"Just think there isn't anybody else that interpreted a song the way that Sinatra did. He was an actor. He was a magnificent singer. I think he even an Academy Award winning actor Tony Tony Alva Dishonor is with this. Tonio is with us. Tony himself a former professional musician and singer who went on to become an award winning producer for not not just Frank Sinatra but also the brilliant comic Don Rickles. And if you're young, and you don't know Don Rickles Google him, please. And find some of his clips because he was just so funny. Oh, my gosh. He was so funny. He really was, um Okay, you're sitting. Let's recap you're sitting in Frank's Dan, Everybody's the Night is over. This was his 82nd birthday. Did you say? Uh huh? Yeah, yeah, And the news came on, and they showed footage of the Empire State Building in New York being bathed in blue in honor of his birthday, Um, letterhead, literally. His eyes welled up with tears and he looked at me and he said I don't get it. I'm just a single who got lucky doing the very best I could possibly do. I just got lucky as it, Frank. You have no idea the magnitude of the lives that you have touched all over the world. Tens of millions, hundreds of millions of people, and he said, I guess I guess Oh, man, you know, but I mean, part of part of what set him apart. As you were saying before. As a vocalist, you know, you could take 10 different artists recording the same song. For some reason. His is the one that seemed to be the definitive version and In my opinion, the reason for that is he used to select material. I mean, obviously, he used to make sure that the melody was nice, but he would select material. More importantly on the lyric, he said. The lyric You have to approach the lyric as though it were script. For a play, he says, and I'm doing it that way. It allows me to draw on experiences of my of my own that lends more depth and meaning to the lyric that I'm singing. So that's part of the reason why he sounded a bit different than everyone else. Um, can you share with us? Who do you think was the biggest love of his life? Was it Eva? Uh, you know, it's um That's a complicated question. Because the people that he loved he loved different obviously, for different reasons able, was probably the single most passionate love of his life. Because he said she was just a big gardener. By the way, the actress Yes. Yeah, he said. You know she could drink me under the table. She could cursing and grow hair on the wall, he said, he said, But then again, he said, I should have known that anything to burn that hot was bound to burn out and it did. I mean, he obviously cared for me. He was very much in love with Barbara. His last wife, which was the longest marriage he had in his life left 22 years the single through line, though, as he used to say, You know, any marriage has to be based on a friendship. Pieces of if you don't start out with that you're building houses on foundations of sand, and he said, it's bound to collapse. And so she was the single longest. Friend he had in the world and he stayed in touch with her right up until the very end, and I did my very best to try to keep that line of communication open without, you know, stepping on anyone's toes. And to see them together. It was just magical when they would get together and chat and stuff like that, But they conversed often. And like I said that was the longest friendship he had in his life. Um, They say he was very philanthropic that he just totally was a giving man and didn't want anybody to know about the acts of kindness that he did provide for people true. Yeah, Yeah, For him. It was It was partial. It was partially that, uh, he felt that was just the right thing to do, He said. You know you you having money allows you to to make the things that should be important in your life become important. And if you can Use that money to make your life the lives of people. You care about whether you meant the more not happier and easier than what's the point, he said. You come into this world with nothing to leave with nothing and you'll never see a Brinks truck at a cemetery. And he just felt it was the right thing to do. And it was kind of kind of liked almost a religious thing for him as well. He was a Roman Catholic and just he felt that that was very important in that aspect as well. The pack rat. We're really dear friends of his as well. What was it? Just your now The Dina Savi were very close to him. Yeah, absolutely right. Right up until when they both passed away. Um, I mean, he was pretty devastated for Sammy went first. He was the younger of them. He was, you know, 10 years or so they'll Jr. Yes. And then you know, and Christmas elf of 95. Pretty sure it was is when Dean passed and I had the good fortune. Of being able to put Frank on the phone with Dean. I was at Frank's house on Christmas Eve. Because I was flying to New York that night to be with my parents for Christmas, and we're sitting in the damn man, he said. Jeez, I wonder what the day goes doing it and so I picked up the phone call being private line, put them on the phone together, and they had a great conversation. The details of data in the book It's actually pretty comical. And when I got to New York, um yeah, the phone rang, and I was told we did want you to hear the song and news but Dane just passed away. But they remain very close all the way up until they both passed away. For sure. Yeah, Yeah. How old was he? When he died? Tony? Frank 82 a half Yeah. 82 a half And when Did you know was he? Was he happy with the decision to retire and then come back? You mean in the early seventies when I met him? Yeah. Yeah, he part of the reason that he walked away, he said. In addition to wanting to spend more time with his family and friends, he said he told me in later years I wasn't quite convinced. He said that that I was relevant to your generation my generation. And partially by by me, bringing all of my friends who were singers and musicians into his company, and they were hanging on his every word. Thrilled to be in his company That coupled with bags and bags of letters, please come out of retirement. At least do an album. He said. You know, I felt maybe I did have something more to contribute. And a year or so after I'm madam. He recorded. All blue eyes is back and, you know, go down. Started spinning all over. Yeah. Yeah, And I think Paul anchor did the comeback song as well. So many great stories so much in this new book, Tonio, You have just absolutely put to justice. The story of Frank Sinatra and a wonderful way, Sinatra and me in the wee small hours and I just We were just so thrilled. Please come back So many more stories We didn't even talk about including Mia Farrow and me, his son and all of that, and we'd love to Get you back on for more part two. Okay. Any time it would be my honor. I'm a phone call away. Frankie. Thank you so much, Tony, and we will be back in just a moment. This is Frankie Boyars..

"Really in the bmx world. But you know everybody knows who michael jordan morris to lebron james you know our bmx meat is very shoddy about the history. Tell him the history. Pass it onto the generations. I look at skateboarding. How well they've done it. They really while the while the younger kids even still know who krishna. Soya's tony hawk. Obviously of course he's still skating Know the the inventors of the sport. Of course dr z. Boys was huge in that to where the kids could learn. You know done a really cool way to show. You know the inveterate spoarer james and tony alva stacy peralta all those guys. But we haven't had anything like that in bmx. And we've had a rishaad iw magazine magazine. I just don't care about it in a won't pass down. They don't want these kids. Don't think it's important for the kids. Know who eddie feel is or jose janas or mario. The biggest biggest writers most innovative writers made the sport. Rl osborne's another one. And i think this is one of the biggest shame. So that's one thing. I want to correct help. Correct with this documentary. Absolutely and why do you think that love. Why is it. Because they've got too much content for a magazine to not bava. Or i don't know like i i can't think of a reason just to me. It's just like a let's not now. That was not cool. Bikes look different. Now they're lighter. We do different stuff you know. We're doing double fact folks. Now we're doing triple back folks now. I don't know it's it's a strange thing. And i think it's a real shame. Yeah like. Let's say from the freestyle community. I would assume most of the young guys coming in they all nor who the the first guys were back in early nineties. Dotting it getting you know. Let's say ninety five when it really started to kick off and then two thousands and on. I'm i'm going to take a stab in the dock and say most if not all young rod as nar her the big names and even the the little. Let's say the big nines all the little nines. But maybe the guys who were quiet instrumental but even didn't get much of a mention. They probably still are those names. I think because let's say without tricks like maybe the tricks named after riders somehow whatever and and it gets spoken about a law. Sorry i am quite surprised that the amx community.

"Huh? Okay, and they would have to win that game to earn the right to take the eight seed. And play Utah. Damn. That's a hell of a route just to play the just to play Quin Snyder's boys so they could get to the 78 speed. At which point if you won, that you would get to be the the seven seed and play Phoenix. The two seed. Okay, Well, so anyway, how about just beating Houston tomorrow night? Yeah, one of the time. Exactly. Murph. Let's keep it simple, Probably Number three Sports story. Your first place. San Francisco Giants are in San Diego tonight. That's right. I said it. The Dodgers lost last night to the Brewers, their two and five on there. Home stand. Yeah. So Gabes babes are number one in the west. When can you see these guys? Take the field again that the crisp trot of a giant team taking the field will happen. It's 7 10 tonight. Yeah. Packed mud packed lawyer Sanford Psycho Had we're going down south. I would. Yeah, I'm the only guy obsessed with this. I can't get over the San Fran Psycho Hattie. Well, you called it Now I'm on board You actually want like, Yeah. We got this surf shop in town called Proof Lab. Very cool shop, right? Where the kids go by the cool stuff, and it's where, like, you know, 50 year old Mill Valley, Dad, you're trying to look cool and buying surf close, right, right. Right. So they sell this hat down. This is San Fran. Psycho. You know, with the Golden Gate Prison, I'm like so only like the 22 year old Skate Park kids wearing this, You know, Hey, Cave shows up on the post game. He's wearing this hat. He wears it frequently to write like that Escape is the skater. Yeah. You know what I like? I like to hit the empty pools down in southern California. All they go follow, like the whole toxic Z boys guy man might want to talk to about it. I'm like, fascinated with that whole Southern California skate culture. I really am and write knows I'm telling you right now, he sending signals that he's in. Yeah, You know what? I want to shut out the H P s. Where my HP, So you got the Huntington Beach boys up here? Yeah, that's gotten a little dicey. Now, Through the years, you might want to stop shouting those guys out. The HBs. Yeah, it's all dicey Political. I don't even know if I'll back off back off with the stick with who's the guy who skated, Is it not? Tony Hawk? Tony Alva, Tony! Tony, Tony Hawk? Call them about this buddy. When we're allowed back at the yard, and we go in the dugout? Yeah, I want you to drop a little skate on gave, Although I don't know if he rips, though, I'll do it. I'll do it. I'll do so I'll spring board the whole thing from his hat. I'll be like has died noted your Sanford. Psycho psycho, right? Are you a skater? Let's just get into it. That advice here. I hope he is to be like, you know, like, show go. I like Jay. Adam has always been one of my favorite. I hope you die. Can't candy riff like both? You would rip with us on hunting and fishing And whatever. So far we haven't found that secret like the way to unlock Gave sense of humor. I'm working on it. Though. I tried the so called high school route. I got a first like, fifties high school. I named his rival high school. You get to walk, school E. I said he went to e cr. He went to Taft total fifth by me. But I did say to him that I want. Have a beer and talk set San Fernando Valley high schools and he said We will do that. Yeah, Yeah. Which you know which we won't. I love to get his. What brand of beer He likes to. I guarantee He's like he would love like, three. Yeah, He's like a cherry wheat guy. A bit 7:10 p.m. How you feel about a 7 10 Giants game tonight on a Friday night I can embrace it. Sure, sure. The number two sports story is the NFL draft. Of course, it lit up the nation. As always, Polly had fans and lazy boys. Would you feel knowing that I was weird yet overpaid. Roger could tell up there and then Cleveland fans booing the bejesus out of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Yeah, you had mass speculation all day and then the key things that happened, you need to know, Of course. Clemson quarterback Trevor Laurence went number one to the Jacksonville Jaguars. That kid ever traveled north of the Mason Dixon line is entire life is my question, You know, I mean, born and raised in Georgia played his college upon South Carolina. Good Place Pro Bowl in Jacksonville. If they have a game, and like Pittsburgh or Detroit is a guy can't go. It's that's Yankee territory. Number two is this is like the most. Nobody's talking about this quarterback Zach.

"Show. I'm going to focus on the Minneapolis Va. Healthcare system covering caregiver support and the future of the hospital and clinics all over the state. But first, it's time for generally speaking a weekly message from the edge of the general of the Minnesota National Guard Major General Sean making the military they often think about servicemembers deployed overseas. What is unique about the National Guard is their additional roles during Super Bowl 52 more than 450 soldiers and airmen, support of security operations and law enforcement agencies in 2017 more than 110. Minnesota soldiers in Amador activated for hurricane relief efforts in Texas, Puerto Rico and the U. S. Virgin Islands in June of 2017, the Minnesota National Guards supported the Minnesota State Patrol on locating three missing paddlers in the boundary waters Canoe area. Also in December of 2017, we opened our armory's to several communities to shelter Minnesotans during extreme cold weather. The force of more than 13,000 strong. We're proud to serve the great state of Minnesota and our nation. Thank you, General Maki. For more information, please goes of Minnesota military radio dot com. As I said at the opening, we're dedicating today's show, the Minneapolis Va Healthcare System and my co host for Today's show is going to be director Pat Kelly from Minneapolis V. A director Kelly welcome back to Minnesota Military radio. Great to be with you again. I wish we could do it in our flag atrium, just like we did last year. People still talking about that. But, you know, different year different time, but you know that was that was quite a great event for us to get this in person last year. We're looking forward to getting back out there as soon as we get clear this covert 19, and it's issues but director for our listeners case, some of them aren't familiar with your background. You spent quite a few years in the United States Navy. So I'm retired sailor. I was 29 years in the Navy and did all of probably predicted are expected deployments and the operational tours and overseas and headquarters so Retired 2011 my second job of the director and who falls for a couple years. I've been here almost 7.5 years now with this great Tony Alva. And Sir you retired is is a ah, Colonel in the Navy. A captain in the Navy, Sir. Sorry, sir. Air Force again. I was thinking about something else. Captain in the Navy, and you spent your entire career taking care of sailors and running hospitals there. Yeah, It was great. Really A nice transition. You know, I worked federal Healthcare. Of course, when I was in the Navy, and we did health care for the Navy and Marine Corps, so to transition into health care for veterans. Was a pretty nice transition for me. I would have enjoyed the work and and I still enjoy being around. Ah, service members is very rewarding part of the work. Director. We were together yesterday on another meeting, and has it really been seven years since you took over as director of Minneapolis V Medical Center and the health care system? You know, you think they would've fired me by now? Which has been over seven years, and you know it is You know things. It would have had a couple breaks in there. I was over at the Busan for a little while doing some work over there. And you know what? I would say that the whole world really changed the world change with a cold bitch. So it's never a dull moment. It's it seems like it's been a long time. And that's really a long time for someone who's accustomed to new job every two or three years. But I know many apathy continues to have along challenges, and there's a lot of things for us to work on so over seven years. And director were just brought up to 10 years for Minnesota military radio. And we've enjoyed having you and your doctors and nurses and in research folks on the year so that we can let the people all over Minnesota know all the great works going on Minneapolis via Mr You've also said that We're in the midst of a lost over 19 year, and I know that's caused some changes. So how you've delivered health care this year, some of it going virtual Yeah, You know, it's it's so much of time. I would say it's probably here to last. So that way, we have really learned some good things over the course of this last six or eight months, its been a challenge for veterans. It's been a challenge for a staff and, of course, it hurts to see people struggling with their health. But you know, we do now, probably 60% of our care. Virtually, uh, we're doing more and more face to face care, but we are also learning. That a lot of health care can be delivered virtually and it works for veterans and it works for our staff keeps our staff safe, keeps better and safe. They don't come into the hospital and so think of something like mental help, which are really pretty natural. You Khun Dio looking at one another over the TV. Other things. If you gotta have surgery, you gotta have surgery going to come to the medical center. But there are many, many things we are learning that we have adapted to a covert, which probably accelerated health care in many ways, so We're going to continue with masks and distant saying and screening and all those kinds of things to keep better and safe, But But you know, it is likely that we're gonna be at this for really quite some time. And so we are. We're treating it. What used to be viewed as kind of an incident in an incident command episode. This is now really more of a long term thing. And so we were. We're here to take care of veterans, and our goal is to get everybody in the care when and where they need it on time on Dwyer doing better at that. We have a ways to go. We had we had kind of a backlog of work actually to catch up on. But it's so it's going. Okay. Veterans are doing fine and we are really proud to serve them in the manner that they want to be served. We're speaking with director Pat Kelly from the Minneapolis Va Healthcare system on Minnesota Military radio and director Aziz. I think a lot of our listeners know I'm a patient out of Minneapolis, Va. And I found it. Even I can learn to communicate with my doctor. I communicate with the nurses. I ordered my prescriptions online. You can do a lot of things online short of going out to the to the medical center. And if I could learn, I think a lot of our listeners could learn too, sir. You know, we have all of our veterans have probably experienced is that you know, we're pushing information to them. We have something called detect. So we have your text number and we will. We will let you know that our flu clinics are up and running, and we'll tell you how you can get the information and where to go..

"Kids around like with liquid ta was doing it gave me confidence. Well, I got to say this only because on ly because for the history books and all the dog town Zebo enthusiasts out there. There was a very famous guy known as today and that's Tony Alva. He was one of the first airborne guys in the swimming pool and all that stuff so anyway, shoutout to Bull T s Polly s your first initials T in your last initials. A. You're going to be coming. No choice, buddy. You got no choice. All right, right. Well, what a shock. I mean, who? First of all that? Any giant pitcher rolled out a complete game much less that it was Tyler Anderson. Tio. My goodness. Your baby status? Yeah. For Tyler Anderson and finally Home, baby number three. Listen, we could have made it the Giants all weekend. No, no, no. I had to make room for this kid 21 years old Slovenian. Rookie of the year last year. Where's the jersey of the Dallas Mavericks? Known? I mean y'all. Yeah. Make sure you pronounce his last name correctly, and I'm talking to me. Okay, Lucy, don Cheech. Not the easiest last name to pronounce, right? Don Cheech or you just want to call him Luca, or you just want to call him. The baddest dude around because yesterday he stamped his place on the NBA's world with an otherworldly effort in an overtime win over the Clippers, a game for win that even their serious that two and two How about this 21 year old kid going for 43.17 rebounds, 13 assists and a two double crossover step back game, winning three at the buzzer, the youngest player in N. BA history to hit a playoff buzzer beater. He is Luca Don Cheech. Here. The people see Steph Curry tweet immediately, guys, he and he came with a with a LeBron Sheesh. That's what he said. Right? Wrote Sheesh. At Luca, Don fish Game blouses is what he wrote, which, by the way, cause me to dial up and spend six minutes rewatching The Charlie Murphy skid. Father you want to talk about something stands the test of time. Still fun. It's incredible. It's still funny. I watched it in 2020 You talk about the prints one and in place of pancakes over that story, the truest every step road. Sheesh, Luca Dantchev. That's ridiculous. That he wrote dot dot dot blouse is good. So.

"Rattled and I didn't and I should do it. I'm just I'm not trying to put put a hoax or a hex on him. I'm just trying to say I've seen this before. I hear he's a seven year minor leaguer. Let's hope he can write Pete and I have no problem. The reason I laid it out this morning. Murph is he's the best player on the team. No question question. This guy's the best player on the Giants easily easily. Unless unless unless Solano, and that's the growing growing Probably the growing love for a Donnie barrels as they're calling them, Donny parents and I don't want you all to to sleep on a date. Neither do the dick you needed got started. You know, 60 to a solo. Okay, this giant's club with what we expect out of them and the energy and in front of cardboard cut outs, and it's 6 to 2 on Wednesday night, Dude with Dick. It's a solo shot. You're like Yeah, Whatever. You know. That was my reaction. Yes. Yeah. You know what it was? It was the Larry David gift. We're like, Yeah. Okay. All right. Way to go, dick, but they're not going to change tonight with a nice three on, you know, you know what, guys? Honestly, you know, it might have been the end. I'm surprised Capital didn't given extended to riff on this, but I don't know. And I don't know the last time I saw that the Tyler Anderson dual pickoffs in the eighth inning change the entire game. They probably went back in the dugout. They're like T a member. I actually never tell Paula that anecdote, coves and we never came to the air. We never you did. We did. We just never dug it up. You did bring it. We're going to run and I was listening over the weekend. Friday night when the Giants were in where they were Friday. We play the digestive here. The doctors thank you very much. Oh, and I I was driving Polly back from the taqueria. Right? Right, Carnitas. Of course. You got a car full of car needed your hijacking it up and down the 101 talk about feeling dangerous duties Here. Here, run in car Needa stewed late at night, maybe as quick as capital ran out to pull Johnny Cueto but was driving back and it was, but it was the pregame Kappler with with John Miller. If you remember that game, they only announced Tyler Anderson like an hour before the game or whatever it was like, and we're at that point. We're like one of the Giants. Doing them starting rotation, like all the good teams get ready. I'm coming. I'm coming one on south. I'm getting off the exit, and I hear Kapler's say, John Miller. Go. So tonight's starter is Tyler Anderson. Tell us about him and cameras. Yeah, we'll give you feel good about it. You know, we feel like he could. He could support presented, And then he just drops this year because we feel good. We think Ta Khun give us two plus today. Well, like Sandy said of this stoplight, just pounding my head on the steering wheel going Ta. It wants to cluster picture, Dude, you know, we think Ta King able to flow here's the Here's the other problem with Colin a guy Ta. You really shouldn't be doing that out of respect to the Realty A because there is a legendary figure known as Ta, who revolutionized his sport. Ladies and gentlemen. Tony Alva. Come on down, known on the streets as T A. So Who's that? Now? Is that skateboarding or well? Yeah, yeah, he's a r. J was like the first guy to go airborne, like on his board like that can probably skate with that Japanese kid. I showed you Yes, he can. Actually Tony Alva so good. He actually make that guy look bad, Believe it or not, But Tony, it was like he was the first guy that liked to you. Maybe that's where capital because capital actually put out a tweet over the weekend copes juicy supporting those vans, Cleats reds and wore a red. He's a red. I'm sorry. The vans were set at Rico's memories of skate parks of my youth support Lorenzo. No better than if he knows the skating, you should know is Tony Alvis? Alright? Give us two it, but anyway, the Anderson pickoffs were huge. But Solano's three run homer that was bonkers like Giants don't hit three run! Homer Ferarri runs in two. So that Smurf this brings me back. And this was a threat that I think I was talking about earlier and I think maybe we continue it The three run home run is the most epistle within in base. Heard you say that I was pumping my fist because because you do you know the part I got here's what I know was going on. Q B one. Lucas is sitting there and at home at his house watching the positive and he's cool. He's going. He's going 63 John Solano's a pro, two outs two hours right now in the eighth. No big deal, Man. This thing's over. He's he's looking ahead to the Dodgers next week. Good. Now I have more time to crop my beauties going. You just got a shaving.

"With game one sixty two of the giants twenty ten championship season on KNBR one oh four five and six eighty raise one their game they have ninety one wins the giants already with ninety one and for the Padres the only scenario this is still left to them is to win this game and then a three way time would exist for the final two spots in the actually post season tournament if the Padres were able to win this game then there would be a playoff game tomorrow in San Diego for the wax and the loser of that game would have to go to Atlanta Tuesday for a wild card playoff the Braves are almost surely sitting at Turner field in Atlanta watching this game because if the giants can hold on to this lead the Braves will be coming to San Francisco to open the division series internationally while Kerr representative against the Western Division winners the giants on Thursday game one would be on Thursday but if the giants don't win the Braves know they'll have to have a playoff game against somebody on Tuesday so the giants are and like minded with the Braves right now they want to just win this ballgame and wrap it up so here is Romeo India Ryan Ludwig is the hitter led with a right handed batter has flied out deep to right center struck out and walked one out nobody on in the eighth inning now the wind is picked up again blowing toward left with gusto switch on the way slider strengthen the outside corner and its own the giants with two runs nine hits one error that left seven men on the Padres no runs on only four hits but they've left nine men on base Rome already delivers in a sinking fastball down in one ball one strike in the San Diego bullpen Mike Adams the big right hander normally the eighth inning man in front of he spelled with the Padres leading is warming up the one one page slider reach foreign lifted high in the air this Saturday Ciara's in quickly into his writings under the it is a feeling and the giants are four hours away from winning the way here is your V. twenty all the Giuliana has warned Randall at the shore and grounded into a double play a big moment in this game came up in the sixth inning the boundaries it put two men on with nobody out against Sanchez Santiago Casilla came in from the bullpen and he got Torrealba hit a double play ball now the pitch slider over the outside world homes right story number one hit in three previous at bats against Sergio Romo in field is pretty much straight away as is the on field the one page slider off the outside of one of the screen second baseman functionalism three or four steps maybe toward the middle otherwise everybody on the infield this straight away this right handed hitter giants to San Diego nothing eighth inning to down nobody are Romo into is scratch the pitch on the way slider in there within the strike to news left handed batting slugger is out on deck we'll get a movie the fee waiving those orange rally towels there in the present here at AT&T park today and have been through the weekend to nothing the giants on it is one two page slider missing the option two men to mmhm rubs up the ball walks around the house and then good pitch recognition there by Tony Alva and the deputies right we're in one of the starting into the corner then had to get into the play two two slider that is box news shortly after the left in and comes to a halt to to the county this can't make up its mind it's now going straight out to center field been blowing hard toward left wing left with him is this right nobody on almost to a two page news a the eighty two hours back one at seventy eight and the strike three three up and three down we go buster Posey is coming the giants lead to nothing the giants last of the eight day lead to nothing on this the final day of the regular season released the giants how to make it so buster Posey against Mike Adams Justin for the bullpen and he throws a a backup slider in their for a called strike it did not do any sliding this is the sixth consecutive day that Adams has pitched in a game now the pitch slider there's a drive we just eighteen buster Posey and now it is a three run lead with the jazz leading there are so excited it's down there in the dugout right down there you're just beating up buster Posey down there inside to Prodi Ross and by the way taking a second look hello Adams is a tall right and it is still the other tall right hander Greg isn't I beg your pardon Greg isn't working it is fifth straight day now he pitches and he soon over the outside corner for the strike Gregerson we're used to seeing that sharks minor with a great rate to it and he hung a couple of Posey existing another one here to call the Ross the one one PH swing on a ground ball I will chase using certainly may be showing that the war and having end of the day and sat around for a while maybe the center left in him on his fifth consecutive day of work to do what he did in the seventh inning his arm is Stephanopoulos is that's minor we see them hang a slider maybe one against one two twice before these on three of four in this inning alone is it through the first and the only Ross dives back safely to the bag John David seventy comparisons made between a young buster Posey and young will Clark aim up and really transform the status I think a lot of the comparisons are valid well Posey just reminded me of of will when he came around first base as soon as he knew that ball was out he gave one of those classic will Clark this box and it's about as much emotion as he ever shows on the field but two guys younger who have done so much for this giants franchise in Posey doing it again here today the fundraiser not going to wait around any longer the free every ready in the bullpen and but lacked the manager's gonna make the change right down he saw what we're seeing and what we've been saying that he just doesn't have anything left so home run for Prosise followed by a single by Cody Ross and the infirm the pain comes free every here in the eighth inning so the Padres use formula for success has been get five innings for as many as you can get but even just five will do with the lead and then headed to the the great bullpen and then they have been almost invincible but that formula down the stretch maybe one of the diminishing returns and that perhaps some of the the first signs of overwork showing on the records in a buster Posey leading off the inning with a big home run setting off a mini celebration of the giants dugout that was followed by the single by Cody Ross the giants with a three run lead the runner at first and nobody out is free every enters the game time for a change the speed the oil change and tune up oil change tune up and smog experts had a chance to take as many as they can get here they've already added to their lead Brian Wilson warming up in a J. school but I've got to think that Wilson is going to be coming into this game no matter what the score becomes with love if it's the same situation taken already runs a a young guy has come up and into the depth of the country and he's a hard thrower from the right side a young pitcher Ross at first nobody out Rebay standing in the pitch to rebate and a big swing and a miss strike one fastball registered with two thirds of an inning one run two hits allowed including the buster Posey home run is a sort of first and jumping back on the bag is Los Posey's eighteenth home run of his rookie season his sixty seventh run batted in and is first in the series you've been over twelve that's one of the hands finally back over the screen and into the ground behind home plate nature holds on deck forty two thousand eight hundred twenty to the playground here's the stretch the to page thanks Paul in high in the air moves shuttle ride circling around and into his left is Ludwig for the catch and there is one way one down once stood first in here comes the sure holds up for the first time he entered as a defensive replacement in the first half of the seventh inning two forty three average three homers and seventeen battered in in the cloud is moved in front of the sun for the moment so the field is covered in shadows now Janice on the bag at first with Ross opening the whole free area with a move over there Ross back in standard Ross I stood there for a moment with his hands on his knees bent over the waves of maybe you've heard something it's usually down the page sure hold swings and misses a fastball up and away on one Pablo Sandoval on deck Brian Wilson continues to warm up in the giants bullpen the Padres in the ninth inning schedule to have the picture respond then chase Headley and will Venable comma so you see a picture Headley available there's a throw to first and Ross dives back to the bank the sun breaks through again and then with the sun shining we can also see the lawn October shadows that events right up to home plate three Eridge delivers fastball just off the outside one ball one strike three runs on eleven hits for the giants the home run by buster Posey here in the one hundred sixty second game of the year the one hundred sixty second hit by the giants the idea is very deep and over toward the left field side against Schuerholz one one page hi sliders swing and a miss right to may have gone out of the strike zone chasing that one late show started for the Padres and that is overpowering or as sharp as we remember him earlier this year if it's very well six innings two runs eight hits allowed and what turned it around for the giants was Jonathan Sanchez triple right after Posada Juan had been robbed on a spectacular catch by Scott Hairston who put the ball in left field and thank you to the wall a split second later and held onto it want to pitch the swing a high fly ball to deep left center back into his left is Dorothea near the edge of the track makes the catch for that three hundred eighty two foot marker holding it first pony once publishable will come up again the sun is disappeared three the giants are leading in the last of the eighth inning robbed of an extra base hit this resend it back in the third it went back to the pictures in the fourth and singled in the seventh so popular was one for three today getting to sixty nine for the year switch it about a left handed the sun just now break through partially this is your first by free every diving headfirst back to the bag Cody Ross.

"To San Diego nothing eighth inning to down nobody on Romo into his stretch the pitch on the way slider in their attendees strike to news the veteran left handed batting slugger is WWE the three waving those orange rally towels there the present here at AT&T park today and have been through the weekend to nothing the giants and role model for this one two pitch slider is missing a little bit and what the options two men to mmhm rubs up the ball walks around the house and then good pitch recognition there by Tony Alva and the temperatures right we're running one of the starting into the corner than having it end up off the plate due to slider that is box rules shortly after the lifting and comes to a halt to to the county this can make up its mind it's now blowing straight out towards center field been blowing hard toward left wing level camera use this message to them nobody on almost to a two page news a the eighty two survivors of the took something off that one it's seventy eight and a sprite three three up and three down we go the eight Boston post is coming and the giants lead to nothing the giants last of the eight day lead to nothing on this the final day of the regular season or at least the giants having their power to make it so buster Posey against Mike Adams Justin for the bullpen and he throws a a backup slider in their for a called strike it did not do any sliding this is the sixth consecutive day that Adams has pitched in a game now the pitch slider there's a drive existing eighteen and now it is a three run lead with the giants getting and they're so excited it's down there in the dugout right down there it is beating up buster Posey down there inside to Prodi Ross by the way taking a second look although Adams is a tall right handed it is still the other tall right hander Greg isn't I beg your pardon Greg isn't working in his fifth straight day now he pitches and he raps on over the outside corner for the strike with Greg Olsen we're used to seeing that sharks minor with a great rate to it and he hung a couple of Posey and destroying another one here the quality Ross the one one PH swing on a ground ball I have a case regular season certainly may be showing that the having one and having two batters I got in and sat around for a while that might have been enough maybe the center left in him on his fifth consecutive day of work to do what he did in the seventh inning armistice capital bit is that's minor you see them hang a slider maybe one against one two twice before these on three of four in this inning alone is a throw to first and the only Ross dives back safely to the bag you know John there been so many comparisons made between the young buster Posey and young will Clark aim up and really transform the stands for enterprise and I think a lot of the comparisons are valid well because he just reminded me of of will when he came around first base as soon as he knew that ball was out he gave one of those classic will Clark this box and it's about as much emotion as he ever shows on the field but two guys the young men who have done so much for this chance franchises close he do it again here today the fundraiser not going to wait around any longer the free every ready in the bullpen and but lacked the manager's gonna make the change right down he saw what we're saying and what we've been saying that Greg this is just a sampling live show home run for Posies followed by a single by Cody Ross and the infer the pain comes free every year in the eighth inning so the fundraisers formula for success has been get five innings or is managing yet but even just five will do with the lead and then headed to the the great bullpen and then they have been almost invincible but that formula down the stretch maybe one of the diminishing returns and that perhaps some of the the first signs of overwork showing on the records in the buster Posey leading off the inning with a big home run setting off a mini celebration of the giants dugout that was followed by the single by Cody Ross the giants with a three run lead the runner at first and nobody out is free ari enters the game time for a change the Expedia oil change and tune up oil change tune up and smog experts I had a chance to take as many as they can get here they've already added to their lead Brian Wilson warming up in a J. school but I've got to think that Wilson is going to be coming into this game no matter what the score becomes its with love if it's not a save situation taken many roads is a a young guy has come up and added to the death of the Country Club and he's a hard thrower from the right side very good young pitchers Ross at first nobody out rebates standing in the pitch to rebate and a big swing and a miss strike one a high fastball Greg this is what two thirds of an inning one run two hits allowed including the buster Posey home run is this your first then jumping back on the bag is Cody Ross Posey's eighteenth home run of his rookie season his sixty seventh run batted in and his first hit of the series you've been over twelve that's one of the hands foul back over the screen and into the crowd behind home plate make sure hold Sunday forty two thousand eight hundred twenty to the playground here's the scratch the to page thanks Walt high in the end shuttle ride circling around in the M. two is left is Ludwig for the catch and there is one way one down Ross stood first in here comes make sure sure holds up for the first time interdigital France a replacement in the first half of the seventh inning two forty three average with three homers and seventeen batted in in the cloud is moved in front of the sun for the moment so the field is covered in shadows now the Janice on the bag at first with Ross opening the whole free area with a move over there Ross back in standing Ross I stood there for a moment with his hands on his knees bent over the races of maybe you've heard something it's usually down the page sure hold swings and misses a fastball up in a way on one Pablo Sandoval on deck Brian Wilson continues to warm up in the giants bullpen the Padres in the ninth inning schedule to have the pitcher's spot then chase Headley and will Venable comma so you see a picture Headley in Venable there's a throw to first and Ross dives back to the bank the sun breaks through again and then with the sun shining we can also see the lawn October shadows that have advanced right up to home plate three Eridge delivers fastball just off the outside one ball one strike three runs and eleven hits for the giants the home run by buster Posey here in the one hundred sixty second game of the year the one hundred sixty second hit by the giants the I feel is very deep and over toward the left field side against Schuerholz one one page hi sliders swing and a miss right to may have gone out of the strike zone chasing that one late Joe started for the Padres and that is overpowering or as sharp as we remember him earlier this year if it's very well six innings two runs eight hits allowed and what turned it around for the giants is Jonathan Sanchez triple right after how does Saddam have been robbed on a spectacular catch by Scott Hairston who put the ball in the field and thank you to the wall a split second later and held onto it want to pitch business ran a high fly ball into deep left center back into his left is the northeast near the edge of the track makes the catch for that three hundred eighty two foot marker holding it first Cody Ross and published on all of them up again the sun is disappeared please read about the the giants are leading in the last of the eighth inning hello robbed of an extra base hit this resend it back in the third it went back to the picture in the fourth and singled in the seventh the problem was one for three today getting to sixty nine for the year switch it about a left handed the sun just now break through partially this is your first by free every diving headfirst back to the bag Cody Ross San Diego bullpen busy again since our arrival selected discounts this room is a fast ball back to the screen and it's only one ninety two mile an hour fastball out over the plate these are quite a repetitive but found it straight back travesty she power has come out on deck you're playing Pablo toward the left field side battled very deep in center now the pitch fastball away off the outside one ball one strike the ball court by Tory Albany made a quick move back to the plate as if to indicate that Hey look at this site I put it right on the corner one ball one strike to McClellan was not duped I was almost in the bag at first with Ross free entry to the plate we're gonna fall back to the screen that ball down in offense wanted ninety three walks away looking frustrated as if maybe that was one for him to plant in San Francisco Bay I had a couple of great reps here in forty every fastballs but he's behind in the count one and two now the strange ones away from first and the pitch swinging in a pop up foul back into the second deck just why I left the fan wrote is glove made the catch I wanted to story of the catcher at the drop down to three area the runners in here on the home run by buster Posey to lead off the inning the giants linkedin nearly little big three to nothing the fundraiser that descended to marry and they have to get two men on base to be able to send the possible trying run to the plate in the ninth inning against Wilson Houston a rather Houston's out again the picture and then Headley invisible would be the men do up and they have a Matt stairs the veteran left handed hitter available on their bench we will likely soon through the first and back to the bag is Ross again sun again behind a cloud want to pinch my fastball away wastage of the outside public good night bye Julie Julie Kampala the battle here with international Ross who singled right at the Posies Homer gets his lead from first the sun is shining again the pitch swing and Pablo popped up foul play off to the left into the lower deck stay with hard stuff here against Pablo that was a fastball down in your available in an hour in our world today to add to the cat the wind has picked up blowing straight out toward left field as again a fog is interrupted the sunshine in the shadows now Pablo the two two counts three area is at the bell and the pitch a slider swung on and found that one right off the catcher you'll be totally alba and that standard little bit to McClellan will give Torrealba a few moments here to collect himself one minute right off the massive Torrealba two balls two strikes hello Sandra seeing a break in over the first time in this whole where the parents renewed was able to fight off.

"Go to the ninth inning the Braves had couple of base runners in the eighth could not get him home the the the the Phillies eight to seven going to the ninth there's another changeup that is alone it's too and he Tory alba Sanchez who had a seven pitch first inning to not pitch fastball check swing the ball is too high three you know in that game in Atlanta Billy Wagner threw twenty one pitches we got the final out in the eighth inning so Wagner whose organic approach is just the one ending as well really had a normal full days of work go back out for the ninth inning what was happening with buster Posey he was talking to Tim McLennan and happen within the next week bent down and put his hands on buster shoulders in if you were trying to steady a here's a picture that's too high ball foursome and I think Posey was arguing on a check swing on the tune okay that's rescue for an appeal on that check swing is almost as if the Clinton refused and Adrienne Johnson the first base umpire never even make it a call either and I believe it's if the catcher and pitcher asks for an appeal the uppers are required to check Torrealba with the one out walk in here is here's the the changes with the move the first talking with employers about the way they work with each other and the although we are used to seeing the empire point to the first base or third base umpire than an appeal in the big in fact the gesture one way or the other as to whether it was a swing or not they have little subtle little signals that they will make with each other there's a throw to first in Torreon but back to the bank and it could well be that Adrian Johnson had already given little shake of the head or something very subtle the general McClellan that there was no swing here's the pitch and that changes in their for a called strike Scott Hairston in a giant killer for a few years is a lot of injury problems and he's been a mired in a slump anyway Houston heading to twelve for the season with ten homers thirty six battered in is the pitch on the way fastball grounded far along for the ride for the Padres dugout and Sanches got a fastball right into his hands really jammed so the cat is going to the first centuries it secondly rebate shorts on a third the children's skin center in right the wind blowing out to left field here's the page spalling loan one ball two strikes no score in this game there was one out in the ninth inning is Billy Wagner she Victorino looking for the first out of the ninth inning in Atlanta I wanted to quit good morning moving down the name very similar to the paternity struck out the first in a minute the knees and then just hit and broke very quickly and sharply down and out of the strike zone two down Houston is gone in here is Headley Headley the switch hitter batting right handed two sixty five average eleven homers fifty eight battered in this sort of first and Tony Alva is back to the bank giants nothing San Diego nothing here in the second Headley has been better is a left handed hitter this year from the right side he's having only two seventeen the pitch and the change at the splitter that's low for a ball Headley as a left handed batter hitting two eighty six against the left handed pitchers he has struggled with the Padres a team of done better against lefties and they have against right one of the best wall hi Juno the pitcher Matt lay close is on deck and these pictures go does is not a bad hitter although he did not have a whole lot of success the show this year he's got power he's got a nice swing to another counter Headley three officers the **** spotters to high meanwhile in Atlanta to down in the the ninth inning Billy Wagner just one out away from wrapping that one up for the Braves the stretch the three you know page in their for a called strike twenty one the Braves win that game their worst case scenario is simply that they would have to have a playoff on Tuesday the only other scenario with the win today is that they'll win the wild card three one page the change of his loan is one thirty second walk of the inning this message is with the picture coming up next being so carefully to make sure you don't make any kind of a mistake to help me with the pictures coming up now the problem is with two men on base swings the bat well he's had a home run and two doubles this year in three runs batted in Saddam on from third and closing the catcher out for a brief word with Jonathan Sanchez that game is over Billy Wagner got the final out in the ninth inning so he did say that it wasn't easy but the Braves have won their game so they're either going to be the wild card team they're going to play somebody in a playoff game on Tuesday additionally toes thanks Paul in their for a called strike three toes right handed pitcher and a right handed batter if the Braves don't have a playoff game that'll be because the giants win this game a one pitch later those takes too high a bonus right down search is struggling with his control now two men on two men out Billy Wagner struck out Greg Dobbs on a called third strike on the slider to finish that game in Atlanta one one PH fastball at the knees on the from two phone one two strands he warned is it second Headley who walked is it first one two page the incident is going to walk off the mound to the dugout he thought he had that one break over the outside corner Mr posing in a target right in the middle of the plate and then moved the glove to his right to the outside to catch that ball it was very very close to to the counter this record is minister the conviction he mentioned the Bahamas and we go to Alaska the second D. N. coming up it is not big enough now we go to the last of the second inning the giants are coming up with final score of the game right handed batting slugger two sixty two hundred eighteen homers in fifty one RBIs with the Braves winning if the giants win today the giants win the west and the Braves would be the wildcard team in the Braves would come here and to open the division series on Thursday use the fixed out of world baseball swing high pop up on the third base side and that will reach back into the lower deck will be behind the giants dugout several rows I did I got in the zone one pearl twenty homers sixty four battered in for the year if the Padres win today now that it has one the giants and Padres will both have to go to San Diego for a play off tomorrow for the west in the loser would go to Atlanta for a wild card playoffs Tuesday world takes a called strike on the outside and the cat is going to read today M. D. N. the final world here in the second Plato's into his windup the into bench very high the ninety five mile an hour fastball on into the early part of the global your victory over is the one to page the swing threw a changeup that's out toward second base under it is extra nice thing and just does make the catches he arches his back near the edge of the outfield grass one away for the win almost almost took it away from next leave a the game in Atlanta Tim Hudson the win his seventeenth Wagner got this is the pitch just north the a side of the fence wanted ninety six miles an hour the Phillies they were just getting a tune up to the starting pitchers in the game Slater pulled out of the ground past Tim Flannery the third base coach on the strike call handles with the first two innings without allowing a run close one came in the third and give up a run the bios came out of the fourth and gave up four runs so here's the plan for Meryl Durban image all working again for the Phillies well that's going away swung on and missed by Rebay a ball in two strikes down range when their ninety first game the giants of one ninety one the hundreds of one ninety I want to pitch the on site with a fastball at ninety seven two into the county no score here's one out nobody on last of the second in what is now is a sun shiny day is a hanging Swider foul back over the screen and into the crowd by Rebay they chose the wrong one but he had to read a way out of the front a few around Portland to a two page slander is line the left field is hanging over his right to make the catch Scott Hairston one away wow he hung two consecutive sliders there the rebate the second one solidly but that no lost on it and it stayed there born into the glove of Houston two down here is Jose D. N. the end to seventy two is a giant nineteen homers seventy seven batted in overall and the page hi thanks one away one ball no strike Bruce Bochy before the game talked about his lineup today and the reasoning behind his decisions saying that this is the line up the judge used most often as they were hot through the month of September as a phone back out of place and he just decided to go with recent history and just say Hey this is the line up the what the giants in the first place D. N. who has only four hits in his last thirty advance here's the pitch doing fastball is high in the air out of the right center field circling around to his right leg with the right fielder twenty room out there in Death Valley and he makes the catch the inning is over three up and three down to the giants we go to the third inning top of the order coming up against Sanchez nothing to nothing sports leader in the world right now nothing is normal normal normal are you your house is become your office your kid's school and your quarantine shelter amidst all the mayhem you seek some sense of normalcy easily be achieved by saying to your smart speaker play K. and it is more than a pleasure to welcome you to the Murph and mac show Brian Murphy public everybody to let you stay safe will keep you safe this is K. "Right right expected exactly our that said that history yeah that's fine so what thanks the exceptional high now but just to make sure the best team to the playoffs right now they haven't kept that streak which usually happens with seventeen during the course of the season that's where I think it's only happened a couple of occasions that one Chicago team that that that he didn't have to struggle what kind of reception but it's not just about so that's what I think that'd be a huge surprise surprise surprise but the disappointment in the past but I think that yeah you have to be the last I was playing the best that's right a couple weeks out okay reasonable yeah as you can see how you are right after repeated three but right now it's looking bad at certain playing aspen best club could do some kind of a little bit of a roller coaster ride remember that that's crazy yeah I've been with them ever since he would have to be concerned yeah but up and down that's correct it's going out of the the rest of the season as I pointed out that it was we'll talk about a little time that was when the progression the staff team member said best team the rest of yeah I mean it's just better teams in the west and there are so I think that helps you because you have better basketball as opposed to having to purchase a product would not want to be sure the one because but that's not what channels that adjusted the culture if you have a better shot at that condoms after that thinking well yeah exactly and we and we wind up losing the game so but we're not gonna do that I want to add real quick yeah but I think that the general consensus of opinion would argue with a bus in east and west I think the Lakers are the most overhyped overrated team in recent memory I think the ratings plummet showed once again I think that it repeatedly confirms that purity is not in any sports league yeah especially the NBA dynasties are good for sports yeah I agree your order is required I agree with you yeah related obviously with that set the clippers to NY are easily the favorite I I'll it would shock me if that team did not come out of the west I think they're gonna dominate what to get because even if it's not on cruise control right now and both clippers will be great in the finals that's that's what's going on well listen you guys we appreciate your time both of you and Rick especially men have a great time in in Brazil I hope your real in a couple of those large mouth bass and attacked the debate no seriously that's gonna be fun dude from one prison to another have a hell of a time and enjoy your time and we'll catch up with you back when you get to the states well I don't actually myself hopefully it doesn't come to that NBA hall of Famer Rick Perry thanks so much for your time today at the moment the serviceman inspects I wish that that's that yeah all right thanks right take it easy and Cyrus the surf man himself I want to do a couple extra minutes with you before we let you go now actually what is new in the extreme scene front in the in the surfing front because sars not bonded years ago like viruses already an experiencer for Tony this when you were up in Portland you right around like I really got close with Cyrus and it got to the point where Cyrus got me a surfboard and got me a surfboard and always disclose it never happened and it's never too late Paul land might be for me I'm I mean is it ever is it ever too late terrace for real time and I haven't even started you know it didn't matter to you it's all about the long work like like that that's the invention of an advancement of technology with long or to make it so anyone can go out at any age get a big old fat nine foot log and you go out there man I remember you used to I remember used to tell me sars when you lived in the city centre Cisco and I did too used to say that for guys like me just starting one the ideal location to be down a pacifica yeah I mean it could be in the bay area is just the total stock things like if you if you wanna for beginner like I I'm here I want to call up leaders but it might as well believe it or not okay Paul you're in Marin so they're actually closer to clean it and a lot of people like now why is that Cyrus if you could Y. Y. sense I believe you but tell me why it's such a great spot because because the beach street south so the reason why northern California is the rubber the vast majority of the justices northwest area of Alaska and the Bering Strait all that produces normally storms that brings in these huge nasty way and so it's hard for someone who's learning restore data shape could get out there when the waves are huge and it is analytically coming right right the lean is in certain spots the Santa Cruz the reason why those spots are meeting at their shelter their beaches okay sal you're they're not exposed to those huge swell coming from the northwest you're exposed to these much longer cleaner ways coming from the South Pacific and so it's easy it's rental rate or slow the not as big so believe this is a good spot towels beach in Santa Cruz is another gem if you could get out there man anyway I know you always yeah we got it right live Jay Adams Tony Alva by the window since we've you know what sorry since we've last spoken J. Adams rest in peace right all do our whole yeah rest in peace yeah we lost a couple years ago yeah that's right the legend yeah he was still a surfing right up until the end of Tony I know you have some I want to lose you thought I was gonna say there's a couple things first of all what's the than it did give service spot just south a napa may just south of like you know Hart what's it called the CV joint Sam's chowder house do you know that's what will happen today I don't know if there's like a name for that okay so quick to a point is around there yeah okay okay okay great although it does an employer working order only is an amazing snowboarder like I think he's probably still better than me I don't surprise me at all Tony is very athletic gentleman he really is he was just told us we were just talking about his four year run on varsity baseball and S. I would he was given as a freshman the kid was playing varsity ball so no I'm not surprised yes all baseball you did a little bit of time out as I promise a little daunting and now the strap on a base and and tickle some bass grooves as well he does it all what are you doing I want to have a debate about the three of us go surfing because if Eddie Vedder is able to serve it what is it early fifties yeah we can do it and I'm telling you but the I my other question we can do it yes we can and so Bob the builder and yes we can go ahead tonight services we have layered Hamilton in studio maybe a year ago I gotta tell you and I just didn't either face off with Kelly Slater and I will be just two weeks ago the guys start out of her you see Larry fitzgerald on his way to the pro football hall of fame without a doubt he was sitting there like fawning over over Kelly Slater we had a ball funny actually viewed as the under appreciated amazing athletes servers all aid no quite a look at the Senate Callie slate look at the C. blared Hamilton's and Eddie Vedder he's the Jack Johnson all these guys have served as their exercise cyber sauces site resides or have you seen impacts the packs of a site Militar someone asking to layer has kind of made famous the what is the tow in surfing what I want I want to get your opinion because he said he had all of those ways that with a lot of backlash from you know they're not paddle and now the quote unquote here is that the towing bids add layers saying Hey if there's an amazing wave out there that I want to write I'll are right I think I get both sides to use what's your view well here's your look for the approval letter in the Greek god I mean the gas and all you'll recall and in reality yeah he is on it I mean you guys insane like one is another weird thing or you know somewhere over in disco all right I think you want to remember like I kid you not many miles read it in him to keep those looking out there but you I I've been talking to there is still to this day video footage if you have a great ever finally it's a good point like normal style and so you know it always gets into these ways he's obviously difficult that's many obviously got all the way to five G. yeah there is some validity to the criticism because again he never refuses to weigh on his bat belly and paddle like a swimmer he only wants very interesting yeah you know and and I'm a really great experience you're looking at your you like literally brought the phone number it would be like anyone out there has any evidence of cal of glare just paddling even once in two ways yeah certainly that lake and no one ever did no one ever finds interest that's crazy yeah so what do you think I got to want to start a feud but I am curious about this like how what what do you think Kelly Slater's view of layered is because those are probably the two biggest names in surfing a in competitive surfing but I don't know maybe Slater looks it layered and goes like do come see me when you when you paddle out like the rest of us I don't know my guess is they're they're probably super civil with each other but I think in Kelly's mind you sis layered it just doesn't think about I'm not on the same level at all like everything I tell you I'm sorry to interrupt you search for real quick you know Kelly still competes around the world to this day he does a little crazy with your interview some of the biggest mysteries and serving that we always talk about it Kelly is always selling B. U. it intake when it comes to your retirement decision right and if you'd like forty eight now yeah and he will be here if you want to show something thank you never or which is that he doesn't really want to retire until he's like you're done thank you it didn't serve any more he's never said that before you commit are with all those you love I'm glad to hear that and I don't blame him if you're physically able to do it go do it right no I don't the question like how we're going to get a B. when he actually does not qualify anymore like my word I would still do certain clock at like it's going to be sixteen he doesn't like bacon we finally have to retire like holder could go whistle if you eventually surpassed by these young kids it's crazy but it'll it'll tell you he's expecting another level because he had the political will title through computing traditionally right but then he won every event right one to Eddie which is like was Christy just a quick look.

"Like the number sixteen in the country and Matt just went crazy so what you know about the weekend is LSU beat Alabama and Minnesota beat Penn state and Penn state was the number four number five depending on which poll you're looking at team in the country and Minnesota was like thirteen or fifteen or weighed down in the teens right so they beat Penn state shouldn't they move up considerably move up if Penn state was a team and Ellis you I mean is shoot that much better than everybody else the Alabama only because the number for are they really I mean so L. issues like let's put Ellis you on the field against the Browns and see what happens because if they're really that good you know they should be able to go all right well again you play now you want but that's what makes college football so fun we get the update on the C. lakeside you know it's interesting I'm a native of Phoenix I spent fifty five years there but I've been coming up to one of the beautiful cool pints of Pinetop lakeside since gosh I was about twenty years old I come back every summer and I just loved it up here I fell in love with this guy I love the outdoors I love the lake I love the changing of the seasons and I knew very early on that yeah I had a dream of of maybe living up here I had brought whose my my fiance who is now my wife and my fiance at the time who is from Minnesota brought her up here about six years ago and she said I would love to hear this reminds me of Minnesota it's not Arizona this is Minnesota I would tell friends when I bring them up there and say I could blindfold you and say okay I'll give you three choices are you in Arizona Colorado or another state like Minnesota and they're blown away because they they you know Arizona desert that's about it but they don't realize the White Mountains is another type of geology and a beautiful beautiful thank you all right and then you know we're almost seven thousand feet up here were right on the mobile brand which is beautiful but so you know my my wife's hand is a nurse he decided let's just do it we sold our house I quit my job at the Arizona office of tourism and found a job up here with some of healthcare is a nurse I came up here and was unemployed for two months and spent two months walking the dog fortunately was able to find a place that I do that if I really wanted to find a good job up here I needed to be in the community so I walked away from a great job at the Arizona office of tourism but everything's worked out you know what and we took a leap of faith and and everything turned out great I'm very very happy and you stay busy and still have time to walk the dog yeah exactly now I have two dogs so well there you go just a little bit of a juggling act. juggling act well for those that just moved to Arizona we highly recommend that you take some time get on the two sixty and hit the pine top lakeside you'll fall in love with the town it's a great way to get away for the weekend and even during the summer a great place to cool off too as well and it's very close it's only about a three hour and fifteen minute drive you know so many people think we're is quite complex I don't want to take it's about three hours and fifteen minutes but it's a world apart it is so so beautiful we're the largest a continuous strand of ponderosa pines of the world we've got great hiking trails lakes and it's really a place where you know families for generations have come to make memories I I caught I caught my first fish up here up up on the mountain and that sort of experience down from generation to generation it's a place where you really make backwards it was at a bass or sun Fisher it was a trial. okay you sold me I'll be there in a minute yeah Tony Alva community services manager for Pinetop lakeside that's our staycation M. that's one it sure was so I have a comment and then a question that developed while I was listening here callers on the comment is that thank you I think it was back in November you had a gas he was talking about the importance of going organic and I think is that two Tuesdays ago I spoke at the Los Angeles unified school district school board annual meeting and told them to call leave seriously consider feeding the students organic you know with all these lawsuits coming out it's six specially important now students there developing their growing and they deserve to have food that's not painted and George I was so happy they were actually an intensely listening so yeah so that's great and you know there is actually is there is a school district in northern California Marin county and their school district is all organic so if they can do it I think other school districts can do it anyway I was really excited because Los Angeles that they're the biggest public school system in the country the second thing the question yes you were talking about electromagnetic frequency you know in the world of cosmetic plastic surgery now there are techniques to the body to make collagen grow and they put radio frequency on your skin I was just wondering what you thought about that because yeah I mean it does seem kind of dangerous all the the waves that we have going in and out of our body because of wifi but in this case its use for beautification so I was wondering if you knew anything about that well it seems to work but what we don't know is the long term effects of this I mean board it will lead to backfire in your face sags or something like that who knows but it it initially does generate more collagen yeah but aren't yeah the the the sagging that's a concern but my your concern is what how does it affect the body health wise small in the cells what happens to the cells of eventually exactly exactly you're talking about five G. so this is right on the skin I was just wondering what your thoughts will keep looking of that's probably a good show well let's check into that the text in tweets Tom what do you have this time Hey by the way that was the Monique that saying it contact all at once you were usable singer and a super job did a good job Hey this one from Suzanne in Phoenix I'd like to hear your take on why some people lie I think people why two one try to get themselves out of a sticky situation but they put themselves in two I think kids will lie and then they become adults because they think they're going to get punished and you know I've I've always learned just you know tell the truth and you know take the hit the are you in there there's a difference here I I'd let me let me explain this is it ally Tom if you're at a party and somebody is there a guy a woman with one of the most god awful outfits you've ever seen is it a lie if you go up to them to say you look great I know where you're going with this is that a lie yes it's a lie because it's not the truth what it does right but it's a light this doesn't hurt and it's a one instance where I think it's okay like to not hurt another human being yeah you but it's a lie it is a life because you're not telling the truth to tell the truth you go up to them and say that everywhere that that's the worst looking healthier leisure sure it is horrible whatever your hair cut looks lousy I'm that's why they coined white lie you know what we can do that but do you know what I I I think there's a big distinction between hurting somebody and not yeah of course I think you're right it's mostly to save your skin yeah why do that Sheesh water she pulled out a little lie detector tests and said he you really like this outfit I I when I when I would have liked the first for service I don't like it I think it's a disservice sometimes a or or you could just simply say don't say anything if you if you don't like kids and you don't want to lie about it don't even say anything if I don't think it'll hurt him I'll tell the truth like if you ask me do you like the shirt I am like at sea now yeah but do you and I have a different working relationship we can do these things with each other in be above board but you know if you will you know let's say you know bought something for your little dog Freddie and I went in what's horrible you know doing it is a liar do you tell the truth if he if it's not if it's is it horrible for real yeah maybe it was for real thanks to my opinion and you said it's horrible yeah building you know the truth I want to hear the truth but should you be saying the truth on everything like that let's pencil with the person is I mean I want the truth yeah a lot of people do I don't want you to tell me my shirts really cool looking if it's not if you had the world's well I have a friend who passed away six months ago and he was obsessed with how he looked and his clothes and everything and you know I know if you want to save the truth to him he can handle no I know you couldn't handle he grew he'd go nuts you know how I know that because he you did it or he filmed something and I told him your time was cricket why did they straighten it for you been rather than say thank you he went nuts insult yeah yeah and you told the truth so what would happen if you just not said anything it was a little too late for that anyway no but he was a professional situation because he asked me for the opinion finally films I know but it's anyways that's answers the world's longest texture response ever see if I'm in the Bronx welcome to the program by Tom a war yet okay I'd like to see that the time of president Ronald Reagan Mister Casey Casey move the you the same the had an idea that he was going to try to help the country of Lebanon he I don't know what he was gonna do we risk on the world it whatever it was it was Lebanese she was born in Detroit but he what he wanted to help the people of Lebanon eleven and because he was Lebanese yes he was yeah and I believe his name was really mystery Casey Kasem that's right I know you're right you're right born in Detroit like I was right anyway in where Rome where this is concerned I have a letter that I constantly since Washington DC had to help the Palestinian people created new homeland my letter was actually thrown obviously in the garbage kid but the they live this screen is I took when I read that the newspaper but missed the case in the days before there was fear of letters go into people with terrorist stories you know my I wrote him out Bel Air California where ray he was.
