"Amendment 101, You're listening to Tom Sullivan. You sure are so right away, Steven said. Yeah, going going. I saw going to him, Cohen saying, Look, I I took orders from my boss. Right on the left coast says it's intellectually dishonest to blame the president for the actions of Mr Cohen, who is on attorney. According to your last car. President Trump should have advised going on the law rather than relying on Cohen to advise his client president. What's lawful. Good point. Aztec Diego, says Tom regarding covert virus. What's clear? Is Hawaii making massive mistake. As when they opened up. Tourists will bring it and it will spread and huge outbreak in time. Massive miscalculation by their damn governor. Yeah, they I just read the other day where they're coming up. Is that the end of this month? I think Hawaii Has that they had a Quarantine, saying, if you come to know why you cannot go out of your hotel room For 14 days and they're enforcing them. They got people in hotels, arresting people that have gone out thinking they weren't serious. So that lasted? I don't know, told April somewhere round there, and they extended it to the end of September. And the big debate in Hawaii is do they want to renew that quarantine? Well, I'll tell you here in New York. I don't tell. I think I've told you about this months ago, but New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, the tri State area. Work together. They've decided to Work together on all of this about over 19. So They decided a couple of months ago that if you are coming to New York, New Jersey, Connecticut They're going to have a form. You have to fill out if you're on a train on a plane on a bus. Um yes, You could drive there going. I don't know what they're going to do there, but they're good form. You got to fill out. And it says, Where are you going to be staying? Just like when you go to Hawaii. They have a form. You gotta fill out. Where you going to be staying and there? They're checking to see if you are. You've got to stay quarantined if you come from almost every state in the country. And they just renewed it and added a couple of more states yesterday. So it's a centrally just about every place in the country. If you fly into New York they're gonna have you fill out this form. Where are you going? And they got People at the airport that are enforcing this thing. Go Hawaii. I mean, Hawaii lives off of the tourists. Pamela, says Tom Thanks for playing trumps news conference. I appreciated because the more he has these, the more his poll numbers go down. Pamela doesn't like the president. Just a hint. I know you might not have gotten gotten that whole idea. Let's talk to Tom in San Francisco who has been waiting patiently. Hello, Tom. Yeah. Hi, Tom. We missed you out here. Thank you. What? What You think of the day, you know? Okay, so she are not panic just before they get slaughtered. But that's not my point. My point is in that same book. Trump was bragging about pushing through a new nuclear System that China and Russia don't have in that same book. I haven't heard you talk about it. Did you know about it? I I heard somebody ask a question. Of one of the intelligence people. And the question It was a fox anchor. And the Fox anchor said G was this. Ah national security secrets that he gave out and the person I forget who he was interviewing her. She was interviewing and said, No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. But yeah, there's something about something that we have. That is. Something that Russia doesn't have in China doesn't have And he told you, But here's a word about it. The president can't You can say whatever he wants. You can't be right. All the secretive and all that doesn't apply to him. But when he brags, that's the problem Well, says he bragging to That's my point. Well, I'll go back to I'll go backto. I'll go back to Mike. Let me tell you what Michael Cohen said about Putin, which I thought was interesting again. Put it in in the in the name of a guy who has lied his whole life. But he says the reason why Donald Trump He says. First of all, Donald Trump truly did never expected toe win in 2016 that he was doing that, as he is famous for doing things that create a bigger name for his brand, the Trump brand. And that he was doing that. Because he also wanted to get more international connections, so that when he wasn't president, he would be able to make oodles of money off of these foreign governments. And that was his whole drive because again, Cohen says, Donald Trump looked at everything as if what is in it for me, and so and I don't have a fault with that. I have no problem with that. If you are, you know, take care of yourself first, but but he's eat. That is why he that the explanation Cohen gave for why he deals with Putin on such a friendly basis because he wants to do business with him later. Did you believe it or not? Cohen lied all his life or trump. I think you met Trump, All right. No about well, they're two peas in a pod. They work hand in hand. See what Trump says. Is he does he does, he said. He says stuff, he says stuff, but he doesn't believe it's a lie. And everybody else calls him a liar. But just like the virus will go away and it's no more than the seasonal flu. He doesn't consider that a lie. He considers that I'm trying not to panic, people. So he sees these things that he says he has a. He has a excuse for his own re for the way, he says things. He has reasons for it. That's a mantle. You may think that's a mental excuse. You're excusing schizophrenic. Well, I don't know. I'm not a doctor. People you're about as honest as they get you try to lean into Trump. I understand that. But when the deficit is a trillion dollars a month When are we gonna learn as conservatives? We just keep making excuses. The deficit grows up from Reagan all the way up, and we just keep believing in this conservative mess. It's a mess. That is a myth. I'm I'm disgusted by it, but that's why I get so upset with the Republicans in Congress. Eh?.

E. O. N. E. and I heard I saw an interview with one of the travel experts from PBS he was saying yes we are going to see travel impacted in a significant way for three to six months but after that there will be pent up demand and people will be looking to hit the road and get out so we'll have to wait and see what Lorraine thanks so much I hope I hope it all works out for you I really do appreciate the call let's go to Dan Dan you're on the top soldier with Kelly brothers what are you doing this afternoon but listening to show a little bit and this first time I called in I kind of wanted to point out that would serve can you hear me alright I can hear you great Dan glad you called in Preciado all right well I wanted to kind of point out the responsibility of trying to compare the corona virus would be the normal influenza strain of a virus is that you aren't even close to compare ball and all explain why the corona virus is in the family of sars and it has a roughly a twenty four day is symptomatic incubation period where someone can walk around for twenty four days in public infected people that they need never knowing if they're sick whereas the influenza virus has a twelve to twenty four hour reconditioned hearing aids meeting that that person can only infect people for twelve to twenty four hours and the number of people you come in contact with in twenty four hours versus twenty four days is substantial think of all the people you meet in twenty four days and all the people they meet and all people mainly that's how a virus like this winds up spreading throughout the entire planet and why something like the Spanish flu killed fifty million people you know tall people can radically insect several million people in a short period of time so the only way to control this is through quarantine and testing because people don't know they're sick and now according to the World Health Organization they're finding out that half the people who get infected with the corona virus are completely asymptomatic they never develop symptoms and that they can possibly be Kerrier first much as thirty days to ninety days right and then the question Dan Dan I I agree with you I I I know what you're saying the question is though is the crisis mentality the states of emergency assuming all that to be true is is it warranted you know if you have a fatality rate that's less than two percent less than many other kind of common illnesses around I mean everyone can get it whenever we can get a bit of ninety percent of the people end up fine two weeks later a you know do we do we still have to shut down big events and shut down travel well this is also a matter Janick virus in it mutates and they already have one mutation so they don't know what it what the possible mutations can turn into an hospital they can be so the only way to control the purse through mass testing and and and quarantine and you know that's just something that's that's hard to do on our day and age when you're talking about a nation with three hundred million people in it so when you look at some of the other countries that are testing on average ten thousand people a day versus the United States that they haven't done that in fact for some reason and this administration decided that he didn't want to distribute via the test kits that were provided by the World Health Organization and ordered our own CDC to manufacture their own caskets first off they're massively underfunded right now and order them to develop their own test kits right middle of pandemics which took them two weeks to do and then the first test if they released were defective so he ended up releasing people back into the general population that may have been infected because the tests weren't working properly so we have to go back to the drawing board how did the world World Health Organization have a test kit on a virus that no one knew about a month ago no no they are they were a bit the Chinese developed it that's all they've been testing it and then quickly the world health organisation has been supplying those then are you a doctor administration I have friends that are doctors okay actually you did well that's good to know that that helps okay I I you know I'm I'm one of them which radio operator I happen to know a couple people who who works for the World Health Organization doctors actually fly out and and and and are part of the world health organization's infectious disease task force and I got in I got two more calls I appreciate your help very much and and I'm sure that much of what you're talking about is is true but I again am I eat out I understand also why people look at them some of the things that are happening some of the cancellations that are happening some of the disruption of ordinary life and wonder if it's worth it of course you're gonna wonder that a lot more often if you're a relatively healthy male or female between the ages of thirty and fifty five it's it's the people on the fringes of the younger people it's the older people it's the folks with compromised immunize systems it's the folks who have some sort of pre existing lung condition whether it's asthma or emphysema or something L. L. site I just see how those folks who have a far different outlook on this then someone who would have a great chance of maybe getting it and either not known about it or being sick for a week and then getting back to normal life I want take a few more of your calls and we'll wrap it up you're listening Kelly brothers on the Tom Sullivan Show some.

"Kelly brothers in poor Tom Sullivan today and we're talking about Hillary and I think that's exactly what Hillary one there is we are in the thick of enough of a battle for the democratic nomination and Hillary what's her name thrust into the middle of that's what I think she is the the Hulu series comes out today you can stream it beginning today on Hulu it's a four part series they had seventeen hundred hours of behind the scenes footage nothing was off limits parts of this I've listened to very compelling from both bill and Hillary and of course it depends on whether you were ever a fan of them or not worthy you ever disagreed with them politically and thought that Hey they were they were worth following whether they be it whether they brought any energy to your life or not although the only thing I don't agree with what she says she says that I absolutely don't agree she says so I'm not running for anything I'm not office so why don't we give it a try I don't think so let's go to the phones by the way you want to join in eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred let's talk to Alex in Yuba city California Alex thanks for calling the tonsils and show hello yes strict adherence but that was actually pretty interesting you so you actually think that you have probably simply going for a London the problem is with the you're saying them well I just I just I you know I think that's the best way to say I think losing to trump what aid that is not the way she wants to go out and and how she didn't want to run again but I I think this is I think this is a way of testing the waters seeing what reaction she gets I mean let's face it this is a damaged field of democratic candidates you have doddering Joe Biden you have Bernie Sanders who who is very polarizing who one sector of the Democratic Party love them the other does not there's a little bit of a vacuum there and I think she's trying to figure out if she could fit anywhere in there that's what I that's I just I'm not sure what it is I just don't think it's coincidental this comes out today what do you think yes I agree completely agree although I think it border grill camp you know and they are if you want to gamble though what do they have to lose the employers I don't think they have anything to lose I really don't I mean they're the they can they can make some changes I think they can write books no matter what happens with this this doesn't hurt him and in many ways I'm sure she'll get some sympathy that she otherwise might not have received ours we appreciate the call thanks so much let's go to Debbie in Illinois Debbie thanks for calling the Tom Sullivan Show Debbie there I had Debbie turn down your radio Debbie I just did I'm sorry that I'm less in Illinois and want nothing to do with Philip we're tired I've been trying to get a line more I think this is another chance for them to do all right we've got a bad reception there Debbie we appreciate the call but yeah I I I'm not sure myself but I although I think I I don't know I mean I go back this was in the S. Sundance Film Festival who knows whether or not they could see that this would be a very disjointed democratic primary season with and think man think of all that's happened in the last week in terms of the number of people number of candidates dropping out kind of the consolidation that has gone on we do have time for one more phone call let's go to the Laura stores thanks for calling in on the Tom Sullivan Show yeah hello how are you great thanks for Colin and divorce well mark Martinez at everything that the point is to expand within our terrier nowadays and I can't and I will never get over the way they treated Monica Lewinsky these people made millions and Monica Lewinsky is still having trouble getting her reputation back I mean they're just absolutely they will do anything to get what they want yeah and I guess what I'm trying to figure out is what they want what is the angle here and she that she has and she would love to get into their provincial race she thought she was around the first time and so and you know everything has to do with them what however I mean that's that's the whole reason for being yeah I think she loved to be at the turn to candidates as someone they say you know what we do you really need a woman on the ticket and we need you to be V. P. or whatever you know who knows what could happen but clearly this is still a primary session that is yeah let's call it in disarray but it's coming out today everyone it's coming out today and we appreciate the call we're gonna take more calls after the news at the.

"Two thousand twenty my name is Tom Sullivan so we are gosh I I we're talking about the Iran deal I just I just don't see us coming to a peace agreement with them I'm afraid no more than with Kim Jong un somehow somewhere I'm afraid is going to be some military action I'm not looking for I'm not wishing for I just don't unless the people of Iran internally overturn their own people I don't see any other way that would be that would be the perfect way but in in that result they've already killed fifteen hundred of their own people so that's what that's what a dictator does it run things with other iron fist we're not gonna just arrest you like we do here but you in jail for twelve hours gonna tell you so we got the sanctions going and that brings up the interesting irony of what's going on with the wrong there bye bye what we're doing with the sanctions against Iran construction manufacturing textiles mining the products that were banning banning banning nobody can buy these things steel aluminum copper iron that's great now they already last year we put sanctions on their oil exports and they're shipping industries those are the biggies oil and shipping well I'm do you know who is buying their oil in large amounts kids are getting a good deal on shore is China so China is we're not durable by by the United States sanctions we're gonna go by the oil we're getting a great price from them the other one is buying a lot of their oil is India China and India are still importing Iranian group so that gives them money is the same as to doing business with North Korea that would be China and India so they still keep money in the bank by by getting the money from China and India which the I. irony of this is that we're supposed to be big bodies with India they're supposed to be our big friend we just had the their their prime minister come to the White House here this last year big big ceremony multi yeah he supposed to be a big western guy to guy and all that but they're the ones that are better are snobby dozens and we're gonna buy weird we're getting a great price good to Ron can't sell to anybody else will buy but the irony is next week supposedly next week now I I hear rumors about the date may change but it was supposed to be the fifteenth of January where the Chinese vice premier was personally going to show up at the White House to sign the phase one great deal so one in one hand the vice prime year free mayor has a pan and his signing the trade deal where we're going to do business with each other the behind his back he has a contract to buy Iranian oil so he's not being does China is snobby does with the Ronnie and sanctions at yet at the same time a smiling atas about all yes let's do a great deal but don't pay any attention to the fact that we are sticking a knife in your back with our other hand I wanna comes to sanctions quite bluntly they hurt the people of the country but the leaders all we seem to be able to come through without any problems so I don't know how effective they are and I do not see Rohani sitting down and cutting a peace deal with Donald Trump so I like K. T. McFarland but I think she lives in that diplomatic world where everybody is pretending that they're friends with each other eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Dennis thank you for waiting welcome hi you're on the times all of which are I thank you very taking my call you better I was just I was just curious on what are these other countries doing that walk ins on the plane that came down I know there was no US depends on it right so Canada has sixty three sixty three yeah yeah yeah I rarely had a lot of people on there but they've already demonstrated they don't care about killing their own people I believe there was a couple of less but what are the reactions of these other countries that have you heard anything because I really haven't heard anything we had we had the Justin Trudeau come to the microphones yesterday and had a firmly worded statement that's it but you know every retaliation or nothing like that so far I know that that we're we're coming after you know that that sort of thing we're very very upset about all of this at the trade center it was your typical no government statement that's all do you think okay well if it's all they did shoot it down it was active at all but no they will do anything no and and what they're going to do is I I pointed out that we words in my stack of stuff here we shot down an Iranian Blaine passenger plane in nineteen eighty eight the US navy to it was it was a mistake I do remember that yeah and and we wrote a check for sixty one million dollars which in nineteen eighty eight when you divide it by the number of people that were on the plane was two hundred and some thousand dollars per person that was it so I would expect that is precedence for what the Iranians will write a check to Canada that and the other countries where they had people on board it's it's not what we're not these things happen believe it or not I mean it's it's not often I I got a New York times article from October second two thousand twelve and they're talking about the Iranian military was so apprehensive about the threat of an Israeli air strike on its nuclear installations in two thousand seven and two thousand eight that they mistakenly fired on civilian airliners and on one of its own military aircraft so they were surface to air missiles anti aircraft batteries and two thousand seven Israeli aircraft bombed the nuclear reactor following year I mean there they were they were going to add it so in two thousand seven they fired a horrible M. one surface to air missile at a civilian airliner may of two thousand eight they fired on Iranian reconnaissance drone and a civilian airliner and that same month they also fired on a rainy and F. fourteen fighter jet years later possible they could have intentionally shot down you may be drawn from other countries into a war to help their economy I doubt it I think they were scared I think good general McCaffrey had a right they certainly turned off their radar so that we wind you know if they had their radar on then we can fire in destroy their radar sites so he turned to rain are often you got some battery commander out there seen a plane going by he's nervous they fired off a bunch of missiles and he goes oh my gosh this is got to be the American's let's shoot it and it was not an American plane so they but they've done this before yes they have I appreciate you taking my call yeah no it's is there a date that they're pretty trigger happy with missiles over there if they're if they're nervous so I don't think they did it on purpose I don't think they were drawn anybody in we'll never know but I think it was I thank you that they're not very good at that doing this only put it that way they have a they have a history being trigger happy with their missiles but Dennis I appreciate the call eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred yeah there were other planes that were taken off there were between midnight and six AM there were ten other aircraft that left the Tehran airport not many most airports between midnight and six AM there's not a lot of people don't like to take flights three of the morning but this was one of those early morning flight six o'clock in the morning and Ukraine airlines to two key and but there are already been ten in the previous six hours and they did not get shot down I I think whoever was in those planes probably is thanking their lucky stars today about that so we've got I wanna get to jobs here in a minute but I also want to bring out the fact that Nancy Pelosi looks like she is the loser she is now going to turn over the impeachment articles this morning she was saying when I'm ready and by the time the show started she was the reports are that she sending them over next week so.

"Guy radio show my name is Tom Sullivan so we've got this great deal and it's the end of the week it's a Friday there's the question will be you know what about the mark and so this thing broke yesterday and nobody has the details all we knew was that there was a deal that had been actually a reached in both Washington and Beijing were saying yes we didn't have any details but the market on that news went up three hundred points what if finished up what was it two hundred and something yesterday so this more I said last night I said be careful because many times on Wall Street you buy on the rumor sell on the news old old old axiom on Wall Street so this morning market takes off the doubt yes and be the nasdaq all it new record highs and we finished with record highs but we we were up just tiny little gains today so I part of it is that we don't know all the details part of it is like I just the disclosed to you the Chinese I don't know how they're going to meet their end of the bargain that just I think they have promised more than they can deliver the fact that they're still two hundred and some billion dollars worth of goods at twenty five percent terror Saddam and so the trade uncertainty and the trade going back and forth with tweets or whatever it's going to be is still going to be upset in the market the president will come out with some tweet that will get the market excited that you'll come out with another tweet that will dump the market and so it's still is still a lot of uncertainty going forward and there's even uncertainty president says the pace to won't be dealt with until after the election and light Heiser told reporters today now we're going to start them in due course but will definitely be before before the election so they're not even in agreement a mom his own people so I and again I look at it I go Hey farmers I don't know how you're going to do this I don't know how you're going to do this but somehow you're gonna have to ramp up production yeah I don't know if you are willing to spend a lot of money to ramp up production when everything with China is not settled end Brazil isn't just gonna of boulder ten go away they have seen their business increased dramatically and they're not just going to go away so you know they're going to try and undercut the U. S. prices so China is going to be going all my gosh what now what we do we told him we were gonna buy all these products but now we got better prices from Brazil than we do from the US so we're not stupid so I think there's a lot of people are looking at this thing and going seems like it's a political agreement to try and make it look like there isn't a trade well tried war anymore and I look at it not go bono they're still absolutely there's a a trade war out there no question about it so then you get into this again face to and we're getting more reporting out saying they're going to start this is this is from the I'm sorry from the president's tweet he said you heard a we played the tape he said no we won't do phase two until after the election but he sent out a tweet this morning at ten twenty five AM said the penalty terror of set for December fifteenth will not be charged because of the fact that we made the deal we will begin negotiations on the face to deal a media Lee rather than waiting until after the twenty twenty election can you play that cut again cut twenty are cut nineteen the seat listen listen to what he says to phenomenal deal the the cavs will largely remains a forty five percent in two hundred and fifty billion dollars I will use them for future negotiations on the face to deal we're going to wait till after the election.

"All the time with Tom Sullivan time, it is we have our hands full with all kinds of breaking story. So Amazon basically told a New York City to stop it and just a few moments ago. We got a headline that Mitch McConnell says that the president has told him. He was speaking from the President Trump will sign the spending Bill, but also indicated that he will be issuing a national emergency declaration. Quoting mcconnell. I've just had an opportunity to speak with President Trump. And he would I would say to all my colleagues has indicated he's prepared to sign the Bill. He will also be issuing a national Burji declaration at the same time. And I've indicated to him I'm going to prepare. I'm going to support the national emergency declaration. So for all of my colleagues, the president will sign the Bill will be voting on it shortly. So right now, the Senate is voting. There's two votes in the queue. Says Chad pergram said I vote is to end the debate on the spending Bill need sixty. And if they get the sixty then the next vote is on the actual spending Bill and that should start right about now. And I'm looking at a camera. On the it's really interesting to floor the Senate. So they got one hundred desks right in the Senate and probably. Oh, it's interesting. On the Republican side. Almost all of the desk have a big stack of paper sitting there. It looks like just guessing from this vantage point that it's one thousand one hundred ninety five pages on each task. In other words, there's the Bill on the democrat side almost all the desks. Don't have the papers on the Bill, which I presume means that they are. They took the the the Bill and ran off to wherever they run off to to read through the thing. Try to read through one thousand one hundred pages. So here we go again, this isn't just a border Bill. This is the spending Bill the omnibus spending Bill for the entire government through the end of the fiscal year September thirtieth two thousand nineteen. So it's a big deal. And as a result, it's a monstrosity. But once again here, we are at the last minute throwing one thousand one hundred and ninety five page monstrosity on the desk of all members of the house and the Senate, and we're expecting them to know, what's in it. So I saw congressman earlier today. John Gary Mindy was being asked. Hey, have you read the Bill, and he goes, no? He was honest. He there's no he's says, I mean people are digging through it fast gamblers, no way, you can go through. And and you know, as well as I do that those characters in Washington are stuffing all kinds of goodies in this Bill. So Tom grades is a Republican from Georgia says all he got was an hour to review one copy of the Bill. And he says that makes him a no he's not going to vote on something that he doesn't know. But he apparently is in the minority. Nobody's happy. But that doesn't make any difference. They don't know what they're going to be voting on. But they're going to vote on this monstrous Bill for spending for the entire United States government for the rest of the fiscal year. Who's this? This is Rebecca Kaplan says nine hundred plus million for enhanced inspections at ports of entry new technology, opioid detection and customs officers. Funding for a new coastguard polar security cutter. It's a nice cutter up in they use up the North Pole. One point nine percent pay raise for federal civilian workers. One point three seven five billion fifty five miles of boulevard fencing along the southern border and the real grand valley of Texas now for those of you that are fence experts. Help me out here because I saw this this term boulevard fencing. No idea. What boulevard Bullard Vinci's toy looked up Bullard fencing, and it appears to be were you see these around office buildings where they don't want some wacky terrorist driver being able to jump the sidewalk and mowed down people. So they're they're they're auto barriers spaced wide enough for the people can easily walk between them, but narrow enough to where you can't drive car or truck through them, and they're very strong. So this means that people will still be able to walk through. They got money for forty thousand ice detention beds. That's nine thousand less than what is currently there..

"Prime time all the time with Tom Sullivan. Federal judge ruled this morning that no, no, no, no, no. You cannot ask that question on the census about are you where are you a citizen? It's used to re to redraw house district determined number of house seats, each state has also used to divvy up federal funding, which is big Jacobson's me a tweet. At Sullivan radio says, I think the citizens questioned by have to do with the housing electoral college. You're right if they can work out some way to not only to only count citizens. They would be able to move seats to more red states. Maybe so see Molson says the last time I got a census form that were several pages. I only answered one question how many people live at this residence, I refuse to answer everything else. Yeah. Was that the last one I think it or the one before either the? Two thousand ten or the two thousand census they started going. What time do you leave for work? How long do you work? How many hours? Got really in the nosy stuff. And I said forget it. I'm not answering that. Eight five five two nine five sixty six hundred Bob in towel spell, Montana. Hello, bob. Hey, how you doing? I'm doing great. What are you thinking? Well, I'm thinking that's the question questions. Fine. L? Let's just ask if they're here legally, you know. Something like that. It'd be more to the point. I think you know, if you wanna know if someone's a US citizen, then you're asking the question, you get boring in the chancellor miles or do you live in the where milestone? Or possession possession serve you live on face. It doesn't ask you. If you live in many of the several states. Well, they've got your address they know where you live. They wanna know. Why don't they address your name? Then. I think they do. No. One. I can't remember I can't remember. But I mean, it used to be and I think the whole idea was when data wasn't so critical was they said how many people live in your house? We question the rest, not right, right? So they're they're basically county noses, and they say, okay. View and four other people are you United States citizen. If you're asking the question, are you in the United States you live in one of the fifty several states, you're not? United States is the corporation. It is. Yes. It is. Thought it was a government. Yes, sir. Okay. I did not know. And I still don't know that the United States government is a corporation. It's a federal corporation on.
