Masters degree how this citizen be upset that they're not opening the schools they want to keep all this stuff quiet so that the manipulate the data find the one number that puts off the red just to the teachers that have to go back to work in the meantime you've got a citizen. Okay. You said we gotta get to this that and the other thing I wanna have the numbers that you're giving to the school file an open records request. File an open records request. Just understand those of you in Ozaukee and Washington is your tax dollars that are paying for this agency where it hey, you wanna know what numbers we have what were collecting here. We're doing here with our contact rates found open records request. Don't expect us just tell you. Now. I've contacted the director private. Kirsten Johnson. Who is in happy that I'm actually providing scrutiny of the agency that she operates. Well being paid a very high salary. In two counties that don't have county fairs this year don't have much of anything else either. Haven't gotten a response here. I'm just telling you the recent people contact me with stories like this out of this frustration is that they are beside themselves that somebody that they pay so well would tell them rather than I'm going to do everything in my power to that number this afternoon. Hey jumping a lake and filed an open records request troublemaker, which is essentially what that email said. And I'm telling you I'm showing tremendous restraint in not naming the young woman who wrote it? That MAC belly get you make gambling. which all do appear to be. Well, you would know about this story that'd be that right? I don't think we're get this shadow fifty eight. Everyone Kent Wainscott supposedly aggressive thought he'd go after some of these things. I still haven't seen anybody tracked on stick a camera in the face of Boeing and ask, Hey, what what about you seeing Mensa pulling the trigger there what about that one? I hear. Well, he's not available for colleague not available for comment. Why did you camp out in front of his house? The way he's camping out in front of the police officers house every night himself. You would think it'd be pretty easy to find first of all. I think it's fascinating. You can't find boy give the fact that nobody's been able to avoid the guy if there's a protest sign anywhere he and his twin brost offer out there chase at around by the way I got my hands and a great photo of the mayor and brassed off a couple of years ago with their arms around each other. What a surprise, the mayor of Tosa turned out to be a WIMP when there he was hanging buddy buddy with brassed off the. Milwaukee agitator achieve bringing the protests there. They're woman anyway five, fifty, two, news talk seven, thirty W is. Eleven thirty wins I mark. Late afternoon.

"Programs people who rip off programs that were set up to help the unfortunate. I've talked a few times. Stories got a fair amount of coverage. The newspapers coveted a lot. The holgado situation Brian Ghana's. He's a big deal. He ended up making a lot of buddy. He's on prison. God knows is one of these guys and this rackets going on I mentioned I worked a year in Saint Joe Benton Harbor Michigan First Time I saw was there The number of programs that are set up for so called minority businesses are disadvantaged businesses are programs that are set up. A lot of the stuff occurred in housing where in order to get the grant, you had befitting to category you had to be a lower income person or a racial minority or a woman or disabled, or that or whatever it is. These programs have been abroad for decades. There are scams that are rotten. Where investors or contractors who don't fit any of the categories will get a front person. And put them up as the fake operator of the business. In other words. Let's imagine I was a crook who was tried to pull this off I was gonNA. Claim I WANNA get shorty. Contracting Grants. I find. CEO Latino. WHO's worked a little bit in construction and I name him the president, the company, and on paper, we make the owner of the company and all the applications are filed by him except. He's just the front. He gets ten percent for signing his name I take the other ninety percent and I'm actually the hidden owner of the business for God forever. This is my Gaydos has been doing forever running all of these programs to get government grants for which he shouldn't be eligible. This allows him to steal business away not only from actual minority contractors, but from other contractors who are following the rules. As I said Ganz who is not a very sympathetic figure got six and a half years in prison. Given how much money he made in biggest lifestyle he led during the time that he had probably got off easy but. We're not talking about his case today. Behind every guy. WHO's ever gotten involved in this kind of racquet. There's always someone behind the scenes. You know the old saying behind every successful man, there's a, there's a woman or something. We don't say that Jedi because it's considered to be sexist. In fact, it actually used to be considered a tribute to women that if there's a really powerful business executive, you know his wife probably had a lot to do with this. Well that's not the allergy. Behind every successful financial con man is An Account. Somebody has to know how to rig the books. You got to put all of this on paper. So the government auditors don't find it. And the guys that this usually have an accountant which that's about their only. Cliett. Brian Ganassi's accounted. Was Marc Spindler. Mike Spin also pleaded guilty to over a twelve year period. Rigging the what's the cover up all of the financial crimes that got US involved in? For his efforts he was paid six hundred, thousand dollars. Without Spindler. There's no ghettos. The United States Attorney's office. At sentencing yesterday called for five years for the account. Goddesses they said got six and.

"Care of us. It took so much weight off our shoulders. How can you help go to fisherhouse dot Org Eddie burning down we love. Madison that has apparently not yet happened in Wa. Tosa where someone has said enough is enough of it happening. Now as I say I give this three months and it could become Portland but you could have people pouring in from all over the United States because they realize while Tosa will not let its police department start restoring order by arresting people who are violating the law and behaving in such a terribly uncivil fashion will you can't be reasonable unreasonable people and you know this is the Solo and ski rules. For Radicals, book, you know I and if anybody hasn't read it, they ought to. you know a matt is that you push and you push and you push your new Porsche and you know you look at weakness and you take advantage of it, and that's exactly what's going on and while we'll Tosa now now you know the thing is, is that after I sent my letter to Mayor Mcbride, you know he came out you know with list of things that. Were going to happen we're going to see if he enforces well, that hasn't happened yet. That I think two or three arrests at in order to get any of those to occur you have somebody shoot a shotgun into a Milwaukee police officers home at her home in Wildwood Tosa. Simply because her boyfriend happens to be officer ments of short of that, they're not enforcing any laws you've got people yelling and screaming vulgarities in the faces of police officers doing things that are citizens who live in Tosic couldn't do I. Don't think they show any intent of actually coming in and do what needs to be done. which is to bring in the paddy wagons and start arresting everybody who breaks the law, and if they do at the next night and do it again and again and again and again, and again, which is the only tactic that is going to work with people that are breaking laws night after night I don't think that I just think right now Robert Toasts demonstrated that they don't have the backbone to do it. Will they have not and you know it's the people who are in leadership positions there now I think the. Only. Reason that there were people that were charged by the DA is that there were plenty videos of the shotgun being fired and who fired the shotgun We even had a state representative said that officer Mensa fired the shotgun which was a flat out lie and you know he should be called on the carpet for that. Well, you know letting the news media knows something that was just blatantly an untruth i. what other point that I want to ask the only got Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner with US I know Because I, hear all of these things when the original protests were occurring in the Milwaukee area after George Floyd, and we had some demonstrations at a couple of the police stations in. MILWAUKEE. I know because I heard this loudly and clearly that many of the African American residents of these neighborhoods made clear that they were opposed to this and they do not want this kind of behavior going on in their neighborhoods and they told their Alderman that they they did not want this stuff going on what I've noticed is in Portland. In Waubosa, in Madison, they're moving into neighborhoods in which the residence objecting. White, they aren't people of color and they're not being listened to there is very little support from African Americans or anyone from this type of demonstrating and I think one of the reasons you've seen this kind of thing move away from the neighborhoods of Milwaukee has the residents just said, we don't want this in our neighborhoods until wobble toasts residents starts saying the same thing to their leaders say we don't want to have this kind of disruption disorder and outright crime under neighborhoods. I suspect the politicians of Wa wa Tosa will function as they have so far, which is to allow anarchy to prevail it as I say I'm pessimistic about. This I fear badly that Wa toss is going to fall apart unless they decide at some point to bite the bullet and say, we're going to start enforcing laws here while you're right on that maybe a good recall the Salad Terry. Yeah. Unfortunately Mayor McBride just got elected in April so we can't even go after him while it also might be gone by April of next year anyway I'm glad that you're back in the saddle obviously, you had a tragedy in your life your wife Cheryl who was one of the more remarkable political figures in Wisconsin herself. You could have stories to tell passed away not long ago we had You dealt with that end. I'm glad that you're not fading into the sunset remaining on series vigorous and outspoken as as ever I don't think anything could ever shut up Jim Sensenbrenner. You're right on that. He wound okay. Talk You. Wisconsin Congressman Jim Sensenbrenner. Again, to make a reference his wife Cheryl passed away handful of Ligo Ed. Commenting on the situation while we're taught say and again I misstated the beginning all of our toes in his congressional district, he's offered federal assistance in an attempt to try to restore order in. This Milwaukee Community that nightly right now as seeing disturbances and. You know Y-. They were a little bit quieter after the shooting, but they're getting more raucous and just the way things like this. Go you see people are trying to provoke a reaction at posted a couple of videos up on belling dot com that you have seen and it's it's just nonstop they get up in the faces of these police officers literally inches away call them every name in the book, just every vulgarity that there is on and on and on and on and yelling and screaming and walking around on people's. Blowing the horns but then this screaming screaming at residents screaming at the cops, they're trying to provoke someone to react if you saw the original reactions that came from that Layer David Bowen, they criticized officer Mensa for reacting when they attempted to provoke him when they were vandalizing his girlfriend's home on the northwest side of the city, they're trying to provoke a sort of reaction were a resident or a cop does something. So they can say see, look what they get in other words they're taunting and taunting and taunting it'd be in trying to push the envelope as far as they can to try to trip someone's trigger and so far. No COP and Tosa has. Taken the Bait on that I think that this is made the watterson police look weak. It's not the COPS fault. The individual offices are under orders not to do anything that you have officers sworn to enforce the law who are standing there with their fingers up their rear reruns because they're not being allowed to be police officers I don't get to walk up to just you know suppose driving around in Greenfield to that I don't get if I see a cop over the play stop by walk up your now the base. I can't do that. Paul. Can't go up and can't drive across into grafted where he's always making fun of fight a cop there and talk a blue streak and column this that and the other thing in a monster at a child molester us every kind of slur in the book without what we can't do that yet. This is what's happening night at night after night after night at Walmart to us because somehow plus it why did they? Allow. That's the point that I'm asking because the mayor is telling them that they have to allow it because they want to allow certain people to be uncivil because they think that's what will end at that isn't what ends at that's what makes it worse every night. So if you're one of these people, do it all this agitating and you haven't got just push the envelope father. Okay. Now it's time to throw something in a cop not look. Let's grab a brick. Let's GOB in his face. Let's do this. Let's find a resident over here and Okay Time Front of the Rock through the window. The same thing that happened got out of control at his girlfriend's house, and then the next thing you know you have all out chaos developing, you have to put an end to this. So people realize that this envelope that I was referred to Congress, insensitive better can't be pushed anymore Portland. has shown there's no lied. So that's why Portland there's insert people are getting killed in Portland rapes are going on in Portland but pure having businesses that had just their businesses in Portland that had just right now walking away they say they can't be in there. They're scared to death. We hear stories of residents apartment of just grab their belongings, grabbed a U. haul the houses it even for sale they just pulled out I got scared to death. Portland is not. An impoverished.

"That you're bothered by seeing bright now I think while what does I think part of? It's still in your congressional district and part is nodded. All of it is right now I think I would know that given that we're at the end of the tenure cycle and I'll have to learn all the new districts after they do them against you all the Tosa in your district. So it kind of starts Waldo toast and then kind of veers off North West, and so at any way you have some thoughts on the situation going on with the policing and the community disturbances in. So I, don't know just ask you to share what you have to say. While, we're told us is getting reputation of back being a safe place to live. And that's going to impact on property values the equity in people's homes, and if the Mayfair mall ends up going away at North Ridge and ends up having closed, there is going to be a huge hair down the toast of tax base and the schools get most of the money from the property taxes. So the people who are concerned about good education and money to pay for it and. You know we're going to end up seeing their schools starved for money and The quality of education is going to go down there and that's the consequence of the fact that The Tolosa cials basically have no ignored far left week misconduct and this is nothing new Sunder Rook Mirror an I during the attend debate had a town meeting in the Tosa Library my staff worked very closely with the police and the Fire Marshal to make sure that there was a police presence there and That room was not jammed past capacity for Fire Marshal upset well, twenty minutes before the meeting started the them very liberal library and came and told the police to go away the let everybody in, and it's a good thing that nobody had a medical emergency during the meeting because the MTV's would not have been able to come in and help out the person who had gotten ill you know finally after twenty minutes, I had to adjourn the meeting. You know when one teacher would not allow Senator Mirror to. Answer. Questions and I told him three times to let the senator answer the question, and if he would not allow her to do that, the meeting would be adjourned and the other people who ought to speak with not have a chance. Well, he went ballistic. I, joined the navy somebody took a video of it. They've got on Fox News the next morning heavily bleep died. My Dad him walking out with his three-year-old daughter and nothing happened as a result of that. You Know Fast Forward to twenty sixteen, twenty, seventeen, my Tosa town meetings you know we're such that the so-called indivisible organization you know ended up. Shouting and screaming and interrupting and intimidating people didn't agree with them You know I didn't have to adjourn any of these meetings but you know it was disrespectful and Boris behavior not just to me or senator mayor but everybody else in the room and again you know nothing happened of era. So this is something that has been building and building and building you know, and it's about time the people who are running tolleson now. Led by the mayor and older person cool and state representative vining was been a part of that group you know and ended up standing up for the people that elected them. You know to make sure that we don't see this erosion tax base and perhaps the ultimate closing of Mayfair. Race race to very compelling areas I. The fact that the. Of civility in Wa, Tosa, has been going on for some time. You Mentioned Act Ten and part of it was you know walkers home was right near near Bloom on which skirts Milwaukee Wa Tosa and a lot of liberal people have moved into Wa wa toes after the loss of the residency rules and so on and they've chosen to agitate there, and then the situation now in which it seems to me and I do believe that it's the goal of the protesters to shutdown mayfair, they WANNA, make a suburb pay and. They're focusing on the suburb that they think is helping them for what while toys is not fighting back. I wanted to go back for a moment though in deal with the first part before we get to the police protests that are going on right now, for those of you who don't know congressman sensitive better background, you've been a staunch supporter of civil rights and free speech. In fact, for one of the Republicans who broke ranks with some members of your party in supporting an extension to the. Voting Rights Act, you'll have been a strong and compelling advocate of not only civil rights, but the rights of free speech and individual liberties but that's what's being turned on its ear here in wobble toast you have a group that is not interested in free speech. They're interested bullying shutting up everyone else. They don't want order. They WANNA walk all over everyone else's rights and I think back to the town meetings that you used to hold in fact jobs, Jim Sensenbrenner, solve meetings of the greatest you'd be. You'd have a gavel and people get Outta hand you'd be rapid your gavel. The point was that people get to have their say at asked their question but they don't get to yell and scream and berate and bully other people in the room or you or anyone else and what's happened UABA Tosa more. So even than Milwaukee, which is certainly liberal there has been this lack of any respected all of anyone else because the people in charge of the community have allowed chaos and disorder terrain without any level of restriction in. That tramples on everybody else's rights. Well, that's spot on mark and you know, I, don't know how many times I've been called a racist there and my response is if the N. double ACP does not give awards racist than I, ever received awards from the N. Double ACP for my advocacy of voting rights and civil liberties and free speech So you know they don't care what names they call people You know I'm not a racist I proven it but they don't care about that. They just WANNA raise CAIN. Now. Let's go to the. Other portion here I have at Uber as this is well, if Wa wa Tosa doesn't. Right, now, the protesters who aren't just protesting there agitating they're demonstrating and in some cases, borderline rioting, it's long as they realize that they're not going to be stopped they're just going to get worse and worse and worse with behavior. It's clear to be that they are pushing the envelope as far as they're able to push it. I've raised the specter of Portland, the American city that I think right now, his literally devolved into anarchy Portland is a city that twenty years ago you never could have imagined liberal, but it wasn't Whacko. It wasn't didn't seem to be extreme never would have imagined that Portland would be a city of insurrection fear Potosi is headed for Portland that they're going to. End Up terrified people there's going to be tremendous flight out of the neighborhoods they're gonna go after Mayfair and they're going to try to shut that thing down and it's fairly That that's their intent and I just think that you've got a lot of people in Walmart, Tosa. who sort of sense this they don't know where the where to turn because their community leadership seems to be appeasing this in the same way that Portland's leadership disempowered the police through the law enforcement and is allowing night after night after night rioting. Now, what does not at Portland yet but I have terrible fear that Wa Boto says headed toward being is bad as Portland Oregon is as long as we have Dennis, McBride as the mayor of the city, a city council that refuses to allow the Police Department to start.

Yeah I mean that's Were in the bull market that and it's very cyclical businesses. You know I mean. No I I actually think there's some things that I think there's going to be inflation without regard to who wins I just think. Inflation tends to be very good. For House very bad for housing affordability, which is why you want to own the house before things inflate. It's one of the things that fairly confident of that we're going. We just whoever wins is going to have to a ton of money in order to work their way through this mess that we're in and. If the Democrats win they're gonNA want to spend even whether we're already spending and that's with an economy that is rather stagnant. So the printing press and the Federal Reserve PNC nothing yet, and it's an older mother going to devalue the currency so The only way that I'm aware of to survive that. Is the simply. Own is much stuff that you possibly can then inflates if there's inflation you ought to own what's inflated, which would be any kind of hard asset commodity and. Am I the only person who sitting back you're just busted. Got It this. There is absolutely no evidence that it's going on and I actually am claiming it's not to get Milwaukee Seriously Paul what's happening in Milwaukee. I if it's the Democratic national, convention is in Wilmington Delaware. I just I actually thought given the fact that there were. There were still a fair number of hotel rooms that were reserved. I had heard not at all. How many of them cancel there may be some of them. what they call it when they book them in advance and they pay for a black at advance that they were nonrefundable. So they were just reserving them and people didn't show up that we were told it to be a fair number of people that were still going to becoming in even though none of the delegates had come and so there's nobody here and there's nothing going on here I. Turn this thing on I, watch it every minute of it but I watched Kamala Harris what's happening in Milwaukee. I swear to go down to the Convention Center. They don't walk right up to the front door, but you could get within a block. Remember there were digitally that security bubble where you couldn't get anywhere. Miss Between. Lake Michigan and Miller Park. I mean you could walk right around the block right now not only will they not stop you? Nobody will leave a note what's going in all its here is all the people that contracts that they couldn't they hired a ton of private security. Well, those contracts are paid. So there's people that got a show up. It's very, very much like they pay. They issued a contract to build that stupid overflow at State Fair? Park. Even though once they started building at everybody knew we didn't need it the people that were building at work to say stop and give the money back. Okay. Fine. We're building a hospital that will never be used. We're GONNA keep going it if I said to Paul Paul here's five thousand dollars add. What would I do? I can't even come up with with with what it would be something is. They would never be used. He's GonNa take the five thousand dollars even though it said utter waste of time. Eagles gave a speech. He was. How do you was here? because. They said it was I mean why? Why did you even come? Why didn't he just do it in Madison? So. Okay we had. A great. We Iverson here. That's our power. You know normally they're celebrities at this stuff nobody spotted anybody. Have you seen one famous person in southeastern Wisconsin during this convention? Not What who? that. That's what I'm saying we we don't even have like a deal celebrity. We don't even have like veto. We got nothing going on here. There's no convention going out and Milwaukee. It just fake. There's a serious point to be made about this though. I always work at a serious point in the middle of the ridicule. And I hope some of you pick up on this and I know hardly any of you did this I. It's not like this is penance you know like. dependencies you've got to atone for your sins. You GotTa do something. You don't want to do to make up for something bad that it did. It's that so much pants. You really all should've watched Kamala Harris. Speechless that I know hardly anybody did you didn't did. You. All you did watch it. No I mean but you watch that I don't care what Paul Watch well I'm surprised. Why did you watch it? This is a win for you I. This is GonNa,.

First Amendment rights, having said that ever since the death of George Flight in Minneapolis and the protests and the protests the incident sparked There has been a push by community leaders throughout the country to weaken, defund and abolish police departments in several cities. Locally, Officer MENSA has become the poster child for this movement due to his three officer involved shooting incidents. Officer MENSA has dedicated his life to protecting our community and has been cleared by the Milwaukee County District attorney's office of two of the three shootings in which he has been involved. The third incident is still under review. Despite the decisions by the Milwaukee County D. A. You're common council passed a resolution calling for the termination of officer menses employment with the Wauwatosa Police Department. While I understand the common Council wants to bring reforms that the OPD the consequences of their actions are having serious repercussions for the residents of your community. Citizens of Baba Tosa are being harassed by these protests. Protesters who have now laid siege to a residence in your community where a gun was fired at a home with women and Children inside. Actions like this, and the breakdown of law and order will spread fear and force the citizens of Allah toasted to reconsider their choice to reside there. The mass emigration from your city would be devastating to the very fabric of that community. In addition to the detrimental effect it would have on your tax base schools and city sciences. "In the case even of George Floyd. We're still not sure what precipitated this, but it's likely that the cops simply would not get up what he should have gotten up. Terrible. Not Defending it. But it didn't to be a conscious attempt. To kill people drive around like a bat out of hell for no reason other than the fact. You're having fun pretending that you're a protester. In neighborhoods filled with children on the streets piled Straits Park at both sides of the street plus Zillions of people drive anyway because of the protests. And then bringing that kind of goon behavior from the suburbs into the city. The people shouldn't tolerate this. The black residents of Milwaukee who have to put up now with white suburbanites coming into the city at an endangering black and vay claim, black lives matter. These ozaukee people that are out there endangering black lives driving like this. And as I say this is the one that resulted in death I watching this stuff with my own eyes. It I guess I've probably made the assumption that these are a lot of black. People Milwaukee driving like crazy well, that's Rog. On my part if that's the way I would have assumed. Because clearly bar. And some art. So you tell me who the racist is. The young white people from the suburbs would never behaved that recklessly in their own steady. But willing to put the lives of black people at risk when they go into the inner city and drive like that. What's the racial motivation of that? Maybe. We should add hate crime onto tess matias charge. By the way she's in the Jug. She's got a bail hearing. Nobody calls it the Jug Eddie or do they. Can still call it the CAN. You don't hear the key. Maybe, I could ask Andy Triplet, his bodyguard, carrying the long gun why frank calls himself ranked city by the way we are hearing that there are some people that are concerned about Bugaku. The white supremacists were marching in connection with this carrying assault rifles that there are some people are questioning why. A, movement that's private on black lives, matter is affiliating itself with a lot of people who appear to be white supremacist cetera there carrying guns around, but Everything about what happened with these protests is. You have not had anybody who I'd say. Folks in Tulsa I've seen some of this. I've heard. Some of the driving's going on in Brown deer. Sherwood Whitefish Bay and I'm not talking about the people that had drive it in the protest. These caravans going one mile an hour I'm talking about people that simply deciding the Karol into the city. zillions of people hanging out of the car and drive like nuts, because they know there's no cops around because the cops are everywhere else at in this instance. One of the passengers of the car literally gets his head chopped off. Take it back to the suburbs, which of course they'll never do. But. Then you gotta say it's the police said of the racist..

"You have the constant protests that Mayfair that resulted in the mall, often having to be shut down. You have had any number of stolen cars racing through the community and we have had Talib's involving in one case, a Milwaukee, police officer, but an incident very close to the Tosa line killed by a reckless driver speeding away. These are just in the last several months. In terms of what's happening Robert Costa here. There's more trouble at Mayfair when there's trouble at Mayfair, the mall as it could I send out their rent. A COP security and I'm not making fun of the security at the ball. They've got a very very hard job, too, but the most security is going to handle people that are trying to smash up the mall or cause all sorts of trouble. They call the police. They call the police. They call the police and the police have to come with their brooms sweep up the mess. That's going on at Mayfair. Mayfair is by far the largest tax property tax payer in the city of Walla Tosa important part of the community, and they can't allow that to go south so the there again here you got a bunch of kids that are running through and causing a disturbance that all of a sudden in the middle of all of this hooliganism somebody goes out and pulls a gun as it turns out. It's a stolen gun at police officer. All right all you sanctimony lefties. Do they get their attention? To say allowed because not many sanctimonious left. He's unless debate. Deserves the support of his community, he doesn't deserve a bunch of people outside while, but tosa coming in and marching and calling him a despicable human being, and he doesn't deserve. A bunch of cheap to bid Alderman from WATTO's marching at a protests, condemning a public servant who has worked very hard in their community. It is obnoxious. The city council, Tosa includes some obnoxious people. And now they're going to jump ahead and hold the meeting to try to bring one of the better police departments of the State of Wisconsin Tova. To It's knees starting with this meeting tonight and people need to know that this stuff is going God. I'm told that they're not going to take citizen comment. That may be good because every left-wing Goo from Watteau said everywhere else is going to come and say you'd need to define the police and get rid of these killers. Do you know how hard it is? The police while the Tosa? It's. I it might be second-place to Milwaukee. While we're Tosa is, it's not unique, but it has. Very different challenges. It's not really a suburb, even though it's a suburb, it's it's urban. I mean you drive down, North Avenue Drive Down Centre Street and zigzags dived blue mound. You're in Milwaukee then Watteau. So then you're back in Milwaukee, so want there are parts of Watteau, said that are essentially just the city of the walkie. It is a melting pot community that has members of different minority groups plus a lot of long standing residents. The West side is rather affluent. The east side is middle class at best. There is a fair amount of crime in the community, but there are also people who. Expect to have a quiet rather suburban lifestyle, you also have the largest shopping mall of the State of Wisconsin. Right in the middle of the district and the busiest intersection in the state of Wisconsin. It's partly in Milwaukee, and partly while Tolosa in that community, so you have major traffic problems in addition to the crime and additional, all of the other kinds of things that police departments have to handle. Who Goes There
"Today. We're going to look at a couple of different species that would be evolutionary argument for witches vampires to hang on a second. Hang in there with me on this podcast. We all have a Disney idea. which is this are like vampire satellite but could possibly be just two species? We haven't looked at closely or close enough. Go to the internet or pull any book on which Che's Vampires from your local library on. You'll get the history of superstitions around which is or vampires. You'll be able to trace which is back to the Salem Elem which trials and even earlier your tracy to vampires who history will be pretty much the same shrouded in superstition except the vampire. Origins will appear to be different in different locations in Europe but the conclusions will be the same for both that their pockets of people around the world believe they are vampires or witches still. The bottom line is that there is no such thing as vampires or witches but there is an evolutionary argument. That Paul's both species out of the musty basement of superstitions where they've been relegated for Millennia are starting to beginning about eighty five million years ago. That's when our species split from other mammals then about eight million years later we had what what scientists call a tribe virgins one branches Komo's sapiens and it was that species that evolved into anatomically modern humans. The other two branches the virgins evolve differently. The most rare branch into the anatomically modern human. With the exception of the mandible the development element of teeth. The most common branch was discovered in graves that were found on the outskirts of villages. And we're all female area to species many of the stories you might have heard about tribes and the Amazon consisting of all female who seem to be based in fact based on hundreds of fossils that have been undiscovered both large jaw groups those vampires all female fossils found bin. Carbon tested hundreds of years. Old Old that is to say that both species were long live and the burial sites where they were found may be thousands of years old. This I would beg the question. Why these two species evolve different characteristics. The Astros a length of time. It took them to evolve to what we consider. Modern man would be based on what they had to do to survive. All three species have the same size cranium again. That is to say that their brain grew the same rate and to the same size but for some reason each address the issue of survival differently bones of those with the large jaw and exceptional teeth founding caves and their bones showed evidence of a disease is called. Ze Zir Adama. Oh Dermot Pigmentosa Tosa. Their skin was sensitive to raise the sun. The branch of female demonstrated a bonus order brought on by what the Chinese would call lack of In the West we would say say that they had soft malleable bones. But the one thing they both had in common. These other species was a parthenogenesis the ability to reproduce without a mate of the opposite sex. This trait would be something that began during the split from other mammals. Well this is all well and good the wire reports which is vampire activity so sparse in these modern times for the answer. Ultra on a metaphor are appendix. was once the size of a large banana. It contained a healthy bacteria breath. Help fight infection now. We Yank them out like a bad tooth. We have evolved past the need for an appendix which isn't vampires also also evolving both species or evolving past parthenogenesis the ability to reproduce without a mate of the opposite sex homo sapiens. conserver five without an appendix. But they cannot survive without parthenogenesis. In other words we need a partner. The opposite sex to reproduce in all three species evolved with the same for defense systems regeneration micro bio DNA and immunity Homo Homo sapiens could feed these four defense systems critical to their survival with a broad spectrum of nutrients dot so that appears in witches or the other two species if you wish vampire systems demanded high levels of protein. Red Blood cells white blood cells and platelets all elements that are contained contained in blood and of course contribute to the maintenance of lung tissue and organs and help maintain parthenogenesis for which those four defense defense systems and parthenogenesis were supported by Chee more sufficient specifically but the Chinese referred to as shipping or lifeforce that is contained in each sperm. So you can see that. Vampires with their Pigmentosa him needed blood to feed the five defense systems that fought off their sensitivity to sunlight which is on the other hand and perhaps because they're female major needs Jing. This might explain explain why throughout history which is mingled with Homo sapiens. In either case both species have evolved past parthenogenesis ability and have taken Homo Sapien mates but in so doing have deluded their very nature. How long three species from the tribe virgins have been mingling. Choline is anybody's guess. But in any given year you could pick up. A Newspaper Watch an odd story on the nightly news about an individual survives extrordinary event or excels in a particular field physical or mental. Who are these people. And what would we discover if we were to trace their revolutionary journey. Will there you have it evolution. which is vampires or to other species spent brought to you by night? Owl Sounds Studio. The Rise of Ecofascism
"Looking. And how the climate it crisis fuels ECO Fascist ideology and how some of those narratives already exist in mainstream politics. You're listening thing to think sustainability. I'm Julia Cockatiel. So lost time. We defined Eaker Kerr Fascism as the belief in racial purity as the only way to save the planet thus eaker fascists place the wellbeing of the earth nature. HR and animals at the forefront of their ideology and although eaker fascism draws on ideas dating as far back as the nineteenth century the contemporary context specifically the climate crisis has given the ideology. And you edge. Astrid is gone from Gazing at its nive home to a three years ago to the midst of a huge crisis in Tosa Faez and they'd rather than agricultural catastrophes and song. I think we're going to see them. Rise quite dramatically. These ecologically focused Sort of Fascist taught the the end of the wound is coming. We have to cybele solve taught movements. Betsy Hoffman Emeritus Professor of Development Studies at Hampshire College in Massachusetts agrees that apocalyptic narratives the articles spurred on by the climate crisis. Give Echo fascists a new sense of urgency here in the United States. There's a real tendency toward Still toward apocalyptic schism this ECO fascist view. That were you know approaching some kind of major conflagration or the end of the world old especially around climate change now in the environmental movement as we discussed in pot one anti overpopulation specifically by non non Anglo. Nonwhite immigrants is at the core of the fascist argument more extreme ideologies and philosophies will become more and more attractive partly partly because of global warming and And partly because there is a reality associated with population growth. You know that as the world's population grows its capacity to support the number of people Declines this idea of immigrants washing up on the shores of the West. I arriving to destroy new land after the degradation of their own is the common narrative for pated among ECO fascists in the climate crisis these immigrants are known as climate refugees mean. Climate change is bad enough as it is. It's urgent enough is it is is you know you look at the forest fires you can look at Melting ice you don't need to then make it look like all these poor people. In the Global South South are gonNA come across our borders you know a bleak future scenarios of millions and millions of climate refugees roaming across international borders creating havoc climate refugees or environmental migrants those who forced to abandon their homes due to environmental degradation or extreme weather events experts estimate that climate change is likely to displace between one hundred and fifty and three hundred million people by the middle of the century. But Betsy says most of the conversation related to climate refugees is alarmist and misleading are so many people really going to be flooding across borders. Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty): A Top Surgeon on What You Need to Know
"As occupational plastic surgeons were training was an ophthalmology right so I did you know everyone does it preliminary enter near and then you do three years of ophthalmology training and then in the ophthalmology training you're kind of you know all the cataracts retina staff and then quickly if you're opulent plastics you realize you don't really want to be in the I want to be on the outside and so there's actually Seven sub specialties that come out of ophthalmology which is crazy until oculus plastics after there's only twenty fellowships in the nation per year ear for a supper which is the American Society of opthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery and so they train twenty dollars a year and it's a two year old the ship and it's very very hard to get into and then once you're in it's actually like super super rigorous training because you learn full face cosmetic surgery and in certain fellowships even you not Ryan classes I'd I think there's like everyone has their limitation than you have to like start to understand I'm like okay if you want to commit yourself to something commit yourself to one thing and be really good at it so that's what I've done outside of injectables they've kind of committed myself the plastic surgery of the is in Browse and obviously lower leads are included so that's my bread and butter for cosmetic surgeries eyelid lessons. going back to your question about medical versus cosmetic yes you can do medically but you have to kind of pass a certain number of tests so the first thing insurance companies are pictures and so we take pictures with the browse really relaxed because what happens is when the is to get really droopy everyone sorts recruit affair browse and you see these people walking with their brows lifted all the time and not actually fatigue after a while like over the course of the day how long can you do that and so the insurance nobody wants to see that with the browse relax the eyelids droop enough and then you have to do it's called a visual field to show your insurance company that you cannot see a certain percentage of your peripheral vision and if you missed that twenty degree a superior prefer vision or superior peripheral vision get then you basically get insurance to say yes this is affecting the quality of your life takes a lot to get there at all I'm telling you for since I was a little girl my dad would hold one hand and hold his hands up but finally he got there anyway so if we are but this is something that not just okay my father in his seventies needs yes this is something that's becoming really popular especially worldwide with a lot of young people who want to be certain LID LID so in my mind yeah approaching the Foro and the four five I always said slow and steady tweaks yeah so you don't all of a sudden look brand new yes oh in my mind I'm like that's next for me to slightly you do the do the lead yeah and I started with under I but that would be my next investments is you have more of a hooded I did and I did a lash perm to like lift my Flash House and I did that truly to cover the hood to create like almost like a diffused richness yes we didn't look so droopy into open up my I yeah and I just didn't I forgot my eyelashes along ends guys lashes are longer than I look like bat wings as their amazement yes but I really did it to hide the drew gas of my lead yeah so who other than rhyme because like you know we have our own brand of cry who are the people who are coming in and coming to you about eyelid lift yes so people always will say well I'll just wait until insurance covers at night always remind that's GonNa take a very long time for your eyelids get bad enough for insurance to cover it because it basically has to push down the skin has to be so significant that has to push down the islet think of a Sharpei yet it really is right right let me tell you if you think you want it done start saving so most of the time you know the complex of the Actual eyelid the skin over the eyelid and the brow right you really have to break those three apart so the patients that come in to see me are they have one or all three so either they have a toast us which means that the actual eyelid is droopy right and they can also have what's called a mechanical Tosa because the skin is so significant that it's pushing down on the eyelid and its wing down but if you were to lift or remove the skin the island isn't droopy and not as called the skin itself being droopy and heavy is called dramatically says and I'm giving you these fancy words but for a reason and then there's something called eyebrow toasts which means that the brow is droopy so you have to look at all three of those things where my patients either have a droopy eyelid and or excess skin and or a droopy brow until you don't have to get it so you don't have to do surgery when it's bad enough could basically do it and I recommend doing it before it gets bad enough because you don't want it to be medically necessary this is a cosmetic procedure that really changes the entire face so the studies that have been done when they do cosmetic procedures on one part of the face show time and time again that the most powerful the procedure is rejuvenation of the I. Right Right and so if you're able to open up the eyes eyebrow eyelid your face changes and then the reverse so that is if you botched the eyelid it's the one thing that makes people look different right so Kenny Rogers Renee Zellweger are very good exam bowls of people who've had eyelid surgery and they've changed and what happens is that the eyelid crease which is the natural fold of the eyelid is an unnatural aw in Caucasians and Non Asians I should say everyone has a really predominant pretty Eyelid crease Asians very predominant pretty eyelid crease but it's usually lower right and so you have to recognize the natural eyelid crease if you change it people will lose their mind right there clay completely different and one thing to consider we've always spoken to people about making I'm sure you're going to a trained professional Because there can be complications I know that if they take too much meaning you can actually not be able to shut your eyes wrecked that sounds like a horrific horrific I took a flight to by two and had to sit near a woman or that happened to chief Elie no people fall asleep on your shoulder I thought she wasn't asleep

"One thirty six Jeff wet Cam fade hunt for grew cobras on. And now you're brewers head to Wrigley field. Christian yelich to the brewers square off against the Chicago Cubs game. One of three game set. Our coverage starts at six thirty and evening, be sure to tune in. All right. When this story first broke early part of last week, we discussed it. And now there has been a new development, and I I want to revisit this. This involves the temporary detention of an eighteen year old black man by the wall tosa police a week ago Sunday, you may remember this story, and then I'll tell you the new detail, and we're going to discuss the eighteen year old man was detained briefly Sunday September second this kind of happened out by the Mayfair collection. If you can sort of picture that on the west side, apparently what happens is a. Couple who happened by the way to be black flagged down a pair of Walworth tosa police officers and tell them that a young black man was robbing two older white women, and they point out the car. They said the robbery was either recurring or had just occurred. The suspect was in the back seat of a blue Lexus. And the man who happens to be African American pointed the car out to the officers. So at that point in time, the officers, they they go out to investigate they pull up behind the blue Lexus get over the loudspeaker and the order the person in the backseat to exit the vehicle come out of the car with your hands up in this case, the young man comes out of the car with hands out, the two officers get out of their car, and they've got the guns are drawn. But they're not pointing at anybody. But their guns are drawn. When they go up they put the kid in hand kit. Young man, a put him in handcuffs quickly to get to get down on your knees. They put him in handcuffs. They move him into their squad car right at which point in time. They then go up to the people who are driving the car, and they start to engage in a conversation with them. And they say, okay, we've just had a repair you. All right. We've had a report that this was an armed robbery, etc. Carjacking whatever and the two older women who are in the front seat of the car, and they're both white one of them says, no, there's nothing. There's no problem here. That's my that's my grandson. So there's noth- nothing to see here. So the encounter takes about six minutes. So they start asking questions they then immediately determined that the information that they had been given is wrong. Right. So they release the. Man, they apologized to the ladies for the misunderstanding. And like one of the lady says, Well, I I can just kind of imagine, you know, you see two know older white women, and this young black guy in the back of the car to which the officer says, well, just so, you know, the person that reported this was African American himself. So that's that. That's why we did all all this. They apologize. They send them on the way this whole thing. Took like six minutes. Right. Nobody is beaten. Nobody is thrown in jail for hours and hours. Everybody goes on on their way. All right. That's the story. The these folks apparently tell the story the publicly and now the dazzling detail from late last week is that the way the journal sentinel described a young black man on his way home from church with his white grandmother was handcuffed by the what why wallet tosa police because to passer bys thought he was robbing her now. An attorney representing him as being the kid says she suspects. He was harassed. The attorney has requested all documents from the wall with tosa police department about this stop and the basis for the stop you Turney also stated she sent a document preservation demand telling police not to destroy anything and to include any notes text messages and dispatched reports after we take a look at whenever basis they have for stopping and harassing this family. We will be able to comment further says the attorney once we take a look at those documents. We will have a further comment. But of course, the attorney she does comment on this by saying once we see what basis they have for stopping and harassing the family will be able to comment further four one four seven nine nine one six twenty that is the accurate mortgage talk and text line harassing the family. I mean seriously where where does this come from? Now, look, I I understand people have a right to hire lawyers. And lawyers have a right to try to figure out ways that they can make money and file lawsuits and things like that. And I don't know if it's gonna come to that but harassing the family at least at this point in time. The uncontroversial evidence is couple cops are flagged down some passer-by in the passer bys unfortunate passersby did not stick around. They don't know. They were cops are flagged down told. Hey, there's a robbery which is going on. We saw this happen guy in the back seat of that car aright the police then react accordingly. Does it sound like the police did anything wrong here is this a question where where in God's name is the harassment under these circumstances? If they are in fact, and that appears to be the case they're told that there's an ongoing robbery they pull the car over. They tell the suspect get out of the car they then get him out of the car. They handcuff him. They separate them they immediately conduct their investigation and within a couple of minutes. They determined that. There was nothing to this the passer by was either pursuing an agenda or was mistaken or whatever. But did the police do anything wrong? Four one four seven nine nine one six twenty. All right police brutality, racial harassment were just two police officers doing what you would expect them to do based on the information that was available to them. And by the way, after this was all over, and it was conducted it was completed in a quick for a couple minutes. Now, they apologized for the misunderstandings. And this is what this is. This is why we did it harassment of the family seriously, four one four seven nine nine one six twenty the mortgage, talk and text line. Let's start with Mark and Kenosha. Mark your first good afternoon. All right. Thanks, fred. I do feel that we do have an issue in this country with police brutality, and at the officers now that this is perfect performance by the wall of the police department. You could not ask law enforcement officers to do a third job. The only person at fault is ignorant person who called in in the first place and was mistaken clearly about the scenario if we had all interactions between law enforcement officers end up like this would have been a much better than we are. Now. I apply watchos the police department for handling it as as slowly. And as well as they did. Yeah. Yeah. Mark Wright to me, look, this is a textbook way that they are supposed to proceed and do this. You get this report. There's a robbery there's a theft there is an ongoing crime of violence you immediately conduct an investigation. It's not like they had a shootout with the person in the car. They pull the car over get out of the car. The person gets out of the car. Yes, they had their guns drawn. But of course, what do you expect them to do if they think they might be dealing with a hostage situation or somebody who's gonna come out shooting? Of course, you have your guns drawn. It didn't put a gun to anybody's head. They got the situation under control. They conducted an investigation, and then they sent everybody on their way within a matter of minutes. What would they have done if they hadn't said gotten this report say and the person that said, she I think there's an armed robbery or there's a hostage situation or whatever. And they said, well, okay, we're just going to let them drive off. And the next thing. You know, there's two ladies turn up dead in some alley somewhere. Well, all right. Can you imagine what the reaction? Would have been then. And yet there's some attorney out there implying that the family was harassed. How were they harassed by the investigation of these law enforcement agencies? Here's a tax Jeff the tosa police would have been crucified had they not acted on. The report everybody nowadays is looking to be offended and to go viral and to try to hit the jackpot four one four seven nine nine one six twenty David Waukesha. Dave, you're WTMJ. Hello. Hey, Jeff how you doing? Thank you. What do you think? Three point one. There's no harassment. Not even close to harassment. Number two is. You're supposed to preach. If you see something, right? All right, whatever. And the police officers are no wind position. I mean, it's kind of like what do you want us to do? We can't just not act on it. I mean, it's really gotten to the point where we don't work a lawyer's responsibility. All this. Well, that's. I mean, what does he take some? I mean, I don't know. You know, you're obviously aware and whatnot. I don't I don't know what the the classic definition will propose lawsuit or even well, and there's not a lot. There's not a lawsuit thus far. But at the same time, I mean, she is out in the news saying, well, I want to find out why they harassed this family. I'm not seeing the harassment of this family. I mean, I'm I'm seeing police officers who were told that there was an ongoing crime they investigated that. And then within a matter of minutes determined there was nothing to it. And they sent everybody on their way. Why can't why can't they they obviously had approached the lawyer? Yup. What who knows these days? No, no, no, no. I'm sure they were were looking. Just like, you know, what you really have no basis to your, you know, well because I'll tell you. I mean, the thanks for calling in the attorney is out there saying, well, I want to look at the reports, and Glenn we'll we'll have some of the comment. But of course, she doesn't limit yourself to that. She's I want to find out why this family why was harassed by the police. Well, okay. For for real. I mean seriously give me a break about this. The the whole idea that we okay, it's automatically. It's going to be you know, harassment. But the point you also make David is a good one matter of fact, one of my textures makes the same thing. What about the people who may now not report something because they're afraid they're going to be ridiculed for reporting? I mean, the whole key to the see something say something, and how often do we have these discussions boy, you have the person that ends up going on the crime spree or the shooting spree or whatever. And then all the people come out and say, well, yes that was really an he was displaying all this behavior. But did you call anybody? No. We didn't call anybody. Who didn't want to get involved or whatever we thought we'd be scoffed at? So I mean, if the key to see something say something is to do it down this particular case, the people were apparently in error when they reported that. But, but okay, the police once you get this information, I think they have an obligation to act on it. They have also have application not to over react to it. I mean, maybe you can say, well, why did they get him out of the car, and why did the handcuffing well they handcuffed him because they wanted to have the situation under control while they conducted their investigation. And it's not a one of the things that I was really looking at here was is this something that went on for thirty minutes or an hour the police officers. No, they they got the information the acted on quickly. They were able to determine what the real facts of the matter were and within five to ten minutes, they sent him away. Now was there was it probably traumatic. Well, okay, I suspect that would be a traumatic situation. If I was in the back seat of a car police officers ordered me out and me with my hands up and then handcuffed me. Yes..
