Eric Is Heading to Mar-a-Lago for Trump's Big Announcement

"I'm flying down to Mar-a-Lago. I got an invitation to go to Mar-a-Lago for tomorrow night, president Trump is making his announcement ostensibly that he is going to be running. It's very exciting. I feel honored to be there. And I feel that this nonsense with desantis and whatever we know that Trump can't resist taking shots sometimes, but I think, my goodness, the idea that we're ready to move past Trump, it is preposterous.

Democrats Have Mastered the Art of Early Voting, Mail-in Ballots

"The difference is the Democrats have mastered the art of early in person voting and mail in ballots. And you may disagree with my assessment of this and that's okay. I accept that. We better embrace it too. In 2020, we couldn't believe they were going to take COVID and use that as a reason to embrace mail in ballots. And we kind of watched slack jawed as they did it. And now, thanks to that, we paid a price. Now, what price did we pay? Again, Nancy Pelosi is about to be fired. And that smirk will be wiped off her face when she has to hand over the gavel to Kevin McCarthy. So we're not doomed all is not lost, Trump's going to make a big announcement tomorrow night and all you know what's going to break loose and the truth of the matter is it's going to be fun again.

I assume he's going to announce he's going to run, and if he does, like 2000, like 2016 all over again, the people are going to get to decide. We make this so hard. We pull our hair out all this screaming and finger pointing and blaming and here's Mike Pence now coming after Trump. Vice president Pence is selling a book. Kyle Seraphin: FBI Is Exploiting MAGA Crowd for Funding

"It's widely expected that Donald Trump is going to announce again another his third run for the presidency tomorrow night Don't know that for a fact but I think we can all reasonably assume that's why he's got a bunch of people gathering at Mar-a-Lago It's not to buy pizza So we've had problems with the FBI you were on the inside with Donald Trump in the past and one of the things I call wind of I think you'd find equally interesting is there's a word word on the street is that they may have been using Donald Trump as a way to both capture funding and reclassify terrorism cases as a way to basically weaponize the FBI to hit Donald Trump Could you explain what may be going on here because it was a little confusing when I first heard about it Well I mean I think that what the FBI has done and we've seen it since January 6th is that they've classified a whole group of people as sort of fair game for the FBI to run these investigations against And so we've got what domestic charisma investigations that are dominating the counter terrorism branches looks and instead of looking at international terrorism going over the sea and then look for problems that are existing in other countries that might want to threaten our homeland we're doing it domestically so we're looking at the ultra maga crowd and folks that wanted to show up to the president's rally and then listen to the sitting president of the United States speak to his constituents So how they've decided that was the best idea is beyond me but that is something we are seeing happening I think

Gov. Ron DeSantis: Gains in Congress Thanks to Florida Republicans

"Lot of new seats a lot of seats that are kind of on the line You had an excellent redistricting thanks to you How do you see that playing out Well I think we have really two different things One on the federal level we have 16 Republican members of Congress currently Tomorrow night if everyone does their part we will likely have 20 Republican congressmen So that's a four seat gain And then in the state legislature we do have strong Republican majorities in both the House and Senate But again if people come out with a vengeance we will have super majorities in both the Florida House and the Florida Senate So that's really really important for us And so and of course senator Rubio getting reelected and helping us maintain that seat and therefore get control of the U.S. Senate So we should mark after tomorrow It will be the first time since reconstruction that there has not been a Democrat elected statewide office in the state of Florida It will be a 100% Republican

Why Football Fans Don't See Many Night Games in Lubbock

"Lubbock seems to be on the up and up. It just seems to get better every year. It just seems to one of those cities that just keeps going, rise, climb, climb, climb, climb. Yeah, I know when Texas came to town this year, it was a hell of a deal out there. Love it. And I love this rally, but it doesn't seem to have any night games. I love it. It seemed to have a lot of love. That's more, yeah, that's performance based, really. I mean, there are night tomorrow, Pat Mahomes is going into the Hall of Fame tomorrow night, so that'll probably be a rowdy one, but. Lubbock's got over 300,000 people, but the best probably tell you it's the college towns, like Baton Rouge is a huge city, but it's a freaking college town, right? Like Lubbock getting big, but it's a college town. Those are the ones where people like shut it, shut it all down. Like Fort Worth, no matter what, it'll look like TCU is, you know, that's obviously four words. DFW's big 12 school, but then you have SME all this other crap, but dude, most of the alums from other schools are all tech, Texas a and M, university, I mean, all over the goddamn place just because it's too big. So, I mean, TCU actually like they actually have a hard time selling out night games compared to early ones sometimes. I know that sounds insane. But it's because of the people that are there.

President Biden Calls Putin Rational

"I watched last night until the last out. And I didn't think we're going to be cold. Didn't think the guardians were going to be coal. And we didn't. And you can't beat Cole with one run Stephen Quan, rookie gets his first home run in a postseason play. He'll be there many, many times over the course of a long career. But four to one scored a total of four runs in it. The guardians have scored a total of four runs in three games. They got a better bullpen than the Yankees, they can come back. Do not worry about being on one, got Bieber on the mound tomorrow night. I will say, however, I woke up more than a little bit alarmed. I don't think anybody watched Jake tapper and Joe Biden last night. They're watching the Yankees and the guardians. But when I went through the show prep and I see what Joe Biden said about the lead story, which is the war in Ukraine. There's a lot of news out of Ukraine. It's escalating. Suddenly, rapidly, and Joe Biden is clueless, here he is talking about Putin, listen carefully, cut 28 from his interview with the president's interview with Jake tapper last night. Do you think Putin is a rational actor? I think he is a rational actor who's miscalculated significantly. I think he thought you may recall, I pointed out that they were going to invade all those 100,000 or more troops there and no one believed that he was going to invade Ukraine. You listed that right there. Stop. Everybody thought he was going to invade Ukraine because the United States didn't do anything. But in Joe Biden's head, he's thinking he played it exactly right. And that he predicted the future,

Liz Cheney Says Trump Reached out to a Jan. 6 Witness

"Liz Cheney, congresswoman Cheney. She has a friend of mine. I don't talk about this much because there's no news in the Nancy Pelosi one 6 committee. But yesterday, congresswoman Cheney said, at the end of the hearing, which I did not watch and about which there is no news, there was no news yesterday. Everything I've read every story, everything in there was already known. It's the same old same old. And so there's no news, but an attempt to boost ratings for their last hearing, which I think is tomorrow night. Congresswoman Cheney said that the committee had been told that Donald Trump reached out to a witness and the committee informed the Department of Justice. And she says, that person declined to answer respond to president Trump's call. Quote, let me say one more time. We will take any effort to influence witness testimony very seriously. All right. You can not tamper with a witness before Congress. You can't. It's a hearing. It's not a judicial proceeding. You can call him up. You can call him during the hearing. If they want to pick up, they're under oath, they can't lie. But I can call him, you can call him. There is no tampering possible. There's an obstruction of justice if you're trying to get the witness to participate in an ongoing conspiracy. But calling a witness is not tampering, is not influencing, is not interfering, is not illegal.

Contrary to Popular Belief, Trump Authorized 20k Troops in the Capital

"There are some phenomenal patriots in America and at the top of the list is John Solomon. There's a great job. He runs a website called just the news. He's a great American. He's at the top of the list of people who do the tough work, the necessary work to expose the corruption and the nonsense happening in our country. John, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk show. Great to be with you, Charlie. Thank you. So John, you have some exciting new stories out. I want to go through with you and I just want to reiterate it's just the news dot com. Every night, before I go to bed, I get your email. It's just the news headlines. It's great. I encourage everyone else to sign up for it as well. And so it's all kind of around this January 6 drama. What is your reporting showing? Well, listen, this is going to be a storyline tomorrow night, right? And the storyline is Donald Trump wanted to foment the violence on Capitol Hill. Now there's a big problem with this story to begin with, which is if Donald Trump wants a foment violence on January 6th, why on January 4th, they decide in order to approve 20,000 troops to put down any violence that might occur. There's a huge contradiction in the Democrats keep glossing over because the media won't ask him about it, but their story doesn't hold up factually, right? The president is irrefutable. I've heard from cash Patel from Chris Miller from Mark Meadows. We've interviewed all the people. I've seen some of the documents. The president authorized 20,000 troops to be available to the capitol so that there wouldn't be a problem on January 6th. So when you know that that's a story, when you see the conflict, I started to reach out. I went out to members of the capitol police who have been quiet, and you haven't heard much from them except for the people they put on stage, the leaders. And I said, what really went on? And over the last two or three weeks I've interviewed lots of police officers, please commanders. And I got access to hundreds and hundreds of pages of documents of the capitol places internal files on what really happened on January 6th. And the bigger story about what happened on January 6th is that on Nancy Pelosi's watch because she is the mayor in charge of security at the capitol. "The NASA minute. With Kevin mason. What's the old saying you learned something new every day? I never realized. I guess because I'm not Jewish, that Passover always falls around a full moon. It's designed that way. The calendar for Passover is built around the moon cycles. To most people, the full moon this weekend is called the pink moon. And it's not because the moon will actually be pink for the most part, although sometimes full moons are pink depending on the sky conditions. It's about the fact that they blossom around the time. The dogwoods blossom every year. And with dogwood trees having pink blossoms, it's given the name the full moon. Of course, just like everything. We've talked about this before. I think I've even talked about the pink moon before. Every full moon now has to have a name. So the full moon comes in at one 55 in the afternoon. My time on Saturday. So how do you have a full moon during the day? So you'll actually see some of the pink moon because of where it falls tonight tomorrow night and into Sunday Night. I didn't realize the Passover moon was always a full moon. I've heard people talk about the Passover moon before, but had no clue. So why is it the pink moon and not to pass over moon? Democrats' Policies Will Be the Reason for a Republican Takeover

"Now, last night, I don't know if you're going to be on special report tomorrow night and going back tomorrow. But last night, I got to point out that key numbers are 28 and 14. 28 Democrats are heading for the exits in the house. 14 points swing in the direction of the Republicans in Gallup. And a 5.7% lead in the generic ballot for Republicans. What is the biggest source? Or what are the many sources of the demise of the house of Pelosi and the fall of Joe Biden? Well, I keep thinking back to what we were told prior to a year ago, that by electing Joe Biden and other Democrats that adults would be in charge that our policies would improve that the health of our country would improve literal physical health, but economic health, our foreign policy stature. And I think what we've all experienced over the last year is regardless of where we were on the issue of Biden versus Trump. We know that we were completely lied to about the quality and competence. Not just Biden, but democratic policy making, in general, they have control of not just the presidency, but the Senate and the House. And so what we're getting is pure unalloyed democratic policy that doesn't have much disagreement on the democratic side of things, Democratic Party side of things. "tomorrow night" Discussed on Niners Nation

"Forty niners after. Kyle shanahan comments. Yesterday the table for saturday night is officially set. Two meals start out. I mean with most of our starters. I know there's there's a number of guys that aren't planned to be safe with some guys who've been banged up but trying to get most of our starters going. Jimmy will be hopefully just one series. Then i'll get trading there and hopefully just the whole first half couple things to add to that trey lance. We'll be working with the second team. Kyle said all of the starters will come out of the game when jimmy garoppolo does and he also said he wants to get lance about thirty snaps or so and he would be willing to play him into the third quarter to make that happen in terms of the actual debut for lance. Kyle tried to keep everything in perspective. Undecided seem play like everyone else's It's fun to watch quarterbacks. Go out there for the first time and stuff. But i don't get nervous for the person or anything like that because i. I think it's fun to watch. I know no one's going to remember house first. Preseason game is that they will the next day and that that's all right. So i know rookies get some butterflies and stuff and it is a big deal for them but it the reality of it it isn't it's it's an experience for them. I think is going to make the team. So he doesn't have to go out there and freak out about that But he knows what is will be on them and sometimes guys want to go out there and make some place and show everyone what to be excited about. And i always try to tell them. It's just like practice except they can hit you so just calm down and just do your job like you try to do out here every day. Because that's what quarterback is going to be every single day your life so you don't plan you better believe people be talking about it. The next day we're going to have an instant reaction show on the niners nation youtube page right after the game. Forget about the next morning. We'll be all over that. Make sure you join us. They're one of the things. I want to see the most. Is i wanna see lance run. Let's see him take off uses legs. Kyle was asked about that yesterday and he revealed an interesting little coaching point. That he tells quarterbacks when they're on the run every time you evaluate a run. And where you get to. You always talk about. How would you protect yourself here. How are you going down. What's the are you going for more or sliding or you go ahead first. Step out of bounce. I i don't ever want a guy in practice to practice diving her sliding sometimes you don't wanna hurt her wrist or get. Your feet caught an awkward way so That's something that we're all going to see in the game and trae says the right things is pretty good runner. He's pretty competitive so I hope you take my word for it. Sometimes those guys don't believe how hard people hit and then they get a couple times and then fell in la all right now. I know what you're talking about for. All the great work kyle did in washington with. Rg three and he did a ton because don't forget. Rg three was the offensive rookie of the year. The same year andrew luck came into the league. So kyle did some wonders there but he could never get. Rg three to protect himself. He could never drill that into his head enough that. Hey when you're on the sideline just go out of bounds. Don't take the big hit. Make sure you get down and rg three was hurt a lot because of it. So i'm interested to see if lance can protect himself when you need to 'cause i always felt like that's something that usually doesn't change with the player they either have that instinct like russell wilson or they don't if you're wondering about some of the other names for tomorrow night here is what we know so far. Nick bosa andy. Ford both will not play and jalen hurd is also not going to play. Although kyle did go out of his way yesterday to mention that he was very impressed with her to was back a practice heard had either two or three catches depending on who you wanna believe terms of the preseason statistics But if it's three. I mean at basically triples his training camp output. So that's fantastic. And hopefully he can get healthy and get on the field so that we actually get a chance to see this dude. After all this time we always give you something to read something to watch and something. You might have missed something to read on this friday. I enjoyed she'll ca potty as twenty-five most intriguing players of the twenty twenty one season. It's on the athletic right now. There's a ton of great storylines in there. Look at it and yes. There is at least one forty niner. Pretty high on the list something to watch matt. Maiocco of nbc. Sports bay area has a great series called the choice and it is all about the forty nine or selection of trae lance and april. He's got interviews. In their atlanta's parents lances siblings people from his hometown in minnesota. There's a whole lot of juicy stuff in there and it was must watch for me. I highly recommend you. Go check that out. Something you might have missed kyle. Shanahan flash back to the first time the forty niners ever met with trae lance and pointed out that you kind of forget how young he actually is. First time we talked to them. We're gonna offer him a beer. And then i realized that'd be supplying a minor so we definitely didn't so you forget about as he's mature he doesn't look like twenty one year old and maybe in his face but now he he He definitely acts while more wise in that. Or at least i wasn't i was twenty one. Kyle also said he hasn't worked with a quarterback that young since johnny manziel in cleveland. Let's hope things turn out slightly differently for lance in the forty niners. That's going to do it for today. Stats and eggs please. Rate review and follow the niners nation. Podcast network drop a rating and review for us to like. I said after the game tomorrow on the niners nation youtube page we doing a live instant reaction show myself and kyle posey will be with you also hoping to have other members of the podcast network dropped by maybe a kosh on of rothen levin black so we want to have everybody into the pool and we want to hear from you. We will take your comments. We will read your comments. Interact with you as much as possible. We really do look forward to that. So thank you. Hopefully you can join us for that either way. Enjoy your friday everybody. i'm rob stats guerrero. And we'll talk after the game tomorrow..

So this will be the Diamondbacks first trip to San Francisco all year. D bags will be back in August for two games in September for three games, but they're here for four games starting tomorrow. One. Oh, pitch credo hits a little dribbler, and it is a fair ball on the first base side. Avila, the catcher will pick it up and Graito only started to run very late. Dealer tags him out. Two down for Mike Hawkman 6 45 start times tomorrow Tuesday and Wednesday. Then we get a day game on Thursday for the final game of the series 12 45. That's the next Giants off day stretch in the schedule. It's a little bit of a grind. The pitch to talk men, Mrs. Inside Ball one for nothing that's in the third. Hawkman struck out to start the game. Hitting 1 82 for the years on base average is sunk down below 300. So even the walks have started to go away one. Oh, pitch high, too, And no, And part of that is if you're not hitting teams aren't going to nibble. Nobody's nibbling right now against Hawkman. We'll draw the occasional walk with a pitcher who's wild, but teams are just attacking him, so he's going to have to counter with some swings to get back in the mode where he can Kind of be his normal self. Here. He swings and fouls this one back out of play case in point. That's 94 miles an hour, but it's middle middle just right down the center of the plate. And instead of hitting a hard line, drive somewhere, doing some damage. Taking a picture think the next time he just fouled it off. Still ahead of the count, though, too and one here's the pitch and another fastball. Right down the middle. That one popped up down the left field line Schwarber over, but it's beyond his reach. Two and two. That's kind of what I mean by that is that Hawkman is not going to draw walks when the when pitchers are Throwing pitches to him right down the heart of the plate. So it takes away a huge part of his game, which is working couch grinding at bats getting on base. Here's the two to That is swung on and missed. You just prefer to hold the mic and just being your relax ation point. So, Johnny. What? You can't see it. If you're listening on ESPN radio right now, she needs been describing what exactly happened? I've been sitting in this comfy chair. I'm out in Arizona doing my show remote from out here, and I have progressively today started slumping lower and lower in this chair. And so what everyone can see is the beauty of having a gut is you could put stuff on it and I have put the microphone stand right here on my belly. It's a nice soft landing spot, And so I just got it right here in front of me. It's a useful stomach now, and I do like I said, I think I'm gonna be doing the show laying down. Sweetly horizontal by Friday today and go Lee joon better days. They haven't caught me slipping yet. They haven't caught me slumped yet, but give it time. We still got one more day before we get to this weekend. Django Junior here on ESPN Radio, the ESPN app and ESPN Plus were presented by progressive insurance. Guess you're going to join us on the Goodyear hotline, and we got plenty to get into the home stretch of the embassies in and still Brooklyn's Big three having to remind us what they're really about. We will hear from James Harden. We will also get into some of the things up coming with the NFL, including the 17 game regular season. Now that we've got the schedule rolled out, something's gotta get decided. But my goal of junior Trevor scales sitting in for genetic grew. McKay today. Kind enough to join us. You can catch him coz and sports nation on ESPN. Plus each and every day travel. We finally hit that point in the last hour where things went off the rails here talking about waffles and pancakes, and we embrace it. We we love the idea of conversation that involves the masses. We are here for that, because yes, for once, I actually agree with one Daniel ask you about food. And it's an amazing place to find yourself in a dangerous place for anyone who missed it before we get into because I think this is actually an important part that people need to know about. The life of being an athlete is as we're getting ready for the 17 game regular season everything changes about the way you approach this, including your diet. That's gonna be my clever shoehorn into just talk more about waffles and pancakes. So Dan Orlovsky decided to tweet that he thinks waffles are better than pancakes. And Trevor and I are on different side of this. I'm on the pancakes, side tribes on the waffle Side. Will Jethro tweeted in at my goal of junior at Trevor Scales? Dude, I'm so hungry. You guys got to stop this right now. And kcp 316 tweets in and says in his argument here. If waffles were better than pancakes, there were being international house of waffles. Instead, there's only a waffle House pancakes are international point made. Now, Trevor while I am on the pancakes side of things, there will be no Waffle House. Anything resembling Waffle House slander, tolerated on appreciate your going to bat for that side of things. You should have the respect to be able to kind of, say, Look, there's no need to It's a knock down the other vessel of breakfast, right. But I think what elevates the waffle eyes that it's not only for breakfast. It's also the activation for brunch like it's. It's that sort of next level, certain dining capabilities that we have with the waffles that I believe needs to be taken into account. See, this is the thing is one. I know this shows working against because you've used all the buzz words, right? Like you brought up chicken and waffles, which we all love. That was gonna be a win on your side. You brought up brunch, which we are all ready to get back to big ups to the CDC, by the way for helping us get closer and closer to that point, But Trevor the thing I will ultimately say about pancakes versus all this before we get to your pregame meal habits is Pancakes has a little ass to it for lack of a better term. It's got a little bit more to it. It's got a little bit extra to it, and I just like a breakfast. It's gonna pack a punch like that. It's thick. There's might be even three season all that When I put the syrup on top, it becomes part of the pink and it doesn't even just sit there. It's not a vessel for the syrup, the way waffles are. It becomes a part of its DNO. And for that, I'm eternally grateful. But why would you be against the idea of being able to see the crown jewels? That is the maple syrup that you're pouring on this beautiful? Breakfast bread. There's no reason that you want to hide it. Why would you want it to disappear? I like the visual appeal of seeing the waffle cradle maple syrup and holding the remnants of melted butter. It's a beautiful sight to see it's It's a foodies like bloggers. Fear is going crazy with the idea of being able to take a picture overhead of melted butter. Also, waffles broke like you noticed. As is our production side on TV Shadow, cherien our TV set about ESPN, because if you're not watching right now, just the delicious pictures of pancakes and waffles I would love for one of our bosses from body is Jim. Where's the worst of it, Mike? Well, tough to say, then I think most highways are doing a little better than usual right now for Friday afternoon. It's not so bad. The expressway South is good coming out of the tunnel slow going for a mass after South Bay, then Furnace Brook Parkway into the brain tree split. You know the expressway? You know, that's not so bad North bound urine it granted, ever passing upon sits circling out slow coming up towards the tunnel. But that seems to be the worst of it right now. I'm keeping an eye on it now up to the North 93 north. Slow going for a while. A pass through 1 25 in Wilmington. 1 28 clear Waltham all the way into Beverly. No complaints on Rue one downtown. Things are good. Coming in on Storrow Drive, delivered down ramp in the lower deck of 93, or wide open out west of the city route to West is backed up a little and conquered getting out towards the rotary. But we see that typically in the mass Turnpike free and clear from the Pru Tunnel all the way out past 2 90 in Auburn miking WBC's traffic on the three..
