did our research pretty quickly on some of these things that you know, we hadn't had a knack of formal disaster here. In Maryland, Maryland for any like the time. I mean, I guess Ellicott City no favor gunning declarations, but I'm sure they did. But you know you didn't really run into people like that. You know, In some ways we're building up to this. But one of the things that's so interesting about this situation is those laws and those rules and the special things were designed when most the time something like this disaster would had a very specific area. Really hard and the line will be drawn right around that almost everything in it would have been significantly devastated in one way or another. But this time it's going around the whole country, and not everybody was hit the exact same way and so, but they've made the laws and the laws are the laws. And so you have Section 1 39 and Section 1 39 basically allows a business owner to do pretty much anything he wants to help his employees. And the company tax free. Yeah, it is a way for you to reimburse employee expenses make it deductible to you and not taxable to the employees and no real super reporting requirements, either. Some documentation no formal plan written. There are rules. Don't everybody start. You don't want to just do that. But I mean, you know, like, for example, and it's discriminatory. You could do it for this one. And that one but not Do it for this one. And that one. And so you got an employee that struggling with day care, And you could say that one employee, we're gonna help you pay for that daycare and I'm just going to write you a cheque of $500 a month. You know, and it's tax free, You know? So instead of doing a bonus to that employee that they have to pay fight attacks on Fed tax on state tax on employee could say, you know. Hey, give me my bonus this year. Why don't you help me out with this? Because Daycare is becoming more complicated or something, but that's just one of many thousands of things you could legally come up with and say there's something I think we can do. Yeah. Now this is a really complex topic. We don't want to Simplifies. Don't oversimplify it too much, so nobody will have to try this at home without an expert working with you Well into some extent, the way that I've talked to a few clients about this, you know, we do a lot of our clients, taxes and accounting work. But if we don't You need to take this information to give you take it to your accountant and say, Hey, how do you feel about this? What do you feel I could do because they're going to sign off on those returns. And some of the stuff you'll like it. I mean, like, I think I said the other day, you could drive a Mack truck through this thing. There's a lot of weird things and there's another one out there. So let's say in 2019 really good year for the stock market. You made a lot of money. You reported a lot of capital gains. Next thing you know you're count Teligent. Hey, you've got a lot of tax to pay because of all these capital gains. Well, the disaster recovery laws allow you to take your losses from 2020 and moving backward to your 2019 returned wiped out some of those games If you want to. In March of this year you got concerned. You wipe that your portfolio. Next thing you know, you're reported 50,000 of losses. You had 80,000 games like you could bring their 50,000 backwards. And it's a quirky part of the law for disaster recovery zones, right And that's just being only scratching the surface of the number of things that have happened retroactively this year. Changed retroactively go back to the prior years and do it again. And you can not you never. There's nowhere in the law that I've ever seen in the past that you could take capital gain long or capital losses backwards and offset capital gains except In this weird disaster recovery time, anyway, lots of quickly things happening. We're finished for the first quarter of our show. We got to go to traffic in a second, but we want to let you know we're on an open show You get to be the guest. If you have a topic you want to talk about now is the time to call in for 10922668.
