"Don't I'm not going barest person. Man I have no idea. I can't believe nothing from your adolescence just immediately sprung to mind. You're not forgotten. Oh one for me too I. in Third Grade was my teacher to clean up after some of my classmates, and I refuse and I like ran away and then I got what was a fluent. It was called the yellow. Which is? Got Suspended for a day and I was humiliated. Because I was very much a goody. Two shoes like Sunday's needed and that was. That was the pitch for me. It's not bad for most embarrassed, not bad. Tobin's never been embarrassed, so this is a goal now for everyone who knows her is to find. A way to embarrass her odd number seven. Tobin, what's the thing about yourself? You'd most like to improve. Compassion. Okay. Kristen patients. Yeah I'm with you on that one. Number, eight Tobin. If you could be commissioner of life for one day, one rule enforce that everyone would have to abide by. Kindness. To get one that's that's very common answer these days. Unfortunately, I think it's top of mind for everyone. How about you Chris? Maybe each day having to just pause for a little bit of time and sit with yourself, but honestly I. Need someone to enforce that so that I do every day. Yeah Yeah. Tobin number nine. What's the most scared you've ever been? The most scared I've ever been. Well when I was in college I was in a pretty scary car accident. was probably the closest I personally come to Dax I guess that would count, but I was kind of eerily children yet so. With us by my response from this things, yeah. Being early chill? What about you, Kristen? I? Honestly have never gone through anything really scary, so he's just reflecting on what that means for my life, but how dedicated to mind that I was on eight terrifying played once through a storm from the Philippines, and that was very scary. Yeah, I could see that all right last one. Number ten, Tobin, what three words would you most hope that people would use to describe you? Nice. and. Fun K.. Kristen. grounded. CH-. Compassionate? Ooh, those are good. Those are well. It was fantastic to talk to you. Ladies, good luck with Stacy's rise and can't wait to see back on the field sometime. Good luck with re ink and thanks for taking some time to talk to me. You appreciate it. Chiesa..

"That I like being in that space where. You can always have a rookie mindset. And one of my a partners. Non Soccer Player fulltime ranger now She said to me once she was like just in shots by like the four of you how humble you are in! Huge goes. But she met like because when we when we enter the business world, where like when we have no idea what doing and so anyone that's been in business for anyone who's been in the workforce for day has more experience. and and so we have really brought that humility. It's only possible the confidence of like not being embarrassed. By what we don't know and actually I think that's a really great thing to share, and now when we look to to hire people at we think about that like we need people that are just able to be confident enough in themselves that they can actually put their egos aside. And and that's kind of a funny sickle thing but I think that's something I would love to share you know it you in order to be a leader. You have to serve, so it's actually like from the bottom up and I think that when you think of it that way, it It really changes kind of a hierarchical sense of what businesses like only. Only report to the CEO will I'm AC- owner and I want to support you, and then if you feel respected and you feel valued I, believe the output that you're going to give to. The company is so much higher, and I think that flipping that model on its head allows the company to go so much further, and and it's really powerful for people. I can't tell you how many powerful women in particular I've interviewed that if said one of the keys to their success is being able to admit when they don't know something and to ask people. How do I do this? How do I learned this? How do I get better instead of presuming that they need to come across like they are in charge of everything, and then actually making big mistakes, because of that sort of false sense of of knowing all. All too useful lesson for maybe the guys who aren't as used to being willing to say that they they don't know something or can't do something. I'm well I'm excited for all the women that are going to get to work with you guys. I think there's probably some early challenges in rank that you've learned from and that you'll be able to sort of bring to the table and explain to them how you how you work through that. You've obviously been super busy with Rian with this. Are you keeping an eye on the challenge? Cup Are you talking trash over text? What are we? What are we doing here in terms of you know keeping an eye on your teammates, and what's going on in Utah. Honestly wishing in the best sending Love Sport and doing whatever we can to to make the team know that were there in spirited end that were pulling to that. Yeah, my my red stars struggling, but they got a big w last night so we're on. We're on our way back. We're on our way back up. before I let you go. You guys have to do the one thing that everybody does and nobody expects..

"That's the memory in the new goal so that that endless climb I think is is something that. I hope to share those days size of entrepreneurs I hope to to share that like those challenges. We're going in the right direction. There's so much wisdom in the idea of just for some reason making a t shirt that values specific things, and all the ways you have to educate yourself and understand before you can move forward is like everything. The country's going through right now like the antiracism educate yourself first before you move forward before you speak before you act before you hire before you engage with your employees like the decision to care enough about something to educate yourself is the first step towards anything and so many people WanNa skip all those steps, and that's what results in companies, doing the wrong thing or people being. You know fired for the wrong reasons. Reasons all that stuff. It's sort of fascinating The idea that following the status quo isn't an agenda, but going against it is when for the people who are served by the status quo. That is absolutely their agenda. Keep everything the way it is because it is really benefiting me a rich old white man, but anybody who's against that has an agenda. We have to shout them down. It's something that comes up so often. No matter what you're talking about, but it's fascinating to keep. Your company brought enough to challenge the status quo anywhere. You could find it. You will find it everywhere, and it will be a challenge for you for sure, but it's a bold. Effort. Toben who's been asking for the most gear I'm GonNa, say well routine works, not repeal I'm going to go sue bird, who's not even a teammate and then? Abby Wambach. Yeah, we've we've had quite a list of asked and. Honestly are closed cell so fast that sometimes we don't even get them. Insane. But to Kristen's point is like we're so invested in every single process in every single thing, we're trying to fight against in every step of the way of like. She said just making a t shirt. Work can consistently coming against the status quo of how things are done especially in industry that is so ingrained in a new we create gender fluid close. We close for everyone sizing doesn't exist for that like we have to come up with sizing that exists. That exists for everyone, because for so long sizing has just been this for a man, and this is for a woman and. We not know sports women. No the best. There's no idea there's no one idea of what a woman looks like. Look like personally and so fighting against those things over and over it it's it's really funny, so so we will say that like we create these products. We don't even have them because we want other people to have them. That is more important for the message in the story for other people to have you know we're. We're so fortunate because we get to build the message goal the story and like you said it's everything that we'd make. It doesn't start with the product is. Is Earth with the purpose and the mission, so even before we.

"You mentioned sort of betting on yourself, and that's the through line for the US. Women's national team for years like listening to. To Julie Foudy and the ninety-niners talk about how they push in pushed. You get these big stadiums, and then you know they're stuck in traffic on the way to the World Cup games and realize that the traffic is for them. It's like this revelatory moment of betting on themselves in having at Work Tobin I. Wonder if you think that there's this sort of inherent part of being an athlete and being part of a team and learning how to work with different people learning how to rise up together and raise up others that makes. Maybe, it's easier for for someone like you and Kristin and Megan Regino Meghan Klingenberg your your partners in rank an and whether that's something you feel you can offer maybe female entrepreneurs that don't have that built in idea of sort of group efforts like team. Yeah I think. Just existing in these spaces is is creating change I'm sure you know within. Your own field by just existing. You're doing something. That nobody's ever done before, and you're allowing other people to see that and to know that it's possible for themselves and I think for Regan. Existing in this new space is us to that. We're four founders, and were just fags that we're creating change and I think that's the same on a soccer field I mean when I first started playing soccer. Being Professional Women's soccer player didn't exist. There was no pattern that so for for Chris Tonight. We obviously have dreamed to be these things that didn't even exist yet. And then, and now you know you people being born into a world where professional women's soccer players exists, and for me that so powerful to be able to see that. It creates dreams. It creates opportunities. I always said. That if you invest in women huge opportunity there. It's an area that has been under so long I think it's more of a cultural issue as opposed to issue where you're not going to get an extreme return on investment. We see with Usama Zach team, just a staggering amount of revenue of. People that are fighting over over rights to the. Team because there is such an opportunity there and we've almost had to. You know like you're saying. Julie Foudy in those people you know, carry that torch a believing that before it's ever been. You know we're very much pioneers in something that hasn't existed, but it is betting on ourselves, but now the history. It's almost like you know. Data is so powerful data proves at this point that there is a lot of opportunity there that hasn't yet. That is right for for the taking end..

"You want to hear from the beginning of your career, I think it was my first day at ESPN, which the campus in, in Bristol is very large, and I forgot where a parked, and I was like, fresh out of college, and I was wearing heels and it was like two o'clock in the morning. And I didn't know where my car was, and it was just walking in circles. And I did the college girl thing where you take your shoes off and you just like amble around the parking lot. And I didn't have anyone I could call I didn't have anything and like the security van pulled up and was like excuse me. Miss like two you need. Help Ohno key. I can't find my car. It was really. I had like it was there was no alarm button. A nineteen eighty nine Toyota Camry there was for, like, fresh out of college relies. Release blue book out here very high. My first job was at an ad agency. And like one of the things that people do when they were gonna add agency is they put their ads mute when they're on conference calls and be like. You didn't have it on mute. Jay, I was like trying to be cool and it wasn't I'm unit. So like says what a stupid idea and then you just hear from the client being like I'm sorry. "That is that's the thing and that story sucks. But it does not show, your incompetence. It shows like a, you know, something got stuck in it fell people make mistakes snafu. Yeah, you're not an imbecile. You're a Europe. You were a little clumsy that day, you know. Happens. I have done most awkward moment from the beginning of my career probably told the somewhere before. But I'll tell it here. Now. When I was a dishing for Fox Sports, one when they were launching their network. They had called and reached out to the company. I was working at the time to be like, we want her and yada, yada. But I still had to go through this, like addition process and up until that point to set the scene for you. I don't ever made you two videos and done and out of my house. I would actually make my roommate leave when I had a roommate because I didn't want to perform in front of it. I was very uncomfortable in front of people. You get this kind of very specific mental disorder of like you can act in a room like there's people there when you're doing you videos, and you're talking to this camera and it's clearly you're alone. So I had not really made these videos with other people around. Anyway, I fly out. They fly me out to LA for this. I dish in and I go in, and there's a c- a bunch of people, I recognized from sports television in the green room and I'm like, oh, my God. I am. I am not up one of these people and I'm going to do the things that you do. So the first at the audition, I sit down and. It's a steady Cam the comes swooping in from on a job. I've never seen a jib in my life for anybody at home. It's just like a dangling camera that's high up, and then it makes this dramatic move. It's what gives you that sweeping motion at the beginning of show. And so the, the script is on that on the prompter. They cue me in my ear at never had an earpiece in my ear before they like go and I just went I can't it's too far away. So it's like getting closer and closer and closer and I waited until it was like stopped. It's move. And I was like, Hello. I'm Katie Nolan and welcome to in. They're like. You can't start it when it stops you have to start on the move knows like, but I can't see it. They had somebody to go get my glasses out of my bag that I didn't think I needed, and then learned that very much did I didn't know how to read the prompter I was awful. I was so bad that afterwards, I went back to tell rim and was upset. And I got a phone call from the guy who had put me in that position who had asked me to come in and he was, we really set you up to fail. That's our full. He didn't say you were great. Sorry, that went so Adly and I was, I was mortified because there was seventy people in the room. They were all standing there. There was a guy who's the stage manager and then there's the woman on the camera, like I'm not used to seeing anybody like I have to do this thing I have to read a prompt or I've never seen before. I absolutely bombed. My addition to the point where if you ask anyone at Fox Sports, they're like she's not kidding. She absolutely behind her. And it was so bad. Then they brought me back in for a single ahead to like sit on a panel, and it wasn't prompted or it was just like talk to each other. Okay. That's the person we were looking for. But whole Lee cow. So I flew all the way out here. I'm not gonna get this job. But it's fine. I got the alert. Tell the story of when you flush Tom Brady. That's a good one too. It wasn't a mistake. That wasn't when I was starting I was a season fashionable. When I showed Tom Brady, my tits, like bourbon street. Do either of you have a particularly good store..

How did she do that? Yeah. Super smart. Don't understand. That's fun. We've any other sports stories. We need to talk about. I really do care about Yankees. Red Sox in London. I do in the sense that. Yeah. But also, no. You know, feel that I think that sums that up. I feel you sound like you're from London. I think it's I think it's cool that, you know, sometimes when they do this with the NFL when they were sending games to London, it was always like the Jaguars, and you're sending the subpar product over. I think it's cool that this game is Yankees Red Sox, which is like a storied rivalry. Obviously it's on at his peak right now. But still, interesting doing colonels cups, too. Yeah. So just, you know, the most awkward thing that I watched on the internet was a bunch of something I did. I'm sure livestream on Instagram. I don't know if they were like they had an American person in front of a conference room of London. Volunteer playing take me out to the ball game and was like trying to teach them how to sing it this, like a promo for the real. No. I think it's like the people who are going to be working at the game in their cocaine. Here's take me out to the ball game. You can follow along the lyrics on the screen. And I'm like, what's happening? It was awkward uncomfortable. Go look it up. Go look it up. Oh, and now it's time to go to me. For does most solid still follow you update due to lead you. Yes. And that's that's. That has been your most all it does most still follow you update. Doodle. I check every day, and I thank my lucky stars. All right. Cool. I think we have time for one more. Oh, yeah. I told you we're going to do one more voicemail. But before we get to that we have another ad read, and we're gonna sing it. We are. I think that we should party like it's nineteen ninety nine prince no. Did you know what genie in a bottle was released twenty years ago that makes.

"But is the premise of the show. This is where if you think too much about the bachelorette it starts to get really hard to, to stay in the world of you over think it, and you're like what a psychopath saying that he's husband it's disrespectful. And he wants her to meet his family, and then you're like, well, he has to propose to her at the end of all of this. So it's actually the correct way that you would be acting if you were weeks away from proposing to someone and they were naked bungee jumping with someone else you'd be like that's really disrespectful to me. I can't wait for you to meet my family like these are normal. So it's like this weird thing where we judge him and think he's a psychopath. But also, he is buying into the premise of the television program. I think time. Caller see made a really great point. You're like, please stop interrupting way. No, no. This is a good conversation to have. He was like, how is it you're, so you're so hypocritical? You stripped down to a Speedo and paraded around in front of like showing your body to the entire country, and she's just like she's doing something that is a air quotes Latvian tradition, which it's not bungee jumping that looked like that. Did you look that out? I was like this is not a no isn't that thing you obviously weren't around in Latvian, seventy nine but even still it's not like an ancient like, oh, this is how couples bought it's like this just started in any case. So that led to tension Hannah was like you're not my husband. You don't. Oh my money. It's my body. I can do whatever I want with it. It wasn't a sexual thing was like an experience. It was very liberating yada, yada, yada. So they went on this group day or they like went to a market and overall had fun. Jed who is your other guy who we have say, her songwriter singer songwriter, jed? Badgered with an exclamation point after it bed. People magazine field. What's up people magazine revealed jed had a girlfriend once in his life? No. That was with, like, literally the night before he left for the show. Oh boy. They dropped. "Prevent here with your bachelorette update. First things first on the real of the religious and the real recipes fill also. Yup. The week that we didn't have a pod was the worst episode of the season. We're going to give us a recap recap. It was it was a worse, as in, like bad terrible oak, like they spent forty minutes doing like a look back clip show that we weren't gonna listen to the Ristic couldn't have worked out better for us grace, so in going into this week. I will say there are seven contestants left, and we have all of them. What yeah. Wow. I has flipped if win. I don't know. She we tell her okay, go ahead. So starting at the at the at the end might one of my guys Dylan got eliminated and Dustin got eliminated. So I have three left Jay has to Katie left to okay. Now in terms of what happened. Okay. Garrett on this week's this on this week's episode. Garrett wishes one of my dudes went naked bungee jumping, oh, I saw sound good just because gravity is. I know many reasons there's a lot, there's a lot of issues with it. But in terms of their relationship name one. Well, they had a conversation with the two people who did it, and then came to talk to them, and they were but ass naked while they talked. Oh, and Hannah was like I was looking at his ding Dong. Ding Dong the thing you say when you wanna sound innocent, I was looking at is at his little poopie suppo-. Oh boy. That's what I got. That's. Niger jumping Garrett meets in progress by saying, hold on. I wrote this down. This is important. I need to get this, right. Okay. She's got her two times. My two. These are shuttling. There's so many words just like right on the paper. He said he told her I'm falling in love for you, or you. Yeah. So he's going to go real soon. But in any case, this naked bungee jumping incident with Garrett really set off Luke p which is my loot wishes as you had. You only Luke lift. Okay. He's terrible. Yeah. Everyone Twitter hates him. Yes. He's guard. I, I think it's because she just I think she's just keeping him around up sex with them, because at this point, if you don't get to have sex than what was the point it's I to reveal too much about my psyche. Honestly, we don't get to come shoe. He said, I'm shocked. Her body is a temple to expose it to anyone who isn't her husband. That's a slap in my face, my, you're not her hus-. Well, he's you thinks they're going to get married. And he now, he's all like concerned about introducing her to his family. Let's be honest is sound psycho..

"Yeah. That's I was a fan equity is only ticket sales, and you're telling me the chiefs are ranked twenty ninth out of thirty two that does not seem right. Well, I think there's also God, I'm going to reveal how little I know about geography. Okay. I think there is something to like, Kansas City's not in Kansas. Okay. It took me a while to learn that. All right. But what I'm saying like you eagles fans travelling to road games. I would assume the city's they'd have to travel to are less spread out than Eve's fans. The newsroom, there's more space out there. So it's like if you even within your division, your I think you'd be traveling more. I this is based on no data. Yep. Just the top of my geography dumb head that take. I think that it's like you'd have to travel a lot further to get to the nearest in there in the west. So they happen to non. They're in a very weird. Yeah. They're like weirdly in a division, that's not near them. So even more so probably because like to get from Ryan's the city to Oakland's, like they just have to like luck out and hope that they're matched up against like the. Yeah. It's tough. That's ramps, the presser fingers for it's not gonna happen. So I guess that makes a little bit of sense. The titans, I thought would be like last or second to last. Yeah. Or the worst. Yeah. Well the Jaguars fans have been kind of, on a, they've been on upswing, 'cause lately, because they were going to be good for a sec and because of the could. This is like a bunch of people being like I know who Blake Bortles of they're going to be sad this year. Good for the Browns for not coming in last. Like they have every reason to be miserable. And like the cardinals. You would maybe put down there, if I were a cardinal's fan, I, I would. Yeah, I wouldn't go. I mean so many teams that could be could have been who's the highest finish. That's the most surprising that you did that didn't make sense in English. But you know what I'm saying? Like who finished highest that you were like I would not have thought that that they'd be all the way up there. I think those. I think giants fans being that high is a little surprising to me really giants fans are forth. And the reason I say that is because go to MetLife stadium. One time. It's impossible to get to an impossible to leave. Yeah. Yeah. And I hate that they're there. Yes, they bitch about it a lot. Yeah. And they're not that great. They really. Aren't that good? I mean, they obviously have the Super Bowl that we don't have to talk about. But there it's not like they're doing well. And that to be Cowboys patriots eagles giants. That's surprising to me. Yes, NFC east represent, you know, on the pets are just there the forty Niners being as high as they are there. What seventh or eighth? To me speaks to, like, how strong legacy as we forget that. Yeah. Like the forty Niners. You're just, you know, they're still the forty nine Joe Montana. Right. Yeah. Oh, it said in this chart, it does say overall rank right next to them? Oh, also trying to count on my is there nine does it literally right there. We are big dumb dummies. Oh boy. Cool. What's eighteen to nineteen change? Was that me? Oh the years. Yeah. Hey, whether they went up Packers up three points. Interesting. Yeah. It's an interesting chart, we can move on from it chart. It's good chart. It's a good chart. Should we do an average student? Okay..

"Katie. Twenty seven. Is knowing it's like you're twenty means you see it before it faster almost faster than two thousand twenty everyone is different strategies. Right. And yours is to have the best is. Be the best everything physical condition joy. Right. Right. You know, anyways, I think she reacted and it was just it was a great save. It was quite safe. You have a stating and if you're Becky can't be happy. There's been that's been really hard to walk not just in that game. But, like the Netherlands, Japan game. Yeah. All my like my heart has broken in. I'm not invested in any of these other teams besides the US, but my goodness. And now it's been the emotion the level display of emotion is because there's so much eruption. It's fizzy AR has really been an issue. And I think we knew that that was going to happen. This is obviously the first World Cup women's World Cup that they've used VR and people argue that it slows down the game. And you could say that in its best version doesn't slow down the game. But obviously the first time using it, it's not it's not an it's best version. They're still getting used to the rhythm of it. When you go to it when you use it when you don't. And they're what I tweeted that I. Still stand by that. I think right now is my position on VR. Is that there is this engage economy of, like it's kind of, like ball, don't lie of, like you got this gift or like this is a makeup call. There's like all these little things that referees are sort of keeping track of within the game of the give, and the go f- if they got a gifted call. They know they're probably gonna have to make that up somewhere later to just like this running tally. They keep like counting cards in their head and VR just disrupts that entirely where they go to the tape, and they see that, like, oh, yeah. Technically. That's not a foul. And it's like, yeah but you didn't go to VR on a foul. You missed. So like you should be making up for that now. But if you're going to the tape, and you're slowing it down by a bunch and you're looking frame by frame, and you decide that it's not a foul then. It's like okay sure we have video evidence that it isn't. But we didn't check the video when it was because you didn't see it because you didn't notice site. So there's like it's, it's kind of just making everything really clunky. And it's happened in a lot. Of high stakes situations and moments where you don't want it to come down to like, oh, Aref went and watched a replay and decided that this is what's going to happen. And now you see them emphasizing with goalies before any penalty kick where they're like. Okay, keep your feet on that line. Don't move your feet off that line lady, I am at the peak of my sport him at the women's World Cup in your teaching me how to be a goalie. And I don't love it. Penalty was France. It was just the like the dagger in that she was like you couldn't even centimeter to line. And then they were like sorry ticket again. And then France won the match just like how do you think there is a lot of a Stephan that Cameroon England game? Right. And, and let's just just blanket statement. I think that at least in the US our media. Dropped the ball on that conversation. We'll put it that way lately saw a lot of obviously Cameron reacted in a way they were upset. They were frustrated. But. You know what I'm saying? I was disappointed in the discourse around that match. That's all I think that's very fair one. Right. Before we move past VAR entirely. Where it's affected me the most as a viewer is in the stoppage-time, the extra time you're like seven minutes seven minutes, but it's not it's not enough and it's yeah, but it's like it it's so much more game and it's weird because it's uniformly, Ben seven been seven everytime decision. But you would think if it's one right if it's seven minutes per VR, obviously, not going to make it. Fourteen minutes extra time. But I'm saying like it should be eight minutes. If there's too, like it's always been seven even if there's three VR's or one VA. It's like seven it just feels like what is what are we doing? Seven is a long time. So much of the game is giving. You know, I know.

"And you couldn't nobody wanted to date because I work too much and I was like, oh, maybe we put this down. Now, I've started to I've started. I have I'm really proud of myself. I've started to think that I might. I might border line be like I gotta stop playing as many video games as my point. So I'm trying to like, do other stuff. Like make sure it's still read books, you know, right and stuff. So I'm trying to whatever friendly banter, I don't wanna banter about this anymore. How's your mental health? I've been sleeping in a real adult bed for over we'll. F you really really, really good. You know what I meant to talk to you about what so you tweet at hetero Riley the other day HALE. I love her. I used to play against her. No have talked about this ever talked about, so in the Olympic development program that I participated in I played for eastern Pennsylvania. She played for jersey. We were rivals, we're both the same year where eighty five and she was obviously incredible. And everyone knew who she was. And there was one game where, you know, she'd a free kick and saved it, I'm so sorry talking about. It's twenty years, where as Days. a. Never brought it up to me what we used to have in the Bristol campus. There was like a poster whatever you, okay? I just. Our Ashley brave and she was in the stairwell and every time I'd walk. Pat said he'd be like, oh I saved her free kick and no one. I yet it's so weird though for me she is knows era clue I am. But you don't know that I'm pod. She knows who I am. So maybe she knows who you are. You're gonna free-kick and absolutely. It's like that's the one regret of careers. Like I really wanted to score that free can't get. Anyway. Let's get into the podcast. I feel like we have official pod business because look guys, I love you both. But when we all three of us forget that during a facial pod business, we should let everyone know that the next week were off, like drop the ball by all three of us. The good news is made his corrections corner sharing that video. I did. I could've shared more. I could've show shared short clip by people that can't be the whole thing. I'm like the whole thing on my phone. No, don't. The guitarist from yellowcard liked it and said, I guess, I have to buy a quick now. So I so we'll in quip got in on it, too, and they were suggesting songs, and I was like, all right. Maybe we raise our fee I have guy at list on my coffee Cup somewhere of songs. I feel like we discussed this, and I'm sure we just say that we're going to do it or not. Are we going to do all singing reads today, we've reached a point where it's actually harder to come up with voices that I can do because I, I can't do voices it just as the that we've stumbled into. So every week Ashley's like how about a, a Russian, that's the am I reaching for all of them. So then we have a long list of songs. And we want to start kind of making a more challenging. And so I think today we're just going to pick three from that master list. I don't know which ones were pick. I think I might know one of them, but I don't know yet. You'll tell me so we're going do all singing advocates today. So I'm I'm deeply deeply sorry. I'm not okay. Also today on the podcast late. Do we have we're not off next week note? We have a pod next week. We'll let you know if we're going to be Austin guest. Well, there will be one week in July. We have to go dark. We just don't know which one you okay?.
