"A long story. So I don't know, but there's the showering in the dark, wasn't that big of a deal, but. Well, you know where everything is. Yeah. Sure, you reach down there and get there. You just have to know where my ivory soap is. So my Johnson's baby shampoo and I got a new shampoo down there and body washed down there. Do you have a soap? Oh, you have ice cream. Every soap in the bar, please, then I have the you don't put shampoo down there? No, no. You do? Yeah, sure. I shampooed on there. How much you got going on? Do you bring rich down there? I would now and then on here with the contestants. I don't have to comb it out. I let it run free. I do have my lotion that turns into a powder. My fresh balls. That's very aptly named. Yes. No, I don't know. So I went on the master computer thing and then it wouldn't go, so it's something's wrong. As he's pulling out of the driveway, all the lights come on, all the TVs come on at full volume. I could turn all the lights on right now from here. Oh my God. Why did you have this morning? I tried. That's the one. The one in the shower is the only one that won't go. The only one that won't go on. Gonna go on to your card. Now I'm going to ask you much like I asked you when you said you have to pull over to change radio stations in my car. Right? And I said, do you think the manufacturer made the car this way or you're doing something wrong? And you, of course, respond with while the manufacturer did it this way. I'm not doing it. So do you think that the radio in my car, not on the suburban and the other one has been raided if you read a review of that vehicle that will say this is the worst radio in any issue. It just means you can't run it. I admire it. I do. 'cause I'm learning in therapy though. For most of my life, I have assumed that when something goes wrong, it is my fault. I attain well, but sometimes and retain this unnecessary guilt. Isn't sometimes it is? Yes. But I go the opposite way to Tom does. But to hear somebody be so certain that it's not there. I'm so confident. It's refreshing and if you have to go, you have to there's a screen. You have to press home and usually it takes about 5 seconds, then you have to press source, then you have to press favorites, then you have to scan to get to another. Air conditioning and heat is similar. You have to hit like 5 things to be able to but when you're driving, it pulls your eyes away from the road. Oh, we're talking about your radio here. Okay, yeah, I see. These automatic lights are giant. I mean, I sat there naked. And air conditioning. I can turn it on. Yeah, I can't too. It's really cool. That's very cool. The problem is when these things go wrong. Right, that's what I'm saying. So there's no backup. It's my content. My contention is, it's going to go wrong more often because operator error is what my content is. There's no operator. I was sleeping. What do you think the odds are that every light in the house came on except the one in the shower where you were? Now you think that's just an odd coincidence? Are you hit a wrong button? No, I hit the right button. The button's right there next to the shower. You just said there weren't any light switches. They're not switches. It's a panel. I'm going to strangle him. In any event, I'll call the guy. Fix it. How many times have you called him so far? 7. He sleeps. Undoubtedly he's hanged himself.

"Forced me into it. I want to ask you that, oh, wait a minute. Hold it. You want to get up in there? Check that calf. I know which way to go. I don't know if they're coming or going. Which direction is she facing though? That's kind of hard to tell, right? That's the whole point. And you don't want to play here in twister. That's all I'm telling you. I have never played twister, and I have never wanted to play. Are you kidding me? No. Stupid. When we come back seconds to fun. We have our classic tribute to the game twister. Okay, that looks really weird. All I'm saying is she probably shouldn't wear horizontal strikes. What a hitter. Marla. I guess her feet are like owl's heads. The owls do that thing where they do the they do the spin around tricks. Said it before and I'll say it again, and I can't understand why I'm not the one you people aren't more fascinated by this than I am. I really tall. They are. How see them? They're always crouching down like a catcher. That's how tall they are. If they stood up, they've got legs, like four feet. I'm not kidding. And all under the feathers. Every now and then I'll forget about that fact, and then I'll remember it to me fascinated all over again. I don't know what you people probably. And you got to see that slow motion thing where the owl attacks the camera. It's very scary. Coming up in sports. Yeah. We'll see. Okay, I'll get the shovel out. All right. Also. We have to play with the weird music. Interesting news. Coming up in the world of rocketry, certainly. Sex toys in the news. Do you think there's anybody like Tom griswold well, first of all, I know there's not. I'm answering my own question. But there's someone who shares the way Tom does things working at NASA. Working at NASA. Or maybe he was NASA news coming up this morning. Yeah, we do. And I want to tell you some interesting news. About this band. Sugar would Fall Out Boy, Fall Out Boy. Fallout boy news. That's really kind of interesting coming up today. And Pornhub news. They write some of the greatest cheers I've ever heard. Yeah. A lot of sing alongs.

"Show where this evening finally was Michigan 84 and Michigan state 72. When I've been joined by Spartan I coach Simon Tom with this one, this whole there's been so many working parts. I don't even know how you can capitalize it all, but we just ask you where you're thinking. I'm disappointed. I thought we played as good at basketball as we could play, made a couple of stupid mistakes. But we played our tail off and we played for a lot of people and it and we played it for the right way and but in the end we just couldn't come up with a big place, you know? We just couldn't come up with, you know, we made some mistakes in the middle, some turnovers early. We got off to that terrible start and then we just couldn't rebound the ball and ended up we were just too small. We were in foul trouble and second half Malik struggled a little bit and we really needed him and Joey kind of wore down and you know their size hurt us and give them credit. They played well and give us credit that we fought and did everything we needed to do and its final score is not addictive at the damn game. That's for sure. Well, Tom, I mean this game had 11 ties and will and I were just even talking about that with a minute 54 left. It was tied 72 72. And you did the right thing. I mean, you do just at the end of the day, give Michigan a lot of credit. Yeah. Yeah, I give him a lot of credit. They found a way to win. And you know, I got to give us a little bit of blame though, 'cause, you know, you don't play 38 minute games. And we've done a little bit too much of that. And some of it is we ran out of gas and some of it is we made some plays that just weren't worth the smart basketball plays. They shoot an air ball, we don't get the rebound, and then they score on the inbounds. You don't get to do those things at this level. You don't give people second and third chances. And we did. And they finally took advantage of them. Tom Malik hall looked as maybe the best he's looked since he's come back. What do you think? Oh, the first half, for sure. Second half, it just, I don't know, I just wasn't as, but the first time he was, I thought he was unbelievable. I mean, I thought he was better than the last time I saw him be great. And we really needed him. That second half, we struggled a little bit more, but I thought, you know, it's a step in the right direction for him. Well, how many final thoughts before we head home? Just not really proud that I think our guys did everything we could for hopefully for people to pause and enjoy two hours and what's been a rough week and for the families that of the students we lost, I want you to know that we were on our minds and we spent a lot of time talking about them and yet somehow some way we got to learn to finish the job, so that's what we're trying to do. Thank you. Thank you so much, Tom. Well, there's nobody speaks from the heart better than Tom does. It just isn't, he speaks for everybody. He's been The Rock of the university during this terrible time. So we appreciate Tom as always. We lose at 84, 72 back with more of the farm bureau insurance. "He's very did. Giselle has a beautiful family. But point being is, you know, we we've seen what Tom Brady eats. What he won't drink. Could you do for a week? What Tom does for a life? No, I don't know you do for a day. Yeah, exactly If somebody came up to you, honestly, if if if I don't know some kind of fairy or whatever Angel or whoever it was said, Look, I'll give you that. But here's what you have to you, and they laid out all the green stuff. You got to eat and drink and not drink and not eaten. No, I would just say, Look, if I could get to that level all retired 35. I've got no problem with it. I mean, I love it's amazing how disciplined the is you bring up a great point. Dante brings a great point. It's amazing how disciplined he is. But 99.9% was are willing to because I pass of McDonald's and I start to get aroused. I mean, it's just like I can't do it, man. There's no way I get like that's the problem with me, too, is if I could go on a diet. I could be really good about it, but I'm not like some people have cheat days. And then we will jump right back on it If I have a cheat day than I have a cheat week in a cheap month, and it's over, like I can't do it. You know, I'm not disappointed enough. I have to be all or nothing. But I can't be like that for my life. You know, I can't. I'm not hard core about it all. I break the rules all the time, but I do loosely try to do that, and it's just weekends. You should see me on a Friday night. Oh, my God. You're like cheap debut A cheat day. Gosh, it's just somewhere between Friday night and Saturday night were doing we're doing in and out. We're doing breakfast burritos. Desserts are happening late into the evening. Okay, you'll find me at 11 35 at night with a bowl of cereal just just over the sink. Just crushing it because the second been waiting all week to get to this moment. And, yeah, he gets a Monday morning and you're like I let's go. So take some Spanish. Let's get back on the damn bike. You know, Here we go. Okay, Let me ask you this because you just brought up a really good point. So Again. I'm sure you had a great life, you know, has a great life. I should say Brady. He has a great life. He's amazing is gonna go down to the best of all time when the most Super Bowls played until probably. He said he wanted Plato 45. It certainly looks like you could do that. But do you think he's had as fun of a life being so disciplined? Because to me, food is great. Booze is great. Like, for example, I went we were going to do the month of Vu. January We're gonna go booze free and you know it. Well, everything we were we well and everything, but But the boost thing I was cooking steaks on a Friday night we're grilling out. And because we weren't drinking, I thought this isn't nearly as much fun because what I like to do is like two girls steaks on a Friday have a couple of glass of wine. I'm not getting hammered. I just want to enjoy it. Then with the steak like to have a glass of red wine as well. So we said to heck with it. This is stupid. Why're we we're not alcoholics. We're not. You know, we're not abusing alcohol. Why are we holding ourselves back from things we enjoy. Now, Look, you can't eat anything you want, especially as you get older, but Tom Brady like I think, he said one time. He's never a strawberry. We let come on the guy. I'd wanna live a life like that, Even if I could play in the NFL. Tell him 45. In other words, Whatever smoothie he's been drinking is wrong. Because if the smoothie doesn't have strawberries in it, I don't I don't know why we're having a smoothie like this guy was a sweetness to the smooth It's got to be pink. Like, Don't give me up. Don't give me a white or a green smoothie. Like it's got to be pulled your doing you okay? The conversation you had with our with yourself, especially two weeks into January is a conversation Millions of Americans have had in mid January, and quite frankly, every week where you're doing it, and you're doing well and then all the sudden you're like. Why are we doing this? Like? What is my end game? Am I trying to be Mr America? You know, you just got married. Are you trying to impress the opposite sex anymore? Not really. You'd like to look. Look for your wife. You'd like to be healthy, but no, They're not going out to bars trying to attract people anymore. You're good. You're all set. So like You have that combo? My doctor had it with me. One time. My I was doing something. This is years ago. I don't go lift weights anymore. But years ago I would go to like You don't like do some squats or whatever, at the gym and my go to an annual physical when my doctor goes, so tell me about when you exercise. What do you do? And so I just rolled through a bunch of stuff and that flew out of my mouth. I'm like, Yeah, you know, just squats, you know, put the put the thing on the back and And he goes. So why do you do that? And I was like I stopped and thought about it. I'm like Cause it's there like it's it's there in the gym, so I figured it's good. He goes. Are you training for the Olympics? His like There's no. What are you doing like that's all you're going to do is hurt your back. And just the same thing you did, like, What? What exactly am I trying to do here? I don't know. It's lessening my enjoyment of life. What's the point? I want to stay in shape, okay? If I had an issue with with alcohol that, you know that would be a conversation that I would need to have myself to say. Hey, this is a real problem your life, but I don't Fortunately, I don't. So I just thought to myself Why am I doing this? So we made it eight or nine days. We just decided, and I told myself Look, here's will do the altar this the rest of the month. Let's not be crazy about it. But if we want to have a drink to release some stress if you wanna have some wine with the dinner with, you know, whatever. Let's But let's cut it down. Let's you know, And so that's what we decided to do. And it's been great because and we do have two friends. We did this together and they shamed us like we're still on it. We're still doing it. I'm like is your month is good. It's not as good said Stop it. So I don't feel bad about it. But I hated getting shamed is like I'm still on it..

What she's about it, you know, they got better every single week and they're a top 10 all offensive line in this league 10 Lawson comes in to take the place of campus. 2nd 10 Brady Shotgun Snap goes the past of the near side length by Antonio Brown Belt High. Cuts from the sideline to the middle of the field goes to the 35 goes to the numbers is down, 38 catch and run a 12. That's a first down for the Buccaneers. Brady quickly assembles clock is ticking with a minute low shotguns hip. He moves up, he gets a plucky fills a pass down the middle of two deflected ball. It's incomplete. The ricochet at the £40 field. It was almost picked off by Cameron Girl. Terrific Rookie out of Arkansas, incomplete pass that 2nd 10 for the Buccaneers in the clock. It 54 seconds to play in the first half. And Cameron Girls stop after the play was completed, started with push ups because he felt he should have intercepted it. He's a rookie. That's right. They do that kind of stuff out there. Yep. Gamma girl, one of the best rookie safeties in the NFL seconds, And for Brady. It is 39 in the gun. Three wine. Four men. Washington moves up. There's a past of the numbers. It's incomplete for great. Was running along the 50 parallel to the 55 to lunge with painted 50 in the grass, and he could not get that low pass 3rd and 10 run for Tampa Bay, Washington playing a split safety look, That means there's areas to the outside here to sideline on both sidelines and a big hole in the middle of the field, So I expect operating try to attract attack those three areas the field Especially when you got a guy like came with great Rob Gronkowski tight and they both run and they get down that hole right in the middle of a field eats the bucket of 39, Brady 3rd and 10 shotguns. Camp right tackle Blocky has time breaking out yet. Breaks away. Hit again uptown brought down on the play kick by sweat from behind. Brady is brought down and loses a couple on the play set for the first time tonight. He doesn't like pressure. The statistics reflect that is percentage goes way down. It's fourth down. Here comes the running group four Tampa Bay. Okay, let me say this. Clearly. Tom does not like to get it. Of course. No quarterback does right but he got knocked down. He got up. He was screaming it somebody now It was the offensive line because you gotta protect those guys. I think one of the receivers broke the route or didn't go to the area where Tom Brady expected him to be Tom Brady, much like Peyton Manning tells the receivers be where you're supposed to be. And I will find you gladly opinion with the wind at his back on this 38 degree night, and Landover, Maryland will punt here late in the first half for Tampa Bay from our right to our left. He is the second rated hunter by pro football focus. My long step right footed punch is up High down the middle Sims A let it bounce in front of him at the 20 bounces to the 15 rolls to the 10 on the hash mark. It'll die right there. Great, hang time, Terrific bounce and the clock with 30 seconds to play here in the first half with an 18 to 7 lead for the Buccaneers. After Hours With Amy Lawrence
Brady, NBC And Boston discussed on After Hours With Amy Lawrence
"Season the funny part about the Brady thing is I go on NBC Boston regional sports network every week during the season and I talked them off the ledge the last seven weeks there is this it for Brady it's it doesn't look good for the page it's another kind of Brady still really good they're gonna they could still win the Superbowl do all that and then they win the Superbowl is just all forgotten and course yeah I've been having a lot of arguments about this conversation so Chris you gonna make a lot of assumptions because the apple yo you almost have to be Nostradamus looking out of the future sharply dressed like that together right so when you're in Boston for six or seven weeks talking them off the web yeah they win a Superbowl what happens in the five months in the off season that also he goes from a Super Bowl winning quarterback to the ninth best would reckon only well I think that's the the it's nothing nothing happened and he still again what my big thing is we we are putting too much team stuff and this going quarterback did it and I wanna go no New England was the third best running team in football not because the quarterback I he did nice and often check to the line of credit at all that I'm not trying to take anything away from anybody but you know again the support system around of in my yeah it is my belief that if you put the eight quarterbacks that I put in front of them that yes I believe that the New England Patriots still would have been in the same situation and that's not a knock on time for AT again my dad was a guy who got hurt late in the season and the quarterback took over what won the Superbowl so I don't I I take all these things into it but yeah I just think a little bit you know the team the offense gets thrown into that's the quarterback and I can go to games are just go back to Tom Brady specifically go okay here's again Maria twenty eight completions right I watch the film and I go twenty five the twenty eight completions the first guy he looked at was open and he threw it and then yeah that's a good job I get that but a lot of Corexit football could do that the coaches throw to this guy first if he's open and he does it to him I don't go all my gosh what an unbelievable play holy cow nobody else in football could do this Brady is amazing he certainly greatest of all time our top two or three however yet yes see it and I still think you can win a Superbowl with them but yeah I think his days of being able to carry the team like we saw in twenty fifteen that go out to Denver and play the Broncos team is going to best defense we ever seen the guy we're not gonna run it just get the shocking retort fifty five times all on you Tom does that to me that day is over and I think yeah that but the guys whether it's what's in my home's big band yeah I think there's things they could do on the field at this point in their career that Tom Brady can not and that's not a knock on Tom Brady still awesome I really am a big Tom Brady fan even not really strong opinions a
