"Plus 1400, 20 nuggies there. Patrick cantlay outright winner. Plus 2500. 20 nuggies there. All right, I got to be there. I've been picking those guys. I was early last year on them. I can't miss the cut. He's got unfinished business. Both of all three of those guys have great track records here. Our last pick. 100 nuggets. Will there be two or more hole in ones at the masters this year? I say yes. Plus one 50. I can't believe that, that the odds for hole in ones for two or more are plus one 50. Those are horrible odds, but that's a fun bet. And I'm excited to watch. And I can't wait to see two or more hole in ones. There you have it. Wow. That would be two or more hole in ones on Sunday. On 16. I know. I think that's smart money right there. I feel like that would be plus one 50. Yeah. Randy all week. I have 5 plays. I have 5 plays. They're all 40 nuggies, and I'm so excited to share them with you. The first one is an outright winter play, Colin Morikawa. Going for his third major would be the third rung of the career Grand Slam. I think it establishes him as the best young player in golf right now. That's plus 2000. The other one, I'm on little Lowry bandwagon. I got him to win. Plus 5500. It just feels like the type of player that's going to win another major at some point. Obviously his first one was on a great golf course. So I think he could get it done at Augusta. Why not this year? Scottie scheffler, I got him to miss the cut plus 500. Wow. Wow. I'm fading Scottie, world number one. He's due to, you know, each year, one of the big guns has a real stinker of a week. I'm saying it's Scotty, and he's going home early. And then two top ten plays DJ plus one 7. I feel like that's almost free money. He's like, I don't see how he can not finish in the top ten this week. And then finally, Jordan Spieth, the top ten, a plus two ten, anytime you can get a four time champion just a top ten at better than two to one. So you got to take it. So those are the plays. Guys, breaking, breaking news, breaking news just coming into the TC news center. I'm scrapping this burns play. Nobody picks. Nobody picks speed to win. I'm picking him to win. No, you don't get to see the board. No, it's a matter of respect. Always something. It's always something. I'm the king. I can do whatever. The fact that nobody is. Muted. Are you in charge of the country? No, he's disbanded the parliament. He's taking absolute power. You can not see the board and change your opinion. And made his picks. Mine were locked. Mine, what do you mean, my word locked? I don't make my pixel live. You made an illegal pick last week, which we haven't even addressed yet. No, you entered your pants. If you guys want to avoid the illegal pick, that's fine. It's another $30 in my bank account. I would rather give you that. But we'll discuss the sanctions. If it would have hit, you would have been all over me about it not counting, but the fact that it didn't hit your letting it count. Well, you're taking speech to win. I feel like I'm taking a lot of throws money away if he wants to. That's up to him. No, 'cause that's gonna hit now because he knows. It makes our week so much more interesting if speed to win. At plus 20 it's not even good odds. Plus 2200. That's a heck of an edit for our editor here to figure all that out and put the graphics up, but I'll let you guys know what and I will just put it to DraftKings, boost it. Boost it. Do not boost anything for this guy. While we're talking to DraftKings, I want a top amateur market. I am begging for him to create a top amateur market. It might be a spirit of the game though. I know, mister Roberts and mister Jones would be rolling over in their grave, they knew we were betting on amateurs, Randy. Come on there. They're probably rolling on their graves for the dude perfect guys too. That might be fair. Also, I just want to give a shout out. I think he's, I like him this week. I just want to throw that out there. It's cool, man. Cool. Thank you everyone for tuning in. If you're watching this video again, head over to our podcast feed, check out our interview with John wood previewing the masters. We're going to be doing live shows. Of course, every night after each round of play Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This week can not get started soon enough. The cat's out in the golf course as we speak right now. Something's happening at all times at Augusta national. Wish we were there, but someday we will do one of these in person. But without any further delay, thank you everyone for tuning in and we will see you guys Thursday. Cheers. I kind of want to pick speed now. I'm not going to. So excited. "Just a real really solid off season. They get Julius Randle to resign long term. The whole thing just made sense to me. Everything that they've done over the last year actually makes sense to me in a real way. Yeah, I mean, there are a couple of contracts. I'm not huge on paying centers, the mid level or more. Like elite centers, obviously that's a different conversation, but kind of neurons Noel types. But that's a miniature that's a miniature knock. You know, it's not exactly like that's the type of contract that's going to absolutely kill you. It's just like, you can get away with it if it's a miss. And if it's a hit, then it's a hit. You're in good shape. So yeah, I'm with you, I'm bringing Kemba on good value. He was hurt last year, but if he can be 85% of previous Kemba for mid level money, I mean that's really good value for you as well. So yeah, it makes it makes sense. There's a world too where they're better this year, but they're winning percentages worse because there are a lot of teams and we're going to talk about this. There are a lot of teams in the east that I think are better than they were last year. Yeah, totally. A 100% agree with that. I think there is actually a pretty real chance that that happens. But let's kind of actually get into what we want to talk about on this podcast, which is we're doing a contenders and pretenders podcasts, but we're going to do it in a little bit of an off center way. So the way I did it was I grouped these Eastern Conference teams into four groups instead of just like purely contenders versus pretenders, right? Because success is not always just simple like that. It's not always based on one, you know, outcome. Success for the magic this year is going to be drastically different than success for the 76ers. So in this episode, we're going to discuss the pure rebuilding pretenders. We're going to discuss the play in contenders. The playoff contenders where your top 6 seed and you're actually just straight up in the playoffs. And then we're going to talk about the actual NBA title contenders. So we've got three teams in that bottom kind of rung. We've got three teams in that. Third, rung. We've actually got like a really robust 16 like kind of middle ground of playoff contenders where I think that those battles in the Eastern Conference are going to be fascinating this year. And then we've got three teams at the top that I think are very real NBA title contenders. So let's just kind of dive in. We're going to go through the bottom two, I think a little bit more quickly if only because this Eastern Conference is now there's actually like a middle class in this Eastern Conference in a way that it feels like there hasn't been in a while. Don't you think? Yeah, I mean, I think you can extend the middle class basically from the four seed or even the three seed all the way down to like 12. There's basically a bottom three in the east, which I'm sure will touch on. And I think you can climb all the way up to three because I don't know if they're beyond Brooklyn and Milwaukee. I don't know if there's a consensus number three team. It should be Philadelphia, but it's not for obvious reasons because if Ben Simmons is not physically there, then they're not the sure number three. And if they trade them, we don't know what the heck they're gonna get back for him..

"Eric. I wanna think. I talked to an infectious disease expert on my streaming show and she was saying you know what i would hope they would do is. Let's start streaming start. Straddling the risk in other words. If everyone over seventy is having breakthroughs that are bad they all get the third rung. Everyone under forty is either not breaking through her breaking through mile leap. Don't give them a third one interesting. That would make sense. Yeah we're not into that. No we're not doing that stuff. That's luck you don't need it because you've already been infected. And i saw studied said it was about thirteen times. But i'm just more worried about like what what's what's what's the mandating of it. I i that someone. I've heard from the hospital. It's more for the money from the government and then they have a certain level of people that are back can be stupid and liar. I'm now i'm now realizing and stupid and liar to lose. But so here's here's the thing you know i think so there's this thing through there's a there's a whole camp you know. Just put the mask on it. It just get the shot go of already been infected in the mass doesn't work just do it. Why what's what's all arguing like. Why can't you just do it. And that's their so basically for nine percent affect your argument is. I don't need to or doesn't do anything. And their argument is who cares. Just doing which first off. What if you're walking down the street. And i said you. I want you to walk around that telephone poll twice and then you went What now. I just do it. You went wine. I just do it and then you want how come. And then i went in the time we've been talking about it. You could have been around the telephone pole twice and on your way. Don't you wanna get on your way. It's like yeah okay. But i still need a logical reason if i natural immunity is quite a bit higher than the immunity. I get from the shot. And i've already had it then..

"We're talking about lawn games. And, you know one of the other long games. I love to play that I actually haven't played in a while because my set broke. Oh, no, it's uh I don't know. I made it 13 years ago, and it recently broke. Probably all I would have to do is glue it back together, honestly, but its latter Gulf and if you've never heard of ladder golf or played it, it's a really fun game. Where you take and glue pieces of PVC together. Into the shape of a ladder. So you have rungs. You have a three rungs. You have a lower one, The middle one and a high one. And then you take golf balls. Just regular old golf balls I use, you know, ones that I found on the course range balls, range balls or whatever. And you drill a hole right through the middle. And then you use a like a three things 3/16 diameter or eight inch diameter rope like solid braid Nylon? Yeah, exactly celebrated nylon rope Very strong. And then what you do. Is you measure out your rope into, um, specific lengths and I don't recall the length of them. But it's about 12 inches. Yeah, around 12 inches. And then you tie The rope through each ball, and you have to tie a knot on both sides of the ball because you don't want the balls, um, moving back and forth on the rope, right? So you're creating what's called Ebola. And you throw that Ebola and try to wrap it around. Well, laterally wrongs. Yeah, Ladder golf, and it's really fun. Usually what you have is and again. People play different rules in this game, but we would always play that the top rung is three points, the middle rung. Is two points in the bottom rung is one point you end up a lot of times on the bottom rung by default because you're shooting for the top, and then it doesn't wrap right. And then it's goes down. Plant goes down. Yeah, Flint goes down and ends up wrapped around the bottom. So that makes sense that that would be the least amount of points. But sometimes the bottom rungs really hard to hit. When you need to hit 21. It's one of those games to you played 21 or you bust or your bust and The rules that we would play by the same sort of thing person with the highest point starts. Uh And then whoever school scored the most points in that round starts. And then Wrung. If you get one tied around the same rung, you cancel points on that rung. So if somebody gets one on the top rung, say, Tony throws gets one on the top wrong. That's three points. And if I throw one and wrap it around the top wrong I cancel those three points or if Tony throws one on the top rung gets three points and I throw one on the bottom rung and get one point Well, Tony scores three and I score one. Some people play that all points, cancel all points and only one person scores. But again that makes for very long game, right, Especially when you're playing skilled players right so you could throw three in a row. And some people play like this to where you if you get all three on one rung like the top rung, you get a bonus point. So if you've got all three of your bolas wrapped around the top wrong And no cancels. Then you would get an extra points. You get 10 points that round it makes. It's notable that it with your when you're choosing the balls that you're going to drill and put the strings and you'll want to have, um half of the balls that are one color and the other half of the balls, a different colour, orange balls and white balls or pink balls. That way you can tell the difference between the balls when they're both on the same ladder. Well, you can do that. Or or if you like me and you cheap doubt, and you just used range balls or whatever you found at the golf course. Out in the woods or weeds. Um, you can use different colored rope, so I actually had that I bought, you know, blue rope and white rope. So then you you knew whose was whose. Mm hmm. Interesting. It's another. It's one way to go. It's a little less. You know, it's a little less fun. It is just kidding. But to go out and buy, you know. Nine. You need nine golf balls, So you need to buy a couple sleeves of each. And if you get colored specific colored balls they get kind of pricey golf balls aren't cheap. Well, I mean, yeah. Here Max flight or or SLA singer? I mean, you know, it's important for your latter golf game that you get the highest quality golf ball. I only used the title is pro V one only for Max. Rap for Max for Max. Wrap My letter when playing Ladder. Golf. Yeah, Letter. Golf is a lot of fun. But you mentioned to me that maybe you might need to re glue. You're the latter part of your game. Here's what's fine to me. Don't you buy the PVC pieces that actually fit together with couplings and the whole thing? Right? So, Yeah, so that's how I did it. So essentially, you're talking about at the top, You would have elbows so 90 degree elbows down to The next run would be teeth to the next rung. You have tease, but you don't just stab those in the ground, You know? I mean, I've seen it where people have tried that where they stabbed them into the ground. Um it's very.

Tony 10 points nine golf balls two points 90 degree Nine 13 years ago 21 three points eight inch each ball both sides 3/16 about 12 inches one point Flint one person one color three rungs around 12 inches

"You're able you do a fifth one and once you've got five in there when you're doing what you're doing. Five of these sets each of them having six total represented one rep reps and three reps. Then you add a fourth rung on the ladder so now you go back to the beginning set and you go up to four instead of just up to three right. Yep and then five. You're doing you're doing basically thirty pull ups during that. Yeah right but that's why you wouldn't get up to five until it's been several weeks of doing the force of the ladders and so anyway. The the specifics. I told myself. Because i haven't gotten that advanced in it yet But what i really like about. It is just that it's like it actually put some structure on an exercise where you might only be able to do a small number them three four five six seven and then you're spent when you start with ones and you and then you add you to rapidly some keeping it small to me like that's very different from just very first set maxing out an and you know Doing as many can and then being too tired. You really do much more after that. Yeah so i really like it. I haven't done. I haven't done much yet with not really supposed to but i think But i thought that was really cool. I like that that idea of of some structure on their. I'd like it to. That's great. I don't think i could. I mean i know. I couldn't do three sets of three yet. Which is what you said. The starting point was yeah and so when he describes in detail he's talking about shoulder brass. So in that case you actually would have control over a could use an assisted bullet machine. If that was too small he there may have been some work around for everyone it was but anyway yeah so i mean maybe you could do with twos. I don't know maybe do five five ladders of two wrongs and then you know begin. Gradually getting three rungs for as many sets as you're able and then go down the wrong for the remaining just just some some kind of yeah okay. Great there you go now. You're getting spent now. I go now and good good. That's on the final final thing i have for me. Is that as far as like. Why this has worked is that it's completely different from anything i've done before. That's that's probably the most important factor. But maybe i shouldn't say that these other things i've said are pretty important. I never thought of myself as a kettlebells person it just seemed like. I don't know it seemed russian. Not that i have a problem with russians but it just seemed to rush for me up in the cold war time just russians up seems kind of scary hard and crazy and rocky four whatever so it just seemed like a lot of that and it seems hard core. It's going to hurt myself. It just seems like it would be painful to imagine lifting kettle bell. It just seemed like they must all be really heavy. I don't know. I just never thought i would do this. And then i started. And i think that very thing about it is what has made it motivating. It's like this thing. it's easier than i thought it's. It's not as strange as i thought. It's just really fun to do. And shouldn't it feels good to do it but it's very different like i think i've said this on this podcast this v. Especially the first time as i was doing and every time i increased the weight. There's very real fear that in get up. I'm going to drop it on my head because you could if your arm just gave out or if your if your hands slips that's holding you up on your hands on the ground as you're trying to get yourself off the ground and to a standing position with a keto bill raised over your head like if you slip it. It's bad like that. You could not suppose have many animals in the area. You're supposed to be in a place where you could drop a kettle bell without problem. Which is i don't do that. I mean i can't. There's no i can go. There would be no problem if i dropped accountable on this. I was outside right. But i'm not going to be a guy outside outside my apartment next to i mean you you should be because you really should be able to drop this thing if you need to and steered away from your facebook and of course i would do that just there will be damage to my house or my my kids who have walking kibuye but anyway the point is it requires a whole lot of focus for me and and that seems like effort and seems like work. But it's it's actually fun. I've never done any real rock climbing. Have done a little bit of climbing wall situation just like for fun in college. You're happened to be at a place where you can have a climbing wall. And i i get that exact same feeling there even though that's a safe environment you're not going to hurt yourself probably falling off of a climbing wall because there's all the supports whatever it's called arneses like a name for the person who is at the ana but anyway but your body doesn't know that at least at first and it feels like a very real thing but you have to be focused or disaster. If you're not. And i get that every single day with kettlebells. I get that feeling and i haven't had any accidents haven't really had any close calls but it just you but you would if you were focused. And that's what. That's what i really like about it. It gets into that joan a little bit and that's very different from pretty much anything else that have done before very different from running and never had that feeling running has its own cool challenges different from other weightlifting. Because it's just. I don't know the other forms way the thing to me. They've never been quite so focused on form as this is So that point is completely different from what used to is. I think a really good way to get back into shape. Because i think if you're not doing regular exercise but you have in the past then probably a huge reason is because whatever whatever you've done before serving you and you got bored with it or you you know grew into a new phase of your life and whatever's in that does not fit you anymore so you really should consider something that is entirely new and it seems hard learning curve and you know you have to get over hump to get into something new but i think that's been a really really crucial part of says so well i love it. I think it's cool. Cool good anything else to add running world. Okay good well then. Let's wrap it up there. Hopefully this is helped people get inspired or or get some practical tips For getting back into shape after what for us was a pretty long layoff. And i bet for many others It was to final reminder. Here this is the last podcast episode. That go live before my new book. The plant based athlete comes out coated with robert cheek. It has meant to be a manual for all things plant based fitness row to be a plant based athlete We interviewed sixty different athletes at the top of their sports Got their tips. Still dumbed down. "You talk about just a death. I felt that especially when when we got the news that PJ Tucker, you know landed in Milwaukee. Yep. Yep. I guess you think about like what that Edition does to that team-first what it would do to the Celtics. And and you see I just think that the Celtics would be counting on PJ Tucker a lot more than the Bucks would write a key is he's another piece to a very solid veteran, you know, whether whether he's starting or the bench solid frontcourt just to sell a team where like I think that if itself is required required PJ Tucker, they just be expecting a lot more like he's like two or three rungs. I feel like lower on a chart in Milwaukee. Then you would be in Boston was just shows the difference between, you know, a contender a legitimate Contender and kind of I mean a pretender, I think at this point yes bank and you mean you just look at all you look at the Celtics performance against League teams around the league and I think that magnifies a clear this year their own eight against top five teams. That's um, and they've been competitive in those games. But if you look at them and the whole especially these last two games the Jazz, sorry, sorry went against what was again. So the top five teams in the league right now. So Lakers dead, Jazz Nets Sixers and I'm forgetting one more whoever's in that cuz I have the one we went against Milwaukee. Yeah, so they're in the top Phoenix is the page. Yeah. So because the other ones they lost out there. So those are like, hey that's surprising that also the top five teams are now first of all, but second of all you look at and again, it's a lot of those games were they were super shorthanded. You really can't, you know gauge fully but in these last against the the Nets and the Jazz, like what was the biggest difference in those games? Hey the Celtics fell apart down the stretch in the fourth in the near the worst fourth-quarter team in the league..

As far as the corona virus or wuhan corona virus is former president. Trump would say. The scam continues. Its its nonstop. Five billion people with a b in the world here folks the global elites is about two or three hundred of them and then their families and then the the way the tree goes. So you're looking at probably a thousand people globally. That's it but the upper elites there's only there's only thirteen families or thirteen bloodlines and from that. There's there's one or two hundred on the top top level that are really running the show. Rothschild's bill berg's up said this over and over and over again Soros's there on on the second or third rung there. So there's there's a lot of gates on down the fifth or sixth rung. So you know. There's a lot of of Rungs on the ladder. But there's very few of them and there's lots and lots of us until we push back and we stop these evil people this all these shenanigans all this bs bullshit. This will continue to go on and on and on year after year and they'll push it hard and say you can't do this. You can't do that. you can't go to the store that's already come in and son. "You know whether someone has a disc Bolger herniation. They tend to freak help because the level of pain or sometimes a sense of hopelessness that they have, and that's usually a first when you have it in the first thing that comes to people's mind is drugs injections. Physical therapy, which You know, ultimately is a slippery slope to surgery. And sometimes people need those things at first, that the only way they can get through it, But it's really not a long term solutions. No injections. They numb the area and they don't get to the true cause And then the physical therapy and my focus on strengthening core, which is just it's a great components, but it is just a component and, of course. No, the surgery they go in, and sometimes they clean out the disk or remove the disco refused the joints together and again, none of which address the real cause of the problem. So all three of these time all three of these things might buy you a little bit more time. But you have to understand that the disc after puberty loses most of its vascular supply. And it begins to rely on movement of the spine to heal in repair. So think of a sponge that soaks up water and releases water. That's how a disc functions and needs constant replenishment of the required nutrition. Now that that's part of the reason why you have curves in her spine. You naturally have a curve in the neck a curve in the mid back in a curve in the lower back Now, these curves are actually protective of your discs and protective of the spinal cord itself. What happens, though, because of slips and falls and injuries and accidents and poor posture and sitting sitting is to the spine like sugar is to your teeth. What ends up happening is that we lose these curves. More pressure gets put on the disks. More pressure gets put on the joints. Abnormally. That is a perfect scenario. For a bulging disk. I just had a person come into the office who had a bulging disc 10 years ago, He had the pain medications and injections. He had the whole deal. 10. Years later, he feels okay. He's on a ladder. He jumps off of the latter three rungs up. He lands on his heels and boom. All of a sudden his back goes out or so he thinks. Comes into my office. We did a scan, so the scan is technology developed by NASA engineers. It's really amazing technology. It can detect not only the muscle spasm and nerves being irritated, but at every single level of the spine. It's looking for damage is being done. Deep through the musculature, So it's very interesting that Khun Detectives function before it turns into Problems and major issues down the road in his scan lit up like a Christmas tree. All throughout the spine, not just in his lower back. So we take actuaries. Anytime we see a skin like that we do that. And so we take X rays. We can see exactly the bones or position and where the nerves are being damaged and In his lower back where he had that disk that was bulging 10 years ago. That joint is completely degenerated the joint above and the joint about joint below completely degenerated in the reason why that happened is because Back 10 years ago when he had his problem. He had pain in Jackson's muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories and The problem felt better. But the reality is is that the nerves were dead and he didn't feel the problem. So he did life for the last 10 years on what was a bad back. The problem now is when he was on that ladder. He jumped off. He landed on his heels. L five the last vertebra in your back. It moved Is shifted, and now he's an excruciating pain. He's got none. This is going into his his, but he first went into his medical doctor. They took X rays. They said. Hey, listen. Yes, you have arthritis in degeneration. But other than that, it's fine. They said. Just go home. They gave him a prescription medication and he's been laying on the couch. And when he came into the office, I said, Listen, you remember where You had your disk injury 10 years ago, he said. Yeah, I remember exactly where it was. I said, well, the segments above and below her now degenerating with that. And what no one ever told him was that when you don't deal with a disc injury properly, the segments above and below are then going to become affected. When he jumped off his ladder. He jumped off the latter. His heels l five, the one right below the area that he had his problem. It shifted. It caused everything toe wake up, and now he's an excruciating pain. He is a $1200 bill from the emergency room, and all they did was gave him some medications. Told to go home. He's laying on the couch. That's home. Listen, let's get pressure off there. Let's get things moving The right direction. Remember, motion is lotion. So if the spine is not moving correctly because of the alignment, then what you're gonna have is a spine that degenerates a lot. Quicker. And so I showed him exactly how to correct the problem, and I showed him very specific exercises to do to support everything that he was doing in my office and Sure enough. Now he's got no more back pain. He's back on his feet again. He's not taken any medications, but the number one thing that was a concern for him is he does manual labor for a living, So he's up and down on enough roofs, and he's out there watching his team and when he Injured himself, and he got put out like that. He couldn't work And so now his income is fact is affected. He owns his own small business. He has a small team, and when you're not working, you're not making money, And he was concerned because he thought he was not going to be able to provide for his family. Now he's backto work. He's Going up and down on ladders, even though I told him not to. But the point is is he's doing life and he's doing life without having to think about his body. And I would say without having to worry about his body, But there's a lot of people who are worried about the body. You might be one of them. You're concerned. You've got this. Joint us your health issue or a lower back problem or psychotic. Or maybe it's that your shoulder your neck or your your headaches. Whatever. That thing that you know exists. That is kind of like a splinter in your side. You can't see him to get rid of.

"The first rung on the ladder to heaven through Jesus. Is hearing the gospel. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. Faith does not come by opinion or by what you think. But by the word of God. Heaven is that bound not found by a single bone, but by climbing the ladder around by round. Second wrong is faith. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and now shall be saved. Everyone is not found by a single bound. But by climbing the ladder around by round, the third rung is repentance. Repent and be converted that your sins may be blotted out. One of the greatest tricks of the devil is to fill the churches with people. Who never repented. The line between the world and the church is so blurred that it's hard to tell a Christian from a non Christian The fourth rung of the ladder is confession. But if thou shalt confess with our mouths are shall be saved. And the fifth rung on the ladder to Heaven is baptism. Arise and be baptized and wash away their sins. The sixth rung in the letter to Heaven is a faithful life. He that endorse unto the end. The same shall be saved. Ladies and gentlemen, which one of the six rungs in a ladder to heaven save Is there any scripture? That T shirt if any one of them alone will save Without the rest. Jesus is a ladder to heaven. Kevin is not gained by our single bound But by clapping the letter Round by round. Ladies.

"So what was great for me when I came back and I took over the training for the West Coast seal teams. I got to see we put on the most realistic combat training extremely stressful, very realistic, and I would get to see a platoon go through this training. And then the next night would be another opportunity going through the same scenarios. And then next, maybe another platoon going through the same scenario, so I got it was it was basically the most incredible leadership laboratory. It might be the most incredible leadership laboratory that's ever existed. It was that awesome to be ableto be able put these these platoons to this innovative training and that was where it became very clear. That leadership if you had a good leader in a seal platoon That super tune would do a good job. And by the way that leader didn't need to be the senior guy. It could have been a guy that was two or three rungs down. But when things started happening, he would step up and take command and make things happen. And as long as the other leaders may be that we're senior to them had the wherewithal to say You know what? This guy seems to have a grip on the situation. I'm gonna let him run with it. Then it would be okay. Occasion you get an egotistical leader that would Feel like Oh, you're stepping on my toes, and they try and put him down, And that would be problematic. But you'd see a good solid leader anywhere in that suit. Platoon would make those simple tunes perform great. And if you had a bad beater in a sealed platoon, you'd watch the whole platoon follow power apart. If no one stepped up and took charge and made things happen. This was very evident, and that's another thing that just solidified the principles that we The same. The same principles that we teach. The businesses are literally the exact same principles that we wrote about extreme ownership are the same principles that we talk to the young seal leaders coming up coming up more with Jackal willing, this's the bench hero show. "Egg. Sales Professional podcast. The purpose of this podcast is to make you the best salesperson or sales manager possible in agribusiness. Lol climbing the ladder of learning. No it doesn't stand for laugh out loud. It stands for the ladder of learning will. There's an old saying says a picture is worth a thousand words I added to that is I often like to do and say that a picture is worth a thousand words but a video is worth a thousand pictures and you can quote me on that at some point on our next sales call we will get onto the subject of explaining our product. Maybe we're going to explain how a tractor transmission is better. Or maybe how are feed has more digestible amino acids and will grow a pig faster or maybe how are precision ED components integrate by satellite to the Producers Farm Management Program? Whatever it is. There's going to be a point. Where technical data and understanding need to be explained? And it's not easy. This is complicated technology. It might also be microscopic that we can't even see it like microbes are sell. Your I can't even say that cellular level activity. And how are we planning to explain this to our producers words words and even more words after all? This is complicated stuff. So we're going to get out there. Run through the powerpoint slides and then talk and talk and talk until the customer just gives in and agrees to either buyer or go away. There is a better way one that will make us more memorable more effective and will be more enjoyable to our customer. I call that method climbing the ladder of learning as high as we can most likely our marketing tech departments have armed us with all the material and information needed to explain our products brochures hand out samples and even a powerpoint presentation as sales people. The problems that we don't learn and adapt the material to be effective when making farm calls on our producers so we decided not to use the marketing material again. We'll use our words to explain the product after all. We're in sales. We're good talkers. We don't need can presentation to explain what we already know lied. Say This is a bad decision on your part and on my part because I've done it many times as you can see from the. Ll Words are on the bottom rung of the ladder. So if you're one of those that likes to whip into the driveway to drop in on a customer and just wing it on the new product presentation let's take a look at the latter of learning. Maybe you will adjust your methods so at the very base of the latter is the very first wrong is words. Well a self explanatory. There are certainly necessary but easily forgotten sales people that drone on and on or that are monotone are easily unheard as they talk and then there are those customers who have attention span issues and they will lose focus and not here. Most of what is said the next rung on the ladder of learning is key. Words were moving up the ladder just a little bit here. Keywords are those words that are important and recognized by our costumers. Roi Return on Investment A. D. G. Average daily gain feed to gain ratio horsepower. Death loss pigs per litter unload times yield loss grain damage anything like that that triggers an an understanding your customer those lexicon words from the industry that that they understand well. The third rung is still in the word category but these are emotional words. We might even call them inflammatory wars but I just like to call me emotional. These are words that go a little deeper into the hearts and minds of our customers..

"Out. Let's slash the fact that again. This isn't really telltale. The rights went back to net flix defaulted back to netflix who's also trying to get into the gaming game so chances of the chances. I'm doing next. What i meant is like they lost it. They had an opportunity to do a stranger things game. Oh wait no. They didn't because not really okay enough of that joke but they did. They did say that. That's the one for sure that is going to happen. <hes> guardians of the galaxy volume two and all this other stuff the ones that they were working on is still has a chance of coming back but but they're still ironing out the details with those because we all know that marvel place while with everybody disney definitely doesn't try to fuck anybody when it comes to making deals away it was awesome the presentation for the vendors game four sony. It was <hes> <hes> <hes> against looks like shit. <hes> ios interesting thing to judge them. I've talked about this is going to identify wanted to tell you in the same week talking about like maybe day or days apart heart before the sony disney kerfuffle that spider man sony bought the insomnia case for the p._f. Either for the gets worse letterman game really bad. All of this went down a hoon insomniac before this other independent so so you know they have sunset overdrive and <hes> spiderman n._p._s. God anyway so <hes> but yeah they're not tell tale. What do you think about when this isn't the first time a company has put on the corpse mask of a dead one and been lake get high. It's still the same thing guys appear to think of a band reference with this has happened with us the same. I mean any bad where like there's all these like essentially essentially either like the misfits or if you wanna get even more like a metaphorical a good metaphor for what this is like. It's like when one member left <hes> but that member isn't even like the founder yeah. He's just like david staying fine but it's like it's just like the third rung guy from the beginning. See ramone own was doing like remote kind of like that in a way. That's what this is the equivalent of yeah yeah okay so even if we get even if we finally get wolf amongst augustine which i wanted guardians back and then they make another god forbid they probably will they did say that probably need more momentum mocking debts the walking dead you know as you would say react with that was going to say that dead like that. Franchise basically sits american football's where it is. It's church. Mercantil bone walk ended. That's a that's. A typical american sunday. That is that is but i mean do you see <music> aside these franchises to me. It's the taint around these franchises now even get these series back the fact that the staff that originally originally put their blood sweat and tears and the company that originally legally yeah exactly the way they were being abused exactly and here's the other thing too so they they did announce assist you company did announce that they're doing the whole the definitive walking dead remastered collection paul shit out citizens lagging run at four frames per second law sometimes <hes> <hes> here's problem and express my problem with that and that problem gets amplified with this move which is now now <hes> <hes> now it got to the point where it's just like <hes> you guys. These are not paying the backlog pay. They're still unemployed deb's from the old studio that are still owed shit loads of money and this telltale..

"So this is a really strange one and here's the thing you should report these occurrences to the police when they happen and make a note of this when it happens. Each time along with the numbers that they come from, and we know from our Joan of our episode and our Gavin. Becker episodes, that the only way to deal with some things like this are to completely ignore the communication, and she also needs to make sure she's keeping a log of who comes to the home in win. Maybe use a Google doc so that someone else has access it's not just sitting on her phone or her laptop, maybe you have access maybe someone else in the office has access probably you, but also since she's showing homes for people these people. Will often have wifi in the home. Right. Unless it's new construction never had attendant chances are the, the internet still going, she can purchase a drop Cam, she can get a nest Cam or another device in look, if they don't have internet tether, create a wifi network with your phone or get one of those little mobile hotspots, or something like that. It's cheap security, yet, those are like forty bucks a month. Get a drop Cam in nest, Cam, some other device, make sure they're mounted and pointed at the door the front door and make them totally obvious. So that people see them when they walk in, and if people ask, and even if they don't ask you can say, oh, yeah, we're monitored twenty four seven for security purposes for normal people, they'll just like, okay, cool, whatever. But for a potential creep, this should be enough to, to scare them a little bit. Right. If I walk in and I'm staring at a drop Cam. And I'm thinking I'm gonna steal this woman's laptop. The first thing I do is say, oh, sorry, I got a call from the office. I gotta go. I'll come back another time. And then never co go back again. Right. I I'm going up the jig is up immediately. So this works when she's showing an. In house, but it won't work when she's driving someone around doing a showing other showings, I get that when she's doing that she should consider something like asking for someone's driver's license when they first meet so that she can make sure she's got all the info down correctly. If someone's scoffs, she can simply say, look, it's company policy for me to take that info. We don't use it for marketing, I think normal people again, will be pretty okay with this. Yeah, you'll get some privacy nuts, but you convince a look, you know, I'm, I'm a single woman, taking people around privately. So this is part of my own safety. If they don't get it after that, if that's like the third rung, because you want to scare away your customers, but if they don't get it after that, then, you know, how, how worth it is it for you to be nervous the entire time. Right. And that said, if someone's a predator, they might not even care. They, they're a danger to anyone especially alone female on a job like this, regardless of whether or not her number ended up on a foot fetish site, I would ask have you run searches for her number online..
