Trump to Hold Rally in Ohio

"Former president Trump will be in Youngstown Ohio on Saturday night. And the 45th president will be speaking at the cavelli center. No. That's named by Sammy cavelli. Who's a friend of mine? And Sammy is a graduate of Warren JFK high school. And former president Trump will be accompanied by JD Vance, who is running against another friend of mine. Another graduate of Warren JFK high school Tim Ryan, but I think JD is going to win. And I've said that, I just don't beat up on my Friends on the air. And that will be a very interesting rally because it is opposite the Ohio State Toledo game. Now, the Ohio State Toledo game starts at 7 and should be over by about 7 15. Not technically over, but CJ Stroud, treva and Henderson. I'm just not too worried about the rocket. God love you rockets. God love you, dude, Toledo.

Student Loan Debacle Is a Nightmare for Team Biden

"Student loan debacle. I think it's a nightmare for team Biden. What are you reporting? This is not your opinion. What do you hear from Democrats and Republicans about the bailout of MDs, PhDs, NBA's, et cetera that it's a mixed bag in that it's a high, high priority for the democratic base and Biden's big weakness lately has been the democratic base, but that it's very problematic from a national perspective and from a 2024 perspective in the states that matter. So it cuts both ways. Maybe helps in 22 a little. It could hurt a lot in 24. I think it's got to hurt Bennett, Cortez masto, Tim Ryan, Maggie Hassan. Everyone who doesn't say stop this madness gets hurt. David

Student Loan Forgiveness Is a Deadbeat Bail Out

"This student loan debacle has got millions of Americans fuming, angry, angry, angry. I have not yet talked to one person who would admit to supporting this. Called a raw vote buying by The Wall Street Journal reckless by The Washington Post, Tim Bennett, or Michael Bennett in Colorado, Cortez masto in Nevada, Tim Ryan, in Ohio, Democrats are fleeing from the thing because it strikes, well, millions of Americans as highly inequitable as unfair to people who never went to college, people went right to work, people about a truck are tools in the last 5 years to expand their business, make a living, it strikes people who paid off their loan is crazy. People who went to college on the GI Bill after they served four to 6 years in uniform strikes parents who saved and students who worked as completely nuts, it's a dead beat bailout.

Are Republicans Sleepwalking Into the Midterms? Ned Ryun Explains

"Overarching theme of the show, a Republicans, we walking. Into the midterms, are they the ones? That are not actually paying attention to the ground shifting under their feet. Bloomberg has got the story out there. It says Democrats have the momentum, Democrats have energy, these numbers are coalescing. They're saying, hey, look, they're down by double digits. They're down by this. They're done by that. Everyone's down. So Ned Ryan, let me get you in here, and let me get your take on this. Are Republicans doing what they need to do to seal the deal? Are Republicans closing in this election? At this moment, I would argue that they are not doing everything that they could be doing. But I have to tell you, Jack, I mean, this is always happens this psychological warfare starts about 12, 13 weeks out in which you start to see some really funny polls that I don't think really reflect reality and as you start to look at real polls, you understand the trends are not nearly as desperate for Republicans as Democrats and the corporate propagandists would like to make them out. And I point to, for example, JD Vance and Ohio. Tim Ryan was up what 8 points about four weeks ago and what I thought were some funny poll numbers and then today Trafalgar has a poll released that shows JD of 5. You look at the recent generic polls by Rasmussen and Trafalgar. We're up 5. Do I think that we're doing everything necessary though to see legal? Absolutely not. I think there's a lot of ground that needs to be made up over the next 11 weeks from tomorrow to actually make the 2022 midterms all that they can be. And I think Jim banks gave an excellent piece of advice over the weekend in which he just said, if you want to be successful in these midterms, embrace Donald Trump's America first agenda and will be success on November 8th.

"But now that it's over and you're up against Tim Ryan fake moderate I mean the fakest of moderates He is like Joe Manchin Pardew here Ready to screw America over in a heartbeat You were seeing a lot of these polls out there JD and the Senate race you know yours included some people have said oh we could be in a little bit of trouble I just want you to keep in mind these were the same people who told us Lindsey Graham was in trouble in South Carolina to Jamie Harrison in the last cycle What do you make of the polling Well I think because we are running against a fake moderate we can't take anything for granted Dan So we got a guy who is called police aesthetically racist and yet goes on TV saying that he's the biggest defender of police And his whole campaign shtick has been that he wants the middle class tax cut And he just voted for Joe Biden's middle class tax increase in the inflation reduction act So yes we have an issue and that we have an especially shameless candidate But to directly answer your question I'm skeptical of all the hand wringing that happens in political circles at this time of year You saw it in 2014 You saw it in 2016 It's like every cycle there's this group of Republican consultants who winds about Republican chances in November And again that doesn't mean you can take things for granted But I feel pretty good about our chances Certainly in Ohio I feel great And nationally I feel pretty good We just have to keep on hammering these guys on throwing open the southern border on destroying our economy and on destroying public safety And it's pretty simple Joe Biden's not a good president The Democrats have supported him a 100% of the time And if you want something different if you want to be able to walk down the streets of a big city without being mugged vote for us

Ohio's J.D. Vance Joins Charlie to Share the Latest on His Race

"Back to the program. Hey, Charlie. Thanks for having me, man. How's your race going? Give us the update. Yeah, it's cold good, you know, the good thing is that people want to hire just frustrated with Biden and can remind their frustrated with the fact that these guys have made energy way more expensive than it needs to be. They're frustrated with the fact that they're so radical on every issue to where if you think that we should have a secure southern border in this country than Tim Ryan and Joe Biden basically think that you're a racist. And I always tell people look, we've got a ton of fiddle pouring into our state that's killing a lot of our people. I don't care what they call us. We got to defend that southern border and actually shut it down. But the one thing that he does have going for him is just a ton of money. And so I always tell people, if you want to help us out, go to Judy Vance dot com because the national Democrats, Charlie, had built this incredible national fundraising platform. It's actually in some ways impressive. Of course, part of what's going on is that they have the advantage of the big technology companies. And so if you look at the censorship of a Republican fundraising email, the rate at which it's put into people's spam filters into people's junk box folders and you compare that to democratic fundraising emails. I mean, it's crazy. It's like 80% of Republican emails are getting filtered, maybe 5% of Democrat flutterings, the emails are getting filtered. So what we were really in a fundraising war where the Democrats and aligned with the big tech industry and because of it, we need all the help that we can get. If we get it though, if we're able to tell our story, Charlie, I'm not worried at our about our race at all. And I think we are going to have a red wave because people are fed up.

Why Use July Polls to Determine November Outcomes? Rich Baris Explains

"More broadly here, rich? Can you talk about how silly it is to use July and August polls to determine a November outcome? Yeah, especially with their records. So when public and media university polling, some are polling has not at all been predictive. And I have to say, you know, when it comes to this stuff with JD Vance in Ohio, I was talking with Bloomberg the other day when I was in Dallas. And the reporter was from Bloomberg, I'm from Ohio, Charlie. And he was asking me about polling in that race and in Pennsylvania. And he's like, look, you know, I'm from the honing. I'm from where Tim Ryan is. There is no chance he can win the state of Ohio. I'm wrong here. And I went back and looked and I told him about this. In 2020, you know, we look back and we took Ohio off the table in September. There were still polls showing Biden winning. I remember Ohio. There was a quiet and plus 5 pole, a week before. That's right. And that's The New York Times. New York Times? And quinnipiac line and plus 5 and then one day later, they moved it down to Biden and plus four. Fox News right now is about Biden plus 5 in a state of Ohio. We took it off the table in September because and I tweeted the link to this poll the other day. Our poll was Trump plus 9. It was 49 40. And some of this is just that they don't Trump won by 8. Just so everyone knows. He won Ohio by 8. That's right. Eat almost on the dot.

And B he's running one of the worst campaigns ever. And now he's like, oh yes, you should stay in a violent marriage. I mean, he is right. He is running a terrible campaign, apparently. And the fact that he's, you know, he's still viable in that race. It just confirms everything I think about Ohio. Well, I mean, the latest poll, it still has Tim Ryan, but only by point. I've seen polls with Ryan up by more. But what do you think? Well, I mean, Tim Ryan, if Ohio is going to elect the Democrat besides sherrod Brown, it's going to be him. It's going to be Tim Ryan. He checks all the boxes. And he's running and he's running against the creature from Peter Thiel's basement. Yeah.

"There is a new roster and generation of candidates that is rising up. It's super exciting. We were early and endorsed the great JD Vance in Ohio, and he won his primary and looks like he's on his way to win in November, still some work to do there. We just endorsed Blake masters in Arizona who's doing very, very well, big Trump rally this weekend in Arizona, and voting will be wrapped up in just a couple of weeks with Blake masters and Blake and JD are part of what we are calling the new rights. With this right now is JD Vance, who is the Republican nominee. It feels good to say that. And the great state of Ohio, JD, welcome back to the program. Thanks, Charlie. How are you? Doing great. Thank you. So first, how's your race going? You're running up against a total phony, Tim Ryan. I think that's his name. How is the race going? Yeah, you're right. Total phony voted by the 100% of the time, but it was a bit low C 98. So at a time and yet, if you watch this TV commercials Charlie, it's just a sensible conservative Democrat cut from the old plot. He didn't support defund the police even then he called them all racist in the new Jim Crow. He didn't support Biden's inflation policies, even though he voted to shut down the Ohio energy economy. It's just, man, it is a preposterous thing where you watch a guy who has voted one way for 20 years, try to say that he's something totally different in TV commercials. And that's the challenge. The race is going well. I mean, Ohio is a great state. We've got smart people. The environment is bad because Joe Biden has been disaster and Tim Ryan has helped him. But he does have a lot more money than we do, which is one of the big challenges that Republicans have all across the country is all the out of state Democrat money is allowing these guys to brand themselves, but I don't think that people will be hiring to buy it. "On Ohio and Tim Ryan, the Senate candidate is not joined the president today. Neither is the democratic governatorial nominee nan Whaley. I know you don't listen to people who are, but those are the main statewide candidates and what does that say about the president's clout in Ohio that they're not joining into that? I'll say this. We're in close contact with the congressman Tim Ryan in particular and work with him and also also nan whalen. We work closely with him on just as it relates to Tim Ryan on a variety of issues. Yeah, so clearly being in contact with the campaign means absolutely nothing. By the way, you know what that means. When corrine Jean Pierre says, oh, we're in close contact with the campaigns. That means they have the cell phone number of a campaign manager assistant kind of person. What this really tells you regardless of what Karen John Pierre will say, or how she'll try to ineffectively spin it is that all of those whispers that you hear, those articles that you read and The New York Times and The Washington Post, the Democrat party is incredibly dissatisfied with Joe Biden and with the direction of the country. And one thing I see that strikes me is in the midterm primaries in Ohio. Did you see this? Republicans are coming out in force and Democrats not so much. Turn out for a GOP primaries are up 23% and the Democrats are down 29%, and by the way, Trump won Ohio in 2020. And so Jim Jordan, of course, he always relishes the opportunity to run down the tick list of things that are going wrong here in America, for Joe Biden, and yes, for the American people as well. Here's what he had to say. We had a secure border. It's now complete chaos. We no longer have a border. We had stable stable pricing. We now have a 41 year high inflation rate we had energy independence. We now got $5 gas and we used to have safe streets and now we got record climb in every major urban area and I haven't even gotten into foreign policy or what they're trying to do to people's First Amendment and Second Amendment liberties. So I think I don't think it really matters what he says now because it's sort of the country gets it. They understand how bad it is with the Biden administration and frankly Democrats controlling the House and the Senate. And that's why I think there's going to be a big change come midterm election. Well, listen, as you telling you about the fact that Republicans are turning out big time for the primaries. Now, the question is, are the Democrats at this point so beaten down by a couple of different things? If you're a Democrat, you have a couple of things that you're dealing with. I mean, forget about everything that Jim Jordan just said. I mean, it's hard to. We live it every single day. But from a purely political standpoint, I want you to think about this. If you're a Democrat, you're dealing with, as Jim Jordan just said, failed policies, you're dealing with an American president who said on the campaign trail that he would accept responsibility and not shift blame when things go wrong and Biden has done that since literally day one. So you're dealing with a president who has not been honest in any way, shape or form. And this is a president who has a history of course as we all know, of lying. But you also have a president with these really dismal approval ratings really high disapproval ratings, and yet he still is out there saying that he is going to run for reelection. During a time when he clearly is having cognitive issues. So there is absolutely a feeling of dread within the Democrat party. And listen, I'm not excited about this because the reason why the Democrats are feeling such dread is because of what we as in all Americans are dealing with. As far as everything Jim Jordan just said, by the way, the whole reason why Biden was in Ohio was to talk up this plan to protect the pensions. He's promoting this idea to protect the pensions of some what three, four, 5 million Americans. I'm seeing all kinds of different numbers. But last year, this is what it's all about just to let you know. Last year, these pension groups, they got a $90 billion bailout last year for these multi employer pensions. Now, we all know that pensions have not been doing well, oftentimes they're corrupt. They're mismanaged as well. And so these are pensions for folks like painters and truck drivers and other skilled laborers. And unions and so forth. And part of my issue with all of this is that are there any safeguards in place to combat the corruption in the mess mismanagement in these plans that we all know have been part of the past and dealing with these pensions and these unions in these companies and so forth. Mismanagement and corruption have been a big issue. So is there a plan in place to safeguard from these things happening again? Because basically what's happening is that these pensions have been poorly run for decades and now it's up to the taxpayers to bail them out. What safeguards are in place to make sure this doesn't happen again? You know how much my 401k is down this year, since Biden took office? How about yours? I mean, can you even put money away these days? I mean, most of us are spending more and more money on gas and groceries. A lot of people are dipping into their savings. Maybe if you have a 401k and you're having money automatically taken out of your check to go into your 401k, maybe you've changed that. Because you know that you can't afford to pay all of your bills with the net value of your paycheck. So now you've got to go in, you've got to dip into your savings. You've got to dip into the money you were putting into your 401k, yet here we are with all these Americans, Americans across the country, and we are bailing out these pensions. While we ourselves are suffering, and again, not to belabor the point, but I'm going to say for the 19th time, these pensions, they've been mismanaged and oftentimes are corrupt as well. Heck, I don't even have a pension, and most folks don't these days. So what happens next? That's a big question a lot of people are asking, by the way, a lot of Republicans are saying this whole thing is a give up what Biden is doing. It was in Ohio promoting this plan to protect the pensions and make them whole and everything else and so a lot of the Republicans are saying this whole thing is a give up to the unions, not surprising, of course, but there's also a part of me just so you

Karl Frisch Discusses Biden's Approval Ratings

"Political consultant cap on because I get what everybody's saying that Biden's approval ratings are not good, which I'm sorry. I put directly at the media's feet because he has an extraordinary list of accomplishments, best economy in 50 years. Michael mcfaul just said, it was not inevitable that NATO would be more united and expand as a result of Putin's invasion of Ukraine. Potus played a leading historic role in producing this new NATO bravo mister president. You don't see him get credit for that anywhere. Along with anything else that he is, I mean, he is, as we always said, he inherited a Civil War, essentially, the insurrection, right? One of my thinking of Spanish flu whatever COVID was. And The Great Depression. He inherited all of that from Trump. And I just, I guess I'm not surprised at his approval ratings call, but I guess what it's showing in state by state is it's not affecting fetterman was looking great, obviously Warnock is looking great now. I think you know what's interesting. Tim Ryan's real chance. It doesn't look like that. Something similar with Biden that there was with Trump, although Biden is more popular than Trump was. You know, we all scratched our heads when Trump lost but Republicans did okay in the congressional races. Or in a lot of the congressional races. And I think people can separate their views of different people. I think what Biden has going against him is not that he's unpopular. It's that there are some Democrats who are disappointed that more hasn't been done, right? Because they wanted not only a departure from Trump, they wanted everything they've been waiting for. How Bad Can Biden's Economy Get? Stephen Moore Explains

"Stephen, let me just continue on that note. Are you seeing because as a famous economist once said to me, economics is the science of demonstrating that water runs downhill. It's not, you know, it's not voodoo. It's not a dark art. It's common sense, right? It's just common sense. Is there anybody you're hearing on the other side of the aisle to think tank or in the quote unquote political elite who's saying, yeah, this is nuts. We can't print more money, send money to the Ukraine, the punish the wealth generators in America because I don't see it. Are you seeing it? No, you don't well, you don't see it among any of the Democrats in Congress who are just very dutifully voting for every Obama initiative. You know, we have a race I met with JD Vance this morning. You know, he's running against Tim Ryan from Ohio. This is an example of what you're talking about. And Tim Ryan is going around the state of Iowa saying, I'm a moderate Democrat. I'm a middle pro worker, a Democrat. And JD said, well, that's interesting because you voted a 100% with Joe Biden. How are you a moderate Democrat? All these guys, they voted in a 100% with Biden on everything. So there's no voices of sanity and Congress except for Joe Manchin who saved our country. Thank you, Joe Manchin. You really did say, by the way, I'm sorry to go up on a tangent here. Go ahead, go ahead. Yep, Bezos said, hey, the guy who really saved you was Joe Manchin. You know, you wanted to spend another $5 trillion because Biden's running around the country now saying he reduced the deficit. Can you believe this? You can't make this stuff up. He's about three $4 trillion they say. Fiscal conservative. And then, of course, here's the bigger problem, though, and I shouldn't be laughing because this is a very serious matter. There's nobody in The White House. There's no sane voice in The White House who was saying, hey, you know, you can't do this. You have to, there's no adult in the room. "Is JD Vance, the U.S. Senate nominee candidate for the great state of Ohio running against Tim Ryan. JD, welcome back to the program. Thanks, Charlie. Thanks for having me. And congratulations, I actually have a chance to tell you that yet. So first just your reaction from your race, you won the shocking victory. I think almost two weeks ago, how are you processing things? How's your race standing now that you're in the general? That's good. I mean, look, the Biden administration has been a disaster in Tim Ryan, my democratic opponent has voted with the Biden administration a 100% of the time. So we feel good about the general. Still got to put in the work. I think the Republican primary the way that I think about it is that it was a referendum on what kind of party do we want to be? Do we want to be a nationalist America first policy? Or do we want a party? Or do we want to go back to the ways of starting stupid wards that we have no reason to be in and shipping our manufacturing base off to China and other countries in the world. So I'm glad that the voters of Ohio rejected the old establishment ways. And I'm excited to take the America first message into the general election. And like I said, I feel pretty good

What Is the Power of the Donald Trump Endorsement?

"Is what is the power of the Donald Trump endorsement. And I'm going to tell you right now, it is still very powerful. I live in Georgia, but I travel all over the country. And that endorsement is still very warm and sought after and valid in a Republican primary in particular. Because there is still the approval ratings of Donald Trump among Republican voters. You see the impact that his endorsements had that he still, again, the media is obsessed with Donald Trump. I mean, he doesn't have to necessarily be on social media for them to take everything that he says and put it on social media. It's almost as if he's there. So as you build through these races, we want to and we've talked about them when we went through here on the show. Talking about how these races could be impacted. Well, now we have some of our first results and I want to take it in a step further. And I'm going to break out from what we talked about a couple of weeks ago here on the show and say, this is what we actually saw playing out. So let's start number one. Hot take in Ohio. JD Vance comes through. JD Vance wins the nomination. He's now going to go up against Tim Ryan for that sentencing. Mike dewine, who is a governor. Many what ensure that president Trump did not endorse in that, but dewan was not in line. It seemed for that endorsement, but dewine won going away in Ohio. And now focused on the Senate seat, you got JD Vance going against Tim Ron. Tim Ron probably if you had to go out and pick the best Democrat candidate in Ohio right now to run this race in this environment with this democratic headwind that they have. Ryan's probably the best one that they could have picked. So it's going to be imperative that the Republicans come together in Ohio around JD Vance and it's been a contested contested heavily contested primary with no one in mandala in advance. But let's talk about this Trump endorsed and I want to break it down for a minute because we've talked about it and how it may play out and it will this endorsement fade and will people be willing to overcome. Well, the answer is a resounding yes in Ohio. The endorsement from former president Trump and Don Junior, along with a lot of money from mister thiel, who put in almost 13 million or more into this race, 3 million just in the last few weeks after with a surrounding the endorsement made the difference it appears in

"And here's what Tim Ryan, who wants to be Ohio's next senator, said about favoring any restrictions whatsoever on any kind of abortion, including late term abortion. As senator would you have any limits on abortion? Look, I think what we had established in roe is something that we can continue to work with. And I think those can be the parameters, but then again, if you get rid of what was established law, which in many ways was conservative to keep that to appreciate stare decisis and make sure we appreciate the law, if we move away from that, you're going to get states like Ohio that have some of the most extreme laws in the whole country where if you're a young girl and you've been raped or there's been incest that you have to the state, the government is going to force you to bring that baby to China. I mean, I guess all that comes from it, but my question to you. My question was about any limits to abortion. At any point, late term, anything. Look, you got to leave it up to the woman because you and I see here a bunch of well, you and I sitting here can't account for all of the different scenarios. You hear Bret Barry say, well, that's obviously a no, I guess that's a no. You have to leave it up to the woman. She gets to choose, so she wants to go in and have a 6, 7, 8 month old baby. Ripped apart in her womb and destroyed, she gets to decide that. That senator Tim rod. That's the Democrats position. That's not just him Ryan. That's the Democrat party.

What JD Vance's Win of the GOP Nomination in Ohio Means For the US

"I mean, this is just amazing. What we saw happening out in Ohio because JD Vance, wow, he just climbed in the polls. In the last couple of weeks, interestingly, after Donald Trump endorsed him. He did win the day out there in Ohio. He now advances to the big race in November. He's running against senator rob. Well, he's running against center Tim congressman. Tim Ryan, I should say, this is for senator rob Portman's seat, rob Portman, of course, is retiring getting out of politics. And this will be an interesting one because what I love about Ohio voters is that they really are just kind of salt of the earth and they're interested in a lot of the same things that frankly I think you and I are interested in from a policy perspective. And so it will be extremely interesting to watch. I should point out that Tim Ryan, he has a history of being pretty tough on China. He is a history for standing up for the American people on the jobs front. He's very anti inflation. I mean, he's got a lot of values that are somewhat aligned with a lot of the conservative values, not all of them, for sure. Not all of them. But that's why it's going to be so interesting because he's not an AOC type. He's not a Bernie Sanders type is not Elizabeth Warren type. He kind of didn't fit in entirely perfectly to the Democrat party. So now he's running against somebody who is really the antithesis of everything that the Democrats stand for. And that'll be a very interesting barometer to see where that heads for us as a nation. Don't forget, this Vance victory is seen as a Trump victory because Trump endorsed him and it really could spell some pretty good news for Trump endorsed candidates. I think in other upcoming primaries, including what we're seeing in North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Georgia, all over the country,

"This guy Tim Ryan is bad news He is a bad dude He pretends to be a moderate He's a radical leftist He's voted with the Democrat leadership a 100% of the time and he hates Trump He needs to be defeated He must be defeated And so when I heard Vance sang some of these things I thought to myself you better pull this Republican Party in Ohio together You better not be so damn cocky Because you really didn't win this race Donald Trump won the race for you That's the fact That's how you came from third and fourth down with a relatively sizable victory But you got 32% of the vote This guy Ryan got 70% of the Democrat party vote 70% Fans got 32% of the vote He got a plurality The other guy got a super majority Vance is going to need every Republican certainly every conservative he can get And if he's going to keep doing a victory lap not because he won and taking on this guy Ryan but we showed them in the Republican primary He's going to have a tough time

"Jenny Vance will be the next senator from Ohio nominated last night by the Republican Party winning 32% of the vote, Josh mandel 24% Matt Dolan 23% proving a number of things. Former president Trump's endorsement matters a lot, Peter Thiel's backing matters a lot, and that there is a not Trump rump within the Republican Party that is probably as equal as to the always Trump rump. That helped JD over the top. He was behind until the former president endorsed him. He won handily. He is going to win handily. I note that Matt Dolan quickly came out and endorsed him on Twitter very closely act by the state senator and Matt Dolan delivered the two largest counties. He won Franklin Franklin counties where Columbus is in cuyahoga counties where Cleveland is, he won those counties handily, and his throwing in with JD brings the party together. I'm sure Josh will follow suit. And Jenny Vance should beat my friend, but he's a Democrat, Tim Ryan and Tim has committed to abortion all the time. Regime and said so yesterday on the eve of the primary and that's not going to fly in Ohio, which is a pro life state. Sign the heartbeat bill. It's a red state at the Trump state and Tim Ryan's great candidate, but he isn't going to make that up in 2022.

"Congress, I mean, these guys in particular about talk about are just Losers. You got swot? Well, the spy who shagged me? And you got this other guy Tim Ryan, who Honestly, the fact that anyone cast a vote for this clown makes me fear for the future of this country and enough humanity. He's a charmless, brainless blob of platitudes and talking points. It's It's him. Ryan is but just listen to the way they think that they can. Taken lecture Americans about the January six commission. And how they're really just concerned here with protecting or protecting our sacred democracy. That's what this is really about. Here's here's swell well, taking a break from Chinese spies for a moment. Play three. A Republican told me last week at the house. Jim Hey, said. When did you guys become? You know the party that stands up for cops? Joy and I think you are seeing that this is a choice between our Constitution and chaos, and Republicans are standing with chaos. There. The chaos party on we are the ones who are backing the officers who put their lives on the line for us who were in hand to hand combat for hours that day. Who don't give a rip about politics, but want to make sure that their sacrifices mattered. Three officers died, including the officer, You just referenced one lost and I and another lost multiple fingers. They deserve to have a commission that looks that what happens what happened that day and to ensure that no officer and no democracy ever whether something like that again. That's what Wells is a vile little turd. But notice he says that through officers died. None of those officers were killed by protesters based on everything that we know as of today, that didn't happen. So the fact that officers had heart attacks or strokes in the days after this event. That's not That's not a murder and they won't be able T claim it's a murder, and if they did, they end up being laughed out of court. I think I would assume well, although we live in a Crazy world a lot of bad judges these days. But notice that this is the only time Democrats seem to really respect and back the cops. What do they think It's like? To be a member of law enforcement and have anti for throwing bricks at your face and bottles of urine at you because that happens Constantly. It happened last year. Hundreds thousands of times two officers across the country. Officers were temporarily blinded by lasers intentionally shot on the rise. I'll tell you this if somebody said Hey, I'm shooting a lady in your eyes and I'm gonna blind you with it. I would use lethal force against that person and not think twice about it. If I really thought they could blind me. I'm not going blind because some Psycho Biden voter has a laser on his hands not happening. If somebody said they're going to throw bleach in your eyes and try to blind you and you had a firearm, are you would you use it? I would But those cops those federal offices, none of that matters to Democrats cause those abiding voters. We see the huge, disgusting double standard here. And then there's Tim Ryan. Another one's screaming about this. He's a moron. Play nine. I want. I want to thank the gentlemen from New York and the other Republicans who are supporting this and thank them for their bipartisanship to the other 90% of our friends on the other side of the aisle, Holy cow! In coherence. No idea what you're talking about Ben God, that you guys chased the former secretary of state all over the country, which spend millions of dollars. We have people scaling the capital, hitting the Capitol police with lead pipes across the head, and we can't get bipartisanship. What else has to happen in this country? Cops. This is a slap in the face to every rank and file cop in the United States. If we're going to take on China, if we're going to rebuild the country if we're going to reverse climate change, we need to political parties in this country that are both living in reality, and you ain't one of them. Well, they're reversed. Quarter change. We're gonna rule this guy ran for president. Give you sends out delusional. He was Ohio. You guys voted or not? You listen to the show. "Tim Ryan, who will be on the call with the Greg Papa. Two of the best in the business doing what they do, Tim. What do you think? You know, the Niner corners. A lot of injuries there. Can they stand up to Two of the receivers Devante Parker is a big play guy gets about a quarter of the targets. And then Isaiah Ford is coming out of that slaughtered. They targeted him 10 times last week and That's going to be a key matchup with Jamaar Taylor. There's no question tomorrow. Taylor's because they'll move Devante Parker around in the slot along with Isaiah Ford, as you said, a really crafty route runner. I think the big question is who is going to start office and Jace opposite Jason Verrett. I'll be honest with you and Keller Witherspoon. I don't think the inactives have come out yet has been dealing with a hamstring, but I know Brian Allen got a got a roster spot yesterday. They pulled him out from the practice squad and I would not be shocked. If he starts out on the island today, and that is a big question mark how he holds up against this passing game because you know Fitzpatrick if he sees any one on one opportunities. And the 40. Niners will play a lot of cover 33 B, which is really a zone defense, but it looks like man especially numbers to decide line. You're going to see Fitzpatrick take shots. So that's the big question for me, with all the injuries on the back and coupled with the injuries on the front end in the loss of the speed off the edges in terms of the rushers. How does that secondary hold up against what I think is a pretty good quarterback. Now He's a big time risk taker, and he's got good weapons. Don't forget about the tight end Gasic Ia's well so to me, that's a big question, Mark. I think Salas going toe Coach's ass off. I think it's unbelievable that this defense is ranked number three in the NFL. With all the injuries they've had in a big part of it is his pressure package in particular is third down package I think is second to none. And pro football, so a good week of practice. Keep Fitzpatrick in the pocket. Get him to the ground when you send those pressures, and and if that happens, I think the secondary will be able to hold up in terms of giving up those big place and you talk about not letting a guy like Fitzpatrick getting a rhythm. I think that is huge. Talk about the importance of Eric Armstead. And what kind of mean He's the last of his gold rush defense. And this original, You know, Nick Bosa defore. Ah, defense. How important Is it for him to continue to play as well as you do, as he's been picked playing well, it's it's everything and he's going to have to even turn it up a notch. And I know the statistics haven't been there through the first four games in terms of You know sacks on the quarterback, But Armstead is playing at a high level. There's there's no question so solid will move him around. He'll be working a lot of games with given Kendall on the inside with Carrie Haider next to him on the outside when he's in there in the sub package. Rushing But that's what happens, man. When you you've got several stars on defense, and certainly they did before the injuries, and you lose a couple of those big stars, his pass rushers and then no DeForest Buckner, who's Gone via the trade. Armstead is going to have to take it up another notch. And he is very capable of doing that. Or talk to Tim Ryan, of course, analyst for the 40 Niners getting ready for the Dolphins and the 40 Niners here, Levi Stadium. Let's go to the other side. It looks like you're gonna have to Rev up your most. Geraghty called. That's gonna be nice. And Deebo. Another game I It looks like Jimmy's back. So it looks like for the first time, really all season long your quarterback and your weapons are all back. Would he expect I expected? Well, first of all good week of practice, and let's remember that Jimmy is coming off of an ankle sprain. And obviously missed. Ah, game and a half. So are a couple of games, so we'll see how he is in terms of moving around. I think he'll be okay. I think they'll wantto spread him out. Get it out of his hand. Quick. Obviously, they're going to need to run the football. With consistency, and that's where That's where most erotic comes in. And look, He just needs a crack, and he's down the track. We know that about him and the offensive line and I heard you guys on your your pregame a little while ago when I was driving in There's no doubt they have to play better. And it hasn't been good. They've allowed too many hits on the quarterback and far too many negative place in the run game. But as I told you guys during the week it's not physical, most of its mental It's a mindset. Guys air, not finishing their not snapped a whistle in terms of Attention to details when the defense of line moves pretty snap and then stunt Or you don't expect him to stop tighten those splits up. And finish blocks, and I think if they do that, and there's a good front now for Miami, when you look at those those defensive lineman, they're they're heavy. They're strong. They're quick. They get off blocks, but they are not the penetrating type. Group that we saw the Philadelphia goes. This defense reminds me a lot of the New York Giants and and rightly so mean, Joe Judge. Coming from New England Brian Flores coming from New England. They do a lot of stuff. They roll those linebackers through their They roll those safeties through there in terms of different personnel in different packages. And a lot of times just watching the tape and you could see it against Seattle Last week, there was three or four big plays that were just flat out busted coverages and a few of those bythe rookie Number 23. I'll be counting on papa to say his last name for me all day to kid the Noah. Here it is. I'll give it to you know, uh, big monogamy egg Ba Na Guinea. Big monogamy. Hold on. Stop has got a different pronunciation it Ben are guinea today. Yeah, he got it. And they will go after him. If you know, I know they're getting Byron Jones back today, and I think that they will go after Whoever's in the nickel and that maybe it been agony or Needham. Either way, they're going after it. The question I have is with all those weapons now, who gets the plane time reduced because they can all play out of the slot and man, Am I looking forward to watching the whole crew together? Or Jimmy Garoppolo in this football game. You know what they're going to do. They're going to do everything they can to take George Kettle out of the game makes it imagine double coverage is and I just love the matchup with running backs in the tight split receivers. On these linebackers. Jerome Baker. Landon Roberts, get these guys in space. There will be yak yards all over the place. I think this is a get right game for the offensive line, Fellas. I really do and they need it. When you look at the schedule that's coming up. Hey, Tim, you talk about all these different weapons, explosive weapons to DeBose and the and the kettles and haven't Rahim back. Where does attract tailor fit into this often to the guy that was I've been kind of waiting for. The last couple seasons. Just haven't seen him so far. Well, you know he's been hurt, obviously with with the last couple of years, but This year. They're just have not gotten to him a lot. That's you know, it's obvious when you look at the numbers, so that was my question with this whole Crew healthy. And again, I think they're going to be attacking that sub packets, nickel corner. Whoever it is out there is it..

"Leader Ryan is next on the podcast Talk here Injuries and Niners giants, All with Tim Ryan on that field did looks sticky and It's probably like Pauline. Max Cherry. Want to get a little too long, bro. You know, by the way, do it. Do it. Do it really thick and curly. So maybe they need to put a little conditioner on it or something. I don't know. And by the way, just for the record just since the pandemic is hit, I haven't had my hair cut. So I am working on like a David Coverdale Whitesnake thing right now. You waiting to see me, Dude, you'll see, I listen. I wasn't far behind you. I finally got my hair cut before the season started, like the second week in August and And the flow was crazy, but I still gotta many flow going. I figured I ride Harken back to the eighties. It always felt like a decade for my soul. So I went right back there with politics. You see, ballistics kid who's all with Riley over it, Mullet? He's like I'm going with the mullet coming out all over the place. Brought it back. Yeah. Back there, back, Move back. It's Timmy's like I've done this before, Man. I don't like it. Go check if there's one thing I can do and go check my high school yearbook man moment after anymore. I can't dunk a basketball anymore. There's a lot of things I can't do anymore. I can grow down Mullen Hella Awesome. We're gonna talk about next. The quarterback is it's almost virtually certain that Nick Mullins will be the guy. We've seen him before. We've seen the movie. We like the movie way. Did what? What is the ID? Say it again? The second. Look at this. Tim Reid, go get some popcorn and go sit down with Wouldn't even you know what? I don't see it in theaters right now, Evan Right now, you'd be like, be like top gun. My my junior year I own but mine and I during the summertime, Paul, you'll love this. We watched that movie 17. Times. It's a town and country over the need for Nick, but I feel like me for Melinda. Come on. Come on, Big Nick. You know what Jimmy said it aloud a couple years ago when they started against the Raiders when he finally got in the lineup. I remember like yesterday and Jimmy had just gotten back. You know, wherever he was doing some rehab and added an eclipse. I see him in the training room. And I shall tell me about Nick Man 13 quarterback most time and I've talked to many times and I love that guy. He's a He's A He's just a good dude. He's legit. And I saw Tony about Nicky goes. I'll tell you one thing right now. Don't sleep on there. He's got it. He knows this offense, and he's decisive and lets it go. So a decision maker that can deliver the mail I'll be happy with him any time OK, so excited for neck moments for sure he's got a lot of leadership skills and stuff. You know those throws over the mountains, on the other hand, the ball a little bit better. I know it was on the ground a couple times, always. I snap when he dropped another time it came out. But good illustration was a few of those throws the Kendrick born, you know, sitting down those spot routes in the hole, any firing those things between the number so he can certainly do all that. I see a lot of that a Tim. He's just he's between the numbers held him. He'll thread you something on the on the money middle of the field, and you're right. His decisions seems like always makes good decisions. Because he knows the offense and he sees it and he knows the progressions and he's got the good timing in terms of how he goes through the progressions. You know he's not going to Wow you with a deep corner out and you know from the other hash and putting the ball's history on the way because of the arm strength, he doesn't have a howitzer. There's been a lot of guys in this league that didn't have howitzers. I mean, my God look at the end of Peyton Manning's career when he has his own moon shots before the guy even was out of its stamens like 33 yards from his break, and the ball was already going to a spot and that's part of the good thing about this offense is, you know there's landmarks all over the field, Whether it's inside the numbers, you know, on the numbers on the hash mark down the same, you know. Two yards outside. There's landmarks everywhere for these quarterbacks to throw, too, And when the timing's right and it's got good time, and he's gonna put it, put it on that spot. And you know who he might be making beautiful music with our new our new favorite number two tight end. Uh, how about Jordan Reed gone down to read such a baller? I mean, I I covered him in when he was with Washington football team. Um, I covered him several times when tywin Mike Shanahan was there, and I was there doing their games and I mean, I realized than because he had a lot of a lot of height and a lot of good numbers. But until you see this guy in person and see his work ethic and see how he just captures that ball out of the air and how he's in and out of his breaks like a wide out. I mean, obviously you have two missions with some head trauma. But in terms of a route runner and a guy who's going to go get it and a guy who can create separation and get open and then you know, pick up yards after the catch. He's got all that he I would watch them practice couple weeks ago. I was just standing in the end zone by myself, and he runs one of those Wrangel routes to the inside. They throw it to him. He like natural, just like he did that touch gigantic snatches it With both hands. Then with and I'm watching the whole time, just stand and watch because he's impressive. Look at you know I'm just watching him work. And and then, as he catches it with both hands, he moved it to one and crosses the goal line, slides it down between his legs, then grabbed him with, you know, slide it with one hand between like drag, on the other hand, spends it around his bath. And then absolutely fires at the football and the ball boy for the For the next play up and that ball is exploded out of his hand. I'm like Holy smokes this straight baller. He could do anything. And so now they're just watching this. Out of theatres. Walks of, you know, personnel director. I said a PSR man. God! I see the early Cuyler John or something. Could this play drop? We could grow it. We could rip that. Oh, didn't you know he was a quarterback in high school that I knew a man hired me for personnel. I knew a man. Maybe Kyle drives draw something up this weekend. We cool. I don't know about that. But I know last week. I think it was on Friday. I said, if you be add kettle, and obviously he's not playing pick up Jordan Reed because he's got an opportunity to have a big game and he didn't let anybody down. You were all over that man. I heard you. And by the way, I love listening to you guys. I don't do the fox thing, man. I do You guys and I know you said one where you say the one legged man with the chin line is perfect. So Greg, that's money. I mean, literally was the laboring to get himself up off the ground and Greg Williams and that defense was doing everything they could to Tak to him. Every shot. I'll tell you one thing. It is. Really, really fun to watch. Trent Williams run block like God, Yeah, I mean, hey, is he plays with attitude? You can see that That's still something. He's God. He's just a mammoth human being. That's got terrific foot speed. And he wants to finish people between the whistles and he does it almost every down. It is a blast. You got one of these times We're going to sit down. Watch him Coaches table and we'll just watch 71 watch everything he does for 60 years. Germany plays and They'll be shocked at how much you missed on Game day because your eyes are on the football even on the Mullens interception. How about his tackle? He just grabbed that dude's a long amount of bounds just flung them. Yeah, Yeah, well, you feel in 25 again, and apparently, is what he said. But again, not just Ah, that's an illustration of what he is A man he is. He's out there to do damage between the between the whistles and To me. I know that might not be politically correct in the world of football, but Every great player I've ever known. That's how they played. And that's how the game should be played within the rules. And I love it. Yeah, you're right. And I think you summed it up like this is going to be a hashtag freaking mental grind..

"Because the danger Jonas Tim Ryan our our in about forty minutes we'll continue conversations on the Niners but we add does GPO drawn from the so called news group in a I just want to finish a baseball conversation that we were having with the giants Henry showman you know it's been talked about so long about your moving the fences in could you get more free agents if you did and all these kind of things as far as hitters go the numbers are in about where the fences are going to be and there's not that much of a difference as Henry showman tweets out in left center of the four hundred four foot intersection where the left field and center field fence is me we'll go from four oh four to three ninety nines were talking five feet there straight away center reduce from three ninety nine to three ninety one that's fairly significant we're talking eight feet and then the one that everybody wants to know about the triples alley which of course is famously for twenty one if I was the giants I would just put it for twenty even if as a four fifteen for a or N. as they should've gone for twenty and just put it out of it awesome but they didn't it will be four fifteen SO four oh forty three ninety nine three ninety one the th there should be three ninety nine to three ninety one and troubles alley for twenty one to four fifteen and of all things are going where and I go to speech side by side eject on the topic they're gonna be side by side of the double check what he said on that one but nothing significant because of for example if you want Nick Castellanos which there's been rumored interest on Nick Castellanos I don't think Nick Castellanos is gonna look at those numbers go it was a right handed hitter yeah that's true so if he's gonna have went on to right center but that's just what I guess is what I'm so I think I think I I you know I'd like to see then and I'm sure they have the the data take that for dad ever data is like Brandon belt's fly balls so got more twenty one's going to four fifteen six feet centerfield eight feet you said five feet yeah I mean it's comparable what they did a pad told what they did is city feel the movement about then I'm Missy I'm gonna come out the fan sites with a with a with a change that at all don't see any offense I have to protect the bullpens through they do what you want to raise the fansite one thing my own idea of I did see saw the ball could land the bull pen they do they're everywhere yes watch out well I mean your your twenty one to four fifteen could be the difference of I will go back and look at last year and the fly ball pattern and how many home runs are we talking about if you have that that outfield dimension in the games the giants played last year how would that impact the game you can pretty much you know they that they've got all that data that's what they do so I I'm looking at a bill right now yeah yeah but he got all the spray chart really I'll check it out but yeah I got it but dominated the had to write senator for fifteen and more that's what I'm go that's what I'm gonna see I never really had a hard time with that was Brea re stated that party conditionally he never get the inside the park home run yeah and he is like it's only like a little ball park there I mean certainly when they opened up that call ranks Lesko and she'll never know her chest in their heads they hated it so I would you know per Brandon Crawford it would help it would help your left handed pull hitters longer yes probably not gonna help a whole lot busters not gonna help a whole lot and your future is Joe Vardon Elliott Ramose Rameau's third right handed hitters so and occasionally I you're not gonna see I ride out even at four fifteen at oracle he is certainly not at night so I think that's not significant but it is a change in other could be interesting to observe how that impacts the way you're talking about extreme pitchers park right now yes mostly at night extreme is is the most extreme in all of baseball I don't think it was last year I remember looking up the number more extreme that's all yeah they have the what would be more extreme and then the old Astrodome it'll play there anymore they are like the ten round ten run she'll have a leak in the Astrodome was involved yeah you could correct that now but I what's more extreme than this park we see well you don't do you know why because the opponents it'll of Oprah's right gave it enter the Yankees came into his bonded and I don't even have there with a with a baby bombers anyway that's what I think happens in this park is that when players come in they don't have the preconceived notions that the guys who play here do and so gets in their head when they play your words the guys who come here for three game series just think I'm in another park whack it whatever where's the giants guys go and I don't know if it's the other is that there is a great all raw power they're the guys that are your offers it was the worst as far as home runs man it was worse madness that runs score you score one yeah you can score runs you know which brings up another name in a last year was Bryce Harper and that was the big sweepstakes and the year before was JD and there before that it was John Carlo I'm here in the the live swung if the Yankees want to trade and I would be willing to get well if they eat a lot of the salary you have to use heard all year well he started to be heard for ever and he does have the one thing about Giancarlo Stanton is turning a right handed hitters that could play in this ballpark in struggle the lab member hitting a home run opposite field well two years ago they wanted a much changed I mean does he have two years or three years he doesn't have it he does it was to bother monies are for Alaska monies less that adding the Yankees would eat yeah they have to well they will I think they want to move his salary we have a new they got a lot of young guys a short stop the third baseman right that's a fair judgment day here in there not train in now he allowed guy you wouldn't trade but I think they would trade John Carlo in my day what would you say each more than half of the salary or a huge chunk of his salary to get him out well he's making big money where's that contract rank with all the ones that were to get if you get a thirteen year all right yeah yeah certainly in your contract with over three hundred right around three hundred at the time some of these contracts are signed to go that's okay and then that the way they age generally is on wheels but I think you have to look at a player that could bounce back in if they're willing to eat a lot of salary okay originally was a thirteen three twenty five proof thirteen what's left halfway through it yeah let's see he's one two three five years into it is it was a front loader back loaded that's about the same every year he makes twenty nine million dollars again twenty six next year and then you make twenty nine for one two three four five six seven years yes I've got eight left in the clubs in the end they gonna declined so well what is it is the hangers to pay half of that so you get them for fifteen you do that in a second when you yeah the thing is about this and we know this but guys are gonna sign here so you're gonna have to trade for somebody and Stanton makes sense I know this is crazy because we just have this conversation two years ago about him but he makes sense because you've got to get a guy off a down year in the other team will pay for any good okay set will make the Yankees are out of money for Gerrit Cole well how would anybody this by a trade fours Stanton as is I don't think so no not coming up this injury the Yankees gonna have to eat some of that salary and you're probably what do you know it's a trade off almost every go read verses if we take back more salary than we don't have to give you as much back in either whatever you want player compensation whatever's going back to the way they don't trade draft picks so which they should but anyway so I just that name is out there if you want to improve the offense to what do you think is left I'm just trying to figure out how much over having to run in two million over eight right yeah to to over each other one minute and I'm tryin spoke tracks from him yeah tune in to over eight is what you I think you have to have depth did you get that idea hundred Natalie occurred when I take it a little they fit you you take much I'll take the left the Mike stand out of all federal low only thing I think Farrakhan Farrakhan goes to rummage sales right garage sales it is not go to a state okay but it failed but it's eight fifty million then you're paying an eighteen point seven five C. make it here thirty six no he's not okay yeah I'm saying fifty million if you give them two hundred visiting she actually Kashmir what I'm saying if you're if you're paying a guy in this day and age how old's them right now thirty them like that he is going into his age thirty season is gone into his age thirty season ten more years left yeah I'm not how much you have to be eighteen twenty seven firewood everybody Hey and buster this year yeah you can't do that well you have to I know you got a buster but what I'm saying is I would you stand I was already you pay in eighteen here for a I I say younger less than a junior going into his age thirty yes yes I am I just thirty to thirty he's been hurt right now what do you get dizzy just left her when you get older or more hers well I think his feelings are hurt after what did what did what did Reggie say about a whole whole inner Reggie was caught on the air talking about it well you know ready veterinary as well as anybody read you just read to you this is just talk and he's been on our show and independent people over this is that's a that's a we is that offensive leaving if your budget you're talking from Ron lotus really yeah I thought it was I thought it was gonna try Kerr law no you're not hi I was at the river islands Christmas party yes I was looking for you we got a little thing going because he does river rather than we do around I think you that is a feather in his cap that means they might like it better because I never got an invitation but then again I never got an invitation to our own party which was last you always know when a when a company is classy when they get to like on a Wednesday night because I know that you're not gonna drink too much of those other fan for I think ours was last Wednesday I can get it if I didn't get an invite and then I I going to work the next day there was a were you at the party bro like what party they get a Christmas party last night I didn't know as I said Wednesday or something just when you want to really get out of your mind on a Wednesday it's good night to do it for which which company I was I was texting already that arc of river I was a kid with our kiloware so we do ask for them yeah is that your dad to get really hello your little competition going.
