been on the campaign trail with mayor Bloomberg all week can he get over his stop and frisk policy from New York and win over African American voters in South Carolina but more importantly perhaps in super Tuesday states in early March I was really stunned to see the number of African American supporters that showed up at his events this week as we were with him in Tennessee and North Carolina even in the wake of these tapes coming out and I asked them you know it is this something that bothers you and they largely said no I think there is there is an element that similar to Joe Biden where people feel like they know Mike Bloomberg because he's been on the stage for so long they say things like I know where his heart is but look there is Mike Bloomberg is a double edged sword in a couple ways the same elements that make him appealing as a former Republican because he seems like he might be able to peel off some trump boater center right Republicans make him anathema to the part of that democratic base that wants a progressive firebrand to push their costs and the same part of him that is sort of a a technocrat data driven let statistics inform your policy makes him appealing and and successful as a businessman and mayor also means that he says said a lot of things in his career that may be numerically accurate but are also very off color and and really run people long long way and may bloomers not the only one facing challenges with African American voters may have put a judge still faces questions about his policing record in south bend insanely senator any club which are on the rise from New Hampshire faced facing some scrutiny ever prosecutorial record yeah look I won New Hampshire are very different states from Nevada and the Carolinas in white very different from the states that will dominate on super Tuesday as well and for all the support we're seeing nationally like you look at the African American vote in particular right and no democratic nominee has won the nomination without winning the majority of that but it just doesn't happen everyone has been looking at former vice president Joe Biden but when you are a whole mess image is electability and you come in fourth and fifth in the early contests you start to lose ground we're seeing that already in South Carolina who's benefited from that so far in South Carolina Tom Stiers picking up some of those voters the Bloomberg is not conceding a lot of money on TV spending a lot of money he's messaging and all the right ways he's picking up on the people who are picking up on their own doubts about about Biden but nationally in the same national polls we've seen where Biden support among African Americans has been dropping Bloomberg has been stepping in to pick up some of those votes so it's still a very fluid race I was done and I was down in South Carolina last weekend I running story about Joe Biden there is giving certainly sees it as a far well it's a place where he has to turn around has to bring Afghanistan voters out I'm a lot of folks a mistake thank you still can I talk to Jim Clyburn this week because most prominent Democrat a mistake he says if you like himself today Biden when did you go to the polls a mistake by can still has a lead he has not endorsed with Steve Benjamin the mayor of Columbia of the capital there said to me if your heart given select ability if you're coming in third fourth and fifth in the state photos of a start taking other look to different people he has a he has a foreman and stuff you want out of black pastors and state legislators and others who were with him right now the question is if they see momentum fading what do they do it what about Bernie Sanders the Vermont senator he won New Hampshire Kenny stitch together a coalition especially as senator Elizabeth Warren struggles on the left well if you want to enter any near you very nearly one Iowa he won the popular vote in Iowa and so from his perspective he ought to be the overwhelming front runner considered that way and use it if you win the first two states you ought to be on a glide path to the nomination however I I think you there's a lot of caveats around that from visit the so called democratic establishment right is there gonna just I was when I was a lovely there is absolutely there is and and they are fearful that Bernie Sanders candidacy would not be electable and and that's on the minds of a lot of democratic voters as well that's why people are flocking to favor judging Amy clover charm my bluebird because they so desperately just want to be trump they're willing to forgive almost anything else no that's not true of every democratic voter but it's true of a lot of the non Bernie supporters and so they this faction of the Democratic Party the sort of mainstream of the Democratic Party is saying you know just because he's able to win in a fractured field with twenty five percent of the vote does not show that he can be the standard bearer for the whole party that he can broaden his appeal versus being just a factional candidates what's going to be his challenge going for to see if you can consolidate more the party around Josh I remember when I first met shoes at Pete booted judges campaign announcement south in Indiana a year ago you've been covering his campaign closely as well as a narrow second place finish in New Hampshire how is he capitalizing as he looks not only South Carolina Nevada but super Tuesday well he started to really ramp up his operations in other parts of the country he's says that he now is going to have staff in every state that is competing on super Tuesday what's the message though the message is that he is a coalition builder someone that can bring people together and that is some of these other candidates start to drop out in the field windows that he will start to consolidate some of that support from these other moderate candidates but one of the things that we've heard over and over again from voters the cycles were talking to them around the country is that you know in Washington we talk about sort of the progressive lane in the moderate lane and they're not thinking of it that way you talk to Bernie supporters who say you know my second choice is that people are judging talk to Warren supporters you say my second choice is Joe Biden and so it's difficult to predict how that's all going to play out as the field continues to get smaller senator clover char you've seen minority candidates struggle in twenty twenty in this democratic race female candidates have had a rough time with senator clover jar suddenly comes almost out of no where in finishes a strong third in New Hampshire Kenshi capitalize on that quickly enough to actually make a dent in this race and and be a contender you know we've seen her kind of step up to seize the moment in her own words there she sees that they have momentum she things are messages starting to resonate with what is that message right now it's that message of this is what makes sense to me that you know you don't have to go all the way to the left to go over this with a super progressive candidate you've got to have someone who can speak to some of these parts of America that voted for Obama NO eight and twelve and then went to trump in sixteen you had a midwesterner come into New Hampshire and do surprisingly well and that is a very strong message for her whether or not it carries her for we don't know she's not pulling as well as some of the others and about and South Carolina but she's got momentum on our side and that's at this point in the race that

The state of the Democratic primary race

"With the New Hampshire primary in the rear view mirror the democratic contest for the presidential nomination shifts west and south with Nevada being the next day to vote followed by South Carolina he can be the senior editor for politics and government Scot Shafer is here to talk about the state of the race and California is a role in it hi Scott Hey Nina so New Hampshire often clarifies the front runners but to what extent if that happened last night Bernie Sanders well it did clarify things but not as much as I would say is it does usually so yes Bernie Sanders people to judge clearly the top tier they're now essentially tied coming out of Iowa and New Hampshire in delegates it really put of course former vice president Joe Biden came in fifth he's really on the ropes and was with war and kind of a surprise her neighboring state she's from Massachusetts she came in fourth place behind Amy club which are so her campaign is a little bit on red alert I would save and it it definitely New Hampshire gave a new life to Amy club which are and we did see three candidates drop out and Yang senator Bennett for Michael Bennett from Colorado and of all Patrick the former governor of Massachusetts I'm not sure many people knew that they were even running but they are now out so in that sense it does narrow the field at the criticism of both Iowa and New Hampshire having so much influence in the races that they're overwhelmingly white the next few contests will be in more racially diverse state Scott so what does that mean for the various candidates well it means a lot I mean Bernie Sanders he is you know really the front runner right now he does quite well with Latinos he does reasonably well with African Americans but he's the only one in that top three from last night they can say that both booted judging Amy club which are of really really struggle to get any traction at all with African Americans and Latinos so now moving into these more diverse states they really got their work cut out for them Biden he's been really held up by African American voters but the question now is with you know two very weak for initiatives in the first two contests are they gonna stick with him or they gonna look at other candidates and if so you know who does that benefit Tom Stiers is kind of making a move in South Carolina he's been spending a lot of money there on the air waves and he's doing reasonably well with African Americans and then of course you've got waiting in the wings Mike Bloomberg who is also spending a lot of money not in the first four contests become super Tuesday he's gonna be a big player there as well well what do the results of New Hampshire and Iowa mean for the importance of California's March third primary well California has been like pining for relevance and I think finally this year we're going to have it I mean just to give you some context California has four hundred and ninety four delegates to up for grabs that is compared to New Hampshire which had twenty four to twenty times more delegates just here in California we're part of super Tuesday which includes states like Texas Virginia Colorado and Bernie Sanders is really well positioned here he's got a lot of union support he's got a great field operation he's got a lot of money but you also have Michael Bloomberg really poise for the first time on super Tuesday to make a splash he's spending tons of money on television he's got field offices and not just the usual places like Los Angeles and San Francisco but also stocked in Fresno riverside so he could be a factor as well you know California is now have fifteen million ballots that have been mailed out to them and the question is are they going to mail them in soon or are they going to kind of sit on them and wait and see who's left they don't wanna you know voters never want to vote for somebody who's dropped out of the race so you know they think California's really want to have their voice heard this time

"A nomination and Tom Stiers going negative on the air and raising what may be the real test for both front runners after New Hampshire when less you can appeal to the diverse parts of the Democratic Party including specifically the black community including specifically Latinos if you can't do that then we can't beat Donald Trump and joining me now is the former mayor of south bend Indiana democratic presidential candidate welcome back to meet the press two weeks in a row last week the cash price a lot of people by a virtual tie in Iowa given that we still don't have a hundred percent whatever is coming at you now you're looking at your record in south bend concerned that no matter what the history of the Democratic Party is this is a different time Donald Trump is a different candidates and there is a lot of concern that that you won't be able to beat him how do you alleviate this concern all the way to be Donald Trump is certainly not to rely on the familiar playbook and it's also in my view not to say that we need either revolutionary must be for the status quo the reason my campaign was so effective especially in places that supported Barack Obama and then to Donald Trump in the caucuses is that we are reaching out to everybody putting together a majority that is prepared not only to stand up for replacing this president unified and what we're against but even more so unified on what were for the need for economic in power but the need for higher wages they need to support workers need for health care dealing with climate change in gun violence there's a powerful American majority right now ready not only to win but to govern and my campaign is about how to galvanize and not polarized that majority that's how we're gonna be Donald Trump we played another clip from this digital attack ad from the Biden campaign here this Joe Biden to read the passage of the affordable Care which give healthcare to twenty million people and when our doors called on people to judge he installed decorative lights under bridges giving citizens of south bend colorfully illuminated rivers there's a lot of subtext in this sad that in various ways I think the biggest simply is can your south bend record withstand the scrutiny that's going to calm you you've painted a very positive picture but when you start peeling back some of the layers here the there is some questionable things on your record particularly entered on dealing with the aftermath of commitment well our.

"Is a debate night this time Tom Stiers Elizabeth Warren Joe Biden Bernie Sanders booted judge be boot edge edge boot edge edge and Amy Klobuchar are going to be the debate contestants now this of course is the diversity party but Lisa far as race is concerned there doesn't appear to be a whole lot of diversity and the chair of the DNC Tom Perez who is Hispanic to speak Spanish today Hey if you want to call and complain complain to the voters they're the ones who didn't warm up to calmly here is not very they're the ones who have an informed up to Cory Booker who dropped out today that's not me we have the rules voters in one now think about this is the chair of the DNC actually saying the voters voted based upon the perception of the character of the people as opposed to the color of their skin is that what he's suggesting the left wing democratic voters who have been beaten by people like Cory Booker said we're soon going to be spiraling towards the debate stage with only white contestants spiraling now stay with me here the reason Donald Trump one is because Donald Trump was sending a dog whistle to the racist white voters who were concerned about a country that is increasingly becoming a country of people of color right then how do you explain why these Democrat voters in these democratic caucuses and democratic primary states for whatever reason have not warmed up to Cory Booker and two comma Heris yesterday one of the pundits said well the reason for this is because you know I would just have a whole lot of people that look like people look out where is then how do you explain the fact that I don't know Barack Obama took Iowa in two thousand eight last I checked president Obama was a person of color I think the last point.

Tom Steyer polling at 2nd place in South Carolina, qualifies for DNC debate this month

"Meanwhile what's going right for Tom Stiers the California billionaire and presidential candidate will be on the debate stage tomorrow because of his unusually high poll numbers his polling jumped in two key early primary states last week a fox news poll showed him at fifteen percent in South Carolina that puts him second behind only Joe Biden and he's tied for third with Elizabeth Warren in Nevada at twelve percent it'll bump joins me now his national correspondent for The Washington Post any right about how Stiers shaping the twenty twenty election hello hello well before we get a star let's just talk about Booker what happened with him essentially what happened with him is that he was never able to get real traction his campaign and there are a lot of reasons that's probably the case one of course being that the field is so big another being that there are other candidates who shared his his sort of broadly moderate space in the field who were able to get more traction people like judge from Indiana were really able to get to eat into that space and sort of present themselves as new in a way that that Booker had trouble doing you his is the story of a lot of these cameras which is that it it's hard to get in front of orders nationally and brokerages was able to do it right and he certainly complain that one of the reasons he couldn't get enough facetime nationally was the DMC the debate rules that the DNC put forward he criticized the rule saying that billionaire candidates like Styrum Bloomberg can really game the system because they can put so much advertising on TV and really attracts people in in Paul's does he have a point there is he's got extremely good point in that the DNC rules were created specifically to trying well we know down the field but by doing so what the DNC ended up doing an advert only was rewarding people who were able to make a very strategic massive investments in certain places I and punish those who weren't so well Booker did have a national a profile as a senator from the from the state New Jersey he was not able to for example spend the kind of money that one could to either influence individual polls or get his name out and ends and get a lot of small donors to give to his campaign and that limit is is rich well speaking of let's hear a clip of tape from CNN yesterday where Jake tapper is specifically asking Tom Stiers about spending money for poll numbers ninety one percent of television ad spending in South Carolina is from you ninety seven percent of television ad spending in Nevada is from you do you not think that it's your millions and the flood of advertising in those states that that's why you did well in the polls and are now on the debate stage Jake if you'll read today's Washington post there's a story about this and what it details is what's actually going on on the ground I've been to South Carolina multiple times we have eighty two organizers on the ground in South Carolina I match your grass roots person I've been there there's someone who didn't endorse me who's a politician in South Carolina who said expire came down here he rolled up his sleeves he went out he listen to people he sat across the table he work okay so feel of what's the truth there is it's the money buying the polls or is he actually doing the work to get the support I mean a I think it sort of gives the game way himself when he says he has eighty eighty however many organizes on the ground as organizes aren't working for free and you can you know Cory Booker didn't everyday organizes on ground is gonna forty eighty organizer's on the ground right I mean did tappers numbers about that TV spending or write us tire is dominated in South Carolina and Nevada television spots in the reason he's done so is very simple the democratic rule said you need to be at a certain percentage of support in the early state polls in the waste tires I'd do that was poor bunch of money in the states that so far other came it's like Joe Biden Bernie Sanders aren't spending money in because they're further down the line right but Snyder has the money he just sort of put a bunch of money into the states in advertising there he can put a bunch of staff in those states push up his numbers in those states and hit the mark he needs in order to make the debate stage but will that translate into votes when it comes down to it when it comes to Iowa to New Hampshire and then later to South Carolina and Nevada so far it hasn't seemed as though it's going to work I mean one of the things he's clearly trying to do is get on the debate stage but after his debate performances it's not as though he suddenly shoots up in the polls he still only about two percent nationally debates are obviously something that should be reflected in national poll numbers because there are national events of people tune into I think one of the things we're going to see is after Iowa New Hampshire we will see whoever does better in those states start to see more support in the next two states down the line though as being South Carolina and Nevada and I think that'll start to flood out some of the attention it's Dyer has bought for himself and it's certainly possible to maybe Stiers all out of the blue find today big appeal from Democrats nationally so far though even though he's managed to get on the debate stage he hasn't been able to make a case the really persuades lot national Democrats to support even though he was early on the impeachment wagon he took out ads along time ago basically calling for Donald trump's impeachment is that not translating into support in the Democratic Party now aids late hasn't so far I mean I think that there certainly was an aspect of that that was that was viewed by a least among political observers as being someone self serving was pretty clear that he was using impeachment of sort of get his name out there I that said even though he has your right for months you know well over a year and sort of blanketing the airwaves with his own image and this call for impeachment again he's a two percent nationally in the polls and that too if that we're going to have an effect would be reflected in those national poll numbers so he'll be on the debate stage tomorrow but Michael Bloomberg will not and why is that because he certainly has been blanketing the airwaves with ads right but in different places Bloomberg has made a conscious decision not to take contributions from people and that has meant that he's it's impossible for him to meet to debate standards which require a certain number of contributions from people around the country and as such will Bloomberg Astana's he's were largely issued the first several states that are gonna be voting and really focused on super Tuesday the first Tuesday March when a bunch of large states on a lot of states including California and Texas go to the polls so Bloomberg spent a lot of money on ads but he spent it in those other early states he hasn't spent a lot in South Carolina or Nevada and if you look at the rationale behind that it makes some sense there are a lot more delegates at stake in that first Tuesday March then it will be in any of the four states that come up before then so do you see Starfire as this campaign goes forward into super Tuesday DEC Stiers star waning and Bloomberg's taking off one I'm not even sure that the star has much of a start of Wayne and it certainly did well in this fox news poll on some other polls that that have been doing moderately okay but he's not doing very well as a candid Bloomberg being a part of lunch money in the race he's not doing particularly well either but I think the Bloomberg strategy is designed to pay off later in the cycle then is tires I animal I mean star has enough money to stay in and told the general election if you want to do which is something the Bloomberg says he's going to do is actually so I don't see our missile dropping out anytime soon just question how much money he wants the perk right so it ends worth noting that he's rich but he's not Bloomberg rich right it's like one point six billion verses fifty four billion yeah as Michael Bloomberg will point out very few people are Michael Bloomberg rich right well what does this say to you when you take a step back and look at the whole big picture of money in politics what is this a two year does money translated into votes can you say about this early well I mean obviously when we're talking about these poll numbers were not necessarily talking about votes I'll be interested to see if Stiers decent position and some is always winning states were pointed out to buy his winning in both those states right now it's gonna be interesting to see if it does translate that certainly has in the past in the case that people have been able to pour a lot of money into campaigns and do better than you might have expected but again that doesn't always hold driver Jeb bush in twenty sixteen add you know nine figures that he was gonna spend both directly and have people spend on his behalf needed terribly in the presidential primaries so so it's not a one to one correlation but it's clearly the case that we are right now talking about Tom star and Mike Bloomberg while we are at the same time watching established US centers like Cory Booker and Kirsten Gillibrand standing on the sidelines after having announcer campuses money definitely does by you the ability to stick around as long as you want

"You for getting what you. cancel took a lot of flak for that exchange he was called mean hearted and all those kinds of things but it's for who was right and who was wrong during that exchange looks ABC chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl looks back at the transcript and it looks to me like holy in Castro was just flatly wrong the question was whether or not somebody would have to buy into Medicare under his plan if they couldn't afford overwrought they will be automatically be enrolled and here's what Biden said less than two minutes earlier you'll be able to buy in anyone who can't afford gets automatically enrolled in the Medicare talk option so not only only is who in Castro wrong is a bad listener was two minutes earlier so who who's fuller who here yeah you know this wasn't wills debates and you said it big three. all the other candidates were trying to get their moments and there's a lot of different ways in including this Andrew Andrew Yang idea thrown thousand Donnie baby under twenty grand so all these families thousand dollars a month for twelve months is that random because I'll take the money and I'll donate it but what is that about what what is it seems gimmicky to me what is the what's the point of this there was a lot we talked about that this morning any club which are also had a few kind of one liner platitude lines but it did seem that way of people on the corners we're trying to get their moment in the spotlight have them at least be remembered for something I mean I think the Democrats would best be served and I'm not a Democrat but the if you're gonna have a big three let's have the big three go at it for the next round of the bass sounds like that's not gonna be the case the Tom Stiers of the world and a couple other candidates are trying to get on the stage could we have a reversal and go back to two nights I don't I have no idea or maybe both debates both panels. one after another on the same I don't know but they've got to start figure this stuff out I have a lot of thought to debate it's gonna lead off my for ten later but this is one of those moments where as a country were watching this and we got people talking about him enough free stuff I heard some more free stuff. proclamations last night's I got Liz warns list is long for the freeze free daycare. free tuition free health care free whatever free you know absolving of your student loan debt at some point there's a price tag that can never be maintained or mats and that seem like when I was here last night Joe Biden's the leading candidate in this race has been since day one he had his momma started out strong didn't finish strong was a little weak at the end but when you have that many candidates going after you're always going to have some moments of stumbling. you know what I'll say this to the holy in Castro's the clover shires the end Andrew gangs he's a guy there for a reason he actually did the job of vice presidents he's not talking about doing the job he actually did the job and that's the big difference I think the people forget and as we look to twenty twenty there is so much more of this store that has to be played out we haven't single vote cast yeah who knows what could happen I don't think anybody the beginning of the year twenty sixteen run about Donald Trump was going to be candid and let alone the president's but that's what we got so let's pump the brakes will digest a lot of the stop both of my panels today the Adam verses rough guys and the Friday foreman toggle debate in detail Giles a Paki coming up in the eleven o'clock hour democratic strategist judge David Brodsky on the Friday forum sponsored by network health will gets all this stuff but a big night last night I don't think anything changed well we'll get to it in greater detail on the big show today is Friday happy Friday everybody sixty nine degrees your radio city is your basement what's Jeez I hope not you're.

"Yesterday we announced that Derrick Swalwell of California was dropping out of the race for president of the United States on the democratic side and then we find out today must be some water would have to use the word billionaire these days and every story billionaire hedge fund manager Tom Stiers has announced his plans to run for president says he's going to spend at least one hundred million dollars on a White House run wow so one down and no one jumps and I think that's twenty four next democratic presidential debate he probably got in because he'd saw the last guy got I'm a billionaire after all the next democratic presidential debate is July thirtieth and thirty first in

"Well for all those were waiting billionaire tom stiers in the twenty twenty race he's a late entry in the democratic presidential primary contest even though the first one of those is until february he made a fortune in finance if you recognize the faces because he spent a fortune plastering the airwaves with his own commercials calling for impeachment for months now rather than donating the other democrats he figures he's now the best canada to be trump as for the democrats the math is simple to win the senate and a point their own majority leader they have to make winning the senate a priority absent that they try to defeat the current majority leader and indeed mitch mcconnell now has a challenger in a very every red state of kentucky he is being taken on back homebuyer marine retired fighter pilot lieutenant colonel amy mcgrath she announced today she intends to deny him seven stern

Billionaire Tom Steyer enters crowded 2020 Democratic presidential race

"San Francisco billionaire and activist Tom Stiers made it official today he's running for president it is video announcements tire called the system rigged by corporations and the politicians to do their bidding the former hedge fund manager who has pushed hard for Democrats to impeach president trump says he plans to spend a hundred million dollars on his election campaign NPR's political correspondent and former KQED Sacramento bureau chief Scott dentro joins us and Scott Tom's dire is familiar to us in the bay area but is he known nationally did his impeach trump ad campaign succeed in raising his profile you know one of the big themes of the last six months or so of covering this sprawling primary is that even the people who I think are well known who are very well known to political reporters and people who follow politics closely really aren't that well known to the country as a whole so I think he will have a lot of work to do especially getting in the race so late in getting in a point where it's extremely unlikely he will make the debate in a couple weeks so he won't have that moment to introduce himself to the nation on TV what times tired does have is the email addresses of the more than eight million people who signed his online petition to impeach trump right there that is a list that you can start contacting and start out trying to fundraise off of even though you know as he said he's not could be doing much fundraising himself but he's got a large network to immediately start talking to so you've talked with a lot of voters what's your sense of how they'll respond to yet another democratic presidential candidate to be honest I don't think there are many voters out there who are saying oh my gosh twenty four candidates wasn't enough we need one more and Eric Swalwell the bay area congressman earlier this week was actually the first candidate to get out of the race so looking about the issues that Tom Cyrus talking about I'm not seeing many issues where he has a policy your stance that is an already well represented in this field I think he's going to have to have a big challenge ahead of them to make that case as to what he can bring to the table that Elizabeth Warren Kamel harasser Bernie Sanders are Joe Biden or people to jazz or on a non aren't already talking about well the Steiner seem to be trying to position himself as this populist progressive candidate what did you make of his announcement today it was interesting to me that he really didn't talk about impeachment at all and that's the thing that he's been focused on for the last few years Tom's tire has been involved in democratic politics for a while when he said several pet causes over the years he was a big environmental activists before that talking a lot about climate change which he certainly talking about now is a presidential candidate I'm wondering if part of the reason that star got in the race is that he felt like his voice wasn't being hurt as much once he'd taken himself out of the race remember a few months ago early this year Tom star said I'm not going to run for president I'm going to focus on might need to impeach effort and since then he really wasn't making the headlines that you make when you're running for president so I'm wondering personally if that was part of the calculus here well he's already made headlines by saying that he plans to spend at least one hundred million dollars on his campaign how much do you think the front runners are paying attention to that I think that definitely get their attention we saw over the last week or so the fundraising totals from the front runners in the race and they are no where near that amount Joe Biden and Pete chads the south bend Indiana mayor both raised more than twenty million dollars and other than that the other leading candidates are all in the teens so a hundred million dollars certainly way more than that and that would buy sire the air time the staff that he would need to make up that lost ground of of sitting out the first six months of this race Scott dentro NPR political correspondent thanks for

"Nancy Pelosi house has a big wall around it. You know, dancy really really likes walls. It says around her mansion her home sits atop a twelve foot high wall. They keeps your well. Above the riffraff that are ultra-wealthy fellow millionaire neighbors, she does live in neighborhood like that. Been in is incredibly wealthy. But the picture it's a big beautiful three story Queen Anne home with wall around it. The only problem is it's not Nancy Pelosi's home. Oh, so just so, you know, don't don't spread that Tom stiers home. No. It is some wealthy person's home. EA herman. It looks like constructed in eighteen ninety four most expensive house on the market in two thousand thirteen sold for twenty four million in twenty fifteen but it's not Nancy house. Herman just, you know, an author EA Herman. I guess I'm just looking up here. I guess. Herman writes. But it it doesn't appear there. Actual house has a wall around it. Still that doesn't make any less hypocritical office have a door on it. Yes. It does our house. Her her house also does have walls, you know, that should be knocked down. I guess because walls are immoral. Right. Walls on your home. Jilin have a wall around her home, but our home is made of walls. And so I don't know why she needs that shouldn't everybody come into our house who wants to why can't everybody just enter her house? What are you afraid of people are you manufacturing, some sort of criminal element in your mind? Is that what you're doing? Great Nancy baby killer. Sorry. I'm where I'm trying to out. Yeah. It works. Triple eight nine hundred thirty three Ninety-three kind of a weird moment. At a jet blue kiosk in the airport, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood international airport. A female passenger just went nuts and somebody happened to have their course, as they always do somebody had their cell phone ready and started recording her I'm not sure what cetera off what airport is this again. It's Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport in Florida is that airport. They had a shooting at I think to gosh what happens what's in the water. So we do have the the airport meltdown or do. We do not gentlemen. Some of the passengers at the airport have been delayed for ten hours by a cancelled flight, but for airport staff said this woman in the video didn't have any kind of problem. Like that really weird. Do we have the parents not? Yeah. It got taken into the system and then vanished because that's the day. It is here. So you're going to tweet this out at pet unleash later and people are going to get to see this for themselves. And you're gonna love it on Twitter kind of love it. Gonna live it on the show. Seriously. One of those days. So we it's great. I everyone how you doing good day here at the place. So you just you know, you keep going just imagine the lady just yelling, you got it. All right. Yelling. And. The second version of the lady yelling and class over the counter at the ticketing. Now, you have in your head and I did. All right, good. Yeah. It's fun doing that sending stuff like that, man. That more often it was just talking about the Nancy Pelosi home that doesn't exist. There is a home that does exist and it's owned by major league baseball player Cole hamels. And is why this is so cool coal Hamel and his wife built this shoot a full mansion in Branson, Missouri on a lake, and it's I think one hundred acres of property, and it's almost a ten million dollar home and property, and they just gave it away to a Christian organization that takes care of disabled Christian kids, so cool. They just gave it to them. I mean, the barely moved into this place built it moved in. It's thirty two thousand square feet. And a hundred acres of property, and they donated it really cool Cole hamels of the Texas Rangers and his wife who I think was on survivor at one point. And so they just I guess just fell in love with this Christian organization and decided to to donate it, which is really pretty cool..

Haven't had a doughnut nomad Donna Friday of an eating healthier again, jumpstart on everything and do my revitalize. So I haven't had a doughnut a long time. I do like Donut though, I do. I do what's not to love about a Donut. Right. Like, nobody says donuts are evil. They're not evil. They're tasty. Protestant bagel. That's what I call three two three five three eight twenty four twenty three at Chadbensonshow is your Twitter. You can tweet at us. And I love the Nancy Pelosi things. She is just this whole thing is interesting, as you know, she's she's ready to roll can cut deals so going to do all these kinds of things there. You know? It is interesting to see because Nancy understands what she has to traverse here. Because this younger generation that's coming into progressives. That wanna push to impeach Trump to do everything they possibly can to push this kind of agenda. Nancy gets the flyover country. They don't care. They're living in Manhattan in Silicon Valley delivered in Seattle the living in LA there live, you know, they don't care about the flyover country Nancy gets the long term thing. That's she understands it. She'll be Nancy still she'll fight. She'll she'll let him in on some stuff, but they don't care. And I think the fight between not only the president and the Democrats, but the Democrats inside is going to be crazy. They're gonna go at it. And it's gonna be funny to watch this thing breakdown when it comes to Trump because already who is it producer building say somebody's already ready to introduce articles of impeachment. Yes. Some Representative from California shock are not Tom stiers. So the fight is going to be we've played a trailer earlier suspense trailer of we'll put them up on the Facebook.
