"Well, let's talk about, let's talk about what happens in January. I know investigations are coming. We had congressman comer on yesterday. He's telling us that there are just so many areas that need to be examined and investigated, what about you? What's the starting point for you? Well, the big concern is how political the Justice Department has become. And under that umbrella you got what they did to the school board, you got this idea that every case is being categorized as a domestic violence extremism case when they're not. And then of course you got the what happened in the run up to the 2020 election where big tech with big media under the pretext of the 51 former Intel official signing this letter saying that the Hunter Biden story had to quote earmarks of being a Russian disinformation campaign. All that was used to suppress that story and keep it from we the people just days before the most important election. All that's under this umbrella of how political adjusted department has become that's where we think you have to focus because I say this all the time. America is the greatest nation in history, but America is not America if you have a Justice Department that doesn't treat people differently under the law. It's supposed to be equal treatment under the law. We do not have that right now. So that's where we're really going to focus on the judiciary committee. On the patriot mobile newsmaker line our good friend congressman Jim Jordan, congressman, you look at the next Speaker of the House. There was a big story up on breitbart. Yesterday, conservatives are concerned that if McCarthy Kevin McCarthy doesn't get the votes, this could become a floor fight and the Democrats could take advantage of all of that. Where do you stand on that? Well, I hope that leader McCarthy is going to be speaker McCarthy. I think, as I've said, I think on your show and others, I think he's done a good job of keeping our team together and focused on defending truth and getting facts to the country. You saw that. I always point to the impeachment several years ago when the Democrats did their first impeachment of president Trump ridiculous impeachment. The conventional wisdom was every single Democrat in the house was going to vote to impeach president Trump and several Republicans were going to join him. We go through that four month ordeal getting the facts out there fighting and going through it. And it was just the opposite. Every single Republican in the House of Representatives voted not to impeach president Trump several Democrats joined us. One Democrat switched parties and is now been reelected twice and is a great member of the Republican conference. Jeff Andrew, so that's what happens when you stick together as a team and recognize where the left wants to go is so dangerous we had better stick together and oppose them. So that's what I hope happens, but we'll know here in 5 weeks. Have you been able to talk to folks you know Andy Biggs has been pretty outspoken about this congressman Ralph Norman was on the show last week as well. Have you guys had conversations with your colleagues? We're trying to I'm talking with all kinds of members about the situation and why I think it makes sense to have our team unified and focused on stopping the left. I think Ralph and Annie are great guys and they're good friends as well. We'll just have to work through this as a family. And I think we can. And then be ready to hit the ground running to repeal those 87,000 IRS agents to do the investigations that need done to get to begin to get a handle on this crazy spending the Democrats have given us deal with energy, the border, all those issues we have to deal with. Yeah, look, I mean, with what's happening in the Senate today, we're waiting on this vote for the disrespect for marriage act. I think that has to go back to the house. That's some scary stuff because it's going to put a bull's eye on every Christian church in America. You've got the Catholics, so the evangelicals, everybody's fighting against this thing, and it could come down to whatever happens in the House of Representatives. Well, and it comes on the heels. This is how serious this is. It comes on the heels of the Justice Department again, unequal treatment of the law, the Justice Department going after a pro life activist, they kick in the door of the pro life leader outside of Philadelphia, arrest him in front of his wife and 7 children for something the local judge and local law enforcement said wasn't a crime. U.S. attorney has the FBI kick his Dorian? What is going on here? So you couple that together in the attack on people that have a different political belief or different religious focus than the conventional wisdom and power is just scary stuff and again, it goes back to this, I think the overriding issue that is of such concern to us in the district committee is the political nature of our Justice Department today. It's terrifying. And again, going back to what we still don't know about what happened on January the 6th. So we do know we now know that there were a number of FBI agents and informants involved in the planning and the execution of whatever happened. And my question I'd love for you to ask this, why didn't the FBI intervene and stop the attack on the capitol? Yeah. Well, look, we know that there was all kinds of undercover agents and informants involved in the situation in Michigan. Another concern we have, we know that Timothy T bolt because of a whistleblower who at the senator grassley, Timothy T bolt was involved in suppressing evidence about the hunter bike story. The on and on it goes and our Justice Department issue after issue incident after infinite, and that is what I think is, as you said, just frightening..

"Here at curly and I'm Gary McNamara. Good morning, welcome. Thank you for being here, download our red eye radioactive today and listen overnight. I'm the as Eric said last hour trillions of radio stations that were on. Then you can listen when and where you want. All right, the show's interfering with my reading. Me too, I was searching bass pro shop, apparently they're out of bear Kevlar. See, you're doing quiet quitting. Mine was work related. So was mine. The president said it. We comment on what the president said. I'm trying to find. Okay. Where's the Kevlar? He's talking about. Okay. All right. And how much is it? Well, we have a right to bear Kevlar. We'll do the beard, not have a right? To bear our I was reading, I was reading the editorial from national review on just the FBI and the way that they put it together is really, really good because it shows you where Republicans are going to go with not only the Hunter Biden investigation, but just in general, the FBI. And think about this because remember what Merrick Garland said about Republicans or those that are questioning the integrity of the FBI. The edges listen to how this is laid out here. Because last week, the assistant special agent in charge of the FBI's Washington field office, Timothy the bolt was discreetly terminated and reportedly escorted out of the building. His dismissal owes to his demonstrated political bias, which appears to be endemic among bureau bigwigs. It was bad enough that he was using his personal social media account to trash Republicans conservatives the Catholic Church and the American south, I guess one example is he actually wrote, can we give Kentucky to the Russian Federation? And to exploit his FBI credentials and violation of various government rules, he is free to do those things as a private citizen or as a political candidate, but it is entirely inappropriate behavior for the head of a federal law enforcement office at regularly conducts investigations in the storm center of national politics. According to senator chuck grassley, the ranking judiciary committee Republican, while the bolt was advertising his partisanship, he was also doing the heavy lifting on the bureau led effort to bury the Hunter Biden scandal in the waning weeks of the 2020 presidential race. By then grassley and senator Ron Johnson had for months been conducting a probe of the millions of dollars of foreign money that had ended up in Biden family coffers, including as we all know, companies related to the Chinese Communist Party. In the main it seems that when president Obama asked his vice president, Joe Biden to steer administration policy regarding China Ukraine and Russia and when later Biden later emerged as a likely democratic nominee in 2020, people connected to the regimes and those countries found it expedient to pay exorbitant sums to the now president's son. It is not hard to guess what those bad actors thought they were buying. While the hunter laptop with patently, while the hunter laptop patently authentic and chockablock with blackmail material is now the most notorious aspect of the scandal, senators grassley and Johnson had been following the money long before the computer emerged. So apparently, had the Justice Department which months earlier had launched a criminal investigation of hunter and which in 2017 was evidently conducting Pfizer national security surveillance on the families business partners, one of them who was subsequently convicted on foreign corruption charges. And corruption chart. One of them was eventually convicted of the foreign corruption charges. In essence, because I was reading this will read the rest of it to you here. In essence, Hunter Biden is what democratic fever dreams depicted Donald Trump to be. Complete with the porn tapes, the payments to Russian accounts for prostitution services. We said that a long time ago. And the financial ties to corrupt and anti American governments with whose cronies he conducts transactions counter to American interest, a politically disinterested law enforcement agency would treat him as such. The dossier was hunter's dossier. Yeah, you're right. It's a great point. That's what they did. Yeah. That just changed the name. Yeah, what can we charge Trump with? Well, here's the dossier on hunter. Right. Think about it. Change the name. Instead, the bolt and the other FBI agents colluded with the Democrats to portray as Russia disinformation. The mounting unsavory information about hunter as well as Joe Biden's involvement in his family's long-standing habit of cashing in on his political influence. In the summer of 2020, this is interesting because this is when I read this in the article I went, oh, and this is where they tie it all together, where you go, oh boy. This is what the Republicans already have. This is what we know they have. We don't know what they don't have. In the summer of 2020, top congressional Democrats began suggesting that questions being raised about foreign influence on Biden could signal foreign interference in the presidential election. Remember that? They were pounding on grassley and Johnson saying this is all political. It's propaganda, all grassy and Johnson are doing is disseminating Russia disinformation. It was the FBI collaborated working up an intelligence assessment which concluded that derogatory Biden evidence must be disinformation. The assessment was written by FBI supervisory intelligence analyst Brian aughton whose previous claim to fame was to have led the FBI's interview with Iggy danchenko, the principal source for the notorious Steele dossier after which the FBI continued relying on this actual disinformation in representing the Pfizer court that Donald Trump might be a Russian asset. Grassley now says that FBI whistleblowers have informed him that frontline agents working on the Biden investigation push back against their supervisors assessments. Pointing out that much of the evidence they gathered was based on records from U.S. financial institutions, not rumor and innuendo in the style of the Steele dossier. Yet the bureau forged ahead, convening in August of 2020 a briefing for members of Congress. That was designed to cast doubt on the Biden evidence. The FBI assessment was conveniently then leaked to democratic friendly media, which suggested that the Republican senators investigation was Russian disinformation efforts and amplifying its propaganda. Zuckerberg. Yeah. And then they go into the whole Zuckerberg thing and the New York Post and what happened there. But again, the FBI had given false information to members of Congress so they could jump by when Twitter and Facebook did all the stuff that they did. They were like, hey, the FBI has told us it's Russia disinformation. Then, remember how the Biden campaign stuck to the Russian disinformation narrative to with that particular time. And then you had the all the 50 something intelligence officials come out and say, we're very suspicious. This all looks like Russia disinformation. Right. But the FBI

"Okay. Let's talk about the man that Eric is going to vote for. My former boss. He had a lawyer. What's his name? Cohen, right? Who is now a felon? He can't have an assault rifle because he's got a criminal record because he went to prison. And he was on some no name radio show podcast. And it's just, I want to start the show off. With some humor because it is truly, truly. Delightful, it's hilarious. This is what he says about president Donald Trump. I do not believe Trump is going to run. First of all, he knows that he can't win the general election statistically. And he, his fragile ego will not allow him to be a two time loser. They were going to be plenty of people that are going to challenge him and rightfully so, which again he does not want to go up against. Like, for example, Liz Cheney. She already stated if he's running. I'm running too. Why to begin to so much fun? He can't statistically win. Hey, mister D, how many votes did president Trump get in 2020? 73 million was it? Yeah, 73, 74. And which president, which incumbent president got more votes than that since 1776? Nobody. Yeah, none. None, Michael Cohen. President Trump constitutionally win because he got the most votes of any incumbent president in U.S. history. And he's two egotistical to have other people run against him. Mister gigan, how many people ran for president on the GOP ticket in 2015? There was, what was it? Like 17, 16 others. 16 is what? Right, so it's 17 total, right, Eric? That's correct. Right. Who became president? Trump. So what does that mean? He beat 16 other people, right? Yeah, but Liz Cheney wasn't, is it? Oh my gosh, how did I miss that, of course, Liz Cheney? Because president Trump's afraid of Liz Cheney, right? Jeff, I think that if he was teetering on running or not, her saying that she's going to run if he runs, that would push him over the edge to run. Are you just waiting for that to happen to have them on the same stage? I can't wait for it. I mean, please, just pick a charity food for the poor homeless veterans, flags that folded flags of honor and make it a pay per view event. What do you think? Eric pay per view event. Liz Cheney and Donald Trump. Before everybody else, I don't care because primaries are great. Let's have 48 people run for the GOP. But before we should have just a cage match between Liz and DJT, what do you think? As long as Dick Cheney isn't there to provide her some firearm support. I think will be good. Well, he probably shoot her instead given his marksmanship credentials from prior hunting engagements, don't you think? That's a likely possibility, yes. Oh my gosh, too much fun. All right, good news. Good news. Let's start the show with the news that we shared with you yesterday. Supervisory special agent, Timothy T bolt, has not just been escorted out of the FBI building. In Washington D.C., he has resigned, which is very strange. That he willingly resigned. Why did it happen? Well, because this individual shut down the Hunter Biden investigation of his laptops. And because they were more than one laptop, according to a whistleblower that has testified behind closed doors to Jim Jordan of the House judiciary committee, he was the individual in the bureau, who padded the numbers of domestic domestic violent extremism cases to make the maga threat seem bigger than the Jihad, the antifa or the BLM threat. Likewise, senator grassley received extensive information that T bold had expressed political bias on social media posts and interfered in politically sensitive FBI investigations. Including into Hunter Biden's overseas business dealings. Do you think this is the beginning? Is it enough? What needs to happen next? Do you trust the FBI? Call us. I want to hear from you today..

"One of the best arguments for us to take back the house is to make sure Jim Jordan is in a position of leadership. Congressman Jordan, welcome back to the program. Good to be with you, Charlie and thanks for thanks for all you're doing for the cause of freedom. We appreciate it. Thank you. Well, you're fighting every single day. So congressman walk us through this new whistleblower. Seems like there's a lot of whistleblowers right now at the FBI and it's kind of it's hard to keep them all straight. Walk us through the one that you're kind of focused on right now that reveals scandalous push by FBI to pad domestic teradata. Please go ahead. Yeah, yeah. Your first point there, we've had over a dozen FBI agents come to us as whistleblowers. And think about it. They're coming to us when we're in the minority where we can't subpoena documents. They're just coming to us because it's so bad, the political nature of that place now is so, so egregious that they're willing to come to us just so we can begin to tell their story and tell the truth to the American people. And we had one come to us in the last few weeks who said that they are being pressured to label almost every case. The catalog or categorize almost every case as a domestic terrorism case as it didn't do it. Domestic violence extremism, I think, is the technical term they use. And you remember, they created this office within DoJ back as the start of this year. They stood it up a few months ago. And now they're being pressured to do it. And kind of the interesting thing about it is they said one of the key people who was doing the pressuring on the good rank and file agents is this guy named Timothy T bolt, who just happens to be the same guy who the other whistleblower, a different whistleblower who went to senator grassley, said was the individual who was responsible for suppressing evidence about the Hunter Biden story. So first thing evidence that would have disproved the whole disinformation campaign that we got from the left in the run up to the 2020 presidential election. So that's how political displace has become and it's why we're trying to tell the story and as you point out, hopefully if we get in the majority, we can do a little more about it.

"Play code 51, Amy Klobuchar, saying that we're in the mainstream that people are with us, that's what you saw in Kansas. They're gonna lean all in. On the abortion issue in November, play cut 51. This isn't just rhetoric anymore on campaign ads. We're moving this country forward. And this isn't just something we did overnight. It was hard work while getting pummeled by these extremist time and time again. I love working across the aisle. I have friends that are Republicans. But as just pointed out, we are in the mainstream and the people are with us. And that's what you saw in Kansas last night. That's what you saw in Kansas. Yeah, Amy Klobuchar loves working with Republicans as long as it's invading sovereign countries, because remember she went with Lindsey Graham and John McCain to go threaten Putin and saying, it's a time for offense. But I would love your thoughts on this freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. Disconnect from all the polling what you see on TV in your own personal conversations. Do you think the conservative movement is as personally pro life as it might lead on? I know plenty of people that are pro life with some limitations. They'll say, okay, we can allow abortions up to 6 weeks, or we can have these exceptions. I'm curious for a couple reasons. Not to say, I think we are a pro life nation. I think we're a nation that deep down a majority of people do value the life of the unborn. But I think there is a tension here, though. And I don't necessarily believe Kansas is the indicator here because this amendment was so poorly written. But it certainly is worthy of reflection of how pro life is the conservative movement, really. A little bit somewhat minorly, majorly, and I think we have our work cut out for us exactly what does it mean to defend the unborn. When does life actually begin? I could tell you right now we received at least 50 emails. In the last 24 hours that said Charlie, I'm somewhat pro life, love your show, love what you do. I'm a conservative pro maga, all that stuff. But I think that abortion should be legal up till 6 weeks or I believe it should be legal up to 9 weeks or whatever. We're getting a lot of emails like that. And then I connect the Kansas results, albeit cushioning that the ballot referendum was very poorly written, very confusing and all of that. But it does make you wonder. And I think it works both ways. I think there's a lot of people in Democrat circles that say there for abortion all the way up to the end when in reality they know it's very wrong. I'm wondering if there is actually people's beliefs are much more in the middle on this. My belief is not in the middle, let's be very clear. Life begins at conception, period. We certainly have our work cut out for us to explain and motivate. I love your thoughts though. Freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com because the Democrats think this is how they will be able to keep the U.S. Senate. They think this issue is a gift to them. We'll see if they're right. Joining us now is one of the fighters in the U.S. House of Representatives and boy, one of the best arguments for us to take back the house is to make sure Jim Jordan is in a position of leadership. "Broadly distributed what I consider to be a very troubling email. I have a copy of that email next to me. Let me read from a part of the email. The email says that hiring practices have developed inside the State Department so that and I'll quote that certain candidates could not be hired because they have a disability. They are white men. They are straight white men. They are not of the quote right religion. All of these are verbatim quotes from the email of a senior State Department official. My first question to you is, did you clear this guidance? Thank you for the question senator. I've never seen that before. You've never seen the email before. I've never seen it. So you didn't know it had been sent. This is the first time I'm seeing it, sir. Well, there you go. We were talking about that mirror moments ago. That was the audio from senator Ted Cruz, questioning the State Department over these emails that have been circulating, telling straight white guys who are of a certain religious belief that they are not qualified to take jobs. Just unbelievable, we'll get into that a little bit later. I do want to go to the patriot mobile newsmaker line. Our good friend from the great state of Ohio, congressman Jim Jordan, joins us congressman, I guess if you're a white guy, you're not welcome at the State Department. No need to apply, I guess, huh? Wow, I didn't realize that. That's pretty darn interesting, but again, with the political nature of this entire administration, we've seen it over the Justice Department targeting parent, the things we see from the information we released yesterday about them juice in the numbers on domestic terrorist category catalog cases. So I guess it shouldn't surprise us. Yeah, I want to talk about that letter that you guys have written to Christopher wray over at the FBI. So the allegation from whistleblowers is that they were boosting those domestic violent extremist extremism cases. What's going on there? Well, they set up this office. And so now that I guess you got a big fancy new office, that's focused on this area of type of cases, then you got to have to have the numbers to justify it. And it sounds like that's what they're doing. Plus, this is part of the less political narrative today that anyone is a conservative is somehow a threat, it's ridiculous. But I think the other takeaway is there's quickly becoming a well worn path of FBI whistleblowers coming to our Republicans on the judiciary committee and talking about political things going on at the Justice Department. We've had multiple whistleblowers come to us on the school boards issue. We've had now multiple whistleblowers come to us on this issue. So I just find that is the fact that it's been over a dozen whistleblowers to come to. In my time in Congress, we've never had anything like that all from one agency because again, it's now become so political under the Biden administration. And congressman, don't forget about the other whistleblower who came forward saying that FBI bosses were telling them to shut down a lot of this Hunter Biden dirt. Yeah. So that is the whistleblower who came to senator grassley a great that you brought that up because it's interesting, Todd, the same person, senator gradually references in his letter at the FBI who whistleblowers have talked about this same person. Timothy T bolt, this individual who suppressed evidence that was verifiable about the Hunter Biden issue in 2020. That same person is the individual, our whistleblowers tell us is pressuring them to juice up the numbers of cases that they categorize categorize as domestic violence or excuse me domestic terrorism cases. So that same individual is at the heart of both of these stories, which again, I think, is kind of frightening if this individual has this much influence in the justice department. When you look at the broad picture here, congressman and again, the idea that they're going after moms and dads who went to school board meetings. They have been behind and doing some very questionable things going over, let's talk about the Michigan governor and the alleged kidnapping plot, which the FBI was apparently behind. We still don't know how many FBI agents were involved in the planning or the execution of what happened on January the 6th is this an agency that can be salvaged and repaired or does it need to be dismantled and rebuilt. Well, you definitely need new leadership and we need to continue to get the facts and the truth to the American people. We may need to look at if in fact the American people put us in the majority in the Congress next year, we may need to look at the appropriations process and how that interacts with the Justice Department. I still believe that the vast vast vast majority of agents are good people doing great work for the American for our country. But that the folks at the top have been the problem. Just a couple of years ago when it was Comey and mccabe and straw and page and all these individuals. So that has been the problem. And frankly, you can't really fix all that until you get a new president until president Trump runs again and wins..
