Mike Pence: Attacks on the FBI Must Stop
"No, here's Mike Pence, cut 5. Earlier today, and elsewhere, I also want to remind my fellow Republicans, we can hold the attorney general accountable for the decision that he made without attacking a rank and file law enforcement personnel at the FBI. The Republican Party is the party of Law & Order. Our party stands with the men and women who serve on the thin blue line at the federal and state and local level. And these attacks on the FBI must stop. Calls to defund the FBI are just as wrong as calls to defund the police. The truth of the matter is, we need to get to the bottom of what happened. We need to let the facts play out, but more than anything else. The American people need to be reassured in the integrity of our justice system. And the very appearance of a recurrence of politics playing a role in decisions at the justice department demands transparency has never before. And I will continue to call on the attorney general and the Justice Department to make that information available to the American people and do so now. And that ladies and gentlemen is a great big pile of grade a crap pola, crap. Yeah, I said it crap. These are the same FBI agents who tried to take down the Trump presidential campaign, the same FBI agents who were plotting in text messages to destroy Donald Trump once he became president of the United States. The
Caller: 'I'm More Determined Than Ever to Vote for Trump'
"I'm more determined than ever to vote for Trump after this ongoing persecution. It only convinces me more and more that his efforts to drain the swamp are desperately needed if America is ever going to be what it has been in the past. So Margaret, you haven't been turned off by the nonstop attacks on Trump over these years? No, they make you more determined to realize that the swamp doesn't want him there because why? They're afraid and they're afraid he's going to stop the corruption and the fraud that's going on up there that has been exposed. To us now, I'm almost 80 years old. And I, you know, I've always looked at the federal government to be above board and honest, but lately we have been able to see as Americans more and more that the swamp is indeed corrupt and it needs to be drained and I don't know anybody else's any tougher than Trump to be able to handle that job. Yeah, I mean, Mike Pence is a nice guy, but you don't want him in the sky, but nice guys don't do this. Yeah, you don't want him in the foxhole next to you when the going gets tough. No.
We Need to Know Everything That Happened at Mar-A-Lago
"Early on, the Justice Department said, well, we can't really tell you what we were looking for unless president Trump wants to release it, but we're really not quite sure he was going to do that. So but it's really up to president Trump. So president Trump comes out and says, release the affidavit. Go ahead and open it up. We got nothing to hide. And then all of a sudden, the FBI comes back and says, well, we really, yeah, we really don't want to do it after all. We're not going to release anything after all. It said there's just too much, it might affect some other investigations. We've got. So yeah, we're just going to back off of that. So now the judge is going to decide. And honestly, what needs to happen is it needs to be released. We need to know everything that was going on at Mar-a-Lago. That's what needs to happen. Because look, if the president, if former president Trump is guilty of harboring top secret information, information that could have led to the destruction of America, we need to know about that. If in fact, that information that would have led to the destruction of America and the FBI knew it for 18 months and did nothing, yet we need to know about that as well. So there's a lot we need to know about what happened down there. And I don't, for a New York minute, believe president Trump did anything illegal. You say Tod how can you say that? A very simple. You look at the man's record. He's never been arrested, never been charged with a crime. Oh yeah, there are a lot of people out there making all sorts of allegations, but at the end of the day, president Trump has never been charged and we know that plot after plot after FBI planned plot has been dismissed as fake.
Mainstream Media Ignores That Mike Pence Rallied the Jan. 6 Crowd
"And here's what Mike Pence told the crowd. And as our election contest continues. I'll make you a promise. We're going to keep fighting until every legal vote is counted. We're going to keep fighting until every illegal vote is thrown out. We're going to win Georgia. We're going to save America and we'll never stop fighting to make America great again. You want. Yeah, we watched and you know what he did. He threw he threw the president under the bus. That's what he did. So nothing changed. And that's what really angers a lot of people is that nothing changed. Mike Pence was out there. He was rallying the base. He was the one getting the people fired up. He was getting the people to go to Washington, D.C. for the big rally. That was Mike Pence. And when the going got tough, Mike Pence went running. And that's ultimately why people are so upset with Mike Pence. If Mike Pence would have just stayed quiet, I mean, he could have, he could have told president Trump, you know what? I've got a little touch of the China virus. Mister president, I have to stay here at the naval observatory. But he didn't do that. No, Mike Pence said, you know what? We're going to fight this. And so think about this now, because they're saying the mainstream media, they're out there saying. Oh, this is a good and honorable man. Okay. Well, this good and honorable man was literally out there standing in front of thousands of people. And he was saying that the election was what was stolen. You just heard it. He talked out we're going to fight. We're going to fight on the battlefields. It was like the big Churchill moment.
Mike Pence Would Consider Testifying in Front of Jan. 6 Committee
"So. This is somewhat unbelievable, but I'm going to help us work our way through this. Mike Pence is going to challenge Donald Trump for the Republican nomination for the presidency. No, it's not written in stone just yet, but that's the only reason to be a New Hampshire right now. And Mike Pence does not own a vacation home in New Hampshire. He doesn't have relatives in New Hampshire, but he's a New Hampshire, and he is laying the groundwork folks for a run at The White House. And he's not the only one. But this could get very interesting because on the debate stage, you could end up having Donald Trump Mike Pence and Liz Cheney. Now the question is, who does Donald Trump pick up on the stage and smack around the other person? Is it Liz Cheney? Does he pick her up and physically just smack the living daylights out of Mike Pence or is it vice versa? But they're all going to be running for The White House. So look, Mike Pence had a couple of things to say. First of all, he was talking about whether or not he would testify or consider testifying at the January 6th committee. Jeremy said, if they were to call you the committee. Come and testify. Would you be agreeable? Why would if there was an invitation to participate, I would consider it, but you've heard me mention the constitution a few times this morning. On the constitution, we have three co equal branches of government. And any invitation to be directed to me, I would have to reflect on the unique role that I was serving as vice president.
Todd Starnes: 'Arby's Has the Best Fish'
"Have a weird, there's something weird that I do every day after the show just about. Arby's, which is, you know, I'm not a big Arby's fan, but for some reason, Arby's has the best fish in America. Ew. No. A huge fan of what? That's like saying McDonald's has good things. Oh, they've got, I love the Filet-O-Fish. I don't think that's real fish. There's something else mixed. Does that make me a bad person? It makes you a fried human being. It's the fried fish with the hush puppy banner. Love that stuff. I'm trying to eat healthy. So I thought, you know I'm gonna do the fried fish. Eat a salad. Well, I can do that. I mean, that's called coleslaw, but so I'm trying to eat healthy, so I'm trying the fried fish at Arby's. And it's very delicious. If you call that healthy. I think I've lost a pound or two, maybe. I'm not even gonna ask how, because all right, so you don't like our food. I really don't. I think that the roast beef, here's my thing. They have good fries, they have a good shake, so I'll give them that, but they're beef. I just think about it that this roast beef has just been sitting there in like a foil packet and it's kind of slimy. I just don't do it. I like a roast beef sandwich when it's fresh, not for Arby's. I remember
Harriet Hageman Explains Her Victory in Wyoming
"By the way, Laura Ingraham last night, Harriet hagman was on it. I really thought she did a good job of explaining what happened in Wyoming last night. Joining me now is Harriet hagerman, the Wyoming congressional candidate who just defeated Liz Cheney, Harriet. First of all, congratulations. I remember talking to you before you decided you were gonna throw your hat in the ring for real. And now, you know, you got it, girl. You're gonna be the nominee for the party and I can't imagine you won't be the next congresswoman from the great state of Wyoming. Well, thank you, Laura. It's wonderful to be back with you. We started this a year ago or about 11 months ago and here we are with all of the hard work and the support of the great people across the state of Wyoming and all of our volunteers and supporters. We've been able to succeed. Did Liz Cheney call you and congratulate you. How is the tone of that conversation? I haven't had an opportunity to visit with her. We have been kind of wrapped up in all of the stuff associated with what's going on downstairs with our watch party as you can imagine we have several hundred people downstairs ready to celebrate who've been celebrating and so I have not been able to even look at my phone, so I don't know if she's called or not. So I don't really have anything to report on that. Oh, that's interesting. Did you happen to hear that part of her speech was a continued vow Harriet to make sure Donald Trump never steps foot in The White House after what happened on January 6th. Which was not, I guess not surprising that she said that, but your reaction tonight. Well, again, I have not had an opportunity to even see or hear what she had to say because I've been kind of focused on what's going on here.
Will the Commodification of News Be the End of Our Democracy?
"Wrote this on social media. Amanda held. If this democracy fails, I think history will look back and say it was due to the commodification of news. Media empire, selling consumers the fiction they desired rather than the facts they needed. Entertainment rather than info. It's propaganda for the sake of profit. Again, if they want to talk about profit, let's talk about Liz Cheney. How does a congresswoman, a full-time congresswoman, on a salary of a $174,000 a year, increase her personal worth to $14.7 million? How does that happen? I'd like to see what kind of investment she's been making. But you can blame the mainstream media for this. The reality is that the mainstream media has been spreading lies about Donald Trump for years now. But clearly, that's not what she's talking about. Miss held. She suggesting that conservative news organizations are the ones that are responsible for all of this. Well, I would disagree with that assessment. If nothing else, we're trying to establish the facts of what's happening in this country. Let's
Eric Trump: Security Camera Footage Will Be Released Soon
"Eric Trump was on handed he last night and the FBI told the folks at Mar-a-Lago, hey, you've got to turn off all of your security cameras. We don't want you people seeing what we're doing. And they thought that the staff at Mar-a-Lago had complied. But the staff at Mar-a-Lago, they don't answer to the FBI. They answered a Donald Trump, and it's our understanding that the cameras, the surveillance cameras, were turned on and Eric Trump last night on Hannity says, hey, look, we're going to be releasing that footage. Will you still have the surveillance tape? Is that correct? Will you are you allowed to share that with the country? Absolutely, Sean at the right time. And your body can point with spot on. That's why cops wear body cams. They don't tell you to turn off cameras. They want transparency, and that's not what happened here. And you know for a fact, they asked for the cameras to be turned off. They asked for the cameras to be turned off.
President Trump Posts on Truth Social Following Cheney Defeat
"What president Trump wrote on true social, I assume that with a very big Liz Cheney loss, and by the way, it's what one of the worst political defeats of an incumbent in modern American history. It's unbelievable. She only got 29% of the vote. Trump goes on to say, I assume that with the very big Cheney laws far bigger than had ever been anticipated, the J 6 committee of political hacks and thugs will quickly begin the beautiful process of disillusion. This was a referendum on the never ending witch hunt, the people will have their say.
Caller: The Difference Between Liz Cheney & Abraham Lincoln
"I found this interesting. She used the Lincoln analogy to political analogy with her in Lincoln because the big difference in her link of a is Abraham Lincoln's political debates were because he was rejected by the swamp. Our government and slavery to go her political defeat for because she's been rejected by the people. And that is a big difference. Well, she thinks that she is on a righteous campaign here. And she is clearly delusional, but she's going to blow it up. She's going to try to blow it up. And it depends on whether or not enough establishment Republicans join the effort. That's the question.
How Did Liz Cheney Grow Her Net Worth so Fast?
"Right out of the gate here, I just have a question. About Liz Cheney. She and her husband were attorneys, all right? There were just regular run of the mill, nothing out of the ordinary attorneys. So I'd like to know how she became a multi millionaire. Since she entered Congress, her worth her net worth has gone from what $7 million in the first in her first congressional term, $7 million, two by some estimations upwards of $44 million. How does that happen? How does a woman like Liz Cheney take a $174,000 paycheck and turn that into a $44 million treasure trope? How is that humanly possible? So maybe Liz Cheney is just simply in the wrong career path here. Maybe she ought to be a financial adviser because clearly she's made some pretty darn good investments to take a $174,000 a year salary and turn that into $44 million. I mean, that's pretty remarkable. Wouldn't you say ladies and gentlemen? Unless, of course, something nefarious has been going on. Unless unless maybe somebody's been funneling money into the military industrial complex side of the Cheney regime.
Todd Starnes Gets in Trouble at Whole Foods
"I haven't been I'm trying to eat a little healthier and I wasn't really happy with the produce at the regular supermarket. Fair enough. So I thought, you know what, I gotta go to the whole foods. I mean, that's what they're known for. You know, the high dollar lettuce and vegetables and all that kind of whatnot. It's a very nice store though. It's a great store, so I'm driving, I'm driving there in the Cadillac, and I realize, oh wow, there is a parking spot up front. Oh. And I thought that. I was very excited. I mean, it's a busy supermarket. A lot of, you know, a lot of people are shopping. And so I realized I thought, well, maybe it's handicapped parking. A lot of these stories have like 75 parking spots for the handicap. I've noticed that. And nobody's nobody's ever parked there, so the rest of us have to walk a couple of a quarter of a mile to the store. Dare they make us walk. So anyway, there wasn't a handicapped sign. So I thought, oh, great. Well, I pull right in and to go about my business. And anyone when I get out, some guy is just kind of giving me the evil eye. And he said, your parking, your parking in a place reserved for electric cars. Sir. Was there a charging port? Because I realize, you know, I'm turning around and looking, and I realized, holy crap, everybody's shopping here has a Biden bumper sticker, and I like the only person without one. Oh. Did you still left out? No, no, I just felt like the I felt like it wasn't the odd man out. I was the right man out. Sir, that no, you need to park somewhere else. Did he talk with me? Yeah, I don't know, maybe he had the flu. I don't know, he was and he was. He did have a mask on. There you go. So that could have been it.
Caller Shares Intel in Following One America News & RSBN
"Were asking where we get our news from. So on April 6th, when direct TV quick carrion, one American news network, I quit carrying them. And for 5 bucks a month, you can stream them on any device. You have, and I also like to mention that they had this little app as you can put on your phone called OAN audio, which is free, and you can listen. To broadcasting over their guests now. It's Internet. It used to be satellite, but now it's Internet. So one American news network and another one called RSV, right side broadcasting and they also, they cover all the Trump rally. He's start to finish. Is there not they don't broadcast live all day long, but you can go back and watch a lot of different news programs and Trump rallies and things like that. And they're available. Both of them are available over the Roku, I guess fire stick to. I don't know how that works. But anyway, that's where I get mine from.
Caller: I Don't Think Dems Are Capable of Pulling Back
"John, you talked to a few minutes ago about the Dems possibly pulling back. You know, you got to remember, this is the same party that in 1861 didn't pull back. And they plunged the country into four years of living hail. And it's the same party that gave us Jim Crow for a hundred plus years. And frankly, I don't think they want to our capable of pulling back. And they'll do everything in their power to try to make it look like conservative Christian Americans are causing the problem when in fact it's them. It's concerning. And I tell you, I would be terrified if I didn't have faith in God because he knows what's going on and it's all headed in his direction and my place is in him, but times it's a challenging times, but it is exciting times we live in.
Feds Lied About Confiscating Trump's Passport
"To, I want to bring to your attention a bit of fake news. This is always, it's an educational process here on the tan star's radio program. You as a news consumer, you've got to do your homework. You just can't take things for granted in the mainstream media anymore. You just can't. It's a horrible time to be a journalist in America. Because there are none. Except for the ones we hire, and there are a few other places out there, breitbart does a good job. Some sections of The Wall Street Journal do a decent job. Newsmax does a great job. So anyway, yesterday on this program, we told you that the FBI, they seized president Trump's passports. That is a huge deal. By the way, that is a civil rights violation. Mike cernovich pointed this out on his Twitter feed. He says seizing president Trump's passport is a big deal because it shows the warrant was over broad and unlawful. The FBI outright stole whatever it wanted like Nazi goons. We'll be curious if recording devices were planted. Yeah, we were raising those questions yesterday. We wanted to know what they planted what they left behind. That Mar-a-Lago. So anyway, it was, I mean, the president of the United States came out and said, hey folks, they stole my passports. So then the Justice Department comes out and denies it. Never happened. We didn't do that. Well, these folks are not the brightest bulbs in the lamp over at FBI headquarters because it turns out that they did and the Trump campaign actually had the receipts. They've got the emails.
The FBI Search Warrant Will Prove This Is a Political Witch Hunt
"And they've asked the judge to keep the warrant private. I think the reason why is because they know this is a political witch hunt. And whatever's on that document will prove it's a political witch hunt. That the raid had nothing to do with the national archives, got nothing to do with J 6. This has everything to do because we know, by the way, from Benny Thompson, the chair of the J 6 committee that there are no criminal charges coming out of that against president Trump. There are none. So I believe that something else is going on here. And that something else is looking for something to indict this president because if they can indict this president, he will not be able to run for The White House again. And these people are terrified. They're terrified of Donald Trump. You know why they're terrified of Donald Trump? Because he delivered on his campaign promises. He made promises to weed the people he made promises to the maga world he made promises to the America first community and he delivered all those promises. He also stood up to the military industrial complex of this nation, the one that's continuing to send young men and young women into battle, where we don't need to be in battle. He also stood up to the mainstream media and he showed the Republicans how to fight back against these little morons like little Jimmy Acosta over at CNN. The most profane name in news. Crying Negro network, judge Joe Brown, thank you, sir. We always appreciate your kind words and your opinion. That's what I think is going on here.
Will Merrick Garland Listen to President Trump?
"Well, I will say this, if they indict, this president, they will they will see mayhem. They will see true mayhem in America. Because I suspect if, in fact, they indict president Trump, there's no way anybody's going to be able to stop the maga bomb. I don't think anybody's going to be able to do it. And president Trump understands this. That's why he's going out there and he gave the interview with Fox News and saying, hey, look, you know, somebody needs to turn down the temperature here. What can I do to help? And that was the message he conveyed to the attorney general Merrick Garland. I hope that the attorney general listens. Because people are raging, they are seething. And that they see exactly what the federal government is doing here. I mean folks. It is based on what happened yesterday with the Justice Department. I am of the opinion that this entire thing is a farce. And the only thing that needs to happen is for the attorney general to resign and shame. Very clear to me, based on the behavior of the Justice Department, that it is time for the attorney general to go. But I'm not sure the Democrats are going to let that happen. And you want to know why? I'm going to tell you why. Because if they do, Trump wins. That's why Trump wins.

Um, one of the things he said today. Excuse me in his press conference. Maybe if I can get my buttons pushed, right? Hold on. Let's try that again. The IRS can't see what they make. Um, you know, not all that's income, but you gotta you'll have to prove that it won't be in that It's not income. There's a lot more intrusion that they're wanting the IRS to do. It's like, uh, you know, giving them the The power to just have a lot more information over us. Uh, which I don't I don't think it's a good thing. We know what happens when the IRS It's a little bit too much too much knowledge and too much power. We'll see. Yeah, that's one of things I wanted to ask about. So so literally. They're going to be able to go and do and it's not just rich folks. They're going to be able to go. What he's proposing is to build to go into any one of our bank accounts to look for anything that might trigger Uh, something that looks like this income coming in when we're not reporting it, um and then trigger audits, right? It's a whole lot easier for him to say no, no, this is wrong and rejected than it is for him to say. Okay, I understand that now I'll close this case. That's that's the problem that's happening behind the scenes at the IRS. "He wasn't revered, but he was definitely respected. He's no longer there. You got Jeanie Buss would minutely doesn't involve ourself with basketball operations per se because that's not her string. So where you get your basketball decisions from it's a guy that used to be an agent, and rob Pelinka ruse. Now, you're GM. And obviously, he was an accomplished agent knows that thing too about basketball, but is decision making it's contaminated by the fact that nobody wants to answer his phone calls. People daily wanna talk to him. They just dislike them because of whatever they feel. He did to them as an agent. The question now becomes Mike. How do you fix the Lakers? That's an easy answer for me. I think the easiest answer is you go back to Todd little and you offer him five years at a three because that's the fear offered to do if you gave Luke Walton five years. Okay. You can give Thailand five years. That's number one because any coach would a championship on his resume is going to command that here's no other job in the NBA. There's those the team in the NBA with a head coaching opening there would've offered them three gives any other job even the Knicks. The Knicks fan that's the Knicks didn't try to pull that was the Kerr when they offer Steve Kerr four years instead of five and Golden State came and offered to dreams dole and trying to get away with giving him four before he turned around after losing Steve Kerr and gave their Fisher five, but the point is in this day and age any coach with a championship or his resume is going to get a five year offer. So the Lakers need to step up. Not do that a and being also they'll want to have this..

And then as Phoenix Copley was pulled from the net by Washington Dylan, strong, put the icing on the cake. Fire it down the right in behind the hawk net. It up the far side cane wax it free now Dylan breakaway with an empty net. He. Stroman that. Five in favor of the hawks one forty nine left in the third and for Strom his eleventh of the season his eighth with the Blackhawks so far, and yes, they did give Alex debrincat and Patrick Kane assists on that empty net goal. Eight to five would be your final and for the contest the Blackhawks wound up being outshot by the capital's thirty nine to twenty eight and a couple of other statistics in the face off dot the Blackhawks wound up winning fifty three percent against the team. The game had his back turned Wilson. Shot on the puck is all the way down a standing ovation for Cowan off. It's been awhile since we saw standing ovation for a Blackhawks goalie making a save here in the house that was definitely highlight worthy. Again. "This is a recording. This. It's it's almost Christmas time, it's cold out. And it's just that that season to where it's been so much fun. We moved up here to Idaho from San Diego two years ago, two and a half years ago, and in the process, it was kind of a fun thing for us because I remember. Would we first moved up here? Our kids living all they had were shorts t shirts and a sweatshirt so pants and long sleeves and coats were something that my boys word accustomed to wear and it's been fun having four seasons and realizing the different clothing that you wear based on the season of life and the season that you're in. And so it's been really kind of an interesting dynamic, I paid attention to this my wife, and I were out shopping just Saturday for new basically new ski jackets, and it was it was just a lot of fun because she's trying on all these different ones. And some are too thick and some are too comfortable and similar to thin. She's like, I don't know if this is gonna keep me warm enough. And and do I have another layer on underneath and win through literally like this whole drama of all these different coats, and it was fun because this whole analogy of codes, and the things that we wear and the story of the life and the journey that we're in all came about. And we had this amaze. Conversation that I want to share with you some of the takeaways and some of the things that happened. The fun part was literally just two days later. Brian Todd flew in for our partner meeting. And it's always a kind of a joke with us as far as Todd because I don't know anybody who can travel is light is Todd Todd little can go with just a backpack for a week and have all the clothes everything else. He needs in there. And this time he actually brought something a little a little more clothing stuff when we're like Todd happy, man. It's just so cold. I had he had four different layers and long Johns. And and it was just fun as we had his ideas far as talking about the phase of life and the coats that you wear, and I wanna just kinda share that with us this going to be kind of a rambling mismatched podcast of different ideas and thoughts, but will hopefully by the end, you understand how this applies you personally, not only in your business life where you are in your personal life and the own self growth, and the things that you're going through so without managed to kind of dive into it. So one of the things I want to talk about real quick here is to realize that the coats. They actually vary based on the season that you're in your life. And what's going on right now in my life? My wife, and I have four boys. Two of them are are out of the house. My oldest son Chandler is married to our our first daughter daughter-in-law Fran would just love and adore. My son part is Parker is down at BYU in Provo, Utah going to school, and then we have my son Christian who seventeen in my son Jackson, who's fifteen who both live with us here in Boise and Christians a senior..
