You don't need walls it's just a home. Yeah i mean. I remember how well i have a house at all extreme. Yeah that's pretty extreme. But yeah i see your point i remember. I remember once you told me about about trailers. And how am i think i think kinda ties into what you're saying about about the climate but that they are these instant there these existing homes and i was telling you about. Oh yeah what did i get a trailer and then chop it. All up and then rebuild it. And you're like that's so stupid you've got a house right there and you don't need much beyond that because like we're in northern california and the climate's pretty accommodating. There's so many blogs whereas like i'm gonna make myself a tiny house and live debt. Free look. I got this old trailer. I'm gonna cut it and that's the end of the at the end of the block. That's the end of it because they got it a trailer and then i suppose you got fancy you could if you could find a a craigslist you could say like you could see their ad for gutted. "A tour of my tiny home community to some new friends. I showed them some ducks. Show them some painted. Rv's a couple of solar panels and they were very impressed. You think this place is cool. I said you should see my friend. Tim's place in alameda. It's five times as big and exponentially more interesting About an hour later we showed up at what was known as the alameda maker. Farm is an epic place that has since spawned three other maker spaces where off grid permaculture. Tiny home style playfulness. It's happening on this random saturday afternoon. We walked into the secret compound. We tiptoed over roaming bunnies and pigs wrestling in the mud. Next two chickens and ducks milling around There were all these interesting people of all ages deep in conversation. Some were slow cooking meat in macgyver options or slicing potatoes with salvaged. Fast food equipment. There was a group of computer nerds huddled around a laptop in one corner deepen their project. Too busy to even notice our amazement. These very tall llamas that were fast approaching us looking for a snack. We walked a little further past various weird building experiments past the refrigerated box truck full of produce and baked goods rescued from food. Waste streams that. Tim and set up This is a tiny house prototype. Jay shafer been working on when guy tells us Jay shafer the godfather of modern the modern tiny house movement. He loved that place but my favorite part of that little spontaneous tour was when we got to the corner of the lot. We walk past the naral of welding equipment and sculptures and there with his back to us as the sun was setting was an old man sitting in a rocking chair just jamming out on his own. Monica playing like the sweetest melody totally unaware that anyone was listening. I wanted to chat with tim anderson because he's done more tiny house experiments in the bay area in more places than anyone i know. He's battled or navigated code enforcement and five different municipalities to my count. And if anyone has good practical advice on how to live weird and cheap in the big city and get away with it. It's tim anderson. I consider him the yoda of tiny house living. And i'm so glad that this conversation was recorded. Because he's such a creative and dynamic thinker that it's it's sometimes hard to catch all of the rich ideas and concepts that come out in real time. This is definitely the type of conversation. You may wanna listen to a few times to my knee insight. So buckle up. Get out your google and you're not pat. I could tell you tim. Utopia where you could just show up and tinker. I was making a robot named gogo that painted oil paintings. One day i was wandering the halls of mit picking through junk piles and i ended up meeting people in the basement of building thirty five. They were doing some research on three d printing and they needed an electronics guy. I said i was one. They came over to see my painting robot and then they went their merry way. Then i had the revelation. Gee i should follow up on this. Because i could do the same stuff i was doing as an artist. Call myself an engineer and get paid. That's how i spent three years as a gnome inside a three d. Printer tim anderson.

What a Newbie Needs to do

"Hi thanks for sitting down with me. Today tim anderson here the appraisers advocate. And in this podcast. We're going to talk about the skills a newbie should bring to the job hunt a little. While ago i engaged in a very unscientific search for what newbie should bring to the table. I asked a bunch of my fellow. Appraisers what they felt a newbie should have in order to attract an employer in order to attract a supervisor mentor. What we're going to go through today is basically a summary of those remember. Not everyone of the eas will apply in every case further. Some of these a newbie. Just won't have without some experience. But the point is a lot of these are learnable. The new can get if that newbie is willing to go to the time and effort to get them. So let's get into it in no particular order. The first one was listening skills in other words the appraiser the newbie needs to understand what it is. The client needs not what it is. The client wants further listening skills had to do with listening to the mentor. Listening to the supervisor. This is clearly part of learning his also part of critical thinking because the newbie quite frankly and gaining experience needs to understand through listening through critical thinking whether what the supervisor is teaching is right wrong or indifferent. let's face it some supervisors. Some mentors aren't very good. at teaching. Some are superb. Next would be delegation the appraiser must understand what is minutia and what is important and therefore leave them in you show alone now. Clearly a newbie is going to be working on a lot of the minutia. That's how the new learns but the point is we can't lit perfect. Get in the way of don. That's what delegation means. Another one was attention to detail. Meaning time management and personal integrity. The attention to detail has to do with deadlines. Every job comes with a deadline. If you can't meet it then don't take the job. If you take the job thinking you can meet it but it turns out for whatever reason you can't then professional honesty professional integrity says you get in touch with the client and you say so to see what the client wants to do. This is what keeps the client. Happy not so much that the client gets the number client wants but the client understands what's going on with the appraisal. What's going on with the appraiser. It's also a sign of personal integrity to admit an error and then worked to overcome it so attention to detail was the very most important one. Indeed of all the people. I talked to attention to detail. Time management and personal integrity came up right at the top. Another really important. One was tech savvy in other words. The appraiser understands how to use the computer understands. Math understands finance now in understanding the computer this basically means understanding how to working word quickly had a work in excel up to and including log functions and pivot tables which quite frankly are rather advanced concepts but not difficult to learn because it's not necessary to learn the math behind them. The computer does all that the appraiser needs to understand what present value is in other words the six functions of a dollar without understanding that it's difficult to learn the more advanced concepts of appraising then the appraiser has got to understand. Mls how to do an mls search properly how to narrow an mls search down properly. So that the only thing under analysis our properties more or less like it's properties comparable to the subjec- the appraiser the newbie needs to be responsible and adaptive responsible. Goes back to the work work ethic week. We talked about adaptive means. There's more than one way to solve a problem. Don't get dependent on that one way. Learn other ways to solve a problem. Someone who can who can see and then solve a problem is a lot more important to an organization than merely someone who can see a problem so the key here is being able to solve problems. Part of work ethic is putting in the hours not only on the job but on education as well. I'm not talking so much about formal college education. I'm talking about the kind of education you have to do to know how to use. Mls to know how to use excel. Yes i'm also talking about continuing education. Some continuing education. Frankly isn't very good. Some is superb. Therefore part of work ethic part of being responsible and adaptive is doing research to find out those continuing education classes that are worth the effort that are worth the time that are worth the trouble to make the movie more attractive to a supervisor or a mentor.

Chicago White Sox clinch winning season, plus current playoff field

"Turn your head because I certainly did over the past couple of days maybe I got washed up at a bit of college football, the NFL return and but I didn't realize the Chicago White Sox. We're now in first place in the American league central after going eight and two in their last ten games they are. Let's see a game up on the Minnesota twins who have figured things out and are now in second place in that. Leaves the Cleveland Indians losers of six straight all the way down to third place at twenty and twenty one and four and a half games out. So so the Indians have gone from first place in the division arguably the team to beat in the American League two. Now, a wildcard team outside of the top two in the division and four and a half games out just that quickly I mean, don't you know six in a row and when the white sox are winning four that's at least. Four Games in the last four days and with a deficit of four and a half, it's gone from a half a game to four and a half year. By the time Friday rolled around you have the Detroit Tigers at twenty and twenty six, and then the Kansas City royals at twenty and twenty eight. Neither of them are atrocious baseball teams, which honestly is a bit better than I had anticipated for both of them but neither of them are going to be infecting the playoff picture with their presence. Where do we go here? The Chicago White SOx thirty and sixteen winners of four, straight eight and two in their last ten they swept the Tigers this past weekend. Let's take a look at their scheduled down the stretch here. See who they have coming up. They have four with the Minnesota twins who I just spoke about being a game back. So this'll be a fantastic series between the white. SOX and the twins it'll be in Minnesota Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday some fantastic pitching matchups in those. Then they travel to Cincinnati to Cleveland and retell her for return home ver-. CHICAGO. So the white sox tough schedule down the stretch with clubs over five hundred and then the reds mixed in there. So we'll see if they can continue to play quality baseball they continue to be led by Jose Abreu. He's crushing the Baseball fifteen home runs. Forty eight RB is Tim Anderson is currently your Major League leader. In batting average, he'd be your batting champion at three, sixty two. If he qualifies in Thirty six games, one, hundred, fifty, two are bats I think he has just qualified fine when it comes to that statistic on the pitching side of things Lucas g Alito. Continues to pitch well, Dallas Kaikal not a lot of people talking about it but six in two two, one, nine era talk about a successful year Then you got mad foster coming out of the bullpen with a one three, one era so Chicago a well rounded team they were my surprise bic in the American league at least they got the memo because. My Cincinnati reds on the other side will get to them but they still haven't figured things out sell but hey, one or two in regards to surprise picks. So the summer I'll take that absolutely. Did I think they'd be a first place team I didn't think the white sox will be a first place team but I certainly thought they were good enough to. Make the wild card and make the playoffs. Now we're talking standard one, sixty, two, five teams but yeah, certainly a pleasant surprise on the south side of the windy city.

"Tim Anderson is loose and he's American getting champion and what I want to see is I want to see it again. Not necessary. American league getting champion but to stay consistent beat a threat when he comes to the plate be someone who's dangerous like some of these other players on this White Sox team, and so Those are just kind of the player that I think need to prove it in 2020. We had that question up at ESPN MLB show on Twitter as well. And you can call me 312332 ESPN 3323776 is our phone number regarding the Not on Ly Ross and what he could do and Joe Maddon but also talking about the Cubs and socks, you know, is there a player that stands out to you? That has to prove it in 2020 it's going to be a theme on the show. As we get closer to the opening day for both the Cubs in the white socks, I gave you my list. Former Darvish David Ross Mazzara A swell as column A and Tim Anderson you can add to that list at 312332 ESPN is our phone number speaking the White Sox catcher. Talk to Vinnie Dooper from NBC Sports. Chicago covers the white socks like a blanket. I asked him about big picture questions for the White Sox for 2020. I think that there are a lot I think I'll go back to the starting rotation and two names in particular, and that's Dylan's considering all the Lopez. These guys did not have great numbers last year. I think cease. You can chalk it up to you know he's different, his toes and major league waters for the first time, right? He's facing big league hitting for the first time, and people are so raving about his stuff. Reynaldo Lopez kind of switched places with Lucas Giolito a little bit almost right. I mean, in 2018 Giolito was the one with the with the really bad numbers, and then he went to work in the offseason. And became the All Star became the ace of the staff 2018. I think you could say that Reynaldo Lopez was probably the best starting pitcher on the team and then last year struggles with consistency obviously had some flashes of brilliance, but it wasn't a good year for him. Now. The good news, I think, is that there there's a reason to expect maybe that Lopez could make that bounce back. Kind of like Giulio did because he's Not so much about the work he did in the off season on the mental approach to the game. Which, of course, is what Giolito did two off seasons ago to get to where he's at now. So yeah, the questions are what can cease. Give them what Lopez give them specifically this year if they could give them enough if they can be good, and if they can make this rotation Deep from 1234 maybe even now, down to five and even six. If that's how many guys are going to be in it, we'll see. Then you're talking about a team that might end up being the most balanced team in the entire division..

"Who Cares who shoots it? I don't care if I should have dame shooter. If chief shoots it from the corner who's not long no longer with us. It's about winning at all costs any means necessary and that's how you define greatness. That's how you define Eliakim players willing to take less do less for the betterment of team but like a good Denver with the picket role. You didn't want it because you re too many bodies and you didn't your need. You didn't need an advantage so that you think I read. I didn't need a screen for an advantage. I could create my own advantage with space in any event that they wanted to send a double team. I would see color because I'm at the top of the key so I can see both boxes and see what the defense is loaded at and I understand how much time how much base have when you pick and roll as more crowded bigger bodies or in the way at times and it can't be harder to make a correct decision so I I rather just have space at certain times certain times I wanNA pick and roll because I wanNA. I WanNa get that much more of an advantage with with a body in between this I wonder then <hes> I think it's safe to say then that basically with Terry and Mike these are two veteran coaches that have been around a lot of players a lot of stars so it's on them and their ego go to say I'm okay with James of routes or I'm okay with Damon C._J.. Working it out on their own basically them knowing the situation better than anybody else exactly. You're exactly right once again. We have Tim Anderson calling to pull a pod Chicago White Sox shortstop here shortly so stay locked in but yeah like you said it's it's about the coach. The coach gains that trust he gains that understanding of the type of players he's around based on years experience based on being battle-tested together with them and reminds you. It takes a very secure coach to allow his players to call place to come to the huddle and say what are you guys went around here or to have to have a play call drawn up players say now..

"Your coach has had that trust in you understand that you're out there. He's watching from the sides in kind of studying the game getting a feel for the flow but as a player you're actually playing the best coaches are the ones who empower their players trust their players and allow them to Kinda communicate. What feeling what they're seeing what they're doing? We have Tim Anderson calling into the pull a pod Chicago White Sox shortstop always play baseball when I was younger you know I always say you know I was able to break the game down and I and learn how to take ground ball Outta here and <hes> you know. I knew what GonNa play I wanted to be it's hard to argue when your team wins and it's hard to argue when you have numbers anger teams winning based on the supporting cast of run game defense he has to receiving core and offensive so coordinator slash head coach comfort. I'll see why he will have a very very successful season. Welcome to the Taj Gibson episode go to pull up. That's why episode number sixty seven currently back in New York enjoying a great day think it's about eighty five degrees right now based on where I'm sitting from the eye tests clouds. Popping boats are in the water sixty floors up the city looks amazing. Jordan is a little bit further than the city you know his view is probably more water-based sand based <hes>. Maybe a little cooling temperature out there in the Hamptons Jordan House the Hamptons right now for you. It's great it's great and <hes> I. I wanted to come back and see you in the city but <hes> we're GONNA do that next week and then I can tell you that it's going really well because <hes> it's about this talk about family and wake up early good trying to get some work done and it's very it's really good man. I can't wait to get you out here in a way to put some worse look forward to admit I'm definitely going forward. I still never been to the Hamptons twenty seven years years in I've I've never been able to make it down. There and I feel like the Times coming. I feel like we may be able to get down. There are some point <hes> once Wi fi scheduled kinda eases up and our patient flow is a little bit less drastic with those night classes and having to do night clinic. It's taking a toll so yeah that's the worst the action scheduling yeah that is definitely allow but now that she's certified in his past all three on granted late and sleazy. She's big man that she's she's hype she worked hard for so as well deserves officially certified as has to finish school now and then she can be a practice and Dennis if she wants to be or string it out a little bit longer and do a residencies. We'll see what happens but you know who didn't straight out a little bit longer. The Oklahoma City thunder that was that was a hell of a transition right there Oklahoma City thunder have agreed to trade Russell Westbrook to the Houston the rockets Chris Paul for first picks and twenty twenty four and twenty twenty six and pick swamps in twenty one in twenty twenty five. You know this unless you live under a rock biggest question is will they be able to coexist. It's obvious it's that Chris Paul and James Harden's relationship had deterred or lack of better terms. I feel like they needed some time apart <hes> or maybe the rockets were just looking for some changes based on the fact that they were able to kind of get over that I hope I think to seize ago was their best chance to to get to the finals in C._p._a.. Ended up going down a hamstring injury this last year they had a golden opportunity of taking advantage of the rockets in ended up losing to a Kevin Durant les team similar to how we did <hes> <hes> dropping what for straight was a two in the end up losing two zero so it was unfortunate ending for them and.

"I was I was gonna cut I was gonna cut. I just wanted to see if I get something for John means. All right. Next hitter up. Here is going off. The list is Tim Anderson. Now, you haven't heard much about Tim Anderson lately, on he doesn't get brought up a whole lot. No, no. And it's almost as if he came back to earth because he did now he was positively brilliant throughout all of April a one thousand nine oh p s so no shade there. But it took him ten days into the month to hit his first home run, and just kind of looking at him sense. May I he has just three home runs? Still has five steals to seventy five three nineteen eighty five to seventy five you're not freaking out at that. It's not draining you by any stretch and the OB p you're never expecting anything from. But the three eighty five the power has really come back to earth for Tim Anderson. At least he does still have five steals in that time. That's a twenty six game span. You're taking that. All day, the speed still there. So this isn't like an epic collapse. It really is more of a smoothing out, but I guess, now that we're here, we've seen the super high, we've seen the pretty low, where do we go from here, the rest of the year with Tim Anderson and is he somebody you'd wanna buy now that the dust has settled a bit. I mean, I think he is who he's always been. This is a guy that goes through these hot stretches, usually early on in the season, and then cools, off and becomes the guy that we've kind of known him to be, and no. I don't think I'd wanna buy whoever's going to be selling him is going to want something commiserate of what he's done overall and that three twenty two average which is going to become cratering down. Going to bring up to that's still high. That's still a high batting. Yeah. There's they're going to be like, well, he's hitting three twenty two. Well, he hasn't been hitting three twenty two as of late. It just you know if you looked week ago, it was, like three forty something. So, yeah. No, I don't think I'm, I'm buying if anything if I've got to manderson I'm desperately trying to sell him right now. Would you take Ramirez? Would you take David doll? Oh, that's a good question. The centerpiece, maybe maybe work, some something around the two piece. I mean, because at least with Anderson, you know, you're gonna get stolen bases, which is very premium, you know, and, and so even if he hits even if he had to thirty the rest of the year, I think you can put Tim Anderson down for other minimums of another fifteen. Yeah. I mean that, that to me is is worth. Worth you know holding onto as opposed to selling him. You know, for something less than what those fifty two twenty basis may mean in your standings. But if you have had Tim Anderson and you're still struggling with average, because of other pieces on your team. Yeah. It's about to get way worse for you. Yeah. I mean it's just the three percent walk rate to credit to his credit strikeout rate way down from twenty five percent in nineteen percent. That's a good improvement. But swings strike rate isn't commensurate with as down from fourteen to twelve percent. So it's like could that strike outright, spike right back up to the mid twenties? Yes. So that still worries me. I'd love to see Tim Anderson develop a bit with plate skills, and continue to be a stud. I just don't see it. So it's like one of those things I'm rooting to be wrong, but I'm peeling away from Tim Anderson where I can't do four percent swing percentages season. I mean that's vile. That's up. That's up dude..

"When you make it a part of the game. You you have a relationship with the kids on Chicago's south side. You took them to to viewing of Jackie Robert the Jackie Robinson movie. I'm forty two. What can you tell us about about that link? Oh, man. Did you just wanted to the kids? You know, you know, the history of you know, object rubs Mattie paved the way for prefering Americans. You know, there are a lot of, you know, about kids, and, you know, about me being only, you know, African American on on the White Sox. I think it gives them to look up to and you know, businessess what the house at a high level, and you know, more so than the same color as them. And I think that that gives them motivation that, you know, you see somebody the same color, as, you know, doing something positive, then I think it I think he's far, you know, give them a sport as far as you know. I can do it too little and and I'm just here to inspire motivate, man. Tim Anderson with us again, he is the AL player of the month in April watch him. He's a lot of fun for the Chicago White Sox every clubhouse. I've been in in baseball, Tim their factions. Right. Broken up usually because cultures gravitate toward each other. So the Latin guys are over here. The black guys over here the white guys over here. How lonely are you? And I don't I don't mean any other way other than there's no one in your clubhouse who looks like you. Yeah. I I mean, I I am the only, you know, only black guy on the team. But you know, man, I don't I'm a guy that gets along with everybody. I get along with everybody. So, you know, you catch me hang with everybody managers smile and everybody. So I don't feel only, you know. I feel I feel like I'm gonna you know, I'm gonna good spot. I'm where I wanna be, you know, many months he might do a great job. You know, we all get along. And we got great personality. I think do a great job. It gets, you know, good guys in the locker room that fit in with what you know. We're trying to do. And you know, they're not the thing. Everything possible before them. You know, we've got great. Jim I'm wondering has Brian mcken ever called you or said to you hate Tim knock it off? No the ever because you know, he's the leader. He's the guy in charge of not having fun. You know, he's the guy. Wait a minute. He's in charge of the unwritten. The unrolled don't know or respect. He's the guy if it's not Brian McCann. Then who is it Tim not to trap you? But if it's not Brian McCann is the enforcer of the unwritten rules who is it. I don't know, man. You trying to give me something I'll need to say. You're you're laughing. It's mccain. I don't know, man. I bothered by nobody nobody to say about what I do. You know? I didn't they go out. And do I suppose, you know, bring high energy to my boggling man, I'm here to have my team win. And you know, have a lot of fun, you told Sports Illustrated. "Wait a minute Now. come on. Wait a minute. That sounds like you're saying it's over rated. No. I don't say overweight. You know? I gave it try. You know, I'll eat it here and there, but you know, downs up, you know, I'm not I'm not really a deep dish guy. But I give it a try eat it, if I you know, if I really want, but but you never want. Okay. Let's get Mitch Trubisky sound on this. Mitch Trubisky more food questions for ten Anderson. What else did he have to say? What else are you pulling you hotdogs, he put relish sauerkraut just the catch guy? So. So your thoughts on what you're on a hot dog? I'm just a kid in west, man. Okay. I'll like all that all of the other stuff on that. So I just keep the basic man, you know, that's how raised up, but you know, that's that's what I stick with. So both of them. You put catch him and mustered or sometimes you go catch up sometimes you go mustard Magaw catch up in. Well. Okay. Both at the same time, Tim Anderson. Whether again, he's the AL player of the month in April, and he found himself, you know, in the middle of nonsense because he plays the game in a fun way. So what would you say is the dumbest of unwritten baseball rules. Tim like the one there are many of them. But which would you say is the dumbest. I don't really, you know. So I can't say that dumb. You know? So I don't really know the room. But I don't think they're there. There's not in for me. So I can't call them dumb because I don't have their unwritten they are. But I thought baseball players knew the unwritten rules, you're telling me, Tim Anderson player of the month. They're they're so unwritten, you don't even know what those rules are. Yeah. Yeah. So I don't I don't really know. What that nobody came to me and said either the rule, so I don't really know if they are are, wait a minute. Are you? With the REU them. So I don't know. Are you being surprised then when they hit you with a baseball bad flipping because you're like what's the rule here? I didn't know this was a rule. No, no here. Don't care, you know about about that. Or you know about those rules. I go out and play my game every day. And you know, I bring when I got the ballpark every day raise the beat, you know, I don't want you to be the guy that wanna play against me. So you know, man on I think my team understand me. I think they get. So you know, when I go in and play hard every day. I have one, you know, the the rule is it's the tobacco industry rule. I'm going to do whatever I want whenever I want to do it. I eat a home run them with a flip a bat. But I love that Tim how are you being met from ballpark to ballpark with other teams that are not here for any of that that attitude. They don't want it in baseball. I I'm not bothered about everything, you know, I go in and you know, I'm trying to beat the other team. So I really care how they feel about how they think about me as a player. But I know my teammates understand me. And I'm I'm gonna go out every day, you know, giving what I got. And I play art every day. I about an energy. And I enjoy the game, you know. So. So you're team are down for everything. Like, no teammate has ever pulled aside. Hey, we don't play the game that way here. Young fellow. None of that. No. I I never I love Tim. I love you, man. I'll tell you baseball. Right. "That's what it was his of his four forty three right now, we've seen this from Tim Anderson before like this thing, I think the last two years really brilliant starts, and it's like here's the breakout. And it's like. Last year. He had what what four home runs and eight stolen bases with two sixty seven average in the first month of the season of the year before he does your before he wasn't that great Ono's is may his may with a three nineteen average of four home runs and a stolen base. Like he gets off to these hot starts, and then kind of pewter is out sometimes he researches in in September. Sometimes he doesn't it's such a volatile batting profile. And it's one of the reasons why we kind of pointed at mandis you like, hey, he's kind of Tim Anderson ish. Yeah. You know, he's got power in the body's got definitely have speed. But the average is going to fluctuate with him not walking. It's the glows are going to be really low and the highs you're going to be really high. So this is one of the high points. I think he's gonna get overdrafted in this in this format, but Moncada? I believe in some of the changes them caught us made and. Maybe it's pro, you know, a belief in the prospect predatory finally paying off. But I love seeing the strikeout rate dropped so dramatically. Chase rate drop. He's making great contact. He's being aggressive at the plate of which one of my guys. I think it was Matt Thomson pointed out on the most recent benefits podcasts that oh actually sorry. It's it's fan graphs in France fantasy benefits own Mike Warner pointed out that he led the league in cold straw strikes. Eighty five times most Amer Jamie, Frank from an random stats had a big piece on it are big tweet on it. And I actually did a Sesing early batter breakouts. For the ten this week, including Moncada, and Anderson and became I came away really strong on Moncada because while walk made his way down so as the strikeout rate, and it is then aggression where he's not going to get that. In scituate. Where he could take those ks looking eighty five strikeouts. Looking that is absolutely bananas and his first eighty six plate appearances of the year. He had had a strike. I don't know. If that's continued. The tweet was on April twenty second. But even still the most Moncada could average now is like two or three strikeouts. Looking he's going up. They're ready to hit. This is one of the things we've talked about in the past with some guys is it passivity or is it patients with the walk rate. I think there was definitely some passivity with Moncada kind of waiting for that that perfect. What's the phrase? Don't let good be the enemy of perfect or something. I like it like, you know, take this. Good pitch and drill it in the gap or double that you can do something with or even a base hit is then waiting for that perfect homerun run pitch, which you may not get this at bat. Instead, you get deep into a three to count..

"And they have tried to many of these guys. They can't somebody's going to have to understand that today Showtime. Last name is Tim Anderson because the White Sox shortstop hit a provocative Homer yesterday. The fourth against the royals. Let's watch how that went down. He gets. Not a flip. That's a toss. A discarding of the bat. I see discarding feels a little bit too passive he rid himself of the lover. But Bohemia is Tim Edris up again in the sixth inning with the royals responding to the VAT getting rid of that you betcha. Chain a little bit later. Yes, it wasn't chain. And there was that baseball into his by. Because the basis I mean, the benches and the clearing, of course, that's not a that's the buttock got a development that. Yes. But VO we watch Tim Anderson. You know, end up getting a Jek did after all this noise. Yeah. The pitcher injected he gets jetted forgetting throwing it. So let me ask you this does Tim Anderson here a guilty of doing anything wrong shot Joe west throughout four people in that game for the first time, there's a lustrous career of throwing people out against the cowboy Anderson do anything wrong. I mean, I guess it all depends on what kind of rules. You subscribe to write according to the rules of baseball unwritten as they are what he did was going little bit too far. Right. I could understand people making that argument the discussion that we need to have though is how does he get Jek did for being role net. Right. Because that's what happened here. He didn't even have a chance to really do anything. That's opposed to get you jetted. What's going on here? That guy gets checked. Because somebody threw at him. He is guilty of defying a Justice system in which only the pitcher has a weapon of Justice that the sport permits for some reason the guy with the bat isn't allowed to demonstrate because the guy with the ball is always there to please him and keeping them in line. And I understand if you're a pitcher, right? If you're a pitcher you want to control the plate control the strike zone. That's cool. But this is not about that. This is about a guy in Tim Anderson. Who is as he puts it the Russell Westbrook of baseball, man. This is new and different and I presume infuriate they come out. And they put on a home run chain in the dugout do all a home run. Jane, right. Somebody go at him again because we went and looked at his Twitter account. And let me tell you who tame Anderson's a big fan of Tim's he really digs that do. He's really into. He put that toss. They had their he put that over a trap beat in a video sent that out for people. Like this no apology here. There's not going to be some lesson learned that he's. Had because of this. No, he is coming out here to start on y'all. Baseball is not figured out what to do with stunning. Because it was they got the campaign about letting the kids themselves, right? But the pitcher that's out. There is still feeling embarrassed. And he'll still always have the power with throwing at you. And I do wonder if there are younger newer pitchers who feel differently because Marcus Roman the Blue Jays is talking about how he's cool with the bat flipping if he's allowed to strikeout dances. All which I think is is to the good of baseball, which does wanna make the game fund, again eighty is cool with being stunted on you may yield that. Right. So that you can get stuck. But nobody's cool was being stuttered. All part of why these rules, so many these players cover different cultures folded to real easy because protects you when you want to be soft about stuff. Nobody likes stunt at all. When tracking the domestic funny. You come to find them hiding under wardrobes next to soak. To some scarring off. "Ambrose has a few middle infielders wants to get rid of them for first baseman he wants to know given the current value in the production you expect moving forward which one you would move on from and try to trade away we've got by as lemay hugh zagora tim anderson again which one would you like to move given the value you can get and their production you'd expect the rest of the way well i mean you're talking reasonable value in a trade i dunno guys in his league i know there's a league of mine where i could probably trade by as for kershaw there's another league of mine where i wouldn't get anything for all four of these middle infielders are in my top hundred i'm quite certain and yours matan manderson is on thirty thirty pace he can't walk won't hit more than two forty but he could this is like this is like an indepth season for tim anderson i could see twenty five of each the old ian desmond tim anderson is not my top hundred well then he's the guy you're right yep i mean i would still in any way as along these four i actually think by didn't thirty plus home runs i'd say the ridiculous unit of measurement is my description for the answer that's the right answer to this question is float the forenames yeah i mean you might find you get something you should i i'd be if i'm fetching by me value for anderson like top seventy five overall player value on catching it in a second yeah and i would too but i do think that the the home runs and stolen bases are legitimate i certainly gonna end up hitting to forty five with like twenty seven homers and twenty six deals i think he can do that i think he can i think it might be a little generous on the homers the other is that because you said with the batting average i'm with you on that number it's gonna mean streaking and that's frustrating for people in fence fair enough next we've got one more from dave despite kyle seager being part of the elite first name last initial oh yeah real did you write this three somebody's gotta edit these tweets where they need to be at it no they he wants to know if he's losing mixed league relevance to eleven in may with more strikeouts than hits.

"The white sox is gonna mess schweik one i'm not saying this stuff's bad he manages wrong good but with the combination of the stuff that he's got shadows looks like everybody's get blown away the one that's low were ball one strike betters will tell you i could pick up the spin because they hit by spin you've got to be able to see first of all the rotation the minute it leaves the pictures and then you've got to determine the speed about one strike two one one a single in the right field let's face it that's good hitting as my guy pick today drove in the only one of the game i should've taken don't monitor do you remember that six zero one winning i anderson tells that pitch off for strike one where the ape vibe one detroit they've sixers we obey it was for one run scored five majority of rush's belong to one go cabrera drove a to the third one the fifth and then he goes you guys tried knock have some rocks score to six out of double and i was bar machado i believe i was with two outs one ball one strike tim anderson no them tim is it's the ball bronx make no mistake about that the one one way outside low to balsam strike the three homers driven and four and today's double a single a walk and a pop out ballgame three with the tigers we welcome in tampa bay but that would miss two balls or check that delay call two balls two strikes i sit anderson is to for three his walked two groundouts casteel has a double a single walk and my guy has a single sacrifice fly line out in the pop the third garcia to bolster strikes down and the two two two tim harrison i pop up right side cabrera drifts over towards the camera while it's out of play the fly out by anderson in the sixth inning almost got out of here deep to right center field against the fence yohmor took didn't take cassiano south there too and he made the catch right after that.
