"Yeah you know. I love that you just said that because there are women who listen to this podcast and over who are in the community who may be feel 'cause i have conversations with them all the time maybe feel less than they used to or they compare themselves to a younger version of themselves and not only did you find a career and a passion something that really means something to you. I don't think you would be getting the response that you're getting if you're thirty two. It's because you've had life lessons it's because you've faced adversity. it's because you see beauty and health as a holistic approach and that you've lived it. I believe that people are connecting to you. Oh thank you yes. I now remember when i was studying this face. Yoga in japan. I was only thirty six or thirty seven. So i cannot wait until i hit. Forty people thought like thirty six. You're still young and also many people used to say. Oh you're asian you you don't get old but yes when i get fifty. That's when i think finally like okay. I'm not forties and now they're listening. Yeah yeah so it's it's good. I don't wanna be back to my twenty s. Because i didn't know much about life so true so true. So you mentioned your heritage. Do you find that the yoga methods that you teach the face. Yoga methods are universal across different skin types and backgrounds. Very much. so. I'm so so grateful for this technology because because of this i can share that message with people all over the world. We have thirty five teachers. I think at least one hundred fifty i stopped counting after one hundred fifty and also our members are from all over the world because of my background. I'm not native speaker and many of them are not and because i've seen so many cultural differences from mike cultural anthropology background that skin type and the lifestyle and language even the way you use your muscle facial muscles when you speak certain languages it changes the way you use national muscles and a very interesting. I talk about that too. So that people feel it's okay to be different and then still get the result because but has a face muscles it buddy movie the face muscles but you just need to not how you moving your facial muscles if you wanna get the result right and if you could teach one method that you use that is universal that everybody could benefit from. What would that be okay. So the first one is while there's two can i shut do thanks that yes the posture. It's so important. Poster poster poster. Because like i said if you're happy you have a certain posture and you need to have a line in. You need to sit nice and tolls stunned nice and tall because if you have rounded shoulder if you're looking down your brain sense that you're not happy so i say you know. Think about what you have a one. Line the top mobile hat and sent your forehead and then the bobi knows and then peak on your lips and then chin and wear kalibonso knee and sternum and the belly button and your head is resting on top abuse spine so having this posture and do the pauses. Even just having this foster walk around it makes you feel different. And then the polls we're going to do the polls so one polls i want to share with you is because many of us have the tightness in the neck area especially right now right so we are going to nicely tom gary and get rid of double chain so keep the posture which is or you and sit nice.

"People post that yet So i we are cutting running out of time. So i don't even wanna talk about the nhl the always gets to shit and the district. I'm sorry but i want to talk about you. We when you growing up were you. Did you have aspirations to be radio guy or did you wanna play sports or i mean what what brought you to way. You are now what you're doing now to be honest with you. Can i wanted to be a professional wrestler I had huge aspirations of being in the wwe. Unfortunately i loved somebody to talk me. Out of those dreams so my platform then became. I want to spread Follow your dreams. Whatever that may be wherever that may be. Follow your dreams. Do that thing that makes you happy. So i started to focus on that I fell in love with squirts. I felt like it was a release something to get me. Active me going into competition. That drove me And then somewhere along the line found acting on like this is something i really wanna do. I find like like. I can have a career in the acting business especially how closely connected to professional wrestling. Of course it being entertainment as well and then somewhere down. The line. Tom gary and He came and you do the same thing. I think he can be pretty good in radio talking about sports though. History pretty cool. We'll tell gary he still owes me a promo you. He was going to be doing a promo for this show and he never sent it to me. So i'm still waiting. I'm still holding my breath on that And so You you were you a big sports talk radio listener growing up or and do you do you get. Fam wfan is a syndicated up. Because i think it's one of the big still wanna biggest sports talk radio station. They're out to get that there. I'm not entirely screw. Molyneaux found youtube. And i finally. I find all my sports stuff up on youtube so i'm looking at espn. I take Undisputed fox network all that stuff. And i'm just listening to talk right. Yeah you know what i should have. I guess that because nobody actually listened to any real terrestrial radio anymore. Radio is all internet satellite. All that kind of stuff when i I think it was nineteen eighty six when wfan and there were no sports to are already all sports. Talk radio stations around and they were the first and they. They were trying that and everybody laughed at thought. Well that's a ridiculous idea who's gonna listen to sports talk on radio twenty four seven and then it was us every city had its own. What talk radio station and the fam was syndicated everywhere. And so now. Is there a lot of competition for that in the internet or podcasting world. Any of that kind of stuff Sports oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah. One hundred percent because everybody who watches sports And understands it and talk about it. Some degree Either podcasts or it's up on youtube and they're doing their own thing whether they're talking about a singular team or thing you're sport or they're talking about All-sports what what i'm trying to do Yeah i feel like a very competitive like everybody who even understand sports remotely walks to talk about it and wants to debate it. Like you've said it used to be very Ease your way to start a fight. And now it's become more of a friendly view. A lot of people are more interested in debating about sports. Gotcha Are you at all interested in the game You know the sports that. I consider sleep I mean i love golf but watching it on. tv. And i can watch it on tv in the middle of winter just because it looks warm but i. It's pretty boring golf golfing. Tennis are stuff. I could never really really get behind the you. Follow that stuff at all I follow golf Not as much as now used to. But i fall gulf Mediocre lee at that point I'm i'm sticking to the heavy team sports right now. i do follow tennessee. Well especially while there Are canadians doing very good In that field But yet a singular sports. I have my eye on Didn't to much to report on. But i'm definitely keeping track of them I enjoy playing i. I do playing them yeah. Golf is fun to play. It's definitely it's great to play especially on a summer day when you want to be out there nature it's great now I know where a work we're up on time here but couple more questions i have for you now. Being that you have an international audience up on sports like rugby and cricket we talk about and to a certain extent. I kinda go want my fans right in about so. They're very very interactive in the show. So if you wanna talk about percocet or rugby You just send us an email in and you know. Malcolm will be on his Due diligence doing research and getting that information. I don't know anything about those games. They bring this up because one of my sponsors mybookie dot com. I read this copy all the time. What's k b o rugby and cricket and i. It took me forever to figure out. What k b o was like. What what is it like boxing. We're to see what the hell k b o and. Somebody enlightened me. Korean baseball organization. Now again i. I guess when major league baseball was was a little slow at the beginning of what the covert stuff People returning to korean baseball organization. Did you follow any of that. I follow the information. I didn't watch any of the games particularly during the whole covid stuff it was. It was real taxing on because we were trying to figure out ways to keep the show going especially while sports were happening so At the time we weren't really watching anything along those lines because everybody was really focused on what happening in the nba. What's happening in the national football. What's going to transpire. What major league baseball before. Big one is what everybody concerned. I prioritize the ones that make the big money so like stuff like and you know what. I don't to say that. These other sports because i was going to ask you about extreme sports and do they have a future and The entertainment part of sports. You know the big mass mass appeal. Do you think any of those extreme sports will ever like match hobbies. Football's a long way to go. But anyway based baseball with the imagine of with the amount of attention and all that kind of stuff. No i don't and them being able to to catch any of the four major sports. I feel like it to be honest with you. It's really a sport of pary Basketball based on the phone. Really hold the hold over the the sporting world soccer of course is big in in europe and overrun on on that. Tired of the world but It's starting to make its way over here. People who love soccer but a lot of people feel isn't mary. It's the most controversial sport in the world due to the fact that everybody thinks it's ranked So that becomes a little tricky. But i think the big four are pretty well established as being the big four picture. Everybody takes his rig. Is that being told. Everyone thinks the talker is rigged. And i'm like i i i turn my head. It would be really surprising to me. Only based on the amount of tempers. I see from the guys who are willing to like kill each other Over over the way things go on to feel the athletes fighting with these. Be hard for me to believe that it was rigged. But i don't follow that sport much either. I did one you know we had kids. You know the kids were playing soccer and all that but as professional soccer. I've never followed it. All and the only thing i know is dumb. Repeats highlight films where the guy just yelling goal forever So yeah but i do. Think you know millennials A big on extreme sports. But i don't think it will ever have the tv kind of or attention or earnings at stuff now. The one thing. I have to say you. You mentioned the big three Being a a candidate and not putting hockey in in there You must be walked. The streets a little nervously. A candidate not not giving a hockey the kind of respect that.

"But if Tanakh is out there in a four run game at eighty seven pitches, you probably don't pull him but no matter what it seemed like the last couple of years the Yankees would pull their starter at at that point right but in. But in a one run games, sometimes you gotta pull him. Sometimes, it just doesn't work out sometimes. Given release for situations lead and it doesn't give a baseball situation in a in a particular matchup. Okay. I'm fine with that that that's that's that's kind bucking what we're talking about as far as that's the exception. For overall strategy is you know that they would pull him that's the strategy. If a given situation called for something else and though and everything lined up beautifully, and you know it was it was the ideal scenario they would keep him in but that just didn't happen very often. So you said a a switch was flipped and it was kind of flipped when afoot to me a switches flip on and off like a circuit on and off. To me this was like a dial you know the digger at twenty, five percent up to like fifty per they. They turn the novel a little bit so that strategy was tweaked. Yeah, I think they probably the the nerd department probably had a formula that said on when each pitcher reaches this number of innings under their belt than you can start turning the KNOB and extra five percent ten percent seriously I think I think that the KNOB was. The KNOB was guarded by NERD. Someone else. Give a backhand to the nerds flap the nerd across the room and turn the dial. That's what I think. Okay Well Adami way turning the dial I. that's I think Phil Nevin walked into the walked into the room. Busted some people up and turn the damn now dial that's what I think. I think that with the nerd see Phil Nevin coming into the room ready to give them wedgies. They all have a panic attack and it's like someone press someone presses a red button and it just locks down the room. So Phil Nevin can't kick the door down just give swirlies to all the nerds. Phil Neville. Nightmare yes. Yes That's how the got turned in my in my mind. I on the offense I, it was. It was a little frustrating that the Yankees scored all those runs and then went to fenway and seem seem to forget how to hit for that Friday night game but they did come back Gary Sanchez I test versus nerd tests will be about Gary Sanchez Yeah we need to talk about him. You WanNa do I versus tests right now, we can talk about Gary Sanchez. The nervous back in and or. Have Bruce Confidence from Phil Nevin. Let's talk about them. So we would. You agree that Gary Inches looks a lot better at the plate recently. Yes, I will agree. So he had a huge night Friday night. He had the double in the seventh inning to get them close, and then he had the game tying home run in the ninth inning missile over over the green monster to tie the game. Probably the the most the biggest hits of his season I guess you could say the Grand Slam off of the mets and extra innings. But as you so aptly pointed out, he got three batting practice fastballs and finally connected on right That was hit. So his stats, the the NERD test back it up Gary Sanchez looks a lot better at the plate. So gimme a second to go through some of these numbers from the start of the season in July through September seventh I know I'm just picking an arbitrary date but through September seventh yet one, hundred, fourteen plate appearances cleared thirteen hits. To thirteen hits. How many walk in that time? Yeah. I mean he had a nine point, six percent walk rate, which has a walk rate isn't isn't the worst in the world but forty two percent k rate, which is astronomical. He was hitting one thirty, his WRC plus was sixty his weighted on base average was to fifty there. There's no numbers in here even as slugging percentage was terrible three fifty, I know he hit seven home runs out of thirteen hits but he didn't get any hits really. So just terrible numbers all the way around. He was trying to pull the ball so much he was pulling the ball fifty seven percent of the time. His hard hit contact was only thirty, six percent. He had nineteen percent soft contact, forty, four, percent museum contact. Going through some of these other numbers like just just terrible terrible numbers all the way around. But then in his last forty, four plate appearances since September seventh. He is he is hitting two. Oh, five th not really that much better. But he a one, sixteen WRC plus his strikeout percentage is down to twenty two percent, which shows me better at bats his exit velocity. Is actually still about the same. But when you're not striking out that means pitch recognition is better his. His hard hit percentage is up to fifty five percent up from thirty, six percent. So I just see a lot of things like still not fantastic still not peak Gary Sanchez. But a lot of these things look way better from an approach perspective from a comfort level from from everything level. And hopefully, hopefully, they continue to rise because it does I mean. This team is better when Gary Sanchez is playing and playing well, not not just playing playing well, when Gary Sanchez is showing the player that he can be yet the team is better. It's just it's been a very long time since this guy has shown in a consistent manner and forty four plate appearances when we're looking at the numbers while while better, they were coming from complete dog shit and you look at the the the better numbers and them in isolate them and you're looking at. You're looking at just those numbers like Tom Gary Sanchez was struggling in those forty four plate appearances. Compared to what he was doing. Improvement, but that's the thing like you look at what he what he has been, and then you look at those forty-four Damn. He's been struggling like what's going on with Gary Sanchez but still even though he's only hitting two five in those forty, four plate appearances one, sixteen WRC plus sixteen percent better than league average the the pay to strike out the strikeout percentage is one thing. That pops out to me when I'm looking at these numbers that you pulled is the opposite is Otto percentage. The poll percentage is about the same from the the one, hundred and forty, one, hundred and fourteen plate appearances at fifty-seven percent in the last forty four is poll percentage of fifty, five percent. So they're pretty close but the one to the big difference here is otto percentage from seventeen percent up to twenty, almost twenty percent, and that means he is recognizing those those pictures out you know over the plate or on the other side of the plate and now. He's not waving at them, but he's actually putting the ball putting the bat on the ball and you know putting those either into the stand in right field or he's actually been getting some base hits. You know going with the pitch actually recognition picking it up and and going the other way, and you see that approach with a lot of the Yankees..

Or in combination with stone matatus, which is inflammation of the soft. Tissues of the mouth. Then you've got ginger Vitus inflammation of the gums or two lighters. Which is the information of the lips. And there are a number of possible causes for inflammation of the Tonga mouth, including foreign body ingestion exposure to toxic chemicals, or plants bacterial or viral infections, immune immune, mediated disease, metabolic disease, and nutritional disorders. So it could be a number of things also ration- is another health issue another tongue disorder is also Russian occurs. Result of systematic disease like kidney failure or cancer. Also rations also out in strange in a strange mysterious disease called eastern affiliate status. Now, you can get humid growth in in that area and the tongue is narrow wet tumors. Do grow note that note that tumors of the Tonga dogs are typically malignant cancerous. And then you've got papilloma. Toe says Oro papilloma toasters is another type of growth on the tongue of dogs caused by the problem of virus? Which you've heard about that they're warts they resemble tiny little cauliflower heads, and they can appear all over the oral activity activity Lor oral cavity on my God. Laurel canyon, this is actually a thought my own head. That was crazy. It's a condition that commonly commonly resolves on its own after a few weeks. Kind of interesting now your dog's tongue can sustain trauma from burns cuts punctures or bites and so can human tongues as well. So you have to be very careful, you know. All of you know. Watching what you're doing. You know, makes you don't give them things to chew on a really sharp. You know, those kind of things renew. La renewal is assist that grows on the underside of the tongue where the lingual saliva glands stem from the swelling can be so severe that the Tonkin achieve push upwards to the roof of the mouth or over to one side much discomfort. You're gonna get from that. And again, you're going to see these symptoms like drooling going to let you know. Something is wrong. And if you've looked into your dog's mouth, you may have observed flat black pigmented areas on your tongue and gums or inside the lips and mouth, my dogs of that these are normal and the caused by microscopic melanin granules again. Nothing to be alarmed about as they are normal. But you don't need to be that concerned. But if they do end up raising up, and then not flat, and they're not flush and you start to see some some areas. This is when you need to go GIO vacs. Could be melanoma melanoma. Here's a sad statistic. About half of all cancers affecting dogs tongues end up being a type of cancer called squamous cell saw. Carcinoma other types of tumors that can occur in a dog's mouth are granular salt. Humors and muscle, Jim as as any cancer, early detection and treatment going to improve these chances of recovery. Here's another one cyanosis. And if you see that your dog's Tonga gums have turned a blue or purplish color copier result of poorly, oxygenated blood. We've known that for a long time to a health. Check. Right. They. Oh, yeah. And causes for cyanosis are quite serious and include hunt heart Houghton respiratory disease. Nephew dog is is not one of the breeds known to have a dog Tong in a just like a Chow. And you do see bloom within the mouth head straight chevette off you go. And you know, here's the thing. He is a very good thing to incorporate when you're cheap petting and cuddling your practice. What you do every day take the time to get together with your dog when you do that inspect the mouth or any kind of color changes any lumps of bumps and he chewing issues, and then he kind of reluctance to eat observe them. You can do that daily. You'll know if there's something wrong, if you if you actually observed them daily, and humans that Tonkin shows if there's something wrong healthwise and the same goes for your dog. Oh, Jim can you just look this up for me TMC practitioners? If you don't mind is Chinese thing. Now, the normal people are going to ask what is normal in the Tom, Gary, I don't even know what to look for and the normal color is pink. Unless we stated Elliott, you've got one of the breeds of the black or adult tongue and it should be an issue. There should be an absence of lumps, bumps gross or raised areas different colors can mean different health concerns, for example, a pale or white Tom could mean a sign of anemia leukemia some. Issues. Maybe some malnutrition list is quite long for respiratory therapists. No Chinese principles TMC. Oh, did you. Dmc. Okay. What is the same? No Chinese some kind of Chinese angle TC. You said TMC I've written it both ways. I'm not quite sure. Can you just check both from if you don't mind? Needs to make sure I've got this current before even say again, I wanna say TMC a TMC partition MC and put the word Chinese in the both trying to search you. Gone now written down twice differently. No question myself is what needs to be traditional Chinese medicine. Not. She had me looking up the wrong thing. I just said you both ways because I've written both ways incorrectly traditional Chinese medicine. Introducing Chinese medicine which you're going to find that holistic. Veterinarians are going to be knowledgeable in that area. But they have some principals they used to diagnose health conditions and looking at the tongue is one of those things, and so different colors can mean different things that they can, you know, pretty much diagnosed and tell you what's going on from your tongue. Let the geog- geographic geographic tongue like it. Looks like a dry lake bed the tongue is just correct. And we'll talk about that, you know, the the traditional Chinese medicine and some of that principals in a future show as to what they will can do for for your pets as well. Meanwhile, if you do observe any changes when you health Chet your pets mouth and their body every single day just don't hesitate to pay a visit. It's so much better to go early. See see what's going on? And if you needs to be treatment, you can then end up in a better recovery position with your pet. So there you go. So that's the wrong and the mouth area, and you now know what to look for what is healthy, and what would not be healthy. Jim I think I was going to talk a little bit. And I don't really have time that the history of dog collars don't think we have enough time for that. They say huge topic actually because we go all the way back to Egyptian times Egypt, and then we go dog, and then we go into the ancient Greece. And then we're going to dogs. Mythology. And then we talk about ancient causes symbols of devotion, the dogs in ancient Rome. The dark ages. So renaissance dogs. Big big topic. Very interesting. Very interesting. And you know comes was full circle by two to present day. And where we've where we've landed ourselves when it comes to dog collars. But I think we'll do that in a future show. It's very interesting. I love a little bit of history to throw into the show, but we'll do it next week..

"Hi, Tom, Gary. Okay. So thanks for sharing. A lot of information about this project, Tom. So we're going to get into the impact that all the work that we're doing and have done on this home has on the clients and their lifestyle and their living, and I think to me personally tone, that's one of the most rewarding things about this work. Is you just you get to change people's lives? I mean, that's just amazing ES. They they thoroughly are enjoying this. We moved to some doorways around. We added that mud room and in the mud room. We did the dog washing area in the laundry room. And I put a door off of that also onto the back deck. So when it is money out, the dogs can come straight into there and be washed right away. So before they had a small kitchen. It was hard for them to entertain correct? They they like entertaining and really wanted to make a change in their homes. So entertaining would be easier for them, right? In have you gotten any feedback yet from them you said that they are just starting to use? There's just starting to use it. So it probably haven't had any big bashes. Oh, no. But she's she's saying she's going to have several okay. That's great. Yeah. I know so rewarding when we design a project, we build it, especially you being you know, so involved in the design and working with his client through all these changes to then turn their house back over to them and see them just love it. Enjoy it. That's there's a big reward in. There is it is it feels so good to when you're talking with the clients and just the smiles on their face. And even though it's a hard project and remodeling is tough on families and living through them. But when they keep that end goal in mind that prize, it's it's really helpful. And just to see the joy that they get from this at the end is it's very satisfying makes me feel really good. Great. Yeah. And did you feel like you kind of clicked with this client early on? Oh, yes, right away. Yeah. Yeah. That is always helpful. You know, we're all human beings, and we're all different in. It's sometimes, you know, it can be more of a chore just to to to mesh personalities who designed areas other times. It's like, well, you know, there's just a perfect fit and things go real smoothly. And you know, that's one of the reasons why we have a number of different consultants. Correct. Because I know when Jamie who takes loud leads talks to these clients, you'll kind of get a feel for their personality and their project, and she'll be thinking, oh, I think this clan would be great with Tom, you know, and she'll say, Tom, I got a client. That's great. So that usually works out, really. Well, right. Yeah. Yes. It did. So what was your most rewarding? I guess the most fun part of this project for you. Boy, moving that kitchen when I suggested moving it from one spot to the other and vaulting that ceiling their eyes lit up. They had just never thought of that. And so when I'm able to do that and really just kind of blew their mind because moving a kitchen is I guess not something that people would typically think of talk about that whole process and what's involved in that. Well, we had to remove walls. All the plumbing gets redone all the electric gets redone. It's a lot more work than just a pull and replace. But when their goal is to make it bigger. That's sometimes what you have to do. And as you mentioned moving mechanical 's can be costly. And I imagine you mentioned that the the first plan was on budget, and you made another planet was lower budgets. I'm sure moving in that kitchen had lot to do with part for sure, and then vaulting that ceiling because that that was a lot of work, and we doing beams and installation because it wasn't up to code so. Right. So it's really kind of a whole new idea that you sprung on the client. Yes. I was that did affect the budget because a lot more work. But I looked at it. And they said, oh my gosh. Yes. This is right. They saw the value in it. Because that's there. There are going to be retiring, and they want that's their house that they're going to be in. And they they want to be able to enjoy it. And this is really helping them to do it. Great. So when you move the kitchen a lot of times that involves changing some windows and doors. Yes, we changed several doors out we took one window out and put a door in replaced their front door replaced their garage door. So yeah. Because a lot of windows like if.

"M A L where Washington comes to Tom Gary McNamara. Eight six six ninety of a red. I already got. Some response. Look Trump has had great successes. You know, let the Democrats come to him. That he he doesn't need to go to the Democrats. Well, that takes out what has actually happened in the real world. Trump has already conceded Trump conceited, they know that Trump was willing to give up everything that's the that's the problem. They knew back in early December. Trump was willing to give incompletely in. They didn't even try to fight. Until it was the conservative pro wall media. That let him know that his base wouldn't be pleased about it. And he took it seriously. So he's standing up now. But the problem was from the beginning negotiating is. He completely said, oh, no. We don't need the money from congress. We can do it on our own. Well, they found out they couldn't do it on their own. Where everybody knew they weren't going to be able to do it on their own even the conservative media. They called him on it. They said he was caving whether it was dry juror or rush or Rach was outright trolling drudge drudge was telling president Kate US to give Mexico five billion for their border security on their southern border. Yes. That was the headline that stayed up over twenty four hours, maybe close to thirty hours or whatever where he normally doesn't keep one up that lawn knowing the president was going to see it. So to sit there and say, the president shouldn't give her already has. And and he's the he's the only one that's been negotiating. She hasn't at all. So I I don't know how to respond to that. Except that's not the reality. What's going? You're asking for something that hasn't ever happened in this process. They're not coming to him. It's not right. And so the question is how long can they ignore the situation? Can they continue to sit on their hands? If he keeps offering more and more for data. That would be the question. Spring court on Tuesday saying they're not going to essentially here before October of this year. They're not going to hear that case on Decca. They're not going to review it before October of this year. So they were trying to get that the pro DACA people were trying to get that expedited. And high court said, no, we're not gonna review before October. So that is something that does work for the president. Most people aren't paying attention to it. And it doesn't matter. The question is do the Democrats feel the pressure? Certainly I think a number of them do..

It was the next day Lulu admitted she was planning to rob the Bank that said she was just using photo. And you were the only one she really cared about. And if you join the party, he's you she'd run off with leaving Mr. photo holding the bag an empty bag doing. Ryan. That's why Lulu edgy San from it.
