"Vote for a winner manned the when the people who felt strongly about the person who should win they voted for Tony. And they voted for Natalie right so I I don't I love I love Michelle's game play. It was Not as comprehensive as Tony's and not as flashy as Natalie's and people like excitement in it's tough to it's tough to win with Incredibly comprehensive in an incredibly flashy game like no matter how you spin it coming back from first boot to find three is flashy as hell so like you you. That's why she just didn't play his flashy a game and you know maybe if the you know I don't know. She played the fifty fifty idle for Jeremy Wright instead of playing that for herself That would have been something that would tip the gone on around though if she did that. But I know what you're saying. Well I think the vote was split. Three two two so safe the revolt. I think Michelle Woulda gone home. I know what you're sad if she had had that operation. I mean she didn't give I know what you're saying. I totally agree and I am. I just think Michelle deserve second over Natalie but to me Tony. Tony's like the go he had swept swept the jury. I wouldn't be like they deserve some votes because I just think Tony Outright played beyond I think at this point I'd like to get your opinions on this real quick. I think Tony might be the best player all time at this point. And obviously a kind of subjective because you can't really judge the best options to a sample of seasons budgets from the from the evidence in the form we've gotten do you. Would you say Tony is the greatest player of all time? Yes yeah yeah so from getting voted out from winning and then correcting his getting voted out round two in. The wrecking is mistakes. And just tying every set like all of it up right in a beautiful little bow and giving delivering it to all survivor fans. It's just the greatest gift ever King Tony. Winners at war winner like dominated like we're done so just to wrap it up. I think that kind of wraps up our discussion of the final episode. But I do want to just wrap up the season a little bit this is. This is the last episode of survivor. She's in winners out war. And what a hell of a season it was. There's not really any survivor in the in the foreseeable near future. We know they're trying to do some this or whatever but nothing nothing in the books right now just what your thoughts on the season overall and then kind of. What do you think of survivor? Where survivors at season? Forty one what do you think going forward? I I love loved winters that war. I thought it was great. I loved on the players that came back. I would have liked to other winners. Were there but I think that it was an amazing season and I still have hope that we'll still have a survivor in the fall. So I then that's my two cents on it under wizard I agree. I think that If survivor like were to end tomorrow it would be it would be like. I'm not gonNA say that but if it were into tomorrow this season would be just a one of the best to go out on right and I think it's I mean frigging if seal team is on unless there's no. There's no way that survivor is not getting. You know like as many if not more viewers so that like so. That's still there like there's still value their from a television show and we're going to support that because it has a cult following at this point and So yeah I know concern there but just in terms of this being a a season that represents all the things that we love about survivor it. I honestly think that like if this at actually no I take that back. I think that this would the with Tony winning. If there wasn't edge of extinction in Tony winning it would be amazing in it with edge of extinction Tony winning. It's still amazing. Like I just really really happy that he won And I think that this season was just you know just so hard and I would love to play in. Timing was just was just often in Totally content but like man. Let me ask me were you in the were you in the pipe for the for the season Yeah yeah so it was. It was actually like just kind of back story The timing couldn't have been worse like Having after having one I would've had blown out and the day of the night pretty much the night of winning like the next morning and they actually asked me They were not going to ask me but they did it was. It was the day after. I got married some literally laying you know basically like twenty four hours into what into marriage in like having the feeling like we're going to have a really great summer enjoy my wife's like thank. God the survivor journeys about to come to an end. Because the person that you are coming back from that has just had a lot of emotional and mental things. We've had to deal through. You know outside of the game and it was a really tough thing to like pushed right back into that so I made totally made the right move for my sanity and my marriage just just to end the episode Chris if they ask you again to come out at this point would you? Yeah I think yeah yeah I again. It's the timing and the timing is much better much sweeter now than it than it was Hopefully bryce would be out there with you for sure so we should just do we just dude. Third boots is a I I am. -solutely will be here for it and I thank you so much Chris for coming on the Purple Pants podcast. It has been a truly honor to have you here. She had text me and was like did you get into Hollywood. I think you'll really enjoy us. I'm like all right. Let me get in Hollywood so it probably started like you know. They went last Wednesday at the my mom's birthday surprise after winners at war. Finale and say let me put Hollywood on sub. I'm beyond his first two episodes. I'm like what in the hell is. This is like a whole bunch of sex. I'm like wait a minute now. It was some you know homosexual sex too so I said okay all right. Maybe this is why people telling me to watch. But I'm like I don't really want to watch a show about prostitution because that's what it was giving me at first but Bay Bay when I tell your when I got some episode three through and I think a seven episode when I got the episode three and I really saw the plot taking and what came to light I was like. Oh this is good. This is good. Good good good. I want you guys to watch it so. Of course. This is a spoiler alert. So I'm going to like Kinda like give the rundown of it but I'm going to leave a lot for the eye and the ear for my listeners. Have not checked it out. I'm like you know what I'm saying. I still want to get into it so I'm GONNA leave a lot out but I'm going to cover enough. You know went to whistle and speaking in West. Sola said I need to wear my with right now. So you know. I'm on my weight loss journey. Not that I really need to lose weight but you know I'm trying to slim on down you know eating right and I'm doing really really well. You Know Bay you've gotta include You note to though the weights and all that other stuff but so anyway god-like Bryce we. We just want to know what you way. And you whistle to. Why are you going in all in eighth? Arpaio forgo Char Tina. We're talking about Hollywood right now so anyway. I'm drinking some does because you know baby boy love. Tito's and knock out a diet. Dr Pepper Cherry. Okay so yes. Let me my whistle in getting into this for your on. So where was I at Hollywood? So it takes place post World War Two and like the Golden Hollywood ages and so there are a lot of soldiers returning home and they are moving to Hollywood because Hollywood is booming and they need a lot of actors and a lot of these soldiers coming home from World War Two. Like don't have jobs. And so what better? Way To get a job to be a glamorous actor and so a lot of them are bad. He's and so a lot of the studios out in California they are looking for actors and they're looking for people to play like you know like little little parts and so we meet one of the main characters his name. Is Jack Castillo? Just got home from the war. He got a wife. Okay she pregnant and he is looking for work however he can't seem to get work every day he goes out in front of these studios and literally they come out and they're aren't we need three actors and then they just pick from actors in the crowd and Jack is a good looking looking for I. I know I say Jack Look Right. So jet can't seem to catch a break with these Hollywood studio so one day. After he did not get picked for a part he goes to a bar and wet says whistle and he meets this guy named Ernie Ernie buys him a drink and Jack is like is he trying to come to me. You know he doesn't really. I mean it's weird because then nasty and I'm like Ernie coming on him by Ernie trying to get his attention so another day. Jack doesn't apart Jack up at the bar. Ernie buys him a drink and like why? Are you buying me drinks? Like I don't understand it in so earnest. Like I gotta wait for you to make money you know. I understand senior type before. You're good looking kid. If you WANNA make money come to my gas station. So Jack ends up going to the gas station and Bay so the the gas station is really like twenty twentieth fans. Only you know all these people got these fans only pays. That's really what big ask station is is a prostitution ring. So a lot of the effluent women and men pull up to the gas station and these Ernie got a slew of these young ladies and they act like they pumping gas and the people pull up and say hi electical Hollywood. No I like to go to wonderland and they pull off and have sex with him. So Jack says he can't do it at first then he gets into it however after one day of. Work Jack Thieves like one hundred dollars and that's a lot of money back in the day. You know the golden days so jacqueline yes and Ernest like listen. I got one more job for you to do. Just go around back and then you can finish that up real quick. You'll get money. Jack's like old guy jackals around back and Bay Bay Hannay Hunter. Who Soleil is the young man been there who wants to Majette Castillo and Jacqueline? I can't do this earning I'm not gay I can't do. I can't do it at Jackson. What do you mean you want two hundred dollars and so I'm not GonNa do it and he's like you know what forget it? Give me the money so jack quits the gas station and he figures like you know. I ain't going to do this. GonNa my soul however fast for two more weeks when he realizes that his wife is pregnant.

"Just all idiots every single and then she wins and I can't believe she's still watches her opinion on. That's amazing she's consistent. You know does she do you? I guess she or do you have any sort of big favorites either in seasons or people you've had over the years so I don't know about your Krim seemed seemed like who's the least big idiot from perspective so she's from originally will not originally She lived in San Antonio for a long time. So she is Kim Spradlin Fan Stony Upland with San Antonio and I'd say for me. Generally speaking for me survivor seasons are sort of a wash in less. A woman ends up winning the show. I've always pro the women contest on sand like this season for example going in my my a favorites and no particular order. But I wanted Sandra poverty. Natalie Denise and Kim to do well and I'll tell you that that double booed of Poverty Sandra First Week Quarantine. That actually did hurt me in a deep way. No like setting the tone for quarantine and this is going to be a disaster like this is the last major thing you'll save before you cut yourself off from the outside world unforeseen about a time. Yeah I like the women and I also do. I love it when a gay man can sneak in there and win it too. Yeah so this has been rough for each year I am. I do love Kim Denise Alliance but they can I mean. We'll get to that but I never seem to get on the right side of that vote. Yeah I don't know we really have been seeing Leon like Kim. Saddling is fully inform and winters at war. Even when like after wasting an idol? He's okay I'm finally in on a plan. I'm going to screw over Jeremy. And Lo and behold due to Tony's MAC nations. She's left out once again. All my gosh though. I was dying with Kim being on the money every single to on the fire token every single time. Jeremy Tony's playing us. He's playing you and her calling Tony Outright is face. All of that was so bad. So bad ass. He was so bad. I wrote like Kim knows all in all caps I was that was one of those moments like this is like what straight white men feel when they're heroes are out there like kicking ass like my heroes out there kicking as as loving in empowered as I can do anything am guilty of anything. I can do anything because his also my hero too. She's a lot of like hardcore rooting for I. It's not gonNA go well. I don't think and these next couple episodes for her for her. But this episode or I would love this. Reunions could be weird for many reasons but I know how Jessie like. Little Kids love. You can just imagine either Kim coming out. Jeff says these women in their twenties there just are they love you so much. They're all over. You go to me and the audience. If that was a thing they go to me on zoom exactly like when they used to do like The signs from the contestants hometowns and that person wanted so. You're you're one person celebration at your apartment. Yeah it's like me trying to get my cats involved. Hold the sign. Let's let's talk about this episode because I spoke about at the beginning but what an interesting episode of survivor it's storytelling in particular has been very interesting throughout the entire season but really for the first time in what. I feel like it's been a fairly evenly edited season. We got all Tony all the time. I mean he was so crucially involved in everything to the point where he was the one that made the move. He was the one that found the idol. He was the one that you know had to overcome extortion. And you know I've seen people go back and forth as to whether or not they liked this episode overall Aaron. What did you think about this hour of Tony? So I as I said I do tend to favor the women but Tony is one of the men that I have enjoyed on the show. I think he is very fun to watch Usually I would be so pissed at survivor an episode. Like this. I'd be like Gimme. GimMe a break. But he really. He found an idol he wanted. Mutebi was extorted and he kind up with a plan. So it's like it's sort of his episode. I Dunno Mike. What what were they supposed? How could they have edited around him to make it more balanced but I thought it was spotted? It was he in game changers. He did such a bad job of changing his strategy and he really did do a better job. This time of laying low and it all came flying out. He's like back onto the original island like doing everything and say betraying his own alliance. He's GonNa next week. You know. Try to do damage control. It's like Oh my God he just. He immediately turned back if he loves it. But that's the thing that was he says last week and that secrecy like I pleaded really slow because my wife and remind me that I should do that and then like as soon as wife left. He's like okay because away the mice will play. Let me do everything that I did before and I guess Leon it's just a matter of like I mean it gets a dish showed that patients pays off to a certain extent but I guess at a certain point especially when you're someone like Tony you have to rev up or maybe there was just so much pent up Tony nece inside if cork was gonNA pop off at any point. Yeah that must have been the case because there were even things. I didn't even remember that. Tony did and this episode until I ever watched it Tony. Finding me idol completely forgot about that and what. I was re watching it. I was like what is he digging for. He doesn't dig for the extortion like disadvantage and those. Oh Tony I found an idol. I couldn't even believe that and then I think we're just GONNA get the continuation of that story next week when we have. Tony in his treehouse. Despite shock thing away Tony Moment. That was so funny was when he was reading the extortion clue he and he enters the scene like sliding into home like rounding. I I was like this is insane. I love it because I run away so nobody would know that I was pretty sure people saw sprint. Like Hussein bolt out of Camp Toda. You can't really hide when you're just dashing mile a minute and the noise that that must have made too late not only. Is he running breathing? Heavy and then sliding through all the dirt and sticks and leaves and stuff. It's very obvious. But that editing of that scene was so good because like I also at the Mo- like didn't know exactly if it was an advantage or disadvantage because I kind of miss some of the language the first time I was like okay. Does he get to use it as an extortion. Or is he being extorted by the people on the edge so then by the end it was like this is being played against you. That was so amazing. Oh my God yeah that has to be. I think the shadiest writing an advantage that I've ever seen aside from when Sarah. Apparently said offscreen that said. Don't use the votes deal in the way. Stephen Fishbach did but to like build you up so much of light. This is great. This is what disadvantage will do. Also it's being played on you I guess I guess. I sort of had that last season to write with like Jamal reading through his note of like. Hey you learned a valuable lesson like sometimes you know a good. Somethings are too good to be true. By the way you won't be voting like they really like these sneaks surprises with the survivor writers so shady and sell mean but I love it at the same time so and I think it was good because it was it was ups and downs for Tony. There were there were levels to the performance. It wasn't just one note which also made it really enjoyable. Yeah that's the thing is that I do agree with that. I think this is not something I would like to see every single episode. Because then you get like survivor. Samoa or to go international the most recent season of Australian survivor and that's just not great storytelling but considering how integral Tony was to everything in this episode I could see the editors wanting to have a bit of fun and go a bit unconventional with giving him I think eighteen confessionals or something but I can understand that if people earn fans that they wouldn't necessarily see that but at the same time I feel like we saw enough of everyone else that we got like a general says that's what was happening. It helped the vote was pretty straightforward before. Tony mucked up the works of like okay. We're just GONNA split between Jeremy and Michelle and I mean. I think we have totally for many reasons on the season and one of them is. I think he was able to prevent a pretty. You know. Ho- homage Jeremy Down the line. Vote by taking out arguably I would think someone who was playing one of the best game so far this season I felt bad for so I I have. I liked the other alliance more. Obviously since Kim Denise Fan and so I have been rooting against so fi but Yeah it was sad and I think we've seen this sort of editing pattern throughout the season where it's almost like the episode that you go out. You actually don't get a lot of content which we didn't really get to see a lot from Sophie this episode and that was kind of sad except for at the end which. I don't know how to do this. Baller moment. I mean I know. They're all winners but like still. She's never voted out so one on their eighth time plane so she actually yeah exactly between that and her like walking out saying she needs to take the idol out of her crotch like she just like through. Tsa Away from Jeff and that's the thing as well maybe it's because of like my own brain. I forgot that Sophie had an idol. I know she mentioned it beforehand. But yeah I mean it's it's always tough to track the advantages and I think that Sophie has had that Idelson episode five or so and Lord knows a lot has happened since then right and I thought her whole Michelle's been getting more of it but like I was a lesser winner thing which I don't remember. I haven't rewatch her season because I was. That was the era where it was like. Everybody was getting brought back at every moment and I was so over coach that I really didn't like that season. But I remember loving that. She won and thought she was so deserving so it was. I didn't realize that the fan base sort of hey again. I'm talking to my grandmother. Who thinks they're all idiots? I didn't realize that she was not a beloved winner. Because I was like yes. Soviet rule that was surprising.

"And all the stuff that goes along with that it takes a while for their quote unquote character to develop. Tony's actually like an amazing player in the sense that he comes to survivor. Any is fully formed digging out the spy shack like immediately. You know but what I was so blown away by yesterday or on Wednesday watching was the levels of Gameplay of somebody like you'll and we could talk about the deleted scenes that got announced. But you'll coming in and tell me a little bit about you'll if people are like I haven't seen you'll you'll you'll song Cook Islands. Which was I believe? One of the first seasons haven't immunity but it didn't function via the same rules so he does not he's an old school guy right and he was an extremely strong strategist. You saw this episode. You're in the numbers understanding Game Theory. Where Yup all of that stuff? And then he won the season and he can't fell off. The map is not involved in this fiber community. I dug up an interview from him and I was reading my preview article where he basically said it was from twenty twelve and he said on his season he didn't even really enjoy it and he sounded like he wasn't even watching this show at that point like he he was like. I don't I do not know what's going on. I don't engage inspire anymore. Sure he's been all around. The map is like a consultant. He worked at facebook for a while. like like an high-level job there. I mean he's like extremely accessible. Guy Stanford Grad Guy. I mean and to have him back is unbelievable. I think that vans were resigned. That he would never play again well. He's a huge factor watching last night's episode and then hearing about the deleted scene that didn't show in entertainment weekly. I think right I think so. You wonder whether or not this has been like a twenty year gambit by him to have a low profile for season forty champions all winners and he comes back with like the perfect he basically arrives and he's like playing the Rupe he's like man. I don't know how to play this game anymore. You guys tell me and then slowly but surely over the course of the episode. He keeps planting this idea that there is a poker alliance that there is a group of these survivor players that appeared on like a really random like poker after dark poker night. Whatever that you can watch. I think it's I'm sure like I. I used to watch those when like the poker boom is happening. Yeah I used to. Yeah and it was just like you would watch like Helmut. Thin like Dana play or whatever but like this So it's like a lot of chatter while they're playing hold them and Tyson in this video and he's with rob. He's with Tyson Kim and right and Tyson offhandedly says if we ever play again this is the power alliance. Yeah you'll brings this up as if all of America has seen this video. Yeah I guarantee that's not the case. I have no idea what the views are on the video now but like I swear to. You only the hardest of hardcore survivor. People have seen this and he brings it up like it's the Kennedy. Assassination like we have to keep in mind the poker alliance right and you're just like this poker lines but you can see it gets in people's heads and they're like yeah you know you'll saying the poker lions we gotTa Watch out for that. He brought up so he brought up that and so then on his tribe. It's Tyson Kim and Robson. The tribe amber sushi gets wrapped into the poker alliance automatically at by being rob's wife and he brings that up and he also brings up. Hey you know there are all these players with connections. I don't have connections. And a bunch of other people don't have connections. And he starts trying to deform the kind of Lone wolves lions too but him bringing the poker lions gets everybody scrambling a little bit then. Sandra tells Tyson that Tony Star in his name out Tyson starts scrambling and he basically comes over to to you'll in his radio throw jackhammer under the bus. It was like you'll engineered the whole thing. Y- you'll yes. Yes and so. He basically creates a cadillac event to up end. What may have been a completely like. You're talking about this survivor community. Like I think Tyson and rob or friends. They are whatever but the idea that there was like a over a card game they forged like what would be a future alliance is like really bullshit and you'll made everybody believe it. Yeah well just I mean I mean maybe there is something to it. I assume it there are people that these people talk outside of the game like before the game starts. I don't think that one comment at a poker game matters much all less than anybody who might have played the game together. Tyson and rob being friends absolutely matters rob and amber being married absolutely matters. Jeremy and Natalie having a super close alliance on the season that they played together matters. But you will be able to just undermine all of that instantly like Oh. This guy is a genius and I was surprised because he was one of the players who identified as a big threat to German. And I figured you'd actually kind of have a target on his back because he was such an impressive player in the season that he won and nobody talked about. His name didn't get brought up at because I thought he did a really good job. Being like what are. What are we doing here? This is crazy survivor. I have no idea what's going to happen. The other big person who I thought. I think Sandra did this to some extent but I thought that in the trailer for next week. You know the ride is going to be like. You're all dead. Anybody who voted for his dad but rob and Sandra both doing a very effective thing which is like creating tension around like something that may or may not be actually offensive to them. Like I don't think Sandra really really is like rob lied to me on the idols. Maybe she is but what it does is make her imposing and threatening and powerful to be like. I'm I'm pissed at Rob and rob is not an idiot. He had to know that people were going to be coming after him and amber of course so to him for him to be like. That's that you have a death. Wish I get it but at the same time like he's playing. Yeah I think Sandra just has to create as much chaos as she can or at least that's the way that she perceives the game rate. She's like if I sit back. If I wait for things to develop they will definitely take me out. So she has to make her motivations clear or you know seemingly make them clear and just trying stir up dirt as much as she can. But you know. Rob Is actually not in the worst position because amber is out of the game so his big connection like a free age and now she can give him stuff from edge of extinction. Yes I just saw that. She gave him a fire token As she gets an idol or something she can offer to sell its rob. So that's kind of almost the perfect situation. She's just gonNA could be funneling stuff to him throughout the game. What did you think of? Fire Tokens I don't I don't know yet. Jury case people don't know Riley is a anti twist real Oscar the grouch. Yeah Constitution says the Scalia Survivor. Yeah generally when there's like wacky like now you can do this with this like ancient vase and find inside of it that you can do that like you are like come on like play the game. Yeah I am a little worried that they're going to spend so much time on edge of extinction. Explain the fire tokens doing all APP. It'll actually start to take away from the game. One of the advantages to last night's episode. Was that so. It's a two hour episode in only a two challenges. Normally each one hour episode is to challenges. So you have less of that stuff that can take away from what I Find Fun. Which is all the interactions. The interactions strategy the character building. All the stuff that just happens at the the the Szekely and so I'm a little nervous about that and I'm a little nervous about you know players on extinction just being able to like hand idols off to players who are in the game for like one fire ever but you know Jerry style. We'll see might change as easily player. Something no one's done before and make them kind of like create the paradigm for how you would use a fire token so like we don't know how how this is the one part of the game that they're kind of writing as their go line and it'll be really interesting to see how they deploy those and. I know that I think I saw. They didn't explain it in the episode. I don't believe I saw online. Players can combine their fire token. Figured that was just something right. So I'm assuming there'll be a case where it's like this idol costs five buyer tokens. And if you can get you know maybe you're on the alliance of five and somebody else's six. Maybe you can like pool everybody together but only if they all. There's also questions about whether or not you want to get things for the collective of for your individual. Sorry 'cause there's like Natalie I mean. Obviously the menu she was reading extinction was like a six pack of beer. Or Yeah You know like more shelter and I think that as these tribes go on and get a little bit more developed. There might be some people who are like. Let's make a better camp. Make you get more rice. Let's make things that are like a little bit more sharable versus people might like like. I might go for like a personal jar of peanut butter or you know like a personal. Like maybe I get a reward. A reward day. Nobody else gets an I get to revitalize myself and not worry about other people like the loved ones visit. I really wonder if with players that are this high level and had succeeded so much they will all just hold out for any advantage right in the actual in the actual game right not a reward but a an idol or votes. Do sure I'll know the fire. The advantages now. Who knows gives you can even see like Wendell was like I didn't really WanNa be the Doodoo could build a shelter like I. Yeah I didn't really WanNa be like the Nice Guy. Everybody would probably take along for a little while and then x. out because I was like you know not part of their plan like I wanted to play a more strategic game. And He's already like everybody was like Wendell furniture right you know. I was actually impressed with Wendell and playing cool. They're like you gotTa know what you're good at some point and play to your strength weird if he was like. I don't really like. Hey let's go off and talk. Who were going off. It's like that's not your game man you chill and you be super likeable and sociable. That's his game one player that you we haven't really talked about that. You were super impressed by it. Could give me like an example of like. We talked about poverty. Talked about Robin Sandra was you will obviously. Was there anybody else that you were like? Ooh I like what they're doing here today shoot. I'm drawing a blank right now. I can't I I feel like I have somebody like okay. So for instance. What about Adam who I thought Adam is a narrator but I don't know if Adams a good player he kind of made a big mistake in in running off with denise early and I do agree with him that the whole tribe seem to freak out about that a little too much known denise for one day but at the same time. I just don't make the rookie mistake right Like come on Dude I think was it Jeremy say that he kinda realized that something was up by Robin parties. Like body language the way they looked at each other or something. I don't notice that that so he thought like you mean at tribal. I think so. Jeremy was asked to then what happened. Yeah it was like pay. We'll talk yeah right Yeah I don't know Michelle. Was My winner. Pick before the season and she kind of fell off the map in this episode. She was seeing Sam darnold their tribal there. Yeah she got left out of the vote. A very unfortunate for her yeah. I don't know it was interesting. I mean I like the big players really sucked up a lot of the oxygen. Even though everybody got some time right even Sarah who doesn't talk a ton but like was obviously really strong in that Jazz Sarah Challenge. Yeah I mean Sarah's one of those her game changers win was like kind of a wire-to-wire she dominated type win right so she played against Tony once right and lost and then came back and won. Right was that house was Sarah was game changes. Her SECOND CESAR. Yeah yes she yeah. She was on Cagayan with Tony Tony. One and then she came back and won the next time. It was that the one that Sandra Got Tony Outright. Well yeah that was the one when Tony In the first thirty seconds of the game screw you guys. I'm going to look for the idol and just ran into the woods and then the next day built a yeah built the spy bunker in the ground. It's like damn actually like it though. I think Tony could be good in that. He's learned from game changers that he can't Go One thousand miles. An hour needs to bring it back to like hundred miles..

"I the only other position I guess I would ask you that is is secondaries corners by the way before yes but those corners free agent rumors are beginning and a lot of them have the eagles links to two guys Byron Jones and Chris Harris okay well it's really we're gonna get another X. cowboy little but that we we got any interest in Byron Jones are Chris Harris if you're the eagles what's interesting Chris Harris during the season around the trade deadline cruisers and talk that he might get moved then I think is a good player the only problem is he's a little up in years I think is right around thirty now so there is there is that if you if if you want a younger player somebody could grow with I mean Jones of your possibilities he's twenty seven entrance twenty eight September Jones not yeah yes so I mean he's a good year he did he's got an awful lot of town he's got a world of talent but he's he's he makes dumb mistakes he is out of position a lot I like his physical skill set but he's he doesn't play with his head very much I think I I think a good cook with good coaching I think you could be a pretty good player because he has the physical ability but he he makes an awful lot of mental mistakes for me one other free agent that these people think the eagle should be interesting you know when people say all the eagles are linked to this guy's probably too early what happens is writers broadcasters everybody fans look at the potential free agents out this guy makes sense for the eagles so there for their links to the eagles but safety Anthony Harris depending on what the eagles end up doing at safety I gotta bring Malcolm back I think but yeah I think well but they got to work to take the contract out with Malcolm yeah but I don't think I'd be very surprised if that doesn't and I agree with you but maybe the other side becomes opened you have any interest in Anthony Harris I would I it seems like that I'm I'm a little bit surprised everybody seems so ready to move on from the cloud I thought macleod was a good player hidden but it seems like they don't seem to be much noise coming out of the eagles about one to retain him and so you're gonna have to go get somebody else I don't know I don't know what your other options are I mean I I think that there I don't even think Russell Douglas is going to be on the roster next year and I mean there's been some talk about moving of onto Matix to safety but he's too he's awfully small to be a safety to me so you might have to go shopping for one and you know and and that that's a that's a decent name it really is I I would say there's a there's a kid from your cal Berkeley now Ashton Davis their lives back to senior he's losing your ball today yeah he's in the senior bowl today I think he's the best safety all in this group is going to be in the senior bowl today and at the cornerback position but it's cal Davis north or south huh cal Davis they can is the north to the south what teams he played for a place for cal Berkeley no no he sees plane in the senior bowl yes what for what team in this did today and what teams you play for I'm guessing probably in the north Chris goes okay I'm not sure it's purpose northern California right that's one of that counts is the north I don't know I mean if you tell me guys and in Alabama or a guy plays for Syracuse second pretty well figure what team he plays for it right California I don't know where they were the whatever will find it okay yeah so you like him I do like him and end at the cornerback position there's there's a fellow named Danny homes from UCLA plan I'm so leery of of west coast players I mean all right I I really am but Danny homes as I've seen him play UCLA he's a pretty good player he's a cornerback away think could play outside or in the slot he's want one guy worth take keep an eye on and a guy named Tony outright pride from Notre Dame is also but I I think he's a junior so we might not be in this game of a Danny homes is from UCLA will be so there are a couple defensive backs here but more is more so there are some wide receivers here and I'll give you one defensive line because you know you're always look for pass rushers there's a defensive end from North Carolina named Jason Strawbridge who I really like a lot I think he's going to be dropping a first round pick a maybe a a second day pick he's I'll I really like his game and he's gonna be planted it on a mobile he might be worth keeping right right it was a terrific preview we leave this thing I drive home in a slip on AT T. V. watch that game watch those wide receivers I think one of those guys is going to be an eagle down the road yeah I I showing a draft one you know a lot of people that we talked about this when I was on to Cameron Richie this week is if your I. S. what's regal that we have your first pick which the first pick bay and Joe and John were split on it one said wide receiver once a defensive back corner back up I think those are the two areas I think given I think they've identified the two areas for me I would go best athlete available there when you come up I would take the highest rated guy if it's a receiver I take the receiver if it's a cornerback I would take the cornerback I think either one you need both just take the best guy yeah you know I mean you can find good players in the second third round I'm not all that concerned about it that I I don't disagree with you I I would be upset if in the first round they take a you know a line backer during a guard or something I think they do need to limit you take the best available player at these positions yes and those of the position yes I think that that would be my strategy there you go eight eight eight seven two nine ninety four ninety four he's rated drumlin mac now ray coming back can we rants about the Phillies I'm not happy no now Clinton yeah those are all these there there it was time to sign pictures and where do you go shopping the scratching Dan Niles now has bins the never words certainly appears that way it does in I'm gonna explain you why they are breaking their bond with the fan base raided your climax our Delaware park racetrack and casino on a rainy rainy Saturday on ninety four W. "You're you're the Killjoy killjoy. In My house at times too I am the kill Bill. When the kids when Davao speaks the kids are like daddy but I feel like I'm always the one. This is like. Oh pickup looking the book and read. It's been enough time with this and it's just like Oh my God like you're always killing the fun but it's still that balance is hard within one household so I can imagine being in like two to three different households. Those deriding time how that can be the only thing that I think keeps it consistent would be it. Never changes Friday Ground Zero era Saturday. Daddy gets her pay Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday. Mommy so it's different environment is consistency in the routine. Okay so there's there's at at least that she knows Friday means right. Whatever you want for dinner right? Grandma's coming exactly things like that. It's funny you mentioned like judging in your mom for the lunch table situation or just judging parenting in general and it's funny because now the develop your parents we've had moments where we sat back and we've looked at Our parents and how they raised US meaning he and I both being the oldest of three and then raising our siblings thereafter and then he talks about things that I do as a parent that that he's like. You wouldn't tolerate that from your kids. So why would you do that at the time on my Bra. Ain't nobody like stop checking me. 'cause I feel like you checking me right now and you're telling me for example sample. He'll ask me to do something I just won't do it in that moment right then. He was like you didn't do X. Y. Z.. And I'm like all right. I know I didn't do it but I'm GonNa get to it. See when you asked Jackson to do something he's not GonNa do it in that moment. You'RE GONNA come down on him. Yes that will because he's my child. You're not that's my father. We had those moments where he's like. Well you can't parent this way or move this certain kind of way and expect your children to do that that or do the opposite and I'm just like here with my kids you know. Do you run by that whole like do as I say not as I do because for me. Sometimes I'm like I know the Ariza there is in my way so I'm going to do this with my children. I'M GONNA make sure they do. XYZ A certain kind of way. Because I don't want them to do or make mistakes that I've made. Do you ever find yourself in that. Those kind of like predicaments. Where you're like all the time I know it's like The Times where we get home and then I make her some chicken? Can you low Mac and cheese which is spent on the side and she staring at me. Because I'm sitting on the bed and I'm eating a big Mac. Mind Your Business. You need to eat that you need healthy wealthy do you. Do you have McDonald's money literally right. I've found this over here. You need to worry right right so I I do. Think that contradict Gotcha dicked what I want for my child. Sometimes with the way that I act but I think a big part of that is still figuring out who I am what I want for myself right which is probably the biggest struggle for me as a person raising a young girl is still not knowing completely who I am. You are together literally grown together. We're going together. Yeah Yeah Ah look at my things. It's funny how I can see the difference in parenting something that caught me off guard knowing how to style step with my children depending on what they need and knowing their personalities so I can't parent both all three children the same way because they both or all three of them clearly they have different strengths weaknesses. They need certain things in order to thrive. So it's not a matter of playing favorites but sometimes I feel like that's a struggle for me because it's like in that that moment parent one child is certain kind of way and it may be seen as giving more time to that child. But it's like I'm not really giving you more time. I'm just trying to see if I can can get through to this child in this particular situation. You know what I mean and that to me has become difficult so then my my husband and I we look at like our parents for example. Now we're just like see they. We're like really strict on us being the oldest and then we look at our younger siblings. And like Y'all you turn out bad but clearly we have some the things together the Gel together and it's no shapes our parents but it's just like Bra y'all raised differently and it's hard because now I can look like as a parent and say I get mom and dad like I get why you were so hard on me because you baby saw certain potentials in me Not that you didn't see my brother my sister. But they're different and the way you parent is different and that becomes such a struggle and it's so difficult sometimes and that really threw me for a loop when it came to my own children. Because I'm like I don't want to ever do one of my children a disservice by not not you know south into what they need and that's to me is just so very very important and it's so different and it's so strange and it's exhausting half the time because I'm just like Mike you can never be right can never be. You're always having to kind of foresee how things are going to go is true though. Because I'm also the oldest of three and I am the most well rounded of the three. You know I have my stuff together. I figure things out on my own right. You know my my brother. They're still there in their young twenty. They're still babies but they're taking scenic route like that. I feel like I say the route to figure out what you WANNA do into the bank. Give them your ID right. This is how we fill out paperwork right. They had that. I'm just naturally accustomed uh-huh yes that but my mom still washes my brother's clothing. I know I told my mom like you can't say anything about my brother because you have oh created that once they're g yes is well you have two brothers. You said that. So the boys to the younger to right exactly whether the older ones but they're both younger bros. relationship I think boys have a different relationship with the moms then. The girls have true. My mom were head to head constantly right whereas no matter what I know even if my mom upset my brothers like they're still my mom right right right. I guess I can look forward to that again. Not Having a daughter. I always have anybody but I know a guy probably knew what he was doing. Because I probably knock your teeth down her throat. If I had to give him time we would be arguing grinding. My mom would say your carpet is going to be when you have a dot. All she spoke into the new power in word that I was going to have a girl she and I saw a Maine recently. Talked about it says something to the effect like we need to stop tone checking black girls. Maybe they're just strong and opinionated in what they're saying. Do you feel like we should stop tone checking our young on girls or is it there. Is there an attitude. That's underlying half the time. No they need to stop tone. Check in girls in me. I'm tired I'm out. We're saying and I'm talking. They're like okay calm down. I said I'm not upset right. I'm just talking I'm talking and I'm passionate about what I'm saying right hundred percent. I think that it's a perception of black women. Just like there's a perception of black men that is threatening to people so instead of interpreting what it is they're saying as passionate or aware or intelligent. It's like oh I mean okay. They dial things back here. Hear that Tony Outright hundred percent right so but also to age ranges too. So as to if it's a young girl talking to an adult or something because now correct right there's a different respect But there's also the understanding that your child is a human and as a human. They're entitled to their emotions at the same time right so I don't feel like my daughter's property so if she's having an off day yes okay so you are not allowed to talk to me like that Right but I understand that. You're you're having a moment right now. Things like that but not. She can't just be talking to anyone crazy all the time absolutely. It's a different generation of kids now. Today's because I know back in today I used to be so nervous to do anything or to talk to anybody any Kinda way with the little inflection. Because I felt like it was going to get back to my mom. Let's get back to my dad bad now. I caught off guard with these children that I hear on the bus sometimes or New York. I'm like who are you Who raised did you wear it like just being in the presence of an adult there are certain things that she wouldn't do one hundred hundred nowadays? It's just like anything goes I mean. I just think everyone's got got into the habit of mind in their business. That's really what it is. You're almost afraid to intervene. I feel like probably back in the day. If I was on the bus and saying something crazy there might. It had been a grown person. That said a didn't necessarily know you like. Hey why are you talking crazy like I hear kids say something out of pocket in the mall. Hey let's go exactly what I'm not trying to go viral for that reason. Getting into argument now absolutely not absolutely not yes. Yes I feel like back in the day like I was always afraid to do anything in public because I felt like someone was watching and they wanna get back to my mom and dad and tell him that he was Xyz and public and we are not not tolerating bet like what is this you know what is the culture now. Do you think people are just completely turning a blind eye to it and just saying that's not my kid is not my problem. How did you feel about that? That's exactly what it is as I do. The same thing as my kid is not my problem. I think you mind your business for one because I do feel like I would want someone to mind their business with my kid to. especially if I don't know you different when it's your friends or your family or anything like that but there's less of a sense of community I would say it's more of a personal relationship with people versus you know just anyone in your apartment building before it was like a big family right right now. It's like you walking in and out of your apartment. Don't even make contact me. I don't care who you are and you know it's funny how you say that because US having our apartment out in Brooklyn there's definitely a shift in the years prior prior to now because even though there's been a lot of turnover people moving out gentrification people moving in literally there's like this whole like I'm GonNa Walk Pass you but not say hello to the point now where we're purposeful. I van and I will be like good morning good morning and then if the person doesn't reply we're like well I guess it's not a good morning then like real loud so we can let them know like. Don't just be coming in and out of here like this is coming these people these are adults. You know what I mean. Children is different. I get what you're saying. I don't think I would intervene. Living there were people on the train. You know kids acting up and being wild and reckless. Sometimes we'll have energy from my three kids how somebody else's kid it's like we talked about mom's having these he's empty cups that we keep pouring into and it's like it's unfortunate that now that's kind of how the culture.

down on top of him it's why we were hoping it's a brutal world out there mantica gonna well you know that's how mama birds be they they push them out of the nest you you do yeah i'm more of a mama bear mhm which is a good thing right yeah that's what i dreamt of the my mom turn when i fell asleep during brave i grabbed my mom turned into a bear because my mom looks like the mom from ray a soon i right she looks like i i need to rewatch it looks like so my mom really looks like the which from tangled mother gone so jon murphy and then my grandma icon yes that's totally her hair the the i the arrested and yeah rule us to move like teacher oh well i don't know if the ultimate chapel hill teachers who oh this kind of had one of my teachers well not my teachers but he really likes me like i said my mom like just told my mom like oh what a good kid whatever like i never hedges dj thank you but anyway he had the stopping a teacher because the the drug dogs went around the glass and stuff
