"How do you consider intentionally in terms of platform. Time like is very intentionally blocked scheduled. Are you just. You're not a free for also like what is it for you that that kind of drives you to do what you do each day. You know what. I am more of a free for all which is no. And i'm doing a video in the moment if it's text post it's in the moment everything is in the moment but what. I'm discovering more and more time i time block out something so i time block al sales activity my outbound activity. i've gone automated. Calendars set a time with someone. It's linked to my I got some of the basics down but it is actually real. Because i had linked figured out. I did have like more time allocation now. Granted i i'm cheating a little bit because obviously like i'm selling recruiters on training on linked end so like being unlinked in very valuable for me if it wasn't i would i would wouldn't spend as much time on there. But that is my business like training people linked in recruiters specifically. Data's my business. So i'm going to spend a lot of time on their when clubhouse came into the mix in january which is when i got like hopped on there and i started seeing people i knew i was last week of it was the last week of december. That's when i hopped on there. And i started seeing people from lincoln. It was like. Oh my gosh friends. Ed so i started building getting into rooms like moderating these rooms I did that for the last six weeks and now. I'm getting a lot more deliberate with the time And i would say like clubhouses a great use of time if you're the one who's making the conversations or you're involved in a group that makes the conversations if you're going randomly into rooms and like listening it's a huge time-waster with that being said it works very similar to like a lot of other social platforms like we said like engagement on clubhouse this is what it looks like you go into a room and you've got your moderators on the stage..
