"Welcome back to bulls the bears will Tim curry there too yeah that's the classics are right there if you like any reggae is kind of a unique band from the eighties Tim curry was in a movie Rocky Horror Picture Show for some of the older listeners that's what his unique offerings in his music career so we love that working on my tan well maybe we could post itself about Facebook yourself yeah we could do that maybe they don't realize as a like a friend us or something yeah so don't forget that over to Facebook alike is that bulls and bears radio of course follows that Instagram bulls bears radio maybe we could have social media director but to put up there yeah but Jim Carrey baby have that song available for the medulla themselves that would be you Rachel thank you just gave us the subs I said Saturday realtime radio studio I love that stuff chip you know what right now what's unique is our sponsor online trading academy differ twenty twenty they've been doing this for the past couple weeks a lot of people out there been trying to figure out how to get the market how to get started with the academy a lot of questions I mean tens of thousands of people are always asking questions about the academy right now they got an introduction to trade investing is a half day classes a world renowned class taught at all the campuses around the world and right now if you grab your phone and you text the word bulls be you L. L. as the two one zero two one zero you can have an opportunity to have to a class and no tuition right there at the academy that's gonna be open for the next hours so text the word tools be you L. L. as to two one zero two one zero be able to attend this have to class and tuition and by telling the class also get a seventy five dollar value will get Amazon kindle yep and the great thing is is that apple limited opportunity they open the window for us to give that away the sponsor did so take advantage of it folks text to ten to ten the word bulls and off we go to the races absolutely not you have one of the unique things about the financial markets there's people that are long term investors people are short term traders but most of the time when someone is in the market they're looking to generate some income and a lot of people don't know how to have that consistency you know from being senior coach of online trading academy you know that you know what one of the key things is consistency in this let's take a moment let's talk about was a look like for someone who wants to trade for income how can someone go from knowing nothing about trading to get into that point walk me through that well first of all if you think of what most people the picture most people have in their mind when they hear the word traitor it probably couldn't be further from the truth I mean you picture waffle Wall Street or trading places or the visual movie Wall Street your picture somebody who's highly analytical stressed out has all this data stream has all this information coming through you know what you what you don't picture a single mom with kids get ready for school make a decision on how to make some money on the S. and P. this morning there's so many ways you can approach the market from a income standpoint a lot of people think the term they hear the term day trading think somebody sitting at a computer all day long there are teachers that are never live in the market while it's open to the market opens at nine thirty close it for their day trading in the never once live in the market looking at charts looking at data what's open because they use an automatic execution style set it forget it style so a lot of people don't understand that exists they think it's a casino they think the markets are just you know you it's a it's a hope that it goes up or they don't stand how to make money when the market falls we talked about that earlier short selling there's so many things when you start to understand the potential opportunity market provides for income that are really simple things understand but Wall Street got the masses convince them not smart enough to not sophisticated enough and you won't try to treat your own money you won't try to utilize that Pala money that you might have or even a small amount of money to generate income with because you're scared to try could you understand the rules your wrist in the parameters of what a good decision was what if you learn the skill of what a good decision was in other words what a price to buy at is is going to put you in the highest position make money and when the cell that's all part of a skill set that's a plan that's built around time and repetition and learning that skill set and that's what's key so a lot of people begin to realize that I am smart enough to handle my own money I just have to learn the skill of I can learn the skill it has nothing to do with my I. Q. sure whether I went to college what my pedigrees as a newbie be able to follow some basic information if I can do that I can generate income in the markets and if I can do that I can take some pressure off my family on a month to month basis and that's the key thing here by me people all the time they have good income but by the time the expenses that you know I mean money's going to retirement accounts money's going to the principal on the house you kids in college kids in high school made kids cost money I mean they every day they turn around they need something next thing you know the guys you know thinking about driving for uber lift when he if he simply just he or she just figured out how to do this for a you know a couple extra dollars on a monthly basis could be a game changer and they can make the money without leaving the house in there so that they don't have to pay for daycare or childcare if they are single parent or if they do have kids at home the markets are just such a tremendous opportunity and when we start to understand that you don't need to have a pile of money you need to have fifty grand how to grade you can get in the markets with a couple grand a thousand Bucks sometimes and start with a small asset class like currencies futures and utilize a system where if you're right you make five Bucks if you're wrong you lose two Bucks or if you're wrong use five Bucks if you write make fifteen there's so many things you can do imagine this imagine every day the S. and P. opens up at nine thirty imagine if every single day you're a position where if the market opened in a move in a certain direction you were able to make five dollars for every point moved and so if it moves three four point you make twenty Bucks now twenty Bucks isn't a big pile of money but if you consistently do that then maybe you start to get a system to our can make bigger decision with more money behind decision so it's a skill set that's grown with time repetition and what I love is that when people begin to realize that treating isn't for the elite it's for anybody and even if you have a little bit of money you can get on the field and if you can learn the skill with time repetition could study could consistency in the markets it's a no brainer for people so we hear back and I'm telling you you're smart enough you sophisticated enough and if you learn the skill the sky becomes a limit and it's available no matter how much money you got how much time you got you just gonna take the steps to learn the skill exactly in our sponsor online trading academy they have a class but Klay on trading for income in a lot of individuals that are in the market they don't have that consistency or a lot of people that are looking to generate that second streaming comer third streaming come for the family this is a huge opportunity for you this is a five hundred dollar value again it's something that's taught right at the campus online trading academy you don't want to miss out on this we got a unique opportunity if you won the first ten callers you have an opportunity in this class at no tuition pick up the phone and call right now eight four four five one trade that's eight four four five one trade we want a first time callers receive this class specifically on trading for income from our sponsor online trading academy again if you're thinking about generate a second streamer third streaming come for.

A Review of Stephen King's 'It'

"Today. We're discussing it star orrick harry anderson dennis christopher where should missour- annette o'toole. Tim reid john ritter and richard thomas special appearance by tim curry. The as pennywise was lonnie anderson busy like we're. We're all the sitcoms. What isn't a horror movie could get alan thicke directed directed by tommy lee wallace who does more comedy than horror no halloween three now. I guess depending on how you slice comedy. This is the the now playing co host. That's down to clown arnie and stewart and this the host who still insists he sees the ghost jacob. We're here a movie that has been so requested tested even before we started doing stephen king and then once we did. I can't count the number of times i've heard have you guys reviewed it and this is going to be the show with the most fun inflection an ever as we constantly emphasize the proper noun it yeah it is it for me. It certainly was the steven king book that i read that maybe wanna go back and read everything that he had written part of the appeal was i had just turned thirteen sixth grade and i had never taken on a book as is big as that book. My dad was a member of book of the month club but then showed up like a phone book on our doorstep over a thousand pages fourteen hundred pages weighing over four pounds at retail and you know aliens had just come out the month before and a movie and this really kicked off my horror movie phase like these were the things things that made me get so deep into horror in my teenage years i had talked to you about stephen king before this. I remember bus rides talking about it and then i remember one day you showed me your copy of it and there was a character who killed himself and you're like and he wrote this on the wall and there was a drawing join in the book. I'd never seen a book that had a drawing in it where the text goes. It looks like a letter age and i'm like i don't get it was an age. You're like no. It's it's the word it in blood and i'm like oh. That's pretty cool fast forward six months. I moved to florida. I didn't know a damn soul. Twelve hundred page book was exactly up my alley. I read it summer of eighty seven and that's the last time i read it until this year when i reread it for these reviews and i am once again the king newbie or the never have been i have not read it but i do feel like this is the one yes sure there's the shining but when i think of the shining i don't i think of king i think of kubrick the same with carrie i think of those movies but it because until two thousand seventeen eighty didn't get good adaptation. We'll talk about the nineteen ninety-one anyone but i do feel like this is the steven king book. I mean it's the scary clown which sure there's john wayne casey but this is such a trope. I feel like in horror now. I'm i'm sure this is a weird originated but i think he did popularize that whole concept. It's funny. You say that i was going to ask you. What's the first thing that comes to your mind. When when you think of it i wanna just put out there. One of my favorite things about stephen king and his first decade of output was to look at the cover because there were so many of them and i never knew what they were about hadn't seen many of the movies so it was fun to try and decipher from that picture on the cover. What is this one going to be about it. First edition hardback did not have no clown on it. It had the alien hand right clawed hand. It looked like a gremlins movie. It looked like he was was reaching his clawed hand out of sewer grates and that's how i read it.

"Because I have heard that about some of. The other books where I know the general story or I've seen the movie or TV show add up to Asians. But then when you read the book, you're like, oh, okay. All right. That's doesn't thing that happened. And I know I'm going to feel that way. Once I get to it as well. Just because I feel like I know the gist of the story, but I feel like that patients haven't quite given you the whole story yet, especially with the the new version of it having a chapter two portion to it. So I was like, okay. All right. I have my work cut out for me because it is a Jain normal book. And I imagine that no matter how you try to adapt that book, you can't fit everything into a movie or mini TV series. Which is what they did back in whenever they do that in the nineties. I believe it is. Yeah, I've only ever seen the new the new it. I haven't seen any other out of -tations of 'cause I don't do her. So I think you're fine. Only having seen the new one to be honest. I like that. One a lot better. I heard that it was scarier than the original though, that sounds accurate because the original is kind of cheesy at times because it was you know, the nineties so right? It's definitely interesting to compare the two, but I know you don't like horse. I'm not going to go back and watch the Tim curry version of penny wise, but I think with something like this. This is sort of his version of Lord of the rings, or Harry Potter is how I feel this series is going to go while it might not have, you know, as predictable of solutions to things and more twists and turns than you know, Harry Potter does because that's something that is meant for kids to follow along with. I think it's sort of in the same vein. This is like this is kind of his his epic almost. Yeah. It's it's that whole fantasy like very long journey adventures. Kind of seal. So I think that's accurate to say that it's like his Lord of the rings, especially compared to Lord of the rings..

"They talk like real teenagers talk one difference a key difference between the 1994 asian and this 2017 version is that the 1994 shen eight the first part is like in the fifties and then they grow up in its the 80s while in this new version when their kids it's 1988 so all the cultural references of change to end their way of speaking has changed and these kids talk like real teenagers talk and i know because i've worked to some of them they use curse words they are vulgar they can be as crass as you can imagine and then some and so they don't hold back in that regard in it makes it it it's really good the writings very good the children are they act of very very well now let's get to penny wise i think i made a pretty clear when i initially reviewed the original version of this movie that i was gonna it was going to be hard for me to think it was going to be hard for me to see a new pennywise and look at it fondly considering how good i think tim curry was in that movie having said that i think bill scars guard does a very good job he's very good but i do think and i'm going to say this i think if you had this new movie with tim curry's pennywise and the original score i think you would have had a masterpiece i truly believe that in it's not that's not a a dig at bill scars got i think he does a good job but here's i want up i'm going to play one seen because it's there are certain scenes in that is in this new movie that's verbatim from the original film which i imagine is verbatim from the book so this scene i'm going to play he is comes in the very early part of this movie it's a little georgy who's playing with his bowed out in the rain storm his boat goes down into the sewer and he thinks it's gone in that's when we first meet pennywise it's this interaction between little georgy and pennywise now i'm going to play the original first and then merle play we'll talk a little bit and then we'll play the new version okay.

"I do i only remember tim curry from them that and the soundtrack i of the soundtrack is wonderful tangerine trained soundtrack on that one uh the item it's a film where the the visuals in the the sound stick with me but i'm not really sure i remember the plot at all but yeah at any rate alaska theory on the empty killer allows move theory ahmad sibera buracam is an interesting case it ties in with all the stuff we've been talking about because there is a recent study in the american journal of applied sciences the place the beast in modern day catholic stan a mere twenty nine thousand years ago while previous estimates placed it outside the two hundred thousand year run of human history okay so that means we could have been interacting ride in this supports an argument did myths of the western unicorn in even the other is eastern uh uh beast such as the chinese acquilla nor the japanese kirin are based on accounts of human our actions with that actual unit horned beasts now in china there's also the counter argument that the asian rhino populations once existed in greater numbers throughout ancient china and that's what these myths referring to and indeed this is based on historical writings uh uh art and even uh uh you know fossil evidence in this would have the this would have been the the northern sumatran rhino in particular now in terms of other extinct rhino species we have some some recent fairly recent additions to that list the western black rhinoceros of the substance this is a subsaharan africa species primarily was founded cameroon this was discussed declared extinct in 2011 and it may have been extinct for some five or six years that point now but there is still a black rhinoceros that exists right yes but these are stem variations of the black rhino that have blinked out for instance the southern black rhinoceros disappeared around eighteen fifty and the northeastern black rhino also went extinct up sometime in the twentieth century.

"Well he looks like you know way to made up he looks like an evil crown which makes it not scary anymore tim curry was scary because you just see this clown standing there staring at you run and he wasn't going out of his way to be like look how crazy my eyebrows look right now he just wished state and it was scary because it let you imagine horrible things in this doesn't do it the the effects in the original mini series were better because they did practical effects for like pennywise is fangs coming out and all that shit this was all cg witched it didn't look as good now i will say this at the to ida really great online discussion with allies skinner today about the movie and she made some great point so i'm gonna i'm going to echo some of her points because i also think the same thing i thought the movie started great like i was pissed off that they took out bill giving georgy like shit because that's why he feels guilty later when his rush dead but i was like okay i can get past that at no big deal do you see the kids arm get bed off a mike oh my god they're fucking go and for this and then they proceeded from that point on to do nothing except remove every element of this story that makes it a valuable story the whole purpose of it is pennywise the deadlock they don't even say the fucking debt lights they never even say at once in the goddamn movie holy shit i just remember that the but anyway.

"I mean does that that'll can under gap replies plastic this movie because i'm in the cloud you need the large why we go to this movie right like want to see scenes with the clown any truly is a great side men not seen the abc miniseries word tim curry played the current the clown but this is a really great take because it's it's not just that he's playing malevolent evil clown he's playing like an entity that's the whole thing this is this thing is inhuman and this thing is pretending to be human and not even really not convincingly and so there's this whole thing where he's like you know he sort of a clown but he's got this sort of like dairy other world the awesomeness to him in and at the date they nailed that even before they at any of the special effects um you know about the the the the jerky way he moves in the sort of like you know the things that happened to his face at certain points who can you can imagine i'm sure you will imagine as you're trying to sleep tonight but it is i got a day we're like we wanna see the clown do his worst and be terrifying and take out these kids but we also want to see because they out the clown yeah but that's i mean i dunno isn't that isn't that like life you know we want to sort of good at the edge but just enough anna the the the hunger for the hunger for sensation is not is not total we're not we can't be the cat that we you know we are still hoping for mom to come back and and take care of us in the end i dunno you remember the i remember cruel intentions very well so right no thatthat's sucre changes obvious i think we're we're of the perfect aged two of loved contentions tensions and i'll probably be watching it again tonight before i fall asleep her but it's it's this whole movie about i would say like you know this sort of he'd mistake.
