"And it would be stopped by the by the feds coming in and taking over the cases, some sort of a f. b. i. could federal case could take over what make it a federal gas. May Be all that after. Their jurisdiction they have to do something to. Violation Day. It's OK okay. You can go in there and take it over. But. They're not doing well. You got to wonder why what the Hell is going on doesn't seem like the domes department in no agenda, they are thinking of the second. Go around that trump's flat-footed. Bars got other things on his place. You know so working on the Michael. Flynn stopped trying to get that to work out you. I got a problem. Not just me, but bar seems to I. Don't know what he's doing. He must be doing something really important, but if you listen to Tom Fitness from Judicial Watch, who has been going after Hillary Clinton and the lost your the deleted net loss, the deleted emails that she deleted the blackberries she had smashed up with hammers the server she had completely wiped So. This was supposed to happen. There was supposed to get into to testify and apparently something's gone awry. Because Tom fitne- is pissed. Now one would have concerned about misconduct, one wooded concern about the accountability Attorney General Bar. Why on Earth would you let your attorneys come into core, basically dismiss the concerns of tens of millions of Americans your own Justice Department about illegal activity of Hillary Clinton I. Don't Understand Secretary Compound your state departments taking that legal position as well, but it goes to show you that you can watch. You know I'm not just here. Obviously, you're talking about stuff, but we're doing other things. I'm talking about activity. We are in court we have. Probably about one hundred lawsuits active. Now we filed probably nearly thousand by the thousands of freedom of information. ACT cases so once again it's judicial watching court doing the heavy lifting to hold Hillary Clinton accountable rollerball because Congress has WANNA do it. The State Department doesn't want to do and the Justice Harpist by doing, and he doesn't draw the logical conclusion test because they're all corrupt Tom Fit. No one wants you uncovering any crap. They definitely don't want off server emails because everyone's got one of those. They want no part of uncovering. What really happened because they know their next. Corruption is our problem corruption in law enforcement corruption in the medical system of course corruption in politics the educational system. Corruption through. You think about it. That's the problem that racism. True corruption, meanwhile Adam Housley on twitter. The WHO has a blue check mark must mean something says criminal referrals have already been sent to the Justice Department, and the overall number may reach as many as. Sixteen seventeen by the end of the week I was hoping for thousands. Investigators are working on additional ones as we speak. Thousands of sealed indictments on the way. Teenagers Sixteen Seventeen. Wow, that could that could include some important ones you don't know could could happen. I'm not holding my breath at I'd like to do a little quick little rundown on the on the needle gun that we discussed because I have some updates and Esso new cases. I think we should. Keep on our, radar And I will see on a roll. You might as well stay on. Okay, because then I'll. Then I'll be rolled out. So the noodle gun, but some people didn't understand it. Just quickly you better, re explain it because it needs to be explained because this is a major new development in this show is memes. So noodle noodle is not new, but the noodle gun is new so noodle nation is where we all live and noodle nation are the x comprise of noodle boys, noodle girls, and who is a noodle boy. Is exactly what you heard with occupy wall. Street, but we have a very specific example, not gonNA play it again. You can hear it on the last show. where it's like hey, man, it's not fair. I work at noodles, and we should have more say and the owners should. Let us make decisions and run the flex. Completely. Out of his Gourd, thinking that it's unfair that they tell you what to do, and as a worker you have to do it literally said things like that. So this and this was ten years ago or nine years ago, so we identified. This is not a very good trend amongst young people. These people are of course, the ones that are now out with good heart and good intent saying hey, hey, hey, hill racism gotta know. Send my skateboard and we'd money to black lives, matter which of course is routed directly into active blue, which is to help, Re to elect Joe Biden and re elect Democrats is not really going towards bailout funds. Some May, but not those. And, they've discovered the noodle boys and girls of New Nation that with social media and cell phones you can pressure companies what started with entertainment and the cancel culture. You can cancel someone. Get them to say what you want. Or Not saying anything you just say Oh you know what silence is complicity silence is violence and you fe- you shame someone into saying things. So. They've been doing this with companies. Go ahead now before you go any further. I want to mention that I do have one clip about this. I I WANNA match. I am now looking for the roots of this and we were getting some email just naturally without me, even suggesting suggesting it but I. Would like to find out where the turn. There's a spot where things which. We have in these kids took over and I'm looking for the genesis I want to know where when this happened. Now it's hard to say it looks like the the beginnings of starting to universities right but I but I think the yes, but Winston first example I wanNA for example. It's real one I wanted to. How about Milo I would say Milo is one of the first big can't I wouldn't go way before Milo and go to Paula Deen Paula Deen. Okay I mean we can go back as far back, so won't put apply when it go BA-. I WANNA make a list I. WanNa make a huge list of. Hall of Shame. The you, what's important now? These that. The noodle boys and girls are in the companies. and. I might as well tell as part of the story well, the marketing and advertising firms who've been trolling through twitter for for years. Have decided that in the past. Sometimes it was leopard print, going to be the new trend or you know. Purple is the new black or come up with anything woke. They was virtue signaling and woke. NECE was the trend, and so all the big brands who took advice from the advertising companies in their marketing professionals started to do woke stuff. You know I'll give you an example I have some. Some woken his here from Tim Cook. From Apple Hello everyone. Oh, everyone, the unfinished work of Racial Justice and equality. Call us all to out now and always. Growing up in Alabama. And turns out that Trump was writer that right in the sense that why being cap that would that would have been the mild form evidently went on you had formed. The FBI was launching the campaign. And you and I discussed many times radio there's a whole lot of other big scandals that were percolating that you've been doing a great job on covering going back like Hillary's emails and things like that. Where are we on that project on that scandal? Just have new emails come out or materials come from the FBI investigation. Philly where the FBI notes talk about a Hillary cover up operation. Hit your emails. We had new classified emails come up from the emails that she deleted said that the personal classified emails on Ichiro. Let's see deleted the uncovered that. We're taking discovery of these witnesses federal court wants to know whether she was trying to Burke the FEMA formation act and trying to hook into court in shutting down the case. So that emails when found so. So you're actually questioned witnesses under oath from the Clinton, and the film and the State Department. And you have to remember. This is the same different sides of the same coin. The reason the Justice department was going full bore and the full bore against candidate Trump, and then President Trump wants to distract from the fact that attack Hillary Clinton from facing cross toil consequences for Email misconduct. One more real quick Tom fit and who's going to fold their thinking about the perfect crime. I don't think there is one. But doesn't have a lot of partners. Somebody's gonna fall. Somebody's gonna crumble. I wouldn't put a twenty dollar Mark on who. Would it be page? Shobana? Prosecuted to pass along and politics, unfortunately, but you should watch it keep on pushing it, and, but you know, we can always be surprised presidents from Komi. So maybe there's hope. Stealth will happen in terms of aggressiveness out of this administration speaking, but as I say because of the presidential leadership to go along way and getting some Justice stuff, they man speaking of aggressiveness profit, y'all. Do it you dish. Oh watch. This is their president Tom fit in. And he's just as it being a junkyard dog on this. "Off the rails yesterday. And today he is. Torney general of the United States. If America not the attorney general. Donald trump. What what does it even mean? I didn't know that Nancy triple. Yeah. To. I want my own AG. Can we do all get our own Agee's like Oprah? You'll get an AG. You get an AG. We all get Agee's. Ooh. Yeah. All right. So we've been there they these people are just not really realizing how to how to take this stuff. Look, I think I'm kind of I'm still to this day. I'm mystified, even if you hate Trump and some people don't like him. If you hate him, you think he's a worst thing ever having America can get lease be you have to be a little relieved, or at least be like if you don't want to say the word relieved that he didn't collude or conspire with Russia and engage in treason. And in fact, when they approached him according to bar summary of Muller's report. And by the way, you've seen Muller re refute things previously anything said about his office. That is incorrect. They refuted. This no nothing bars reporters refuted by Muller's office. So and they even said that because they had brushes at approached him. And they offered Otto, and they didn't take it. They weren't interested in it. They didn't do it. They offered it to Hillary Clinton. And she did it. She took it, and then was working with fusion GPS at cetera who was already working with Russia because they were lobbying against that Magnitski AC they wanted those sanctions to be rolled back from these oligarchy game admits game, and what's her face Natalia, all the continents federal sky working with GPS. She was the one apparently that was involved in offering them, basically think it was a setup that they were going to try to set him up, and then he didn't do it. So they had to go with the program. Anyway. I've heard of people like you going to be so careful now, especially in political journalism and in politics because there's so many operatives at work in every campaign. They they have they have people who do dirty dirty work some more than others. Some more than others. How do you think? Roger stone got his start. He that was his job is he had to go out and get although he was the he was the axe man for Nixon anyhow did it for Reagan. Clinton had his own. He had his own team at accident. That's just what every campaign has it. If you know what your your opponent's weaknesses are. That's all a part of it. And when to release that stuff, this is politics, and by the way, that has always been politics. Go back to the days of Jefferson and Madison and look at how the founding fathers fought with each other. They would release Cree and this is without libel laws. They would release the craziest stuff in their through their opinion. Presses and imprint isn't it would just crazy stuff that they did. I mean, what was it? Who was it? Was it Joe who was Jefferson called somebody hermaphrodite? No, he was he called Alexander Hamilton the son of a. Something crazy. Goat or something? Alligator Hamilton was illegitimate. Which was a big thing back in the day. He was trying to use that as a way to. That's I mean Jefferson did it. Hey, moton. Did it? They all. Did it George Washington? Maybe the only guy who was just like I won the war of independence. I don't need to do. Nothing like that everybody else did. So it's always been with us. I would I don't like is the ad hominem. What I don't like is the where where they try to base stuff on identity or they bring people's kids involved. So I don't like any of that. But it's it's you've always had. But the thing is that they couldn't verify this stuff. They couldn't verify it. Now as I look at the way Democrats look at this. And if you're a socialist, or if you're democrat, although the socialist, you're taking over that party. I think that if based on your political persuasion, there's there are things to dislike Trump for without having to make things up. If you are socialist, if you are a democrat there things that you can just like him for without having to make up stuff like the collusion stuff. That's what I I don't understand their strategy. I can step back and look at this objectively. Because I think if you're ever going to know an issue or able to debate or discuss an issue, you need to be able to do both sides of it. And I have no idea why they're not focusing on the things that they could maybe actually gained some ground with the voters on, you know. And for instance, I don't see people. I don't see anybody offering solutions democrat Republican in terms of how to deal with the bureaucracy for people who are trying to enter illegally because you have a lot of people who want to enter the country legally just because they're not going to come in legally either way. Then you have some who see how long I mean. I have friends who waited eight years, they friend right now who's on his seventh year he and his wife. They're beautiful family. They live out in California. And he's from UK seven years they've been doing this. I had another friend who came from from Puerto Rico. It took it took her. I wanna say seven and a half years seven hers was a while ago. So I mean there it's a very very long time. And I understand I get some people try to explain that to me. And I I agree with them kind of not really there's certain things I think are redundant on necessarily. But if you you you want good people who can add to the country, you you don't want to. I think there's a lot of bureaucracy. And that's why some people see that are like why go through all of that why go through it. I definitely think are parts of immigration that can be reformed definitely. And I think that absolutely. We have to rework how we're doing interior security. For sure, but neither side has offered any solutions on how to do those. So if I were Democrats if I were socialist hammer in that. I would be hammer in the crap out of that you guys had congress for the first part. Would you do? It's like the same thing. It's just like what we did with Democrats when Barack Obama was when he was first elected. There was a special election within Democrats within the house. And so after the after half halfway through that first half of his term Democrats held a super majority in the house. Now, what does that mean? It means Republicans can do nothing. They couldn't even stop a Bill. Why Democrats do immigration then that's what we've asked. Now. Democrats were smart they'd be focusing on stuff like that instead of screaming about this stupid thing. There's nothing there. I mean, people can hate Trump all they want. But there's nothing there. And I think you what they don't realize. They are they're actually driving away the rest of their moderates by continuing to focus on that instead of focusing on the other stuff, but see you have all these socialists that have taken over the party. You just heard Omar she just clapback at Nancy Pelosi audio we played her she that was Pelosi. She was talking to. So. They have obviously very very different economic policies. They want higher taxes. They want a bunch of things which I do not there. It's not going to contribute to a healthy economy. They're not focusing on trying to convince people of that. And it's really really hard when you are the underdog, and you're going up against an incumbent and the White House. The economy's really good right now. You're looking at and it's the it's the bureau of labor management bureau of labor statistics all of these agencies said this is record low unemployment across the board record low black unemployment record, low Hispanic unemployment. And in fact, one of the things that certain women's groups have noticed and they've followed as that previously. You know, maybe like six years ago. There was a downward trend in terms of female business creation, female business ownership. And now, it's I mean, it is multiplied minutes just exploding. And so that coupled with people are keeping their own money. Have you noticed have you heard? I've seen some of this discussion to people keep saying, well, it's like we're in a gilded age right now. It's like we're in a gilded age. It's because more people are keeping more their money wages have gone up. There are more jobs than people can fill them right now. Which is why there's I think that's why since some reasons I think Republicans are kind of silent on how to fix some of this interior immigration stuff. And so that's it's really hard to go up against an incumbent with all that it really is. Because a Emag ration-. I think this last election twenty six when I looked at all the exit data immigration was huge telling you, it was jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs jobs, the economy, it drives every election every one. And Democrats need to stop acting like they're only talking to the extremists who are the loudest on Twitter or Facebook or Instagram or Snapchat. Stop that. There's a whole host of people at there. That's why Trump won Trump didn't win because he made all these people newly registered Republicans. He won a lot of Democrats who were just not interested in what their party was offering in terms of a candidate or a platform. That's how he won all of them. And there is and this Russia stuff even their own people. Have you seen the majority of Americans think? Okay. Move on. Although I personally think that the FIS abuse needs to be investigated, and we're gonna talk to a Tom fitne- about that coming up in our third hour. But they're driving more people away. I'm just watching like, I'm watching them commit political seppuku, just it's amazing to me. Tom Perez is the worst DNC leader I've ever seen because he cannot keep them together. He can't I have to say some of the previous Dan shares were DNC chairs were better than others. They did a better job of being more cohesive. Now, look at it 'cause Tom Perez is socialist. So that's why you have them openly fighting think about the last time that you ever saw that party openly fighting. They're famous for not openly fighting they're like the Spartans putting their shield in front and just being one little Indus totally defensible unit. Now, they're running around everywhere. Crazy, everybody's screaming at each other. You got Illinois mar freshman yelling at Nancy Pelosi in a press conference in the world. And the name see Pelosi taken a hit at Alexandria, custody Cortez says she saying it as a matter how many followers you have when you don't drive the calendar. Oh my gosh. I mean, it's the caddy stuff I've ever seen and they're fighting openly. I'm just sitting here with popcorn. It's like it's like watching sorority girls fight. I don't know. I'm just like, they're just lapping blabbity slap. Oh, gosh. They're amass there a hot mess..

"You're listening to America. First with Dr g. Welcome back, America. Yes. This is America. First with me, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Trump and author of the book why we fight defeating America's enemies with no apologies and what a day of guests. What a day, sir. Carta Kanka Klaus ski and McCarthy. And now none other than the president of that organization that does more work than most of the media combined, which is of course, Judicial Watch and Tom fit and Tom welcome to America fest. Hey, Dr king. Thanks for having me. Thank you for coming. Follow him on Twitter at Tom fitne- f- ITT, n I'm Tom. I it's hard to keep track of the developments in the story of the deep state every day. We get more and more details of of what Obama holdovers the DOJ FBI and CIA doing right now because you're talking to more than three hundred stations and affiliates across the country. What is the most important thing that Americans should know about recent developments, Tom Felton? Your top officials at the department of Justice and the FBI seeking to overturn. Presidential election attack, the heart of our Republican form of government by taking steps to overthrow the president. Because of many reasons, but most of the one at the time was they didn't like the idea that he had actually exercises powers president to fire their crony FBI director James Comey. So this is a dispute about a personnel decision that the president had the date, and if the Justice department of the FBI top officials started conspiring against the Dover throw and as a result. And that's what we're talking about a coup a seditious conspiracy sedition is the legal term for conspiracy to overthrow government. And it continues in my view to this day. But. Sixty minutes. We'll tell you what happened on TV screen, but you have the number two specialty FBI actually, the then acting FBI director admitted to his involvement this activity, and and it's up to us Sebastian just to call call it like it is because the media will never tell people to threat to the Republic. It's staring us in the face right now, Tom, you're you're not a historian, but you're fighting government corruption day in day out. I think in American history of of a precedence for for this story about the twenty fifth amendment and a bunch of bureaucrats trying to take down a duly elected. President can you? No. And I've thought about it. Anything worse. And there really hasn't been certainly this. The kind of the state apparatus wasn't her. Now. Nineteenth century that could have been abused this way. But now we have these mega agencies that see themselves as laws into themselves independent of the executive branch in many ways, constitutionally speaking, they think they can do. They can do whatever they want even if it means targeting, the president of the United States, as I know for species reasons now that we have a new attorney general as of last week what needs to happen immediately with all these individuals, and and all the others who are still in place. Well, the first challenges the successor baller investigation. And I said so Sasser about it's a successor to this conspiracy. That we've been talking about it rose at the Muller appointment arose after saying conversations vacated lungs and started having about overthrowing wire to the Oval Office initiating abuses investigations. Baller? Yes. So the least we need to curtail that put a stop to it. There is no Russian collusion. So it's not like, you're. Legitimate inquiry. And then do serious criminal investigation of what went on at the FBI. In terms of abuse with authority and power year. And as long as malls operated never going to happen because the ball is special counsel operation. That's what the partners Inc. Investigation. Misconduct and the. Sake. Investigators data that was generated by the deep state targeting. President Trump prior to that candidate Trump. Let me ask you a question that that kinds divides experts and commentators, I have a certain opinion about curious to hear yours. Should the DOJ? Now that we have a new attorney general do this with the capacities the mandate. It already has. Or are you a fan of a nother special counsel a novel another special prosecutor being impanelled to look into the specific corruption of the Obama years or is that a is that a dangerous decision? We can have the Chicago investigated. Tom be serious. You know, I I think they turned Gerald gotta do the work here. We can find a competent US attorney do an investigation. You could have. Another agency come in and do investigation Marshall service come in and do it. I just don't believe the FBI were senior leadership at DOJ. And it's not say anything about Mr. bars. To the show, but but those agencies at the top levels or just so quarter-sized. I don't I don't see how they could fairly and honestly do investigation here, but require outside support. But we'll see how that games played out before. So. Something's gotta be done, though, sub sub to be. So you think another agency should be brought in. Voice thought the Marshall service. I should've as soon as we found out about what struck was up to his insurance policy tax with Mr.. Page and the hiding of that information destruction that information, they should have the US Marshall service come in and take over and do a separate investigation of the FBI's Appalachians, and do they have the US Marshall service have the requisite investigative capacity to go deep into the corruption at the deal. Johnny FBI. You betcha. It's a service that has a long history much longer to the FBI and service to my country in terms of. Wow. Great idea. Interesting idea you heard it here from Tom fit and follow him on Twitter at Tom fit and F. And he is the president of Judicial Watch which every day. I can't keep up with the latest things that you have managed to achieve in terms of your suing the US government. Your foia requests, you're uncovering of that Clinton corruption truly stunning I say it. I've said it before I'll say it again, there are very few institutions in this nation that are crucial to the survival of the Republic that are outside of government and Judicial Watch is one of them support them if you can you've gotta support and be a member of the NRA you've got to support the Heritage Foundation. And if you care about the next generation, you've got us appeal turning point USA, those four organizations together are on the front line of keeping.

"Out there in the audience is the time of the sex abuse cover up over in the Catholic church. Pope Francis is holding a summit on clergy sex abuse at the Vatican survivors, are demanding accountability transparency from the church its leadership, and they assert that the time of sex abuse cover ups is over and at the same time here in the state of Michigan. Attorney general Dana Nessel is a cute is accusing the Catholic church and its leadership about fully cooperating with law enforcement telling them to stop self policing stop self-policing allow state investigators to probe sexual abuse by the clergy. In addition to that Nestle was joined in a press conference the took place today by the head of the Michigan state police Colonel Joe Gaspar who echoed nestles remarks and sentiment. I quote, I also want to echo your comments. He was referring to those made by the attorney general Dana Nessel regarding the importance of reporting tips directly to law enforcement. We take all lead seriously, and it's critically important that we hear directly from you. When you have information to provide in quote, so said the Colonel of the Michigan state police in connection with a press conference with the state attorney general. Data Nestle today saying that it's time for outside law enforcement to visit its resources on the Catholic church is she right? Eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five eight hundred nine to three WD TK. I can think of at least a couple of areas where that could lead to eight large. Potential for abuse large potential for abuse on both sides of the equation, those making accusations about abuse and those investigating accusations about abuse. But you may have other thoughts about it. And I want you to call here and express them eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five. And remember this folks, we don't have a lot of time the John McCullough show speeds by like a bullet. So get on the horn is they say eight hundred nine to three w d TK out with phone lines. We go Jensen Clinton township. Jim thanks for calling. Good evening, Daryl. I want to jump in on. Elizabeth Warren saying that she pooh-poohed the crisis at the border and saying the real crisis is climate change gun violence when I hang on a second gym. But one of the things we do as the host of this program Monday through Thursday. You're me clearly Monday through Thursday is set the talk of Genda, we're not talking about Elizabeth Warren, and we're not talking about climate change. We're talking about specific program topics right now that I have laid forth one of them being the the less than convivial treatment of Kellyanne Conway on CNN when she said that the reports given out to agencies like CNN about negative news regarding either. People like of the FBI's former deputy director, Andrew McCabe or just a small ads fake reports of hate crimes in Chicago are just the kind of news that organizations like CNN look for because they are expressly anti Trump. Now, that's one topic the other topic that we're talking about, of course, is whether or not it's time for outside law enforcement agencies to police, the Catholic church in light of the sex abuse scandal, and the attorney general in Michigan is saying it is just that particular point in time. So those are the topics that I've opened up for discussion today, and nobody gets set to talk agenda on the show between Monday and Thursday. But the host Friday we allow folks to do just that. So Jim I'm gonna come back to you. And if you wanna talk about one of the topics that I've unpacked feel free to do. So my friend. Go ahead. Jim. Okay. What I what mentioned about Cape? He's been discredited. And he's part of the Kabba that was. Uncovered you try to take down Trump and he's fighting for his life because he knows that what she's uncovered. He's going to go to prison and with all the other people that have gone to jail for much lesser. He's on on the ticket. Plus, she's selling a book. Yep. That's exactly right. And so again, I apologize about. No, no, no need to apologize. Every now. And then Jim we have to go over the ground rules air because there are lots of people who either forget them or just simply don't know them. And I am not trying to I'm not trying to usurp any kind of authority that I don't have. I know that these are the ground rules of the John McCullough show. So I simply want folks remember even though John's away we don't allow the mice to play eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five eight hundred nine to three WD TK. But thank you very much Jim for your comment to the program. Yeah. Andrew McCabe is on the stomp if you will to sell a book and to that degree. I have put out the fact that that Mr. MacKay Andrew McCabe, excuse me, Andrew McCabe is a liar. It can be proven and other people as I demonstrated in a sound clip from an attorney. Honi appearing on CNN indicated that this man is fact challenged and the inspector general report a prior to his dismissal from the FBI indicates that this man is fact challenge and lies to his superiors regularly Kellyanne Conway, the senior counsel for the president of the United States talked about the fact that Andrew McCabe is a liar. Hey, chris. Here's here's here's the deal. Well, McCain just wasn't under oath on your network any lies when he is under a short how lies when he's not under oath. So there you go eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five the John McCullough show. Leeann is listening to the program in Detroit Glen, thanks so much for your call your comment. John. I mean, I'm sorry Darrell I think the sad part about all this. Then and he's other liberal stations wanna push the narrative that a mug ahead is like a clear role. Yes. And her they have now them that is in in is yearbook is medical yearbook in either a black face or a rope. And that's fine with them. But if we want to support our president, and where am I gonna hat that means that we should be attacked, you know, people had guns pulled on them. But now people wanna push narratives that we're racist. That makes them happy CNN is happy to make Trump supporters. All we're all bunch of racism, homophobia, Nicole, and it's just not the case. But they're gonna push no matter what. So whether smollet story sounded stupider nuts that fits right into what they think about us. That is exactly the case. Lynn, thanks for the clear thinking and the great comet on the show today. My friend eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five, and I would simply say this way. The president responded to the truth that was unfurled in Chicago earlier today by its superintendent and chief of detectives the president said what about all those millions of maga- hat wearing Americans. You just see small it have insulted with your racist and dangerous comments. Exclamation point question. Mark hashtag maga- eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five eight hundred nine to three W D T K. It's the John McCullough show back to the phone lines. We go very quickly, Bruce is in Grosse Pointe farms. Bruce, thanks so much for your call. Hey, good evening, Daryl. Thanks for taking my call. Sure. About about McCabe. Not only should he be sent away. And I always jumpsuit and handcuffs, and manacles communists to be made to answer for this. You know, Rosenstein, Rosensteins gonna leave the Justice department under his own power, without the assistance of law enforcement. And thank goodness about about. The only guy who is not gonna pay any penalty at all for any of this stuff is James Clapper because I guess any statute of limitations has run out for this guy. So he's getting off walkie Brennan Ryan's another one. I mean for crying out loud. And then we've got well, what was what was supposed to be chief cheap attorney's name for the FBI. He's the one who wanted to prosecute Hillary and a, and they they they they told him that they would not pursue Admiral. James baker. Yeah. Time and all this information's now just coming to light. You know has been available for some time. Fact of the matter is they don't all walk in unified fashion within the ranks of the FBI or the department of Justice. They are good men and women there, and I think, Bruce that's the point that has to be made. But the other point that I made at the end of the show yesterday was that even though you have good men and women inside the ranks of these government institutions. It's going to take the power the skill the knowledge and the ability of folks on the outside of the government machinery and the deep state to help not this tree over Bruce. Thanks a lot. And that process is on going, even as we speak with good, folks. Like, Tom fitne- from the Judicial Watch organization who is filing for paperwork under the freedom of information act of all of the recorded conversations and all of the documentation. A related to Andrew McCabe and other exploits by rod Rosenstein at all. At the FBI and within the hierarchy of the department of Justice because they're putting together a case. And I'm telling you folks, keep watching it's gonna come from outside the government eight hundred nine two three nine three eight five eight hundred nine to three WD K time's take that break, folks. We're back with your phone calls on the John McCullough show following.

If you want to support a very worthy cause in terms of drain the swamp you could fund you could give. Some kind of support to Judicial Watch. And also, Tom fitter at Tom fitne-. Double T O N, Tom you are in the midst of suing the State Department over what exactly. Oh, many things, but more most importantly for purposes of this program is that we were doing for the Benghazi talking points information, and it was that lawsuit. That information that lawsuit that forced the government to disclose they've been hiding the Clinton emails from us, the American people congress and everyone else. All these years and just recently fact last month or so judge worth slammed versus federal court judge ruled that look, you know, it's looks to him like he was holding the temperature of the court, and he called it one of the greatest mod modern the census to government transparency and authorized Judicial Watch take discovery on whether or not the Clinton Email system was designed for. And more specifically as well, whether the Benghazi scandal that cover up here, they playing the video rather than the Qaeda terrorists behind it. I was behind one of the reasons that we didn't know about the Clinton emails and the State Department in one searcher records, which is something they were concerned about coming out. Okay. Let's just reiterate this because this is incredibly important. So the allegation is the whole private unsecure Email server that Hillary illegally setup could have been set up to deliberately obviate the freedom of information act requirements for government records when you get discovery does. This mean that we could find some of those missing emails, or is this to do with internal State Department documents that could prove that she was skirting the law. Yeah. I think that what part the discovery might be able to find a key State Department. Witnesses who were who knew about records at the State Department will have to be questioned under oath on. Thank God, he Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes, she's mice before Obama. UN ambassador went on five Sunday morning talk shows and lied about the Benghazi scandal will have to answer our written questions under oath mrS Clinton's lawyer who was involved in destroying half of the Email. She took from the State Department will also testify under out. So I mean, this is just an incredible development for transparency accountability. On this issue. The American people want something done on it. Justice department, actually, tried to thwart our efforts to get these questions answered. This Justice department said the deep sater's, but thankfully, just worse. Lambere discovery start. As soon as the government shutdown ends. We'll get full year here. Well, thank you to judge Lambert. Thank you, especially to you, Tom fitter. And then thank you to your whole team. Chris foul and everybody else. One of the few people outside government that is fighting the Obama. Holdovers the swamp dwellers and those who simply do not wish to be held accountable. Please follow Tom fit.

"Freedom America. That's what you get every morning on the Hugh Hewitt Show, the freedom agenda, and how Republicans ought to be arguing it in a moment. I'm going to go over with you a column I wrote for the Washington Post today. But of course, before we do that because we always cover the breaking news. You always get the breaking news on the Hugh Hewitt Show. The president of the United States has tweeted. For the first time in the history of the show, my Twitter feed froze, that's an unfortunate thing. Eight minutes ago. The president tweeted why is Nancy Pelosi getting paid when people who are working are not? That's that's a good question. Why is Nancy Pelosi getting paid when people who are working are not some people responded? And by the way, the president's been on a re tweet storm of Tom fitne-, and Paul Sperry and Charlie Kirk and Molly Hemingway, Donald Trump junior. You got to Paris. And a, but you gotta go down to thirty six minutes ago. My favorite. Great being with the national champion. Clemson Tigers last night at the White House because of the shutdown. I served the massive amounts of fast food, I paid over a thousand hamburgers, etc. Within one hour. It was all gone, great guys and big eaters. You gotta understand that the president understood he won yesterday. He wasn't picked the funniest thing. It really was until people realize that he's got skill sets. I know his approval rating is thirty seven to forty five percent, depending on what you read, but he ain't up against Senator Harris theater, Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders, Bernie, I'm Republicans for Bernie here. That's what I'm starting Republicans for Bernie. But the the fact is it's gonna be a choice not a referendum. And eventually you're gonna have to look at yourself and say who makes me safer. Reagan era. Strength P through stake. There Obama era appeasement here's my Washington Post column which posted an hour ago. Seven thirty eight AM, it's now eight thirty eight in DC. No matter how long government shutdown lasts for how many more follow twenty twenty will be a national security election. I write in the post we cannot ignore the world. No matter how much some wish we could in the wake of secretary of state. Mike Pompeo's trip to the Middle East and national security advisor. John Bolton's visit to Israel and Turkey. We have to focus on what former NATO allied supreme commander and retired navy Admiral James Stavridis told me on Friday. Conditions in the Middle East right now echo, the combustive -bility in the Balkans in the run-up to World War One in Asia. China's embarked upon the new millennium's version of the greater East Asia co prosperity sphere. And yes, there's a new nuclear arms race in the thirty years since the fall of the Berlin Wall, I write the United States travel, the path from your fauria through catastrophe into confusion one which ultimately led President Barack Obama into the fantastical via that he could remake the world by ignoring its truce the quote, Nixon trap close, quote, the attempt to turn the world upside down via a deft diplomatic move in snared Obama and let him to abandon realities around the world. He gave away the store to Iran's mullah's. He offered a reset button to Vladimir Putin, which when pushed gave Moscow Crimea and legitimacy to the remnants of Castroism, turning a cold shoulder to Israel, the blind item misery in Venezuela. The chaos of Libya that followed our intervention there with swept under the rhetorical run. The Syrian genocide was met with shrug shoulders and erased red lines are trip for abruptly pulled from Iraq in two thousand eleven when the president team the then fledging Islamic state a JV team North Korea sprint to a sixty weapon. Nuclear arsenal was hidden from public view, China was emboldened to militarize the South China Sea, even as its belt and road strategy endebted, many countries rollers to Beijing's agenda. President Trump inherited a set of national security perils. Unlike any since Ronald Reagan walk into the Oval Office in one thousand nine hundred one Tim Obama had simultaneously spent eight years clearing out the patriot pentag-. Gone assets. Trump is found in Pompeii on Bolton long. Standing advocates of Reagan's chorus strategic doctrine peace through overwhelming military strength, backed by the assistance of reliable, powerful, allies NATO, of course, is the key alliance. But it needed the kick in the rear Trump administered and China needed the confrontation with us and the world engineered by Trump on many fronts. On my radio show on Friday Bolton spoke of Israel's right of self defense better away unmistakably connected to America's as well. Quote, article fifty one in the UN charter embodies what the text of the charter calls the inherent right of individual and collective self-defense pope next plane, and that's something we have stressed over and over again for Israel people quote, again Bolton would like to criticize Israel or constrain Israel's options both for its own sake. And because they know ultimately, it's the same argument to limit America's ability to defend itself Bolton continued. So we're very interested in maintaining the unfettered. Right. Israel has up. And as the UN charter itself calls the inherent right of individual and collective self-defense. We are back. I conclude in the era that many thought we'd left forever in one thousand nine hundred nine superpower competition at every level often. Just under the Connecticut phase. It turns out that ship counts and strategic bombers a new generation of ballistic missile carrying submarines a new group of. Offensive capabilities such hypersonic missiles and cyber-sleuth critical to nachos prosperity. But also survival Trump has Pompeo and Bolton to help him navigate. This course, the perhaps the Pentagon will soon deliver an actual plan and how to achieve Trump's promise of a three hundred and fifty five ship navy as well as details on the nuclear arsenal. Twenty twenty is going to be a national security election more of Trump and his policies and people are back to the Obama era. Make believe the inherent right of self defense a much larger name a much larger navy a rapid growth in defense outlays a rebuilt nuclear arsenal. The Reagan doctrine is back fully embraced by Trump. Just in time to define the democratic presidential primaries in the twenty twenty election. That's my new Washington Post column on the paper, it's online they posted online got it out early this morning. And I'm glad they did. And it triggered counterfeiters store. If at the national. The Atlantic called it absurd. And he didn't say why I think that. Obama th makers like people to focus on NCA brackets and not the collapse of national security. The the collapse of national security the hollowing out of the defense department, the the shuttering of seriousness that's going to haunt us for a long time Trump's turn it around. And I know it's erratic. I know it's chaotic I know it's uncomfortable. But the idea that he's a Russian mole as Mike Pompeo said two days ago absurd. I asked Tom cotton this morning again. It's absurd. The intelligence committee on which Senator cotton serves as been digging into this for two years. And it's Democrats on the committee have said there is no evidence of collusion. There's no evidence of any of this. It's all a narrative created by Trump's left-wing opponents that he's a Russian Manchurian candidate. It's just the craziest doggone thing. And that the F B I opened a counterintelligence investigation that's seven days in may stuff. Those are the two narratives seven days in may Manchurian candidate. And I I believe when the Muller report comes out. This is my guess, I will accept whatever it is. Because I trust Bob Muller. I have from the beginning. I've always urged don't don't don't inhibit him. Don't tweet at him. Often ignored my advice. But I put it out there. Anyway. I think he's going to find that the Russians attacked our election, which I knew during two thousand sixteen when they began leaking through. What's his name the crazy guy in the Ecuadorian embassy? Join Assange, I knew they were attacking your election. I think they believe that like everyone in America. Hillary was certainly gonna win. And they intended to bleed and weaken her they had no clue on how they're they're not better at American politics than we are the Russian Vladimir Putin doesn't have someone who said, you know, Trump could win if we just direct some money to Wisconsin, Michigan in Pennsylvania. It's absurd stupid. Crazy. They just wanted to sow dissension, and they did they got the FBI to turn on its elected president. So Putin one to the FBI bureaucracy, the top six or seven people are all gone now. Maybe it doesn't people are gone. Komi and McCabe, and and the others they became the Russians pawns in pursuing chaos in American government. They triggered the Muller investigation, which is so badly hampered the first two years of of the Trump era, and has caused the president repeatedly to go off course and off message, but also going to be well Democrats economic Bernie, I am opening up Republicans for Bernie, I want you to reregister. And once you get ready now beginning in Iowa. California starts early voting the same day as the Iowa caucus your candidate. Republicans is Bernie Sanders. Let's crystallize and define the modern democratic presidency without fear or favor. Let's just be honest. No more words salads. Let's go for the real deal. There are socialist party. Now, let's just put it out there. Bernie Sanders is socialist he wants to be the nominee. He should be the nominee of his socialist party. Ben wanted defense budget anywhere near what we've got thinks. Like Obama did than American power is maligned as opposed to preserving the peace. Let's just get a very clear statement before so Republicans should just become Democrats next year and vote for Bernie wherever they can. Bernie Republican hundred percent, I want clarity and the choice. I am a Bernie Republican you ought to be too. And. It's gonna be fun next two years. You're going to be so much fun. Try omega Troy carrying Kirkman beautifully designed by relieffactor dot com. Nineteen dollars ninety five cents gets you started. When we come back from break James home in this is going to join me with the Washington Post at James Hillman. And here's what I think is going to happen. Trump is going to come to love the shutdown. He gonna love the shutdown the Democrats gambled, then he would fold is not going to fall. And this piece in the daily caller, which I began the show with and you can go to my Twitter timeline to read both it and my Washington Post column. It says, hey, it's a senior anonymous senior. Official in the Trump administration saying I am I'm hoping that the shutdown lasts very long time. And the reason that individuals saying that is it they want the government to operate effectively on fifteen percent of its employees proving that a well, a lot of things proving in this individuals view that most of the federal government is bureaucracy is unnecessary inexpensive. And Trump's gonna fall for this. You're gonna fall in love, and maybe ends up offering to pay those who are working now. Maybe Nancy Pelosi gets put in a corner with that. But it is truly truly truly truly. A moment of choosing for the Democrats because they are going to end up with a shutdown that goes on for months if they continue to oppose border security, and it's on them. It's the Schumer shutdown. Trump will negotiate if they give him his steel barrier. They give them border barriers. He'll open up the government and the Democrats are against border security, and they are in trouble. Now as a result of it, especially if people are inconvenienced at airports because of the TSA blue flu when we come back, James home, and I talk about this. It's gonna go months. I think it's gonna go months, and I think the president's gonna use the state of the union one time of year he's gonna lay into him. And it's going to be remarkable. Stay tuned, James home is next on the Hugh Hewitt Show..
