US House Democrats Crafting New $2.2 Trillion COVID-19 Relief Package

"House. Democrats are preparing smaller corona virus for the leaf package. All right. So it's a trillion dollars less than their last proposal, but a trillion dollars more than what Republicans are ready to do. So they split. That More, but roughly, so they split the difference source tells us that the two point four trillion dollar package would include enhanced unemployment insurance stimulus checks, small business loans, and aid to airlines, and it says here you can talk to the right or the price tag is still about a trillion dollars more than the Republicans latest offer. But. But thought the skinny deal was something like seven or eight, hundred, billion dollars trillion dollars. Rounding now I think and I. Know They are in Congress Lana rounding lot around rounding going on. In fact, they probably call this isn't there I mean if you're. Just, a couple of hundred billion. So why not round that around? That's right well like we really have to pay. Right it the idea that it looks like they're getting closer together but not really I, mean, they're still talking about a massive difference between the two sides and I don't think there's much chance Manuchehr yesterday they're ready to restart talks but didn't give a timetable for any of that and I don't see how this happens before the election I just don't. Probably not and. I think both it's weird because I think. I mean you saw Goldman Sachs yesterday for for GDP for not the third quarter but for the fourth quarter from six to three. Based on. You know not having prospects for more stimulus so I can tell you that. The election will be over but I think the administration would like six percent a lot more to be able to brag about that although we're going to get that flash number for third quarter which should be. Twenty plus. like two weeks before a week and a half before the election. So you're going to hear how great debt is biggest-ever I guess twenty, three, twenty, four percents we heard from Brian Moynihan yesterday who said that you should have additional aid, but it should be targeted the Democrats in this latest thing that they've put forth still have payments going directly to people you know payments across the board president trump has mentioned that be something he'd be interested in but I think it. Makes a lot of sense and and this is something you would probably hear from most of the Republicans with the smaller in the Senate with the smaller package that they've signed off on the idea of sending a blank check to ever sending a check to everybody regardless of whether or not you've been impacted on this. We'll probably pass the time of needing to do something like that. You need to get it to the businesses into the people who are suffering the most right now. Yes greed agreed.

Shannon Sharpe reacts to Lakers GM 3 loss to Nuggets in Western Conference Finals

"III LOVES SIGHT THAT LOSS. From the Lakers and how about we break it down right now guys Lebron. What is third triple-double this postseason, but it wasn't enough against the nuggets. Last Night Denver led by twenty as late as the fourth quarter Lebron Ford in thirteen points in a last-ditch comeback at. Albury, finished with a team I twenty, eight, ten of which came in the fourth defend off Lebron the Lakers and hold on for the one fourteen to one. Oh, six Windsor Shannon. What is the biggest reason? The Lakers lost this one. They came out they came out and look like a team was to oh, and they just thought you know we don't come on here and do what we do and and not play hard and you could tell early on the nuggets were getting whatever they want. They drive laid up in the paint they you'll get to his dominant hand his right hand. Kiva phenomenal player. He's GonNa make shot skip that shot that he hit with the clock winding down on the right foot. I note most guys right handed shoot that shot Dirk Nowitzki made famous what he shot off his left leg I've never seen right hand guy shoot that shot up the up the wrong foot. I mean, 'cause we shoes tonight expected to go in everybody that's a bad shot clock winding up I expected to go in but I did not expect the Lakers to look this flat. We've haven't seen them even even against a Portland skip the first game even against the rockets the first game they didn't look this flat they I'm like broad do realize the western conference finals. you mentioned it a D. Two rebounds and they came in the last five minutes of the Game Hey deeply forty-three minutes. Avail one rebound white one rebuilt. If you tell me skill that the nuggets will out rebounded again by nineteen. If you tell me, they're going to turn the ball over the Lakers. I'm going to say the nuggets going to win the series, but I don't believe that I believe Lebron ad will play better I. Believe Lebron will be more aggressive because I thought the second the second in the third quarter. Eighty go it and it seemed like Lebron was designed to say you know what you gotta go hey, we're gonNA keep going. But skipped ahead, given up so much ground they had dug themselves. So much of a whole maybe if they don't allow get a eighteen twenty, maybe ten twelve now they can complete the comeback but I thought the Lakers played like a team that was looked. Like they didn't have they had a away game and if through this game away but what are the process what you've done if that you giving these guys confidence because now they think they can beat you they do they feel like Murray for sure thinks he can be yes and he's talking like He. SHOULD BE UP TWO GAMES TO ONE IS I've seen story before the thing is with this guy when he gets hot and. Those lash those last second shot because I saw him in game seven you remember the clock out of both have and he throwing up three's from twenty five from thirty feet and he switching. So he has confidence in their gaining companies but the problem that also has get, you can't have every guy that played for the nuggets with the exception of to a temp equal to or more free throws they Lebron James that tells. Me He's not getting he's not driving the ball. He's not aggressive enough or they're not calling it. So for me, that was the different. They just lacked intensity. They came out like a team that was too low and had the game to throw away I. Expect I know for certain and I'm going I, don't care I. don't care what the line he'll. I won't do on it right now you do I won't do right now.

Remote Workers are Building Tiny, Gorgeous Backyard Offices

"Now, here's a pandemic inspired trend and a business opportunity very few saw coming the backyard office. With the kids and the spouse at home for months, remote workers are struggling with all that new found and occasionally unwanted intimacy so more and more of us are building tiny offices in our yards. are yards that's right and while the smallest of them may be no more than one hundred square feet or so they can be pretty plush while some handy. Do It yourself or designing and building these standalone getaways themselves others are purchasing stylish prefabricated tiny buildings and that's boosting growth for some existing shed companies and sparking some entrepreneurs to start new companies to fill the sudden demand among them modern shed studio shed, and the one with our favorite name. Some elbow. Room I mean for crying out loud elbowroom room right first. Let's get one thing out of the way. The opportunity to build a separate fully electrified heated and air conditioned office in your yard is a privilege that many just don't have for one building an extra room in the yard requires you to have a yard begin with still it's typically far cheaper than adding a room to your house. Those costs can run more than one hundred, thousand dollars at kangaroo. Systems Kangaroo get a prefab builder out of Waco Texas. The cost of their smallest unit called Quick Room starts at five thousand dollars. Modern sheds prices started about ten thousand for a one hundred square foot shed not surprisingly prices begin climbing as customers expand the size and especially the charm of the buildings at a bathroom in your budget expands further that said privacy is obviously valuable these days which accounts for the sales growth prefab shed companies have been experiencing since. The pandemic emerged Mike Caning CEO of Colorado based Studio Shit Tolsey NBC that by May, the company sales had quadrupled over last year. All signs pointed toward that growth accelerating at modern shed sales were up twenty five percent. June as the summer wore on modern shed general manager Tim vaccine interest gauged by download. The company's catalog was up four hundred percent in typical summers. Interest rises about fifty percent. He told USA Today as homeowners consider buying playhouses and garden sheds. This year, you're more likely to put a desk and a couch in your new tiny building than a shovel and a rake unlike sheds of old. These tiny buildings can look like decorators dreams. They arrive prebuilt with fully insulated walls covered with wall, wood, paneling, picture windows, Cedar Shingles and other decorator touches make these miniature houses well worthy of Pinterest and instagram. And while they can be expensive there also a good investment for people considering Resale CNBC says, a Home Office has shot to the top of the must-have list for new home buyers. It's also a lot easier to build separate tiny offices in your yard than it is to add onto your home because of the prefab nature of these products, Mike Caney, the studio shed. CEO told the new. "We're standing by for president trump to take reporter's questions and a White House briefing that's about to begin it follows the president's townhall last night in which he once again downplayed the importance of mass and prevent the spread of the coronavirus today the head of the CDC. Trump Again Scorns Science on Masks and Vaccines

"Out front tonight the breaking news president trump taking on his CDC director calling him confused and mistaken to issue central to stopping the spread of the virus masks and vaccines. Let's start with this trump. After Dr Robert Redfield head of the CDC said it would be up to eight year before a vaccine is available to the general public. I think he made a mistake when he said that it's just incorrect information. And I called him. And he didn't tell me that and I, think you've got the message maybe confused I saw the statement I called him I said, what did you mean by that? And I think he just made a mistake. To Call, you said that you told him that he made mistakes. What was his response? I said what happened and I got the impression that he didn't realize he said what he might have said I didn't see him say. Okay. Well, let's let you hear him say at here is Dr Redfield today under oath. I think there will be. Vaccine that initially be available sometime between November and December but very limited supply and we'll have to be prioritized if you're asking me, when is it going to be generally available to the American? Public? So we can begin to take advantage of vaccine to get back to our regular life I think we're probably looking at third. Late? Second Quarter? Third Quarter Twenty twenty. One Okay. That is sobering. Late second quarter third quarter. That's the end of the summer of the fall of next year is a year away and it is long after Election Day twenty twenty. That was his honest clear scientific assessment president didn't like it, and then the present continued to suggest that Dr Redfield got it wrong today when he said this. We have clear scientific evidence they work. And they are best defense. I might even go so far as to say that this facemask is more guaranteed to protect me against Ovid. Then when I take a co- vaccine. The irony that the President United States he keeps saying he wants vaccine by Election Day to help him actually has one in his hands and refuses to have his own supporters where I'm at his rallies. That is pretty incredible. But here's the president again publicly rebuking his CDC director. I called him about that. Those were the two things I discussed with him and I believe that if you ask him, he would. Probably. Say that he didn't understand the question because I said to my in the questions, the one question which we covered in the mass. When I called up. Robert Today I said to him what's with the mask? I think I answered that question incorrectly I think maybe misunderstood. That's absurd that he didn't misunderstand and it was very clear. What he said wasn't confused and by the way it's not just that he said it today right held it up and said that about the vaccines and that it's the most effective thing we have he's actually repeatedly said the same thing, the mass work it's not even the first time that he is compared their effectiveness to that of vaccines here he is in July so. We're not powerless. We don't have to wait for a vaccine although I think we're going to be successful. Sooner. Than many people think we have the most powerful weapon. And our hands right now I mean it's it's an enormously powerful weapon. It's just a simple. Flimsy Mask. Consistency well, the president's words are not things. The CDC director can ignore tonight right and just hope they go away. They are a direct assault on him and they are a direct assault on the widely proven science. Trump's HHS spokesperson. Michael Caputo is actually now in a leave of absence for the kind of talk that the president put out there. So cavalierly today trump though of course isn't going anywhere. It's not a little guy down the totem pole caputo and tonight the CDC director has been forced. To respond releasing a statement moments ago, saying quote I one hundred percent believe in the importance of vaccines and the importance in particular of Covid nineteen vaccine. A covid nineteen vaccine is the thing that will get Americans back to normal everyday life. The best defense we currently have against this virus, the important mitigation effects of wearing a mask, washing your hands, social distancing, and being careful about

"three quarters" Discussed on NPR Politics Podcast

"First things may have changed by the time you hear this but one thing is for certain for the next several months. The politics team will be in our ears. Here's tomorrow to tell us about it. Okay friends. Here's the show. How much did we pay her. Oh we put out a request and we got like forty five times but please do keep sending them in because we have a lot of podcast coming. Even if we're not paying you please send them in. Hey there. It's the NPR politics podcast. I'm Tamer Keith. I cover the White House. I'm Daniel Kurtzer even cover Politics Medical Montoneros senior political editor and correspondent on this podcast. We have been talking a lot in the last week or so about the impeachment inquiry but guess what there is still a presidential campaign happening fundraising for the quarter ended last night and today. We've been getting some numbers Danielle. Can you run through those numbers right the big headline numbers that our listeners may we have seen out there are that Senator Bernie Sanders raised twenty five point three million dollars in the third quarter this year so July through September that is a lot of money it rivals what he got in the third quarter of twenty fifteen just as he was picking up speed aside from that South Bend Mayor People Got Nineteen point one million that is a very good total and senator cory booker got six million. We should say we don't know what all of the big candidate Scott. They reported their end of quarter totals but the F. E. see the federal election. Commission will not come out with the exact data until October fifteenth okay so we are going to dig in a little bit more on what's Sanders and Buddha the judge booker what those numbers mean but first Dominica Oh. Why do we watch these fundraising reports. You know in order to do things in a campaign. You need money. I mean in order to hire staff to run TV ads to define yourself you need money and in fact Bernie Sanders loan behold right on the same day. He releases this twenty five million dollar hall. He's out with the very first campaign ad of the two thousand twenty cycle for him for him. Whether it was Wall Street the the drug companies or other powerful special interests Bernie has taken them on for us so this is a campaign ad this ad is going in to cover the airwaves in Iowa and the reason he can do that is because he just raised a lot of money yeah he's campaign says he's going to be spending pending one point three million dollars in Isla cover all the markets and that's a lot of money for Iowa so there's another reason that we watch these reports and in in some ways fundraising becomes a stand in for strength. It's like there are polls and then there are fundraising numbers right and let's ads also fundraising begets more fundraising like for example speaking of showing strength you can go to your donors with that fundraising total and say look. I am viable for at least the X. amount of time longer. I have twenty five million nine hundred million. Whatever if you give me now. It's not going to be wasted because I'm going to be sticking around longer. I think it's also very good. Pr Move move by the Sanders campaign in particular to be able to release this number today because we don't know what a former vice president biden has raised. We don't know. What Elizabeth Warren the Massachusetts Susa senator has raised the two people who have been leading in the polls just above sanders and there's been this narrative. That's been taking place nationally to say that well well. Bernie Sanders is losing some momentum. Elizabeth Warren looks like she's passing him by she might even be a catcher eclipse. Joe Biden at some point soon. Bernie Sanders is saying hold on a second. I'm here to stay. His people are behind him. He's got lots of grassroots support and continues to show that strength okay. Let's move on to peop- Buddha judge. He raised this nineteen point. One million listeners of the podcast might remember last quarter. We were also talking about a blockbuster number from Buddha judge. In fact he raised more than any other candidate last quarter right so this is showing that he once again like we said he will be sticking around at least for a while and you know to be honest. If you're looking at these numbers you might be a little surprised just because this doesn't quite match up with the Poles but it shows that he does have enough people who are invested in him quite literally to want him to keep going. I mean when I've talked to a lot of voters. As I heard a fair number of voters. This is antic data but yeah I mean so take this with a bazillion grains of salt but the same voters who told tell me I like Joe. Biden are often the voters who told me I like people to judge so that's interesting yeah. I mean granted. You have a lot of voters who say I'll vote for any of them but I'm wondering if you know you voters who see people to judge as a person to back if perhaps Joe Biden slips. Let's talk about Cory Booker. He's the senator from New Jersey Yeah. He raised six million dollars. That is not the same number as the other two. We've just been talking about but his fundraising was a major focus of the last couple of weeks because his campaign I had gone out and said if we can't raise a lot of money in this closing couple of weeks. We may not be a going operation. He basically created what you the psychology of what you do in these creepy email campaigns that he wound up being able to do that on television and saying it out loud. You know those emails with the subject lines that are so annoying that are like hey dinner what we're done yet. We're doing it ever more desperate. Desperate trump is coming after me. We may not make it right you raise. That sense of urgency like booker was doing say man. If I don't raise that one point seven million I'm out and look at that urgency at created. He said a bar that he probably knew he could hit and then got the money. Yeah he not only got the money he got nearly two point two million in those last ten today's well over that one point seven as part of that pledge drive if you will at the end of his campaign but the total was six million well it means he's off dropout. Watch right now. I mean he's made the debate stage. He'll be there. There are other candidates who may not raise the kind of money they need and won't be on the debate stage who we should watch for whether they're going to continue on one other candidate who we haven't mentioned agent president trump and we don't have his numbers yet so we don't know what he's raised. I can say that in the last couple of days. People on his campaign have been saying well. impeachments been really good for fundraising I've been raising a lot of money off of impeachment. They've been running digital ads in fact a super PAC that is aligned with the president running digital ads going going after some Democrats. This is the thing that they have expected a lot of people on his campaign and they have said repeatedly good. Let Democrats go after him for it. Now that maybe a spin in a way but you know the people who give you money are the people who have given you money and this is an easy way to go back to the base we will get more specifics from them when they put out their full numbers and obviously will get even more specifics on both trump and the rest of the Democratic field in the middle of the month when the numbers come out from the Federal Elections Commission. We are going to take a quick break and when we get back. Let's talk about the debate. It's in two weeks but we now know who will be on stage edge support for.

"And. With what's news from the Wall Street Journal. I'm Anne Marie for Tolley in New York Friday marked the final trading day of the third quarter. The Dow closed up eighteen points at twenty six thousand four hundred fifty eight. The NASDAQ gained four points and the s. and p. five hundred was virtually unchanged on Friday for the week. The Dow was down more than one percent. The NASDAQ was up point, seven percent and the s. and p. five hundred was down about half a percent overall for the quarter. The Dow rose, nine percent. The NASDAQ rose, seven point, one percent and the s. and p. five hundred gained seven point. Three percent joining us now with the details is Wall Street Journal reporter, Connie Otani so economy. We've ended the third quarter heading into Tober. What can you tell us over all about stock performance during this period? I'd say it was surprisingly strong given all the worries that investors had to contend with. So the third quarter we saw a lot of renewed worries about the state of. Trade relations, particularly between the US and China and the US, and Canada and Mexico. And it seemed like a lot of those questions were sort of left unanswered heading into the last quarter of the year. But even then we still saw the key post its biggest quarterly gained since twenty thirteen. We saw all three major indexes actually reclaim the highs that they had hit in January and struggled to get ahead of. And we saw some renewed optimism about the state of the US economy. So even though we had all of these tensions flaring around trade, I think investors were pretty reassured by the economic data that we saw over the last couple of months and that helped power stocks forward. And also this week we had the Federal Reserve's meeting for September, whereas expected, they decided to raise short-term interest rates for a third time this year with a fourth likely in December, how did that move? The markets? We did see bond yields fall and stocks serve start to end on a weak note that day. Day, which was interesting because most investors that I spoke to her saying that the Fed's move was very well telegraphed that they were a hundred percent expecting a third rate increase to be announced and or fourth to be sort of flecked at. But we did see bonds rallying a little bit, and some vessels were just saying that might have been partly due to some sort of quarter and buying tippety that tends to happen in the bond market. I think overall, the takeaway was still that the fed looks like it's on a pretty gentle course of interest rate increases for the remainder of this year and next year. And so right now it doesn't really seem like that's top of people's worries for the market. Some other big news this week, that securities regulators are suing tesla CEO, Elon Musk, and seeking to remove him from the company which didn't play out too well for tesla, he, we saw tesla shares immediately fallen after hours, trading Thursday, and then continue sliding Friday. I think posting one of their biggest one day. Decreases in a number of years. So it was sort of a startling development in what's already been quite a turbulent ride for tesla investors. This all started in August when Ilan musk tweeted that he'd secured funding to take the company private. And of course, that claim has been the subject of a lot of scrutiny. And what we've been hearing the last couple of days is that the fact that has now sued Ilan Musk's sort of ratchets up the pressure on the company and it does make investors a little bit more wary about what the risks are moving forward, especially if Elon Musk is going to have to leave the company. Ultimately the Wall Street Journal also had another interesting report this week raising the question of whether we're nearing a market top amid record highs and a lot of dealmaking tell us a little bit more about that. He has. So it's, it's an interesting question to ask. You know when everything seems to be going really well, is that signaling that we're near a market top. I think the most, the most cited example that people always go back to is two thousand the dot com era..

"Radio how are you Good morning I'm fine how? Are you. Folks we're doing great what's. On your mind I have a, Royal purple smoke Bush and this spring when at least out oh probably three quarters two. Thirds to three quarters of it, leafed out as normal and the other part didn't, I didn't cut it off however and it's beginning to lease out now very slowly but I'm wondering what I should do about this good news is it started to leave, out the? Part of it that didn't that was really? Delayed, in the leafing out is. It does, it seem. To be one particular? Branch no it's. A number of branches Okay cause sometimes when there's a vascular problem like a like a vascular wilt, or something like that? In a tree or? Shrub you'll see it. Will, be one branch that will sort? Of. Slowly. Die back some. Some year the first year it'll be slow to leaf. Out and then the next year only a couple leaves will come and then, it'll, eventually die and, and have some kind of decline so but that would be one usually one branch at. A time so the leaves it, hasn't been dying back gradually over the years either, all this year and the leaves that have come out on it now are they fully sized are they looking healthy not yet fully sized okay but there's still come in, you sure? Nothing eight them right like you don't have? Deer, coming through that could reach Yeah who doesn't because well I mean they didn't leave out when the other. Part of the Bush leafed out so I don't think the. Deer a okay, so it's not like it's just the outside edge of the plant that Danone that okay because sometimes Abbas we'll take a Zales, and things like that? They're all the deer? Eat them over the. Winter, and then they relate and leafing? Out. In. The spring you. Know how old is that tree I planted it golly So mature, a. Mature, tree yeah ten to, fifteen years, perhaps yeah well you know it's a little hard without you know you. Could send a tissue of tissue sample. So, a couple of leaves indepence state does have a what they call the plant diagnostic. Lab. Plant diagnostic laboratory where you can actually Google that and download. This form and then you send in a tissue, sample of the plant and they can check to see. If it, is a vascular you know? I think so yeah To see, if, it's a vascular. You know pathogens or something like that you could also have the Davey, tree folks come out and take a look at, it they will do a, free assessment have an. Arborist come out, and take a look at it it's a little hard without seeing the tree, to today exactly what. It. Would be if it was my. Tree I wouldn't worry. About, it unless it happened two. Years, in a row it's the. Same. Thing, happens next, year then I would say, okay something's, going on let's investigate a little further because. Sometimes we have weird years for me I would just I would just watch it carefully see how this leaves out see how it looks if it starts if that. Part of the tree started to wilt again or something like that then I'd be concerned okay so let it go for, now maybe? It'll bounce back, yeah Don't ruin. It Yeah I wouldn't because if it is an issue with a fungal, pathogen or something you could spread it through that pruning side would hold off on. Pruning. For now okay I wouldn't give it. Till next spring see how. It Leafs out see what the conditions are like next year and then, kind of reevaluate and you'll back to the drawing any dead. Wood in it now I should. Print that out Wouldn't do. Any pruning on it right. Now just because of potential pathogen spread. I would really hold off on that and. If you're going to do any deadwood. Pruning do it in. The wintertime when the tree is dormant okay okay thank you thank you very much thank.

"I'd be curious to see how detroit can move the ball in this baltimore to be out because this ravens defense is really good i mean it we're not talking about like oh a defence it's better than the offense so that's what we talk about it's like a guy who can't shoot the nba's you just assume he's be defender when in and actually the sat always true right the ravens it is true i mean they're the number on offense by the voa to fantastic group very few weaknesses so we'll see what happens i think that the best kind of an avenue in my mind is what golden state does against rabat slot corners or baltimore because that's the spot they're probably weakest cures see how the quarterback snaps shakeout for their ravens humphreys and playing a little bit more so we'll see how that all works but you know those wide receiver to cornerback kevin advantages detroit has most weeks they won't have this week and you could plessis anything against minnesota and they still managed make like three big place so that's what the lions need the support and they need their receivers to make a few scattered big plays because especially against this team theme might as well not even try to run the ball also jim caldwell revenge game so much ravenna going on here so much revenge um there's also a rule by the way about catchers and lower their batting average is the more people assume their defensive specialist yeah that's right it has other guy was a big thing um yeah i mean i up at some point i said this a lot i know it's it's it's a well worn cliche at this point but at some point you are we record says you are i know the bill parcells thing but at some point the fact that the ravens are going to win ten games just a testament to the defense they have three shut out step some dominating performances to able to rebels.

"The panthers i've never seem more if he's a pretty of any but in the past his praising alvin kamara they're trying to kill their dislike pretty who is added sailing legos like yeah okay achieved the he's leuke quickly i haven't seen anything like him so i think they might be okay inverse predator that works survey lyons a ravens rick wagner revenge game that's all i'm key that's the only thing i'm watching for just the amount of type when lebrun abacha cleveland the first time i was there are actually two that was the lebrun cleveland yeah okay i always go into the rick wagner revive i was not so it was the it was two thousand ten and i had got hired a kremlin but we weren't starting at sites had nothing to do so just sitting at home and as a cleveland six hours away wouldn't it be awesome to go to this so i went it was it was great that sounds great yeah it was like the type of thing you do it 22 job all right i'm just gonna go to this random subway as a fan yet we wouldn't that be a prohibitively expensive event to go to if you're not a fan of one of the teams like a hundred and twentyfive bucks by ticket asked not bad at some midwest body yup there was not bad at all and actually it was very funny i managed to sneak down to press rocca's i knew people working in their seats next to the setaside like the second row for most of the game and it really care about the seating arrangements that day is live too much vitriol directed other places nobody ever case but seating arrangements let's get to livens ryan's lands ravens i think we're voting this concern not that interesting regale richest has a lot of important implications the ravens are just gonna make the playoffs with games to spare it seems like that's kind of why the schemes interesting i want to talk about is that's where we're headed if the ravens win this week all the excitement we have about the chargers and everything else is starts to get a little dyer the ravens in the playoffs certain area like we're looking at it and i don't like it no one coming to save us from the joe flaco playoff game.

"Three middle of the road in efficiency but the last couple of games they've had be rushing performances code fuel them they'd 170 to against the rams that's true shelly won that game so the vikings even when the running games not rolling they use it because the number one thing they want to do which i wrote about on the record i comment saturday is used by action no one as you please pleasure more than keen on this year and i think that that's a huge deal so whether the falcons his slow team down this is going to try to run the ball is going to go a long way in trying to shut down the plastic pass near you know it's interesting to me juicy individual mashups pff does little breakdown of of the sort of games within the game every week and i was fascinated with a couple of these things yes digs first true fought dad that's a great match up others their sacrifice sticks to him and let you in work against alford which i think it added i exactly and then the un i mean i i would imagine theo and has an a nice game on sunday belbin pike s they assu verse newman i mean it's just i am i'm intrigued by suit i i'm really excited by this game and more excited and i have been for it for a game in the last couple of weeks because it's really it's can tell us a lot about the nfc playoff picture do we need to worry about the falcons we'd lubaton last couple of weeks who what team scares is because there's so many incomplete teams that a lot of these teams have to be judged on on what they do well and with the falcons do we have to does a team like new orleans or minnesota or carolina have to worry about playing this team in the playoffs and as i think we're and find a lot about that on it and i think the answer is yes i think the right now they're looking like that team and yes this week will go along way in hanoi determining that for shore in solidifying it but now we're getting to a place where the falcons are one game back of the saints and the panthers in the nfc south and the falcons play the saints twice could you imagine if people have to go.

"Things have the best creative pressure packages in the nfl and i'm i like seeing those sort of dishes a as the football observer lysine those sorta mashups were the falcons have so many all weapons in it's it's pretty hard to attack them and to see what might zimmer's going to do this pressure wise against the falcons is very fascinating to me i agree in it's actually something that i wanted to talk about coming into this because they think it's been one of the main differences for atlanta as their office has kind of founded stride here over the first nine games matt ryan was pressuring thirty two point nine percent of his dropped deaths press three weeks twenty seven point seven bones of significant drop by percent of his overall passing place he was sex twice in the past three games the average of one point seven five sacks allowed in the first eight games so he's been getting more time i think that is a big deal against tampa that's easy to do because you're not really dealing with much in the past rush department as you haven't embiid for the past twenty years against minnesota it's a different kind of animal so the fact that you're dealing with everson griffin i mean that's just one of those things that he's playing as well as any right defensive end in the league so now it's not a matter of were smoothie sit back there and brunner often slavery wants to it's going to be a little more rush than it would be the past couple of weeks even seattle's defense wind isn't playing like this vikings one and so that's something to watch i mean if they can gets a ryan that's when they struggled early in the year member that buffalo game you seem like there is someone in his lap on every single play and that's going to go a long way in kind of turning this falcons offense into the woman saw early in the year and not what we've seen for the past month i just can't believe adrian claiborne riley reef is a is a big match up here like if you told me this weeks ago ability excuse me and the.

"Isn't it cold like september yeah but it's gets colder you know again i didn't knows december i'd thanksgiving bleeds in december very quickly for me i guess so here we are december first let's do it all right so we got a lot to cover today first of all i mean the cowboys redskins game last night we can pretty much finish off the redskins for the rest of the year they're done the cowboys i mean first of all did you of alford morris al lasting rg three to any point in the last five years probably not although alford morris always had that game where it just seemed like he was going too slowly like go along for a decade he has never athletic years just like you know i'm decent at this i remember his rookie or some of the guys who play against him were saying he sort of i don't want to this is the wrong phrase dummies anyway he sort of waddle's yeah he was disappointed it's hard to tackle him yeah yeah very high in style we talk about like you know games the translate to old age like you know allen iverson russell westbook the this sort of athletic point guards those don't necessarily uh translator tube success throughout your your 30s having said that literally waddling is ah is ooos away to last pasture contract you also helps when the other team has no offensive lineman anymore and you're getting fumbles and interceptions left and right off tip passes when dez bryant as the one thing does bryant as well now which is just leap over someone in red zone and catch touchdown pass i kinda like to because we were burying does broke the news cycle the last two weeks was dez bryant should like i it saw 530 headline that they should just ignored dez bryant dax should ignore desperate that's where you throw the balls does brian rise down there and that's an jerry jones said an oath he saw that he said that's how you get the border dez bryant he's decent at that in that area of the field he can do some damage yeah i dunno i i'm not sure that this game if you feel that much better about dallas as things that washington was kind of a mass i mean the amount turnovers they had early that causes actually pretty good i mean i know.
